ABC "News" Ratings Down One Million Viewers, or 12%, Since David Muir's Disgracefully Partisan Debate Performance

Megyn Kelly notes that ABC "News" seems to know it's in crisis, because they've sent out their stuffed-shirt douchebag fake journalist to their own entertainment morning shows to have a Rap Sesh with viewers about his debate performance. She also notes that the allegations made by the claimed "whistleblower" included the following: * That Kamala Harris and ABC "News" had negotiated new terms for the debate, without Trump being present or informing him. * That Kamala Harris secured a guarantee from ABC "News" that it would not ask any questions about her knowledge of Biden's dementia, or her performance as California AG, or the fact that her brother, a government official at the DOJ, is settling claims that leftwing groups are making against the government for huge amounts -- in other words, he's using taxpayer funds to Fund the Left by pretending that taxpayer money is being given to them to settle (weak) lawsuits. Of course, none of these questions were asked, and he claims he swore out this affidavit the day before the debate. * That ABC "News" guaranteed Kamala Harris -- as your diligent, possibly psychic blogger correspondent accurately forecasted -- that they would "fact"-check Trump and only Trump. This because Kamala Harris claimed that turning her mics off would deny her the advantage of being a super-duper prosecutor, so ABC "News" would have to do the prosecution of Trump on her behalf. She is the ultimate over-entitled, under-qualified female DEI hire, always demanding that others "Position Her For Success," whining that when she's left to position herself for success she fails, and that's the white man's fault. She's a low-IQ ditzy girl in class demanding that all the boys do her homework for her and let her cheat off them on tests. And sometimes blowing the teacher for an A. * That ABC "News" guaranteed Kamala Harris that they would show her in a split-screen when Trump was talking, so that she could just shake her head sadly and make faces at him, and basically get to rebut him without actually having to state any facts or state what her positions are. * That ABC "News" did not share actual debate questions with Kamala Harris, but did submit to her general questions about the topics that would be asked about. It sure looks like all of these things happened. He also alleged that ABC "News" agreed to give Kamala a small podium so that she would appear bigger in the split-screen with Trump. I don't think this is such a terrible thing, but ABC "News" did in fact give her a teeny-tiny podium, just as he alleged. (I think we knew this before the debate so I don't know if this suggests foreknowledge on his part.) In response to these allegations, Kelly points out that ABC "News's" reply says only that it did not share questions with Kamala Harrris. That's it. That's all they deny. Of course, the allegation itself says that no actual questions were shared, just examples of the sorts of questions that might be asked. And ABC "News" refuses to deny the other allegations, about entire topics being off-limits and the promise to "Fact"-check Trump and Trump only. A 19-year-old trans-identified female was arrested by Iowa police and charged with a "threat of terrorism" after authorities were made aware of a "potential threat" to Oviatt Elementary School in Norwalk, Iowa. Margaret Anderson, who also went by "Maxwell," was arrested after Anderson made statements to a therapist as part of "regular treatment" about wanting to conduct a shooting, Warren County Attorney Doug Eichholz told the Daily Wire. The therapist reported the statements to the Des Moines Police Department, who forwarded the information to the Norwalk Police Department, Anderson's hometown. "The defendant stated that she had thoughts that she wanted to take a gun to Oviatt Elementary School in Norwalk, at 11 am through the cafeteria, and shoot children," Eichholz cited the complaint as saying. Eichholz said the complaint did not include context that could shed light on Anderson's motive.Of course. What could be this latest trans terrorist's motive? It's a mystery we will never solve. Although I would guess this demonic thing had the same motive the other six trans terrorists had.
He added that after sharing the thoughts with the therapist, Anderson was entered into Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, which has a mental health facility.

"WE NEED MASS ASSASSINATIONS. If you're corrupt you're corrupt," the suspect allegedly wrote in an expletive-filled message to the Supreme Court that included an apparent reference to "official and unofficial" acts. Instead of jail, Mr Combs's lawyers were proposing a bail package that included a $50 million bond co-signed by Mr Combs, his mother and other family members, as well as home detention, surrender of his passport, weekly drug test and a visitor log that would be submitted to pre-trial services each night. "My bigger concern deals with the danger of obstruction of justice and the danger of witness tampering," Judge Andrew Carter said. "That is a real concern that I have here."The allegations concern Diddy holding sex videos over people's heads to blackmail them, so it is easy to assume that he could do that with the witnesses against him, who are almost all implicated in these blackmail sex parties.

During the March search of his LA and Miami homes, law enforcement seized narcotics, videos, three AR-15s with defaced serial numbers, and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant they say were "Freak Off" supplies. An Alaska man has been arrested and charged with threatening to torture and murder six Supreme Court justices -- including two of the high court's best-known conservatives -- as well as their relatives, the Justice Department revealed Thursday. Panos Anastasiou, 76, was nabbed Wednesday in Anchorage and is facing 22 federal charges stemming from 465 alarming messages he sent via the Supreme Court's website between March 10 and July 16, prosecutors say. The justices are not identified in the indictment, but details about Anastasiou's messages indicate he targeted Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas. In one alleged message, sent May 17, Anastasiou said he wanted to drive by a justice's house with fellow Vietnam War veterans and spray the property with AR-15 gunfire. "Hopefully N---- [Supreme Court Justice 1] and his white trailer trash n---- loving wife insurrectionist wife are visiting," he wrote, according to the indictment.

