CNN's Rating Are Getting Hammered Harder Than Fani Willis in a Hotel 9

This is not the first time CNN plunged behind the History Channel, a network best known for John Wayne movies and "Ancient Aliens." CNN fell behind History Channel in 2018, right in the thick of former President Trump's midterms. According to the numbers analyzed Monday by the New York Post, CNN's "Laura Coats Show" interview with Vice President Kamala Harris garnered just 72,000 viewers in the key 25-54 demographic. And personally, knowing a little bit about how this data is measured, I bet these 72,000 views just came from the TV screens anchored to the walls of every Planet Fitness and airport terminal. ... It wouldn't surprise me if CNN disappears altogether in the coming year or so, depending on how this election year plays out. Without a total rebrand, no one in their right mind is going to trust anyone at CNN ever again.Yeah I don't buy that last speculation at all -- the rule of the leftwing media is that everyone and everything fails up -- but it pleases me to read it. CNN is reorganizing its morning lineup to try to increase ratings. Which means they're shifting various losers around in the schedule, apparently hoping that Jim Acosta will gain the gravitas and authority at 10 am which somehow eludes him at 9pm on Saturdays.

CNN is reportedly making drastic changes as a ratings slump continues to take its toll on the network, and one morning show left over from the Chris Licht era is getting the ax. "CNN This Morning" hosts Poppy Harlow and Phil Mattingly will reportedly take on a new role at the network, though it's unclear what that role would be. Kasie Hunt, who currently hosts the morning show beginning at 5:00 a.m., will move into hosting a shorter version of "CNN This Morning" that will run from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., according to Mediaite. Page Six is also reporting that the morning show will be sent to the chopping block. ... Jim Acosta will be hosting "CNN Newsroom" that starts at 10:00 a.m., according to the report. Wolf Blitzer will temporarily host the 11:00 a.m., show "The Bulletin with Pamela Brown" until Brown returns from maternity leave, Mediaite reported.
... The changes, which are expected to be announced in an internal memo Monday, also mean the team that currently produces "CNN This Morning" in New York will be disbanded, Mediaite reported.... Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) appear to show. The documents were obtained by the House Judiciary Committee and the Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government via subpoena, Jordan said in a X thread Monday, which he dubbed, "THE AMAZON FILES." "Who can we talk to about the high levels of propaganda and misinformation and disinformation of [sic] Amazon?" Andrew Slavitt, a former White House senior advisor for COVID-19 response, wrote to the online retailer in a March 2, 2021, email, released by Jordan. "If you search for 'vaccines' under books, I see what comes up," Slavitt wrote in a follow up message that same day. "I haven't looked beyond that but if that's what's on the surface, it's concerning." Amazon officials initially balked at performing "a manual intervention" to remove certain book titles from appearing, arguing that it would be "too visible" and lead to further scrutiny. "We will not be doing a manual intervention today," an email between Amazon executives reads. "The team/PR feels very strongly that it is too visible, and will further compound the Harry/Sally narrative (which is getting the Fox News treatment today apparently), and won't fix the problem long-term ... because of customer behavior associates." The Amazon officials, whose name is redacted from the email, then notes that another individual at the company, whose name is also redacted, "gave very direct guidance to the teams to be boring and not do anything that is visible and will draw more attention." The email states that a tweak to the bookseller's website that would redirect more customers searching certain keywords to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website was in the works and that a screenshot of that change should be sent to the White House, but it warned employees to play coy with the Biden administration about potential further actions.More at the link. A Meta Oversight Board member whined that the platform's election-interfering 2020 censorship was "not enough." Despite a widely cited Media Research Center poll showing that Big Tech censorship altered 2020 presidential election results, Meta Oversight Board member Pamela San Martín claimed Facebook's censorship was not sufficient. San Martín