The 40% pay raise was hidden in a 1,000-page plus continuing resolution.
Their salaries went from $174,000 -- which is already pretty good -- to $243,000. That is a big, big raise. Not too many people get a 40% company-wide raise. The last-minute continuing resolution was only needed because Congress did not do its job and pass a budget during regular order. In other words, they did not do their jobs, and they didn't do their jobs so well that they figured they were owed a 40% pay raise.Posted by: Ace at 01:14 PM | Comments (355) | Trackbacks (Suck)
Madison Cornbread, aka "Cassidy Hutchinson," is a much more sinister operator that I'd thought she was.
I had thought she was just a silly, stupid social climber seeking to marry up who got scared into making up stories to avoid prosecution herself. She is allegedly much worse than that:
Ben Williamson
@_WilliamsonBen I haven't spoken much about the below incident publicly due to ongoing investigations -- but given the good work of today's House Admin report on the J6 Committee and its revelations on possible "witness tampering," I'd like to share a relevant episode involving another fabrication from the Committee, Liz Cheney, and my former colleague Cassidy Hutchinson. Almost three years ago, in early 2022, I got a phone call from Cassidy telling me her closed-door deposition with the J6 Committee (under subpoena) was approaching. Cassidy claimed to be worried that our old Trump WH colleagues, including our boss Mark Meadows, might think she was "disloyal" for following a subpoena and showing up to the deposition. I cut her off mid-convo and responded: "No one will think you're disloyal just for following a subpoena. And Mark would never, ever ask you to do anything other than the right thing and tell the truth. He wouldn't think you're disloyal." She agreed, and the convo ended perfectly fine. Months later, Cassidy appeared out of nowhere at her now infamous public J6 hearing, making completely outlandish claims untethered from reality -- many of which were rightly disputed or shot down within minutes. But you may also recall that after Cassidy's appearance, Liz Cheney put up a bizarre anonymous message on a big screen, allegedly received by Cassidy before her (aforementioned) private deposition. Cheney claimed it was evidence of "witness intimidation." The anonymous message Cheney displayed read, partly: "He (Meadows) told me you have your deposition tomorrow. He knows you're loyal, and you're going to do the right thing when you go in for your deposition." Via public news reports, I later learned this was in reference to me. It was a completely twisted, utterly nonsense re-telling of the phone convo where Cassidy had fretted to me about "loyalty." She (and the Committee) embellished parts of the exchange, made up others, and spun it into a lie that appeared like witness intimidation. The J6 Committee presented this account as factual -- when it wasn't -- and then leaked my name to reporters to create the narrative that I was guilty. In the weeks and months that followed, I faced accusations of criminal exposure over it -- all over nonsense. Members like Dan Goldman publicly accused me of "witness tampering." The FBI called me in for hours of questioning. Meanwhile, the J6 Committee never once followed up with me or my attorneys to ask me about this interaction before uncritically airing the dishonest version. It was all based on fabrications, yet the J6 Committee never even bothered to get the other side. It's one of many reasons why none of their claims about President Trump, or frankly anyone else, should ever be believed. This is just one story in a long list, and relatively, I ended up one of the lucky ones. But I'm glad to see the report today take the J6 Committee and their 'star witness' to task. They spread an untold amount of falsehoods about my friends, colleagues, and bosses, and forced many good people to defend themselves in ways they should've never had to. I will never forget it.
Mark HemingwayLiz Cheney must be prosecuted, and her Witch's Apprentice Madison Cornbread must be prosecuted for perjury as well. Criminal Senator Chris Murray is worried that justice is coming, and Mark Hemingway tells him Democrats brought it on themselves:
@Heminator Cassidy Hutchinson in her book also accused Meadows of setting up a clandestine meeting in Georgetown to leak sensitive info to my wife. That absolutely never happened. She doesn't tell the truth. It's that simple.

