Trump Signs Order Making Any Foreign "Student" Who Advocates for Terror Organizations Like Hamas or Hezballah Subject to Deportation; Promises Pardons for Abortion Protesters Within Days

President Donald Trump will pardon pro-life activists imprisoned by the Biden Justice Department within days, The Daily Wire has learned.

The plight of the imprisoned pro-lifers is an immediate priority to Trump's team, and they will likely be pardoned within days, two sources with knowledge of the matter shared with The Daily Wire. The revelation comes a day ahead of the 52nd annual March for Life, a massive peaceful demonstration that takes place in Washington D.C. to bring awareness to the many babies whose lived are ended through abortions. The president is expected to appear at the rally in a pre-recorded video.

Trump issued a sweeping executive order on Monday that granted full pardons for about 1,500 criminal defendants related to the January 6 Capitol Riot, making good on a campaign promises to free those targeted by the Biden administration. His actions prompted many in the pro-life community to hope that he would similarly pardon the pro-life activists targeted by the Biden Justice Department under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.

"I hope President Trump will shortly pardon the pro-life prisoners unjustly targeted & jailed by the Biden Administration," Republican Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley posted to "X" on Wednesday. "They deserve to be free."

On Thursday, The Daily Signal first reported that Republican Utah Sen, Mike Lee had re-introduced a bill that would repeal the FACE Act once and for all.

"While President [Donald] Trump is stopping these outrageous prosecutions, we should ensure that no future administration has the ability to persecute Americans through unequal application of the law," Lee told the publication.

Republican Rep. Chip Roy of Texas introduced a companion bill in the House on Tuesday, saying Republicans needed to take advantage of their control of Congress and the White House.

Trump has repeatedly criticized the Biden DOJ for targeting pro-lifers on "outrageous charges," promising on the campaign trail to "rapidly review the cases of every political prisoner who's unjustly victimized by the Biden regime...so we can get them out of the gulags and back to their families where they belong."

The pardons would bring immediate relief to those currently imprisoned including Lauren Handy (57 months in prison), John Hinshaw (21 months), Jonathan Darnell (34 months), Herb Geraghty (27 months), Jean Marshall (24 months), Joan Bell (27 months), Paulette Harlow (24 months), Bevelyn Williams (41 months), Heather Idoni (24 months), and Calvin Zastrow (6 months).

Regarding making foreigners advocating for terrorist groups deportable: there are some Islamic extremists at Columbia who need to be ejected from the country.

To be clear, I don't think that people should be punished for arguing against Israel. They have that right.

But you can't advocate for a terrorist group if you are a foreigner who is only here by our leave, and you can't threaten Jewish students, saying "the enemy [Jews] will not see tomorrow."

Anti-Israel student activists unleashed mayhem at Columbia University on Tuesday afternoon, which marked the beginning of the spring semester. Several keffiyeh-clad student activists stormed an Israeli history class and passed out anti-Semitic flyers glorifying Hamas, depicting the Star of David being crushed, and promising violence. Others vandalized the campus and called on their followers to shut down the university.

Four student activists, donning keffiyehs, marched into the class, "History of Modern Israel," filming themselves as they recited a script, passed out propaganda, and harassed students, most of whom are Jewish, according to a student in the class.

"THE ENEMY WILL NOT SEE TOMORROW," read one flyer, which used an upside-down triangle symbol that Hamas uses to denote Israeli targets to spell "TOMORROW." The flyer depicts a truck full of Hamas terrorists brandishing heavy artillery, including two RPGs and machine guns.

A different Columbia course on Zionism avoided disruption today--one taught by Joseph Massad. The tenured lecturer praised Hamas's Oct. 7 terror attack, calling it "incredible" and "awesome" just one day after the assault and separately accused Jews of engaging in a "Hitlerian project." Columbia defended its decision to allow Massad to teach a spring course by touting the fact that his class "is one of three courses Columbia students can elect to take ... on the subject of Zionism and the history of Israel."

I keep being told that this diversity is "Our Strength." Well, it's time to be magnanimous and start returning "Our Strength" to the third world shitholes it came from. It's selfish of us to keep hoarding all of "Our Strength" for ourselves. Let the world share in "Our Strength"!!!

