The Morning Report — 12/13/24
On that note, let us commence. Think of any prominent Leftist/Democrat is either shot down in cold blood or otherwise dies of natural causes and the reaction that would ensue if you, I or ace or anyone in our sphere would write an article or headline that reflected even a scintilla of the orgasmic glee that ensued when this Mangione character gunned down UHC CEO Thompson and of course when Donald Trump was nearly assassinated on multiple occasions prior to his landslide victory in November. After years of labeling him as literally Hitler and us as evil, racist bigoted Nazis, and that the American, capitalist system is what is fueling the destruction of the planet. Funny how when Jews and supporters of Israel were beaten in public for daring to confront anyone who tore down posters of the innocent Israeli hostages being held and tortured to death by the dark age Islamic savages of Hamas in Gaza, no one on the left said boo. Now dig this:

How long before a GoFundMe or Kamala slithers out of Willie Brown's underwear to bail her out? Well, we've already had Christian schools, synagogues and pregnancy crisis centers firebombed, shot up and otherwise vandalized with essentially a yawn from the the weaponized, politicized Biden Junta in-Justice Department. And non-Democrat/Leftist Justices and politicians targeted and even attacked either at work or at their homes. Whatever perfunctory investigations or prosecutions that might have happened, the reaction from Democrat leaders and especially its base was either silence and indifference or cheers and applause. To this day I cannot recall even one half-hearted condemnation of the near mass murder of GOP politicians at a softball game by a Bernie Sanders and Dick Durbin affiliated terrorist/supporter. The surprising thing to me is that Oil company executives have not been the targets as of yet, given the eliminationist rhetoric and propaganda of maniacs from Al Gore all the way down to brain-damaged Self-Inflicted Stockholm Syndrome sufferer Greta Von Thule, held captive and romantically involved with her own insanity. And now she's engaged in transference, from Fossil fuels to the Jews and Israel.

Given all of the politicized/weaponized deaths such as this, it is kind of a minor miracle that Daniel Penny was acquitted of all charges by a NYC jury. I imagine Obama was also weeping when he heard this news. So instead of race, the communists have to once again try to divide and conquer our society by demonizing capitalism. Oh, so long as vermin like Sharpton, Jackson, and Obama remain among us, the race card will be played again and again, along with transsexualism et al, con gusto. Unless and until we can take back the schools and the culture, it's going to be a long and bloody rearguard action. To where we retreat is a mystery in this case. We were this close to being a people without a country until Donald Trump miraculously burst onto the scene and now won in 2024. But, we there are yet many battles to be fought until we can even begin to think we have a shot at making America AMERICA again let alone great again. But along with the open border, Biden is unleashing criminals and the worst domestic terrorists, Chinese spies and others on us in what is hs, or really his puppet masters' "Nero Decree" to burn down the house before Trump can disinfect the government. Some people are just sick in the head. I don’t care what you think of the insurance industry. You don’t advocate or carry out the murder of a CEO — or anyone else, for that matter — just because he runs the company. But whether you’re on the left OR right, if you’re celebrating what the murderer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson did, just know that you’re a bad person. You can hate the insurance industry all you want. Lord knows it’s warranted, but to literally put up “Wanted” posters of insurance CEOs calling for their deaths makes you the tyrant, not them. Well, apparently there have been “WANTED” posters spotted in New York City — go figure — of health insurance company CEOs stating “FIGHT BACK” and “HEALTH CARE CEOS SHOULD NOT FEEL SAFE.”Underscoring my point above about, say, publicly cheering the death of Jimmy Carter or Nancy Pelosi when that occurs, or if in the case of Carter at this point, imagine what would happen to you if you dared rip down these posters. If an Antifa or BLM goon spotted you you'd be eaten to a pulp or Alvin Bragg would slap you with a civil rights case faster than you can say Rachel Corrie Pancake Breakfast.

