Ratcliffe Confirmed as CIA Director, 74-25; John Brennan and His Media Allies Whine About His Cancelled Security Clearance

ratcliffe.jpg

Ratcliffe, one of the brave heroes who exposed the RussiaGate Hoax, has been confirmed.

Trump is meanwhile asking questions of "career civil servants" on the National Security Council, attempting to ferret out #Resistance types who will illegally impose a Bureaucrat's Veto on the duly-elected president of the United States.

NBC and the AP are scandalized! The Bureaucrat's Veto is the key to our system of government!

Incoming senior Trump administration officials have begun questioning career civil servants who work on the White House National Security Council about who they voted for in the 2024 election, their political contributions and whether they have made social media posts that could be considered incriminating by President-elect Donald Trump's team, according to a U.S. official familiar with the matter.

At least some of these nonpolitical employees have begun packing up their belongings since being asked about their loyalty to Trump -- after they had earlier been given indications that they would be asked to stay on at the NSC in the new administration, the official said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive personnel matters.

Trump's pick for national security adviser, Florida Rep. Mike Waltz, in recent days publicly signaled his intention to get rid of all nonpolitical appointees and career intelligence officials serving on the NSC by Inauguration Day to ensure the council is staffed with those who support Trump's agenda.

A wholesale removal of foreign policy and national security experts from the NSC on Day 1 of the new administration could deprive Trump's team of considerable expertise and institutional knowledge at a time when the U.S. is grappling with difficult policy challenges in Ukraine, the Mideast and beyond. Such questioning could also make new policy experts brought in to the NSC less likely to speak up about policy differences and concerns.

LOL, fuck you.

...

Waltz told Breitbart News last week that "everybody is going to resign at 12:01 on January 20." He added that he wanted the NSC to be staffed by personnel who are "100 percent aligned with the president's agenda."

...

Alexander Vindman said in a statement Friday that the Trump team's approach to staffing the NSC "will have a chilling effect on senior policy staff across the government."

He added, "Talented professionals, wary of being dismissed for principled stances or offering objective advice, will either self-censor or forgo service altogether."

The two men were heralded by Democrats as patriots for speaking out and derided by Trump as insubordinate. Eugene Vindman in November was elected as a Democrat to represent Virginia's 7th Congressional District.

Go choke to death on a donut, Commando Bearclaw.

Fire the Disloyal Opposition.

Every single Republican was demanded to confess that Biden won the presidency for the past five years. Why should these Deep State Insurrectionists not be forced to confess that Trump is the duly-elected president and, as such, the Commander in Chief and Chief Foreign Policy Officer of the United States, and granted the power to make US foreign and military policy as he sees fit?

Meanwhile, Brennan and his media allies are complaining that his security clearance was revoked.

The NY Post:

"He misrepresented the facts in that executive order because it said that we had suggested that the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation," Brennan griped to MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell.

"No, we said it was one of the hallmarks of Russian information operations, including the dumping of accurate information, which is what we said in that letter," he added.

Buffoonish propaganda rag USAToday:

In the letter, the former intelligence officials said they did not know if emails that were on a computer hard drive and purportedly described the Ukrainian and Chinese business activities of Hunter Biden were genuine or whether there was any Russian involvement in their release. But they said their expertise made them "deeply suspicious" that Moscow was behind the leak and attempting to influence the election. The content of the hard drive was provided to the New York Post by then-Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and published by the tabloid newspaper.

They're rewriting the past, claiming these guys only said that the laptop might nor might not be disinformation.

USAToday seemed pretty sure this was Russian disinformation at the time, claiming the FBI was investigating if it was all a Ruskie "Smoke Bomb."

And that's what Brennan, Clapper, Comey et al. intended. The laptop lie was concocted precisely so that Joe Biden could cite it at his first debate with Trump.

The argument is that he didn't really lie to the public about the Hunter Biden laptop -- see, he didn't say it was Russian Disinformation, merely that it had "all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation."

Totally different!

Except, of course, it was known throughout the government that the laptop was 100% genuine. The FBI had confirmed this.

And then these traitors ran a disinformation propaganda operation against the people of the United States, telling their media allies to remove the hedge-words and caveats and just straight-up claim that the laptop was a Russian confabulation.

This is the Deep State Two-Step:

1, draft a propaganda statement which suggests the laptop is Russian Disinformation without explicitly committing to that fact, then

2, leak that statement to a stenographer fake reporter, like Natasha Bertrand, and tell that reporter "Oh absolutely it's a Russian hoax, we just can't say so because that would reveal Sources & Methods, but you can totally report that we're saying it's a hoax, because that's what we're really saying."

