The colonel and Army lawyer challenging the Army's official narrative of the events and leadership decisions during the Capitol Hill protests on Jan. 6, 2021--a narrative relied upon by the Colorado Supreme Court when it struck President Donald J. Trump from the ballot -- told RedState then-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley was the black hand operating outside his legal authority to delay the District of Columbia National Guard from responding the protests that day.

"Milley is the Don Barzini of the Deep State," said Col. Earl G. Matthews, the Harvard Law School graduate, who was the senior legal advisor to Maj. Gen. William J. Walker, the D.C. National Guard's commanding general from March 2018 through April 2021.

"He's the most powerful chairman of the joint chiefs in history," Matthews said. "It was Milley all along, and I didn't realize it. Milley was manipulating this entire stuff from point start."

The former Guardsman, now serving in the Army Reserve, said that as the joint chiefs chairman, Milley had no legal role in the chain of command; he was simply the president's senior military advisor. However, Milley leveraged his staff in the Pentagon and exploited his relationships with other generals he mentored and favored for promotion so that he ran the Army as his own feudal possession.

"Milley controlled the Army," Matthews said.

"The problem was not with Donald Trump; it's Mark Milley and the Army leadership in control. They stopped the Guard from coming then lied about it and said the Guard acted at sprint speed," he said.

He alleges that Milley and his loyalists illegally destroyed records to claim that they were never asked to intervene on January 6th:

One prime example is McCarthy's testimony that he tried Jan. 6, 2021, to call Walker to talk to him about mobilizing his Guardsmen at 4:35 and 5 p.m., which was relied upon by Professor William C. Banks in his testimony at the Colorado court proceedings that led to Trump's removal from the state's primary ballot, he said.

Matthews said Walker turned over his phone to prove McCarthy did not call him.

"The Army lied about it. Walker actually pulled the phone calls," he said. "McCarthy didn't have any record of the call, so those calls didn't exist."

Seven Men Gang Rape Two Toddlers and Post Videos Of It Online

FBI agents have arrested a Texas man on charges that he and six other men gang-raped two toddlers in the restroom at Houston's Galleria shopping mall and posted a video of the assault online. Hector Fernandez, 29, who worked at a kiosk in the Galleria, has been arrested on federal charges of sexual exploitation of children. He faces up to life in prison, and a federal magistrate has ordered him held without bond.

The case originated with the discovery by the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation of four videos in "a private, by invitation only, forum on the dark web."

Investigators attempted to match the silver bracelets worn by the baby rapist to pictures on the internet of creeps wearing similar bracelets. Apparently, they found the disgusting pervert, and then his rape gang but his rape gang remains at-large.

Don't expect much major media coverage. The perp is, of course, part of the Democrat-Pedophile Coalition.

The Pedophile Lobby is deliberately breaking down the natural guardrails that defend children against their predations -- things like common-sense objections to inappropriate adult behavior towards and around children. The Pedophile Lobby is convincing parents that it's "homophobic" to object to blatantly sexualized behavior around children.

And they're doing this, of course, to gain greater access to people's children, and to make people think twice about the social consequences that will attend voicing a suspicion about a pedophile.

The Racial Group Most Concerned About Illegal Immigration Is Now... Hispanics

The "elites" are heedlessly pursuing a policy that no one but them and Klaus Schwab wants.

Hispanics were the most likely racial group to rank immigration as their most pressing matter, according to an Associated Press (AP)-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll published on Wednesday.

A total of 43% of Hispanic adults identified immigration as the number one priority for the government to address, surpassing 36% of white respondents, 29% of Asians and Pacific Islanders and 19% of black respondents sharing the same sentiment, according to the AP. Moreover, 35% of American adults surveyed named immigration as a main issue, consisting of 55% of Republicans and 22% of Democrats, according to the poll.

The 35% total is up from 27% in December 2022.

Fewer than 3% of likely Hispanic voters supported amnesty for illegal immigrants, according to a 2023 poll conducted by Convention of States Action and The Trafalgar Group.

THE MORNING RANT: With “Natural Asset Companies,” Eco-Communists & Wall Street Have Created a New “Investment” to Seize Productive Lands

Although we’ve had a few victories against the left’s radical agenda recently (such as states protecting children from the transgender industry, auto manufacturers backing off of EVs, Ivy League presidents resigning in disgrace, and even the abandonment of the word “Latinx” we can never stop to enjoy a victory because the left’s battle on modern civilization has many fronts, and they are always finding new ways to attack liberty, prosperity, and traditional western values.

In the words of Michael Walsh, “They never stop, they never sleep, they never quit.”

The enviro-communists are teaming up with Wall Street to develop a new financial instrument called a Natural Asset Company. NACs are designed to protect “climate” and “biodiversity” by acquiring the rights to natural assets - both publicly and privately owned - and then taking them out of formerly productive uses such as agriculture or energy production. It’s almost as if the “sagebrush rebellion” of the Reagan era, which sought to privatize federal lands, has been hijacked by communists.

Even more disturbing, the NACs are a new form of corporate entity that doesn’t even strive for profit, because they have also created a new type of accounting that doesn’t involve traditional revenue. Rather than a Profit & Loss Statement, there is a “Statement of Ecological Performance” which will “account for the flow of ecosystem services in financial terms,” whatever that means.