DC JUDGES ACTING REALLY BADLY:

Hoy sh*t. This gem from former chief judge Beryl Howell, an unabashed Trump hater, who denied part of new DC US atty motion to dismiss J6 indictment following Pres Trump's pardon. She calls the president's pardon proclamation "flatly wrong."

When you see someone claiming these proceedings were fair and impartial, present this tirade to them.

Long past time to impeach this desperate, bitter hag.

"The only reason provided for this instruction, as set out in the [President's] Proclamation's introduction, is the assertion that this action 'ends a grave national injustice that has been perpetrated upon the American people over the last four years and begins a process of national reconciliation.

No 'national injustice' occurred here, just as no outcome-determinative election fraud occurred in the 2020 presidential election. No "process of national reconciliation" can begin when poor losers, whose preferred candidate loses an election, are glorified for disrupting a constitutionally mandated proceeding in Congress and doing so with impunity. That merely raises the dangerous specter of future lawless conduct by other poor losers and undermines the rule of law.

Yet, this presidential pronouncement of a 'national injustice' is the sole justification provided in the government's motion to dismiss the pending indictment.

Having presided over scores of criminal cases charging defendants for their criminal conduct both outside and inside the U.S. Capitol Building on January 6, 2021, which charges were fully supported by evidence in the form of extensive videotapes and photographs, admissions by defendants in the course of plea hearings and in testimony at trials, and the testimony of law enforcement officers and congressional staff present at the Capitol on that day, this Court cannot let stand the revisionist myth relayed in this presidential pronouncement.

The prosecutions in this case and others charging defendants for their criminal conduct at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, present no injustice, but instead reflect the diligent work of conscientious public servants, including prosecutors and law enforcement officials, and dedicated defense attorneys, to defend our democracy and rights and preserve our long tradition of peaceful transfers of power--which, until January 6, 2021, served as a model to the world--all while affording those charged every protection guaranteed by our Constitution and the criminal justice system.

As to these two defendants specifically, both admitted their criminal conduct under oath, after consultation with their attorneys, and pursuant to plea agreements to which they agreed. Bluntly put, the assertion offered in the presidential pronouncement for the pending motion to dismiss is flatly wrong."

She dismissed without prejudice instead of with prejudice as DOJ asked.

That means that a later DOJ can revive the charges. She's simply blowing off the pardon.

This is insurrection.

Put this rancid insurrecting leftist in the cell that used to hold a J6er.

Howell was one of the judges rubber-stamping every motion by illegal prosecutor Jack Smith.

So was Tanya Chutkin, who is also ranting about the pardons.

Politico reports on the judicial insurrection:

Howell, who presided over several secret proceedings in special counsel Jack Smith's criminal cases against Trump -- issuing key rulings that required some of his top aides to testify to a grand jury -- was not the only judge Wednesday to defend the Jan. 6 prosecutions.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan -- who was slated to preside over Trump's own criminal prosecution for seeking to subvert the 2020 election before his 2024 victory ended the case -- said Trump's mass pardons "cannot whitewash the blood, feces, and terror that the mob left in its wake."

"It cannot repair the jagged breach in America's sacred tradition of peacefully transitioning power," Chutkan wrote in an order connected to a Jan. 6 felony case. "In hundreds of cases like this one over the past four years, judges in this district have administered justice without fear or favor. The historical record established by those proceedings must stand, unmoved by political winds, as a testament and as a warning."

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly said Trump's action could never change the "immutable" record of violence and heroism of law enforcement, which will remain enshrined in court records.

"Dismissal of charges, pardons after convictions, and commutations of sentences will not change the truth of what happened on January 6, 2021," Kollar-Kotelly wrote in a six-page order dismissing charges against Dominic Box, whom she had previously convicted of two felony counts for his role in the riot.

"What occurred that day is preserved for the future through thousands of contemporaneous videos, transcripts of trials, jury verdicts, and judicial opinions analyzing and recounting the evidence through a neutral lens," Kollar-Kotelly wrote. "Those records are immutable and represent the truth, no matter how the events of January 6 are described by those charged or their allies."

