Democrat Hitman Jack Smith Admits: I Never Called Madison Cornbread to Testify Because Her Testimony Was Nothing But Second- or Third-Hand Gossip and Hearsay
Any day I can say "Madison Cornbread" is a good day.
Madison Cornbread -- government name, Cassidy Hutchinson -- was the low-level sorority sister aide who decided to become a Democrat superstar influencer by peddling a lot of nonsense about what other people supposedly said to her about Trump violently seizing the steering wheel of the presidential limo (from the back seat!) in order to wrest the controls away from the driver and go to the Capitol so he could lead the insurrection. All of her "testimony" was nonsense along the lines of "and then Bill told me something to the effect of" or "and then John told me something to the effect of." She was very proud of the "to the effect of" phrase. She thought it made her sound smaaaaaht. Jack Smith now says that all of her testimony was something to the effect of bullshit nonsense hearsay, and all, by the way, denied by the people she claimed she had heard it from, and that's why he never even considered calling her as a witness.. This brings us back, then, to the strange case of "Madison Cornbread." She became the "star witness" of that Star Chamber charade because she was willing to share mere gossip -- "so-and-so told me that Trump said this" -- in particular claiming that Trump had attempted to physically overpower his limousine driver to force him to drive to the Capitol. Actual witnesses immediately contradicted this testimony, but of course the J6 committee never presented these contradicting witnesses, allowing Cassidy Hutchinson's dubious testimony to become the defining narrative. Naturally, Simon & Schuster gave her a fat advance to write a book, a six-figure payoff for her service to the anti-Trump cause.Of course, another six-figure media payoff. And Republicans continue to permit this.

Smith told the House Judiciary Committee in a closed-door deposition on Dec. 17 that Hutchinson -- who testified at the Jan. 6 select panel's made-for-TV hearings in June 2022 -- "certainly" wouldn't have made a "powerful" witness because she couldn't provide "firsthand" testimony. "My recollection with Ms. Hutchinson, at least one of the issues was a number of the things that she gave evidence on were secondhand hearsay, were things that she had heard from other people," the ex-Trump prosecutor testified to the Judiciary lawmakers and staff, the deposition's transcript shows.

As CBD and I discussed on the final episode of 2025 linked here as well as in the sidebar and available on the outlets listed at the bottom of the post, Donald Trump isn't necessarily a revolutionary as he is or positions himself a "reformer."
As was the case with this Amy Vermin Jackson hack-in-black who illegally blocked his Constitutional authority as Chief executive from running this CFPB politburo (itself a completely anti-Constitunal entity as we discussed yesterday). God bless the President he still has faith that an utterly corrupt institution and those who belong to it that are at the heart of the corruption will act honorably and play by the rules and not act as partisan anti-American internal enemies of the people in advancing their goal to take him down and take America down. That has always been his Achilles heel. He cannot or will not distinguish mere rivals from mortal enemies in the figurative and literal sense. In 2025 there were two assassination attempts on the President and a possible third that was linked to the regime in Tehran. On top of that of course was the assassination of Charlie Kirk, a leading light and voice of American political and societal revival who more than anyone in recent memory was able to reach and steer the youth of this nation away from the siren song of Leftism. For that direct threat to the multi-generational assault on this nation and society by those who continue to seek our destruction and/or subjugation, Kirk had to be taken down. Regardless, TPUSA and its mission continue. How many young people has the late Charlie Kirk inspired or otherwise enlightened and set on the straight and narrow, as President Trump is fond of saying, we'll just have to wait and see. Of course the fallout over the Somali immigrant sacking and looting of the Minnesota and quite likely state treasuries of Ohio and quite a few other blue and sadly red states as well will be the top story as we head into 2026. While the Leftist controlled propaganda machine will do all it can to embargo and bury the truth or otherwise completely distort it as a Trump Hitlerite white supremacist assault on the African Somali immigrant community whose presence on our soil is a blessing and gift from Heaven instead of at least two of the 10 plagues of Passover/Exodus fame. Were it not for the intrepid and wonderful reportage of one Nick Shirley, who at the tender age of 23 to me for this alone is the grand old man of real journalism. For doing what he did, he now likely has a gigantic target on his head

