One shot an innocent lady dead for no apparent reason and sentenced to 12 1/2 years that was overturned and resentenced to 4 years 9 months and served only half of that .
The other case is a cop restrained a suspect with technique taught to them and the suspect subsequently died arguably from the drugs he swallowed . He was sentence to 22.5 years in a Fed prison where he will have to serve at least 85% of the sentence. Other three cops on the scene that had no contact with the suspect were each sentenced to 2.5 to 3.5 years.
Why the discrepancy in the charges and sentencing?

When our dishwasher died, i discovered that it, and the in sink aerator were both hard wired into the house in the same circuit. Fortunately, i knew how to do it myself. Killed the breaker, double checked with the multimeter, then de-wired both appliances. Installed an outlet box, repaired the dry wall under the cabinet. Installed new appliances with plugs and all done.

I find it liberating. Once you know what's going on it's a lot easier to focus on the problem. Clearly, Trump and Musk know.
I get as caught up in the day to day as anyone but I try to remember the scope of what we are up against. It's not insurmountable but it is going to take a sustained fight and we are still going to lose battles along the way. But for the first time in a very long time we are fighting the right battles. They go bad over time, loosen up and don't provide a solid connection. I replaced every one of them in my 1992 year of construction house when I bought it in 2012. Most of them were worn and wouldn't hold the plugs tightly. Very much like the desk outlets in hotels, all worn out.

It was bad enough here. When the somalis invaded Columbus, they instantly overloaded the Special Ed classrooms in the suburb of Westerville. The only fistfight my wife was ever in (the classroom) during her teaching career was with somali asshoe boys that would not take any direction from a woman. As we are now seeing, they are still f*cking up the cities in which they are in.

I get as caught up in the day to day as anyone but I try to remember the scope of what we are up against. It's not insurmountable but it is going to take a sustained fight and we are still going to lose battles along the way. But for the first time in a very long time we are fighting the right battles. And winning a few.
Endeavor to kick ass. I've got nothing else to do.

My problem is I started out naive and optimistic about the world when young. Because I was sheltered and ignorant about most things.
Up until 09/11/2001, I was as optimistic and motivational as anyone, thinking I could change the world. But after becoming more and more informed of the realities of the world over the past couple decades, my optimism has waned. And things like the 2008 economic crash which hit me hard and then the 2020 black ops and the stolen election, etc. have all soured me.
I hope things are turning around, but unfortunately I now live always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

One rewrote a contract for a hire of his he was having an affair with so she could illegally get family leave and other benefits, another skimmed off the top of budgets where he would hire agencies using 10% of the budget and then pocket the difference of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Eventually they did get caught but the irony was that before that they had actually received promotions. I’ve been here 4 years and still haven’t gotten a promotion despite receiving several employee awards