The Morning Report — 1/12/24

Good morning, kids. So after numerous attacks on shipping by these Yemen-based Houthi rebels that have seriously threatened international maritime traffic in the Red Sea, Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants finally ordered strikes against their bases in Yemen. He also ordered all patriotic Americans to burn their Hootie and the Blowfish records as a sign of national unity . . .

Well, somebody ordered these strikes because just like the head of the Defense Department, Lloyd "AWOL-stin"Austin, Joey has not been seen in public for three days. The Brits also took part in the strikes. I'd wager that just like Clinton and Bush, all we hit were a few empty tents, a couple of flea-bitten camels and an aspirin factory.

But the real story is the reaction from the Democrats. Prepare to simultaneously laugh yourself silly while choking on your vomitus at this:

“The President needs to come to Congress before launching a strike against the Houthis in Yemen and involving us in another middle east (sic) conflict,” Rep. Ro Khanna tweeted. “That is Article I of the Constitution. I will stand up for that regardless of whether a Democrat or Republican is in the White House.”

“Section 2C of the War Powers Act is clear: POTUS may only introduce the US into hostilities after Congressional authorization or in a national emergency when the U.S. is under imminent attack,” the California Democrat went on. “Reporting is not a substitute. This is a retaliatory, offensive strike.”

Echoing Khanna, Rep. Val Hoyle (D-Ore.) tweeted, “These airstrikes have NOT been authorized by Congress. The Constitution is clear: Congress has the sole authority to authorize military involvement in overseas conflicts. Every president must first come to Congress and ask for military authorization, regardless of party.”

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), the head of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, called the US- and UK-led bombing campaign “an unacceptable violation of the Constitution.” “Article 1 requires that military action be authorized by Congress,” she further explained. 

Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Wis.) expressed his fear that Biden’s action in Yemen could risk the US “getting entangled into another decades-long conflict without Congressional authorization.:

“The White House must work with Congress before continuing these airstrikes in Yemen,” he urged. 

Rep. Cori Bush (D-Mo.), a member of the far-left “Squad” of congressional lawmakers, called the airstrikes “illegal” and implored the 81-year-old president to “stop the bombing and do better by us.”

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), who has previously accused Biden of supporting “genocide” against Palestinians, also condemned the Yemen offensive. 

“The American people are tired of endless war,” she tweeted, calling the airstrikes unconstitutional. 

I. Can't. Even. The chutzpocrisy here is just mind-blowing off the charts radiant. Here we have a figurative and probably quite literal Murderer's Row of the most rabid, anti-American thugs whose only purpose in life is the shredding of the Constitution and what it represents, and here they are, wearing its moldering, decomposing skin-suit while parading around like some Jame Gumb, pulling its nipples and demanding Biden put the lotion in the basket and respect their authority to declare war.

I don't seem to recall coelacanth-doppelgänger Rancida Tilapia getting all worked up about "endless wars" when she was with the rest of the gang in Congress giving a standing ovation to Zelenskyy. They get Article 1 right, but the 14th and 25th amendments vis a vis Donald Trump, not so much. Not to mention the 1st and 2nd along with all the others. But I digress.

Actually, I have to admit that these loathsome creeps do in fact have a point. But make no mistake, they could care fuck-all for the Constitution. The only reason they're bitching and moaning is because the Iranian-controlled Houthis are aligned with Hamas, and have both called for and unless I'm mistaken even participated in attacks on Israel during or post the initial wave last October 7th.

In a sane world, a legitimate and sane president and Congress would have got together the moment the first attack happened, with the latter giving the former an immediate green light. Meh, in a sane world none of this would even be happening in the first place. The last moment of sanity was when Donald Trump took out Qassem Soleimani just over four years ago and finally had the Iranian mullah-ocracy down for the count. but the events of that accursed year and the following three have led us to the brink of disaster.

In any case, the geniuses in Foggy Bottom and Kalorama have put their degenerate meat-puppet poseur in a bit of a jam. They want Israel replaced as the dominant power in the Middle East by Iran, even if it means Israel's destruction which would in point of fact be a bonus in their eyes. But the attacks on shipping in one of the world's most vital trade routes demands a reaction that would piss off the Mullahs. To not do so reinforces the message that America as the arbiter of world affairs and perhaps the guarantor of world security is weak, feckless and ripe to be used as a doormat. The Junta wants America laid low and supplanted by the Davos-Beijing-Tehran Axis. They just want them to, pace Roberta Flack, "kill us softly." What they'll get, and in fact what we're experiencing is a gang anal-rape by the latter day Mongol hordes.

Well-played, Kalorama. And let's not overlook the fact that the fumbling, stumbling, gibbering Roomba of a criminal pervert presidential poseur needs something, anything, to make him look macho, virile and John Wayne-esque because this is an election year. Except that he comes off more like John Wayne Gacy as each day goes by. This will be a tall order since Joey didn't even come out and give a live address about the strikes. He, that is his handlers, issued a communiqué. He hasn't made a public appearance in three days.