And here's hoping that the prognostications about our youth drifting and even rushing headlong to embrace socialism are somehow off base and missing something that would indicate otherwise. I have the greatest respect and admiration for our dear friend Jim Lakely at heartland.org but every time we talk to him about his polling, vis a vis the aforementioned I want to slit my wrists. Other than that, could the Mullahs in Iran at long last finally be on the ropes and perhaps dangling a la the Ceaucescus from ropes on a Tehran lamp post. We've seen this picture before and sadly the protests fizzled and more accurately were brutally crushed by the IRGC. And lest we forget back in 2009 Barack Obama refused to support the Persian people and threw his full throated support behind the Mullahs with pallets of cash to help the build their nukes and export Islamic terrorism around the globe. But this time is different because the Iranian currency the RIAL is cratering, their water supply is in tatters along with their oil refineries, the people are sicker than ever with the mullahs and their thugs, and Donald J. Trump is in office and no doubt will try and unseat the Mullahocracy if at all possible via sanctions and perhaps other means.
If Iran can be liberated after more than 45 years of ISlamo tyranny, what a blessing for their people and indeed for the world as a whole since they are the #1 with a bullet biggest state sponsor of global terrorism. Shirley’s Friday video showed him finding that multiple supposed Minnesota Somali-run daycare centers, including one that reportedly obtained $4 million in taxpayer funds, lacked children. On the podcast, Shirley detailed threats he has received, along with how his family has been affected. Minnesota Policy Allows Voters to "Vouch" for Up to Eight Unregistered People (Who Don't Show Proof of Citizenship, Of Course) to Allow Them to Vote Through Same-Day Registration
Disqualify Minnesota's electoral votes. We cannot allow brazen election theft.
A controversial Minnesota election policy that allows a single registered voter to "vouch" for up to eight people seeking same-day registration is under fire amid the state's massive fraud scandal tied to the Somali community there. Under Minnesota law, the registered voter must go with the person or people they are vouching for to the polling place and sign an oath verifying their address, according to the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State. "A registered voter from your precinct can go with you to the polling place to sign an oath confirming your address. This is known as 'vouching.' A registered voter can vouch for up to eight voters," the website reads.
Those being vouched for still must provide at least one form of identity verification, which includes a valid Minnesota driver's license or learner's permit, a "receipt" for them, or a tribal identification card that includes a photo and signature, according to the rules. Vouching is then used to verify a potential voter's residence in the precinct. As long as the prospective voter can prove they live in the state, proof of ID can include a driver's license or learner's permit from any of the 50 states, a passport, an expired ID, military ID, or high school or college ID. However, critics have noted that Gov. Tim Walz's 2023 "Driver's Licenses for All" bill allows people to obtain licenses regardless of immigration status. Licenses carry no marking indicating citizenship, despite being regularly used to register to vote. "It was made for fraud," Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, declared in on X. US Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) said he believes his SAVE Act (Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility) could throw a wrench into Minnesota's policy. Under the bill, which passed in the House but has stalled in the Senate, voters would be required to provide proof of citizenship to cast their ballots in federal elections. It would establish criminal penalties for election officials who register applicants who have not provided such documentation.

Jeffrey Epstein wasn't just a frequent visitor to Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago club in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The club was also sending spa employees--usually young women--to Epstein's nearby mansion for massages, manicures and other spa services, according to former Mar-a-Lago and Epstein employees. ... The spa occasionally provided house calls for members. Epstein wasn't a dues-paying member of the club, but Trump told staff to treat him like one, the employees said. Epstein had an account at the spa where his companion, Ghislaine Maxwell, booked appointments on his behalf. They came to a halt in 2003, after an 18-year-old beautician returned to the club from a house call to Epstein and reported to managers that he had pressured her for sex, former employees said. A manager sent Trump a fax relaying the employee's allegations and urged him to ban Epstein, some of the former employees said. Trump told the manager it was a good letter and said to kick him out.

The WSJ notes that Mar-a-Lago aestheticians and spa workers had begun warning each other about Epstein previous to this incident. However, all of these employees were "typically licensed," which means they were adults. The young woman in this incident was 18 years old at the time it occurred. Furthermore, this appears to be the first time that the employees raised this concern all the way to Trump himself. As soon as Trump heard about it, he acted to cut off Epstein's access to Mar-a-Lago and stopped socializing with him at the same time.

Nasrulah Mohamed, manager of Nakomis Day Care Center, told reporters that a suspect entered through the kitchen at the rear of the facility, damaging a wall and breaking into the building's office, sometime on Tuesday. He said the alleged prowler stole "important documentation" including children's enrollment information, employee documentation and checkbooks.Absolute LOL. Mohamed blamed last week's viral video by YouTuber Nick Shirley, in which he visited nearly a dozen day care facilities looking for evidence of fraud, for the incident.
"This is devastating news, and we don't know why this is targeting our Somali community as one video made by a specific individual made this all happen," he said, claiming they've received "hateful" and "threatening" messages over the last several days. "This is frightening and exhausting," he said, calling Shirley's reporting "false." Nakomis Day Care Center was not one of the facilities featured in Shirley's video, which has been viewed over 110 million times.
At least $1 billion in fraud has been uncovered by authorities in Minneapolis so far, including fraudulent food, housing and child care payments, with warnings from the US Attorney's Office that the true figure could be as high as $9 billion. Ninety-two people have been arrested in connection with the scheme, 80 of whom are Somali immigrants. On Tuesday night, the US Department of Health and Human Services announced it was freezing all child care payments to Minnesota -- which totaled $185 million in 2025 alone -- unless proof is provided that the payments are legitimate.

