College students are growing more tolerant of using force to stop viewpoints they dislike, and less tolerant of campus visitors with viewpoints at either end of the political spectrum, according to an annual survey of nearly 70,000 students by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression and College Pulse. More than a third of students would "at least rarely" accept the use of violence to stop a campus speech (34%), 10 percentage points higher than its 2021 survey, while majorities would block other students from attending such a speech (54% versus 41% in 2021) and shout down a speaker (71% from 66%), all "record highs." "For the first time ever" since it started the surveys, expanding from 55 campuses in 2020 to 257 in this report, most students say their schools should block speakers who hold any of six views associated with the left or right on hot-button cultural issues, FIRE said Tuesday. The crazed drunk driver accused of mowing down a 16-year-old on a Queens sidewalk after she rejected his lewd advances was charged with murder Saturday night -- and it's not the first time he was nabbed driving under the influence. Driving with a suspended license, Edwin Cruz-Gomez, 38, allegedly plowed a 2009 Chevy Suburban into teen Jhoanny Gomez-Alvarez following a heated fight with the girl, her boyfriend, her mother and the mother's friend Saturday morning outside an Elmhurst bar. Earlier in the year, he had been charged with driving while intoxicated on the Southern State Parkway in Long Island, according to court papers obtained by The Post. His license was suspended following the Jan. 26 incident.
Six months later, he was caught speeding and driving with a suspended license by Nassau County cops, court records show. He was set to appear in Nassau County District Court next month for both cases. Despite the previous arrests, a heavily sloshed Cruz-Gomez was sitting outside Prima Dona on Roosevelt Avenue and Benham Street when the group walked by around 4 a.m., sources said. The clash erupted when he allegedly made sexual remarks to the teen. Moments later, the maniac allegedly got behind the wheel and drove up on the sidewalk, pinning the helpless girl against a pillar, according to sources.

I have been astounded by the reaction to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. I knew who he was and what he did. I am not in Kirk's target audience (I am about a decade too old), but I am on his side of the political divide and I was, of course, aware of him. Had someone stopped me and asked, "who is Charlie Kirk," my answer probably would have been, "he's a popular conservative pundit who goes to college campuses to debate people and runs Turning Point USA." I liked what he was doing, watched some of his videos and was familiar with his work, but I never followed him all that closely.
The response to his assassination continues to blow me away. It is evidence that I have been hugely out of touch. I expected some reaction, to be sure. Plenty of rage. Many demands for severe punishment. Calls for investigation into wider networks. Lament over the loss of a highly effective and ambitious conservative voice. That kind of thing. What I would never have predicted, had someone come to me with a hypothetical of, "what would happen if Charlie Kirk got assassinated," is what has actually happened. In part, I had no clue how popular he was outside of the United States.

Does one man with an axe to grind constitute a terrorist if he and he alone kills one victim? Does he have to have a body count like Ted Kascynski or Terry Nichols. And like this Robinson freak and his transexual partner, unless and until direct links to political organizations, or others who share the same motivations and hatreds as the perps, my fear is that the terrorism charge could one day be used as a legal weapon against all of us to silence our verbal and written protestations against the Left. We already are seeing this in England with people being locked up for protesting against the protection of Islamic rape gangs. That you see is far more dangerous to British society than the ongoing mass rape of women and girls committed by Muslim and other third world immigrants to no longer Great Britain.

Gray also announced that he was filing a notice of intent to seek the death penalty against Robinson.I can just picture it now. . . ABC in conjunction with Only Fans and Swedish Erotica is planning an hour-long special starring "reporter" Matt Gutman reciting passages from Mein Kampf while penetrating a Blow-Up doll dressed as Reinhard Heydrich in a Female SS uniform. TMZ reports that Bruce Springsteen is on tap to perform that Italian Socialist Anthem for the soundtrack.

Zinn, a long-time fixture at Utah political events known for disruptive behavior and prior arrests (mostly for trespassing), falsely confessed to the shooting immediately after it occurred, shouting that he had done it and even asking police to shoot him. He later admitted to investigators that he lied to distract authorities from the real shooter, hoping to become a "martyr," but he has no known connection to the actual suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who was arrested on September 12 after a manhunt. The child pornography charges stem from a separate investigation triggered during Zinn's detention. After complaining of chest pains and being hospitalized, authorities examined his phone with his reluctant consent. He admitted to FBI agents that he used the device to view child sexual abuse material because it aroused him sexually. A review by sheriff's deputies uncovered more than 20 images of child pornography, including underage girls in underwear, along with explicit messages about sexual acts involving minors. On September 16, 2025, Utah prosecutors filed four felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor against him, in addition to the existing second-degree felony charge of obstruction of justice. So NY State's murder law is odd.
What most states would call first degree murder, NYS calls second degree. In NY, second degree murder is intentional murder. In other states, second degree murder might be heat-of-passion crimes. In NY, first degree murder -- which used to make you eligible for the death penalty, before the basket-case shithole state abolished that -- requires special circumstances, like killing a cop, judge, or political official. Other states would call this "aggravated first degree murder" or death-penalty-eligible murder. Now that NY State has no death penalty, the worst penalty it can inflict for premeditated murder is 25 years to life without the possibility of parole. Now that the left's latest Hot Terrorist is only eligible for second degree murder, he can be sentenced to 25 years to life -- but with the possibility of parole, which means that even if he's convicted, he could be out in, what?, eight years? And he will be paroled, because the pro-terrorism, pro-assassination left is literally masturbating themselves to this latest left-wing killer. Now what I didn't mention is that one of the special circumstances, apart from the victim being a cop or judge, that can get you a first-degree murder charge is if your murder was part of a terrorist action or was motivated by a desire to terrorize. Obviously that's what Luigi Mangione intended. Terrorism is the use of violence to advance a political cause. We known Mangione intended to use violence to advance his political cause because he wrote "Delay, deny, depose" on his bullet casings -- note that he inspired Charlie Kirk's assassin -- and those words are associated with the left-wing critique of insurance providers. The left is angry that insurance companies don't pay for some procedures. So he had been charged with terrorism, which then permits a first-degree murder charge. But a left-wing judge tossed the terrorism charge. He claims that the left's Heartthrob murderer didn't have a terrorist motive. No, the left-wing, pro-terror judge reasons, he only wanted to kill the UnitedHealthCare CEO to... bring a political issue to the public's attention. In New York state, murder in the first degree is typically charged in the rare cases involving victims who are law enforcement members, possible witnesses to crimes, firefighters or medical personnel. It can also use it in alleged terrorism cases.It is absolutely bizarre to cite Ron Kuby as an "expert" here, given that he is a radical left-wing lawyer who opposes virtually all criminal penalties and is the former partner of more-famous left-wing radical lawyer Kunstler.

They were a stinky pit that resembled the basement of a low-achieving fraternity that all of the college's drug dealers pledged at. Why would the Post cite this man as an "expert" in this case?
So why would you cite Ron Kuby, with a long history of proudly defending communist terrorists, as a disinterested expert about terror charges? Do you not know this, NY Post? Do you need someone else to step in and do your fucking job for you? So now in NY, left-wing communist assassins now have a hunting license to murder CEOs and other despised capitalists. There has already been talk of some major corporations moving out of NYC due to the the fact the city is becoming communist Cambodia. We just had another murder at a corporate office a couple of months ago, as a man walked in and began shooting up NFL employees because he couldn't get in to kill the BlackRock employees he was hunting.
