In the past few months the struggles of G/O [which bought the basketcase blogs of the bankrupt Gawker media] have been well publicized, from their being forced to shutter (and later sell the rights to) Jezebel to facing down a lawsuit from the family of a Kansas City Chiefs Fan who was smeared as 'racist' for wearing what they called 'blackface' to a game by Deadspin. Well, apparently Deadspin has proved to be more trouble than it's worth to the suits at G/O...

Then one post about women's soccer.
Time to eat cat food. That's the ESPN Plan for Success, too. Hope it works out just as well for them. Who will be next? Kotaku? Unrelated: There's a conspiracy theory going 'round about Kate Middleton. Apparently she has not been seen in public for two months, after being hospitalized for ten days. Media and royal obsessives keep asking where she is. Kate Middleton release a picture to appease them. The picture supposedly shows her posing with her children. People began questioning whether the picture was real, claiming there were telltale signs of bad editing in Photoshop. Three media companies pulled the picture, stating that they could not verify that the picture was real. Later, Kate Middleton took the rap herself, saying she'd merely edited it a little. But this guy is claiming that the picture of Kate was lifted entirely from a Vogue cover and then inserted in the picture:

Trump Official Peter Navarro Headed to Prison
The FBI refuses to turn over its correspondence -- which would prove they interfered in the 2020 election -- regarding the Hunter Biden laptop, and their knowledge that it was 100% real and their illegal psyop against the country claiming it was fake.
Jim Jordan is threatening Wray with contempt, but we know that Democrats aren't punished for contempt of Congress.Jordan sent a letter to Wray on Monday explaining that the Judiciary Committee may resort to holding the FBI director in contempt of Congress to compel the release of internal communications and the names of key personnel who participated in the bureau's meetings with social-media companies ahead of the 2020 election. The letter, obtained exclusively by National Review, cites the testimony of Laura Dehmlow, former section chief of the FBI's Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF), who appeared before the Judiciary Committee last year and recounted the FITF's dealings with social-media companies ahead of the 2020 presidential election, revealing that the agency held more than 30 meetings with Big Tech companies to warn them about foreign efforts to tamper with the election. Dehmlow refused to reveal, however, a number of pertinent details about the bureau's interactions with social-media companies at the direction of her FBI superiors, prompting Jordan to issue a subpoena demanding that information. The escalatory letter sent Monday was prompted by the bureau's refusal to honor that subpoena. "During her transcribed interview, Ms. Dehmlow revealed that the same FBI personnel who were warning social media companies about a potential Russian 'hack and leak' operation in the lead-up to the 2020 election knew that the laptop belonging to Hunter Biden was not Russian disinformation," the letter reads. "After the New York Post published a story based on the contents of the laptop about Biden family influence peddling, the FBI made the institutional decision to refuse to answer direct questions from social media companies about the laptop's authenticity," the letter adds. IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, an IRS agent with years of experience on the Hunter Biden tax case, testified to the House Ways and Means Committee last year that the FBI verified the authenticity of the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop in November 2019. ... The New York Post's first story on the Hunter Biden laptop archive was published on October 14th, 2020, and the FITF held a previously scheduled meeting with Twitter on the same day, Dehmlow testified. At the meeting, an analyst with the FBI's criminal investigative decision said the laptop was authentic, until an FBI lawyer interrupted the analyst and said the FBI had "no further comment" about the laptop's authenticity. ... In August, the Judiciary Committee subpoenaed the FBI for the names and communications mentioned by Dehmlow, but the FBI has not "substantially complied" with the subpoena, Jordan's letter says. "Following the Committee's issuance of the subpoena, the FBI has made limited productions with heavy redactions, as discussed above. Even after the Committee provided the FBI with a list of priority documents, the FBI still has not substantially complied with the Committee's subpoena," the letter states.Trump trade advisor was convicted of contempt of Congress for not complying with the unlawful January 6th commission.
He's been ordered report to prison to begin a 4 month sentence for doing what Obama staffers and Biden family members and FBI directors do every day.
Okay: So you guys want to criminalize the opposition, huh? Well get your bags packed and put your affairs in order, because starting in January, you're all getting charged.