They say you should thank God for your enemies. In the case of the hardcore Maoists that have taken over the Democrat Party, they're too inflexibly ideological to understand or appreciate that Joey-Bama has to put on a magic show with a few missiles and bombs to bamboozle the LIV peasants. Unfortunately for the Kaloramans, the Jaypals, Khannas and Tilapias of their party are too blinkered to see the "nudge-nudge" "wink-wink" coming from the White House. Same as with their "support" allegedly for Israel over Hamas.

And of course, the more they bicker and moan at each other, the more the public understands how insane the Democrats and their leaders are, and they more they are turned off by them. Compounding this is the open borders invasion that anyone with even half of Biden's mental acuity can see is intentional, plus the eruption of Jew-hatred and the disaster of the economy.

Speaking of the disaster of the economy, here's another howler that'll make you vomit, as well as worthy of earning Janet Yellen a flaming sack of horse dung to the face:

Yellen said, “I think when people are asked about their own situation, they tend to be pretty positive about it and some of the concerns that they express have to do more with their neighbors and the economy as a whole. And if you actually look at their spending patterns, spending has really been quite strong. And so, people are acting as though they feel okay about their own situations, but are worried about the economy. We lived through a period of high inflation, and I think it’s going to take a little while before people feel confident that that’s over and that they’ll be systematically getting ahead. And we’re seeing the beginnings in surveys and I hope and believe that that will continue to improve.”

So, I'm not unhappy because of my situation. I'm unhappy because of my neighbor's situation. I'm happy and peppy and bursting with love! Yeah, that's the ticket! Pfft.

Psaki-psircling back to that open border, and the election year clock ticking, Kurt Schlichter is sounding an alarm that really can't be ignored:

I’m not going to sugarcoat it – I’m worried that we’re facing a terrorist threat unlike anything we’ve ever seen and that a lot of Americans are going to die. It does not have to happen, but because the people running this country are so corrupt, malicious, and incompetent, it will.

The people running this country have made choices – like throwing open the border – that are going to kill a lot of Americans because our enemies, unlike our alleged leaders, are serious people. They’re serious about subjugating and killing us. But the only things our leadership is serious about are keeping their names off pervert passenger lists, skimming endless Ukrainian cash, and pronouns, pronouns, pronouns, always pronouns. We have a distinctly unserious elite in the most serious of times.

When October 7 happened, we saw the Israelis caught unawares by an asymmetrical attack where a determined and cunning foe leveraged all its limited strengths against the Jewish state’s very few weaknesses, allowing Hamas to execute a short but bloody rape and murder spree. Understand that 10/7 was not a military assault, though it used violent means. It was an information operation, an operation designed not primarily to destroy the combat power of the IDF but to attack the will of the Israeli people and force Israel to change its policies. That did not work. Israel was stronger than Hamas imagined, and it hit back harder and more consistently than the terrorists expected, despite the shameful backstabbing by the Biden administration and the screaming of the terrorist wing of the Democrat Party here at home.

But what would be the effect if our jihadist enemies launched such an attack here in America? Again, while they would target some infrastructure – we are enormously vulnerable because we imagine we are safe – the real target would be the heart of our country. They would seek to use hideous bloodshed and publicized atrocities – including rape and mutilation – to scare us into folding up into the fetal position and pulling back from the world in reaction to the sheer scope of the violence and murder they would inflict. Imagine – because they have – murders and atrocities across the country, uploaded on the web, with waves of strikes occurring inside the decision cycle of our totally inept current administration, politicized federal law enforcement, and woke military.

It can happen. I fear it will. . .

. . . The scenario for the kind of attack I believe is coming is deceptively simple – infiltrate a large number of minimally-trained killers who have no regard for their own lives into the USA and shed as much blood as possible, preferably on camera. We are utterly unprepared for this, and in fact, we are helping our enemies by facilitating their ability to position forces to attack us inside the United States. The entire southern border is wide open – it would be a joke if it weren’t going to lead to so many deaths. We’re seeing tens of thousands of military-aged males walking into the United States. Some of them are infiltrators. It will not take much to organize a force that launches simultaneous attacks over the width and breadth of this country. Think 10/7 on steroids.

We are not prepared for such a mass attack. Our law enforcement can barely contain a single freak with a gun. Do you remember those idiots in Boston who blew up the marathon with a pressure cooker bomb? There were two of them with a couple of handguns, and they completely locked down a major metropolis for a couple of days. Two untrained idiots with a pair of pistols shut down the whole city of Boston. So what happens if you have 10,000 suicidal jihadists with smuggled-in automatic weapons simply waiting for an order?

Those of you who have been in the military understand command and control, but what happens if you don’t need it? What happens if you just position these people, arm them, and have them wait until a set time to go to a specific place and start murdering Americans? What if your plan was to launch mass shooters across the country, supplemented by some specialists with bombs and missiles, plus hit teams designed to go after prominent politicians, entertainment, people, and other public figures? You’re not talking about hundreds dead. You’re talking tens of thousands of dead.

I'll take it a step further than Schlichter. They've thrown the borders wide open as a means to replace and supplant native-born Americans, a majority of which still understand what it means to be a real American vis a vis our real history, heritage and culture with a mass of illiterate peasants who neither have the ability nor, worse, the desire to embrace what we do. That makes them willing slaves of a government who'll feed, house, clothe and take care of them with our money. Until it runs out.

