Good Morning Kids. Regardless of the media propaganda hype surrounding Kamala Hamas and Tim Walz, or I should say despite it, they don't seem to be gaining any kind of traction or real support as the race to November kicks into high gear. It's because more and more the general public are believing their lying eyes as our economy, national security and sense of personal safety go up in flames around us. Seemingly no one is immune from being mugged by reality as this pleasantly surprising story indicates:

A group of university professors are circulating a petition and a statement among their colleagues to support the Republican ticket in the upcoming presidential election. The project is titled "Lesser Evil." These professors are not MAGA-hatted hardcore conservatives, but citing Adam Smith, they have reached the logical conclusion that fundamental freedoms will be better preserved under a Republican administration than a Democratic one. The project is the brainchild of Daniel Klein, a professor at George Mason University, and Daniel Mahoney, professor emeritus of political science at Assumption University. On the website, Klein explains the rationale behind the effort

Langbert also said that the GOP leaders “have done too little to cut harmful government programs, of which I can offer a long list beginning with the Department of Education.” He also commented, “Republicans are the lesser of two evils. They remain philosophically committed to liberalism and the rule of law…neither party has embraced the liberal views that propelled the United States, and earlier Great Britain and Germany, to world leadership.” Langbert also contends that a Harris administration would be "catastrophic."

. . . The group is looking for tenured professors at American universities to sign the petition. The College Fix notes that as of Thursday, 51 professors had signed on, double the number of signatories in late August.

The site also has an interesting graphic showing how Republicans are "less bad" than Democrats regarding various issues. 

While we are not seeing a landslide of people shifting from left to right or even from center to right, there is momentum. Ironically, people like these professors, Tulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr., politicians, and people from all walks of life understand something that easily escapes the Democratic Machine, its celebrities, media figures, et al. It is something that even eludes the Never-Trump conservatives who go to such pains to remind everyone how truly erudite and illumined they are.

. . .  But for now, it is good to have new faces here. These people understand that we are in danger of seeing Orwell's quote from 1984 come to fruition: “If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face—forever.”

Of course, even with fresh recruits, victory in November is not guaranteed. The Democratic war machine is well-oiled and well-funded. Be that as it may, the Democrats know that despite their best efforts, more and more people are awake, not woke.

Anecdotal to be sure, but couple this with confirmed cases of disaffected blacks, and other core Democrat constituencies, even the odd Democrat Politician who switches parties, along with the very public condemnation of that party by RFK Jr. and other Democrats of lesser royal lineage in that party, and surely it must mean something is in the air. Of course, no doubt they'll change their minds once they hear the news that LIZ Cheney has endorsed Harris!

But of course, the Democrats have a surefire insurance policy to guarantee victory (over and above election thievery at the polls or if need be in the courts). Go to a moldy old oldie: blame Russia for colluding with Trump to steal 2024.

People forget that the first few weeks of her 2019 campaign were not a total disaster area; it took a few weeks for the shine to wear off. 

But now it’s wearing off, so the Democrats are activating Operation Russiagate II.

The Biden-Harris junta is making noise about Russia interfering in our elections again. Yesterday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced indictments and seizures of internet domains related to Russian interference in the election.

So with that, I ask yet again, does Garland's Left Hand know what his Far Left Hand is up to?

The Department of Justice unsealed an indictment Wednesday alleging that two Russian nationals working for President Vladimir Putin’s government funneled millions of dollars into a media company run by anti-Trump conservative influencer Lauren Chen.

“An indictment unsealed in the Southern District of New York charged Kostiantyn Kalashnikov and Elena Afanasyeva, both based in Moscow, with conspiracy to launder money and conspiracy to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act,” CBS News reported on Wednesday. . .

. . . The company allegedly had business arrangements of varying depths and duration with popular influencers such as Tim Pool, Benny Johnson, Dave Rubin, and Lauren Southern as talent.

Most of those listed have voiced pro-Trump opinions, though Chen herself had turned on the former president.

No one is going to fall for this garbage. Even Garland's own apparatchiks, know this is not only bullshit but a perversion of justice.

. . . The focus was primarily on the New York case since Biase does his work for the SDNY. However, Biase said the following about Fulton County DA Fani Willis and the case against Trump in Georgia:

“It’s a travesty of justice to put it mildly. It’s a mockery of justice. She [Willis] is a joke. Like her and her boyfriend she was seeing, the whole thing is disgusting. And, they’re just out to get him [Trump].”

What someone says on a hidden camera is one thing, but to preserve protect and defend their jobs, pensions and their own asses from getting the Frank Serpico or Jeffrey Epstein treatment is something else. And yet, extrapolate it out to what I am sensing is a not insignificant and growing number of ordinary people who are beginning to connect their misery of the past four years with what Trump is saying and it seems to be connecting. Please God.

