McCaul is likely compromised by Deep State kompromat. He is their unflagging servant:
.S. Rep. Michael McCaul isn't giving up hope that a second Donald Trump presidency will support Ukraine in its war against Russia, even after Sen. J.D. Vance, a vocal Ukraine aid critic and outspoken isolationist, was nominated to the vice presidency. Vance's selection as running mate sets up some potential tension between a future Trump administration and the congressional defense hawks like McCaul, who played a role in securing Ukraine aid last April. Vance has been skeptical of sustained aid for U.S. allies abroad and voted against continued assistance for Ukraine, including the aid package McCaul advocated. Both are cornerstone priorities for McCaul, an Austin Republican who chairs the House Foreign Affairs Committee. McCaul said he's "a little" concerned Vance could portend greater withdrawal by the United States on the world stage, but he isn't throwing in the towel just yet. He's a hardcore anti-Trumper who supported the impeachment against Trump. Though Trump, for reasons that make sense only to Trump, decided to endorse this creepy Deep State operative.
Former President Donald Trump has endorsed the reelection bid of Representative Michael McCaul, despite the Republican's previous denouncement of Trump for his actions on January 6. McCaul was one of three GOP Texas congressmen whom Trump endorsed on Thursday. Although McCaul did not vote in favor of Trump's second impeachment, where he was charged with inciting the U.S. Capitol riot, he issued a statement condemning the former president's "rhetoric and behavior" and explained that he voted against the impeachment because it was rushed, while urging a "peaceful transition of power" for the incoming Joe Biden. Trump made no mention of McCaul's assessment of his behavior on January 6 in the endorsement. He is a tireless campaigner for the right of the DC Swamp to make all foreign policy, against the wishes of the people or their chosen representatives. Because Biden is aligned with the Swamp, McCaul supports Biden. Jerry Dunleavy is a right-leaning reporter (on the Establishment side) who joined the investigation into the Afghanistan evacuation. He says that "Republican" Foreign Affairs Chairman McCaul has refused to dig into Biden's responsibility for it.
Jerry Dunleavy IVHis tweets and his actual letter of resignation are here. Like I said, Dunleavy is one of the soft-handed pro-Establishment "moderate" wing of the party -- but kudos to him for resigning, and doing so publicly, when the Deep State operative McCaul went too far in his covering-up for the Deep State's agent, "Scranton Joe."
@JerryDunleavy NEW: I resigned in protest from Chairman McCaul's House Foreign Affairs investigation into the Biden-Harris Admin's disastrous & deadly Afghanistan withdrawal. Resignation letter below. Despite my repeated urging, McCaul failed to seek answers on & accountability for the debacle. While the Committee's investigation has indeed unearthed further evidence detailing the Biden-Harris Admin's responsibility for the horrific events of August 2021 & for the dangerous global fallout which followed, McCaul & his team have also been derelict in their duty to pursue answers for the Abbey Gate Gold Star families, to seek the proper documents, to bring in the proper witnesses, to ask the tough questions, to fully pursue the truth without fear or favor, & to do everything in the Committee's power to ensure that a deadly humiliation like this never happens again. McCaul & the Committee made promises to the Abbey Gate Gold Star families & to the American public at large -- & those promises simply have not been kept. I did not come lightly to this decision to resign & to blow the whistle publicly, but I could not be a part of this sham any longer & my conscience simply will not allow me to be silent -- after a year of pushing the Committee to do the right thing & to run a serious investigation that relentlessly searches for the truth, it has become undeniably clear to me that McCaul & his team are unwilling to take even the most basic steps necessary to ensure that President Biden, VP Harris, & all the top Biden-Harris diplomatic & national security & military leaders are made to answer for the horrors which unfolded & continue to unfold in Afghanistan & around the world. The Committee's disappointing lack of courage & lack of moral clarity just cannot go unremarked. From the troubling handling of the hearings with General Milley & General McKenzie & Zalmay Khalilzad to the refusal to drag in key witnesses at the State Department & CENTCOM & elsewhere, and from the refusal to properly investigate the ISIS-K attack at Abbey Gate to the failure to look into dozens of obvious & important leads, McCaul & his team have allowed a crucial opportunity for a real & deserved reckoning to potentially slip away. I feel a significant obligation to the Abbey Gate Gold Star families, to all Gold Star families from this two-decade war, to all the U.S. service members who fought & especially those who died in Afghanistan, & to the American public -- they all deserve to know how this Committee has refused to fulfill its important obligation to thoroughly expose the Biden-Harris Admin's duplicity & its atrocious decision-making during America's retreat & defeat in Afghanistan. House Republicans had (and, for at least a few more months, still have) a congressional majority which empowered them to run serious & credible oversight investigations -- the power to compel sworn witness testimony, the power to force the production of hidden documents, the power to issue subpoenas -- but, with regard to the investigation into the Biden-Harris disaster in Afghanistan, McCaul has failed to wield this awesome power with anything resembling strength or consistency. As I repeatedly made clear to the Committee, I fear that those in the halls of power -- the White House, State Dept, intel community, Pentagon -- have failed to learn the needed lessons from America's defeat in the war in Afghanistan. Washington has a widespread culture of unaccountability, & that has been especially true related to this war. I fear that this Committee's investigation will embolden, rather than remedy, that perverse culture. If those responsible aren't held accountable, and if necessary lessons aren't learned, I fear there will be even more Gold Star families in the future as a direct result. As I did as a reporter, an author, and a now-former senior investigator on Capitol Hill, I will continue my fight for the truth no matter what. The stakes are simply too high to do otherwise. More to come.

