@CollinRugg NEW: Two police officers phoned into a "blanket tactical channel" to alert that an armed individual was on the roof moments before Trump was shot at the PA rally. The million-dollar question: Why didn't Secret Service rush to protect Trump in this moment? Butler town manager Tom Knights says that the local police officer who "interrupted" Thomas Crooks was hanging from the roof after being lifted up by an officer. Crooks then pointed his rifle at the officer which then forced him to fall. The officer who fell and the officer who was holding him, radioed into a "blanket tactical channel" to notify that an armed individual was on the roof. Knights said there has been no direct communication with members of the Secret Service to Butler officials. It's unclear how much time was between Crooks pointing his rifle at the officer and when the first shot rang out.

And yet it gets still worse. The Washington Post reports that the Secret Service knew the building which would become the sniper's roost was unprotected. And they let Trump take the stage anyway.

The truth has to come out... -Crooks is caught on video beforehand scoping out the rooftops and vantage points. -He was observed with a rangefinder standing next to the building prior to the attempt. -The law enforcement observed Crooks for 30 minutes prior to the attempted assass*nation. -There were agents/officers stationed inside of the same building he was perched on. -They now say the roof was too sloped and posed a danger to the agents. -Ample number of people in the crowd brought attention to Crooks presence. -The Secret Service detail was cut down because of Jill Biden deciding to go to an event which pulled agents away from Trump's detail. -They didn't station CS on that roof because it was sloped, although other units were seen on sloped roofs. -They couldn't access his phone right away, but nobody knows why. -He had equipment with him that could've remotely triggered an explosion. -His parents had reported him missing just a few hours prior to the event. -There were women in the detail that couldn't even holster their own weapon. -Agents were seen ducking after the attempt on Trump's life was made. -They didn't remove Trump when the threat was first detected. -An officer that climbed a ladder to approach Crooks backed down. People that are trying to focus on the guy's political affiliation are not serious people. The people that are saying "oh he was just grazed" have no right to be in the conversation. There are two possible scenarios. Either gross incompetence or willful negligence. Either way swift and stern accountability needs to be handed out.

You won't be at all surprised to find out that serial perjurer and obstructer of Congressional investigations Mayorkas is now interfering with Congress' investigation of this absolute sh*tshow. You know -- like a criminal cover-up of his own responsibility for an assassination attempt on the Once and Future President of the United States.Unbelievable. They knew the site was unsecured and left it that way--even with all the warnings that a suspicious figure with a rangefinder was walking around the building. The Secret Service even identified Thomas Matthew Crooks as a person of interest and had photographed him. Unbelievable.
Local police alerted the Secret Service before former president Donald Trump's rally Saturday that they lacked the resources to station a patrol car outside a key building where a gunman later positioned himself and shot at Trump, according to local and federal law enforcement. Richard Goldinger, the district attorney in Butler County, Pa., where the Trump rally took place, said the Secret Service "was informed that the local police department did not have manpower to assist with securing that building." Goldinger's account was confirmed by a Secret Service official briefed on the incident, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to be candid about a sensitive, ongoing investigation. The Secret Service official confirmed that positioning an officer outside the building was considered one of the ways to protect against the risk that the agency prepares for at all public events -- that a shooter on high ground has a clear line of sight on the president or other senior officials being protected. The building, owned by Agr International, was just outside the security perimeter for Saturday's rally.
The Department of Homeland Security, under the leadership of the impeached Alejandro Mayorkas, is reportedly interfering with the House of Representatives' investigation into the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump. Rep. Michael Cloud (R-Texas) disclosed the allegations during an interview at the GOP's national convention, highlighting significant concerns about the department's transparency. Cloud expressed frustration with the DHS's actions, stating, "It is very concerning that right off the bat, we see DHS obfuscating as opposed to being transparent. This should be something that, regardless of party, we don't allow this kind of thing in our country." The Secret Service, a key agency within DHS, is at the center of the controversy. In response to these obstructions, Chairman Comer is issuing subpoenas to compel the Secret Service director to testify.Ron Johnson says the SS briefing today was "unbelievably uninformative." The Secret Service only permitted four questions -- they only permitted four questions? Are they now the Emperor's Praetorian, above the petty Senate? -- and said the rest of the questions would have to be submitted in writing. Which gives them time to lawyer the shit out of them, and also, prevent any follow-ups to the vague horseshit answers they deign to provide.