Federal Election Commission records indicate that Anastasiou donated to ActBlue, a left-leaning political action committee, dozens of times, most recently in July. "We allege that the defendant made repeated, heinous threats to murder and torture Supreme Court Justices and their families to retaliate against them for decisions he disagreed with," Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement.

The FBI and other intelligence agencies revealed Wednesday that Iran attempted to share information stolen during its hack on the Trump campaign with the Biden campaign and continues to send material to various media outlets. "Iranian malicious cyber actors in late June and early July sent unsolicited emails to individuals then associated with President Biden's campaign that contained an excerpt taken from stolen, non-public material from former President Trump's campaign as text in the emails," the agency wrote in a joint statement alongside the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). And if that means that Iran is allowed to continue developing nuclear weapons, then that is just peachy with the Iran lovers in the administration. But Iran's policy for the entirety of its existence as an Islamic republic has been the destruction of Israel and America. That has not moderated one iota in spite of the vast accommodation America and the West has made. And the reason is simple...Iran is a terrorist state and has no interest in finding common ground with its enemies. If that sounds glaringly obvious, that's because it is. Only the profoundly stupid and ignorant elites in Western governments can ignore the reality of 45 years of evidence that Iran will not change. We see the consequences of an unleashed Iran along the borders of Israel. Hamas conducted the worst pogrom since the Holocaust, Hezbollah is launching rockets into Northern Israel, the Houthis are disrupting global shipping, and that's with the support of Iran WITHOUT nuclear weapons. An Iran with nuclear weapons will be an order of magnitude more dangerous. Obviously their first target seems like it will be Israel, but that risks a robust response from a country that is already under attack and has no illusions about the goals of the Islamic hordes surrounding it. Perhaps Europe or Saudi Arabia or even America would be a safer target. The logical answer would be for a united West to crack down on the commerce that supports Iranian terror, support dissidents within Iran, and hold the regime responsible for the destruction their proxies have wrought across the region. Japanese patent law is a bit weird and unlike western patents, so whether they have a case is uncertain. One major problem is that Pocketpair now has a billion dollars to fund its defense.

Thousands of Hezbollah terrorists were injured in southern Lebanon on Tuesday when their new pagers all simultaneously exploded -- causing horrifying wounds to their groins and hands as the devices detonated on their belts and in their pockets. Lebanese officials said 2,800 people were injured and nine killed in what Hezbollah officials claimed was an attack by Israel.L-O-L. What a bunch of dickless buffoons. Israel's cabinet approves sending an elite force north to the southern Lebannon border.
Hezbollah -- a Lebanese militant group that the US has designated as a terrorist organization -- confirmed the wide-ranging attack on its operatives, including fighters and medics. One official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, called it the "biggest security breach" since the group began its near-daily attacks on Israel on Oct. 8. The devices that detonated were all the latest models acquired by Hezbollah in recent months. They were distributed to members after Hezbollah's leader warned his fighters not to carry cell phones -- telling them they could be used to track their movements or carry out targeted strikes.
As many suspected and feared, this deadly two-day Israeli covert operation to blow up Hezbollah pagers, walkie-talkies, and small electronic devices was but preparation for a likely Israeli military ground operation in southern Lebanon. It appears war is here. According to breaking news wires:Southern Lebanon is dominated by Hezballah. It's almost a separate province of Lebanon. It's a poor area of the country. The rest of Lebanon has to send it aid. Of course, this aid is not marked as coming from the Lebanese government nor the various sectarian factions that are kind enough to provide charity to their poor southern cousins. This aid is re-boxed into crates stamped "Hezballah" and distributed from Hezballah-marked relief centers. So the poor, backwards population thinks that Hezballah is providing the charity. You know, I imagine, that Hamas does the same thing with UN-provided aid in Gaza. As far as the Gazans know, what little charitable aide that gets distributed their (the fraction which isn't seized by Hamas itself) is provided by Hamas. Based on my limited knowledge -- just a week-long junket meeting Lebanese politicians -- Hezballah is not well-liked in Lebanon, except in the south. Hezballah participates in violence against other factions in Lebanon, and of course they periodically start wars with Israel, which then causes the rest of Lebanon to come under counter-fire. I've asked why the rest of Lebanon just doesn't declare southern Lebanon its own country and let them fuck off. The answer I got is something like: Although Hezballah is a violent, backwards, trouble-making part of the Lebanese family, they're still part of the Lebanese family, even if they occasionally shoot up the rest of the family and drag the rest of the family into their endless wars. I really wish Lebanon would declare itself independent and separate from southern Lebanon. There are multiple Christian factions, a Druze faction, and a Sunni Muslim faction in the north, and they all manage to get along relatively well. Yes, there are ethnic tensions -- it turns out that America is not the only country in the world where differing racial and religious factions experience tensions and stress between them -- but they generally get along without too much strife. On the other hand, there is the Hezballah-controlled south, which is an armed camp funded by Iran for all practical purposes.So far the second day of explosions across Beirut and Lebanon have led to 14 killed and 450 wounded, but the casualty toll could be much higher. Defense Minister Gallant has also declared a "new phase" of operations against Hezbollah along northern Israel...
Israeli cabinet has given PM Netanyahu and Defence Minister Gallant the authorization to undertake military action against Hezbollah -- even if it leads to an all-out war.

