The enormous clump of Helianthus maximiliani, seven feet tall, has just started blooming, and the much smaller Tricyrtis will follow in a few days. Otherwise, the garden is pretty much done for the year. This is as good a time as any to look back and see what did well and what didn’t, and what did too well.

I just finished Sean McMeekin's Russian Revolution and it was well-written and fast-paced. But depressing--because there were so many points between 1905 and 1920 when the Bolsheviks were on the verge of being wiped from history, only to be saved-at every point--by the venality, stupidity and conniving of their enemies, from the aristocrats to Kerentsky to the SDs to the Whites to the Western Allies. What an awful bunch. Posted by: JoeF. at November 06, 2022 11:25 AM (mR6Gs)Comment: What if the Russian Revolution had never happened? Or was stopped in its tracks? Of course, we live the really real world and the Russian Revolution happened, causing incomprehensible suffering, misery, and death for the next 100+ years. It's still going strong in some form or another...Based on the results of this past Tuesday's election, I have to wonder - - Did Communism win? Is humanity doomed to make the same mistakes over and over and over again? How many more people have to die before this insidious ideology is refuted for all time? Some of "Perfessor" Squirrel's questions are pertinent to Sean McMeekin's new book:
I have to wonder - - Did Communism win? Is humanity doomed to make the same mistakes over and over and over again? How many more people have to die before this insidious ideology is refuted for all time?I think that this is one reason that the book under discussion here was written. I'm not sure that this question has been answered.

Top Story
- What is going on in the WordPress war, from a former WP Engine employee. (Josh Collinsworth)
Matt Mullenweg is a co-founder of WordPress, and now heads up both WordPress.org, the open-source foundation that creates the WordPress application, and WordPress.com, the company that commercialises blog hosting.
WP Engine is a competitor that also offers blog hosting, and has done for nearly fifteen years. This is entirely legal because WordPress is open source.
So Matt, fed up with a competitor existing at all, has used his position as head of the open-source project to benefit his position as head of the commercial operation by carpet-bombing that competitor:Matt had a problem with the landlords, so he carpet bombed the neighborhood. He didn't like Alderaan's leaders, and so he fired the Death Star. And now it doesn't really matter what his original point was; he's made himself the bad guy.
And I do mean carpet-bombing:That post, crucially, went up on WordPress.org, which on its own seems questionable. WordPress.org is ostensibly the website for the nonprofit foundation; it's supposed to exist to prevent any one for-profit company from having too much power over the WordPress ecosystem. It's supposed to be agnostic.
Now, the WordPress software is garbage - not as much as it used to be, but still terrible - but until recently they weren't notably a garbage organisation. Not only was that boundary ignored, but since the post was published as WordPress news, it was then syndicated to each and every WordPress admin dashboard in the world.
Now they've fixed that, and there are growing calls for Mullenweg to be tossed overboard before he sinks the ship.

Nancy Pelosi's husband sold over $500,000 in Visa stock weeks before the DOJ filed an antitrust lawsuit against the company. The lawsuit claims Visa monopolized the debit card market. Key Details: Paul Pelosi sold 2,000 shares of Visa stock, valued between $500,000 and $1 million, in early July--less than three months before the DOJ's antitrust lawsuit against Visa was made public. This sale was recorded in a congressional filing marked "SP," indicating it was conducted by Pelosi's spouse.Lock. Her. Up.
The Department of Justice filed its lawsuit against Visa, accusing the company of monopolizing the debit card market by using its dominance to penalize merchants and consumers who rely on alternative payment processors like Square, Stripe, and PayPal.
Visa's stock took a significant hit, dropping 5.5% following the lawsuit's announcement. The DOJ's investigation, which had been ongoing for years, culminated in allegations that Visa leveraged its market position to force financial tech companies into exclusive partnerships, raising concerns about anti-competitive practices.

@joma_gc According to a source who was on a Harris-Walz campaign training call attended by veteran campaign strategist James Carville, Carville went absolutely BALLISTIC yelling expletives at two young Democrat staffers, including @0liviajulianna
who works for the Collin Allred Senate campaign. The fiery barrage of insults included "dumb fat b*tch" directed at Julianna, and "out of touch fag*ots" began when the young staffers presented Carville with some social media videos they've been working on to appeal to White male voters. Carville was not impressed by any of them, saying they lacked substance. When a visibly shaken gay male staffer told Carville he needed to apologize for using the F word, Carville told him to take his camo hat and shove it up his ass before leaving the call. The joy is gone.
The University of Pennsylvania tried to bribe Amy Wax into not criticizing DEI and affirmative action any more. When she refused to accept their gag order, they punished her for telling the truth.
The University of Pennsylvania tried to cut a deal with Amy Wax, the tenured law professor who endured years of disciplinary proceedings over her controversial remarks. The school offered to water down the sanctions against her if she agreed to stop discussing--and criticizing--her treatment at the hands of the university. She refused. So Penn announced Tuesday that it was suspending Wax for a year at half pay and stripping her of an endowed chair. The sanctions, which also include a permanent loss of summer pay, were immediately condemned by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), which framed them as a precedent-setting blow to academic freedom. "After today, any university under pressure to censor a controversial faculty member need only follow Penn's playbook," the group wrote in a statement. "Faculty nationwide may now pay a heavy price for Penn's willingness to undercut academic freedom for all to get at this one professor." But behind closed doors, the school was prepared to let Wax pay a much lower price--provided she keep her mouth shut about the two-and-a-half-year-long case that made Penn a pariah among academic freedom advocates and compounded the fallout of anti-Israel protests on campus. The quid pro quo was outlined in a settlement agreement presented to Wax in August and reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon. That agreement--the product of months of negotiations between Penn and its embattled gadfly--would have let Wax keep her base salary during the course of her suspension and thrown in a one-time payment of $50,000, partially offsetting the loss in summer pay. In return, Wax would agree "not to disparage the University" over the two-year-long process to which it subjected her. She would also waive her right to sue Penn or disclose the evidence she had presented in internal hearings to clear her name, including testimony from former students who called into question the charges against her. Wax refused to sign the non-disparagement clause, she told the Free Beacon.Defund the fake universities. They're openly encouraging pogroms.
n unknown group attacked a Jewish student near the Jewish Resource Center close to the University of Michigan campus on Sunday. According to the Ann Arbor Police Department, which is looking into the incident as a "bias-motivated assault," the student "reported he was walking when a group of unknown males behind him asked if he was Jewish. When the victim replied yes, the group of males proceeded to assault him. The suspects then fled the area on foot. The victim suffered minor injuries, and he did not require hospitalization." During the assault, the assailants reportedly "[threw] him to the ground, kick[ed] him, and spit on him."A town cancelled a pedophile meet-up to take place near a school. The usual "minor attracted persons" advocates are pitching a bitch.