At least some of these nonpolitical employees have begun packing up their belongings since being asked about their loyalty to Trump -- after they had earlier been given indications that they would be asked to stay on at the NSC in the new administration, the official said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive personnel matters.

Trump's pick for national security adviser, Florida Rep. Mike Waltz, in recent days publicly signaled his intention to get rid of all nonpolitical appointees and career intelligence officials serving on the NSC by Inauguration Day to ensure the council is staffed with those who support Trump's agenda.

A wholesale removal of foreign policy and national security experts from the NSC on Day 1 of the new administration could deprive Trump's team of considerable expertise and institutional knowledge at a time when the U.S. is grappling with difficult policy challenges in Ukraine, the Mideast and beyond. Such questioning could also make new policy experts brought in to the NSC less likely to speak up about policy differences and concerns.

EXCLUSIVE: We were given exclusive access to ICE's elite Boston team as they went into sanctuary jurisdictions and targeted the "worst of the worst" criminal illegal aliens, including a combative Haitian man who said he won't go back & screamed "F**k Trump, Biden forever!". Other targets arrested included a MS-13 gang member with an Interpol Red Notice for aggravated murder, another MS-13 gang member facing gun charges, and multiple rape & sexual assault suspects, several of whom had been released from sanctuary jurisdictions with ICE detainers ignored.

One of the MS-13 suspects had just been released by a sanctuary jurisdiction the day before our embed. When ICE found him -- he was with another man who ICE determined is also in the U.S. illegally. ICE arrested him and will seek to deport him, telling me he never would have been caught up if the MS-13 suspect would have been handed to them at jail. The Morning Rant: Minimalist Edition

The destruction of the idea that women hold a special and vital role in our culture is nowhere more evident than the blurring of the lines between women and men. Women have the unique responsibility for the continuation of humanity. It is the most important thing that we do, and they are the only ones who can do it! But the post-modern insanity that is transgenderism has assiduously eroded that special distinction, and has attempted to destroy the primacy of women in our culture. Suggesting that womanhood is a social construct, and that men can function in all respects as women is obviously lunacy, but it also demeans women's roles in culture. If anyone can bear and raise children, then women are simply another cog in the infernal machine of humanity that the progressive movement has been desperately trying to build for 100 years.

No less demeaning is the use of women as a weapon in the political wars that are roiling America. There is no coherent political or cultural philosophy in the progressive rulebook; women are used interchangeably as victims of an evil patriarchy, and drones to be replaced by disturbed men play-acting as a warped and perverted version of Woman. It all depends on political needs.

But Donald Trump has cut the Gordian knot that the progressive junta has created. It's just not that complicated! While most Americans understand that, the obfuscation that the progressives created around the simple concept of Man and Woman has clouded the issue and allowed the current dangerous ridiculousness of men competing against women on the court and the track and in the pool.

We finally have a true CHAMPION for women in the White House.

On one hand, it is absolutely ridiculous that we are spending time on what is axiomatic. On the other hand, Donald Trump just stuck his big thumb in the eye of every Woke idiot and far-left loon.

Hopefully this pronouncement will be followed by real action against the criminal behavior of the trans industry and their surgical and pharmaceutical mutilations of children. Doctors and therapists and social workers who push this vile criminal behavior need to go to jail. And let's toss in Big Pharma for good measure.

The Morning Report — 1/23/25

Good morning kids. As CBD and I noted with glee on the latest episode of the podcast (here and in the sidebar)

President Trump in just the first 48 hours and his team are making all the right moves on a number of fronts in beginning the process of staunching the trauma and bleeding to our nation inflicted on us over the past four years and really going back much longer than that, most especially in regards to the intentional erasure of our border and insane immigration policies that together are as destabilizing and destructive as a nuclear attack.

As you have read many times in my commentary, and no doubt fully comprehend without my constant reminders because you have more than two functioning synapses unlike the venal vegetable who inflicted this disaster on us, evil never rests.

Despite the dislocation, disaster, disease and dissolution that millions of imported third world peasants inflict, and primarily on them, blue state, city and county dictatorial dilettante Democrat Devil-worshipping degenerates have drawn a line in the sand and have announced that they fully intend to resist any attempts by the Trump administration to find, detain and ultimately deport any illegal aliens found in their jurisdictions.