The problem is, along with these illiterate but benign peasants, the large contingent of thieves, rapists, child traffickers and murderers in their midst notwithstanding, as the good Colonel points out there are untold hundreds or even thousands of Boston Bombers and Hamas monsters in their midst. And Red China says "Hold my Tsing-Tao, gwei-lo!"

Since October 1, 2023, Border Patrol agents apprehended approximately 15,800 Chinese nationals who illegally crossed the border between ports of entry, the report indicates. Official reports from U.S. Customs and Border Protection reveal the apprehension of 9,844 migrants in October and November. This leaves nearly 6,800 who were apprehended since December 1, 2023. . .

. . . The nearly 6,800 Chinese migrants apprehended since December 1, 2023, more than doubles the annual apprehension rate of any year before the Biden administration in Border Patrol reports dating back to 2007.

Most if not all are male an of military age. And how the hell did they get to the Rio Grande in the first place?

Democratic attorney generals from 19 states and the District of Columbia urged the White House on Tuesday to crack down on an ammunition manufacturer.

Led by New York Attorney General Letitia James, the attorneys general sent a letter to the White House Office Of Gun Violence Prevention “to express concern about recent reports that billions of rounds of military-grade ammunition manufactured at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant have been sold on the commercial market.” The letter claims ammunition from the plant was used in multiple school shootings, as well as the Buffalo supermarket shooting, and asks the Office to conduct an investigation to ensure it “stays out of civilian hands.”

. . . The ammo targeted by the attorneys general as “military-grade ammunition,” 5.56-millimeter rounds, is commonly used for popular AR-15 rifles, according to the Firearm Industry Trade Association (NSSF). One in twenty Americans own an AR-15, according to The Washington Post.

The Lake City Army Ammunition Plant is a 3,935 acre facility owned by the U.S. government and operated by a private contractor, Winchester Ammunition. A New York Times article in November linked ammunition produced by the facility to mass shootings, prompting Democrats to call for greater oversight on ammunition sales. . .

. . . States that signed onto the letter include Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.

A California law banning firearms in most public places took effect in January amid ongoing legal challenges after an appeals court paused an order blocking its enforcement. U.S. District Judge Cormac Carney, a George W. Bush appointee, previously blocked the law in December, finding it “sweeping, repugnant to the Second Amendment, and openly defiant of the Supreme Court.”

If I were a conspiracy nutter, I'd say sensing a massive defeat come November, the Junta is opening our borders to actively invite mass acts of domestic terrorism as the reason to either suspend the election and/or declare some sort of state of emergency. If they can use that as the final pretext to either grab our guns or failing that grab our ammunition so that guns are useless . . . Do the math.

They don't care if hundreds or even thousands of us die at the hands of the terrorists and criminals they invited in. So long as we don't have the ability to not only defend ourselves from them, but from going after those who invited them in in the first place.

Neat safety on a circular table saw-- the blade has an electrical charge which detects if a finger has touched it, and ducks back beneath the table when it senses it's about to cut a digit off. This is the only kind of circular saw I would consider working with. I'm way too inattentive and daydreamy to work with a regular circular saw. I'd be missing five fingers within a week.

The pro-Hamas media is whining that Israel killed two Palestinian "journalists."

The Israel Defense Forces on Wednesday two said two men identified as Al Jazeera journalists who were killed in a strike in southern Gaza's Rafah earlier this week were members of terror organizations in the Strip.

In Sunday's strike in Rafah, Hamza Wael Dahdouh, the son of Al Jazeera's Gaza correspondent Wael Dahdouh, and Mustafa Thuria, a video stringer for AFP who was also working for the Qatar-based TV outlet, were both killed. A third journalist, Hazem Rajab, was seriously wounded, Al Jazeera said.

The strike was carried out after the IDF said it spotted a terror operative piloting a drone in a way that endangered Israeli forces, and subsequently hit a car they were in.

After initially appearing to walk back the claim the pair were with a terror operative, the IDF said its intelligence confirmed both were members of Gaza-based terror groups and were "actively involved in attacks against IDF forces."

It said Thuria was identified by a document found by troops in Gaza as a member of Hamas's Gaza City Brigade, serving as a deputy squad commander in one of the battalions.

Frankly, I wouldn't care if they were "real" "journalists." It's a war; people get killed in wars, even -- and I know this is shocking -- our precious "journalists," who are much more important than civilians and must never, ever be harmed.

President Joe Biden is continuing to host donors at the White House ahead of the 2024 election despite pushback from his legal counsel, according to a report Wednesday.

Less than a year out from the 2024 election, Biden has reportedly been inviting donors to the White House for private meals and briefings, a practice which raised alarm among the White House Counsel's office because it has restrictions on such events, people familiar with the matter told Axios. Biden has reportedly stopped taking donors to the Oval Office after warnings from the White House Counsel's office, however his meals and briefings are expected to continue, people familiar with the matter told the outlet.

"There are certain rooms in the White House, particularly in the residence that are not covered under the Hatch Act," Kedric Payne, ethics director at the Campaign Legal Center, told Axios.

