- Homan fires back after Congressional Hispanic Caucus chair says group will oppose mass deportations: 'Game on'
The usual suspects mouthed the usual anti-American nonsense, expecting platitudes. They got a kick in the balls. This Homan fellow is growing on me!

- Pope Francis Calls for Investigation to Determine If Israel's Attacks in Gaza Constitute 'Genocide'
No mathematicians were asked to contribute to the "investigation," because the population of Gaza is actually growing, which makes that whole "Genocide" charge problematic. One good thing about criticizing the "Pope" is that most Catholics find him to be less Catholic and more communist, so they are pretty much on board.
- NASCAR's Toni Breidinger Gets Called Up To Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue
I don't know who she is, but judging by the photos, she has been a she for her entire life, and doing a pretty damned good job of it! Is the tranny and fat chick lunacy at Sports Illustrated finally ending? Maybe, but it's also probably too late.
- Gov. Hochul expected to unpause congestion pricing with new base toll
It's an awful, hideously expensive and stupid idea, so it fits right in with NY's drive to beat California in the worst state in the country competition. President Trump has already announced his opposition, which is why Horrid Hochul is pushing it through.

@farzyness Someone told me that ever since the election, it feels like America from the 1980s. Can someone confirm? And... we're back!
@dmurphy910 It's similar to when Reagan won. Everything went from fear and sadness to pride and happiness -- overnight. Plus, now we have a measure of humor and fun which has been missing for some time. Even my Democrat friends feel it. They're not happy but they still feel it.

The left is gearing up their lawfare machinery, of course.
President-elect Donald Trump confirmed Monday he would declare a "national emergency" to deport illegal migrants using "military assets" once he steps back into office early next year. Trump made the statement on Truth Social, responding "TRUE!!!" to a post from Judicial Watch chief Tom Fitton expressing hope that the president-elect would do so. "GOOD NEWS: Reports are the incoming @RealDonaldTrump administration prepared to declare a national emergency and will use military assets to reverse the Biden invasion through a mass deportation program," Fitton wrote on the social media platform. Trump has vowed to enact the largest deportation in history, starting when he takes the oath of office Jan. 20.
Any attempt to use active-duty troops would be subject to legal challenges, as the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 limits the federal government's use of the military to enforce domestic policy. The act does not prohibit the National Guard from serving in a law enforcement capacity. An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) source confirmed to The Post that the military is barred from performing constabulary duties without Congressional authorization. "If the incoming administration were to pursue such a strategy, it might involve deploying National Guard units or other military resources under different legal frameworks, potentially framing it as a public safety or humanitarian effort, " this person said. "However, this approach would most certainly provoke considerable backlash from civil rights groups and the public." The source added that while the military could "play a role in such operations, the ramifications would be complex and contentious, requiring careful consideration of legal, ethical, and social implications." But former acting ICE Director Ron Vitiello told The Post that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has called upon the Pentagon "many times" in the past. Vitiello said he could see the military being leveraged to provide "transportation or construction as they have done before."

As the contested Pennsylvania Senate race barrels towards a $1 million recount, Democratic officials in a few blue counties are openly admitting to counting disqualified ballots in defiance of state law and court orders. The Associated Press has called the race for Republican Sen.-elect Dave McCormick, who currently holds a 26,000 vote lead over incumbent Democratic Sen. Bob Casey. But Casey has refused to concede and insisted that every vote be counted. The close margin -- within one percentage point -- triggered an automatic recount under Pennsylvania law. Yet the critical question is which votes should be counted? The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled before the election that mail ballots lacking formally required signatures or dates should not be included in official results. However, Democratic officials in Philadelphia and surrounding Bucks, Centre and Montgomery counties are ignoring that court order. "I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country," Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia, a Democrat, said Thursday as she and other Democrats voted to reject a GOP-led challenge to ballots that should be disqualified. "People violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention. There's nothing more important than counting votes."The Pennsylvania Supreme Court already ruled that unsigned and undated ballots were invalid. The Democrat election commissioners, who ran for office promising that election officials control whose votes count, declared that they were violating the Supreme Court's rulings because they want to... save democracy. The state Supreme Court just told them to stop:
Well I don't think they said that. They said they declined to extend this order to the other various election disputes going on. "King's Bench authority" is the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's power to intervene in any case going on in the state, even if it hasn't gone through review by lower courts. Or even if no case has yet been filed.
Simon Ateba
@simonateba BREAKING - victory for Dave McCormick and RNC: Pennsylvania Supreme Court Orders Compliance with Absentee Ballot Rules, Invalidating Misdated and Undated Ballots for 2024 Election The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued an order directing all county boards of elections, including those in Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties, to comply with prior rulings regarding mail-in and absentee ballots. Specifically, ballots that fail to meet the requirements of the Pennsylvania Election Code--such as missing or incorrect dates on the declaration envelope--will not be counted for the 2024 general election. The court invoked its King's Bench authority to enforce this directive but denied broader requests for jurisdiction over other election-related matters. NOTE: The decision reinforces adherence to election laws during the ongoing election cycle.
King's Bench Power and Power of Extraordinary Jurisdiction Can the Supreme Court hear any case it chooses? The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has the power to consider any case pending in a lower court and even some matters not pending in the courts when it sees the need to address an issue of "immediate public importance." When it does so, the Supreme Court exercises its "King's Bench power" or its power of "extraordinary jurisdiction" as provided by the Pennsylvania Constitution and Pennsylvania law. Although King's Bench power, which is based on English common law, is similar in many respects to extraordinary jurisdiction, the two powers are not identical. Extraordinary jurisdiction enables the Supreme Court to assume jurisdiction of any matter pending before a lower court at any stage. King's Bench power may be exercised when no matter is pending -- for example, if an issue of importance arises in connection with the Supreme Court's administrative authority over the lower courts. It also gives the Supreme Court the authority to supervise and administer the judiciary.Cases were already pending, though.