Trump aide Peter Navarro ordered to report to prison for 4-month sentence
Peter Navarro was convicted of flouting a House Jan. 6 committee subpoena
Peter Navarro: I'm the first senior White House adviser ever to be charged with this alleged crime Former Trump aide Peter Navarro predicts his case will go to the Supreme Court after being sentenced to four months in prison after being held in contempt of Congress on 'Hannity.' Peter Navarro, who served in the White House under former President Trump, was ordered to report to a Miami prison by March 19 to begin serving a four-month sentence for flouting a House Jan. 6 committee subpoena. The order was revealed in a court filing Sunday by Navarro's lawyer, Stanley Woodward. In January, U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta sentenced Navarro to four months in prison and ordered him to pay a fine of $9,500. The sentence was two months shorter than the six prosecutors had sought, but Mehta drastically reduced the whopping $200,000 fine sought by the Justice Department. The former Trump White House aide is looking for an appeals court to intervene to block the sentence while he fights the conviction.

In the early 20th century, violent invasionary gangs from Mexico would ride north into the US to pillage and kill its citizens, before fleeing again back beyond the border. The Mexican government would not punish them.
Eventually the US mounted the "Punitive Expedition" to stop this. Woke DAs are now similarly granting violent bandits sanctuary in their jurisdictions. At least one Tennessee senator says, "Enough."-- FOX13 is getting more clarity about a bill filed by a state senator from Memphis. Monday, Senator Brent Taylor filed the DA Second Opinion Act. The bill would allow law enforcement agencies request a district attorney from another county come in and investigate crimes that Shelby County DA Steve Mulroy chose not to prosecute. There is a catch: Sen. Taylor told FOX13 there has to be a single element that connects the two counties together. "That neighboring district attorney could prosecute not only that single element that exists in their county, but they can also prosecute any crimes in that nexus all the way into Shelby County," said Taylor. Sen. Taylor gave as an example, someone stealing a gun in Shelby County and then committing other crimes in another county with that stolen gun. "That district attorney could prosecute that stolen firearm, possession of a stolen firearm and any of the other crimes that occurred with that firearm even though it's in Shelby County," said Taylor.

"Pathetic," "Lincoln" Riley's mom called Biden.
The heartbroken mother of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley slammed President Biden for fumbling her daughter's name during the State of Union speech -- calling him "pathetic" for the slip. "Biden does not even KNOW my child's name -- it [sic] pathetic!" Allyson Philips wrote Friday in response to a comment on a Facebook post celebrating the passage of the Laken Riley Act. 'If you are going to say her name (even when forced to do so) at least say the right name!" she insisted. The grieving mother also wrote "Amen!" underneath a comment that called Biden "a disgrace of a president."But he didn't. That's how very seriously Biden is taking this matter -- he didn't bother to learn the victim's name. Obviously he never read it, because if he had read it, he would have known how to say it. He's been hearing a word that sorta sounds like "Lincoln" so that's what he thinks it is. Biden very quickly apologized and referred to him as merely an "undocumented" newcomer (and newmurderer).
Biden, 81, accidentally referred to the 22-year-old nursing student -- who was murdered on the University of Georgia campus two weeks ago -- as "Lincoln Riley" during the speech Thursday night. The president named Riley when pressed by Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene (R-Ga.), who yelled out, "Say her name!" from the audience. "I know how to say her name," Biden fired back at the rogue congresswoman.

Now Batty Kathy Hochul Sends the National Guard Into the Subways, and She Approves.
They're not just anti-cop -- they're affirmatively pro-riot.