Maybe we can get Kentanji Brown-25 Jackson on the podcast to give us a rousing rendition of "Bess You Is My Woman Now." Of course, having her belt it out to Richard Levine (Admiral Bull No-Ballsy), dressed in full Naval regalia as Piss-Boy second class aboard the HMS Greasy Bastard, cruising West Hollywood towards the Cape of Good Hope, would give it that extra bit of oomph to lift our spirits, no? The common theme seems to be the two-headed beast of Democrat-Leftism and Islam that wants us completely subjugated and preferably dead. First, the gunning down in cold-blood of an insurance executive is viewed as a perfectly understandable, even laudable, reaction to "evil capitalism," while we have no idea of course why a teenage latter-day bobby-soxer would mow down children and teachers at a Christian school in Madison WI. Despite the initial drive to suppress the extensive diaries this deranged product of Feminism kept, it's plain as day:
Her manifesto, entitled ‘War Against Humanity,’ was published on X by journalist Anna Slatz of Reduxx Magazine. It reveals a visceral hatred for human beings, whom Rupnow calls “filth.”When you consider the radical environmentalist movement and its drive to "save the planet" includes killing off or otherwise preventing the birth of at least a couple billion people. You can see where this little sweetheart's head is at and how it got that way. Easy to imagine Greta von Thule Thunberg toting an AK and shooting up a church while belting out Ride of the Valkyries. The punchline of a rather crude joke about Jewish women, is "Because they can't stand to see anyone else have a good time." Among it's many hatreds, and perhaps at the root of it all, self-hatred fuels much of the Left's insanity. Because the past 2,000 years of Judeo-Christian and Western civilization with individual freedom and the concomitant need for individual responsibility stands in the way of their twisted belief in paradise on earth and the perfectibility of man – if only they were in charge instead of what they mock as the mythical sky god.
Surprisingly, Eric Adams, the Democrat mayor of an epicenter of blue Democrat shithole-ism hit the nail on the head:
While the evidence all appears to confirm Mangione is the killer, in a lot of ways, it just doesn’t make sense why this kid, who grew up privileged and went to an Ivy League school and everything, would be driven to murder. New York City Mayor Eric Adams has something to say on that issue that the Democrats won’t be happy about. Adams bluntly described a disturbing trend he’s witnessed among young people in America. Speaking candidly about the radicalization of youth, he addressed the troubling case of Mangione, drawing a direct line between the shooter’s upbringing and the toxic influence of the education system that led to his violent actions. Adams was quick to point out that Mangione’s background doesn’t fit the typical profile of someone prone to radicalization. “Ivy League, grew up in an affluent household,” he said, emphasizing the disconnect between the shooter’s privileged life and his eventual descent into hatred. “His manifesto clearly is showing some signs of hating,” Adams continued, underscoring that even those with seemingly ideal circumstances can be consumed by a dangerous ideology. The mayor then turned his focus to the broader problem at hand: the radicalization of America’s youth. “Our children are being radicalized,” Adams stated, “I said this over and over again, and everybody’s like, you know, ‘What are you talking about, Eric?’” His frustration with the lack of attention to the issue was clear, but his message was undeniable. This isn’t just a fringe problem; it’s becoming a mainstream crisis.Sidenote, I am sick to death of the abuse of this word "Privileged." It alludes to the fact that coming from money somehow is evil. And yet the bulk of crimes violent or otherwise are committed by the so-called underprivileged, and when you look at the facts, mostly minorities. And that gets twisted into racism and poverty thanks to white supremcacy, capitalism and America as founded, so to hell with that noise. Good on Adams for not spouting that crap. Idea for Kentanji's encore: "You've Got To Be Carefully Taught . . . "
And yet while all of their schemes come crashing down, sadly mostly on our heads and not on their's, Perhaps at long last there seems to be an awakening among the heretofore disinterested or otherwise low information crowd that something is indeed wrong. Here's something positive in that regard that I think not only helped propel Trump to victory but is fueling much of the discontent around the world, and in the West.