$5B in 'questionable' rental assistance under Biden revealed -- including to thousands of 'deceased tenants' and non-citizens: HUD report WASHINGTON -- A US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) report found more than $5 billion in taxpayer funds went to "questionable" rental assistance recipients during the final year of the Biden administration -- including around 30,000 "deceased tenants" and "thousands" of potential non-citizens, The Post can reveal. HUD officials said a "large concentration" of the suspicious payments went to New York, California and Washington, DC, with dead recipients getting at least some funds in all 50 states -- in what federal officials are calling widespread abuse of taxpayers' dollars under the Biden administration. "A massive abuse of taxpayer dollars not only occurred under President [Joe] Biden's watch, but was effectively incentivized by his administration's failure to implement strong financial controls resulting in billions worth of potential improper payments," HUD Secretary Scott Turner said in a statement.

HUD's Office of the Chief Financial Officer uncovered $5.8 billion of the "questionable" payments out of nearly $50 billion in total federal rental assistance to public housing authorities, contractors, landlords and other non-federal entities in fiscal year 2024, the 183-page report disclosed. The around 11% of taxpayer dollars from HUD went to more than 200,000 possibly ineligible tenants -- of whom 29,715 (around 14%) were dead, 9,472 (4%) were non-citizens and 165,393 (82%) were receiving sums that exceeded the threshold for assistance in their geographic region, particularly in New Orleans and other large metro areas. The HUD programs are designed to help low-income residents who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford shelter -- and the possible grift means those truly in need could have been left out in the cold. HUD officials faulted the Biden administration for a directive "to push funding out the door with minimal oversight" as well as rent assistance programs placing "substantial trust and responsibility in these non-federal entities ... to accurately assess tenant eligibility." Now, HUD will have to reach out to the public housing authorities and other entities to confirm the extent of the fraud -- and either pause or revoke funding. Officials will also make criminal referrals when warranted. "HUD is implementing processes and procedures to revoke or pause funding as part of its efforts to hold bad actors accountable," one official said. "Additionally, the Department could make criminal referrals and exercise other enforcement actions once it has confirmed fraud occurred."
A fresh 92-page bombshell from the California State Auditor lays it all out. "This latest report was issued by the state auditor, and that's a nonpartisan position; that state auditor now puts eight state agencies on the high-risk list of agencies to watch out for, for things like fraud and mismanagement as well as waste," Newsmax correspondent Heather Myers revealed last week. "Here's a look at that 92-page report. Newly added to the high-risk list is California's food stamp program. If the state doesn't get the improper payments under control, it could cost an extra $2.5 billion. Also on there is the Department of Finance, which was tasked with giving out COVID relief funds. Critics say $32 billion of that was taken by fraudsters. Then there are infrastructure issues like California's deteriorating dams, and also the high-speed train that's already cost taxpayers 18 billion without a single section of track complete." But wait, there's more! "Other reports cite $24 billion spent on the homeless issue that critics claim the state lost track of. More recently, there's a report that says California cell phone users paid a surcharge for years to upgrade the state's 911 system," she added. Tallied all up, California taxpayers lost $70 billion to fraud.

The perpetrators, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, a married couple living in the city of Redlands, targeted a San Bernardino County Department of Public Health training event and Christmas party of about 80 employees in a rented banquet room. Fourteen people were killed and 22 others were seriously injured. Farook was a Muslim and an American-born citizen of Pakistani descent, who worked as a health department employee. Malik was a Muslim and Pakistani-born green card holder. After the shooting, the couple fled in a rented Ford Expedition SUV. Four hours later, police pursued their vehicle and killed them in a shootout, which also left two officers injured....etc., etc., etc. We have at least one or two Muslim terrorist attacks in America every year. But the left won't admit they're terrorist attacks. They vow "the motive may never be known." And now Real Conservative Tucker Carlson joins them. He's America First, you know. Obviously Europe sees people slaughtered on the street or train every few months but that's "not in the United States." Are the Jews running ops in Europe, too? (Of course they are.)