I'm no Dershowitz, Turley or other legal eagle but forget the murderers, rapists, drug and human traffickers as well as potential and actual terrorists and spies from Islamic nations and Red China, even a wetback lettuce-picker (Leftist icon/hero Cesar Chavez's words, not mine!) the mere act of setting foot on our soil without our permission, is in and of itself a federal crime. Any Mayor, Governor, County Executive or other elected official to knowingly allow that to me qualifies as aiding and abetting a felony. And then to impede the investigation and apprehension of each case is also a felony.

So, charge the Brandon Johnsons, Elizabeth Warrens, Kathy Hochuls, Tina Koteks and all the others with however many tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of counts, prosecute them and send them to a a Federal prison and throw away the key.

Either that, or revoke statehoods, city charters, abolish their governments and return them to territorial status to be governed by a designated official from the Trump administration.

Regardless of whatever action may or may not happen to counter this insubordination and dare I say it "INSURRECTION" which is a word the Democrats should never be allowed to use, given their history, but I digress.

The problem with Trump and company fighting back is they depend upon people and institutions, most notably the courts, who have been so corrupted over the course of many decades that their willingness to abrogate their oaths to preserve protect and defend the Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic, presents a gigantic obstacle. Potentially, it also presents a pretty big opportunity. Look at Trump's absolutely righteous EO correctly slamming the insane notion of the 14th Amendment granting birthright citizenship to anyone whose offspring are spawned within our borders. Of course the usual gang of idiots and liars will claim past precedent via a SCOTUS ruling or whatever. Which is funny considering the geschrei when SCOTUS reversed Roe. And that of course raises the issue of 200 years of judicial overreach of a corrupted court.

True, much of the opposition to Trump is personal, but it's based on the fact that his mission is to denude the Deep State of its ill-gotten and abused power to impose its will on the citizenry, be it for ideological reasons, venality and likely both. It must be confronted and smashed, directly and fearlessly. Trump is demonstrating he has the will to do it. Does he have the allies in and out of government to see it through. Time will tell. For the present time, he does have the political winds at his back, given that especially the illegal alien invasion issue and concomitant criminality that came with it is likely what propelled him across the finish line with what really was in the last analysis a legitimate landslide victory, given the nature of modern electoral politics these days.

But traitors still abound:

A Florida man released from jail after President Trump pardoned Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot prisoners is back behind bars Wednesday on unrelated federal gun charges from nearly two years ago. 

The arrest warrant for Daniel Charles Ball, 39, was filed in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida last August, on charges of possessing a firearm and ammunition as a convicted felon, and court filings show he was arrested on Wednesday — one day after a slew of charges related to his alleged involvement in the Capitol riot were dismissed. The Homosassa, Fla., resident was arrested by local law enforcement officers in May of 2023 for his alleged role in the riot. 

There was no riot. All the violence that day was committed either by FBI plants and Pelosi's Capitol PD to stage an insurrection and thus have cause to arrest both Trump and people like Ball.

So now that he and thank goodness so many others were freed, the mythological big lie narrative of 1/6 pimped by the Left is crumbling to dust, and they of course cannot have that.

But what the heck is going on? Who is running the DoJ right now. I don't think Pam Bondi has been confirmed yet. That said, the only reason this man is being charged is to stick a finger in Trump's eye. Time for Bondi and DISCIPLINE!!!!

Along with the aforementioned local and state politicians, this kind of entrenched rot still abounds. We still have a Deep State and the cancer must be excised until every last vestige is removed with as much extreme prejudice as can be mustered.

But of course, the real problem is Elon Musk, who evidently is a Nazi because he supposedly gave a Seig Heil salute at the Inauguration, Personally, given the fact that Musk is America's leading African-American citizen, I find this slur against him to be an abomination.

Funny enough, the biggest mouth this rotten sewage emanates from is none other than you guessed it. Ironic given who and what Titty-Caca is and says:

A “loud proud Zionist” organization sent the Trump administration documents on dozens of allegedly pro-terrorist college students and faculty, hoping President Donald Trump will deport them, the Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.
Activist group Betar US confirmed to the DCNF Wednesday that it sent the information to officials in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the White House. The Jewish organization says it documented 100 students and 20 faculty and staff members with visas in the U.S. whom Trump should deport for supporting terrorist groups such as Hamas.

