Breaking: Judge Scott Blaney in Arizona just ruled that the Democrat Secretary of State must immediately release the list of nearly 100,000 voters who officials marked as U.S. citizens when they hadn't even provided documentary proof.

"THE COURT FINDS specifically that the Secretary has not established by a preponderance of the evidence that production of the records would violate rights of privacy or confidentiality or would be detrimental to the best interests of the state."

Is this a joke?

Well, "Ricky Vaughan" made the same joke before the 2016 election -- and Biden and Merrick Garland and the corrupt DOJ put Vaughn in prison for it.

So when's Jimmy Kimmel going?

In 2023, Douglass Mackey, the owner of the "Ricky Vaughn" Twitter account, was sentenced to seven months in prison for doing the exact same thing -- spreading disinformation in 2016 to Hillary Clinton supporters about how to vote and doing so in a way that would ensure their vote wasn't counted:

As proven at trial, by 2016, Mackey had established an audience on Twitter with approximately 58,000 followers. A February 2016 analysis by the MIT Media Lab ranked Mackey as one of the most significant influencers of the then-upcoming presidential election. Between September 2016 and November 2016, Mackey conspired with other influential Twitter users and with members of private online groups to use social media platforms, including Twitter, to disseminate fraudulent messages that encouraged supporters of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to "vote" via text message or social media which was legally invalid.

It should be noted that it was the Biden administration that arrested and prosecuted Mackey five years later in 2021.

Mackey's defense was that he was just having fun (his "Ricky Vaughn" account was a favorite of mine). The whole thing was a joke, he argued. Well, after the FBI investigated the joke, Mackey was put on trial, found guilty, and sentenced to seven months in prison. The Feds put the guy through a three-year-and-counting wringer over a stupid shit-post

The Campaign Today

Real Clear Politics moves Minnesota and Nebraska's 2nd congressional district to toss-up.

Nebraska elects two of its five electors according to the statewide vote. The other three votes are awarded according to whoever wins each of its three congressional districts. The second congressional district, which I imagine contains Omaha, leans blue while the rest of the state is beet red.

That single electoral vote out of Nebraska could actually be a big thing. I've seen scenarios where the winner depends on that.

Harris has a 2.1% lead in Walz's home state, and leads by only 2% in New Hampshire.

To which state, she deployed Bill Clinton. Who seems to be admitting that the economy was better under Trump, but that's not a good reason to vote for him (he says).

Speaking of possible flips: Trump just got the endorsement of an Indian leader in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he's holding a rally.

Quinnipiac also flips PA to Trump. It's the first lead for Trump in PA they've acknowledged all year.

Trump receives 47 percent support among likely voters, Harris receives 46 percent support, Green Party candidate Jill Stein receives 2 percent support, and Libertarian Party candidate Chase Oliver receives 1 percent support. Two percent of likely voters refused to respond and 1 percent are undecided. This is the closest this multi-candidate race has been in Pennsylvania.

In Quinnipiac University's October 9 poll, Harris received 49 percent support, Trump received 46 percent support, and Stein and Oliver each received 1 percent support in a race that was too close to call.

The problem is the Gender Gap:

Men back Trump 57 -- 37 percent, while women back Harris 55 -- 39 percent. In Quinnipiac University's October 9 poll, men backed Trump 52 -- 41 percent, while women backed Harris 55 -- 40 percent.

Wow -- now we get to talk about the Gender Gap as a good thing. Finally.

Over the weekend, John Fetterman's Monster talked up the "astonishing" "intensity" for Trump in Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania Democratic Sen. John Fetterman opened up about the state of the presidential race in his key battleground state and called former President Trump's support there "astonishing" while predicting that Elon Musk's endorsement is "going to really matter."

"There's a difference between not understanding, but also acknowledging that it exists," Fetterman told the New York Times in an interview published Saturday morning when asked about enthusiasm for Trump in Pennsylvania. "And anybody who spends time driving around, and you can see the intensity. It's astonishing."

