Trump Signs Order Making Any Foreign "Student" Who Advocates for Terror Organizations Like Hamas or Hezballah Subject to Deportation; Promises Pardons for Abortion Protesters Within Days

So much action!

President Donald Trump will pardon pro-life activists imprisoned by the Biden Justice Department within days, The Daily Wire has learned.

The plight of the imprisoned pro-lifers is an immediate priority to Trump's team, and they will likely be pardoned within days, two sources with knowledge of the matter shared with The Daily Wire. The revelation comes a day ahead of the 52nd annual March for Life, a massive peaceful demonstration that takes place in Washington D.C. to bring awareness to the many babies whose lived are ended through abortions. The president is expected to appear at the rally in a pre-recorded video.

Trump issued a sweeping executive order on Monday that granted full pardons for about 1,500 criminal defendants related to the January 6 Capitol Riot, making good on a campaign promises to free those targeted by the Biden administration. His actions prompted many in the pro-life community to hope that he would similarly pardon the pro-life activists targeted by the Biden Justice Department under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.

"I hope President Trump will shortly pardon the pro-life prisoners unjustly targeted & jailed by the Biden Administration," Republican Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley posted to "X" on Wednesday. "They deserve to be free."

On Thursday, The Daily Signal first reported that Republican Utah Sen, Mike Lee had re-introduced a bill that would repeal the FACE Act once and for all.

"While President [Donald] Trump is stopping these outrageous prosecutions, we should ensure that no future administration has the ability to persecute Americans through unequal application of the law," Lee told the publication.

Republican Rep. Chip Roy of Texas introduced a companion bill in the House on Tuesday, saying Republicans needed to take advantage of their control of Congress and the White House.

Trump has repeatedly criticized the Biden DOJ for targeting pro-lifers on "outrageous charges," promising on the campaign trail to "rapidly review the cases of every political prisoner who's unjustly victimized by the Biden regime...so we can get them out of the gulags and back to their families where they belong."

The pardons would bring immediate relief to those currently imprisoned including Lauren Handy (57 months in prison), John Hinshaw (21 months), Jonathan Darnell (34 months), Herb Geraghty (27 months), Jean Marshall (24 months), Joan Bell (27 months), Paulette Harlow (24 months), Bevelyn Williams (41 months), Heather Idoni (24 months), and Calvin Zastrow (6 months).

Regarding making foreigners advocating for terrorist groups deportable: there are some Islamic extremists at Columbia who need to be ejected from the country.

To be clear, I don't think that people should be punished for arguing against Israel. They have that right.

But you can't advocate for a terrorist group if you are a foreigner who is only here by our leave, and you can't threaten Jewish students, saying "the enemy [Jews] will not see tomorrow."

Anti-Israel student activists unleashed mayhem at Columbia University on Tuesday afternoon, which marked the beginning of the spring semester. Several keffiyeh-clad student activists stormed an Israeli history class and passed out anti-Semitic flyers glorifying Hamas, depicting the Star of David being crushed, and promising violence. Others vandalized the campus and called on their followers to shut down the university.

Four student activists, donning keffiyehs, marched into the class, "History of Modern Israel," filming themselves as they recited a script, passed out propaganda, and harassed students, most of whom are Jewish, according to a student in the class.

"THE ENEMY WILL NOT SEE TOMORROW," read one flyer, which used an upside-down triangle symbol that Hamas uses to denote Israeli targets to spell "TOMORROW." The flyer depicts a truck full of Hamas terrorists brandishing heavy artillery, including two RPGs and machine guns.

...

A different Columbia course on Zionism avoided disruption today--one taught by Joseph Massad. The tenured lecturer praised Hamas's Oct. 7 terror attack, calling it "incredible" and "awesome" just one day after the assault and separately accused Jews of engaging in a "Hitlerian project." Columbia defended its decision to allow Massad to teach a spring course by touting the fact that his class "is one of three courses Columbia students can elect to take ... on the subject of Zionism and the history of Israel."

I keep being told that this diversity is "Our Strength." Well, it's time to be magnanimous and start returning "Our Strength" to the third world shitholes it came from. It's selfish of us to keep hoarding all of "Our Strength" for ourselves. Let the world share in "Our Strength"!!!

Trump has a lot on his plate, but at some point over the next year, the DOJ and INS must begin an investigation into the immigration fraud perpetrated by Ilhan Omar and on her behalf by her family.