But only for their own riots, of course. Those J6ers are insurrectionists who should be imprisoned for years before trial, and then sentenced to 20 years after a quickie show trial. Tom Cotton wrote an op-ed for the New York Times, suggesting that the National Guard be sent to quell the riots and arsons of the "Summer of Love." This was hardly a novel suggestion -- it had been done before. The National Guard quelled the Rodney King riots, for example. Indeed, they were also called back to Los Angeles to quell the Black Lives Matter riots. But the NYT's DEI mascot Mara Gay shrieked that even suggesting this harmed black people, the only people whose safety matters:Posted by: Disinformation Expert Ace at 12:12 PM | Comments (287) | Trackbacks (Suck)
Profit Wizardry at Target The stock of mega-woke corporation Target is rising, and it is a Wall Street darling right now for pulling off the seemingly impossible - its same store sales are plummeting, yet it is posting spectacular profits with strong gross margins. “Target shares pop more than 12% as retailer boosts profits, despite lackluster sales forecast” [CNBC – 3/05/2024]
Target’s net income for the three-month period rose by nearly 58% to $1.38 billion, or $2.98 per share, from $876 million, or $1.89 per share in the year-ago quarter. That was significantly higher than Target’s forecast range of between $1.90 and $2.60 per share. Its margins also were healthier compared with a year ago. Its fourth-quarter operating income margin rate was 5.8% compared with 3.7% in the year-ago quarter…Without going all green-eye-shade, there are a few simple truths that are in play: 1) If revenue is declining but the gross margin (profit per unit sold) is increasing, there are many fewer units of merchandise being sold than there used to be. 2) Accounting wizardry, timing of expense recognition, and cost-cutting gimmicks might show a short-term growth in profit, but that is not sustainable in the face of declining revenue.
Even so, Target’s comparable sales declined for the third quarter in a row. The key metric, which includes digital sales and takes out the impact of store openings, closures and renovations, fell 4.4% in the fiscal fourth quarter…A 4.4% revenue decline is even worse when you factor in the impact of inflation, since all things being equal, the same basket of goods would result in increased spending year over year. Those consumers repulsed by Target’s vulgar products for children are clearly still refusing to spend their money at Target. By contrast, Wal-Mart’s same store sales are up 4%. My wish for Target is that it maintains its ongoing journey of declining revenue, and that its MBAs and accountants stay busy conjuring up clever new ways to show book profit growth.
Nonfarm payrolls for December were revised down to 290,000 from 333,000, and January payrolls were revised down to 229,000 from a surprising 353,000, the Labor Department reported Friday. The total revisions for those months resulted in 167,000 fewer jobs than previously reported.

The U.S. military said Sunday that it had flown forces in to beef up security at the U.S. Embassy in Haiti and allow nonessential personnel to leave. The aircraft flew to the embassy compound, the U.S. Southern Command said, meaning that the effort involved helicopters. It was careful to point out that “no Haitians were on board the military aircraft.” That seemed aimed at quashing any speculation that senior government officials might be leaving as the gang attacks in Haiti worsen. The neighborhood around the embassy in the capital, Port-au-Prince, is largely controlled by gangs. . . . . . Haiti’s embattled prime minister, Ariel Henry, traveled recently to Kenya to push for the U.N.-backed deployment of a police force from the East African country to fight the gangs. But a Kenyan court ruled in January that such a deployment would be unconstitutional. Henry, who is facing calls to resign or form a transitional council, remains unable to return home. He arrived in Puerto Rico on Tuesday after he was unable to land in the Dominican Republic, which borders Haiti. . . Henry, a neurosurgeon, was appointed as Haiti’s prime minister after the July 2021 assassination of President Jovenel Moise.I could play devil's advocate here since Haiti has been an absolute basket case of a third world shit-hole since forever. While the situation as it stands may not be the Biden Junta's fault, since corruption, grinding poverty and criminality there have been historically endemic, it was Hillary and Bill Clinton who did more to make the rubble bounce there than anyone else. In the wake of the disastrous 2010 earthquake, nearly $14 billion dollars were sent to the island ostensibly to rebuild, create jobs and kickstart the economy. To this day there has never been an accounting of even one dime of that money, and Haitians are poorer than ever. Now with heavily armed street gangs on the verge of toppling the current government. I guess, this is the "initiative" part of the Clinton Global Initiative.