Michael Whatley @ChairmanWhatley 1h MCCORMICK/CASEY RECOUNT UPDATE: Following our latest RNC lawsuit, today the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled yet again that undated ballots CANNOT BE COUNTED. No more excuses. Election officials in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and other counties have absolutely no choice but to reject illegal ballots. We will hold them to it.

Elizabeth Gregory @eliz_gregory 38m
Today's ruling is a massive setback to Casey's attempt to count illegal ballots after Bucks County & others blatantly violated the law in an effort to help him. Senator-elect McCormick is very pleased with this ruling & looks forward to taking the Oath of Office in January.

Multiple current and former senior Justice Department and FBI officials have begun reaching out to lawyers in anticipation of being criminally investigated by the Trump administration, according to three people with knowledge of their deliberations. Following Trump's decisive election victory, many Justice Department officials and career staffers were already nervous about the possibility that they would be targeted by Trump loyalists, particularly members of Congress. But the selection of former Rep. Matt Gaetz, a firebrand Trump ally who was the subject of a recent FBI investigation, to lead the department has sharply increased the sense of alarm, the sources said. "Everything we did was aboveboard," said a former senior FBI official who has started contacting lawyers because he expects to be prosecuted himself. "But this is a different world." The official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity out of fear of becoming even more of a target, doesn't believe any attempt to prosecute him will be successful. Judges and juries have the power to throw out cases or find defendants innocent if they deem prosecutions to be baseless. But like many other current and former Justice Department officials, he is bracing for a potentially long and costly legal battle, as well as the possibility of protracted congressional investigations, after Trump takes office in January. Career FBI employees are especially vulnerable, the official added. Since they make less money than they would in the private sector, they rely on the pensions they receive after 20 years. "Agents have to do 20 years," the former senior FBI official said. "These people don't have options." A former senior Justice Department official who served during Trump's first term said he, too, saw Gaetz's nomination as a sign of the seriousness of the president-elect's vow to exact revenge on those who investigated him. "He needs to be able to control the department, which he can do through a loyal AG beholden to him," the former Justice Department official said. That's probably Andrew McCabe, the disgraced, perjurious Deep State fixer who attempted to frame Trump. He works at NBC, but NBC knows his opinion cuts little ice with anyone outside of NBC, so they grant him a very silly anonymity. And the "former FBI official" is probably Druidic Tree Philosopher James "Fast Jimmy" Comey. via David Strom, who adds:
FBI officials committed perjury, lied to the FISA Court, hid evidence of crimes, persecuted Trump's allies, invaded the former president's home, invented cases, and, in one case, left the Justice Department to lead the prosecution of Trump in New York. The FBI opened an investigation based on the Steele Dossier, which they knew to be a hoax. These people must be prosecuted for their crimes. The alternative is to turn the Justice Department and the three letter agencies into even more of a Stasi than it already is, weaponized against the American people.By the way, the writer of this propaganda is "Fusion Ken" Dilanian, one of Russiagate's most fervent hoaxers. He has James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzock and the rest of the Russiagate Criminal Organization on speed-dial.