Chicagoans were removed from a recent city meeting after voicing disagreement with the Democrat mayor’s proposed budget that would give more funds to migrants. When Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) proposed his 2025 budget on Monday, some members of the public erupted in protest, Fox News reported on Tuesday. “This meeting will stand in recess,” someone is heard saying into a microphone as numerous voices grow louder and louder. “I’m gonna ask that the Sergeant at Arms clear every member of the public,” the man continued . . . One resident who was wearing a red t-shirt with the words “CHICAGO FLIPS RED” on it, addressed officials during the meeting. She said, “You caused all this money to go to illegal immigrants. Anything that you all pass is not genuine.”In another time and place, Johnson and his political antecedents would've had them all put against a wall and shot. Hell, not four years ago, hundreds of people in and around Washington DC were arrested and thrown in jail for protesting not even half as stridently as these people, and over what was obviously a compromised and really a stolen 2020 election. While we noted on a recent podcast a change in attitude, similar to what the protesters in Chicago here is reflected in the reaction from most New Yorkers to the acquittal of Daniel Penny, which was in the main positive, regardless of race. And so now with the truth about what really happened to George Floyd coming out, does Officer Derek Chauvin have a chance at a justified exoneration in his death, and if that happens what would be the reaction? Perhaps that would be a bridge too far for people to connect the dots from Daniel Penny to Derek Chauvin? It would require self-deprogramming of the poisonous propaganda of the past 60 years that the police are inherently racist, white supremacist and there for the sole purpose of committing genocide against black males. Carefully taught, indeed. In that vein, here's an interesting suggestion for President-elect Trump:
Legal analyst Gregg Jarrett and prominent attorney Alan Dershowitz made a case Tuesday evening on Fox News for why President-elect Donald Trump should consider pardoning Democratic New York Mayor Eric Adams if the evidence shows the mayor’s case was pure political retaliation. In September, Adams was charged by federal prosecutors with five counts of bribery and fraud, accused of seeking and accepting improper valuable benefits from foreign businesspeople, including a Turkish government official, for nearly a decade. On “Hannity,” Fox host Sean Hannity questioned the two legal experts about Trump’s recent statement on Monday, noting he will “certainly look at” issuing a pardon for the official.
As I noted at the time, I suspect that Adams was likely guilty of the charges leveled against him, but that the only reason they came to light is because his loud criticisms of the Biden Junta's open borders policies and how they were and still are adversely affecting NYC were a major drag in the run up to the 2024 election. So it was obvious retaliation and a Luca Brasi dead fish in a flak jacket warning to other Dems who bitched. After all, Eric Adams is easily replaceable, especially in NYC. But, shedding light on the politicization of the justice system by an Adams pardon, bolsters the need for reform and perhaps gains allies among disaffected heretofore unreachable Democrat constituencies.
UPDATE: This from commenter Ordinary American:
"Adams was quick to point out that Mangione’s background doesn’t fit the typical profile of someone prone to radicalization." Are you kidding? It exactly fits the profile.Indeed, considering especially the state of higher education which has been the seat of anti-American, Anti-Western and now anti-Semitic radicalization. We're going nowhere but to a mass grave or the gas chambers unless and until we take back Academia from K through Post-Grad and never let go of it. Speaking of Insurrection:
“Our rifles will be pointed at the U.S. government and the Zionist entity,” declared the speaker at a recent pro-Palestinian rally in New York, as he described American “imperialists” as the “number one terrorists,” and expressed solidarity with Hezbollah, a U.S.-designated terrorist organization, Iran, and other members of the “Axis of Resistance.”
Of course it's only insurrection and murder, when We The People legally and lawfully defend ourselves against these monsters, whether with our voices, lawsuits or should it be necessary, physical force. And as ever and always, their violence is speech and our speech is violence. And as for Mike Johnson, he leads the GOP – Grifting Oleaginous Parasite party.

- What happened to ChatGPT the other day? It wasn't DNS, but it wasn't not DNS either. (Try Parity)
OpenAI deployed a new system that had been running happily on their test servers for some time. About twenty minutes in, things started going horribly wrong, with the monitoring system that reports on all things production taking over and then taking out the production servers, because it had a hidden scaling problem that never showed up on the smaller test environment.
And with the monitoring process eating up all the bandwidth on the control network, the simple changes they needed to make to fix the problem couldn't be done because OpenAI's internal DNS was down.

Mark PennTrump's approval rating is at a historic high of 55%. For those of you who aren't as mathematically advanced as I am, imagine a pie chart. Now cut that pie chart in half. Now you get to eat the "half" of the pie that you sneakily cut to be decidedly larger than the other, so you have defeated your enemies. It's all about PIE, baby. Hugh Hewitt tries to figure out why Trump 47 is so much more popular than Trump 45.
@Mark_Penn America forgot What's it is like to have a presidential press conference that is not staged. Real questions and real answers are back and critical to democracy and whether you agree or disagree with the answers having an actual exchange rather than pre screened journalists and pre set answers is refreshing.
The public has enough evidence now to know that everything the Democrat Cult says is a lie. Their promises and prophecies no longer matter.