French says he and Jesus knocked heads together and decided the best way to stop abortion was to vote for Kamala Harris -- the first vice president to visit a Planned Parenthood abortion chop-shop -- and gonzo abortionist Tim Walz, who accompanied Harris in her historic pilgrimage to the left's Holy of Holies.
Quick Hit: Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz joined Vice President Kamala Harris as she became the first sitting vice president to visit an abortion clinic, solidifying their pro-abortion stance ahead of the 2024 election. Key Details: Kamala Harris visited a Planned Parenthood clinic in St. Paul, Minnesota, marking the first time a sitting vice president has done so. Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz accompanied Harris, showcasing their unified pro-abortion stance. The visit was part of Harris's national abortion tour as she gears up for the 2024 presidential election. The Unbeliever David French says the best way to stop abortion is, oddly enough, to vote like your right to abortion depends on it for the Abortion Power Couple of Harris and Walz, and just vote "down-ticket" for anti-abortion candidates who, get this, do not have the power to appoint Supreme Court justices or impose "reforms" on the Court like forcing older (conservative) justices to retire and packing the court with leftists. No, he's serious. He's a holy man, you know.
David French never actually seems to support these "down ballot" Republicans -- he accuses them of cowardice and complicity with Trump, then denounces them and endorses their Democrat opponents. But sure, this time, he's going to really support Republicans who in turn support Trump. Because abortion is just that important to him, doncha know. Once again, David French attacks Trump for his "cruelty" -- in other words, David French continues to be spiraling over the fact that Trump's supporters called him a cuck on Twitter.
For example, how many Republicans would have predicted that voting for a Democrat would be the best way to confront violent Russian aggression and that the Republican would probably yield to a Russian advance? In many ways, the most concretely conservative action I can take in this election is to vote for the candidate who will stand against Vladimir Putin. By voting for pro-life politicians down ballot, I can help prevent federal liberalization of abortion law. But if a president decides to abandon Ukraine and cripple NATO, there is little anyone can do.
The only real hope for restoring a conservatism that values integrity, demonstrates real compassion, and defends our foundational constitutional principles isn't to try to make the best of Trump, a man who values only himself. If he wins again, it will validate his cruelty and his ideological transformation of the Republican Party. If Harris wins, the West will still stand against Vladimir Putin, and conservative Americans will have a chance to build something decent from the ruins of a party that was once a force for genuine good in American life.Oh fuck you, heretical closet-case. David French whines about Trump's "lying," but sees no lying at all from Scranton Joe or Kamala the Kocksucker. No one tell him that her campaign is misleadingly rewriting media headlines to make them even more overtly pro-Kamala, while passing them off as real. Even Axios objects (weakly) to this deliberate misinformation:
The Harris campaign has been editing news headlines and descriptions within Google search ads that make it appear as if the Guardian, Reuters, CBS News and other major publishers are on her side, Axios has found. Why it matters: It's a common practice in the commercial advertising world that doesn't violate Google's policies, but the ads mimic real news results from Search closely enough that they have news outlets caught off guard. According to Google's ad transparency center, the Trump campaign isn't running these types of ads, but this technique has been used by campaigns before. The ads say that they are sponsored, but it's not immediately clear that the text that accompanies real news links is written by the campaigns and not by the media publication itself. What they're saying: "While we understand why an organization might wish to align itself with the Guardian's trusted brand, we need to ensure it is being used appropriately and with our permission. We'll be reaching out to Google for more information about this practice," a Guardian spokesperson said. Spokespeople for brands such as CNN, USA Today and NPR, whose links appeared in Harris for President ads, said they were unaware their brand was being featured this way. Reality check: Google said the ads don't violate its rules, but platforms have in the past wrestled with whether this type of format can spread misinformation. Facebook banned the ability for advertisers to edit text from Instant Article news links in their ads in 2017, citing its "continuing efforts to stop the spread of misinformation and false news."
Lincoln Brown wrote about this at PJM:
He finds French's claims that supporting the most extremist leftwing Marxist (and pro-abortion) ticket in American history is actually "supporting conservatism" baffling, unless...
He also attacks Trump and his supporters for lying, particularly about the results of the last election. Yet he studiously avoids the rise in violent crime in Democratic quarters, Antifa, and the vicious behavior of antisemitic protesters on college campuses. He also makes this pithy comment about Trump: "Americans ended his term more divided than when it began." Yes, Trump has been known for divisive rhetoric and speaking when he should have probably remained silent. However, Trump's critics habitually take his comments out of context and contort them beyond their original meaning. And progressive politicians and media luminaries have taken great pains to create as dire a picture as possible of Trump and his supporters, sometimes to the point of lying. The alarmist and incendiary comments from the Left are commonplace. One cannot extinguish the flames of division while simultaneously fanning them....
Yes, this effeminate Nancy-boy geek just attacked the right for not understanding Tolkein the way David French understands it:
Unless, of course, one has thrown one's lot in with the Left and has no choice but to keep repeating the talking points no matter the dictates of one's conscience. The last thing I saw from French was a piece in the New York Times that was essentially another screed about white conservatives and "The Lord of the Rings." My first thought was, "Dear God, are they still going on about this?" My next thought was how tough it must be to constantly find things to complain about regarding your old party. What a laborious, tiresome task it must be to roll out yet another indictment of conservatives who don't think like you. These people have picked their horse and have no option but to ride it to the finish line.
He also can't stop baiting us into noting that he literally has the voice, mannerisms, bitchiness, and eye for trivial complaints of a leftwing woman by constantly asserting that he is the King of Masculinity and is here to tell us what Being a Man is all about:
'The Lord of the Rings' Is Not the Far Right's Playground