After local outcry canceled a camp for "minor-attracted persons" set for last weekend in Vermont, several organizations are publicly defending those who declare a sexual attraction to children. MAP Union, or MU, which represents itself as "an international organization representing the interests of minor-attracted people and their allies," sent a statement to local reporter Guy Page protesting the camp cancelation as "bullying" and violence against "society's most oppressed minority group." "While it is appropriate for law enforcement to investigate crimes when they occur, no-one should face legal sanctions for speaking freely about a sexual orientation they did not choose, nor for meeting up with others who have the same orientation," a self-described MAP Union spokesperson, who called himself "Percy," said in an email to Page he published Monday. Bean noted "Percy" is "likely a pseudonym based on the 19th century English author of Mathilda, a novel about incest between a father and daughter." The person calling himself "Percy" also told Bean, "We hope to provide a more balanced approach to MAP advocacy than groups like NAMBLA have been able to in the past." NAMBLA is the North American Man-Boy Love Association, which effectively disintegrated after a series of FBI stings jailed members for abusing children and trafficking in illegal abuse images. People sexually attracted to children are typically pornography addicts who often get sent to jail for trafficking in illegal abuse images. Porn businesses are complicit, as I detail in my recent book, False Flag: Why Queer Politics Mean the End of America, as they "deliberately insert transgender partners, children, and opposite-sex partners into pornography aimed at children and heterosexuals, in order to 'see if you can convert somebody, right?'" a senior script writer for a Pornhub company disclosed in 2023. "Many MAPs have a legitimate fear of engaging with law enforcement, even in a progressive state like Vermont," Percy claimed.Wait, are you saying progressives are welcoming of "MAPs?"

Just hours ago, we published a breaking report drawing renewed attention to the significance of DNC surveillance footage that the FBI presented to the public in furtherance of its investigation of the January 6 pipe bombs. In late 2022, we published a series of damning articles definitively showing that the FBI was withholding critical DNC surveillance footage from the public, and in all overwhelming likelihood, the footage the FBI presented to the public was deliberately degraded in quality so as to prevent the public from being able to identify the bomber. In the piece in question from earlier today, we broke the news that we learned from a highly trusted source that a government employee (not the FBI) investigating aspects of the January 6 pipe bomb case went to the DNC and viewed its footage from the evening of the 5th. This government employee reported that he or she definitively and clearly saw on the video the pipe bomber planting the bomb. The employee also did not notice any degraded quality, as is evident in the footage the FBI presented to the public of the pipe bomber on the evening of January 5th.The FBI later admitted that it "no longer possessed" the video. They didn't say they deleted the videos, but... how else would they no longer possess it?
Meanwhile, the fake Inspector General says that he can't tell us how many federal informants were at the J6 fedsurrection, or how many joined in "storming the Capitol," because he has suspended this investigation while the DOJ (which employs the agents provacateurs) is still imprisoning "insurrectionists." As long as the DOJ continues pursuing grandmas who were in Seattle the day of the "insurrection," they will have the excuse to keep secret how many federal agents participated in the fedsurrection. Also, he says he can't release that information until Biden-Harris declassifies it. So... basically it will remain a state secret unless a non-Democrat is elected president and permitted to actually take office.

Plus: All the Woke Entertainment News I've Skipped for a Month
Iger is such a successful CEO that he has to lay off employees every three months.
More layoff news in what already has been a depressing week. Disney is in the middle of a new wave of cuts as part of a "cost-saving initiative," sources tell Deadline. We hear about 300 or so people are affected by the layoffs that started yesterday and are continuing today and tomorrow, with a possibility to stretch beyond that. The positions -- all based in the U.S. -- are across Disney's corporate operations, including legal, HR, finance and communications, we hear. Among the divisions that are not impacted in this round are Parks, ESPN as well as Disney Entertainment.HR? Do tell! Disney's woke head of Animation has been fired -- I mean, this Stunning and Brave, Stronk and Empowered woman was promoted back to her old job, which is cranking out ever-more-soulless-and-cashgrabby sequels to Frozen. Disney Animation had one hit with another soulless cashgrab sequel, In and Out 2. But that movie had to get emergency last-minute editing to remove all the gay messaging that was stuffed into it.
But that last-minute fix wasn't enough for Jennifer Lee to keep her job. She leaves Walt Disney Animation with a complicated legacy: she destroyed the once elite money-making division for anti-male, anti-white woke ideology and cost the company billions. Wait, I guess that's not really all that complicated.
A new rumor claims that Disney and Pixar executives instructed the Inside Out 2 team to remove any possible gay interpretations from Inside Out 2 after Lightyear's box office failure. A report from IGN's Alex Stedman, which cites multiple anonymous individuals at Disney, claims that Disney executives blamed the failure of Lightyear on its inclusion of a gay kiss. Lightyear only grossed $218.7 million according to The-Numbers. The film had an estimated production budget of $200 million. One source told Stedman, "It is, as far as I know, still a thing, where leadership, they'll bring up Lightyear specifically and say, 'Oh, Lightyear was a financial failure because it had a queer kiss in it. That's not the reason the movie failed." Despite this source's claim, Disney executives instructed Pixar creatives to make Inside Out 2 "less gay." Stedman writes, "Sources describe rumors that there was special care put into making the relationship between Riley and Val, a supporting character introduced in Inside Out 2, seem as platonic as possible, even requiring edits to the lighting and tone of certain scenes to remove any trace of 'romantic chemistry.' One source told him that Pixar did "a lot of extra work to make sure that no one would potentially see them as not straight."