A woman in Florida has been arrested after she allegedly threatened the health insurance company BlueShield with a copycat crime following the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. The woman, 42-year-old Briana Boston of Lakeland, allegedly called BlueCross BlueShield in response to a recent medical claim being denied and issued a threat echoing the UnitedHealthcare CEO killer’s words. “Delay, deny, depose. You people are next,” she allegedly said to the company over the phone.

They're not perfect: Intel's drivers still hiccupped on a couple of games, resulting in slower than expected performance and some visual artifacts.
But the new B580 routinely outruns Nvidia and AMD cards costing 50% more. And it leaves Intel's previous generation A770 card in the dust on most tests, while using about half as much power.
And it delivers solid ray-tracing and AI performance. And it has 12GB of VRAM instead of the 8GB found on competitors like Nvidia's 4060 and AMD's 7600.
And it's cheaper at $249.
All in all, a good card at a good price, only let down by some minor driver issues. But the driver software has improved dramatically since the first generation of cards was launched, so those problems are likely to be fixed too.

Democrat Criminal Fundraising Organization ActBlue Allowed Foreigners to Donate To Biden and Kamala Throughout the Past Election Cycle
They deliberately allowed foreigners to donate to American leftwing politicians through foreign gift cards -- basically just a debit card containing an amount of money loaded on to it.
You'd think that the fact that these are foreign gift cards would be enough that ActBlue would ban donations made via these cards, but you'd be wrong. They allowed foreigners to illegally donate until the near the end of the election.ActBlue Bombshell: Dem money platform tells Congress it didn't block foreign gift cards until fall ActBlue disclosed that it updated its policies on Sept. 9 to "automatically reject donations that use foreign prepaid/gift cards." By John SolomonThere is another investigation into ActBlue for allowing "smurfing" -- which is allowing illegal donors to donate through someone else's name. ActBlue deliberately does not attempt to verify these names, because they want illegal donors to donate money through "smurfs." These "smurfs" are often unwitting -- normal American people are learning that their names were used for illegal straw-donations to the anti-American Democrat Cult.
ActBlue, the massive online fund-raising platform for liberal causes, has informed Congress it did not automatically block donations made with foreign-bought gift cards until recently, a potentially significant revelation in an ongoing investigation into whether China, Russia, Iran or Venezuela routed illicit money to Democrat candidates.
House Administratrion Chairman Bryan Steil, R-Wis., whose panel oversees election integrity, told Just the News on Tuesday that ActBlue turned over documents under subpoena showing a major change in September to its donor verification policies designed to protect against illicit money flowing into political campaigns. ActBlue disclosed that it updated its policies on Sept. 9 to "automatically reject donations that use foreign prepaid/gift cards, domestic gift cards, are from high-risk/sanctioned countries, and have the highest level of risk as determined," by its solution provider, Sift. The change occurred just three days after Steil introduced the Secure Handling of Internet Electronic Donations (SHIELD) Act on Sept. 6 to ensure foreign money stayed out of online political fundraising. Before the change, Steil said, donations made with foreign gift cards were not automatically rejected by ActBlue before the change. ... Steil disclosed earlier this fall that his committee is investigating whether four foreign powers -- China, Russia, Venezuela and Iran -- used ActBlue to route illicit foreign money into Democrat coffers. His committee referred thousands of suspicious donations to state attorneys general in five state, prompting an investigation that has now expanded to 19 states.

In addition, a Wisconsin Republican strategist filed a lawsuit in October alleging his email identity was misused to make Democrat and liberal donations he did not authorize or pay for. The judge in the case recently approved a subpoena compelling ActBlue to disclose certain evidence in the case. Meanwhile, Steil and House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer have requested to see suspicious activity reports filed by banks flagging certain monies flowing through Act Blue. Comer recently alerted lawmakers there could be hundreds such reports to review. ActBlue has broadly denied wrongdoing but says it is cooperating with the various investigations. It claims to have raised more than $2 billion in small online fund-raising donations for Democrat and liberal causes since its inception in 2004.
In a recent statement on its site to users, ActBlue said it was the victim of "disinformation" and was committed to complying with the law and protecting donors' privacy.