"President-elect Donald Trump's popularity has reached a seven-year high and the majority of Americans approve of his handling of the transition process," Forbes recently reported. "A majority of respondents to a CNN/SSRS poll released Wednesday said they believe Trump will do a good job when he returns to the White House next month (54%)," the story continued, "and approve of how he's handling the transition so far (55%)." These numbers are in sharp contrast to eight years ago when Donald Trump was "President-elect" the first time. Pew Research Center conducted a national survey from Nov. 30-Dec. 5, 2016 and found that, among the 1,502 adults surveyed then, only "40% approved of Trump's cabinet choices and high-level appointments, while 41% approve of the job he has done so far in explaining his policies and plans for the future." It's not an apples-to-apples comparison, but the level of approval today is sharply higher than eight years ago. The big--and significant--question is: Why? ...
Two additional possible explanations beyond "He's not Joe or Kamala." First, the Trump upset in 2016 was shocking and even painful to Manhattan-Beltway media and political elites. I know this first-hand from having been on the set of "NBC Election Night Coverage" from 30 Rock eight years ago. As events unfolded on that memorable night in 2016, it was far more than a surprise that swept the NBC studios. It was a thunderclap of a reality of which a legacy news organization was wholly unaware might be coming, and it left a stunned, disbelieving newsroom in its wake. (Two floors of newsrooms, in fact, as MSNBC was one floor lower than the NBC News Election Night set). A lot of the shock and pain among legacy media elites became a sort of "referred pain" among the population at large. The country was shocked because Big Media was shocked in 2016, and as legacy media's anger and disbelief spread out, much of the country reeled along with those elites. ... Trump had never spent one night in D.C. this time eight years ago, and the shock of his 2016 win was followed by prophecies of doom from the usual suspects that never stopped, and the "Resistance" was already taking up their stations in the media. The "pink hats" were booking their flights to Trump's Inauguration day-after counter-demonstration. "Hillary was supposed to have won, damn it," and when she didn't, the media elites and the political left went into overdrive to persuade America that Trump was, at best, completely corrupt and possibly an authoritarian. Eight years later, after endless investigations and years of lawfare, it turns out the majority of Americans aren't buying what legacy media is selling anymore. But that's not it either. Trump's previous highest approval rating until this new "honeymoon season" of 2024 was 49% --and that number was reached only at the start of 2020, as three years of low taxes and deregulation combined with surging energy production had America cooking with gas...until COVID hit. That Trump is now at 55% is nothing short of astonishing, as the past five years since that 49% have been, well, event-filled.
A DC waitress refused to serve Trump staffers. She is now seeking other opportunities for employment.
A Washington, D.C.-area restaurant server has been fired after she spoke out about possibly refusing service to incoming Trump administration officials. "I personally would refuse to serve any person in office who I know of as being a sex trafficker or trying to deport millions of people," Suzannah Van Rooy, a server at Beuchert's Saloon on Capitol Hill, told the Washingtonian this week. "It's not, 'Oh, we hate Republicans.' It's that this person has moral convictions that are strongly opposed to mine, and I don't feel comfortable serving them." Her remarks were part of a report about whether there would be local "resistance" to certain Trump figures when they were in public settings again after several high-profile incidents during his first term. They included then-aide Sarah Huckabee Sanders being ejected from a restaurant in Lexington, Va., and protesters swarming then-Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen at a D.C. Mexican establishment. "People were a lot more motivated the first time around to do those kinds of shows of passion. This time around, there is kind of a sense of defeat and acceptance," Van Rooy said, according to the Washingtonian. "But I hope that people still do stand up to this administration and tell them their thoughts on their misbehavior." According to a review of her LinkedIn page on Friday, which has since been taken down, Van Rooy listed her duties as doing daily operations, messaging strategies for the restaurant, developing relationships with influencers, and managing in-house events for political figures and VIPs. Her page also said she worked as an organizer for Texas Democrat Beto O'Rourke's failed run for governor in 2022. Beuchert's Saloon told Fox News Digital that Van Rooy's remarks were "reprehensible" and she had been fired for violating their "zero-tolerance policy on discrimination." Beuchert's said the former employee was a part-time server and not a manager. It put out statements on social media condemning her remarks after being made aware of them on Thursday.
... By Friday, the restaurant said it had decided to dismiss the server because of this incident, calling her comments and subsequent behavior, "unforgivable." It also said she had signed on to the restaurant's social media accounts to speak on behalf of the restaurant without authorization.
A Kamala Harris advisor admits that the NYT and WP are exclusively leftwing Democrat Regime rags.