called for more censorship in a January interview with WIRED. She not only demanded increased censorship but announced that the Board has made a "lot of the decisions and the case selection" with the 2024 election in mind. She also urged Meta to strike "preemptively" for its election censorship. San Martín's suggestions for Meta include "adding labels to posts that are related to elections, directing people to reliable information, prohibiting paid advertisement when it calls into question the legitimacy of elections, and implementing WhatsApp forward limits." Her advice to coordinate with election officials seems to be a direct encouragement toward tech-government censorship collusion. "No election is exactly the same as the previous one," San Martín confessed. I would hope that the Supreme Court considers this case important enough to hear, even if only to put a check on the Deep State's obvious headlong rush to interfere in the 2024 election. A federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., ruled on Tuesday that former President Donald Trump cannot shake off his charges for an alleged effort to subvert the 2020 election by claiming presidential immunity. Trump, who is facing four criminal indictments, has argued that presidents are immune from criminal prosecution for actions taken in office unless they are first impeached by the House and convicted by the Senate. The three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit found unanimously that Trump cannot invoke presidential immunity against the four-count indictment alleging he conspired to overturn the 2020 election. "We cannot accept former President Trump's claim that a President has unbounded authority to commit crimes. ... Nor can we sanction his apparent contention that the Executive has carte blanche to violate the rights of individual citizens to vote and to have their votes count," the appeals court panel said in the 57-page ruling Tuesday. The decision is a notable blow against Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for the 2024 election, who is accused on four criminal counts of attempting to subvert the 2020 election. While the judges were not asked to find Trump liable for the alleged crimes, they made clear the seriousness of his charges if he were convicted. "Former President Trump's alleged efforts to remain in power despite losing the 2020 election were, if proven, an unprecedented assault on the structure of our government," the court said, adding Trump's stances "would collapse our system of separated powers" by placing him outside the scope of the three branches of government. "We cannot accept that the office of the Presidency places its former occupants above the law for all time thereafter," the court said. The District of Columbia Circuit told Trump he has until Monday to appeal the decision, including with a request to pause his trial proceedings. For a case to be entertained by the Supreme Court, four justices have to agree to grant certiorari. I don't really know what that means but my head cannon is "certified that a Constitutional issue is at play which the Supreme Court must resolve." If four justices do not agree to hear the case -- if the Court "denies cert" -- then the DC Circuit Court of Appeals' word is the operative ruling, and the trial can be scheduled before the election. I would not count on the Supreme Court granting cert. They may, but they may not. Amy Coney Barrett is basically a Roberts liberal, and Kavanaugh is also weak.

I'm getting the sense that Kavanaugh is much more...antagonistic to the administrative state than we were led to believe. In the Raimondo oral arguments, he was apparently the primary antagonistic voice, even moreso than Gorsuch who's been trying to create an anti-Chevron coalition since he showed up on the SCOTUS bench.

The backlash against his plan back in his home state led some members of the Oklahoma Republican Party to hold a meeting to discuss censuring him, though the measure was not officially passed. We had Jim Lakely from the Heartland Institute on CJN Speaks to discuss the poll and what it actually meant for the results of the 2020 presidential election.
Well, today it gets worse. Heartland Institute has done a follow-up analysis of that poll, and Lakely shared the results with CJN last week.
Who Really Won The 2020 Election is a careful statistical analysis of the vote, making rational assumptions about the fraud. Their December report detailed the astounding rate of voter fraud, with 28.2% of respondents admitting to at least one of the four types of fraud asked about in the survey. From that high number they interpolate down to 1% fraud...