It's just amazing to me that a "man" who presents, at least, as gay (or "Questioning," certainly) absolutely refuses to stop talking about masculinity. It's like he's baiting everyone into saying the obvious -- dude, you're as feminine as the napkins Tim Walz stocks in boy's bathrooms, and I wouldn't want to bet on who's had more dick between you, you or your horrid hagwife -- so that he can sue us for defamation. Being a man isn't about being tough-minded and willing to defend yourself, he wants us to know. Being a man is about being soft, compliant, terminally-online, emotionally needy, catty, and forever stewing in Hurt Feelings.
David French: There's more, and better, to masculinity than Hulk Hogan, Kid Rock and Dana White
Trumpist masculinity is rooted in grievance and anger. McRaven's message centers on honor and courage
The Democratic Party must join the battle for the hearts and minds of young men. It matters not just for this election, though the vast and growing gender gap means that disaffected men could hand Donald Trump the presidency. It matters for how we mentor young men, and it matters for how we view masculinity itself. And yes, the Democrats can do it. Within the Kamala Harris coalition, there are men who can show a better way. If you ever wondered whether the Republican Party sees itself as the party of men, I'd invite you to re-watch the last night of the Republican National Convention. Prime time featured a rousing speech by wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, a song by Kid Rock and a speech by Dana White, CEO of the Ultimate Fighting Championship -- all as warm-up acts before Trump delivered his acceptance speech. Republican manliness was the capstone of the convention. But what kind of men were featured? They're all rich and powerful, and as a longtime fan of professional wrestling, I loved watching Hogan as a kid, but none of them are the kind of man I'd want my son to be.... We know all about Trump, but it's worth remembering some of his worst moments -- including a jury finding that he was liable for sexual abuse, his defamation of his sex-abuse victim, the "Access Hollywood" tape and the countless examples of his cruelly insulting the women he so plainly hates. JD Vance is different. No one should denigrate his personal story. He has overcome great adversity, served his country honorably as a Marine and, by all accounts, is a good husband and father. But he now wears Trumpist masculinity like an ill-fitting suit. Last week, he was justifiably attacked for a 2021 interview with Tucker Carlson in which he declared that the country is run, "via the Democrats, via our corporate oligarchs, by a bunch of childless cat ladies." He identified Harris (who has two stepchildren) as just the kind of person he was talking about. For a brief period last week, I thought Harris might answer the Trumpists with a man who puts to shame every person who took the stage that Thursday night. She was reportedly considering Adm. William McRaven -- a Navy SEAL, a former commander of U.S. Special Operations Command and one of the key architects of Operation Neptune Spear, the mission to kill Osama bin Laden -- as a potential running mate.

Key Democrat Propagandist Susan Rice Ties Kamala Harris to the Economy, Calling Her a "Integral Architect" of Biden's Agenda
Best economy in history, Jack!
CPI: Inflation rises 2.9% year over year with prices up 20.3% since Biden-Harris took officeThat'll do it!
According to the latest CPI report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics released Wednesday, U.S. inflation rose 2.9% in July year-over-year, with prices continuing to rise, having surged 20.3% since January 2021, when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took office. Key Details: The CPI report shows a 2.9% year-over-year inflation increase in July, slightly below the 3% economists predicted. However, this lower inflation rate does not mean prices are decreasing; they continue to rise and have surged by 20.3% since January 2021. Prices for essential goods and services have seen significant spikes in that time, including gas (+50.5%), electricity (+31.7%), and groceries (+21.6%).
Economist E.J. Antoni commenting on the report tweeted, "Common expenses for the average American family are up 25% or more since Jan '21; vehicle cost, maintenance, repair, and insurance are particularly bad - driving is now prohibitively expensive for many folks," adding, "Consumer prices have never been higher, but I'm also curious what changed in Jan '21...?"