Hunter Biden has pleaded guilty in his tax fraud case, which the judge accepted.

His scumbag lawyer Abbie Lowell, busy suing all the truth-tellers who properly said that Hunter is a criminal, tried to submit an Alford plea (discussed in an earlier post) in which he would not contest the charges, but would maintain his innocence. The prosecutors objected. Lowell then submitted an "open guilty plea," a guilty plea made with no prior agreement for sentencing with the prosecution, leaving his fate to the mercy of the court, but with the knowledge, of course, that as a Protected Privileged Princeling, nothing is going to happen to him and even if he gets jail time, which he won't, his dirtbag rapist father will pardon him.

Oh right -- Biden promised not to pardon him. I'm sure he'll honor that promise.

Long story short: We will not have a trial, not see the evidence, and Hunter will continue claiming he's innocent. After sentencing, I mean. The judge will not have as much leeway to set him free without punishment if he keeps saying he's pleading guilty but he's really innocent, it's all a set-up by the Trump-controlled DOJ.

Jennifer Van Der Laar:

Hunter Biden entered an open guilty plea in a Los Angeles courtroom Thursday afternoon to nine charges brought against him in a federal indictment related to failure to pay income taxes and tax evasion. He will be sentenced on December 16 and faces up to 17 years in prison and over $1.3 million in fines.

After meeting with Biden for 30 minutes, Lowell informed the Court that his client would enter a straight guilty plea instead of an Alford plea:

Your Honor has basically indicated that there is a need to satisfy the public interest. Mr. Biden also has to consider the private interest. This has been a difficult moment for him and for his family. There are more than a half a dozen members of his immediate family that the government intends to call....

So if the court believes that you have discretion to reject an Alford plea, we will go forward with an open plea.

Lowell argued that Biden had been attempting to resolve this case for over a year, and that the government was intent on "exacting not just a pound of flesh, but more than an ounce of blood" and had spent more than $3.5 million in that time frame to do so. Because of that, Lowell said, and after the evidentiary rulings handed down last week, Biden came to the conclusion that it's in his best interest to enter an open guilty plea, "so he and his family can move forward from the things he did when he was a drug addict."

Still, Biden would not be admitting that he did every act alleged in the indictment, Lowell said; Biden would, however, agree that he committed conduct that satisfied each of the elements of the crimes alleged.

Wise argued that Biden should be interested in taking accountability and responsibility for his actions to move forward, saying:

"We would like Mr. Biden to be asked [by the Court] if that's true. 'Is what the government just said true?' Because it is the truth, and the truth matters."

Wise also argued that it's not because of the government's actions Biden's immediate family members would be called as witnesses in the case, but because of Hunter's actions, then shot back at Lowell:

"We're not the ones who decided to call his family.... So this idea
that he's a victim of this process and it's the big, bad government that's doing it to him is offensive....

"And the money we've been spending is because of the over-lawyering on the other side.

"We haven't exacted a pound of flesh or a drop of blood....

"He was entitled to a trial today, and that's what we would have given him. So if he chooses to not exercise that right, he should be forced to say that it's true."

I believe that it's Hunter who wants to call most of those family members, to all claim he was on drugs.

Of what relevance is that?

Well, they want to establish that due to being a crackhead, he lacked the mental state necessary to intend to commit crimes.

Just like his father skated on the illegal taking and retention of classified documents, because he's so senile it would be hard to prove he "intended" to do anything he's done.

After those arguments, Scarsi said:

"We're going to take an open plea. I'm going to ask Mr. Biden if you've committed conduct that you believe satisfies each of the offenses as charged in the indictment."

But I can't say why -- that would be illegal. The Regime hides information from the people, and then punishes them for guessing what the Hidden Information might be.

You're not allowed to know, and you're not allowed to guess. Know your place, sub-peons. You are nothing but stalks of tax-wheat to be threshed. You are not to think or question. A "Dreamer" admitted into the country by Biden under a special program has been arrested for molesting a ten-year-old boy.

Haitian migrant who arrived under Biden-Harris program arrested for molesting 10-year-old boy

Akim Marc Desire, an 18-year-old Haitian migrant admitted under the Biden administration's CHNV mass parole program, was arrested in Massachusetts for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old boy.

Desire was apprehended by Mansfield, MA police, charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. He is now in ICE custody.

Wow, what a tiny concession by Sanctuary State Massachusetts, which usually refuses to turn over wanted illegals to ICE. It's only because the reaction to helping this monster escape would have been so radioactive that they allowed ICE to take custody of him.

He entered the U.S. through Miami on June 4, 2023, under the parole initiative for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

This arrest follows another case in March where a Haitian national was accused of a similar crime, highlighting ongoing concerns about the parole program's oversight.