Conservative commentator Meghan McCain and Puck senior political correspondent Tara Palmeri poured fuel on the fire of the rumor that former President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama are getting divorced in an episode of the former's podcast released on Wednesday.

"Fast and furious loud, I have been hearing this rumor that the Obamas are getting a divorce by reputable people. I'm not talking about TMZ. I'm not talking about Perez Hilton, although I love him, he's my friend. I'm talking about like very serious journalists telling me that they're hearing that the Obama divorce rumors are true," said McCain to start the conversation. "Do you agree with that? Have you heard that? Do you think it's just garbage?"

"Oh yeah! I mean I've certainly heard it for awhile, even before Michelle said she wasn't coming to the inauguration, which also could be interpreted as like another act of resistance, which would only make her like more -- if that's really true and they stayed together -- like more of a baddie in the movement when like, there really is no one in the Democratic Party who is like holding that mantle aside from AOC," replied Palmeri.

CNN to Lay Off "Hundreds of Employees" After Trump's Inauguration

Warner Bros. Discovery's CNN plans to lay off hundreds of employees Thursday as it refocuses the business around a global digital audience, according to people familiar with the matter.

The layoffs come as CNN is rearranging its linear TV lineup and building out digital subscription products. The cuts will help CNN lower production costs and consolidate teams, said the people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss nonpublic changes.

Certain shows that are produced in New York or Washington may move to Atlanta, where production can be done more cheaply, said the people.

For the most part, the job cuts won't affect CNN's most recognizable names, who are under contract, said the people. CNN has about 3,500 employees worldwide.

Oh good! The untalented "talent" that caused the ratings collapse get to keep their phoney-baloney jobs and $7-20 million salaries, while the cogs and plebs making $75,000 get fired.

In October, CNN launched a digital paywall, charging heavier users of the site $3.99 per month.

Student Kills Himself After Firing Several Shots in Nashville School; He Wounded Two Others

One student is dead and another is hospitalized with a gunshot wound following a shooting Wednesday at a Nashville high school cafeteria.

The shooter, a 17-year-old student, fatally shot himself after firing multiple shots at Antioch High School just after 11 a.m. CT, police said at a news conference. The shooter was armed with a pistol, authorities said.

A female student suffered a graze wound to the arm and is in stable condition at the hospital. A male student was also treated for a facial injury, but was not shot.

There are claims about who the shooter is/was but they haven't been confirmed. The longer the police and media take to confirm his identity, the more likely those early claims are to be right.

Update: I'm seeing people saying that one of the female students this miscreant shot has died. I don't know if that's true. Early reports are always suspect.

He singled out the way that the bishop called on him to "have mercy" on immigrant families "whose children fear that their parents will be taken away."

"She failed to mention the large number of illegal migrants that came into our Country and killed people," Trump wrote.

Los Angeles Union Liberal: Part-Time Mayor and Fidel Castro Lover Karen Bass is a "Dead Woman Walking"

Someone remarked the Latte Left is turning on Karen Bass in order to save the incompetent they have their 2028 hopes pinned on, Gavin Newsom. So the left is scapegoating a Strong Empowered Black Woman to boost the Privileged White Straight (?) Man.

But while that is probably true, a lot more people are just sick of the endless incompetence of the Democrat Party and its prioritization of culture war provocations over providing the actual government services they're supposed to provide.

Joel Kotkin in his Unheard substack: Even Hollywood is Turning on LA Mayor Karen Bass.

After her election as mayor of Los Angeles in 2022, Karen Bass was a heroine of California's Left. A former backer of Fidel Castro, she decisively defeated billionaire businessman Rick Caruso, who spent more than $100 million to try and defeat her. With a struggling economy, rising crime, and a high cost of living, Bass's election seemed to confirm LA's final transition from a place of political diversity to a single-party city dominated by a well-organised Left and funders from the public unions.