According to Fox News, Former Biden domestic policy adviser Susan Rice strongly defended Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday, describing her as a crucial figure in shaping the Biden administration's policies. Speaking on MSNBC's "Andrea Mitchell Reports," Rice dismissed the notion that Harris had not been a significant contributor to the administration's agenda as "bizarre and offensive." Rice emphasized that the policies implemented by the Biden administration, including efforts to strengthen unions and raise the minimum wage, were initiatives that Harris played a central role in crafting. "Kamala Harris has been an integral architect and executor of the policies of the Biden-Harris administration," Rice stated. These comments come at a time when President Biden's approval ratings are struggling, with recent polls showing his ratings dipping into the 30s on critical issues such as the economy, foreign policy, and immigration. The administration's policies, which Harris has been closely associated with, are facing increasing scrutiny from both the public and political opponents. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre echoed Rice's sentiments earlier this week, noting that there has been no "daylight" between Biden and Harris on policy issues. This alignment, however, has also made Harris a target for criticism. Trump campaign national press secretary Karoline Leavitt seized on this, sarcastically thanking the White House for confirming that Harris "owns" the problems created by the Biden administration, including inflation and the ongoing border crisis.Kamala Harris is in, as usual, a compromising position. On one hand, she is plainly DEI Decoration, contributing nothing except for drunken giggling when she thinks "big thoughts" about time, space, and middle school geometry. But to claim she has any "accomplishments," you have to claim she was an "integral architect" of Biden's disastrous presidency, and that's also... sub-optimal. Meanwhile, Kamala Kocksucker's basement strategy, counting on proxies in the Democrat Media Regime to campaign in her place, is going as well as anything else Kamala has ever done in her miserable, failure-filled life.

Vice President Harris blindsided Democratic lawmakers and progressive activists by endorsing a proposal first floated by former President Trump to exempt tips for service and hospitality workers from taxes, an idea Democrats had previously criticized as "bogus" and a "ploy" for votes. Harris's support for the idea is being seen as an aggressive play for votes in Nevada, a critical swing state where service workers will be key, and as an effort to neutralize whatever advantage Trump may have gained by first floating the idea during meetings with GOP lawmakers on Capitol Hill in June. But key Democratic lawmakers and progressive activists have raised serious concerns about the substance of the proposal to shield tipped income from taxation, worrying it would leave out many lower- and middle-income workers who are just as deserving of tax relief but don't work for tips.Check out CBS "News'" coverage of this brilliant, unprecedented proposal. You just might be able to see a difference in how they attacked the proposal when Trump proposed it, as compared to how they praised it when Kamala Harris stole someone else's homework to get by.

How many years has "the press" denied this, and claimed that anyone reporting on it was "spreading disinformation" and should be deplatformed, demonitized, de-amplified and simply censored?
Just four short years ago, we were all assured by the Protection Racket Media that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation, and that allegations of influence-peddling by the Bidens were just political dirty tricks, right? Right? Wrong. The New York Times' Ken Vogel reports that Hunter's efforts to sell influence within the administration were well known during Joe Biden's term as Vice President. It's even about Burisma, the company that we were told paid Hunter a lot of money for his energy-industry expertise.
Advertisement Oh, and the records of it got "withheld" by the Biden administration for "years," too:Well, we did have records in October 2020. Hunter Biden kept records of these dealings on his laptop, which he abandoned in a repair shop. When the New York Post reported on the contents of the laptop, including a number of emails that made clear he leveraged his fathers office to sell influence at Burisma and elsewhere, the media ignored it -- even though one of Hunter's partners (Tony Bobulinski) publicly authenticated the messages when asked. Nearly four years later, the NYT gets around to the truth. And if you're questioning the timing, you have good company, because Vogel appears to be somewhat curious about it as well:
Hunter Biden sought assistance from the U.S. government for a potentially lucrative energy project in Italy while his father was vice president, according to newly released records and interviews. The records, which the Biden administration had withheld for years, indicate that Hunter Biden wrote at least one letter to the U.S. ambassador to Italy in 2016 seeking assistance for the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, where he was a board member. The department's release of documents to The New York Times came shortly after President Biden dropped out of the presidential race, and as his son prepares to stand trial next month on charges of evading taxes on millions of dollars in income from Burisma and other foreign businesses.Go figure again! It's as if the cover-up extended as long as Joe Biden had electoral interests to protect. Now that Biden has pulled out of the race, there's no need to keep covering up for Biden Inc....Hunter Biden has not been charged with violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, or FARA, which requires people to disclose when they lobby the U.S. government on behalf of foreign interests. In a court filing last week, in what was perceived as a pressure move, prosecutors indicated that they did not intend to add a FARA charge, but noted that they had evidence that Mr. Biden had reached out to the State Department on behalf of a different foreign client, a real estate magnate facing corruption charges in Romania. Mr. Biden did not register under FARA as a lobbyist for the Romanian developer or Burisma.
I keep thinking the same thing: The Democrat Media Regime has for years attempted to destroy all of their competition -- their business competition and their ideological/political competition -- by branding any competitor to be peddling "disinformation" and using the weaponized power of the state to squelch them. It's time to begin deploying these same weapons against the Lying Press. They will squeal, but their objections are hollow: they have eagerly cheered on the use of these tools against their enemies. We should not be shy or squeamish about returning the favor. Below, a Washington Post activist with a press pass urges the Biden White House to shut down the then-upcoming conversation between Trump and Elon Musk. Why should we allow their speech, if they are absolutely determined to end ours?