Ms. Terry, a former Central Intelligence Agency analyst and a senior fellow for Korea studies at the Council on Foreign Relations, is accused in a 31-page indictment released Tuesday of a yearslong effort to assist South Korean spies. The indictment says she even introduced the spies to congressional staff members, an action that she described as "bringing the wolf in." ... In Ms. Terry's case, prosecutors say she began operating as a foreign agent in 2013, five years after leaving the C.I.A. She was first contacted by an intelligence officer posing as a diplomat for the Korean mission to the United Nations in New York City, the indictment said, and in return for her work over the next decade, Ms. Terry received handbags, clothing and at least $37,000 in covert payments to the think tank where she was employed at the time.
"Despite engaging in extensive activities for and at the direction of" the South Korean government, Ms. Terry did not register as a foreign agent with American officials, as required by law, prosecutors said. She faces two counts, one for failing to register under the federal Foreign Agents Registration Act, and the other for conspiring to violate it.
This isn't an aberration -- this is a fairly typical career trajectory for politicos and members of the vile US security state. Rich Higgins (RIP) told me that many generals and admirals sell themselves to overseas patrons, particularly in the Middle East. Supposedly they're offering "expert security" advice to foreign potentates. But that's just the cover story -- these guys have the best security experts in the world already. The real point of giving them these jobs is so that sheikhs can call them on the phone and say, "Why don't you mention this problem we're having to the President? As a friend. We're not paying you to act as our foreign agent, after all. We've already paid you for your, um, 'security' expertise. But since we've already established this friendly relationship, could you be a pal and make the case for us at the State Department, the Commerce Department, and at the White House?" Can't wait to find out which hostile foreign countries are funding various suddenly-wealthy NeverTrump grifter organizations.
In a statement, Lee Wolosky, Ms. Terry's lawyer, said that the allegations were unfounded and distorted "the work of a scholar and news analyst known for her independence and years of service to the United States." "Dr. Terry has not held a security clearance for over a decade, and her views on matters relating to the Korean Peninsula have been consistent over many years," Mr. Wolosky said. "In fact, she was a harsh critic of the South Korean government during times this indictment alleges that she was acting on its behalf." He added, "Once the facts are made clear, it will be evident the government made a significant mistake."
... According to the indictment, federal agents had suspicions regarding Ms. Terry's contact with Seoul as early as November 2014, when the F.B.I. called her in for a voluntary interview. As she was questioned, Ms. Terry became "visibly nervous, changed her speech pattern and began to stutter and shift in her seat," the indictment said. Over the ensuing years, agents would track Ms. Terry to numerous restaurants and luxury stores in Washington, D.C., providing photos of her dining with her handlers and standing next to them at cash registers as they bought her expensive goods. Several were included in court papers Tuesday. In an interview with the F.B.I. in June 2023, Ms. Terry, who was born in Seoul but raised in the United States, admitted that she had resigned from the C.I.A. in 2008 rather than be fired because the agency had "problems" with her contacts with members of South Korea's National Intelligence Service, the indictment said. But her national-security work was only prelude to more wrongdoing after she left the government, according to prosecutors, including disclosing "nonpublic U.S. government information" to intelligence officers working for South Korea. The indictment says that Ms. Terry handed over handwritten notes of a private group meeting in 2022 regarding the U.S. government's policy toward North Korea that she attended with Secretary of State Antony Blinken. During this period, the indictment said, Ms. Terry worked for several well-known think tanks in Washington. Ms. Terry's activity on behalf of South Korea started small and became more ambitious as she worked with three different handlers, the indictment said. At first, she mainly published opinion articles favorable to South Korea's stance on North Korea, but soon she was facilitating meetings between incoming Trump administration officials and South Korean intelligence agents in 2016. By 2018, Ms. Terry was hosting meetings at a think tank at the request of her South Korean handlers, giving them access to U.S. national security officials, the indictment said. ... During lavish dinners at primarily Michelin-starred sushi restaurants, followed by drinks at rooftop bars, Ms. Terry's handler would feed her lines she would then parrot in media appearances in the form of policy recommendations regarding U.S.-South Korea relations, the indictment said.