Vice President Kamala Harris' deputy campaign manager admitted there is zero value in Democrats talking to outlets like The New York Times (NYT) and The Washington Post (WaPo) because those outlets are already in the tank for the party. Rob Flaherty told Semafor's Max Tani that the Harris campaign decided to skip interviews with major corporate press outlets because data showed readers of outlets like the NYT and WaPo already supported Harris. "There's just no value -- with respect to my colleagues in the mainstream press -- in a general election, to speaking to the New York Times or speaking to the Washington Post, because those [readers] are already with us," Flaherty said. You don't say? You're not going to believe this, but all of the jobs supposedly created in the second quarter in Biden's Miracle Economy (Jack!) were fake.
Back in August, many were surprised by the accuracy of our forecast, when we predicted that in its annual revision, the Biden Bureau of Labor Statistics would revise jobs for the April 2023-March 2024 period by "up to 1 million", something which we said would mean that all job report "beats" recorded in the past year will have been misses and the US labor market is in far worse shape than the admin would admit. The final results, as everyone knows by now, was a shocking 818K revision lower, just as the Philadelphia Fed had predicted 6 months prior, in March, when it calculated correctly that the Biden Department of Goalseeking Propaganda had overstated payrolls by "at least 800,000." The answer ended up 818,000 for the 12 month period ended March 31 (or about 68,000 per month) and the implied sharp deterioration to the job market was the main scapegoat used by the Fed to launch its easing cycle with a jumbo 50bps rate cut (now that "suddenly" the economic golden age pushed by the Biden propaganda regime, and trillions in debt, had just collapsed). We mention all of this up because on Friday, the Philly Fed served up its latest shocker: not only did the Biden admin lie again, but the collapse in the labor market that had been covered up for much of the past year and was only exposed with the annual benchmark revision, extended into the second quarter. "Estimates by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia indicate that the employment changes from March through June 2024 were significantly different" - read lower - "in 27 states compared with preliminary state estimates from the Bureau of Labor Statistics' (BLS) Current Employment Statistics (CES)", the Philly Fed said on December 12. "According to the early benchmark (EB) estimates conducted by the Phily Fed, employment was lower in 25 states, higher in two states, and lesser changes in the remaining 23 states and the District of Columbia." Translation: 23 states unchanged, 1 revised higher... and 25 lower. The breakdown is shown below. Maybe someone can calculate what the odds of that distribution occurring naturally are, but here is our guess: virtually nil. Which is why would make such a loud stink every month after the Biden BLS revised jobs data lower month after month after month. The whole point was to make the labor market appear stronger than it was, then to gradually revised it all away. And now the Philadelphia Fed confirms - again - that we were right all along. And so, after it first revised the 12 months ending March 31 by 818K, the downgrads extended into the second quarter of 2024, when the Philadelphia Fed early benchmark estimates showed that instead of the 1.1% gain shown initially by the BLS, payroll jobs in the 50 states and the District of Columbia were actually down 0.1%!Pie charts and cake graphs at the link. Leftwing propaganda organization Politi"Fact" decided on a Lie of the Year, and no, it wasn't Biden and the entire Traitor Media claiming that Biden was as fit as a fiddle and spends his time playing Gymnastic Chess (you move around on a human-sized board via floor exercise tumbling passes) at a grandmaster level, and no, it wasn't Biden lying for years that his son was innocent, that he had no business in Hunter's "businesses," and that he would never, ever pardon Hunter. No, the lie was the non-lie that "They're eating the cats, they're eating the dogs."
Multiple Springfield residents who spoke to The Federalist in September also shared stories of seeing fewer fowl in the parks and felines in the streets. One resident said she had even seen a male migrant carrying what looked like a dead goose by a park in the city's west end, though the incident was just a minor episode compared to the time she says she was chased by a Haitian man wielding a machete. While tales of animal rituals captured national attention, residents have simultaneously grappled with an objectively self-evident public safety crisis in the city. This spring, one migrant was found guilty of multiple felonies after smashing a local school bus off the road when driving without a license last year. The crash killed an 11-year-old boy and injured more than 20 other students on the first day of school. The Haitian driver was sentenced to at least nine years in prison instead of immediate deportation.