"The president is allowed to legally meet with and entertain donors at the White House," Payne told the outlet. "But you cannot give campaign contributions or solicit for campaign contributions while in the White House."

LOL. And we all know that no Biden would evade the law for the sake of collecting bribes.

Speaking of: The crackhead whoremonger and scofflaw criminal Hunter Biden pleased, lol, "not guilty" to nine counts of tax evasion and failure to declare income.

The first son appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California for his arraignment after he was indicted by a federal grand jury in December on nine tax-related charges, including three felonies.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges after arriving early to the courtroom Thursday afternoon, according to NBC News. He faces up to 17 years in prison for the tax charges.

"The Defendant engaged in a four-year scheme to not pay at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019, from in or about January 2017 through in or about October 15, 2020, and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax year 2018 when he filed false returns in or about February 2020," the indictment reads.

"Between 2016 and October 15, 2020, the Defendant individually received more than $7 million in total gross income," it continues. "This included in excess of $1.5 million in 2016, $2.3 million in 2017, $2.1 million in 2018, $1 million in 2019 and approximately $188,000 from January through October 15, 2020. In addition, from January through October 15, 2020, the Defendant received approximately $1.2 million in financial support to fund his extravagant lifestyle."

Meanwhile, the White House has been hiding the dying-brain degenerate from the public for a full three days.

Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked why President Joe Biden has "been kept from public view" for the last three days during a press briefing Thursday.

The president has not held a single public event at the White House in the new year and has gone three days without making any public appearances.

Epstein Documents: Corrupt Senator Bob Menendez's Ex-Girlfriend Took Part in "Orgies" On Pedo Island

Disgraced New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez's ex-girlfriend allegedly participated in orgies with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and underage girls, newly released court documents claim.

Gwendolyn Beck, 65, a longtime associate of Epstein who dated Menendez in 2010, was singled out by his victim Virginia Giuffre in a January 2016 deposition, a transcript of which was finally released to the public on Tuesday.

As part of the deposition, Giuffre was provided with a list of names and was asked which ones she was not trafficked to as a teenager.

"Number 7, Gwendolyn Beck," she replies, according to the transcript. "I wasn't trafficked to her, she was just part of some of the trafficking."

An attorney asks Giuffre what Beck's involvement was, to which the victim replies: "She was involved in some of the orgies."

The attorney then asks Giuffre, "What gentlemen were involved in the orgies with you and Ms. Beck?"

"As far as I can recall, Jeffrey Epstein," she replies.

It's unclear when the orgies occurred but by the time Beck was linked to Menendez in 2010, Giuffre was married and living in Australia.

Beck did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The updated indictment, released last week, adds more layers to an already complex relationship among the senator, his wife and three businessmen in which favors -- reportedly including Menendez releasing information to Egyptian officials -- were allegedly traded for gold and envelopes crammed with hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash.

The initial indictment, released last fall, made it seem as if Daibes made payments solely to get Menendez to intervene in a bank fraud case against the developer. But the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York now alleges Menendez was multitasking for Daibes -- by also publicly praising Qatar to entice a Qatari sheikh to invest in a property Daibes owns.

The indictment alleges that between 2018 and 2022, Menendez and his wife "engaged in a corrupt relationship with Hana, Uribe and Daibes" to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes in exchange for Menendez using his "power and influence to protect, to enrich those businessmen and to benefit the government of Egypt" even as Menendez was chair of the powerful Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

An updated federal indictment last week gave more details, involving a scheme in which Menendez allegedly made flattering public comments about the Qatari government as a way to encourage a Qatari sheikh to invest in a property that Daibes owned. In exchange Daibes allegedly gave Menendez bribes in the form of cash and gold bars.

Bob Menendez decried the "persecution" he was facing -- yes, he used that word -- just because he happens to enjoy hiding gold bars and envelopes stuffed with hundreds of thousands of dollars around his various houses.

The embattled New Jersey lawmaker said he was innocent in a 20-minute speech on the Senate floor, first accusing federal prosecutors of leveling multiple filings against him because it effectively keeps "the sensational story in the press."

"It poisons the jury pool, and it seeks to convict me in the court of public opinion," Menendez said, his voice wavering at times, adding, "The sensationalized allegations are now creating a rising call for my resignation, despite my innocence, and before a single piece of evidence has even been introduced in a court of law."

But Menendez also railed against the allegations themselves, insisting that he has long criticized both Qatar and Egypt over human rights abuses and other issues and that he was not bribed by actors in the country.

Prosecutors allege the senator took money and gold bars while knowing he was expected to perform acts that would benefit the Qatari government and help another defendant, Fred Daibes, get a multimillion-dollar investment from a fund tied to that government. Menendez knew he was expected to take actions that would help Qatar to induce a Qatari investment company to invest with Daibes, officials say.

In case you're not following this literal clusterf**k, a Trump co-defendant filed a motion seeking to disqualify Fani Willis and her hand-picked special prosecutor, alleging that she is boning the special prosecutor and using taxpayer money to keep her Man-Slut in high style.

The bombshell public filing alleged that special prosecutor Nathan Wade, a private attorney, paid for lavish vacations he took with Willis using the Fulton County funds his law firm received. County records show that Wade, who has played a prominent role in the election interference case, has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022. The DA authorizes his compensation.