But let's get back to those assumptions! Democrat voters used mail-in balloting at a much higher rate than Republican voters in the 2020 election, so the fraud for Biden was at a much higher rate. There is no other way to interpret those data! Read the whole thing. In addition to its logical explanation of exactly how the steal that we all assumed actually happened, it is a glimpse into the shift away from direct and personal participation in the electoral process. The physical act of voting at one's local voting place was an integral part of American culture, and it was almost celebratory. The data suggest that it is still the case among many Republican voters, but the shift is stark among Democrats. Voting has become a communitarian project that effectively removes the individual from the process, and injects a disturbing sense of loss of control...which of course is exactly the goal. Political machines are nothing new in America...Tammany Hall ran Manhattan for almost 100 years. The Pendergast machine helped make Harry Truman. The Daleys ran Chicago for years. Even the federal government wasn't immune...the WPA and the CCC during the depression was famous for its patronage dispensed by James Farley, FDR's political chief. But there was at least some value provided in return for those votes. Today's Democrat vote-stealing machine provides nothing in return to the vast majority of those whose votes are owned by the various organizations that harvest them, steal them, manipulate them... The policies of the current Democrat party are catastrophic for America, but the traditional Democrat voter fares the worst. The inner cities are inundated with illegals who steal jobs, are responsible for rampant lawlessness, and destroy affordable housing. Yet bringing more in is official Democrat policy. Education has become a grim joke, but the people who need it the most are the ones whose schools are being destroyed by those illegal aliens and an evil alliance between the teachers unions, the academy, and recently the transgender industry...all supported by Democrat government. Inflation? Deficit spending? The regulatory war on small business? Minimum wage? The foreign policy catastrophes that will get our soldiers killed? That all hurts Democrat voters! The Democrat machine will be the death of America. If there is a violent schism, death and destruction will be cataclysmic. If the status quo continues, our civil liberties will erode to nothing, and our standard of living will collapse under a mountain of unsustainable debt, and a welfare state that can no longer maintain the millions of illegals pouring across our undefended borders. And that's assuming that our foreign enemies are content to wait for internal forces to destroy us. But there is no guarantee that China or Iran or some other bad actor will see our weakness as a signal to attack. Voting is fundamental to freedom. Without free and fair elections we are indistinguishable from the dozens of authoritarian countries and tin-pot dictatorships whose elections are rubber stamps for the current juntas. The Heartland Institute has exposed this mortal danger in a careful, rational, scientific way that supports the obvious. It is incumbent upon us all to take that information and push hard in every direction, so that it never happens again.

Because Biden voters cast mail-in ballots at a much higher rate than Trump voters, any level of fraud almost certainly benefited Biden to a significantly greater degree than Trump.It was released to the public a couple of hours ago, and it is worth a read.

In every instance except the 3%, 2%, and 1% fraud scenarios, our results indicate that Trump would have won the Electoral College in the 2020 U.S. presidential election had fraudulent mail-in ballots not been counted. Hence, even if the level of fraud detected in the Heartland/Rasmussen survey (28.2% of all mail-in ballots) substantially overstated voter fraud by multiple orders of magnitude, Trump would likely still have won the 2020 election.

The thing to remember is, if this bill is dead or even delayed since it is political kryptonite to the Democrats in the run-up to November, the border remains wide open and there is literally zero enforcement of who and what is coming into this country. With an open border, the pain and suffering have exploded by orders of magnitude.
The story out of NYC of a cop getting the shit kicked out him by as it turns out four dangerous illegal alien Venezuelan gang members, and then getting set free by Alvin Bragg with no bail and no jail, then flipping the bird at reporters as they headed for parts unknown to commit more mayhem is far from a one-off. But it is emblematic of the anarcho-terrorism that has been unleashed in just the past three years, with no sign of slowing down.
The evil scumbags pulling Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants strings from the Kalorama Klown Komintern Kompound have blood on their hands. They are committing straight up treason with malice aforethought. Now Murphy admits that this power merely to "funnel" illegals to ports of entry is only usable a "limited number of days per year."

Tune in for an objective look at this border deal as I read through it. Just facts. Not emotion. It's important to address some of the more bizarre concerns right away. "Why do we need new laws? Isn't current law enough?" Obviously we do need new laws. That's why Republicans passed HR2, which was mostly new immigration law. Those advocating for HR2 can't also claim we don't need new laws. This bill isn't HR2, but my simple standard will be "does it decrease illegal immigration or not?" And if we didn't need new laws, why was immigration so out of control even when Trump was President? Our laws have too many loopholes. Trump had to make an international agreement with Mexico to get the border under control. It surprises me that I have to say this, but I will: WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO RELY ON MEXICO TO SECURE OUR BORDER. We should be able to rely on laws that are clear enough so that no President can bypass them.This is so stupid -- people are saying "we don't need new laws" to rebut Biden's claim he needs legal authority to enforce the border. He already has that authority -- he is currently choosing not to use that authority. He wants goodies for illegals in exchange for... well, for nothing. While this bill gives him the authority to close the border -- I mean, funnel illegals to ports of entry -- when and only when illegal crossings exceed 5000 per day, nothing in the law requires him to exercise this authority. We are granting Biden and Schumer everything they want, and in exchange, we give Biden discretionary authority to close the border -- I mean, funnel illegals to ports of entry -- if he feels like using it. President Joe Biden hit yet another new low in his approval rating (37%) in the latest NBC News poll released Sunday, raising concern of the Democrat pollster, who said the "damning" results show "a presidency in peril." Former President Donald Trump not only leads Biden by 5 points (47%-42%) in the national poll, but also leads by big margins: 23 points on mental and physical health to be president (46%-23%) 22 points on handling the economy (55%-33%) 21 points on dealing with crime and violence (50%-29%) 16 points on being competent and effective (48%-32%) 11 points on improving America's standing in the world (47%-36%) 35 points on securing the southern border (57%-22%) Illegal immigration has been widely deemed the No. 1 voting issue, according to exit polls in the early GOP primary states.