The Atlantic published a piece today which was co-written by a long-time member of National Council of La Raza and an adviser to the Harris campaign. They argue that Democrats have lost their way on immigration and won't be returning to the White House until they fix their approach.I remember going crazy attempting to publicize Hillary Clinton's vow in the 2015 Democrat nomination fight to deport no illegal aliens whatsoever unless they were terrorists or serious criminals. The media did not report it -- they knew this was a promise that only fellow leftwing Democrats should hear, as the public would be outraged. I also routinely brought this to the attention of NeverTrump, who insisted that Hillary Clinton was a serious "centrist" candidate. They never even responded to my posting the clip of her making this vow on stage at one of the little-watched Democrat debates of 2015.One of us, Cecilia, spent two decades at the National Council of La Raza, America's biggest Latino advocacy group, and later advised Obama on immigration issues as head of his White House Domestic Policy Council. The other, Frank, ran pro-immigrant organizations for more than three decades, and advised the Harris campaign on immigration. This is a heartfelt critique, informed by our decades of experience as immigrant advocates who also understand the realities of governing. Unless something changes, Republicans will continue exploiting the situation at the border, more immigrants will suffer, and Democrats will continue to lose the trust of voters--damaging their chances of unseating the authoritarians now returning to power. So what is the problem exactly? According to the authors, Democrats have drifted too far left. Instead of keeping the border secure, they listened to activists who essentially wanted open borders.
When Clinton ran for president in 2016, activists pushed her to the left on immigration, imploring her to break with Obama and commit to a dramatic rollback of enforcement. In an interview with Jorge Ramos of Univision, Clinton did just that, promising to focus on deporting "violent criminals" and "people planning terrorist attacks." Her platform made only a cursory mention of enforcement. Activists had assured her that she'd see an increase in Latino and Asian turnout in response, but the votes never materialized, and Trump won... Four years fighting Trump seemed only to further radicalize the left... Emboldened, self-described "abolitionists" pilloried mentions of border enforcement, deportations, or immigration limits as legitimizing Trumpian extremism. Activist groups rolled out their bold new vision in a platform called "Free to Move, Free to Stay," which called for "freedom from deportation" and "freedom from the enforcement machine." The platform, perhaps understandably, focused on condemning Trump's harshest measures, but it opened the door to criticism that advocates were less focused on U.S. interests than on the right to migrate in a borderless world.

Ron Rowe Jr. exploded at a Congressman's question. The Congressman wanted to know what Ron Rowe, who was off-duty and unarmed, pushed actual on-duty Secret Servicemen out of the way at big speech so that he could have his wife photograph him standing next to Biden.
Not that I care about this part, but moving agents entrusted to take a bullet away from their protectee compromised Biden's security. Rowe moved the agents who would take a bullet for Biden too far away from Biden to react. Rowe launched into planned theatrics -- How dare you question me, sir! -- when he was asked about this reckless compromise of presidential protection for his own glory. Now RealClearPolitics' Susan Crabtree says that Rowe might not have just deployed phony theatrics to evade accountability, but actual perjury.Did the Secret Service Chief Perjure Himself? By Susan Crabtree - RCP StaffRowe was asked if he was even carrying a gun and a radio when he boxed out Biden's actual security detail. He claimed he had -- but Secret Service agents think he might have perjured himself.
After a screaming match between acting Secret Service Director Ron Rowe and Texas Rep. Pat Fallon erupted at a Thursday House hearing on the attempted assassination attempts against President-elect Donald Trump, new details are emerging about the circumstances that sparked the outburst. Several Secret Service sources question whether Rowe has perjured himself during the explosive exchange. The face-off occurred during the final meeting of the House Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Trump when Fallon produced a photo of Rowe standing behind President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris at a 9/11 memorial event in New York City in September. Trump and Vice President-elect J.D. Vance appeared on the right side of the photo. The congressman, a Texas Republican, pressed Rowe on why he had positioned himself behind Biden when normal Secret Service protocol would place the most senior member of the president's detail in that position to provide the best protection to the president. The event took place on Sept. 11, just days before the second assassination attempt against Trump at one of the president-elect's golf courses in Florida. At the time, the outcome of the election was still unknown, and Rowe was trying to prove that he could quickly rehabilitate the agency's image after the cataclysmic failures during the July 13 Butler rally that nearly led to Trump's assassination and did result in the death of Corey Comperatore, a retired local fireman. Fallon accused Rowe of endangering Biden's and Harris' lives by taking their top two agents out of position because he "wanted to be visible because you were auditioning for the job." ... Rowe responded swiftly and angrily to Fallon's line of questions. "Congressman, what you're seeing is the [Special Agent in Charge of the Detail] out of the picture's view," Rowe said. "And that is a day where we remember the more than 3,000 people that died on 9/11," Rowe added. "I actually responded to Ground Zero. I was there going through the ashes of the World Trade Center. I was there at Fresh Kills," Rowe added, referencing a Staten Island landfill