Joe, if you were a man, you would have told them to stuff it.
But you're an old, feeble cuck.Biden will be shhpeaking on the first night of the convention, instead of the last night. He has the ex-president slot, not the current candidate slot.
Biden harbors lingering frustration at Pelosi, Obama, Schumer Ahead of the convention that's meant to unify the party, tensions still remain.
Right, it was obvious she and the mutineers would keep on escalating. If Joe had any chance of winning, they would make it plain that they would take that small chance away by always talking him down until he agreed to drop out. By the way, you remember the deal they offered Joe -- and offered it publicly. If and only if he resigned would they stop attacking him and hail him as a selfless hero who put party over personal ego. And they did keep up that side of the bargain. The moment Joe was out, all they could do was talk about what a great president he was. Strange that such a great president is disposed of so readily. But did you notice? It wasn't just acknowledge Democrat partisans who delivered on this "drop out and we'll give you a hero's triumph" treatment. The media also took part in the ritual hagiography of Biden. I can understand why partisan Democrats put on this very political performance, attacking Biden nonstop until he dropped out, and then, after he'd bowed to their will, giving him the heroic send-off they promised. But gee willickers, why would our Objective, Straight-Shooting Truth-Tellers of the Media take part in this quit-pro-quo beatification of Biden? It's almost like they're part of the Combined Arms of the Democrat military. Biden's also pissy about his "friend" Obama hanging him out to dry:
President Joe Biden is frustrated that Barack Obama wouldn't tell him to his face that he should leave the race. He's angry with Nancy Pelosi and views her as ruthless for ushering him out the door. And he's still miffed at the role Chuck Schumer played, too. Biden has told his closest aides and associates that he is coming to terms with his decision to bow out of the presidential race last month, but still harbors some frustration toward the members of his own party he believes pushed him out, according to three people familiar with Biden's thinking who are not authorized to speak publicly about private conversations.
...
A senior White House official, also granted anonymity to describe private conversations, said Biden views Pelosi as "ruthless" and willing to set aside long-term relationships in order to keep her party in power -- and, most importantly, to prevent Republican nominee Donald Trump from returning to the White House. "That's who she has always been," the person added. Pelosi and Biden have not spoken since he stepped away. And the president's anger flashed to the surface during a televised interview that aired this weekend when he namechecked the former speaker as he explained why he quit the race. "And I was concerned if I stayed in the race, that would be the topic," Biden told CBS. "You'd be interviewing me about why did Nancy Pelosi say, why did so -- and -- and I thought it'd be a real distraction."
Don't worry, Joe, the midwit mediocrity Obama looks down on everybody, because he's been told since he was 6 that his perfectly-average IQ was near-god-level.
Biden has long thought that Obama's staff looked down upon him and the president's aides still bristle when Obama allies like David Axelrod or the Pod Save America cast criticize the incumbent. Many people around Biden were rankled when, in 2016, Obama made clear he favored Hillary Clinton to succeed him and not his own vice president.
But Biden's inner circle believes Pelosi was the decisive voice in pushing him out. His allies thought that, after nearly two weeks of trying to reassure fellow Democrats, his candidacy was on track to be salvaged the morning of July 10. But that was when Pelosi made a now-infamous appearance on "Morning Joe," repeatedly making clear that she did not support Biden continuing his candidacy. The president's aides believe that opened the door for a host of other Democrats and donors to follow suit.Shyeah. Sure sounds that way.
Moreover, Biden's inner circle told him the day before he dropped out that if he persisted in the race they believed that Pelosi was going to take her misgivings public -- including her belief that Trump would defeat him -- which would have been deeply humiliating for a sitting president, two of the people said. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Monday said that Biden "respects" Pelosi and insisted that he has "no hard feelings."
During her book tour, Pelosi has also been publicly pushing for Biden to be added to Mount Rushmore, which many Democrats privately indicate they see as her attempt to make amends.More of the quit-pro-quo. How is everyone today? Happy Humpday!