More #Resistance, and more people who need to be fired:

14 I can't help noticing that Trump might be a tad more cold-blooded that I gave him credit for. Yesterday he pulled the security detail on Bolton. Today he pulled the security detail on Pompeo.

Bolton, of course, never met a altercation with the Middle East he didn't like, and Pompeo was doing all he could to blow up the Iranian relationship. Those are risky enemies when you're sitting at home watching C-Span without a security detail and forget to change the batteries on your Ring Cam.

One could make the argument that Trump is enacting some potentially cold-blooded repercussions. It's not like anyone is showing any discretion in "announcing the removal of security" on these guys. It's being publicized rather robustly.

15 The Columbia protesters seemed completely brainwashed— their flyers showed October 7 gunmen along with the Hamas inverted triangle target symbol accompanied by threats of death — yet the people handing them out were in at least two cases tiny Asian girls, probably indoctrinated since arriving at Columbia.

In order to come to that conclusion they MUST have been indioctrinated by their professors and student pressure groups. No normal 18-year-old Asian girl with a high GPA would hand out menacing flyers depicting machine-gun-toting terrorists, accompanied by threats of violence.

***
Short answer - a unilateral piece of accounting guidance that crippled crypto from the SEC's Chief Accountant. Banks can hold your assets in custody and typically separate your money from their money.

SAB121 said that banks had to treat crypto differently and put it on their balance sheets. Banks didn't want that and were under anti-crypto regulatory pressure from their regulators. Congress voted to reject SAB121 and Biden vetoed.

Crypto/digital asset reform needed SAB121 to go away as a first step to build a better legal/regulatory framework. It was also adopted with bad process, so needed to go on principle.

I agree, and the hate-filled rhetoric is, in fact, a step over the line. Not a citizen, you don't have any of the rights of a citizen. Just like the countries from which they hail. It's called reciprocity in diplomatic terms, that whatever a foreign nation requires of American citizens visiting is similarly required of their citizens when they go to the US, but our effing State department never employs it.

They shouldn’t be engaging in politicking at all. I’m very pro-free speech, for Americans. Most countries would never tolerate Americans moving there and agitating for right-wing politics.

Foreigners are not owed rights. If they are useful to our body politic and our country, they can be let in on a case-by-case basis, at which point they will assume obligations. No rights to try to spread communism here.

No, you put a fucking boot in their ass and tell them that if they come back it will be worse next time.

For the crime of singing hymns and praying in front of a Nashville abortion clinic, these pro life activists (and others) were imprisoned by the Biden regime.

President Trump just now signed a pardon for them.

NOTE: This tweet has been deleted so I don't know if all of it was/is accurate:

Greg Price @greg_price11 2h
Among the people that Biden’s DOJ prosecuted for protesting abortion:

Eva Edl: An 89-year-old Holocaust survivor.
Bevlyn Williams: A young mother who was sentenced to nearly four years in jail. [andy: she has definitely been pardoned]
Fidelis Moscinski: a Franciscan friar who received 6 months in jail.
Paul Vaughn: A father of 11

President Trump just pardoned all of them.

You get into a weird conglomeration of caselaw involving visas but certain ones (F-1) for students allow them to buy firearms with some limits as in complying with state laws and licensing. So yes, they have freedom of speech just as other visa holders do. Almost certainly for speech itself, illegals have that as well. But a self identified illegal could be arrested afterwards and detain as an illegal based on her speech.

272 It's me donna: "I have to agree with you here.. saying nasty stuff shouldn't get you sent home..."

Speech, even if "offensive" is allowed though it's a pretty grey area in my mind when the point is to subvert the state you're visiting. Incitement to violence would be the most extreme case along with "speaking" to such a degree as to intervene and silence others' speech. (Like taking a bullhorn and counter-protesting another's speech by screaming in the target's ear.) You can't speak to silence another. That's a "violence" even if technically non-contact.

Speech is great and wonderful among citizens and it's more permissible for CITIZENS to get uppity. Non-Citizens, however, should not be given the same consideration because there's a real risk of national destabilization via external nation-state activism. Free "speech", like so many things, is not a suicide pact.

I am planting various kinds of mast trees at our farm, among areas that are tallgrass prairie.

I usually spray RoundUp around each tree twice a year so the grass and forbs do not compete with the trees for rare water resources.

Ten days after treatment, I have huge brown circles of dead grass surrounding bright green saplings. There is zero transfer of RoundUp from my sprayed areas through the groundwater to my immediately adjacent trees.

AOP and DJG are 100% correct.