The White House cannot lapse in its funding of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a federal district court judge ruled on Tuesday, only days before funds at the bureau would have likely run out and the consumer finance agency would have no money to pay its employees. Judge Amy Berman ruled that the CFPB should continue to get its funds from the Federal Reserve, despite the Fed operating at a loss, and that the White House’s new legal argument about how the CFPB gets its funds is not valid.At the heart of this case is whether Russell Vought, President Donald Trump’s budget director and the acting director of the CFPB, can effectively shut down the agency and lay off all of the bureau’s employees. The CFPB has largely been inoperable since President Trump has sworn into office nearly a year ago. Its employees are mostly forbidden from doing any work, and most of the bureau’s operations this year has been to unwind the work it did under [so-called quote-unquote] President Biden and even under Trump’s first term.First of all, Amy Vermin Berman Jackson is a tyrannical commie thug in a judge's robe as you can see from her long and revolting rap sheet courtesy of the invaluable DiscovertheNetworks. Fresh out of college in the mid 2010s, I'd scored a copy job for a how-to website. An early task involved expanding upon an article titled "How to Get Rid of Dark Lips." For the next two years, I worked on articles with headlines such as "How to Speak Like a Stereotypical New Yorker (With Examples)", "How to Eat an Insect or Arachnid," and "How to Acquire a Gun License in New Jersey." I didn't get rich or win literary awards, but I did learn how to write a clean sentence, convey information in a logical sequence, and modulate my tone for the intended audience - skills that I use daily in my current work in screenwriting, film editing, and corporate communications.
Not seeing the problem here to be honest.

As Questions About Ilan "Omar's" Sudden Fortune Grow, Her Husband Begins Deleting Information from His "Venture Capital" Website

Ilhan Omar's husband's venture capital firm quietly scrubbed key officer details -- including former Obama officials -- as scrutiny grows over the family's skyrocketing wealth, The Post has learned. Omar (D-Minn.) went from nearly broke to being worth up to $30 million in just a year -- as a massive, up to $9 billion fraud scheme involving the Somali community in her district unfolded right under her nose in the North Star State. Close to 90 people have been charged so far, including at least three with direct ties to the lefty "Squad" member, though she has not been accused of wrongdoing. It was Somalia-born Omar -- who was seen in a resurfaced video last month dishing out food in a restaurant now at the heart of the scandal -- who introduced the legislation that critics say paved the way for what the feds have called the largest fraud of the pandemic. The Jimmy Choo-wearing socialist introduced the MEALS Act in Congress in 2020, relaxing oversight of government-sponsored children's meal programs during the pandemic, which critics say allowed fraudsters to claim they served millions of meals without verification, while pocketing millions of dollars in government subsidies. Shortly after the scheme played out, Omar's husband, political consultant Tim Mynett, launched Rose Lake Capital, a venture capital management firm, in 2022.WeWork is a business that lets you rent out temporary, shared office space. So this multimillion dollar "global" capital venture firm doesn't have an actual permanent office.
The company saw its reported value go from nearly zero in 2023 to between $5 million and $25 million in just a year, and touted its officers' $60 billion in "previous" assets under management -- an amount many Wall Street money managers only dream of. "There's a lot of strange things going on," said Paul Kamenar, counsel to the National Legal and Policy Center. "She was basically broke when she came into office and now she's worth perhaps up to $30 million ... she needs to come clean on these assets." Rose Lake Capital, which touts its "deep global networks built from on-the-ground work in more than 80 countries," had less than $1,000 in assets in 2023, according to Omar's financial disclosure. Yet despite the reported windfall, the business's only address is a WeWork in DC, according to its LinkedIn page.
Between September and October -- when federal prosecutors announced charges against eight more individuals, including six of Somali descent, for their roles in the welfare scheme -- the names and bios of Rose Lake Capital's nine officers and advisers were removed from the website. None of them were charged in the fraud.Sounds like money laundering. "To conceal the source of money as by channeling it through an intermediary."
These names include lobbyist and former Obama Ambassador to Bahrain Adam Ereli; former Senator and Obama Ambassador to China Max Baucus; DNC Finance Chair associate Alex Hoffman; former DNC treasurer William Derrough; and former ex-CEO of Amalgamated Bank Keith Mestrich, who once described Amalgamated as "the institutional bank of the Democratic Party." Meanwhile, Mynett's other business, a California winery that previously faced fraud allegations and was declared a failed venture in 2023, was suddenly worth between $1 million and $5 million in 2024 -- a windfall of 9,900%.
... It too is listed as operating out of a WeWork, and doesn't appear to actually sell any wines anymore, according to extensive internet searches. Despite the high worth placed on the business, its website is a broken link, the phone number is disconnected and the last social media post for the winery dates back to 2023. "While working families were being ripped off by a massive welfare scam, Omar's campaign took money from convicted fraudsters, her husband launched a firm that suddenly ballooned in value, and [Minnesota Gov.] Tim Walz looked the other way," according to Kiersten Pels, spokesperson for the Republican National Committee.