A video from Minneapolis resurfaced Tuesday, showing law enforcement officers enforcing a curfew in 2020 by firing paintballs at residents in their own homes. The enforcement action occurred in the days following the imposition of a stringent curfew by Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, aimed at quelling the violent unrest sparked by George Floyd’s death. The video shows officers aggressively shouting for residents to enter their homes, with one officer heard giving the command to “light ’em up!” before residents were pelted with paintballs. . . . . . The governor faced significant criticism not only for the curfew enforcement but also for earlier pandemic-related measures that included a hotline for reporting social distancing violations, the outlet reported. This approach, denounced by local politicians like Republican Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka and Republican Minnesota State Rep. Mary Franson, was seen as fostering distrust among Minnesotans.God forbid, if the Cackler and Walz seize power next year, they will not have their enforcers armed with paintballs should they deem it necessary to "protect our precious democracy" [vomit], meaning their grip on absolute power should we the people dare say boo about anything in protest. And as for the Cackler, who needs to sit for interviews when you can just do this all the live long day!
Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign team has been silently editing news headlines in Google search results to make it seem like major news outlets are on her side, according to a report. The altered headlines — all paired with a “Paid for by Harris for President” banner — were changed without the news outlets’ knowledge, Axios reported Tuesday. Nearly a dozen publishers were swept up in the faux headline campaign, including major companies like The Guardian, Reuters, CBS News, The Associated Press and PBS. . . . . . Even smaller publications like North Dakota’s WDay Radio also saw its headlines changed. The ads include links to real articles from news outlets, but the headlines and descriptive text had been edited to cast a supportive light toward the 59-year-old presidential hopeful. . . . . . For example, one ad that ran alongside an article from The Guardian shows a headline that reads “VP Harris Fights Abortion Bans – Harris Defends Repro Freedom” and then includes supporting text underneath the headline that reads, “VP Harris is a champion for reproductive freedom and will stop Trump’s abortion bans.” Another linking to an NPR story reads, “Harris Will Lower Health Costs,” with supporting text that says, “Kamala Harris will lower the cost of high-quality affordable health care,” Axios reported. According to spokespeople from the affected companies like CNN, USA Today and NPR — all of which have published flattering content about Harris in recent weeks — said they had no idea the companies were tied up in the campaign. . . . . . The shocking report comes as Harris is hiding from the very same press that she is desperately trying to skew in her favor. If this is shocking, then you've been asleep for decades. But Trump and Elon Musk are threats to the freedom of the world just because they have a platform, and worse for the globalists and Leftists, an actual audience.
Muzzling them is for your own good, after all! Have a good day.

- “It is rare to have the office of any political campaign or party broken into,” Chapman said in the statement. “We are determined to identify the suspect, investigate why it happened, and determine what may have been taken as well as what may have been left behind.” The location also serves as the headquarters of the Virginia 10th District Republican Committee. Just hours before the alleged break-in, the FBI confirmed it is investigating the alleged hacking of Donald Trump’s campaign, which may be connected to reports of sensitive Trump campaign documents being emailed to POLITICO last month. The Trump campaign has suggested Iran may be behind the cyber breach, pointing to a Microsoft report released last week claiming that Iranian hackers “sent a spear phishing email in June to a high-ranking official on a presidential campaign.”

Quote I “This country is going down, and these people are bad people that we’re running against. And they’re liars. They make statements. They do things that are so bad. They say they’re going to make a strong border. They say they’ve been great on the border, and they’ve been the worst in history. They say they’ll stop crime,” President Donald J. Trump
Quote II "Getting zero points on purpose in three rounds for an academic study subsidized by the taxpayer both at a university and Olympic level isn’t funny and isn’t ‘having a go’, "(It’s) disrespectful to other competitors. I’m glad most Aussies aren’t buying the Kool-Aid," Professor Megan Davis.

I've written a lot about the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, on August 9, 2014. Dozens of posts, one of which on June 4, 2020, caused some people at Cornell Law School to lose their minds. As much as I've written, I don't track the date of his death, but I was reminded of it by this post on X today from someone named Nina Turner, who apparently is some sort of Democrat political type. In the post she claimed that Michael Brown was shot with his hands up.
A decade ago, a police officer shot and killed Michael Brown Jr., an unarmed Black teenager with his hands up in Ferguson, Missouri.
This is an incendiary lie. Michael Brown beat Officer Wilson through the window of his car, and was wrestling away Wilson's gun when Wilson got hold of it and shot the "Gentle Giant."

Can't wait until the UK police crack down on The Real Villains Here -- people who have had it with mentally-ill migrants sneaking into their country to butcher children, and who sometimes say so on social media. I denounce myself for spreading this Dangerous Malinformation. I mean, it's true, and I'm quoting noxious Regime propaganda outlet the BBC, but the act of highlighting this latest attack on children is unhelpful to the Regime and therefore illegal.
A 32-year-old man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder after an 11-year-old girl was stabbed in London's Leicester Square on Monday. Ioan Pintaru, a Romanian national with no fixed address, is also charged with possession of a bladed article. The prosecutor told the court that Mr Pintaru allegedly placed the girl into a headlock and stabbed her eight times. She was taken to hospital with serious injuries.... The court heard that Mr Pintaru allegedly approached two tourists - the girl and her mother - in Leicester Square at about 11.30 BST. The girl sustained injuries to her face, shoulder, neck and wrist during the attack, the court was told. She remains in hospital and is likely to undergo plastic surgery as a result of her injuries, the court heard. Mr Pintaru only spoke, via an interpreter, to confirm his name, date of birth, and that he had no fixed address.

They also own Pluto and Paramount+. Supposedly they hit profitability on their streaming operations for the first time. I assume most of that was for Pluto. I don't hear people talking about Paramount+ much, though they have... Yellowstone? Is that right? Anyway, they've continually ruined their most valuable IP, Star Trek, and made it Star-Wars-level, and I don't mean that in a good way. The latest girlboss video game movie bombed. Borderlands has not one but two Girls Who Are the Key to Everything. Plus Jack Black being " " " funny. " " "
Paramount Global was to begin laying off 15% of its workforce in the U.S. starting Tuesday as part of its planned job cuts, the media giant said in an internal memo. Paramount, which owns networks like CBS, MTV, and Comedy Central, aims to reduce annual costs by $500 million and return to profitable growth before its merger with David Ellison's Skydance Media. In an internal memo, Paramount's co-CEOs said the company is at an "inflection point" where changes are necessary to strengthen the business. The layoffs, which were announced during a post-earnings call last week, are expected to affect about 2,000 people.... The restructuring comes as the New York-based company navigates a challenging linear TV market, having recently written down the value of its cable networks by nearly $6 billion.