Now, though, Bass "is a dead woman walking", as a union organiser friend told me this week. The revelations of incompetence, poor planning, and awful communication, combined with the fact that the LA mayor was partying in Ghana when wildfires started in her city, have worked against her, and yesterday angry protestors gathered outside her home. Some charges made by Donald Trump and Elon Musk tying the disaster to DEI and climate policies are exaggerated. But Bass's lack of interest in public safety mirrors the new progressive script which prioritises "social justice" over actual justice, racial quotas over merit, and climate alarmism over common sense.

Naturally, Bass, Governor Gavin Newsom and their media supporters reject conservatives' accusations of incompetence. They say opponents are using the fires as a political "piñata", and blame the damage on climate change. Yet Steven Koonin, a respected physicist and advisor in the Obama administration, has argued that the real responsibility lies with a slew of bad policies which left the city unprepared for the scale of the disaster. Fires have been a regular feature of life here in Southern California for at least 20 million years. Given recent weather conditions, the city should have known what was coming.

Rather than help save our piece of the planet, proponents of the green movement have been consistent barriers to effective fire management. As far back as 2018, the Little Hoover Commission found that controlled burns and brush clearance were necessary to avoid catastrophic wildfires, yet not enough was done. Even as the state reacted to major fires in 2020, attempts at controlled fires have been hampered by environmental lawsuits that delay implementation, as well as fire management budget cuts. Bass also cut the fire budget.

California has been running huge deficits in recent years, but not enough of those funds have gone towards fire preparedness. Those in charge never made sure that fire engines were in place beforehand, that there was sufficient water pressure in hydrants, and that reservoirs were filled. To her credit, the LA council member who represents the Palisades, Traci Park, has consistently made these arguments.

Unsurprisingly, there has been a groundswell against Bass and the city's bureaucrats. Some Hollywood stars -- a group which has historically been the bulwark of the progressive movement -- have even joined in. Celebrities including Maria Shriver, Justine Bateman and Dennis Quaid have now called on Bass to resign, as have the 150,000 signatories of a petition launched last week. As the journalist Michael Shellenberger notes: "They didn't imagine their vote would result in their homes burning down."

I don't think you can count Justine Bateman and Dennis Quaid as the usual Democrat-partisan celebrities. But I guess Maria Shriver is a very minor "get."

Despite the obsessive pounding about climate change, less than one in three Californians approve of Newsom's handling of the fires. Demands from Republicans in Congress could force the city and state to reverse the policies that exacerbated the fires. Perhaps the worst thing that could happen would be to follow a Bidenesque approach of handing out billions without reforming anything or imposing performance benchmarks.

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson says that any aid to California will have strings attached, so we're not writing another trillion dollar check to these entitled communist morons next year.

In an interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity on Tuesday, House Speaker Mike Johnson doubled down on saying lawmakers are talking about placing conditions on aid given to California after the Los Angeles area experienced massive wildfires that firefighters are still battling.

"Are you saying that California, if they continue to aid and abet lawbreaking and harbor illegal immigrants, money from DC gets cut off?" Hannity asked. Johnson replied, "Yeah. We're talking about conditions to this disaster aid. Look, there are natural disasters, but there are manmade disasters as well, and they've made terrible decisions. You know, they knew exactly what they were doing."

"That reservoir outside the Pacific Palisades, 117 million gallons, it was empty for a year. Why? They were trying to save a smelt fish or something. I mean, their policies are upside down, they made decisions that made that disaster exponentially worse, and this is what the American taxpayer is demanding of us everywhere else in the country." Since January 7, when the Palisades and Eaton fires began, over 40,000 acres have burned and over 15,000 structures have been destroyed. At least 28 people have died as a result, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Prevention. On Monday, President Donald Trump signed an order requiring California to reapportion their water resources to benefit humans, not endangered fish.

Border Czar Tom Homan: We've Already Arrested 308 Criminal Illegal Alien Murderers and Rapists

Further, he says that leftwing mayors and governors can either cooperate and help ICE catch the wanted criminals, or ICE will search illegal alien neighborhoods themselves and arrest both the normal illegal aliens and the wanted illegal aliens.

So it's the lefties who are responsible for non-wanted illegal aliens being deported.

"There's going to be more collateral arrests in sanctuary cities because they forced us to go into the community and find the guy we're looking for," Homan said.