Alan Ng notes that there's an "untitled Disney anination" coming out Thanksgiving of this year. That movie was just revealed to be a soulless, cashgrabby sequel to Moana. Moana 2. Love the creativity. But Moana 2 was already commissioned as a Disney Plus tv show. Disney is now scrambling to convert it into a film they can release in the Thanksgiving window. Why all the last-minute scrambling? Ng thinks he knows why: Because Iger cancelled the movie one of Disney Animation's Four Woke Horsemen of the Apocalypse had been developing:
With Jennifer Lee firmly in place as the head of Walt Disney Animation and her plans for 50/50 female/male animator equity in place, her next goal was to include diverse voices to lead the next generation of feature animation. In 2019, Lee announced the names of four storytellers to direct four new films (Variety). From within WDA, Lee chose Josie Trinidad (story for Zootopia and Ralph Breaks the Internet) and Marc Smith (director of story for Frozen II). Lee pulled the other two from outside. The first is Carlos Lopez Estrada, who directed Raya and the Last Dragon, and Iranian-American filmmaker Suzi Yoonessi (Unlovable and Dear Lemon Lima). Many of the veteran animators saw these hirings, particularly Estrada and Yoonessi, as WDA embracing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). Disney had a long line of veteran animators investing time and energy in the hope that one day they would helm a Disney classic. Now, these scarce opportunities were given to people who were labeled diverse and never worked in animation. As uncovered in past D-Files, the "Old White Guys" were not given prominent scenes to animate in favor of inexperienced women of color. This snub began the slow and total exodus of veteran talent from Walt Disney Animation to competitor studios, including Skydance.
There are so many Woke Videogame Disasters that Imma have to speedrun them: Ubisoft made a woke Assassin's Creed game. They finally set one of their historically-themed stealth actioners in Japan. (The game is about assassins that are essentially ninjas, so people have asked for a Japan-set game for years and years.) But then they changed their minds and decided they hate money after all when they made the main character one of those very, very real "black samurais" you've heard so much about. Oh and he's also gay. They've delayed the game's release until next February. Ah, February -- the 12th best month to release a videogame. No thanks, Thanksgiving and Christmas! We don't need you!
My sources tell me that the untitled Disney Animation was never supposed to be Moana 2 but a story spearheaded by diverse hire Suzi Yoonessi. Though Yoonessi had several successful live-action films under her belt, she may have found herself in over her head in the world of animation. It appears that Yoonessi's film was not only paused bu flat out canceled. This film was about to enter the launch sequence when Wish came out but was canceled at the last minute. This left Walt Disney Studios with only two films in theaters in 2024, Young Woman and the Sea at the beginning of the year and Mufasa at the end.
They're trying to beat Disney at being Disney. Ubisoft is already reeling from its release of an underperforming, glitchy, boring, woke Star Wars game.
A financial analyst described Ubisoft's sales collapse and its delaying of Assassin's Creed Shadows a "total meltdown" and the company's stock collapse proves that true. Valliant Renegade reacted to the news that broke yesterday afternoon in the United States that Ubisoft was not only delaying Assassin's Creed Shadows, but that they were reducing their sales expectations for its second quarter by 30% from 500 million to 350-370 million [Euros]. On top of that the company also revised their entire year expectation to "around break-even" instead of profitability. He described it as a "total meltdown." Valliant Renegade specifically reacted to the stock price crashing nearly 20% since the market opened this morning around 9 [Euros]. He stated, "A little over four years ago Ubisoft was trading at nearly 90 Euros. 9-0 euros. And four years and seven months later here we are nine euros. That means the company has shed 90% of its total market capitalization. And right now as this continues on, this is going to make Ubisoft worth probably less than $1 billion on the open market by the end of trading today."
Ubisoft's CEO denies that it is pushing "any particular agenda" -- but its website says it is pushing a woke agenda.
In a document providing new financial targets for FY2024-25, Ubisoft drastically cut its net bookings projections for FY2024-25 from 500 million to 350-370m million [Euros]. The company explained the main reason for their net bookings being cut by up to 30% is "a reflection of decisions taken for Assassin's Creed Shadows and the softer than expected launch for Star Wars Outlaws.
Rocksteady's Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is such a huge, woke calamity that the studio itself probably will not survive it. Its original base game was woke trash, and they've sought to build on this non-success by giving people what they've always wanted: a gender-swapped Mr. Freeze. Well, that didn't work, and the already small player base continued to crater. But don't worry, they're righting the ship with an exciting new idea they've never tried before: Gender-swapping Deadshot. See, this is Deadshot, not Mr. Freeze. Different! Dragon Age: The Veilguard is pursuing the Modern Audience by allowing people, in its character customization menus, to give characters masectomy scars so that "trans people can feel seen and validated." You may think: Well, if this is all chosen by the player, what's the harm? Give everybody what they want? Except if what you want is a woman with a womanly body. Because while the game has trans breast-chopping scars as a much-ballyhooed option, the maximum breast size you can give a woman is what looks like "full A-cups." You also can't give them butts. It has been reported before that, supposedly, the command to make all female video game characters sexually ambiguous and masculine isn't just about feminists demanding that the "male gaze" always be disappointed, so that ugly women aren't forced to look at pretty women (even if fake videogame women) and feel emotionally triggered. The imperative also comes from trans activists, who want to see "women that look like themselves," that is to say: Men. Reportedly, the trans-encouraging, real-women's-bodies-allergic game's sales are "piss poor."