See here and also here. The Clintons quite literally goniffed billions of dollars supposedly meant to help the people of Haiti who instead suffered even worse starvation when they weren't being raped and robbed by roving gangs of criminals and/or government-backed "Ton-Ton Macoute" death squads. It takes a
After Old Joe Biden’s ranting, rabidly partisan declaration of war against half the country, also known as his State of the Union address, the figurehead Commander-In-Chief huddled with Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, and another sycophant, and boasted about the pressure he was putting on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: “I told him, Bibi, and don’t repeat this, but you and I are going to have a ‘come to Jesus’ meeting.” Calculated disrespect? Galloping dementia? We’ll likely never know, for, as usual, the leftist press corps is too busy propping up Old Joe to look into anything that might cast him in a negative light. When Biden realized that what he was saying was going out to a watching world, he doubled down: “I’m on a hot mic here. Good. That was good.” Nor was this the first time that Old Joe appeared to be casting his contentious relationship with Netanyahu in religious terms. Last September, when Old Joe Biden finally invited the Israeli prime minister to the White House, after refusing to do so for nearly nine months while his regime did everything it could to undermine him, the two sat down for their first chat of Biden’s alleged presidency. As the leader of the world’s lone Jewish state began speaking, Old Joe bizarrely took the opportunity to make the sign of the cross. . . . . . So is Old Joe in the habit of making the sign of the cross when thinking about those whom he hates and wishes to destroy? Is that what is on his mind when he thinks of Netanyahu? It’s noteworthy in this connection that during his State of the Union address, Biden claimed that “more than 30,000 Palestinians have been killed.” The source for this wildly inflated number is Hamas. If Old Joe is willing to take the claims of his fellow serial liars in Hamas at face value, is it any wonder that he would let slip a clear indication that the first thing he thinks of when he thinks of Netanyahu is “Jew,” and not in a positive manner?Thankfully, Bibi's not having any of it.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made clear Sunday that he would be willing to ignore [so-called quote-unquote "president"] Biden’s “red line” and go forward with an invasion of Rafah as the Jewish state continues its military campaign in Gaza. Israel has faced heightened scrutiny as the death toll in the Palestinian enclave continues to rise to at least 30,000, according to Hamas-backed health officials. In an MSNBC interview Saturday, Biden said he was against further fighting in Rafah and called an invasion of the area a “red line” — but then quickly backtracked to say there was no red line. “It is a red line, but I’m never going to leave Israel,” Biden said. “The defense of Israel is still critical. So there’s no red line [in which] I’m going to cut off all weapons so they don’t have the Iron Dome to protect them.” Netanyahu said he didn’t care if Biden was in favor military action in Rafah, and pointed to the Oct. 7 massacre that killed 1,200 Israelis and saw more 200 kidnapped. “We’ll go there. We’re not going to leave,” Netanyahu said in an interview with Politico’s parent company Axel Springer. “You know, I have a red line. You know what the red line is, that Oct. 7 doesn’t happen again.” The Israeli leader also told the publication he had quiet support from several Arab leaders to press forward with Israel’s war on Hamas. “They understand Hamas is part of the Iranian terror axis,” he said.I would say we all know the value of an Obama/Biden "red line" given how Basher Assad flipped them the bird in Syria back in 2013 by his use of chemical weapons during that country's civil war. But this is Israel. Hated Israel. Hated Jews. And the aforementioned fear of alienating Muslims and their hardcore Marxist allies here in the States might cause them to actually blunder us into an incredibly dangerous confrontation.