From the report:Twenty-six FBI CHSs were in Washington, D.C. on January 6 in connection with the events of January 6. The OIG determined that three of those CHSs had been tasked by FBI field offices to report on specific domestic terrorism case subjects who were possibly attending the events of January 6. One of these three CHSs entered the Capitol during the riot. The other two entered the restricted area around the Capitol. Twenty-three additional FBI CHSs were in Washington, D.C., and attended January 6 events, but we determined that these CHSs did so on their own initiative and were not tasked by FBI field offices to attend the events. Of these 23 CHSs, three CHSs entered the Capitol during the riot and an additional 11 entered the restricted area around the Capitol.Sure. On their own initiative. Sure. BTW, no mention of Ray Epps.
The remaining nine CHSs who attended the events of January 6 did not enter the Capitol or the restricted area or otherwise engage in illegal activity. Although many of the 26 CHSs who attended January 6 events had provided information relevant to the January 6 Electoral Certification before that day, the sources' information was no more specific than, and was consistent with, other sources of information that the FBI and its WFO had received about the potential for violence on January 6, including from other sources, tips the FBI received, and from social media. Back in 2021, Biden terminated the appointment of Sean Spicer to a Navy body.
The Democrats have no standing to claim that Trump can't do the same.Spicer said he didn't sue to get the job back -- he sued to get the Democrats to argue that the president could fire whoever he liked. The Democrats did argue that, and won. And now Trump owns the precedent. Meanwhile, Schumer schemed to give an extra-long term to a last-minute appointee.
President-elect Donald Trump is arriving at the White House armed with a legal weapon that will let him fire any of President Joe Biden's appointees. Thanks in part to a court fight former Trump White House spokesman Sean Spicer lost over his firing by Biden from a three-year term to the Board of Visitors to the United States Naval Academy, the incoming president will have the legal backing to dump any of Biden's over 4,000 appointments who try to stick around. And the best part, Spicer told Secrets, "They'll have no one to blame but Biden himself." The case dates to Sept. 8, 2021, when Biden began to fire Trump allies from the visitor boards at the academies of the Navy, the Air Force, and the Army. Spicer and others, including Russ Vought (just picked by Trump to head the Office of Management and Budget) and former Trump counselor Kellyanne Conway, were unceremoniously dumped despite several of them having time left on their three-year terms. Spicer and Vought sued, saying that unlike White House staff or others appointed by a prior president, they couldn't be fired because of their congressionally mandated terms. They lost, however, when a judge essentially ruled that the president could fire any presidential appointee, whether they had terms or not. A further effort failed, too.

As RedState reported on Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer schemed to create a years-long installation of Democrats on the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) through President-elect Donald Trump's entire second administration. On Monday, Schumer filed cloture on the nomination of current NLRB Chairman Lauren McFerran to extend her term into 2026, and pushed for a Wednesday vote in the hopes that a thin Democrat majority, coupled with the absence of certain Republican senators on the floor, would work in his favor. Schumer not only had his hopes dashed, but his comeuppance came at the hands of two independent members who caucus with his own party.
[CBS:] A Democrat-led push to secure a majority on the National Labor Relations Board until 2026 fell short on Wednesday, as Senate Republicans and two independents blocked the nomination of Lauren McFerran to continue serving on the labor board. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer filed cloture Monday on the nominations of McFerran, a Democrat, to remain for another five-year term on the National Labor Relations Board. McFerran is the current chair of the NLRB whose term is set to expire later this month. Her confirmation to another term would have maintained a Democratic majority on the board, in a move that would have marked a key victory for Democrats heading into a second Trump administration and a Republican trifecta in Washington. In a 50 to 49 vote, Senate Republicans, joined by independent Sens. Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin, blocked the nomination from advancing. Without the confirmation, the board is expected to swing to come under Republican control, with a vacancy for President-elect Donald Trump and the incoming GOP-controlled Senate to fill in the new year.