[Ubiosoft CEO Yves Guillemot] then concluded his remarks, "Finally, let me address some of the polarized comments around Ubisoft lately. I want to reaffirm that we are an entertainment-first company, creating games for the broadest possible audience, and our goal is not to push any specific agenda. We remain committed to creating games for fans and players that everyone can enjoy." Guillemot repeated this prepared remark word-for-word during the company's Trading Update Call. However, this is an obvious lie as Ubisoft's website makes it very clear it does have a specific agenda. On the company's Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility page, a statement from Raashi Sikka, Ubisoft's Vice President of Global Diversity and Inclusion says, "For Ubisoft, putting diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything we do means providing an environment where employees can thrive, building open-minded communities where players can connect, and creating games that reflect the diversity of the world we live in."
YouTuber Doctor Disaster shared, "I have an acquaintance in the retail world, someone who runs nine stores that sells video games. And I am hearing that these ratios that we're seeing in damn near every video released for Dragon Age: The Veilguard, these ratios are correlating with piss poor pre-sales data. People are not connecting with The Veilguard because Dragon Age games are supposed to be dark and gritty and this just looks completely soft."
A couple of years ago, there was one videogame universally praised for not having any wokeness in it, and just delivering a solid, immersive game that players wanted. That game was the Third Person Samurai game Ghosts of Tsushima. Well, they have a spin-off coming out, and you'll never guess.
They picked someone who will really appeal to The Modern Audience as the game's star, too.
Layden shared his comments while reacting to YouTuber Endymion's initial reaction to the game's trailer. He wrote, "Ghost of Tsushima sequel stars a Japanese woman samurai warrior because of course it does. They can't help themselves until every franchise that was built on masculinity is replaced by women." He added, "Ghost of Yotei is (hopefully) a small spin off game, but if this is the true sequel & this is the new main character over Jin Sakai, f**k that. So sick of the forced girlboss narrative man." YouTuber Mightykeef reacted to this by attacking Endymion and writing, "Man what an absolute loser." Layden responded to this post writing, "1 It's a game. An entertainment. A story a team of creators believes in. They want to make this." He added, "2 it's a game. If you don't like it, don't buy it. In fact, why not make the game you want yourself?"
Sony just spent $400 million developing another woke game -- full of racial, sexual, and body diversity, because everyone dreams of being an obese yet agile assassin -- which immediately became one of the biggest disasters in years. A designer says that the game's development was ruined by a "toxic positivity:" You simply were not allowed to point out the game's flaws, or question why we need even more obese black half-head-shaved lesbians as superheroes. Only cultish praise was permitted.
Sucker Punch, a subsidiary of PlayStation Studios, announced their next title Ghost of Yōtei, a sequel to Ghost of Tsushima, and revealed that the game's main character, Atsu, will be voiced by radical activist Erika Ishii.
Sucker Punch shared on X, "We are thrilled that Atsu is played by the amazing Erika Ishii!" Ishii is an radical activist, who claims in her X bio that she uses "all pronouns." Furthermore, Ishii is activist that supports body mutilation. In June she encouraged her followers on X to support ForTheGworls that targets black individuals to encourage them to butcher themselves. She wrote on X, "Non-Black folks looking to observe Juneteenth: Black nonprofits often receive aid in boom-or-bust cycles. This year, consider making a monthly pledge. Whether you donate, volunteer, or commit to learning please join me in my quest to be intentional & sustainable! I'm supporting: ForTheGworls a Black trans collective that helps pay for rent & gender affirming surgery in the Black LGBTQ community." Ishii previously promoted the organization in 2023 as well, "Today, please consider supporting ForTheGworls, a Black trans-led nonprofit. Our Black trans siblings are especially vulnerable now, and I donated in honor of Juneteenth2023 & Pride2023. But please join me in pledging to do our best to support Black justice year round!" In February 2023, ahead of the Hogwarts Legacy release, Ishii appeared to support the failed boycott of the game due to J.K. Rowling's outspoken stance on transgender activists. Ishii wrote, "I used to love Harry Potter. Went to every midnight release, cosplayed, was even in an HP themed improv group. Now I'm happy to instead support & be part of fantasy narratives where ALL are welcome. Trans community, we deserve our own better magic. I will always fight for that." She included a video of her stating, "F**k Terfs." In a subsequent post, Ishii added, "Muting, but wanted to reiterate: trans rights are human rights. I ask that instead of replying to negative comments to turn that effort towards positive action: a donation, sharing/supporting trans creators & trans joy, or checking in with your trans friends & their happiness!" Not only does Ishii support body mutilation and transgender ideology, but she also claims that the police are "white supremacist." Back in 2021, she wrote, "We will not let these terrorists shake our resolve. 2020 showed us that we WILL rise up and make our voices heard. Despite voter suppression, facing down a white supremacist police force, risking health & safety, we hit the polls & streets to say NO MORE. They can't stop us." ... On top of hiring Ishii, Sucker Punch hired former Insomniac Games Community Manager and Sweet Baby Inc. defender Thomas Hart to be the company's Community Manager beginning in April 2024. Hart announced he joined Sucker Punch writing on X, "Incredibly excited to announce that today is my first day at Sucker Punch as a Community Manager!" He defended Sweet Baby Inc. just a month prior, "This whole Sweet Baby controversy is mind numbingly dumb. Most people have no idea how games are made or what a consultant does. Many don't even care to listen when someone tries to explain it to them. They would much rather have an other to demonize."
Next, he shared that there was a "toxic positivity vibe." He stated, "You weren't allowed to say anything internally about this game. About how something is wrong with it. Character designs are not right. They really, truly believed. This was Herman Hulst's baby apparently. And he internally was himself a massive champion of the game."The game was so immediately repudiated by the public -- barely anyone bought this $400 million game, and I think I read the maximum number of players on the game's servers was like 750 worldwide in the first week -- that they shut down those servers after two weeks and the game's director reportedly stepped down. Sweet Baby Inc. is a company of "diversity consultants" who are hired by videogame companies so that SJWs do not attack and boycott them. It's a racial/gay/trans shakedown, in other words. One of their non-binary (of course) employees admitted that zis goal is "to burn the games industry to the ground." Can't have straight men deriving any Unapproved Pleasure!