And then, when you're caught, go to

3, claiming you never askshually said, explicitly, that it was definitely a Russia Op so you should be allowed to keep your Grifter Security Clearance.

Except that their hand-picked stenographer claimed that's what they said, and the entire media amplified this message, and then never once clarified that they weren't saying it was a Russian op until they were caught.

J Michael Waller
@JMichaelWaller

A good counterintelligence investigator worth his salt would open a case on James Clapper, starting during his Air Force career, and all of those whom he protected and promoted in the military and the intelligence community.

Meanwhile, the Senate called the roll to vote on Hegseth.

Murkowski has already announced that she's a "no," of course. Mark Halperin reports that Collins and, get this, Bitch McConnell.

Remember when we thought that McConnell was mostly conservative, but acted liberal to protect his "majority making" liberal Republican senators? No, he's a liberal himself, just a grungy, wormy Dixiecrat. A lot of southern Democrats just flipped to the GOP because the Democrat Party was becoming increasingly unpopular in the south, while retaining their leftwing orientation.

They Gang of Three might have Thom Tillis on their side. He asked if the FBI background check on Hegseth was sufficient. Actually he asked if the report was as extensive as past FBI background checks. He's hinting that he doesn't think it's thorough enough.

Halperin interprets this as a warning to Trump or Hegseth to withdraw the nomination. Tillis is worried about defying MAGA yet again, and would like Trump to take his problem away.

81 BREAKING: Trump signs order to declassify JFK, RFK, and MLK Jr. files:
------
In his book Roger Stone asserts that LBJ was in on the killing of JFK, and that film footage is available that shows LBJ flinching *before* the shots were fired.

Stone also asserts that LBJ used murder-for-hire on 7 or 8 of his political enemies in Texas--essentially that LBJ was a serial killer. LBJ was tied to an assassin that liked to make deaths look like suicide by running a hose from the exhaust to the cab of a car, and several of LBJs enemies died under such circumstances over a 10-year period. There was no real "CSI" back in the day, nor an internet to allow small towns spread out across a state as big as Texas to *recognize* a crime spree, much less solve one.

131 Fascinating article in the New York Times, of all places, where Marc Andreessen, the founder of Netscape, explains why Silicon Valley is swinging to Trump.

In summary, under Clinton/Gore and during Obama's first term, the Democrats loved tech, and tech loved the Democrats.

But a couple of things happened in Obama's second term - the elite schools that tech firms hired from started graduating a lot of people who wanted to overthrow capitalism. These Red Guards might have been only 20% of the workforce, but intimidated 60% more, so you had 80% of your workforce indifferent to the success of the firm, but focused on woke goals instead.

Second, the government started going after tech - they did their best to crush the people and startups working on crypto, via debanking and other forms of harassment, and the government made it clear that it intended to completely control artificial intelligence.

Worth a read.

The Speaker of the House in Texas is Dustin Burrows. He is Speaker because he got elected by Democrats, with a few RINOs. 55 actual conservatives voted against Burrows. They are outnumbered by Democrats and fakes. This happened with the drunk Phelan and has happened again.
And it is going to happen again, over and over, as long as Republican voters don't pay attention in primaries.

This is the key, I think. The 51 officials made sure that their statement was sufficiently nebulous to allow them to evade a legal challenge. It was also enough for the MSM to run with it and give them deniability if/when they were finally caught. Not plausible deniability, however. The fact that none of the 51 rushed to clarify the planned misinterpretation gives the game away, of course.

They lie to avoid embarrassment, they lie to deprive people of their rights, they lie to steal from taxpayers, they lie about what we are doing and why overseas, they lie about conducting horrible experiments on American citizens, they lie about censorship and project Mockingbird.

At a certain point, you figure out it is an institutional problem--the elites lie because it is profitable for them and theirs and it works. So why wouldn't they lie, obstruct justice, and kill people that they felt were a threat to their way of life.

He picks his targets, but he's definitely opposed GOP incumbents in primaries before. 2022, Trump endorsed Tshibaka over Murkowski in the primary, for instance.

With Musk's money, though, it could widen the field.

However, Tillis voting for every cabinet nominee is going to make him less of a target.

Hoover lived more or less like a monk and I think he did use the files for blackmail in a way to protect his agency. Part of it was to tell someone like JFK to their face , "Hey, I know you are screwing around with starlets and mob bosses girlfriends". "But, how can I help make sure this is not a problem for you and the govt. "

Some of it like the Venona files were kept secret for fear that the political bosses would shut down the intercept program as a lot of it was done without statutory authorization, etc.