Tough but fair.
The Jewish VoiceCorrected: I wrote that Geert Wilders was the PM of the Netherlands. He's not.
@TJVNEWS Geert Wilders is celebrating today's major victory, announcing that Prime Minister Dick Schoof has confirmed the Public Prosecution Service can now prosecute those responsible for the "Jew Hunt" in Amsterdam as terrorists. This means that upon conviction, these jihadis can be stripped of their Dutch citizenship, and no new law is required. But it gets even better. The government is now considering adding antisemitism as a direct, specific reason to revoke nationality. (Jihadis across the Netherlands are panicking) Wilders calls this "fantastic news," as it directly supports his unwavering push for harsher consequences--including deportation and revocation of citizenship of dual nationals --for those hunting Jews in the Netherlands. Above Geert Wilders Demands Removal of Dutch Passports for Moroccan 'Jew-Hunting' Rioters: 'This is Terror, Plain and Simple'

They also said they would stop name-calling and smearing Trump if he promised he wouldn't throw "political opponents" in jail. Such as themselves.
Strom thinks their bosses demanded they make peace with Trump, due to the Trump victory Thanos-Snapping half their audience into dust.End WokenessI don't know. Seems to me that these two are disgusting toadies who would try to cozy up to Trump on their own initiative.
@EndWokeness MSNBC ratings collapse: Joy Reid - down 54.6%
Ari Melber - down 49.6%
Chris Hayes - down 47.2%
Alex Wagner - down 53.6%
Morning Joe - down 39.6%
Stephanie Ruhle - down 67%
Andrea Mitchell - down 39.7%
Since MSNBC's business model--being Regime Media for the transnational elite is clearly failing--they are desperately seeking a new audience. And, since they obviously have no skillset that applies to journalism, they are offering their propaganda skills to Donald Trump.

The propaganda media and its left-wing allies in the government’s bureaucratic leviathan have been colluding in recent years to smear conservatives with “accusations” or “allegations” of illicit behavior in their past, for the purpose of disqualifying the target from public office. Actual charges rarely ever result, because the allegations are not provable, and quite often completely false. But the smear remains, because the allegations are usually not disprovable either.
Be it Brett Kavanaugh being accused of rape, or all the ridiculous “Russia collusion” allegations that were promoted against Trump and his team, reputational destruction of the left’s political enemies through smears and slander is a weapon of choice right now. And with President-elect Trump rolling out a list of appointees who aim to dismantle the bureaucratic left, the allegations from the left’s smear machine are ramping up. Tara Copp, a journalist at the Associated Press just showed her religious ignorance, anti-Christian bigotry, and malicious lack of decency, by writing a story accusing Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth of being a white supremacist for having religious tattoos, including one reading “Deus Vult,” a Latin phrase meaning “God wills it” that has been used by defenders of Christianity for over 900 years, and for having a tattoo of the Jerusalem Cross, which is a venerated Christian religious icon. Copp’s piece, ‘’Trump Pentagon pick had been flagged by fellow service member as possible ‘Insider Threat’” is so despicable that I will not link it. The piece matter-of-factly asserts that Hegseth has white supremacist tattoos and a variety of beliefs that are associated with white supremacy. She also accuses the military of being riddled with white supremacists. The basis for this slander is a letter from one ignorant individual in the DC National Guard – ONE – accusing Hegseth of having a racist tattoo. The good news is that the smear campaign of the propaganda media no longer works. They have ramped up the hyperbole to an extent that they have completely defanged the true awfulness of the words they use to slander conservatives. Also, if just one person’s accusation of white supremacy is all it takes to have a reputation besmirched, then AP journalist Tara Copp has a problem. Christopher Rufo is a highly accomplished reformer who is also a Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute. In response to Ms. Copp’s hit piece on Pete Hegseth, Mr. Rufo wrote, ”Wow: Journalist Tara Copp was flagged as a possible white supremacist because "AP" could mean "Aryan Power," according to a tendentious and partisan distortion of the facts. This is seriously concerning.”That is how this game needs to be played. Ms. Copp must now prove that she is not a white supremacist, and so long as she is employed by the AP, with its possible Aryan ties, it is reasonable to assume that Ms. Copp might hold vile, racist beliefs. By the way, this is the Jerusalem Cross that the bigots at AP find so offensive.

Good morning kids. Hope you all had a nice relaxing weekend. Open thread Fingers crossed for today or tomorrow for the computer back in my hands and real morning reports going forward.
A Well, whoever is running the country before Trump can take charge is giving the green light to Ukraine to launch missiles directly into Russia. That should keep him busy before his DOGE can eliminate or significantly defang the deep state bureaucracy as intended/promised. If that is or was ever really possible given human nature and the nature of power, bureaucracy and our history at least since the New Deal. There's Armageddon and then there's Armageddon!!! There will be no Trump inspired end zone dances. Meh screw the NFL despite this rather amusing thumb in the eye of the lefties.

I don't have a link to a good story covering this yet, because the written articles are useless and the video coverage is obnoxious. Twitch was offering absurdly favourable pay scales to its preferred coterie of lunatics, and the advertisers got fed up with the crap their ads were shown against and left.