Fetterman continued, "I was doing an event in Indiana County. Very, very red. And there was a superstore of Trump stuff, and it was a hundred feet long. [There were] dozens of T-shirts and hats and bumper stickers and all kinds of, I mean, it's like, Where does this all come from? It's the kind of thing that has taken on its own life. And it's like something very special exists there. And that doesn't mean that I admire it. It's just -- it's real."

Fetterman said he believes Musk, who endorsed Trump and appeared with him at a rally at the site of the first assassination attempt on Trump in Butler, will be appealing to voters in Pennsylvania.

"And now [Elon] Musk is joining him," Fetterman said. "I mean, to a lot of people, that's Tony Stark. That's the world's richest guy. And he's obviously, and undeniably, a brilliant guy, and he's saying, Hey, that's my guy for president. That's going to really matter."

Fetterman said he was "alarmed" when Musk began showing up on the campaign trail for Trump and said he's a "bigger star than Trump" in "some sense."

Black voters aren't turning out for Kamala Harris like she needs them to. Black turnout in NC is behind where it was when Biden """won""" in 2020.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, while 1.5 million African Americans have registered to vote nearly 600,000 have voted early.

Data from the 2020 election show about 750,000 black voters turned out to vote early.

That news station spins this loss of one fifth of the early black vote as... "hopeful." For Harris, they mean. They mean they hope blacks will turn out more.

How is having to rely on hope a hopeful situation?

Blacks are not turning out like Democrats need them to in Georgia, either.

That's the bad news for Harris and down-ballot Democrats, according to Gilliard and other prominent GLBC members who spoke with Capital B Atlanta on Monday. North Carolina, the other Southern region battleground state, has also seen low Black voter turnout during its early voting period.

Black folks, who overwhelmingly support Democrats in most elections, comprise about 31% of Georgia's overall population. Elected leaders and political observers say Democrats looking for a guaranteed win in statewide office races in Georgia usually need to hit a 30% Black turnout rate. And Black turnout during early voting is usually higher than it is on Election Day.

And also keep in mind that Trump's share of the black vote may double from 9% to around 20% or even higher. So the black vote isn't just low -- it's also skewing to Trump.

BREAKING - Nate Cohn of NYT: "Black share of the electorate might drop and that the overall turnout might drop as well. Republicans are participating more vigorously than usual (even compared with prepandemic elections) in early voting."

I heard someone say that in all of the blue cities with large black populations, blacks just are not turning out at the clip that Democrats need. But I can't remember who said that and I can't quote it, so take it with a dose of salt.

The Daily Mail's final poll puts Trump at 3% lead nationally.

Donald Trump has overtaken Kamala Harris in the final DailyMail.com/J.L. Partners national poll before Election Day, with the former president holding a three-point lead over the vice president.

Both candidates have shored up their bases, but Trump has done better at picking up support from independents and undecided voters in the final push, according to the data.

The poll of 1,000 likely voters, which has margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percent, shows that Trump is trending up, with the support of 49 percent to Harris' 46 percent.

The race is still close. Yet, with five days to go, the numbers mean Trump is currently on course to become the first Republican candidate since George W. Bush in 2004 to win the popular vote.

The vice president held a one-point lead when the poll was last conducted in September.

She enjoyed a two-month honeymoon after President Joe Biden announced he was ending his reelection campaign. Her poll numbers and fundraising surged amid a wave of enthusiasm.

But since then the race has tightened to become one of the closest in history.

James Johnson, co-founder of J.L. Partners said the poll was good news for Trump's chances of winning the White House.

'The movement under the surface suggests Trump is having a better closing moment in driving up enthusiasm than Harris is, and undecideds and third-party candidate supporters have also broken for Trump in the last month,' he said.

'He has also seen improvement among voters of every race, and leads in all age groups apart from 18--29-year-olds.'

The full results show third-party candidates making little headway.

