The Morning Report — 1/1/26

2026NewYear.jpg

Good morning kids. Happy new year everyone! Sadly we kick things off on a truly tragic note; many fatalities have been reported as a result of a fire at a Swiss ski lodge that broke out on New Year's eve. Given everything going on in the world today, while there is scant information about the cause, the Islamic angle is certainly top of mind. Yikes.

Well, it is indeed a new day and a new year but sadly much of the same old insanity as well as flashes of normalcy as we still have President Trump firmly in the Oval Office pushing the MAGA and America first agendas domestically and internationally.

As CBD and I discussed on the final episode of 2025 linked here as well as in the sidebar and available on the outlets listed at the bottom of the post, Donald Trump isn't necessarily a revolutionary as he is or positions himself a "reformer."

As was the case with this Amy Vermin Jackson hack-in-black who illegally blocked his Constitutional authority as Chief executive from running this CFPB politburo (itself a completely anti-Constitunal entity as we discussed yesterday). God bless the President he still has faith that an utterly corrupt institution and those who belong to it that are at the heart of the corruption will act honorably and play by the rules and not act as partisan anti-American internal enemies of the people in advancing their goal to take him down and take America down. That has always been his Achilles heel. He cannot or will not distinguish mere rivals from mortal enemies in the figurative and literal sense.

In 2025 there were two assassination attempts on the President and a possible third that was linked to the regime in Tehran. On top of that of course was the assassination of Charlie Kirk, a leading light and voice of American political and societal revival who more than anyone in recent memory was able to reach and steer the youth of this nation away from the siren song of Leftism. For that direct threat to the multi-generational assault on this nation and society by those who continue to seek our destruction and/or subjugation, Kirk had to be taken down. Regardless, TPUSA and its mission continue. How many young people has the late Charlie Kirk inspired or otherwise enlightened and set on the straight and narrow, as President Trump is fond of saying, we'll just have to wait and see.

Of course the fallout over the Somali immigrant sacking and looting of the Minnesota and quite likely state treasuries of Ohio and quite a few other blue and sadly red states as well will be the top story as we head into 2026. While the Leftist controlled propaganda machine will do all it can to embargo and bury the truth or otherwise completely distort it as a Trump Hitlerite white supremacist assault on the African Somali immigrant community whose presence on our soil is a blessing and gift from Heaven instead of at least two of the 10 plagues of Passover/Exodus fame.

Were it not for the intrepid and wonderful reportage of one Nick Shirley, who at the tender age of 23 to me for this alone is the grand old man of real journalism. For doing what he did, he now likely has a gigantic target on his head

YouTuber Nick Shirley said on “PBD Podcast” on Wednesday that people have been telling him he will be assassinated like Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk after his viral video on alleged Somali fraud.

Shirley’s Friday video showed him finding that multiple supposed Minnesota Somali-run daycare centers, including one that reportedly obtained $4 million in taxpayer funds, lacked children. On the podcast, Shirley detailed threats he has received, along with how his family has been affected. (RELATED: Corporate Media Outlets Turn Blind Eye To Somali Fraud Scandal)

Considering the players involved, no not just the low-level hoods but the top echelons of the Minnesota and quite likely national Democrat Party as well as Al Shabab ISIS and other terrorist organizations operating in Somalia and elsewhere, do you really think they're going to let someone get away with putting them out of business? Minnesota is likely the tip of the iceberg as it probably goes way beyond Minnesota and the Somali community but other immigrant groups and native -born fraudsters.

Already, the usual suspects are preemptively justifying and calling for the assassination of anyone who dares even come near them.

The top legal reporter for Politico.com apparently suggested Tuesday a person can be legally shot for asking questions at the doorsteps of businesses.

Just look to the hell that Project Veritas' James O'Keefe (whose name I just couldn't remember for the life of me when we spoke of this on the podcast) has been put through over the years for his incredible exposés of Leftist graft.

And lest we forget the decade of hell the evil fellatrix Kamala Harris as Attorney General of California put David Daleidin and Sandra Merrit through for their explosive exposé of Planned Parenthood's dismembering and selling of of infant body parts.

Here's hoping and praying that 2026 sees legions of Charlie Kirks and Nick Shirleys coming forward. Again, as we bemoaned on the podcast President Trump can't be expected to drain the swamp, the size and depth of every ocean on the planet, all by himself. And here's hoping that the prognostications about our youth drifting and even rushing headlong to embrace socialism are somehow off base and missing something that would indicate otherwise. I have the greatest respect and admiration for our dear friend Jim Lakely at heartland.org but every time we talk to him about his polling, vis a vis the aforementioned I want to slit my wrists.

