  • Microsoft's former DEI leader has blasted the company in an internal email after the entire team was laid off, sort of. (IGN)

Yes, a Microsoft DEI team leader did indeed blast the company in an internal email after their entire team was laid off. That is true.

But don't celebrate just yet. Microsoft has many DEI teams.

The email though is exactly what you would expect from these parasites:
Unofficially in my opinion, not specific to Microsoft alone, but Project 2025 looms and true systems change work associated with DEI programs everywhere are no longer business critical or smart as they were in 2020. Hence the purposeful and strategic 3-5 year shelf life of many company's inclusion commitments post the murder of George Floyd are being reevaluated.
    Fire them all.

Project 2025 is a set of policy proposals from the Heritage Foundation. They've been doing this since 1981 and 2025 is the latest. It's 900 pages long. Trump has already said that there are elements in it that he won't even consider.

And, sure as God made little green apples, the Left is lying about it to people who are too ignorant to know they're being lied to and too lazy to find out in an effort to make them afraid and get them stirred up for political benefit. They'll cherrypick one or two policies, describe them in the most inflammatory manner possible, and scream about how their sea of violent, lunatic children are in mortal danger if they don't sell their souls to the Democrat Party.

Well, it's what the detractors are counting on. I haven't read the document but I've seen some videos on it and it's just a bunch of policy proposals, most surrounding the organization of the executive branch. Each proposal has content giving the reasoning for the proposal and the, theoretical, benefit for adopting it. If it weren't for the "scary" name, it would be a big nothing.

All emotions can be used to control people but fear is the most powerful. Once you convince a person that they should fear something, most will obey unquestioningly and never even consider whether they should be afraid or not. Kinda like covid.

So close...

97 In other cheerful news, Libs of TikTok has been claiming scalps this week. Apparently, managers and school authorities aren't thrilled with employees posting on social media about how mad they are that the would be assassin failed.

Naturally, there are people on our side complaining about that and going on about how wrong it is. Well, the right time to stop it was years ago and it didn't happen.

98 If Project 2025 is 900 pages long, ain't nobody got time to read all that. Which, no doubt, is what the creators and sponsors are counting on.

What is it, 900 pages of the same three words, 'BURN IT ALL'? If it isn't I'm not interested.

99 Morning all. Thought Vivek was great but historically the Chief of Staff is a connected Washington veteran who knows how to move legislation and presidential priorities. That’s not Vivek but he needs a role somewhere.

Trump will need a Chief who knows the ropes well but is committed to destroying the traditional way of doing things. I haven’t got a clue who that would be. It damn sure isn’t Graham.

100 When my failed factory town revitalized, they scored some heavy hitting Tech companies due to, interestingly, leftover infrastructure from heavy industry with massive electrical feeds into large, open factory space. Turned out such spaces and facilities are ideal for Tech.
Except when these Tech outfits came in they brought a fucking ARMY of Proggie White People we never had before and it's tipped local government. They're all 'activists' and they vote, and can't seem to mind their own motherfucking business. When Musk moves to Texas, I hope somebody has a plan of what to do with all the pieces of shit he's going to bring with him.

101 Here, I've told numerous people we were all better off when the place was in the toilet, working people could buy a house for USD$30K, and hey, you might have to kill somebody once in a while but there's basically no police so who cares.

108 That comment on the secret service from the Trump campaign says a lot without saying much. There is no we have full confidence. There is no we are well taken care of. It's obvious they are not happy with the secret service's performance. And nor should they be. Trump needs to rely on his own private security.