This incident is not isolated. In March, another Haitian migrant, Cory Alvarez, was charged with aggravated child rape in a migrant hotel in Rockland, MA. Like Desire, Alvarez had entered under the same parole program and was supposed to be living with a sponsor in New Jersey but was found in a family migrant shelter in Massachusetts where the assault occurred.

Most of these "asylum seekers" are not seeking political asylum. They're economic migrants, period.

But a significant minority are just criminals fleeing the jurisdictions in which they have become notorious for their crimes and are fleeing the US to escape their native country's police. They are seeking asylum, yes -- protection for their vicious crimes, by running to the Sucker Nation of America, which grants free reign to any criminal pedophile who can spin a lie (fed to him by NGO illegal-alien activists) about "political persecution."

The Australian "breakdancer" who delighted the world with her DEI-levels of aggressive, brazen incompetence is now apologizing for her performance.

Whoops, that's fake news -- she's not apologizing for her incompetence and the embarrassment she brought on Australia. She's apologizing for the bad form other people showed in ridiculing her performance.

She's apologizing for "the backlash."

Australia's Rachael "Raygun" Gunn apologized for the backlash her breakdancing performance at the Paris Olympics sparked within the breakdancing community. Her routine, which included a kangaroo hopping move, was widely ridiculed and criticized, with some questioning her qualifications.

She did more than lose. I saw a guy on YouTube break down the scoring category-by-category and judge-by-judge. There are like nine different categories and she faced about six judges, for a total of about 54 judgments per competition. Times three, because she "competed" in three "bouts."

In the 162 different scores, she exceeded her opponents only seven times, and it was usually in the "originality" category, because no one ever thought to thrash around on the ground like a spastic and call it "breakdancing" before.

These were not losses, they were trouncings. It would be like if any of us competed with Brett Favre in a throwing contest. The only sense in which we "competed" against Favre would be in that we were physically present in the same space at about the same time.

Criticism of Gunn's Olympic performance grew to the point where an online petition -- now removed -- demanded that she issue a public apology. Some of her harshest critics in Australia have labeled her a "national embarrassment," questioning how she qualified for the Olympic Games.

In a prerecorded segment published by news.com.au, Gunn apologized to the breakdancing community, acknowledging the negative response her performance received. "It's really sad to hear the negative reaction to my performance," she said, adding, "And I am very sorry for the backlash that the community has experienced, but I can't control how people react."

This statement is the sports equivalent of "some people did some things on 9/11."

She got on the team because she's an "academic" who wrote a whiny paper about gender and racial discrimination in the breakdancing community. She wound up proving that that those who can't do, enroll in puffball programs in grad school.

Sorry to say "parvenu" but I get so few chances to use it! I looked it up one time and I think I've only gotten to pay off that three-seconds-of-labor like twice. A woman who was allegedly drugged by her now ex-husband so that she could be raped by other men while she was unconscious testified Thursday that her world collapsed when police uncovered the years of alleged abuse.

Speaking in a calm and clear voice, Gisèle Pélicot detailed with impressive composure the horror of discovering that her former spouse had systematically filmed the dozens of suspected rapes -- storing thousands of images that police investigators later found.

"It's unbearable," she told the court in the southern French city of Avignon in an hour of testimony. "I have so much to say that I don't always know where to start."

Dominique Pélicot, now 71, and 50 other men are standing trial on charges of aggravated rape and face up to 20 years in prison. The trial started on Monday and is expected to run until December. Thursday marked the first time that Gisèle Pélicot, also in her seventies, had testified.

She and her husband of 50 years had three children. When they retired, the couple moved into a house in Mazan, a small town in Provence.

"I thought we were a close couple," she told the court.

But in late 2020, a security agent caught her husband taking photos of women's crotches in a supermarket, leading investigators to search Dominique Pélicot's phone and computer. They found thousands of photographs and videos of men appearing to rape Gisèle in their home while she appears to be unconscious.

When police officers called her in for questioning, she initially told them her husband was "a great guy." But after being confronted with the unfathomable -- police showed her some of the images -- she left her husband.

"For me, everything collapses," she testified. "These are scenes of barbarity, of rape."

She left with two suitcases, "all that was left for me of 50 years of life together." Since then, she said, "I no longer have an identity. ... I don't know if I'll ever rebuild myself."

Absolute evil and Satanic depravity.

But wait, it gets worse:

They sometimes had to wait up to an hour and a half on a nearby parking lot for the drug to take full effect and render Gisèle Pélicot unconscious.

The toxicologist on Thursday spoke of a "cocktail" of medication, a mixture of Temesta and Zolpidem, hypnotic and anxiolytic drugs. A medical expert said that the alleged rapists were not made to wear condoms and that Gisèle Pélicot had contracted four sexually transmitted infections.