"What is most concerning is the erosion of Biden's standing against Trump compared to four years ago," Democrat pollster Jeff Horwitt of Hart Research Associates told NBC News. "On every measure compared to 2020, Biden has declined. Most damning, the belief that Biden is more likely to be up to the job -- the chief tenet of the Biden candidacy -- has evaporated."
... With 73% of registered voters say the U.S. is on the wrong track under Biden, the only silver lining for the sitting president and Horwitt is there remains time to turn the numbers back around. "Biden can take solace that we are in January and not October 2024," Horwitt added. "At this stage in prior cycles, attitudes can change."
He's doubling down on all of his current policies. How can he change them, given that he is, according to the White House and its surrogates, "the most successful president in the history of the United States"??!
A conviction of Trump won't do it for Biden:

Biden backers might have to hope for a conviction of Trump on one of the four indictments he faces. If Trump is convicted of a felony, Biden actually leads Trump by 2 points (45%-43%), but that is a statistical tie within the margin of error.
[B]iden's campaign made its case in 2020 on being more competent and effective, but that advantage is now squarely in Trump's favor by 16 points, according to the poll. Currently, only 35 percent of Hispanics, 29 percent of young people (18-34), and 27 percent of Independents approve of the job Biden's doing. For contrast, in this same poll in early 2020, Trump had an approval rating of 46 percent and still lost (allegedly).
... On the general question of favorability, only 36 percent view Biden favorably, while 54 percent view him unfavorably. That puts him underwater -18 points. Trump's favorable/unfavorable rating of 38/52 is four net points healthier at -14 points.

THE MORNING RANT: The Trans-Children Era is About to Be Memory-Holed & the Perpetrators Will Be Disavowing Involvement
The trans-children social contagion is soon to be memory-holed, and a day is coming when it will be hard to find any politician or person of authority who will acknowledge having supported this atrocity.
There will need to be accountability. Obviously, those who operated the gender abattoirs should be imprisoned for their grisly mutilation of healthy children, as should those who diagnosed healthy children as needing to be butchered and sterilized. As for those who simply advocated for child gender transitions, they must not be able to whitewash their records. They have rendered themselves unfit for any role in public policy. Expect there to be a massive scrubbing of social media and professional records by those needing to distance themselves from their advocacy for or involvement in “gender affirming care” for minors. With growing revulsion to the child mutilation industry, and with it clearly being a political loser for Democrats, the New York Times ran an opinion piece last week that would have been unthinkable even a year ago. “As Kids, They Thought They Were Trans. The bill is being marketed as a “national security” bill as it seeks to overcome opposition by Republican legislators whose election depends on the enthusiastic turnout of ordinary populists who are worried about migration’s lawlessness, pocketbook damage, crime, overcrowding, and chaotic diversity. However, Democrats are touting the bill as a fix for [so-called quote-unquote "president"] Joe Biden’s terrible poll numbers in the 2024 election. The establishment authors of the bill have largely hidden its contents — along with many possible loopholes, exceptions, modifications, and caveats that can turn apparent restrictions into government-funded welcomes. The bill was assembled behind closed doors by a tight circle of establishment advocates — and their business donors. They include Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), who appointed three senators to negotiate a plan with the White House.This "bill" is the COVID-19 injection of mercury-laced absinthe of Jonestown Kool-Aids. Aside from the fact that it allows something like 8,500 illegals to still come in every single day before any so-called "triggers" halt the flow, temporarily, this little nugget shows you how fucking disgusting and despicable this whole charade is:
The bill, negotiated by Sens. James Lankford (R-OK), Chris Murphy (D-CT), and Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), would give Ukraine nearly $50 billion in U.S. tax dollars to defend its borders from Russian invasion. At the same time, the bill spends just $650 million “to build and reinforce miles and miles of new border wall,” according to Lankford’s office. That funding is likely to build only a couple dozen miles of border wall.For those not up for math this morning, Ukraine will be getting about 75 times the money that we will supposedly get to "build the dang fence!" as soon-to-be-interred John McCain would say. That is of course assuming that $50 billion doesn't wind up mostly in Zelensky's bank account. Ditto the $650 million dollars winding up mostly in some Left wing organization(s) coffers. There are more holes in this bill than in Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants sponge of a Swiss cheese of a medulla oblongata. All this is, is as I've highlighted above: fake political cover to show Biden solving the crisis on the border – the number one, far and away, biggest issue of this election. Thing of it is, the crisis is of Biden/Obama's own creation. They intentionally erased the border and any immigration controls to flood the country with nearly 8 million unvetted foreigners, which will probably hit at least 9 million by the time the election day rolls around. No laws are needed to stop this. We have all the laws in place to stop this now. What we have is a stooge traitor in the Oval Office abrogating his oath of office and endangering our national security and public safety with malice aforethought for political gain. As bad as that is are those who are engaging in this transparent fraud via the kabuki-bukkake theatrics of this "bill" to fix this alleged surprise crisis that supposedly sprang out of nowhere. Speaker Mike Johnson is declaring it DOA should it pass the Senate and go to the House. Let's hope and pray this is the case. The fact that it is even being taken seriously on our alleged side of the aisle in the Senate is proof positive that the GOP if it isn't dead to us now is barely breathing. Check that. It's un-dead and directly coming after us. The Dems need 9 RINOs to break the filibuster and pass it. Let's see: McConnell, Romney, Murkowski, Collins, Thune, Blount and Lankford get you 7 surefire Quislings. Graham wants to vote with them but I think is playing his idiocy close to the vest for the moment, despite being a transparent fraud on this issue. They don't call him Grahamnesty for nothing. The other possibles include Ernst, Wicker, Capito and a slew of others who if given the proper motivation, i.e. payoff, will find they too can be bipartisan. Check Conservative Review's Liberty Score at least for the lineup card state by state. While quite a few governors are standing behind what Greg Abbott is doing in Texas, the entire party should be drawing a giant red line in the sand and declaring a complete moratorium on any and all legislation until the border is sealed and the junta starts rounding up and shipping off everyone they let in since noon on 1/20/21. Of course that's a non-starter. Meh, why get all worked up? The country is so utterly trashed at this point that it really wouldn't matter much if these amoral criminals dressed up as our representatives did pass this travesty. The damage is done and the republic is dead, for all intents and purposes. The bottom line is Joe Biden started this and Joe Biden can fix it. Today. With, ironically enough, a pen and a phone. At some point, if he won't do it, then others will be forced to do it. Hello posse comitatus and well-regulate militia. If that happens, then for sure we are in a whole other universe. A sad video that shows a little boy getting puberty blockers is gaining lots of traction online. It’s a heartbreaking clip, and viewers are calling out the transgender ideology for what it really is: "pure evil." The video was in response to another video that Libs of TikTok shared in which a doctor explained that transgender “care” for kids is “lifesaving.” The video about the little "girl" now has close to 2 million views. In it, a mother and her 11-year-old son Joseph, who they refer to as “Josie,” visit a transgender specialist named Dr. Olsen, who insists that "Josie" is at a “perfect place” to begin puberty blockers to stop the young boy’s body from going through male puberty. Research has shown that puberty blockers can and do slow or completely stop the development of a child’s reproductive system, as well as the child’s brain and his or her bones. They can cause irreversible damage, but none of that seemed to alarm Josie's mother enough to not go through with the procedure. During the video, Josie gets the blockers implanted in his arm and cries out in pain from the injection. . . . . . Josie’s mother was thrilled. “A lot of time it strikes me that, had this happened 20 years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to give her blockers and she would’ve had to