A Sweet Baby Inc. employee named Camerin Wild, who claims to be non-binary, admitted that his goal is "burning the games industry to the ground."And you're doing a fantastic job of it.
In a presentation titled "How to Get Away With Murder Subverting Genre Expectations" at The Game Developers of Color Expo discovered by YouTuber Kirsche, Wild introduces himself saying he is a "narrative designer and sensitivity reader with a company called Sweet Baby Inc." Wild, who according to Moby Games worked on Tales of Kenzera: Zau, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Alan Wake II, The Crew: Motorfest, Kingdom EIghties, and God of War: Ragnarök, then declared "the stories we tell each other are way more than entertainment. They are how we create debate and preserve our collective values and beliefs. And we can and should make better more expansive, more representational content." Then in a slide titled, "Cool, so why am I here?" One of the bullet points states, "Burning the games industry to the ground."
Is there anything worth playing? Well, despite Games Workshop itself being increasingly woke, the licensed game Space Marine 2 is being hailed as throwback to when games were just fun and exciting. And non-woke. The game is being attacked by leftists because someone at the company making the game -- possibly the CEO -- made the triggering statement that videogame designers should not be in the business of imposing their moral agenda on a captive audience, which caused all the mentally-ill internet addicts to begin showing their mental illnesses on the internet.
In the next slide titled "So why am I still here?" One of the bullet points states, "To prove that space where whiteness doesn't have to live-is where some of the best stories are told."
Hey man. CEO of Saber here. I love your videos. When we signed the deal to make Space Marine 2, all I wanted was a throwback game. We had the chance to work on something which by its nature was "old school". I can't even comprehend many of the current games that we play these days. They are too complex and too much of an investment. We worked on Halo back in the day, and that game could be distilled down to the simplest of shooting loops, but it was entirely addicting. That is what we wanted to recapture. I hope that games like Space Marine 2 and Wukong are the start of a reversion to a time when games were simply about fun and immersion.Oh my -- how offensive! Below, some more about Disney.

RFKJr. is one thing.
But guess who just came out of the woodwork to squeak "Notice me! Notice me again! I'm still relevant!" And who claims to have been in a relationship with Nuzzi? This gross bathtub monster.Confirming the past liaison via social media on Tuesday, Olbermann revealed that the details of their association came to light as Nuzzi faced scrutiny over her connection with Kennedy. This disclosure arrives amid news that RFK Jr. is contemplating legal action against Nuzzi for allegedly inundating him with explicit content after misleading him to unblock her contact information--a claim shared by an individual familiar to both parties. The spotlight on Nuzzi's personal life illuminates much about her interactions, particularly with public figures. Olbermann, reflecting on their past, remarked that their relationship wasn't hidden, though he mistakenly believed it garnered no public interest.By which I assume Olbermann means: I contacted someone off-the-record to tell them I banged this woman, and then asked them to publicly ask me about the affair, pretending that they heard about it from someone else.
Furthermore, he characterized their time together as remarkably mundane yet pleasant, highlighting a memorable moment when they adopted a dog together--an experience he cherishes greatly. You say this is a victimless crime? That poor dog.
Despite the controversy surrounding Nuzzi's recent actions, Olbermann expressed disdain towards Kennedy's response to the situation, criticizing his attempt to potentially pursue legal steps against Nuzzi.Right, the real way to get vengeance is to constantly dribble out gross dox material on anyone you ever slept with. These people have the morals of actors but the sex appeal of grave-diggers.

This is not Yacht Rock. Not even close.
Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyer thinks there's a simple explanation for the rapper's massive supply of baby oil: He buys in bulk. Marc Agnifilo spoke about the disgraced hip-hop mogul's arrest and federal prosecutors' claim that Homeland Security found 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube when they raided Combs' mansions while speaking with TMZ, echoing what he told The Post in an exclusive interview last week. "Back when I was a kid in the late '70s, they were called threesomes," Agnifilo said of the so-called "freak off" sex parties that the US Attorneys allege Diddy, 54, hosted. According to the feds, Diddy would lure and coerce women to engage in sexual performances with male sex workers for him to watch and record -- sometimes without their knowledge. As for why Combs would need 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube if the rapper was having threesomes and not "freak offs," Agnifilo told TMZ, "I don't know where the number '1,000' came from. I can't imagine it's thousands [of bottles of baby oil and lube], and I'm not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything."Gossips say that anyone who ever "partied" with Puff Diddler is either going to jail, or going to be called as witness to crimes. And in the latter case, their lives will be demolished, because Puff Diddler will release the videotapes of anyone who testifies against him.
When TMZ's Harvey Levin explained that the baby oil could be used as "a lubricant for an orgy," the rapper's attorney responded, "I guess -- I don't know what you need a thousand [for]. One bottle of baby oil goes a long way. I don't know what you need a thousand for."
Agnifilo added, "[Diddy] has a big house. He buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home. I mean, have you sat in a parking lot of a Costco and see what people walk out of there with?" "I don't think it was a thousand. Let's just say it was a lot."
One Department of Homeland Security agent who visited Diddy's $35 million Florida mansion in March -- his California home, which he listed for sale for $61.5 million in September, was also searched -- told a news outlet that the "Mo Money Mo Problems" hitmaker had rooms that were filled with sex toys, bondage gear, lingerie -- and hidden cameras. "You were being recorded from every possible angle, including angles you wouldn't have known about," the agent explained, adding that the women involved were "either barely legal, or barely illegal." The agent branded Diddy "as bad as Jeffrey Epstein," the convicted pedophile financier who died in a New York jail at 66 in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo denied the similarity, insisting in court September 17, "these were consenting adults."A 16 year old alleges she was non-consenting.