Then the Video Drops, In Which Walz Praises the Hitler & Holocaust Fan as a "Master Teacher."
Only a Master Teacher of evil, Darth.*
Brown people are allowed to be as racist and antisemitic as they want. "Because they have no power." Tell the 1,300 dead of October 7th that. The Democrats and their Media Arm are parsing their words carefully. Walz has no
Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz, on at least five occasions as governor of Minnesota, hosted a Muslim cleric who celebrated Hamas's Oct. 7 attack last year on Israel and promoted a film popular among Neo-Nazis that glorifies Adolf Hitler, the Washington Examiner found. The imam, Asad Zaman of the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, joined other Muslim leaders in May 2023 for a meeting about mosque security with Walz's gubernatorial office in Minnesota. Zaman also spoke at a May 2020 event to call for peaceful protests with the governor during the riots in Minnesota sparked after George Floyd's death. In April 2019, the cleric delivered an invocation before Walz's state address -- just months after Zaman called for an end to a government shutdown at a press conference with Walz in January 2019. Zaman, moreover, attended a May 2019 event that Walz hosted for Ramadan, social media posts show.
"personal relationship" with the Hitler loving terror preacher, they say. It's merely a political relationship! So no big deal!
According to Gabe Kaminsky of the Washington Examiner, the Harris campaign responded by denying any personal relationship between Walz and Zaman. A newly-surfaced video of one of their events together paints a very different picture, though. Are we supposed to believe that they had no personal relationship but Walz was so close to Zaman that he saw "things in life through" the radical Muslim's eyes and was able to tell he was a "master teacher" worthy of learning from? That doesn't begin to pass muster. Walz didn't just know Zaman in passing, given the propensity of their public appearances together and the governor's glowing statements. Further, it has been revealed that Walz's administration steered $100,000 in funding to Zaman's organization.
WALZ: I would, first of all, say thank you to imam. I am a teacher so when I see a master teacher, I know it, and over the time we've spent together, one of the things, one of the things I've had the privilege of is seeing things in life through the eyes of a master teacher to try to get the understanding.

Don't even ask about the millions they (deliberately) have no records about.
Remember, Kamala Harris is running on her "tough" record as Border Czar, while also claiming she was never Border Czar. And the Democrats are claiming that Biden's "tough" new "border enforcement" measures have fixed the problem, so there's no need for Trump to do more.0:17Kamala is claiming she's a "Border hawk" who will close the border and stop fentanyl smuggling. One might ask: So why don't you do that... right now?

Mike Benz: Why isn't the State Dept. defending X like they would Microsoft or Exxon?

Dig Deeper House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Mark E. Green, R-Tenn., shared his reaction to a report from the New York Post showing that the Biden-Harris administration has rarely removed illegal immigrants under a new Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) program. The Family Expedited Removal Management (FERM) program was announced in in May 2023 and the administration has only removed around 2,600 illegal immigrants under the program arriving as family units while border patrol apprehended almost 850,000. "These numbers are further proof that the Biden-Harris administration's policies have nothing to do with actually securing the border or enforcing the law, but instead masking its utter refusal to do either of those things," Green said in a statement. "Such a dismal rate of removals makes clear that President Biden, 'border czar' Kamala Harris, and now-impeached DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas are committed to ignoring U.S. immigration law, while attempting to hide that fact from the American people. Ultimately, these individuals have a simple responsibility--detain and remove those who have no lawful basis to remain. You don't need new programs to do that, just a respect for the law," he added.
A recent Harris campaign ad cast her as a stalwart advocate of border security and included a pledge that she would "crack down" on traffickers bringing narcotics and illegal immigrants into the country. "Kamala Harris has spent decades fighting violent crime. As a border state prosecutor, she took on drug cartels and jailed gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across the border," the ad stated. "As vice president, she backed the toughest border control bill in decades." "As president, she will hire thousands more border agents and crack down on fentanyl and human trafficking. Fixing the border is tough. So is Kamala Harris," it concluded.Relatedly: Kamala Harris demands people show their voter ID before entering her (small) Secret-Service-guarded events. But she insists that no one should present ID before voting.
Vice President Kamala Harris has repeatedly espoused opposition to voter I.D. laws, yet her campaign recently required that attendees present a valid identification to RSVP for one of her rallies. The event took place Friday at the Desert Diamond Arena near Phoenix, Ariz. Ahead of the event, the campaign distributed an email requiring attendees to RSVP and to present a government-issued I.D. The requirement drew rebuke from conservatives online in light of Harris's past opposition to voter I.D. laws and other election integrity measures.