where debris was taken. Fallon quickly interjected: "I'm not asking you that." "I was there, congressman!" Rowe bellowed while pointing aggressively at Fallon before accusing him of acting like a "bully" and politicizing 9/11. Rowe was already on edge from Fallon's pointed questioning just minutes before. The congressman asked Rowe whether he knew that Trump was facing a threat from a foreign actor while the Secret Service advance team was preparing for the Butler rally, a likely reference to assassination plots by Iran against Trump's life. If he did know, the congressman asked why he didn't intervene to provide a counter-surveillance unit or a full Counter Assault Team, top Secret Service security assets, in addition to the counter snipers the agency provided These additional assets, Fallon asserted, could have prevented the assassination attempt from taking place. An eyewitness to the 9/11 memorial this year tells RealClearPolitics that Rowe's decision to take the place of the top two agents in charge of the president's and vice president's detail spurred resentment among the ranks. The source said there were toe marks placed on the ground with every attendee's name and title. Rowe's original toe mark was three rows back. Instead of simply standing where he was designated, Rowe disregarded the arrangement and placed himself behind Biden and Harris. The leaders of those details then had to squeeze in so they could be within arm's reach of the president and vice president if they faced any threats. The source also noted that Rowe's wife, a longtime Secret Service employee, was the photographer for the event that day and was snapping "a ton of action shots of Ron standing in his place of prominence."
More about the hearing at the link.
Rank-and-file agents were incensed over Rowe's screaming match and said they doubted the acting director's testimony that he had a radio during the 9/11 ceremony this year because he wasn't wearing an earpiece to hear the intelligence chatter on a radio. They also said top Secret Service officials usually do not wear earpieces or ballistic missile vests to ceremonies like the one on 9/11 because they spend most of their time meeting with other officials, not monitoring radio traffic for threats.
Accountability is coming for you, Ronny.
Addressing criticism that the agents involved in the poor planning for and execution of the Butler rally, have not been held accountable, Rowe expressed frustration with the length of time it takes to provide "accountability" for the failures. "Let me be clear: There will be accountability, and that accountability is occurring," he said.

No matter at all. Police should just pretend this epidemic isn't happening and take no new steps to avoid such shootings in the future.
Wisconsin's capital city is in shock after a 15-year-old girl pulled out a 9mm pistol Monday morning and shot up her study hall, killing a teacher and a fellow student at the Christian school she attended before turning the weapon on herself and ending her life, Madison Police confirmed. Natalie Rupnow injured six others, including two students with life-threatening wounds and a teacher and three other students who suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the attack on Madison's Abundant Life Christian School, according to police. While Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes wasn't commenting on motive Monday evening, an unidentified law enforcement source told the Associated Press that the shooter "had been dealing with problems and expressed some of those in writings," CNN reported. There were reports that Rupnow, who police say liked to go by "Samantha," had penned a manifesto, although Barnes said police had yet to verify the authenticity of the document. "The good news," the chief said, is that Madison police have shared the information with its partners at the FBI. There's no doubt the suspected killer was disturbed, as evidenced by her violent outburst at the K-12 private school with a mission "to develop students who are committed disciples of Jesus Christ through an excellent, comprehensive, Biblically-integrated educational program." She planned the attack in advance, a "law enforcement official familiar with the investigation" told CNN. 'I Don't Think That's Important' There was speculation Monday that the shooter was transgender, although other sources disputed the claim. Some said she had an "online obsession with school shooters." Barnes insisted that he doesn't care whether Rupnow was transgender, as some reports indicated. It's not important, he said, when asked by a leftist reporter about "misinformation" online. The Madison journalist effectively wagged her finger at parental rights group for claiming the shooter was transgender, "which is a reaction that we see across the country linked with mass shootings to claim that trans people are dangerous." Barnes, a far-left police chief in one of the most LGBTQ agenda-pushing cities in America, said he wished people would "leave their own personal biases out of this." "I don't know whether Natalie was transgender or not and quite frankly I don't think that's even important. I don't think that's important at all," the chief told reporters at an evening press conference. "I don't think that whatever happened today has anything to do with how she or he or they my have wanted to identify ..." Barnes subsequently acknowledged that Rupnow's gender identity "is something that may come out later."When I wrote "Again" in my headline about this yesterday, my "again" was meant to suggest my suspicion that this was yet another trans murder spree. I didn't want to say it because it was just a suspicion, and we still don't know the facts, but we do seem to be heading to that conclusion. Police take an interest in boys who show a particular profile indicating a propensity for violence. But they're going to studiously ignore the grim reality that mentally-ill children indoctrinated into the trans cult have been murdering their fellow students at an alarming rate. Biden, meanwhile, is calling for, you guessed it, gun control. After pardoning his dirtbag whoremonger son for committing a gun crime.