And sometimes, those files were used to indicate what the true situation was and warn presidents, etc. that "this is what our informants tell us is happening. Now, you deal with it."

Know that was true simply from reading the Little Rock Central FBI informant files on the event.

I see this a lot, but it is not correct.

Having a clearance doesn't mean you get to know everything classified at that level. It only means you can know the bits of information classified at that level and which you require to do your job.

I don't get to know everything classified TS/SCI just because that's the level of my clearance. I get to know a ridiculously small number of things about a ridiculously small number of things which are classified TS/SCI and which I require to do my job.

Telling me something classified TS/SCI which I don't need to know is a crime even though I've been cleared at that level.

They said right behind you, and literally right behind me there was this little side yard next to a building. It was unreal.

I agree. IF we had nothing else to go on, the fact that anyone at all *approved* that part of the drive rather than re-routing it would be enough to convince me more than Oswald were involved in making this happen.

A wholesale removal of foreign policy and national security experts from the NSC on Day 1 of the new administration could deprive Trump's team of considerable expertise and institutional knowledge

"Experts" have been doing a bang-up job in the intel sphere, like how they anticipated N Korea's invasion of the South in 1950, correctly reading every move in Vietnam in the '60s, predicting the continued reign of the Soviets, preventing 9/11, immediately capturing Bin Ladin at the beginning of the war etc.

314 I see this a lot, but it is not correct.

I said this before and some people got bent out of shape - pulling clearances is necessary but not sufficient. Of the 51 those who are currently active IC will lose their positions but not Federal employment.

Those who are contractors will lose position and maybe the job.

316 Tillis is terrified he's going to actually have to go on record with a vote.

Which is exactly what I said during Trump's first term.

Multiple times he let Bitch McConnell or McCarthy or Ryan claim 'they didn't have the votes', so they wouldn't even bother bringing it up for a vote to protect the RINOs who were withholding their votes.

That's what all the crap a month ago with the scumbags Ernst and Graham was about. Trying to torpedo him without ever actually taking a vote but claim they TOTALLY would have supported him if given the chance.

That era is gone.

You're going to take a vote on the record, Tillis, and be forced to defend it.

LBJ also back in the day as VP tried to force John Glenn's wife to invite him in with TV crews while John was in space. LBJ put pressure on NASA administrators but they were afraid to cross JFK and Glenn who were friends. They cravenly asked Glenn for permission but allowed it to stick when Glenn said absolutely not. LBJ never considered other people's feelings at all. He was concerned about the optics for himself, not about Jackie. Did you read the part about 'force'. It was par for the course for LBJ. Robert Caro, his biographer, said he developed a loathing for LBJ as he wrote the definitive biography of him. Another insider, Joe Califano similarly developed a hatred for LBJ as a person.

Bobby Kennedy loathed LBJ and so on. Look up Billy Sol Estes sometimes and what he did for LBJ.

But lines were formed and guarded at the hospital as far as communication. The entire event was strange and I can see why conspiracy theories exist. Jack Ruby was a nut who was a wannabe gangster and a big supporter of Kennedy and I guess what you'd call a Zionist or Extreme defender of Judaism/Jews. He thought he would be a hero if he killed Oswald. Also the mob would never have given him the job because again he was wacky. And lastly it was just luck that Ruby was there when they were escorting Oswald. He was supposed to have been gone 30 or so minutes prior but they were delayed.

But again I'm not ruling anything out .

Well, if you use courtroom rules, if we did not land, Soviets would have outed us. Statements against interests.

Regarding a lot of other things, best to keep an open mind as things long hidden sometimes come to light suddenly or the official story suddenly becomes shaky.

Conspiracy theory is what is used to deny it officially and in media and it has been used to claim true things as conspiracy theory.

Use courtroom rules of evidence and you might get a glimpse of what happened in the past but often never the whole story.

Read "A Man Called Flight" . Chris Kraft's biography (he was first chief of ops at the Manned Space Flight center) and he is pretty scathing about Glenn's personality and behavior and his recounting of Scott Carpenter's sole flight in space is pretty damning.

The LBJ story is recounted elsewhere including the Right Stuff and Kraft ignored it in his autobiography possibly as he might have been the one told to put the question thru comms to Glenn himself.

Basically it was Glenn and Carpenter set against the other five original astronauts.

Great idea for those Office Drones in ATF/FBI/etc who no longer possess a clearance. Hunt down the SWAT raiders of Mar-a-Lago. Strike at 3 am at their Personal Residence. Drag out the wife and kids on the front lawn, tear the place apart until you find a pair of high-dollar underwear that is Melania's size. "Investigation" should take months, if done correctly....