"I was sacrificed on the altar of vice," Gisèle Pélicot testified. "They regarded me like a rag doll, like a garbage bag."

An unimaginable betrayal. What an absolute nightmare.

I spent too long in the comments talking about fantasy books I have read or want to read, so I was very happy to see some quick nonsense posted on Hot Air.

Note that the soyboy is the first to start trouble -- he calls out "F*** you" in his squeaky ratvoice while one guy is peacefully interviewing another guy. It's only then that the guy with the camera makes fun of him, and he comes... toddling over with his fists curled in to silly dough-balls.

Hunter Biden Offers to Plead Guilty In His Tax Fraud Case -- But Only If He's Permitted to DENY All Wrongdoing

So he'll plead guilty while simultaneously maintaining his innocence?

I betcha he'll get his way.

He was charged in December as part of a wide-ranging probe of his finances and business dealings, becoming the first child of a sitting president to face criminal charges.

In the Los Angeles federal court where his trial was due to take place, Biden sought to enter what is known as an "Alford plea," an usual type of guilty plea where a defendant does not admit to the allegations against them.

Unusual, you meant, AP. Great "multiple layers of painstaking editorial fact-checking."

U.S. Justice Department prosecutors in the courtroom said they would not accept that plea. Federal prosecutors generally only agree to Alford pleas in rare circumstances, where they have approval from high-level officials.

The "Alford plea" kinda-sorta got blessed retroactively. A killer named Alford pled guilty to second-degree murder to avoid being convicted of death-penalty-eligible first-degree murder. He later tried to overturn his conviction, saying he had only pled guilty to avoid the death penalty but had always been innocent. The Supreme Court rejected his efforts, saying that if he was informed of the consequences of his plea by a capable lawyer, and still pled guilty, he was stuck with that plea, even if he maintained his innocence.

Having thus been blessed as a plea after-the-fact -- mostly just to shut up a jailhouse lawyer spamming out reasons he should be released -- such "Alford pleas" are now accepted in most jurisdictions, but are rare. You acknowledge that the prosecution has enough evidence to convict you, while remaining resolutely coy about whether that evidence actually proves your guilt.

Alford pleas require DOJ consent.

In 21 years at DOJ I never heard of a case where DOJ consented.

DOJ policy is that for a defendant to plead guilty, the defendant must make a factual admission of guilt.

DOJ policy is to not allow someone to plead "guilty" while not admitting factual guilt.

Hunter wants to enter an Alford plea for a simple reason: He knows, with near-certainty, he is not going to be sentenced to anything more than 100 hours of community service or something like that, and even that will be erased by a pardon from his father.

The princelings of the Regime do not go to prison, ever.

So the only real penalty he's in danger of receiving is the public exposure of his crimes and many, many lies to cover-up those crimes. (As well as the implication that his father has been protecting him through his long, long history of notorious crimes.)

And he wants to avoid that. So sure he'll accept a guilty plea knowing he'll face no actual sentence for it, so long as he avoids the one "punishment" he actually might suffer, the punishment of having his crimes be publicly acknowledged and all his years of lying exposed as the whining of a privileged princeling crackhead who has skated all of his life on family connections.

There's a cute little wrinkle to an Alford plea. You probably know that Hunter Biden is suing, in purest of bad faith, all of the people who have accurately and justly called him a serial criminal.

Well, if a court accepts an Alford plea, you have not officially admitted you're a criminal, so you can continue asserting your innocence in other legal cases, like civil lawsuits for defamation.

The Minnesota Supreme Court first explored the collateral consequences of an Alford plea in a civil trial in Doe 136 v. Liebsch, 872 N.W.2d 875 (Minn. 2015). In its decision, the Minnesota Supreme Court recognized that the district court had broad discretion to determine whether to admit evidence of the Alford plea in a subsequent civil trial. Though the court acknowledged that a conviction based on an Alford plea generally carries the same penalties and collateral consequences as a conventional guilty plea, it emphasized the fact that it had never stated that a district court must admit a guilty plea as evidence in subsequent civil matter. Further, it found that the district court enjoys broad discretion to determine whether to admit evidence under Rule 403. Thus, it determined that the district court did not abuse its discretion when it excluded the Alford plea based on 403 grounds.

That is, the other party was not permitted to introduce the highly relevant evidence that the Alford-pleading party had already accepted punishment for his crime (albeit without admitting he'd committed the crime).

He'd get his get-out-of-jail free card plus the right to continue suing all of his accusers, because he didn't technically acknowledge his guilt.