As a thirty-four-year veteran of the United States Navy, I unfortunately have seen first-hand the good, the bad, and the ugly of the execution of America’s foreign policy, in many cases altruistic by design but either poorly executed or impacted by outside forces that caused the loss of many American servicemen and women’s lives. The 1983 Bombing of the Marine Corps Barracks in Beirut Lebanon is a prime example of good intentions where America’s policy makers placed American’s in harms way in an untenable situation. Consequently two truck bombs struck buildings in Beirut, Lebanon, housing American and French service members of the Multinational Force in Lebanon (MNF), a military peacekeeping operation during the Lebanese Civil War. The attack killed 307 people: 241 U.S. and 58 French military personnel, six civilians, and two attackers and ultimately lead to the untimely withdrawal of the MNF. End result -- peacekeepers died in vain, and peace was not achieved. . . . . . Fast forward to 2024 where the Biden [junta] attempted to provide humanitarian supplies to the people of Gaza by air drop which resulted in the death of civilians on the ground. We have now learned that the next phase if to provide relief supplies by sea which will necessitate the deployment of DoD's Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore capability, or JLOTS. Again, another concept that may be easier to plan on paper than to execute in a war zone where food is used as a weapon by Hamas to maintain power over its citizens. I am sure that, as in the examples cited above, there may be unintended consequences resulting in the loss of American lives. Yes, we have seen this movie before, and it has not ended well. However, let’s hope that this one is different, but based on our experience at Abbey Gate during out botched withdrawal from Afghanistan I suspect the ending may be the same. For sure, Hamas is no doubt well aware of our insane "rules of engagement" whenever American troops are deployed, either for combat operations or humanitarian relief. Even without a wave of IEDs and other Islam-ikaze type attacks that no doubt will happen, not one grain of rice will wind up in the mouths of innocent non-combatant "civilians," who in point of fact are anything but, as eyewitness accounts of the barbarism and butchery of 10/7 have revealed. What this aid will do is preserve the fighting ability of the Hamas terrorists, which is antithetical to the mission of the IDF to wipe them out. And that puts the hapless US GI and Marine who lands in Gaza in direct opposition to the strategic mission of Israel. You almost have to believe that Biden actually wants to provoke a shooting war with the IDF purely for what he perceives as political advantage in the run-up to this November. That is flat out insanity, dementia or no dementia, because it's that mutt-eating mutt Obama that is directing this behind the scenes. And speaking of corruption and thug-ocracy, perhaps we shouldn't be so critical of Haiti considering this kind of shit is happening right here.
FDNY Commissioner Laura Kavanagh promised to “hunt down” pro-Trump staffers who booed New York Attorney General Letitia James during a Thursday ceremony. FDNY Chief of Department John Hodges warned others in the agency via email that the department’s Bureau of Investigation and Trials would identify who participated in the dissatisfied chants that James received at the event, according to the New York Post. . . . . . Video posted on social media showed the crowd chanting “Trump” repeatedly as James was speaking on stage. Memos and emails that appear to be from the Uniformed Fire Officers Association (UFOA) and Uniformed Firefighters Association also circulated on social media, stating that the chanting was inappropriate to do “on the job’s time” and that participating FDNY employees “must do better.” An FDNY retiree expressed his frustration with the department’s response. “It was a political stunt for the city to have the AG there. When it backfired, they sent their fascist pit bulls after guys for exercising their First Amendment rights,” the unidentified FDNY retiree told the outlet. “Most were off-duty and not in FDNY uniform.”"Fascist pit bulls" is exactly who is running this government and criminal justice system, my friend. Look what happened at that vile Klan rally disguised as a SOTU speech:
Steven Nikoui disrupted Biden’s speech and was arrested. His arrest came with a $50 bail and the prospect of a $500 fine or jail time, according to the New York Post. House Republicans are calling for the charges to be dropped as they pointed out the injustice of penalizing a father’s outcry over a personal and national tragedy. Republican Florida Rep. Mike Waltz has also offered to pay the fines related to the incident. Nikoui’s son, Marine Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui, died in the 2021 ISIS-K suicide bombing amid the chaotic evacuation from Kabul. The attack killed 13 service members, and this prompted a relentless quest for answers and accountability, according to the New York Post. . . . . . After posting his bail, Nikoui was greeted with overwhelming support at the Dubliner Restaurant in Washington, D.C. Fellow Gold Star families rallied around Nikoui, and applauded his courage. Gold Star father Darin Hoover detailed Nikoui’s ordeal to the New York Post. “He was taken out in handcuffs,” Hoover told the New York Post. “And so we all sat there and waited and waited and waited — and gave him a hero’s welcome when he came in.”And we're surprised about roving gangs in Haiti set to topple yet another corrupt kleptocracy? Feh. Finally, a hearty vayr ge hargit to both Candace Owens and the even worse example of Jew-hatred in the form of self-gassing Yid Jonathan Glazer.