go through male puberty. That terrifies me. I don’t know that she would have survived male puberty,” the child-abusing mother confessed. People on X couldn’t agree less. “This BOY is being abused by the doctor and his mom. They both belong behind bars,” one user wrote. “The mom is 100% a total enabler,” another insisted while one more called it “pure evil.” Even Elon Musk commented an explanation mark to widen the reach of the heartbreaking video. The video was part of a three-part segment by NBC News back in 2012 detailing how Josie’s parents began his transition around six years old when he was “diagnosed” with gender dysphoria.This is pure evil. The poor child should be rescued from its sick, twisted parents who deserve a public horsewhipping. Horrible and insane as the parents may be, where the fuck did the doctors do their residency, with Josef Mengele at Birkenau?! The Twitter account Two Genders One Truth summed up the heartbreaking story of the Hannons, based off a UK Daily Mail article. Young Matthew Hannon’s mother began taking the little boy to a transgender “therapist” when he was only five years’ old (note: the Daily Mail said it had changed names for privacy reasons). It is astounding that 17-year-olds are not considered mature enough to drink alcohol, but five-year-olds are supposed to be capable of deciding to damage their bodies and cross dress in pursuit of the fiction that people can change “genders.” The worst part is, according to Two Genders One Truth, Matthew’s father Dennis didn’t even know his son was being taken to the “therapist”! Matthew’s mother and father were split up, the Daily Mail explained, and though Matthew’s mother put him in girl’s clothes from the age of three, Dennis knew nothing about it, as the boy did not pretend to be a girl with his father. Dennis accuses Matthew’s mother of pushing their son to identify as transgender. . . . . . “It's very clear to me that it was all about pushing a narrative. Nobody wanted to question the agenda, or even question whether or not somebody actually had gender dysphoria, it was just, because she said that he was confused about his gender, it must be true,” Dennis said, according to the Daily Mail. He accused Matthew’s mother of “shopping around” until she found a therapist who gave her the woke advice she wanted. “My son is a regular little boy, he goes by Matthew. His mother still tries to influence him by using they/them pronouns, and still calls him B, which is short for Ruby,” Dennis said, noting how difficult it has been at school for Matthew following the previous enforced cross-dressing. Paul Vaughn, one of six pro-lifers facing over a decade in prison over a peaceful protest, told The Daily Wire on Friday that he was ready to go toe-to-toe with the Biden administration after his conviction of two charges related to the FACE Act on Tuesday. Vaughn said that the Justice Department was attempting to intimidate pro-lifers through legal force, but that their actions had only galvanized pro-lifers around the country. Vaughn and five others face 10.5 years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines after being convicted in federal court of violating the FACE Act and conspiracy against rights secured by the FACE Act. “I’d say that I was marginally on the sidelines,” Vaughn told The Daily Wire of his involvement in pro-life activism before his trial. “We were doing a little bit of sidewalk counseling, we weren’t trying to do some national event, we weren’t trying to be a big name, we’re just trying to be Christians and just going out and helping a person here and helping a person there, just live our life in such ways to honor God.” . . . Stay tuned . . .This Heartland Institute Policy Study applied various levels of mail-in voter fraud to six key swing states in the 2020 presidential election: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. The study includes data on what overall percentage of votes in those states were mail-in ballots, what percentage of those mail-in ballots went to Biden or Trump, and what percentage of those mail-in ballots for each candidate were fraudulent. We analyzed these six swing states under 29 different scenarios that incorporate different fraud percentages, including the 28.2 percent number as well as every fraud integer from 27 percent down through 1 percent. Of the 29 scenarios we analyzed, Donald Trump wins the Electoral College in 26 of them. The only levels of mail-in voter fraud in which Joe Biden wins the Electoral College are from 1 to 3 percent. This means that even if the true percentage of fraudulent mail-in ballots were even one-seventh of what our survey found, Trump would still have won.