Is that how it works, Huntie? You're a lawyer, supposedly -- tell me, is that how it works? We accept plea offers from criminals who continue insisting they're innocent and that we have no just basis for punishing them?

And then we let them sue people calling them criminals, allowing them to maintaining their perfectly-fictitious "innocence" in other court cases?

Like I said, I bet this is how it all winds up working for "Huntie," the absolutely most-privileged rich, useless, legacy white man the world has ever known.

Vice President Kamala Harris's campaign has officially agreed to participate in the upcoming ABC News presidential debate against former President Donald Trump after securing assurances from the network regarding contentious debate rules. These assurances were tied to the rule requiring candidates' microphones to be muted while their opponent speaks, which the Harris campaign argued would hinder direct exchanges between the candidates.

Despite agreeing to the final debate rules, the Harris campaign expressed frustration, stating in a letter to ABC News that the muted microphones would "fundamentally disadvantage" Harris. The letter also suggested that Trump's insistence on the muted mics was intended to shield him from direct confrontation with the vice president. "We suspect this is the primary reason for his campaign's insistence on muted microphones," the letter read.

The Trump campaign, meanwhile, has accused the Harris team of attempting to undermine the agreed-upon format and looking for an "escape hatch" ahead of the debate.

Kamala Harris doesn't want to speak publicly at all -- so she contrived this fake objection to get out of the debate.

But that wasn't her only goal. Remember, she's gotten "assurances" from George Stephanopolous.

Clarification: Stepanopolous won't be the moderator. It will be ABC's "News's" 7pm anchor, David Muir, and "some Disney bint," as a commenter says, an ABC "Prime" "journalist" named Linsey Davis. Obviously she is a Stronk Woman of Color.

Based on her Twitter account being silent almost all this past year, I'd guess she's one of the many offended leftwing "journalists" who is boycotting Twitter now that Elon is allowing free speech.

Virtually everyone agreed that the muted microphones in the Trump-Biden debate worked to Trump's advantage, by getting him to stop acting so emotionally and boorishly, shouting down his opponent. Trump appeared more professional and in-control than he has than at any prior debate.

So that's one reason Harris wants the microphones unmuted. She both wants Trump to show the habits that make him unappealing to many. And if Trump somehow manages to maintain the cool demeanor he showed at the Biden debate, she wants to be able to talk over and shout down Trump, hoping that when Trump begins doing the same to her, the media will gay-op it into "Mean man shouts down Stronk Empowered Black (?) Woman."

All that is obvious. But notice she received "assurances" that ABC's leftwing "moderators" will "explain" what was said on muted mics. In other words: When the public can't hear what Kamala is saying during mic-muted moments, the media will do as Kamala has begged them to do all along and make the case for Kamala in their own words. Kamala's shaky ignorance will be cleaned up and polished by the leftwing "moderators," who will re-interpret Kamala's nonsensical mewlings into something that sounds somewhat cogent.

And if they similarly "explain" what Trump said on muted mics? Of course that will be re-fashioned in the most negative and unreasonable way possible.

Which leads me to what I think these "assurances" are really about:

Kamala is claiming that she was such a super-duper prosecutor (who by the way prosecuted almost zero cases) that muting her mic denies her the ability to use her incisive wit and skill as a rhetorician to demolish Trump. It's unfair to the Stronk Empowered Prosecutor.

I think the real "assurance" Kamala got from George Stephanopolous is this: Because we're stopping you from "fact-checking" Trump's answers in real time, Kamala, we'll do the "Fact-checking" that we're "stopping" you from doing.

Trump's rules of the debate were that the "moderators" were not allowed to comment and "fact-check" and debate Trump themselves. These secret "assurances" overturn their agreements with Trump, and will allow them to debate Trump just as Chris Wallace did in 2020, sparing the incoherent Biden from having to do so himself.

Is this allowed? No! But they'll justify it later, after springing this unannounced, unagreed-to rule change on Trump, by saying they were just "trying to save the debate" and keep the format "fundamentally intact" by keeping the mics muted but doing the "fact-checking" Kamala would have done, if only her microphone weren't muted!

So once again the media will be doing Kamala's campaigning for her while she coasts by silently, riding "vibes" of "joy."

Apalachee High School Shooter Was a "Known Wolf" on the FBI's Radar for a Year

Two teachers and two students are dead after a 14-year-old psychopath shot up a Georgia school.

One tiny bit of good news: The "School resource officer," that is, an armed cop posted at the school, was able to quickly apprehend the psychopathic murderer before he could kill more people. The left will of course downplay this fact as it continues agitating against armed good guys at schools. They oppose this common-sense measure precisely because it works -- if there's a solution that works that isn't universal gun confiscation, they automatically oppose it, so that there is no policy to compete with universal gun confiscation.