Not according to the feds. Diddy ensured participation from the women by controlling their careers, tracking their whereabouts and using "intimidation and violence," prosecutors say. He allegedly assaulted women by "striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at and kicking them" causing injuries that could take days or weeks to heal. He got away with it for more than a decade, prosecutors claim, by relying on his employees, who he sometimes controlled with violence, to ensure witnesses kept their mouths shut. There are also reports of potential blackmail material, with feds confirming Diddy "used the sensitive, embarrassing and incriminating recordings that he made during Freak Offs as collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims." Indeed, aside from those who've filed civil lawsuits, few have spoken out. According to rapper, actor and producer 50 Cent, 49, that's because "some of them were involved, at the parties and enjoyed themselves, so they don't know what the f--k is on tape," as he told The Hollywood Reporter in July. Hip-hop radio host Charlamagne Tha God, 46, believes "there will be others involved," warning on The Breakfast Club September 17, "If you've ever been butt naked anywhere with Diddy and there was some women around or men around that he told you were part of the party, you're probably going to jail." Says the source: "There are dozens of people in Hollywood who are terrified of being called to testify. It could spell ruin." Then there are the civil lawsuits. Singer Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, 38, who was in a relationship with Diddy for about a decade until 2018, bravely opened the floodgates last November when she filed a 35-page complaint accusing Diddy of sexual assault, battery and sex trafficking. He's also facing at least seven other suits from people including singer Dawn Richards (who says she witnessed him perform sex acts on passed-out women at his parties, telling guests, "This is what we do, this is how we party"); producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones (who alleges he was required to tape sex acts for Diddy); and Liza Garner (who says Diddy forced her to have sex when she was only 16). Diddy has denied all the allegations. Diddy's legal woes have led authorities to revisit other troubling claims. A September 16 news report claims federal investigators have been quietly collaborating with Nevada authorities to revisit the drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur in 1996. (Duane "Keefe D" Davis, the suspect in the case, previously alleged that Diddy solicited him to kill the star.) While in May, Rolling Stone sparked fresh speculation about the 1997 murder of the Notorious B.I.G. (real name: Christopher Wallace) when it reported Biggie allegedly planned to cut ties with Diddy's Bad Boy Records label shortly before his death. Diddy has denied any involvement in the killings.P. Diddler is threatening that if this prosecution doesn't stop, he's going to take the stand and air out every one else's dirty laundry:
Shadow of EzraLove it. Bring it on. Bring it all out. Fellow rapper Fifty Cent is making a documentary about Puff Diddler. In this NSFW video, Fifty Cent said he knew to be wary of Puff Diddler based on this unusual request: Diddler asked him to "go shopping" with him. Which Fifty Cent says makes him a "fruit pop" and made him wonder, "What did this ***** just ask me?" Like I said, NSFW. Kinda funny though. Puff Diddy's lawyers also said that the one-time crap rapper couldn't be gay, no matter how many guys he had forced to have sex with him, because he had a "No Homo" chip installed in his spine.
@ShadowofEzra Diddy's lawyer has confirmed he's prepared to testify in court, potentially exposing other high-profile figures in an effort to reduce his sentence. "I don't know that I could keep him off the stand. I think he is very eager to tell his story. And I think he will tell every part of his story." Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all three charges and was denied bail.
Below, some vids, including some funny ones.

[N]ow that the appellate court has finally reviewed the case, the judges sound very skeptical about James' case as well as the absurd award in a case that involved literally no losses to anyone connected to Trump's businesses:More at the link. Meanwhile, deranged partisan Jack Smith has presented his own arguments to insane leftwing judge Chutkan in DC, claiming that basically the Supreme Court decision on immunity is moot because none of Trump's actions were taken in his capacity as President and even those that were should still be criminal. This is obviously completely contrary to the Supreme Court's ruling, which recognized a fairly expansive doctrine of immunity. The interesting thing is that Politico is "saying the quiet part out loud" -- they tweeted out this link with the headline, "Jack Smith has one last chance before Election Day to present his best evidence against Donald Trump." They keep claiming "this isn't about politics" but they give themselves away at every turn. The reporting from the New York Times make it sound like James got little sympathy from the judges. It's always dangerous to read too much into the Socratic questioning used by jurists in appellate hearings, but the pull quotes offered by the NYT sound pretty encouraging for Trump. The report describes Judge Peter Moulton as the most supportive of James' presentation, but even Moulton marveled at the size of Judge Arthur Engoron's award for a case without any losses or victims:
A New York appeals court expressed skepticism on Thursday about a civil judgment of more than $450 million that a trial judge had ordered former President Donald J. Trump to pay after finding that he had fraudulently inflated his wealth. At a hearing in Manhattan, members of a five-judge panel questioned both the size of the judgment and the validity of the case, which New York's attorney general brought against the former president and his family business two years ago.... Two other judges expressed skepticism over the award and the case:
Toward the end of the hearing, Justice Moulton asked how the attorney general's office could "tether the amount that was assessed" by Justice Engoron "to the harm that was caused here, where parties left these transactions happy about how things went down?"
Justice Friedman, who appeared the most skeptical of the case, asked Ms. Vale to identify any other case in which the attorney general's office had sued "to upset a private business transaction that was between equally sophisticated partners." Before she could respond, Dianne T. Renwick, the court's presiding justice, who generally seemed supportive of the case, added her own question. "And little to no impact on the public marketplace?" she asked.

Apparently he's hiding so that Congressional Republicans can't serve him a subpoena.