Teamsters Union Makes No Endorsement in Presidential Race; First Time They Haven't Endorsed a Democrat Since 1996
Now, some of you will say the union members greatly preferred Trump, so they should have endorsed Trump!
Right you are, I'm getting to that. Gimme a quick second. First, the non-endorsement:The International Brotherhood of Teamsters will not issue an endorsement in the presidential election for the first time since 1996, and for only the second time since 1960. Teamsters General President Sean O'Brien said "neither major candidate was able to make serious commitments to our union to ensure the interests of working people are always put before Big Business." "We sought commitments from both Trump and Harris not to interfere in critical union campaigns or core Teamsters industries -- and to honor our members' right to strike -- but were unable to secure those pledges," O'Brien said. The Teamsters endorsed President Biden during the 2020 election, and has consistently supported Democratic presidential nominees in recent election cycle. The union notably waited to announce its endorsement decision far longer than other unions and labor organizations, including the United Auto Workers, National Education Association, Service Employees International Union and AFL-CIO, which all endorsed Biden, then Vice President Harris, after the president dropped out of the race in July.Now: The union conducted a poll to determine its members' sentiments about the election. It turns out those sentiments, get this, didn't matter to the corrupt leadership. The members strongly preferred Trump, which resulted in... no endorsement either way. Ah, Democracy! We must all work to save our precious Democracy, where the people's votes never matter and the Party always picks the winners. Below, the Teamsters' own data for the race. While Teamsters preferred Biden over Trump in a straw poll conducted a while ago, they now approve Trump over Harris by 58-59% to 31%, depending on the metric. An electronic poll of members says one thing, a "research" effort (which I guess consists of randomly calling members) says another. But both show almost 60% preference for Trump. The leadership's conclusion? Too close to call!
The Teamsters has endorsed GOP presidential candidates, including Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, and O'Brien's flirtation with former President Trump and Republicans sparked speculation the union could once again break from the pack.

Despite Inflation Still Raging, Fed Chairman Powell Slashes Interest Rates by a Big Half Point
The only way this can be justified is that if there's a big recession on the way that is even worse than runaway inflation. But Powell won't admit that's the case. That would damage the Biden-Harris lie that the economy is booming, baby! The other way this can be justified is if you're a Deep State Democrat looking to rig another election.
He has given up on fighting inflation, and in fact is now putting us on the path for more inflation, to forestall the Biden-Harris Recession by a couple of months until we're safely past the election.
As I always say, cutting interest rates puts more money into the economy, which further devalues our already-devalued dollars. It is inherently inflationary. The market is already flooded with cheap dollars, reducing the value of all of them. This floods the market with more cheap dollars, reducing their value still further.The only way this can be justified is that if there's a big recession on the way that is even worse than runaway inflation. Looks like the Federal Reserve doesn't like the latest jobs reports any better than others do -- at least others outside the White House. In an 11-1 vote, the Fed cut its lending rate by 50 basis points rather than the usual 25, pushing it back down to between 4.45-5.0%. Diving Deeper: Hezbollah experienced a second day of devastating explosions on Wednesday as thousands of handheld radios used by the Iran-backed terror group were detonated remotely. Israeli officials have yet to comment on the allegations, but reports from the New York Times suggest that Israel had hidden explosives in Taiwan-made Gold Apollo pagers, which were later imported to Lebanon. The explosives, placed next to the battery, were triggered remotely by a message impersonating Hezbollah leadership.

A Democratic senator accused the U.S. Department of Homeland Security of "stonewalling" requests for information about the first attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump. Sen. Framing
In any account of any event, there are always two primary components: the facts, and the framing of those facts. Facts are irrefutable. They are, or they are not. There can be a lie or a misapprehension presented as a fact and thus facts are subject to - in the language of our day - debunking, but it is still a matter of fact as such. It is or it isn't. Facts, though, are only part of the story. Sometimes they aren't even the dominant part. The other part is how those facts are framed.
For any account, it's in the framing that biases, ideologies, agendas, etc. surface. The selection of which facts to include and how to present them is how to lead the reader to the "correct" conclusion about those facts. There was stupendous example of this in Mother Jones yesterday (h/t Gentlemen, this is junta manifest). It's a story of a woman from Georgia who died following an out-of-state abortion.