Even His Braindead Shitlib Audience Sees Through That.
Video below.
You know who else is "objective" and also very anti-racist? MSNBC. Particularly Joy Reid. Why are you laughing?MSNBC is the self-appointed police force for racist comments in American society. Not a day goes by when at least one of the pundits at the network does not label someone a "racist" -- even if they are not actually a racist.
Advertisement Yet, last week, one of MSNBC's own went on another overtly racist rant against white people. Primetime host Joy Reid thanked Kamala Harris for not picking Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly as her running mate because, unlike Tim Walz, Kelly is "super white." Err, not just "super white. According to Reid, Sen. Kelly is "like a mayonnaise sandwich on Wonder bread white." OutKick asked MSNBC for comment. The network did not respond. MSNBC does not respond to inquiries regarding Reid's bigotry. We've tried before.

Happy Tuesday. Does anyone else take until Tuesday to really start working again, or is it just me?
The long delay in the Trump/Musk chat was caused by hackers (possibly RUSSIAN?!)launching a dedicated denial-of-service attack. That's where (I think) you make so many attempts to connect with a server you overwhelm it and keep it from connecting with anyone.
Election interference by Europe. For some reason, I don't think this is going to quite tickle the fancy of Jake Tapper as fake election interference by Russia did.
The highly anticipated live conversation between Elon Musk and Donald Trump, scheduled to air on X Monday evening, faced significant challenges both from technical issues and international pressures. Musk, who has endorsed Trump, reported a suspected DDOS attack that delayed the start of the interview. More than 20 minutes after the intended launch, Musk informed users on X that the platform was working to shut down the attack. He also suggested that the conversation might continue with a smaller audience, with the recording posted later. However, technical issues weren't the only obstacle. Just hours before the event, European Union officials escalated their efforts to rein in the conversation, pressuring Musk to censor the live interview. Thierry Breton, the EU commissioner for the internal market, issued a stern warning that the event could violate the EU's new Digital Services Act (DSA), which targets harmful content online. This intervention by the EU is seen by many as an unprecedented attempt to influence the U.S. presidential campaign, particularly as Trump's interview was expected to draw a massive audience less than 100 days before the election.
Critics argue that the EU's actions represent a significant overreach, attempting to apply European regulations to American political discourse. X Chief Executive Linda Yaccarino called it "an unprecedented attempt to stretch a law intended to apply in Europe to political activities in the U.S."Musk reports that the conversation got one billion impressions. Not sure if that includes the connections made during the DDoS attack.
Musk's decision to go ahead with the interview, despite these pressures, underscores his commitment to free speech on the platform he acquired in 2022.
That's funny.
Former President Donald Trump's return to X, formerly known as Twitter, Monday night set an "all-time record," according to Elon Musk, with the interview and subsequent discussion generating 1 billion combined impressions. During the nearly two-and-a-half-hour interview with Musk, Trump described surviving July's assassination attempt as "a miracle," criticized Vice President Kamala Harris as "all talk" on border security, and questioned President Biden's mental acuity, stating he "might not even have an IQ at all." Key Details: The interview, initially scheduled for 8 p.m. Eastern Time, experienced a brief delay, which Elon Musk attributed to a "massive DDOS attack on X." Trump gained just under a million new followers on X since before the interview began, with the event now reaching 1 billion combined impressions, a record for the platform. In response to the record-breaking impressions, Trump posted on Truth Social, "An all-time record, but the media refuses to write about it because they are FAKE NEWS!" Diving Deeper: ... Reflecting on the assassination attempt he survived last month, Trump described the experience as "a miracle," stating, "For those people that don't believe in God, I think we all got to start thinking about that." He emphasized how the incident reinforced his faith and his belief in divine intervention. He also praised the Secret Service, particularly the counter-sniper who acted quickly to neutralize the threat, saying, "He took aim very quickly -- and they say it was approximately five seconds, from long range, one bullet." The conversation then shifted to immigration, where Trump sharply criticized Vice President Kamala Harris. "Kamala was the border czar, now she's denying it," Trump stated, accusing her of being "all talk" without taking meaningful action to address the crisis at the southern border. He expressed frustration with the ongoing issues, noting, "She could close [the border] up right now." Trump and Musk also touched on the state of American cities, with Musk sharing how friends of his mother had been attacked in New York. Trump linked this to broader issues of crime and immigration, expressing concern about the impact on cities like New York. "We're overwhelmed. You had to see the news tonight about New York, New York, and I love that place, and what they're doing to it is horrible," he remarked. Trump didn't hold back when discussing President Biden's mental acuity either, questioning his capacity to lead the nation. "This president [has] a low IQ, very low IQ. He had a low IQ 30 years ago, by the way, but now he might not even have an IQ at all," Trump remarked, emphasizing his concerns about Biden's ability to handle the complexities of the presidency. He used this critique to further contrast his own leadership with what he perceives as Biden's inadequacies, particularly in the realm of international relations and decision-making. ... As the interview concluded, Trump announced his plans to return to Butler, Pennsylvania, for a rally in October, just before the November election. "We're going back to Butler, and we're going to go back in October," he said, adding that his first line in Butler would be, "As I was saying..."