MSNBC Shrieks at Trump's Promise to End Birthright Citizenship
I'm glad Trump is revisiting this issue, which he brought up but abandoned in his first term.
The US is the only developed Western nation that has it. No country in Europe has it. Japan doesn't have it. Most countries in the Americas have it, but the Western Hemisphere is the exception.
In President-elect Donald Trump's recent interview with NBC News' Kristen Welker, host of "Meet the Press," he once again promised to end birthright citizenship when he takes office in January. "You know we're the only country that has it," Trump falsely claimed.

As the Trump campaign laid out over the summer, the proposed executive order he would sign would limit the scope of automatic citizenship to children born here and require at least one parent to prove they are either a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident. In the absence of such evidence, federal agencies would be ordered to deny the newborn from receiving a Social Security number and block the parents from receiving any federal benefits like the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, better known as WIC. That baby would also be denied a U.S. passport and any other documentary proof of citizenship. Trump first pushed a similar change back in 2018, but it got put far on the backburner by more cautious staffers. This time around, though, his incoming deputy chief of staff, Stephen Miller, and other hard-liners are preparing to move forward with as many restrictions on immigration as possible. They subscribe to a worldview that has long rejected the notion that America's white Christian heritage can stand while also freely accepting the children of nonwhite migrants or formerly enslaved Black people as equal citizens under the Constitution.LOL. Yes, that's the reason. You nailed it. It has nothing to do with American children being killed by illegal aliens.
Seven-year-old Ivory Smith was killed by Venezuelan migrant Joel Enrique Gonzalez Chacin in a late-night drunk driving accident in north Houston just two and a half months after ICE released a hold against him, court documents revealed. Fox 26 Houston reported that court records revealed that Chacin had previously been placed on another ICE hold earlier this year after being arrested for assaulting a family member in June. The felony assault charge against him ended up being dropped to a misdemeanor and, after pleading guilty, Chacin was sentenced to 113 days in jail, which he had already served, and was released that same day. The ICE detainer against him was also lifted that same day for an unknown reason.Of course not. Why should the Regime answer to the peasantry?
Fox News Digital reached out to ICE to find out why the detainer against Chacin was lifted and has not yet heard back.
Authorities confirmed to Fox News Digital that the 41-year-old migrant was intoxicated when he T-boned Christina Smith and her daughter Ivory at 2:45 a.m. Police said that Chacin took photographs of the scene of the crash "instead of helping" and then drove off. The two victims were only a few minutes from home. Smith was severely injured in the wreck but has since been released from the hospital. Chacin was arrested for intoxicated manslaughter and has been put on a new ICE detainer. Ivory was in second grade. According to a statement released by the family, the mother continues to "endure immense physical and emotional pain" from the accident. "No parent should have to suffer the unbearable loss of a child, especially under circumstances that could and should have been prevented," said the family, adding, the incident is a "stark reminder that we need stronger accountability and justice to prevent further suffering for families like ours." "Even more troubling is the fact that this individual was released after being detained earlier this year, only to find themselves back in custody after causing irreparable harm," the family went on. "Why do we have holds in place if they fail to keep dangerous individuals off our streets? ... How can a system allow such leniency, where a person with such a record is given a chance to walk free and re-offend?"Ivory is -- was -- a seven-year-old black girl. But it's all about protecting the White Christian majority from non-white immigrants. MSNBC said so.

The UK had already banned puberty blockers on a temporary basis for new users -- they still allowed it for those already ruined by puberty blockers. Now they make that ban permanent, or, at least, "indefinite."

