Pennsylvania Supreme Court to Democrat Election Officials Counting Illegal/Invalid Votes: Stop Immediately. Obey the Law. Obey Our Prior Rulings.

As you know, former Senator Bob Casey, represented by Hillary Clinton fixer and government-weaponizer Marc Elias, is fighting to count unsigned and undated votes in order to steal the Senate seat from the actual winner, Dave McCormick.

The Democrat election commissioners admitted they knew it was illegal to count invalid votes but voted to count them anyway.

As the contested Pennsylvania Senate race barrels towards a $1 million recount, Democratic officials in a few blue counties are openly admitting to counting disqualified ballots in defiance of state law and court orders.

The Associated Press has called the race for Republican Sen.-elect Dave McCormick, who currently holds a 26,000 vote lead over incumbent Democratic Sen. Bob Casey. But Casey has refused to concede and insisted that every vote be counted. The close margin -- within one percentage point -- triggered an automatic recount under Pennsylvania law.

Yet the critical question is which votes should be counted? The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled before the election that mail ballots lacking formally required signatures or dates should not be included in official results. However, Democratic officials in Philadelphia and surrounding Bucks, Centre and Montgomery counties are ignoring that court order.

"I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country," Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia, a Democrat, said Thursday as she and other Democrats voted to reject a GOP-led challenge to ballots that should be disqualified.

"People violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention. There's nothing more important than counting votes."

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court already ruled that unsigned and undated ballots were invalid. The Democrat election commissioners, who ran for office promising that election officials control whose votes count, declared that they were violating the Supreme Court's rulings because they want to... save democracy.

The state Supreme Court just told them to stop:

BREAKING - victory for Dave McCormick and RNC: Pennsylvania Supreme Court Orders Compliance with Absentee Ballot Rules, Invalidating Misdated and Undated Ballots for 2024 Election

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued an order directing all county boards of elections, including those in Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties, to comply with prior rulings regarding mail-in and absentee ballots. Specifically, ballots that fail to meet the requirements of the Pennsylvania Election Code--such as missing or incorrect dates on the declaration envelope--will not be counted for the 2024 general election. The court invoked its King's Bench authority to enforce this directive but denied broader requests for jurisdiction over other election-related matters.

NOTE: The decision reinforces adherence to election laws during the ongoing election cycle.

Well I don't think they said that. They said they declined to extend this order to the other various election disputes going on.

"King's Bench authority" is the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's power to intervene in any case going on in the state, even if it hasn't gone through review by lower courts.

Or even if no case has yet been filed.

King's Bench Power and Power of Extraordinary Jurisdiction

Can the Supreme Court hear any case it chooses?

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has the power to consider any case pending in a lower court and even some matters not pending in the courts when it sees the need to address an issue of "immediate public importance."

When it does so, the Supreme Court exercises its "King's Bench power" or its power of "extraordinary jurisdiction" as provided by the Pennsylvania Constitution and Pennsylvania law.

Although King's Bench power, which is based on English common law, is similar in many respects to extraordinary jurisdiction, the two powers are not identical. Extraordinary jurisdiction enables the Supreme Court to assume jurisdiction of any matter pending before a lower court at any stage. King's Bench power may be exercised when no matter is pending -- for example, if an issue of importance arises in connection with the Supreme Court's administrative authority over the lower courts. It also gives the Supreme Court the authority to supervise and administer the judiciary.

Cases were already pending, though.

MCCORMICK/CASEY RECOUNT UPDATE:

Following our latest RNC lawsuit, today the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled yet again that undated ballots CANNOT BE COUNTED.

No more excuses. Election officials in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and other counties have absolutely no choice but to reject illegal ballots. We will hold them to it.

Today's ruling is a massive setback to Casey's attempt to count illegal ballots after Bucks County & others blatantly violated the law in an effort to help him.

Senator-elect McCormick is very pleased with this ruling & looks forward to taking the Oath of Office in January.

In any case, the mail-in ballot catastrophe, which is indefensible and not fixable, remains in place. And at least 2 Senate races (MI and NV) have evidence of hinkiness of the usual sort.

It's human nature and likely that the election process disaster that is the status quo in many states will go unfixed. Trump's victory takes the juice out of the situation for many. I'd be $5 that we will be looking at brazenly stolen elections again very soon.

BTW, I think the PA Supreme Court screwed themselves when they made the original ruling before the election about mail in ballots. There was a deluge of new Republican registrations (see Mr. Pressler) and they thought they could negate more Republican votes that way. Harris was getting those media friendly polls at the time of the decision. It looked good for the Dems, but it was all window dressing.

The PA Supreme Court is notoriously left leaning and given to rubber stamp whatever the liberals want in the state. What they couldn't do is reverse the decision, because it was freakin theirs. This is, actually, funny and indicative of the Harris campaign incompetence.

Democrats new hero, Little Josh Shapiro, also was extensively involved in the 2020 steal. He was behind, or supported a lot of the measures which allowed usurpation of the legislatures powers by the SoS and other officials. He also oversaw the egregious theft of liberty and rights during COVID.

I think they should run him as their next candidate. Because the stuff he’s done is an anathema to most of the voters who are seeking a reckoning.

Rep voters are expected to meet the normal requirements. Dem voters can barely function and use crayon on the ballot. You have to give them a break.

Posted by: Chuck Martel at November 18, 2024 05:49 PM (fs1hN)

341 In Alaska they drop a few thousand ballots per day and miraculously the Dem gains 500 votes with each drop. It’s an early Christmas miracle for her.

342 The Willis prosecution has been such a clusterf**k that I would bet they've already decided to hammer her based on what has been submitted. In other words they are saying to Willis "we don't want to hear it"

------

Nah. Orangemanbad defeated them in a shocking upset, and now they need to wind all these bullshit prosecutions, hasta pronto.

If Harris won, this would not be happening.

343 Yes bring your high tech business to California, where they can’t count votes until weeks after the election. We are totes the most advanced state.

Posted by: Marcus T at November 18, 2024 05:50 PM (xqstc)

344 There needs to be a federal law. Any ballot not counted 6 hours after the end of voting is bill and void. This is fucking bullshit. It’s 2 weeks past Election Day and several states are nowhere close to done. Alaska and california may go into December before they’re done.

Ranked choice voting is the new hot way to scam elections. Instead of one person, one vote, Ranked choice is sort of one person, X votes and the Democracy Freedom Fighters take it from there. That this takes weeks is designed so everybody has moved on when the Democracy Freedom Fighters approved candidate is ordained.

Posted by: steevy at November 18, 2024 05:50 PM (YbbtK)

346 And all this fraud in Alaska is just a prelude for the real fraud, ranked choice voting. Once that kicks in nobody has any way to track votes. It’s a black box, no audit trail available.

This is how the Dem won twice already with getting fewer votes than the Rep. and looks like it will happen a 3rd time.

348 Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia is going to end up taking one for the team. The reason Shapiro has been so quiet is because he actually made an effort to campaign for her and the male commissioner. I forget his name.

Bucks County has a Republican District Attorney. Although, she's one of those middle of the road types. The fact that the state Republican chair is making waves about criminal charges is to give her cover (which she'll require before proceeding).

359 >>> 133 So the Pentagon has failed its audit for 7 years in a row, which raises the question:
why do they even bother having an audit?

The bigger/tougher question it raises is: if the people with the right experience/resumes are botching their jobs so bad, why not bring in Hegseth, who they claim has no experience/resume? He can't possibly be worse than the experts!