"When you release a public safety threat out of a sanctuary jail and they won't give us access to him, that means we got to go to the neighborhood and find him, and we will find him, but when we find him, he may be with others," Homan added. "Others that don't have a criminal conviction and are in the country illegally. They will be arrested too."

Homan said that's the difference between the Trump administration and the previous one: "ICE is going to enforce the immigration law."

As he went on to note, there's nothing in the Immigration and Nationality Act stating an illegal immigrant must be convicted of a serious crime to be deported.

Surprised by his statement, Bash asked for clarification on what he was saying.

"Let me just make sure that I understand what you're saying, because at first you said that the first targets are those with criminal records, but you are also saying that those who are undocumented in the U.S. who don't have criminal records, people who are working in their communities, maybe even have spouses who are American citizens, they could be swept up by ICE today as well?" she asked.

"What I'm telling you is, when we go find our priority target, which is a criminal alien, if he's with others in the United States illegally, we're going to take enforcement action against him," Homan replied. "We're going to enforce the immigration law."

And it just got even more remoralized: the Justice Department is putting Sanctuary Democrats on notice that it is illegal to block the federal government from executing federal policy and they will be prosecuted if they turn Insurrectionist.

The Justice Department is directing its federal prosecutors to investigate for potential criminal charges any state or local officials who stand in the way of beefed-up enforcement of immigration laws under the Trump administration, according to a memo to the workforce obtained by The Associated Press on Wednesday.

The memo, written by acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove, also instructs the Justice Department's civil division to work with a newly formed Sanctuary Cities Enforcement Working Group to identify state and local laws and policies that "threaten to impede" the Trump administration's immigration efforts and potentially challenge them in court.

The three-page memo signals an immediate and sharp turnabout in priorities from President Joe Biden's Democratic administration, with prosecutors told in no uncertain terms that they will be on the front lines of an administration-wide effort to crack down on illegal immigration and border crime and that they are expected to carry out the policy vision of President Donald Trump's Republican White House when it comes to violent crimes, the threat of transnational gangs and drug trafficking.

The memo said federal prosecutors must "take all steps necessary to protect the public and secure the American border by removing illegal aliens from the country and prosecuting illegal aliens for crimes" committed in U.S. jurisdiction."

The memo suggests there will be a spike in immigration cases under the new administration, instructing U.S. attorney's offices across the country to inform courts of its policy "and develop processes for handling the increased number of prosecutions that will result." Any decisions by federal prosecutors to decline to prosecute immigration violations must be disclosed to Justice Department headquarters in so-called "urgent reports," which are used to update leadership on law enforcement emergencies or significant matters of national interest.

It also directs prosecutors to investigate for potential criminal charges cases in which state and local officials obstruct or impede federal functions. As potential avenues for prosecution, the memo cites a conspiracy offense as well as a law prohibiting the harboring of people in the country illegally.

"Federal law prohibits state and local actors from resisting, obstructing and otherwise failing to comply with lawful immigration-related commands and requests," the memo says. "The U.S. Attorney's Offices and litigating components of the Department of Justice shall investigate incidents involving any such misconduct for potential prosecution.

The memo also says the department will return to the principle of charging defendants with the most serious crime it can prove, a staple position of Republican-led departments meant to remove a prosecutor's discretion to charge a lower-level offense. And it rescinds policies implemented by Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland, including one designed to end sentencing disparities that have imposed harsher penalties for different forms of cocaine.

I was told Insurrection was the greatest crime imaginable, and must be punished by the harshest and most draconian means possible.

So that's the standard we should shoot for, then.

The country has been demoralized by sixty plus years of relentless Marxist propaganda and deliberate balkanization. The Marxists have succeeded to an extent they never could have predicted -- they have a frighteningly large fraction of young men and women no longer sexually attracted to each other and no longer interested in children.

The Marxists have convinced a large swath of people in this country to join their "voluntary human self-extinction" project. They've convinced their cultists that people are too evil to continue existing.

I keep trying to think what a "remoralization" project would look like, apart from simply blocking/defunding the Marxist attack on civilization and its anti-natalist, anti-human agenda. Suggestions welcome.