... Existing emergency measures banning the sale and supply of puberty-suppressing hormones will be made indefinite, following official advice from medical experts. The Commission on Human Medicines (CHM) has provided independent expert advice that there is currently an unacceptable safety risk in the continued prescription of puberty blockers to children. It recommends indefinite restrictions while work is done to ensure the safety of children and young people. The NHS stopped the routine prescription of puberty blocker treatments to under 18s in March 2024, following the Cass Review into gender identity services. Puberty blockers for the treatment of gender incongruence and/or gender dysphoria in under 18s were banned temporarily in May 2024 after the Cass Review found there was insufficient evidence to show they were safe. Legislation will be updated today to make the order indefinite and will be reviewed in 2027. Health and Social Care Secretary Wes Streeting said:
Children's healthcare must always be evidence-led. The independent expert Commission on Human Medicines found that the current prescribing and care pathway for gender dysphoria and incongruence presents an unacceptable safety risk for children and young people. Dr Cass' review also raised safety concerns around the lack of evidence for these medical treatments . We need to act with caution and care when it comes to this vulnerable group of young people, and follow the expert advice. We are working with NHS England to open new gender identity services, so people can access holistic health and wellbeing support they need. We are setting up a clinical trial into the use of puberty blockers next year, to establish a clear evidence base for the use of this medicine.

Whoever would have thought that chopping off the healthy breast tissue of 14-year-old girls could mean you end up in court? Well, anyone, actually, who has been paying any attention to the gender madness of the last decade. In the US, where the practice of medicine is particularly connected to the practice of law, I predict a deluge of court cases over what has been done to children in the name of "gender affirming care". Last week, a 20-year-old, Clementine Breen, filed a medical negligence claim against a Los Angeles-based doctor, Johanna Olsen-Kennedy, claiming she was rushed into irreversible treatment when she was 12. Olsen-Kennedy is the medical director of the Centre for Transyouth Heath and Development at the Children's Hospital in LA. Claim documents say that Breen saw a school counsellor when she was 12, and was unsure whether she was gay or bisexual or trans. She had experienced sexual abuse at six. It is claimed that Olson-Kennedy did not perform any mental health evaluation herself of Breen, but said she met the criteria for the commencement of puberty blockers. Within a year she was put on testosterone and at 14 underwent a double mastectomy. No one, it appears, was monitoring her mental health and she began to feel worse and started cutting herself. Olson-Kennedy has also refused to publish the findings of a $10 million taxpayer-funded study showing that puberty blockers did not improve the mental health of children. Breen now says she may be infertile, and says that she was never evaluated properly. Her parents tried to intervene, but Olson-Kennedy told them that this young girl may be suicidal, even though she had never expressed these thoughts. This is, after all, the script, isn't it? That without mutilating the bodies of teenagers, these kids will all kill themselves. That there is no evidence for this doesn't appear to matter. Until it gets to court and then it does. This is where we and many other European countries are far ahead of America. When evidence of the harmful effects of puberty blockers began to come in via longitudinal studies, the NHS stopped routinely prescribing them to under 18s. Finland, Sweden, Norway and Holland have also stopped prescribing blockers and cross-sex hormones to minors. We have the whistleblowers at the Tavistock Gender Identity Development Service (Gids) and the four years of research headed up by Dr Hilary Cass to thank for bringing puberty blockers to a halt in the UK. Though I note that Cass is not on the BBC Women of the Year list, but someone called Brigitte Baptiste, a transgender scientist who says that trees can change sex -- I am not making this up -- is.