A former classmate of Thomas Matthew Crooks, a 20-year-old man who attempted to assassinate Trump at a Pennsylvania rally on Saturday, revealed in a recent interview that Crooks had mocked him for supporting Trump and that Crooks did not like Republican politicians in general. Vincent Taormina told Fox News in an interview, "I brought up the fact that I'm Hispanic and, you know, I'm for Trump. And he said, 'Well, you're Hispanic, so shouldn't you hate Trump?' No. He's great. He was a great president. He called me stupid -- or insinuated that I was stupid." The comments, Taormina said, came during a discussion in 2016 in an English class. "He just did not like politicians, especially with the choices that we had. He did not like our politicians," he added. Taormina noted that Crooks was usually silent, except on topics Crooks appeared passionate about, like politics. When those topics came up, Taormina said that Crooks could be "smug [and] arrogant." "He would just talk, talk and act like he knew everything, especially politics related, and he would say it in a tone that was like, 'I'm better than you,' in a type of way," he said.

According to CBS, law enforcement even took a picture of him before the gunfire. "Contrary to reports in national news outlets, officers say the building just outside the security perimeter established by Secret Service was in fact occupied by law enforcement," added BeaverCountian.com. Federalist CEO Sean Davis summed up the situation on X: "Who gave the order to do nothing until after the assassin shot Trump, killed an innocent man on that stage, and fired round after round after round after round?"

Malicious Incompetence
The assassination attempt on Donald Trump this past weekend remains, of course, a major topic of discussion, analysis and speculation. Given the staggering security failure and amazing near-miss that made it an attempt rather than a success combined with the nearly decade-long campaign of hate and invective against Trump, one of the avenues of speculation and disagreement can be summarized as Hanlon's Razor: was it incompetence or malice?
The answer that question is usually "yes," because both are at play. I think both were at play here, too. While I think it would be too inconsistent with recent behavior to rule out or dismiss the idea of conspiracy to finally "get Trump," I don't think that's what this was. I strongly suspect the problem is the combination of malice and the everyday gross incompetence that increasingly defines the operations of the United States.

Good Morning Kids. The attempt on Trump's life over the weekend remains the top story and now there's a new wrinkle to add which Ace touched upon late yesterday. Evidently, intel sources are revealing that they were tipped off about an Iranian plot to take Trump out. And yet despite supposedly beefing up security around Trump this Crooks character was able to get up on a roof and get off a round on Trump. Rooftop slope notwithstanding.
The Trump campaign would not disclose whether it was made aware of the Iran threat. “We do not comment on President Trump’s security detail. All questions should be directed to The United States Secret Service,” the campaign said in a statement.
The Secret Service recently “added protective resources and capabilities to the former President’s security detail,” agency spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement on Sunday.
Secret Service officials have warned the Trump campaign repeatedly against holding outdoor rallies, which pose greater risks than events to which the agency can better control access, people briefed on the matter said. The warnings have been more general in nature, the sources said.
Security concerns forced Trump’s campaign to halt spontaneous events where the Secret Service couldn’t sweep guests.
This is bullshit. That said, the Biden junta's close ties to Iran vis a vis the drive to make them the power brokers in the middle east and desire to abandon Israel, puts this in a very disturbing light, and cannot be dismissed. Trump back in power is not good news for Iran and of course Foggy Bottom.
With Trump’s security detail understaffed, under-resourced, and stretched to its limits, Biden’s security regime reportedly diverted even more resources to a hastily planned Jill Biden event that just happened to be in the area.
Biden’s security regime then ordered the most obvious assassination perch in the entire area to remain outside the main security perimeter.
Furthermore, Biden’s Secret Service director ordered law enforcement and counter-snipers OFF the roof the assassin used.
If that weren’t enough, Biden’s security regime also refused to block the line of sight from the assassin’s perch to Trump’s location. When law enforcement radioed in a suspicious person using a laser range finder at the building and even took photos of him, nothing was done to detain the assassin.
Meanwhile outside the RNC there were at least two incidents where an armed suspect was shot and killed and another armed with an AK-47 wearing a ski mask was apprehended.
So, even if a massive cheat fails and Trump wins, there is no way in hell the Left will ever cede one iota of power and influence, be it in government or anywhere in our society. And yet there are signs of trouble in worker's paradise. No not the true believers and unreachable brainwashed drones, but others like the working class, and even blacks and other disaffected reliable Democrats that realize everything they've been told is a lie. Time will tell. But what cannot go on will not go on. Maybe we are at that inflection point in history. Please God it's a point where a correction occurs, and not the plunge into the abyss.

However, Disney's have now leaked to O'Keefe who has used it to create a series called "The Disney Files," a series of videos he will use to reveal the internal communications and how horrendous the company's policies actually are. In the first video, O'Keefe shows that employees used Disney's slack to organize a series of events that the company should have no business organizing, given its main goal of being a family-friendly entertainment company.