The motion, filed on behalf of defendant Michael Roman, a former Trump campaign official, seeks to have the charges against Roman dismissed and for Willis, Wade and the entire DA's office to be disqualified from further prosecution of the case.

Pallavi Bailey, a Willis spokeswoman, said the DA's office will respond to Roman's allegations "through appropriate court filings." Wade did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Man-Slut also kicked back some of the taxpayer's money to Fani Willis, in the form of expensive lovers' cruises and romantic fuckaways to Napa Valley.

According to a new filing from a co-defendant in the Trump case, Willis hired special prosecutor Nathan Wade, her alleged partner, to prosecute Trump, and benefited financially from the relationship in the form of vacations the two took using funds his law firm received for working the case.

But also embedded in the filing are invoices for the Law Offices of Nathan J. Wade. One invoice calls attention for "Fulton County District Attorney's Office."

Wade billed the county for a May 23, 2022, event described as "Travel to Athens; Conf with White House Counsel." Wade charged $2,000 for eight hours at $250 an hour.

Several months later, Wade billed for "Interview with DC/White House" on Nov. 18, 2022. Wade, again, charged $2,000 for eight hours at $250 an hour, according to the documents.

The subject of the meetings remains unclear.

Dr. Anthony Fauci confessed to lawmakers Tuesday that guidelines to keep six feet of separation -- ostensibly to limit the spread of COVID-19 -- "sort of just appeared" without scientific input.

Fauci, 83, revealed to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic that the "six feet apart" recommendation championed by him and other US public health officials was "likely not based on scientific data," according to Chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio), who is also a physician.

Schools nationwide remained closed well into the second year of the pandemic as a result of the social distancing guidelines, which were disputed by both research studies and other health officials.

"It never struck me that six feet was particularly sensical in the context of mitigation," Dr. Ashish Jha, the dean of the Brown University School of Public Health who served as President Biden's COVID response coordinator for 15 months, told the New York Times in March 2021.

"I wish the CDC would just come out and say this is not a major issue."

A top White House adviser to two presidential administrations, Fauci's transcribed interview before the House COVID panel "revealed systemic failures in our public health system and shed light on serious procedural concerns with our public health authority," according to Wenstrup.

Those "failures" included foisting vaccination mandates on schools and businesses.

"After two days of testimony and 14 hours of questioning, many things became evident. During his interview today, Dr. Fauci claimed that the policies and mandates he promoted may unfortunately increase vaccine hesitancy for years to come," Wenstrup said.

"It is clear that dissenting opinions were often not considered or suppressed completely. Should a future pandemic arise, America's response must be guided by scientific facts and conclusive data."

"They wash their hands of any sort of responsibility, saying, 'Oh, those decisions were made by school districts.' But the school districts know, if you don't follow the guidance that's coming out of the federal government, you open yourselves up to lawsuits," Cloud said of Fauci and other US pandemic response officials.

They'll have to have a certain percentage of actors or crew from under-represented racial or ethnic groups."

How is that going to work? If I make a movie about the Holocaust, set in a concentration camp, must I use black actors to satisfy the quota? How about if I make a movie about the West African slave trade? Do I have to use Asian or Hispanic actors?

This is a natural progression of a society so mired in equity and inclusion and affirmative action and a dozen other buzzwords that mean nothing other than a complete rejection of the concept of a color-blind society. But it is in some ways a blessing, because it will hasten the collapse of the movie industry by mandating every insane racial/ethnic/sexual group except quality.

That's fine with me. Hollywood and the movies they make have been a caustic influence on America for a very long time. It is long past the time that America recognizes that fact and punishes the industry by simply not going to their crappy post-modern, multi-culti indoctrination sessions masquerading as movies.

In yesterday's editorial about the outraged parents of Brooklyn's Madison HS at Eric Adams' displacing students in order to house illegal alien invaders in the school's gym, I had assumed my home town borough was like the rest of the city, with the exception of Staten Island, solidly Democrat. Later in the comments it was pointed out that the southern half of Brooklyn was actually a fairly solid Republican stronghold. So now it makes sense why Adams shipped them there and not Park Slope which is basically San Francisco East.

That said, while I was going to apologize for going off on that outraged parent "Michelle," I am reminded that the last three mayoral elections, which despite usually being in off-years, had record low turnouts across the board. Eight straight years of Bill DeBolshevik which turned the city upside down and inside out, and now Eric Adams who's basically a younger David Dinkins. They turned my hometown, a world capital into a world-class shit-hole. Electoral shenanigans, a Marxist city council and a controversial if not recognizable candidate in Curtis Sliwa aside, the blame for what will be NYC's demise rests with the Michelles of NYC who did not turn out in force on three separate occasions to vote the bastards out and restore at least a chance for sanity and recovery.

As the “Louder with Crowder” blog notes, “Brooklyn went 74%-25% to Joe Biden, whose policies started the current border crisis. Also, pro-illegal immigration Governor Kathy Hochul won Brooklyn 72% to 28%.”