A shooting at Apalachee High School in northern Georgia on Wednesday resulted in the deaths of two teachers and two students. The shooter, a 14-year-old student, was taken into custody.

Key Details:

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) revealed during a press conference that two teachers and two students were killed. Nine others were injured and airlifted to local hospitals.

The shooter, identified as 14-year-old Colt Gray, surrendered to officers without resistance after being confronted by a school resource officer. The motive remains unclear, and investigators are working to establish a connection between the suspect and the victims.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp issued a statement, saying, "Our hearts are broken over this tragic event. We are praying for the victims, their families, and the entire Barrow County community."

The psychopathic scumbag had made threats against the school previously -- but for some reason was never prosecuted for making terroristic threats.

I blame this on the left, which is determined to never put a student into the "school to prison pipeline," as they call justice for young evil sociopaths, because criminals are Democrats and Democrats protect their vile constituents and allow them to murder non-criminals.

Oh look! The spoiled, entitled idiots are back on Columbia's campus, pissing away the $93,417 cost of attendance that their parents have to cough up. Of course they are also boycotting classes, but judging by the quality of the education available at Columbia, that might be the better choice.

There is nothing quite like the ignorance of college students. It is an obnoxious combination of complete lack of knowledge, and fervent, loud, angry confidence that they are correct. And that is a perfect target for the hard left, because these morons are almost infinitely malleable...happily doing what they are told, following the herd, and feeling oh-so-wonderfully smug.

Chaos at Columbia: Pro-Hamas Students Block Entry To Campus, Vandalize Statue on First Day of Classes

"Students For Justice In Palestine" released this statement:

"Sheikh Yassin was assassinated by the Zionists in 2004, but even in death, his legacy of unrelenting resistance in the face of oppression lives on," the group wrote on Telegram. "He lives on in his students, which includes the current head of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar—the man who fooled the Zionist entity—and all the Palestinian fighters who embody the steadfastness that Yassin taught."

That sounds like explicit support for a terrorist organization, which would normally be grounds for, at the very least, a few questions from our vaunted anti-terrorism organizations. But nothing of the sort is happening, and SJP has been around for almost 25 years, spouting the same terror-supporting, kill-the-Jews vitriol at campuses across the country. Read "Discover The Networks" for a good analysis!

And the upper-middle-class twits wearing masks and keffiyahs -- the 21st century version of a KKK robe and hood -- happily support this. Never mind that they are the quintessential useful idiots of the left, and will be discarded the second they are no longer useful.

I wonder whether this is a country-wide movement, or are the saner universities in the Mid-West, the South, and the Mountain West largely immune to the dangerous stupidity of these entitled twits? A glimpse at the college football coverage shows a lot of college students doing what they traditionally do...drinking beer and watching their teams on Saturday afternoon.

The peculiar stupidity of the Ivy league is certainly on display, and their compatriots at Stanford and Berkeley and Duke and several other universities are dominating the news cycle. But what is the general tone on our university campuses? I cannot imagine a similar protest occurring in Tuscaloosa or Gainesville or Clemson or Lawrence, with its overt hatred of Western culture and America.

But the culture surrounding Columbia and the other schools that are displaying this sort of savage hatred of Jews, Israel, and America is supportive of this behavior, and until that changes...and it probably won't...we will have a core of anti-Western, anti-American, anti-Israel, and most of all...pro-Islam fervor.

The way to change it in the short term is simple. Crack some heads and send them to jail. Make the rioters afraid of rioting. And in the long term? Starve the beast...end government funding of any university that allows this sort of behavior.

Nope. I'm not holding my breath.

The Morning Report — 9/5/24

Good Morning Kids. So, a couple of items this morning beg the question of incompetence, malice aforethought, an innate flaw within the system or some perfect storm of all of the above (or something else that I'm missing) that altogether, or piecemeal can result in disaster:

The big story that broke yesterday was a school shooting in Georgia that left four dead and 30 wounded. As many commenters were speculating yesterday, perhaps this might get covered up because it might have been yet another psychotic transexual targeting whites, Christians and/or those labeled as threats to our "precious democracy" by the Leftists.

It certainly isn't the violent foreign criminal gangs intentionally unleashed on we the poeople via the treasonous act of erasing our border.

That of course on top of the intentional and equally treasonous act of decriminalization of crime by our own native born thugs and scum.

But here's the kicker:

Colt Gray, the teen suspected of gunning down four people at a Georgia high school Wednesday, has been on the FBI’s radar since last year — when he was investigated by local authorities in connection to online school shooting threats, the bureau revealed.

In May 2023, the FBI received several anonymous tips about threats to carry out violence at an unidentified school, with the harrowing posts including photos of guns, according to a Wednesday night statement from the bureau’s Atlanta field office.