Other than that, could the Mullahs in Iran at long last finally be on the ropes and perhaps dangling a la the Ceaucescus from ropes on a Tehran lamp post. We've seen this picture before and sadly the protests fizzled and more accurately were brutally crushed by the IRGC. And lest we forget back in 2009 Barack Obama refused to support the Persian people and threw his full throated support behind the Mullahs with pallets of cash to help the build their nukes and export Islamic terrorism around the globe.

But this time is different because the Iranian currency the RIAL is cratering, their water supply is in tatters along with their oil refineries, the people are sicker than ever with the mullahs and their thugs, and Donald J. Trump is in office and no doubt will try and unseat the Mullahocracy if at all possible via sanctions and perhaps other means.

If Iran can be liberated after more than 45 years of ISlamo tyranny, what a blessing for their people and indeed for the world as a whole since they are the #1 with a bullet biggest state sponsor of global terrorism.

Have a great day And here's wishing all of you a very happy healthy and prosperous 2026.

And lastly, a quick shout-out and a huge thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

90 The Wealth Tax debacle in California is shaping up to be hugely amusing for our side, and hugely destructive for the left.
The idea is to grab a piece of all of the wealth of 200 billionaires in the state, to salvage the states collapsing budget situation. It appears to be widely popular, even though it is probably unconstitutional.(getting money for nothing always is)
BUT - these billionaires have also been the backbone for financing the Dems both in state and nationally, and they are pissed. They may not only leave the state, but also the left entirely.

They’re finally beginning to realize why it was a mistake to let the crazies take over the party.

All four (tech billionaires) agreed that this is a huge problem, primarily caused by democrats, that they are using fraud as a modern form of patronage, and that if multiple people don't go to jail, the rest of the world will not buy treasuries any more, and the country is finished. They also expect one or more of California, New York, or Illinois to be defaulting on their debt in the near future, which will have dire consequences for the municipal debt market.

127 Trump Spent 2025 Making Trans Lives Unlivable. It’s Time for Democrats to Defend Them. Elected Democrats haven’t done nearly enough to oppose attacks on gender-affirming care. They risk being on the wrong side of history.

It's rich to hear the media tell Democrats they're not doing enough about those issues after lecturing Democrats lost the election because they focused too much on "woke" issues like transgender rights more than the economy.

If anyone is on the wrong side of history, it's the fucking media for continuing to pull this kind of crap on one party while running interference and sanewashing the other one.

As a trans individual, Biden made things better in small but meaningful ways. Being able to put an x on my passport is miniscule in the grand scheme of things, but holy shit it mattered. A new scam has just been uncovered in Minnesota

Regular homes are being registered as assisted living facilities

- In Minnesota assisted living facilities have seen 2x the growth of other programs
- They are receiving 15x the payments of other programs
- Shell companies used to create some of the facilities
- The amount of new locations have exploded in Minnesota cities
- Many owned by known money laundering scammers

“This may look like your typical single family home but it bills itself as an assisted living facility and it receives a lot of taxpayer money.

Here in Minnesota the number of people getting help in assisted living facilities is up double the growth of other programs.

But here's the kicker, the rate of payment in this assisted living space is 10 to 15 times the growth in other programs.

Me, unfortunately. Well...money orders.

The landlord of the senior housing development where I moved a while back wants paper checks or money orders.

Yes, I've mentioned that this is 2025 (now 2026) to her.

I do have a "checking account", but physical checks aren't included... just a debit card. I've been buying money orders so far.

I'm still trying to figure out whether I want to pay the monthly fee to upgrade to an account with physical checks or continue paying a monthly fee for the money order. The MO is less.

OTOH, I have to go wait in line to get the MO. I buy them in the store where I do most of my grocery shopping, so at least there's no extra travel time and transportation expense to consider.

Prayers for all involved in the Swiss ski lodge's New Year's Eve fire. It sounds a bit like the 2003 nightclub fire at The Station in Rhode Island where a pyrotechnic display ignited flammable acoustic foam in the walls and ceilings surrounding the stage. (A huge lost of life & injuries there.)

Also from above, "And lest we forget the decade of hell the evil fellatrix Kamala Harris as Attorney General of California put David Daleidin and Sandra Merrit through for their explosive exposé of Planned Parenthood's dismembering and selling of of infant body parts."

I was furious @ PPH's begging ads - "now just a $19 monthly donation," much like the much kinder "charities" - ran the whole New Year's Eve day & into night on many TV stations. ("Make sure little Chauncey can continue to get his STD checks & medication!" Sarcastic, but oh so close.) And I was surprised I did think about her & the exposure about PPH selling infant body parts. But sadly I also thought, it'll all return as it was before. She's going to remain in the public limelight as is that organization. Political vampires. $ for power.