This is just a stark illustration of a phenomenon affecting the 50 million American K-12 kids still seriously struggling to recover from three years of lockdown learning damage. Just as they’ve gotten back into schools, American kids everywhere are being placed in classrooms with even more illegal migrant kids who don’t speak the language, don’t share our customs, are in high-risk circumstances linked with bad classroom behavior, and whose trafficking into America is swelling the fortunes of evil cartels.

Well, there's "three years of lockdown learning damage" and 40-60 years of Leftist brainwashing at the hands of these very same schools. Schools that turned out Claudine Gays and Barack Obamas by the hundreds of thousands, but that's another story. While the lockdowns that the author mentioned did have deleterious effects to a certain extent on America's children, they were probably better off being home by orders of magnitude by not being exposed not only to the Marxist indoctrination but the diseased tumescent genitals of men posing as women in the girls locker rooms, among other things. Friend and friend of blog Bob Zimmerman says:

"I have no sympathy for the New Yorkers. I strongly suspect they either did not vote, or did nothing to help the Republicans offer viable candidates, or voted Democratic anyway. Democrats still won 75% of the city's vote. They had a chance and copped out. As they have in NY now for half a century. As I said, I have no sympathy. And it is one reason both you and I are no longer there."

Very true. My departure was primarily for other reasons, but for sure the writing was on the wall. The salutary effect of getting the hell out of there before (and as!) the whole shit-house went up in flames is right up there. Yet all of that said, I am reticent to curse my erstwhile neighbors to hell. This situation plus the eruption of rabid and violent Jew-hatred, the coming after (and in) America's children and economic collapse is an absolutely golden opportunity to open eyes, raise consciousness and recruit allies to the cause like never before, because the wolf is truly at everyone's throat.

Forget the GOP or even any single candidate. Do not look to them for deliverance. It starts with each of us to get the job done at a personal level. Reach one and teach one, as my old friend "T.C." would say. And it couldn't come at a more crucial time because what's happening at Madison HS is happening all over the country. From that same article:

The Biden [junta] is depositing pockets of “refugees” and fraudulent asylum seekers in flyover cities, making the border problem national. An Afghan “refugee” relocated to Billings, Montana was quickly charged with rape, which some Islamists consider a form of jihad. In Europe, “refugee” influxes have accompanied dramatic increases in rape. The Billings migrants also enter a city with already overcrowded schools.

Sioux City, Iowa schools are majority-minority, a dramatic and quick change. The district pays for services that help translate English into more than 150 languages. Most kids in the district are under the federal poverty level, qualifying them for multiple welfare programs and subsidies.

The same is true in Chicago, Boston, Denver, Washington D.C., and smaller cities across the American heartland. Des Moines, Omaha, Kansas City, Wichita, and St. Louis all dramatically increased in foreign-born residents from 2010 to 2019 by 10 to 50 percent, and given border data since Biden took office, it’s certain that has seen yet another spike.

All these school districts were lower-performing than the rest of their states even before lockdowns and migrant dropoffs. Those two have made things even worse for everyone in town and everyone across the nation funding this national self-destruction. Admitting illegal border crossers to public schools violates American citizen children’s rights, secured in most state constitutions, to an effective education.

It is not the American government’s job to teach every poor kid in the world English, give them breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and provide their housing and health care. It sounds charitable, but it’s really an abdication of the government’s core duty to secure the rights of its own citizens. It is logistically impossible and existentially destructive for American taxpayers and communities to be forced to accept massive numbers of people whom our social institutions radicalize against this country rather than assimilate.

Hammer meet nailhead. There is no "American government." It's an illusion that's as pointless as last night's "debate" between Haley and DeSantis. What the sentence that I emphasized is, in my view, an indictment for treason against Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants, Barack Obama or whatever cabal is actually running this country with the intention of its destruction and dismantling.

I do not use the word "treason" lightly. I mean it in its fullest sense when you take in the totality of what has been done to us from behind the scenes the moment Trump and Melania descended the escalator in the summer of 2015, right up until this very moment which is in your face and out in the open.

Ideology, incompetence, and ideologically-driven incompetence has driven us to the very brink of complete societal dissolution here at home and created such dangerous instability abroad that we are closer than ever to either a global conflagration of world war proportions or a bevy of regional wars that will result in the same effect – death, destruction and the emergence of two dominant forces: Red China and global Islam with Iran at the top of that heap. The Davos set will merely be playing Mussolini to Xi's Hitler. And this time there'll be no American "arsenal of democracy" to rescue the world and save us from what Churchill deemed on the eve of the Battle of Britain "A new Dark Age made more sinister, and perhaps more protracted, by the lights of perverted science."

Look what's happening right now, not just in the Middle East but elsewhere. Biden's minders just came in their mouths at what just happened in Poland:

Police entered the Presidential Palace of Poland to arrest politicians of the recently dethroned right-wing government, after a fresh ruling by a court friendly to the new government.

Former Polish Home Affairs Minister Mariusz Kamiński and deputy Maciej Wąsik were arrested by police on Tuesday, apparently part of a push to tie up loose ends by the newly installed globalist-centrist Donald Tusk government. The pair were taken by officers at the Presidential Palace after President Andrej Duda himself had left the building to attend a meeting.

Duda has expressed his outrage at the “brutal” arrest of politicians at the official building, saying “I won’t rest until Minister Mariusz Kamiński and his colleagues are free people again, as they should be, until they are released from prison”. The President says the arrests were illegal.