The Jackson County Sheriffs’ Office identified Gray, then 13, as a possible suspect and interviewed him and his father. . .

. . . Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director Chris Hosey confirmed that authorities are probing any possible links between the 2023 threats and Wednesday’s shooting at Apalachee High School.

“This is not recent. This is in the past, but we wanted to bring that to your attention because we are pursuing that, working with the FBI on this in any connection to that incident that could be connected to today’s incident as well,” Hosey told reporters in a Wednesday night press briefing. 

Hosey also said that investigators have been made aware that Gray’s family had contact with children’s services in the area.

So, both the GBI and FBI knew about this nut and were watching him for at least a year. And yet this happened. Well, I guess we have to ask ourselves, do we set up an "Office of Pre-Crime" to prevent these kinds of things, or do we let a little thing like the Constitution get in the way of that. You can bet your life the Left is itching to do just that, oh not to prevent things like this from happening, but to lock up the politically disfavored (to them) that stand in the way of their attainment of absolute power. Since in their eyes, that is the greatest threat to the nation. Pfft.

This was a tragedy, and the decades long drumbeat of moral and societal dissolution that began with the sexual revolution, the concomitant feminist revolution, and cultural rot resulting in alienation, and familial and individual emotional breakdowns more than likely played a large part in driving the shooter to do this. Until we know all the facts, I'd bet that all the aforementioned were at the root cause of why this happened.

Naturally, the Left will blame guns, toxic masculinity, Trump, Christianity and every other straw man they can think of as a pretext to strip us of our right to keep and bear arms, for starters.

Now on top of that, we had this little revelation:

If some of the personnel during the Trump assassination appeared completely unready, there was a good reason for it.
They weren’t ready and this wasn’t their job.
Sen. Josh Hawley said he’s been informed by whistleblowers that most of the agents assigned to protect Donald Trump during the assassination attempt at his Butler, Pa., rally in July were Homeland Security personnel who had minimal protective training.
Instead of having dozens of Secret Service agents on his detail for the July 13 rally, Trump was mostly guarded by Homeland Security agents who only received online webinar training before the event, Hawley (R-Mo.) said in an interview on “Jesse Watters Primetime” Tuesday evening.
“A two-hour, online webinar. And I’m told that half the time, the sounds to the webinar didn’t even work,” Hawley claimed.
The Homeland Security agents were supposedly pulled off child exploitation cases and other investigations in order to serve on Trump’s protective detail — which was something they did not normally do, Hawley added.
I’m gonna speculate that Jill Biden (sorry, Dr. Jill Biden) wasn’t being guarded by child exploitation agents who got a two-hour webinar.
A former president and presidential candidate’s security actually takes precedence over a first lady. I can’t think of an assassination attempt aimed at a first lady with the possible exception of Hillary Clinton.
But more to the point, Secret Service leadership retasked unready DHS personnel, gave them a webinar and sent them off to protect one of the most targeted men in the world. . .

Incompetence and malice aforethought, that led to Trump avoiding having his brains blown out by a few millimeters.

So, in case 1, the potential shooter was known, in case 2 where you have competent people in place to prevent a potential shooter from being able to shoot because candidates are always likely targets as history has shown us over and over again. And yet, look what happened.

Now look at the priorities:

An Arizona mom is now suing the city of Surprise (yes, that's the city's real name) after she was arrested and forcibly removed from a city council meeting when she questioned a pay raise for a city official.
In a video that's now gone viral, Surprise Mayor Skip Hall ordered a police officer to handcuff and haul out Rebekah Massie during the public meeting on August 20 after she used her time at the microphone to criticize a proposed pay raise for City Attorney Robert Wingo. In the official video of the recorded meeting, Massie, whose 10-year-old daughter was in attendance and watching, can be heard demanding to know what crime she’d committed as the officer attempted to detain her, while Hall repeatedly told her she wasn’t allowed to use the time to lodge complaints against “specific” city employees.
Except the pay raise proposal for this guy was official government business, and Massie had every right to voice her concerns.
The shocking clip quickly spread on social media, prompting outrage from free speech advocates who demanded to know why an American citizen was being arrested and silenced for openly criticizing the proposed tax-funded salary of a government official.

Yeah, slap the cuffs on her and haul her off to the Arizona Lubyanka for the dangerous crime of criticizing a politician.

Lest we forget the hundreds of lives ruined and those still rotting in the Garland Archipelago merely for showing up to the Capitol on 1/6/21 to do exactly what this woman did, along with being entrapped in a Pelosi-engineered sting operation.

Oh the humanity. November is going to be interesting, for sure.