House Republicans planned to escalate their investigation into Nathan Wade, a former special prosecutor in Fulton County, Georgia, by subpoenaing him to appear for a deposition this week, but Wade appears to be missing in action. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) had ordered Wade in a subpoena, reviewed by the Washington Examiner, to appear Thursday for the closed-door interview as part of the committee's investigation into Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's prosecution of former President Donald Trump. However, Wade has been unresponsive to the subpoena, and his silence has led Jordan to take the unusual step of asking the U.S. Marshals Service to try to locate Wade in Georgia to serve him, according to a committee spokesperson. "Nathan Wade's evasion of service is extremely unusual and will require the Committee to spend U.S. tax dollars to locate him," the spokesperson said in a statement. A Republican lawyer familiar with the matter said that the U.S. Marshals Service has not been able to find Wade and that "at this point, we know he's trying to avoid service." The lawyer called Wade's actions "clearly dilatory." Wade's law office did not respond to a request for comment from the Washington Examiner. Wade's apparent avoidance of the subpoena comes after two onetime advisers to former President Donald Trump, Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, were imprisoned this year, each with four-month sentences, for failing to comply with House-issued subpoenas relating to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. ... Jordan's attempt to subpoena Wade comes after the Georgia lawyer backed out of appearing voluntarily for a scheduled interview last week at the last minute after initially agreeing to the appearance in July, according to a letter Jordan wrote to Wade.If you see Sweetdick, or his "law partners," Lance Clamhammer or Rex DeQuim, contact the US Marshall's service at once. The "Party of Law and Order," everyone. "The Party of Norms." Hey everybody, let's get it up for The Party of Defending Our Precious Democracy! Come on! Let's hear some cheers! Some accounts are saying that Wade has been found and duly served. But they don't link any news story for this, they just say it themselves. I don't know.
The chairman said Wade's attorney contacted the committee five days before Wade's scheduled appearance to say that Wade had to postpone his appearance indefinitely based on instructions Wade received from Willis's attorney Roy Barnes. "The eleventh-hour intervention from District Attorney Willis does not excuse your failure to appear for your transcribed interview," Jordan wrote.

There are a few things happening here as well as internationally that while alarming and disturbing in and of themselves perhaps are indicators that may not guarantee a Trump victory in November seem to think that there is a palpable perception/fear amongst our enemies foreign and domestic that that might be what they are seeing in the cards. As Putin threatens to use nukes should borscht-belt wannabe, from the actual borscht belt Zelenskyy use US and western missiles on Russia, we have a new rocket man in the east who made something of a splash, in the Pacific causing much wetting of pants by our allies in the region:
Australia and New Zealand are looking for an explanation from China on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly (UNGA) for its unusual test-launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) into the Pacific Ocean on Wednesday. The two island nations said they would consult with other members of the Pacific Islands forum (PIF) before the UNGA wraps up on Friday. . . China launched an ICBM into the Pacific for the first time since 1980, in an unusually public demonstration of military power. Chinese officials blandly insisted the test-launch was a "routine arrangement in our annual training plan," even though it was clearly nothing of the kind. Beijing has been coy about the missile hardware it tested and its intended flight path, but the Associated Press (AP) on Thursday spotted a map published in a Chinese newspaper that showed the missile flying in a straight line from China's Hainan Island to "the center of a ring formed by Solomon Islands, Nauru, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Western Samoa, Fiji, and Vanuatu."Xi and his nation of tyrannical communists are itching to grab Taiwan, while we are otherwise engaged for the next few months. mostly because it is painfully obvious that no one is in charge in D.C. and those making the decisions have a hate on for this nation as much as the communists. Mostly because that is who and what they are to begin with. Plus there is ample evidence that so many in our political class are in Xi's pocket to the tune of billions. Yay, bipartisanship! A couple of items just are utterly radiant in their level of chutzpocrisy. Which for those unaware is my mash-up of the words Chutzpah and hypocrisy. They go together (like rama-lama-lama) As long as we're in the vicinity of the open sewer that is Turtle Bay, take a whiff of this emission:
The head of Haiti’s “Transitional Presidential Council” Edgard Leblanc Fils demanded “historical reparations” for his country at the United Nations General Assembly on Thursday, asserting that the international community has an “essential role” in Haiti’s recovery. The Transitional Presidential Council, which Leblanc presides over, was formed at the end of April following a prolonged period of political negotiations to serve as the nation’s working government after months of gang violence left the country on the brink of total collapse. Haiti has not had a president since the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse in July 2021. . . . . . In his speech to the U.N., Leblanc extended a salute to all Haitian migrants around the world, assuring them that, wherever they are, the council he leads is “thinking of them until the conditions are right for them to return to the fold.” Speaking on behalf of the Haitian people, Leblanc also extended “fraternal greetings to all the friends of Haiti” that have shown solidarity with its migrants, making special mention of Springfield, Ohio. “The long history of friendship and mutual solidarity between our two nations, since our participation in the Battle of Savannah in 1779, allows us to say with confidence that the American people reject any incitement to hatred against our community,” Leblanc said. “The active participation of Haitian immigrants at various levels of American life is tangible and significant.”Reparations? Maybe you should be hitting up the Clinton Global Initiative and Underage Sex Trafficking company, LLC! Maybe if you backward savages didn't spend the last couple of hundred years grifting and abusing your own citizens, your nation would more resemble your neighbor to the east, the Dominican Republic, by comparison a civilized, peaceful, and stable society. Instead, you insist on modeling yourselves after one of world's worst failed states imaginable – CALIFORNIA!