Independent Robert F. Kennedy Jr, Green Party candidate Jill Stein, and Libertarian Chase Oliver are all on just one percent.

Independent Cornel West's share is rounded to zero percent.

Perhaps the starkest finding is the gender mismatch in the contest.

'One thing makes this election stand out from others: When voters go to the polls next week, they will be sharply divided on their gender, with women being more likely to vote for Harris and men more likely to vote for Trump,' said Johnson.

Harris can count on the support of 54 percent of women, while Trump has the backing of 40 percent.

Men break 59 to 37 for Trump.

Atlas Intel also puts Trump ahead nationally. 1.4% lead in a hypothetical two-way scenario, and 1.9% when the full field is asked about.

Atlas Intel has all of the swing states going to Trump, and some by 4 or 5 point margins. (Others by one or two.)

"Transgender" Bro Sues Hooters For Not Hiring Him;
Chain Had Previously Banned Him For Sexually Harassing Waitresses

She is as brave as she is stunning.

A transgender woman is suing a Hooters franchise for discrimination after they allegedly refused to hire her based on 'her image'.

Brandy Livingston has been a regular at the restaurant, famed for its scantily clad waitresses, on Wolf Road in Colonie, a suburb of Albany in New York.

With career aspirations of working for the chain, Livingston had applied three times for listings which were all unsuccessful, according to her.

Speaking with News10, Livingston said she was not respected as a woman at the establishment, alleging that workers actively discriminated against her.

She told the outlet: 'They would use male pronouns. They would refer to me as he.'

Why would they call him a he?

Not sure.

He can totally pass for a woman, as long as our definition for "a woman" is set to "Brian Bosworth in Stone Cold."

Bro's got a chin like a tank's front armor. All I can think is "flank him and hit him from the side, where he's more vulnerable."

On her being denied employment, she added: 'I said, do you want to see my experience or anything? Because I had previous jobs I had written down.

'And he said, "Oh, we don't care about experience. We hire on the basis of personality. And there's an image that needs to be met".'

Livingston said that she had also heard employees and a manager at the restaurant harass her about using their restroom.

She claimed: 'I overheard one of the servers after I left the restroom talking to one of the managers and said that, "Why are you allowing him in the women's restroom?"

'And the manager said, "Oh, I don't like it any more than you do".'

Livingston filed a claim with the New York State Division of Human Rights who investigated, and found evidence her rights may have been violated.

Hooters has since hit back at the claims, saying that Livingston had been told not to return to the establishment over alleged offensive behavior.

Their lawyers said that Livingston allegedly made sexually explicit comments to servers on multiple occasions prior to her transitioning.

News10 reporter James De La Fuente questioned Livingston over this, saying the chain had accused her asking servers to marry her, and discussing masturbation.

The company also said she had threatened 'to go to a gun range for practice for the next time you came to the restaurant'.

Livingston told the outlet that: 'That I never said anything about. My mom would take me to the gun range and for clay pigeon shooting, trap.

Uh-huh.

Big news from the Scottish government: It turns out there are only two genders!

But they're actually lying. They have compiled a list of 24. They're only saying there are only two to placate the sane people.

The Scottish Government denies reports it had claimed there were 24 different genders.

Equalities Minister Kaukab Stewart said the Government's position is there are only two genders -- male and female -- in line with Scottish law. This comes after the Government issued guidance to statisticians collating data from the 2022 Census.

In the guidance, the Government listed the 24 most common responses to the open census question on gender identity.

The categories included cisgender, trans man, trans woman, non-binary, trans (not otherwise specified), agender, trans masculine, trans feminine, genderfluid, genderqueer, intersex, assigned female at birth, assigned male at birth, pangender, bigender, autigender, androgynous, gender non-conforming, detransitioned, neutral, demigender male, demigender female and demigender.

Ms Stewart said this guidance should not, however, be interpreted as there being 24 different genders.