What makes that picture unique among countless pictures of that famous mountain is that I took that picture with my Galaxy S23+ (not a promo). Unknown to me at the time, that placed my wife and me in the “10% Club”. It was a great experience, and I counted us extremely lucky with the weather, having only one objectionable day out of 12 between Denali and Vancouver, Canada. This is a travelog of sorts. It will be short, I promise.

Josh Hawley: Most of Trump's "Secret Service Agents" Were Non-SS Homeland Security Employees Whose "Training" to Protect a President Was an Two-Hour-Long Webinar

And get this -- the sound didn't even work for parts of this elite-level "training."

Oh -- and it wasn't the Secret Service who killed the assassin. It was a local police countersniper.

Whistleblowers tell Hawley:

A local police countersniper -- from the ground, not from an elevated position -- neutralized the shooter, NOT the Secret Service (though they did fire the shots that killed him);

Acting USSS Director Rowe lied about this in his recent Congressional testimony;

Many of the agents assigned to the protective detail on July 13 were not from the Secret Service, but from Homeland Security, which has no experience in protecting a President;

Those DHS agents were pulled off of their other jobs, like child endangerment investigations, for this posting;

The DHS agents had NO training other than a single webinar;

And finally, the webinar didn't even work for some parts of its two-hour duration.

Jefferson Maldenado, a 31-year-old migrant from Ecuador, has been arrested in New York City five times since arriving in the US earlier this year.

His latest bust was for stealing a pair of pants and a beer from the Target near Herald Square.

Asked why he committed the crime, the migrant thief said, "I wanted to change my clothes and think.

"I wanted to sit down and think about my life, about what to do. Because this is not a normal world."

He was just one of five migrants in a Manhattan courtroom for arraignment one night last week.

Across New York, recently arrived migrants are flooding the criminal justice system -- at far higher rates than public officials have acknowledged.

Police sources shared with The Post a staggering estimate that as many as 75% of the people they've been arresting in Midtown Manhattan in recent months for crimes like assault, robbery and domestic violence are migrants. In parts of Queens, the figure is more than 60%, sources there estimate.

On any given day, Big Apple criminal court dockets are packed with asylum seekers who have run afoul of the law.

The problem is made much worse by sanctuary city laws that mean New York cops aren't allowed to work with ICE on cases in which they believe suspects are in the country illegally. Additionally, the NYPD says it is barred from tracking the immigration status of offenders.

This makes it almost impossible for authorities to get their arms around the problem, experts and sources on the ground say.

"New York City eliminated a tool to get rid of violent criminals. What a mess," Jim Quinn, a veteran former prosecutor at the Queens District Attorney's Office, told The Post.

"The sanctuary city law is pathetic. It's disgusting. It's crazy."

Making matters worse, police sources say, word has gotten out in the shelters about the city's lax bail guidelines -- meaning migrants know they're going to get kicked back onto the street quickly after they're nabbed.

Vice President Kamala Harris told a voter in Savannah, Georgia, last week that she made so many collard greens for a friend's Christmas party that she washed them in the bathtub.

"I have a friend who had a Christmas Party Christmas Eve every year, and she asked me to make the greens for her party every year. And I am not lying to you, that I would make so many greens, that I'd need to wash them in the bathtub. I'm telling you the truth." Harris said.

"I slice up my garlic, but first I chop up the bacon and get all that fat going, then I put garlic, some chili peppers, and then a lot of water and a little chicken stock, and I let it go for a while before I put the greens in. And then, right? So, you get that going and all that flavor, and then I put the greens in for a couple hours, then I do vinegar, and then I cheat and do a little Tabasco," she said.

Tim Walz's Entire Family Announces They Are Backing Donald Trump

As several have pointed out: The media has never gotten tired of trotting out nepo-baby nobody Mary Trump to prove that even Trump's family hates him!!!

Nor have they stopped reporting on RFKJr.s Democrat-payroll pill-popping welfare loser family denouncing him.

I don't think they'll be reporting this story, though.

Except to this extent: You'll see some reportage about any previous bankruptcies, DUIs, addictions, etc. in Walz's family. They won't dig into Walz's DUI, but damn, you will hear about it if one of his family members ever drove under the influence.

The photo was initially shared by a friend of the family with a representative for former Nebraska gubernatorial candidate Charles W. Herbster, who first posted the image to X on Wednesday.

Those in the image are members of the Minnesota governor's family through his grandfather's brother, the Herbster contact confirmed to DailyMail.com the individuals' identities and relation to Gov. Walz.

The latest faction of pro-Trump Walz family members comes after it was revealed that the Democratic vice presidential nominee's brother warned against people allowing him into the White House.

Jeff Walz, 67, lives in Florida and is Kamala Harris' running mate's older brother. He posted about his brother's character in a Facebook post last week.

'I'm 100% opposed to all his ideology,' he stated in one of the posts.