California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed a series of “reparations” bills on Thursday, including a formal apology for slavery, even though the state entered the Union as a free state in 1850. . . Newsom signed several other bills passed by the state legislature and pushed by reparations activists. As Breitbart News noted, however, the bills did not include actual cash payments or a reparations fund, provoking protests. So, empty promises. Typical lefties. . . The movement for reparations gained traction during the chaotic summer of 2020, when protests and riots spread across the country in the wake of the murder of George Floyd by police in Democrat-run Minneapolis, Minnesota. Minnesota. Where Tampon Timmy Walz was governor. God-forbid he and Kalorama Harris are installed in November, we have a whole lot of Racial HEELING ahead of us:
Walz Education Appointee Calls for the Overthrow of the U.S. Brian Lozenski, an associate professor of urban and multicultural education at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minn., was appointed by Governor Tim Walz’s state education department to help write the statewide “implementation framework” (similar to a curriculum) for Minnesota’s new “ethnic studies” standards. It now emerges that Lozenski has called for the “overthrow” of the United States. Lozenski is no outlier. On the contrary, he has been the leading voice advocating the addition of a radical version of “ethnic studies” to Minnesota’s social-studies standards (citizenship and government, economics, geography, history, and now ethnic studies). Lozenski is also the key organizer and thought leader for the radical leftist advocacy groups that Governor Walz has effectively put in charge of rewriting Minnesota’s social-studies standards. You can make the case that America as founded has already been "overthrown" politically and in many aspects societally/culturally, by scanning the links and more and more, by just looking at your own lives and that of your loved ones as lived lo these past few decades. What this Lozinski cancer is itching for, is reparations in the form of gulags and mass graves. It all boils down to that. And they'll dress it up as self defense to preserve and protect our precious democracy. On that note, I give you the beast that ate Port Au Prince:
Failed 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton doubled down this week on calling half of former President Donald Trump’s supporters a “basket of deplorables.” Clinton reflected on the infamous and divisive comment she made during a fundraiser in 2016 in a Washington Post op-ed published on Wednesday, adapted from her new book Something Lost, Something Gained: Reflections on Life, Love, and Liberty. In the article, the former secretary of state recalled a meeting she had with a former white supremacist who now works to deprogram people leaving hate groups as an entry to discuss her “deplorables” comment, and said the term is “too kind a word” for some of Trump’s most fervent followers. . . . . . Now some of those folks, they are irredeemable, but thankfully they are not America. However, Clinton has since called for “formal deprogramming” of MAGA “cult members” — a tone she similarly struck in her Washington Post column by discussing her “deplorables” comment alongside her meeting with a former white supremacist who now “works to deprogram and rehabilitate people leaving hate groups”:Now you can understand how Trump gets shot at twice, and how transexuals can shoot up Christian schools and how pregnancy crisis centers can be firebombed. When one is dealing with what is called evil, then there is no measure short of eradicating that evil that can be acceptable. That is their mindset and self-justification for everything they do. And while some believe this toxic garbage, Clinton and her ilk are only interested in preserving their power and influence, yes ideologically but in terms of raw greed as well.
Donald Trump’s immigration plans and rhetoric are similar to Nazi leader Adolf Hitler’s, according to a recent Salon piece warning that Trump “plans to turn America into a type of Fourth Reich,” targeting immigrants and minorities with “white supremacy” and “racism.”The projection in this projectile vomiting is just off the charts. As commenter MP4 once quipped, and I'lll paraphrase, if we as conservatives were a fraction of the Nazis you claim we are, you all would've been smoke up a chimney years ago. When you consider Hillary, Walz, Kamala, Ibram X. Krement's critical race theory (aka Jive Kampf), and what successive generations of American children have been and cotninue to be brainwashed with,
perhaps this book is telling us where we are headed as it takes a look at where those who had a front row seat to the same craziness and where it led. Have a good weekend.

- The Chief Technology Officer, Chief Research Officer, and VP of Research have all left OpenAI this week as Doc Sam "Snake Oil" Altman tightens his grip on the company. (Ars Technica)
The core issue is the change of OpenAI's status from a public benefit company to slush fund for the select few to loot. Altman himself is looking at a $10 billion payday at current valuation.
This is likely a disaster for the company and its shareholders.
- As for the researchers fleeing the oncoming catastrophe they are likely to do just fine.

Can you guess why people would say it's inappropriate to sent a flirty, obvious pick-up text to a woman you're not married to, despite being married?
Despite you having called that same woman a racist and white supremacist hours before? I think you can guess. It's because you're all racists pushing the racist trope that sometimes black men are attracted to white women with thicc butts. I mean. Come on. That's just racism straight-up. That's crazytalk squared.Actually you called her a gorgeous woman, then said "we look good together" (wink) and then sent a winky emoji and a kissy face emoji.
Author Michael Eric Dyson doubled down on his heated on-air clash last month with Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., insisting during a Tuesday appearance on "The View" that he "tried to be nice" to the Republican congresswoman while calling her out for mispronouncing Vice President Kamala Harris' name. "I tried to be nice to the woman," Dyson said after arguing that times have changed with regard to what people can say to others. "I said, 'You're a wonderful woman' -- I lied -- but I tried to be nice to her and even when I pointed out to her what the repetition of the misnaming of Kamala Harris would do she got defensive, 'Oh, you're calling me a racist.' No."
He went on The View to claim she was pushing the racist trope of "the black brute" attempting to pick up "the innocent white woman." He says he "tried to be nice to the woman." Yeah I bet you did. He also called her a racist again, while claiming he hadn't called her a racist and wasn't calling her a racist now. Though he then said methinks she doth protest too much. You know what that means, right, "professor"? That means you're saying she knows she's a racist so she's overly-aggressively denying it.
During a clash on CNN in August, Dyson told Mace, who had mispronounced Harris' first name during the segment, that she was part of the history of disregarding the "humanity of Black people." ...
Dyson called Mace a "bigot" after she raised the text messages during the congressional hearing. "The ridiculous lies told by Nancy Mace in the effort to smear my name because of her anger at being checked for her insensitive disregard for @VP... I had no intent with her to do anything but be nice," he wrote on X. "And her White women's tears and mendacity are all in the service of lies and distortions. I was wrong about one thing: she IS a bigot and racist." On "The View" Tuesday, Dyson identified Mace as a "White Christian" and claimed, "White Christians hate themselves for the past wrongs that have been done, and I'm here as a loving Christian to say, let's grapple with that past, acknowledge the historic legacy of supremacy, don't deny it, don't erase it, don't eviscerate it." Dyson reiterated his comments about "White Christians" during another segment later in the show and responded to Mace's claims of him sending her flirtatious messages. "When I said White Christians, I meant White evangelical Christians. I'm a Christian minister myself, so I ain't hating. And this is why I try to extend a compliment to Nancy Mace. I wasn't flirting with you. I was trying to be flattering to you," he said. Co-host Whoopi Goldberg chimed in and said that Dyson could explain it all he wanted to, but that Mace would never understand.