Rachael Hamilton, deputy leader of the Scottish Conservatives, said the Government was wasting time and taxpayers' money on "fringe obsessions" by classifying so many different genders.

During general questions at the Scottish Parliament on Thursday, Ms Hamilton said: "I am pleased to hear [Ms Stewart] agrees there are two genders, but official guidance from the SNP claims there are dozens of different genders.

"This doesn't make sense in mainstream Scotland.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre faced immediate backlash Wednesday after she denied that President Biden had referred to Trump supporters as "garbage."

"The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters," Biden said on the call. "His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable and it is un-American."

"Just to clarify, he was not calling Trump supporters garbage," Jean-Pierre told reporters at the daily White House press briefing, reiterating the statement Biden put out to clean up his remarks.

"He does not view Trump supporters or anybody who supports Trump as garbage," she said, adding that Biden has said numerous times that he is a "president for all," including those who did not vote for him in red states and blue states.

But commentators argued this may say more about Jean-Pierre's estimation of the American public than Biden's actual statement.

"Breaking wind from BSNBC!" former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee wrote. "5 Alarm fire at the WH when KJP's pants catch fire in spontaneous combustion after she claims Joe didn't really call Trump supporters 'garbage.' She does know that we can see the video for ourselves? That we aren't as clueless as her boss is?"

Tarrant County GOP chairman Bo French commented, "It amazes me more people aren't appalled by the outright lies these people tell. We watched the video. He clearly called us garbage. I have a feeling the swing voters are done with this kind of BS."

We May Never Know the Motive: Ballot Boxes Torched in Oregon Left with "Free Gaza" Note

"We swear we will never find a motive," vowed the terrorist-enabling criminal gang called the FBI.

Ballot boxes in Oregon and Washington may have been set on fire by an anti-Israel protester, as investigators found a note that said "ALL DROP BOXES WILL BURN. FREE GAZA," The Post has learned.

Between 3 and 4 a.m. on Monday, fires caused by incendiary devices were discovered in ballot boxes in Vancouver, Wash. and neighboring Portland, Oregon.

A built-in fire suppressant stopped most of the flames at the Portland location, but hundreds of ballots were destroyed at the drop box at Fisher's Landing Transit Center in Vancouver.

The FBI is now heading the investigation into the two Monday fires, which are believed to be linked and also connected to a third attempted arson attack earlier in the month in Vancouver.

[A]ccording to an election official with knowledge but not authorized to speak on record, a political letter was discovered in a ballot box at the Vancouver Mall Parking lot location just a few hours after the fires were put out.

According to the source, a white piece of paper folded in half had been deposited in the box.

It is not confirmed if the message came from the suspect involved in the arson fires, but the New York Times reports that all three incendiary devices themselves had the message "Free Gaza" written on them.

"Um, I'm not gonna have a comment on that at this time," Clark County Auditor Greg Kimsey said when asked about the political letter.

The arson attacks come amid a closely-watched congressional race rematch in Washington's 3rd Congressional District between incumbent Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, a Democrat, and Joe Kent, a Republican US Army veteran. The two are polling neck-and-neck in the district.

Trump Explains How He Became America's Garbage Man

Before that: Kamala Harris has told Pop-Pop to hide in his basement for the rest of the campaign.

Joe Biden has been sidelined by Kamala Harris in the final days of her campaign, with his apparent description of Donald Trump supporters as "garbage" underscoring her campaign's fears that the outgoing president is an electoral liability.

Since dropping out of the White House race in July, the 81-year-old Democrat has been hitting the trail to support his vice president -- and trumpet his own administration's achievements.

But US media reported earlier this week that Harris's campaign was distancing itself from the incumbent, and that it had politely rejected his suggestions to make more joint appearances on the stump.

The row over Biden's latest comments has now crystallized concerns that he is more of a hindrance than a help to her election bid's final push.