I'm very annoyed at having to pretend that Time has any remaining relevance or that this stupid "award," created explicitly to provide easy content during the holidays, matters at all, but in this case, it does matter that Trump left them no other choice. The leftwing rag makes it clear that the award, which they once gave to Hitler, is not intended to give legitimacy to Trump. That is in one year. Think what Donald Trump can do in four years, and then realize that no economic policy, no government program, no deficit spending can revive an economy faster than simply allowing the people to make their own economic decisions. That's what deficit reduction allows, and that is the glory of the free market. Donald Trump and his capable advisors have the opportunity to take Javier Milei's grand experiment with Argentina and extrapolate it to the biggest economy on earth. We saw what Donald Trump's mostly rational economic and government policies were able to achieve during his first term. Simply decreasing regulation and government interference in the economy resulted in a truly impressive economic expansion. If that returns, and add to it a marked decrease in government spending, our economy will return to its former glory, with the opportunity for long-term economic growth that will go a long way toward repairing the damage done by the Biden junta's rabid spending and top down control of the economy. Trump has appointed Kash Patel to succeed Wray, and that’s a decisive step in the right direction. Back in August, Patel was asked what he would do if he did become the director of the FBI, and his answer was pure gold. “One of my biggest personal recommendations,” Patel said, “is you shut down the FBI headquarters building and open it up the next day as the Museum of the Deep State, and you send those 7000 agents in the headquarters building down range to chase down rapists, to chase down murderers, to chase down drug traffickers and let the cops be cops on the streets across America. You keep a small contingent in Washington, D.C. That’s step one.” 'It may turn out that Trump and Patel will conclude that the FBI is beyond repair. At that point, they should simply shut it down. The Bureau of Investigation was founded in 1908 and became the Federal Bureau of Investigation in 1935. That means that the U.S. got along without it for 132 years, and can very well do so again. A new agency, built from the ground up to be determinedly nonpartisan (with, for the sake of prudence, none, absolutely none, of the present agents rehired), might be in order. Can Trump really shut down the FBI and build it back better? The committee reviewed over 48,000 “nonpublic documents,” revealing that the FBI has been scouring private financial data to potentially target, identify, and label certain Americans as threats to national security. . . . . . The surveillance seems to have begun following the Jan. 6 Capitol Hill protests, according to a June 12 letter from representatives Jim Jordan and Thomas Massie to JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon. It then metastasized to much more. . . . . . Jordan stated that the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security use the portal to work with “650 of the largest companies in the world” to target Americans. He explained, Any American who opposes firearm legislation, the easing of immigration restrictions, and COVID mandates is someone banks should be watching because again, they might be an extremist. ... It actually gets worse. The federal government and banks also use what they call merchant category codes to flag Americans who shop at places like Bass Pro shops and Cabela’s. ... This is scary where things are headed. We’ve seen the censorship, now we see what’s happening with big banks and big government relative to your financial data. All this being done with no process, no warrant, no notification to the customer that the banks are actually supposed to serve. Big government is not supposed to use big tech to censor Americans and big government shouldn’t be working with big banks to target Americans for behavior that is legal and constitutional.Hello social credit system!. The illegal alien, a 25-year-old Ecuadorean national named Adrian Patricio Huerta-Nivelo, crossed the border into the United States on June 4th, 2021 before being apprehended by Border Patrol. Huerta-Nivelo was given a notice to appear in front of an immigration judge before being released into the interior of the United States. Just days after his release, however, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) discovered that the illegal alien was wanted in Ecuador in connection to the rape of a child.He was only later deported.

"So this is going to be a huge operation," Homan said in a Fox News interview. "I'm looking forward to getting it started. I haven't started the operation yet, but I have already worked with the Texas governor on the plans and the Texas border czar." Homan also argued that sanctuary cities should allow immigration officials to enter jails and conduct removals of violent criminals already in captivity, rather than waiting until the criminal is released back onto the streets. "So let us in the jail," he said. "It's safer for everybody and it's the right thing to do." In addition to meeting with Texas officials, Homan said that he has discussed plans with New York Mayor Eric Adams as well as hundreds of sheriffs across the country. "The National Sheriffs Association is ready to go to work with us. The incident happened in Sandy, Utah, after the man was told he couldn’t return the car. The man told the dealership that he would drive the car through the front door of the dealership if they didn’t let him return it. They told him that it was sold "as-is." The man did exactly what he promised and drove the car through the front door. He was arrested on charges of felony criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.