Poland’s recently unseated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawicki also spoke out against the arrests, praising his country’s post-Cold War achievements of ending political persecution, saying in the 35 years since the end of the Soviet Union “no one was persecuted in our country because of their political views, and no political prisoners were held”. This has now changed, he said, continuing: “For the first time since the dark days of totalitarian rule we have political prisoners in Poland. They are the former Interior Minister Mariusz Kamiński and deputy Maciej Wąsik.

“Both are members of the Polish Parliament. Both fought against communists. Both fought for justice in a free Poland… unfortunately, both are victims of political revenge, targeted by Donald Tusk’s government.”

Morawicki said the arrests were a “flagrant” breach of Polish law and the Constitution and was an abuse of power by the new government. He said: “and this is happening in a major European Union country in the 21st century… this is a source of great shame”.

Minister Mariusz Kamiński, who was an anti-communist activist during the Soviet era and a Parliamentarian since the 1990s was dismissed from government and charged with abuse of power during the last Donald Tusk government in 2010 over the Polish Land scandal that had brought down the previous government. Kamiński and Wąsik denied the charges but were eventually convicted five years later, however the ruling was immediately annulled by President Andrzej Duda, who pardoned the pair and two others.

Whether this pardon was legally permissible has gone back and forth between different courts with different allegiances. A fresh ruling found them guilty again last week and arrest warrants were issued, yet even that was quickly followed by another court finding stripping the Parliamentarians of their protections was unlawful. The second ruling, and another finding the first court doesn’t have the power to overturn Presidential pardons anyway, seem to have been ignored.

Coincidentally, that ruling for arrest came the same day in December 2023 as Polish police entered the Warsaw television studio of TVP and the channel went off the air, one of the more remarkable events of the new Tusk government so far.

I can just imagine cancer hostage-taker Jamie Raskin belching out something like what's going on in Poland is what "Trump and his army of extreme-MAGA white supremacist insurrectionists" were planning on doing on 1/6/21. In point of fact, I bet this is precisely a potential move that the DC Junta will make some time around this coming November when it looks as if Trump will beat the cheat or if indeed he does.

As an aside, given what Davos, the EU and the WEF have done to western Europe and are attempting to do to Hungary, I am shocked at how Poland ditched Duda and voted in the globalists. Then again, considering what happened here in 2020 and how Brexit was sabotaged, "voted in" may not be quite accurate, if you follow my meaning. Per commenter "Thomas Paine":

Tusk didn't win the election, he formed a coalition to take power, and then immediately shut down the television stations and began arresting his opponents. Just like we will see in 12 months.

Ecuador appears to be falling to the drug cartels in another sad chapter in that country's long history of coups and revolutions — and the videos might disturb you.

President Daniel Noboa declared an “internal armed conflict” on Tuesday after one criminal group took over a TV station in the country’s largest city, Guayaquil, during a live newscast. "Internal armed conflict” is just another way of saying "civil war." Noboa also ordered the cartels to be "neutralized," but for now, the cartels might be winning.

The TV station takeover was part of "a wider wave of violence that has engulfed Ecuador as the national government attempts to clamp down on drug-related violence," according to Forbes.

National Police General Commander César Zapata claimed his forces were able to arrest all 13 gunmen and free the hostages without any losses, but TC Television anchor Jorge Rendon described an "extremely violent attack" in which one person was shot and another injured by the cartel terrorists. . .

. . . Other victims of the cartel violence sweeping the nation weren't so lucky as those the police rescued at TC Television. In this video shared Tuesday by Chuck Callesto, masked men appear to be executing hostages.

The black masks, the sociopathic eagerness to do violence... it's impossible to say for sure where these apparent executions took place. The killer could be a cartel thug, Hamas, or Antifa. It's the kind of semi-random violence that has become the stock-in-trade of drug cartels and terror groups alike.

The effective political reach of the drug cartels is much closer than Ecuador.

At this time last year, officials and residents of Yuma, Ariz., warned that Mexican cartels already controlled that part of the map that used to be our southern border. “This is not a political discussion, this is a national security issue," Yuma County Supervisor Jonathan Lines told Fox News last January. "Unless this situation changes and we take back control from the cartels, for the trafficking coming across our border, it will only get worse."

Since Lines issued his warning, record illegal crossings have only increased. December broke yet another record with an estimated 250,000 crossings in that month alone. Presidentish Joe Biden's Homeland Security Secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, faces an impeachment inquiry today in Congress "over allegations he has encouraged illegal immigration with overly lax policies."

Now take a look at the other links in the FOREIGN AFFAIRS section. The Norks are literally threatening war against the ROK, while Taiwan faces an imminent invasion which might be hastened depending upon the outcome of its elections this weekend.

No, Mayorkas and Biden – and quite probably hundreds of other apparatchiks in DC and elsewhere – shouldn't be facing impeachment. They should be facing a freaking hangman for what they are doing to us. I mean that quite literally.

But Trump said "pussy." At least the adults are once again in charge – when they're not AWOL under the knife or under the Caribbean sun or taking a nap in the Oval Office. Prepare to get your hair seriously mussed.