"Harris should obviously avoid many joint appearances with Biden until after the election is over," said Larry Sabato, a leading US political scientist and director of the University of Virginia's Center for Politics.

"Biden is quite unpopular and he's also rusty and off his game."

Republicans pounced on Biden's "garbage" comment as a reminder of the damaging moment when Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton called Trump's supporters "deplorables" back in 2016.

But Grandpa Funnyfingers wants attention! He will not go quietly into the basement!

On Wednesday the Biden administration also pushed back at the reports Harris has distanced herself from the president.

"They have direct communications pretty, pretty often. And he did have a conversation last night because he was proud of her, her historic speech, and he wanted to congratulate her," White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre said.

For Biden, it caps a painful fading into irrelevance as the commander-in-chief of the world's top superpower nears the end of his single term.

A proud man for whom the decision to quit the election race did not come easy, Biden has been keen to promote his achievements in bringing the country back from the brink after the Covid pandemic and pushing through record amounts of legislation.

But history's view of Biden will ultimately rely on whether Harris wins next week.

A Trump comeback would not only be a repudiation of Biden's own achievements but also reflect the fact that he hung on too long despite concerns over his age.

That is one of the many great things about a Trump victory -- the Democrats will blame this stupid, nasty, uncultured, narcissistic, buffoonish blowhard for the loss.

That won't be entirely true, of course.

But that will burn with Biden until the dull, dim lights of his eyes go out.

The Morning Rant: Minimalist Edition

I have had a couple of conversations this year that had me scratching my head and biting back my usual retort when confronted by abject stupidity and ignorance: "You can't possibly be that f*cking stupid!"

The first was a long (too long... it was on a long flight) conversation with an ER physician with a second job as a medical editor. She was absolutely convinced of the efficacy of the Covid 19 vaccines, and was even more adamant that masking was very effective in preventing transmission of the Covid 19 virus. No amount of data in the form of peer-reviewed studies debunking the masking myth dissuaded her.

As for the vaccination? She carefully ignored the public...official...government and Big Pharma statements claiming the vaccine as essentially the savior of civilization, and accepted only the most narrow claims about its efficacy that were made well after the coercive push for its universal acceptance.

The second was with the vaccine tech at CVS who gave me a flu vaccine. She denied that there were ever any grandiose claims about the effectiveness of the Covid 19 vaccine, and claimed that the only statements were that the vaccine would decrease hospitalizations! No memory of the bald-faced lies of federal, state, and local government functionaries. No recollection of the huge push by Big Pharma, no understanding of why Americans are now looking twice at ALL vaccines, other than the smug, formulaic; "they don't understand."

This is, in microcosm, the typical mushy-headed liberal voter. They cheerfully accept carefully cherry-picked facts, conveniently provided by their handlers in the media and the higher reaches of the Democrat/Progressive political hierarchy. They are curiously unwilling to entertain even the remote possibility that the orthodoxy is incorrect, or even incomplete.

They are sheep...nothing more. They behave that way in all respects, and it is a quality that is used to great effect by the real thinkers in the Democrat/Progressive system. They dispatch their sheep onto the streets to riot, into the vote counting rooms to cheat, into the union meetings to lie, onto the school boards to push a deeply destructive view of America and its founding, and most of all to vote early and often for the candidates who will bring down the society that has provided the wealth and freedom that allows their behavior.

There are many flaws in the conservative movement, but the discomfort with a herd mentality is not one of them. Think back to the last significant political conversation you had with a conservative. Yes, there were many points of agreement, but more often than not those conversations expose differences. And that is how it should be. The concept of American Federalism allows for 50 incubators of political philosophy. It is a testament to the tremendous respect that our founders had for the individual, and the Democrat/Progressive hatred of it is testament to their fundamental disagreement with the notion of the individual being the building block of a free society.

Yet that herd mentality has provided the power that the left wields today, and the great question is whether a conservative movement can organize to take back that power while still respecting the innate superiority of the individual.

It's going to be an interesting ride!