Good finds by Mollie. And based on her knowledge, this report whitewashes these bombshells -- the truth is most assuredly worse.
Bombshell 1: A Democrat staffer working for Congress came forward as a whistleblower and told the corrupt DOJ that two Congressmen who were leaking top secret documents to the press to damage Trump. Those two Congressmen? Adam Schiff and Chinese intelligence asset Eric Swalwell. One of the more surprising claims in the report was that a Democrat staffer on one of the congressional committees "voluntarily told the FBI" almost immediately after the investigation began in 2017 that he suspected two members of Congress and a number of Democrat staffers of being involved in the leaking of the classified information, leading to further investigation of those identified. While the report doesn't identify the whistleblower, his committee, or name the members of Congress, a 2021 New York Times story already identified then-Rep. Adam Schiff and Rep. Eric Swalwell, both of California, as the two congressmen on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) who were under investigation. ... The whistleblower told the FBI he "suspected that Member 1 had previously leaked classified information and that Member 2 wanted to influence public opinion via the release of classified information." However, the FBI said the whistleblower didn't offer enough "direct evidence" of the suspected leaking. The DOJ itself would go on to stonewall Nunes and Senate colleagues who were attempting to investigate DOJ's lead role in the Russia collusion scam. Many of the top leadership at the FBI, including former Director James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, were later unveiled as some of the worst leakers in government and leaders of the Russia collusion hoax. While they were removed from office, the Biden administration later paid some of them off.The second bombshell is that the DOJ was tipped about a Democrat congressional staffer using his wife's phone to call the media to leak classified information. The corrupt DOJ was on it.
The DOJ was so interested in rooting out leaks of classified information, however, that i>it waited three full years to interview their main suspect and only after Attorney General Bill Barr apparently caused the investigation to be re-opened in 2020. One almost gets the sense that the DOJ wasn't super-interested in stopping leaks that fed the Russia collusion hoax they ran. The IG report doesn't name the senior staffer, but another 2021 New York Times story identifies the suspected leaker. "[T]he leak investigation appeared to have been primarily focused on Michael Bahar, then a staff member on the House Intelligence Committee," Russia collusion hoaxers Michael S. Schmidt and Charlie Savage wrote. "It remains unclear whether agents were pursuing a theory that Mr. Bahar had leaked on his own or whether they suspected him of talking to reporters with the approval of lawmakers. Either way, it appears they were unable to prove their suspicions that he was the source of any unauthorized disclosures; the case has been closed, and no charges were brought." It's unclear if the DOJ was unable or, perhaps more likely, unwilling to go after participants in the Russia collusion hoax it helped run.The DOJ contrived various reasons to drop this investigation. The whistleblower said that this man used his wife's phone to talk to reporters when he leaked information. The DOJ says there was no evidence of him using his wife's phone. The IG report, on the other hand, says that the man and his wife were both publicly known to use each other's phones and email accounts. The man also claimed that he couldn't have leaked classified information to these three reporters because he had a... years-long pre-existing relationship with these three reporters.
DOJ obtained his phone records and learned that they "showed that immediately before accessing the Read Room and continuing through shortly after publication of the articles containing the relevant classified information, the Senior Committee Staffer's phone number was in contact with telephone numbers used by all three of the reporters who authored the articles that disclosed the classified information." Well, that seems like a big deal. But the senior staffer had the perfect alibi, at least in the view of our trusty FBI investigators. He explained to them that if they looked at more of his phone records, they'd see that he had been yakking it up with two of the three reporters long before they published the classified info he had access to. They discovered that he had been talking to these reporters for a long time and therefore they ... decided to drop the investigation with no charges. I'm sure that this explanation would have passed muster with the FBI if it were offered by a Republican. The third big scoop is that when the DOJ was forced to investigate the leaks, it spied on an equal number of Republicans as Democrats. The corrupt DOJ claimed it was equally likely that Republicans were leaking classified information against Trump, possibly as a False Flag operation to make the Democrats look bad or something. So, of course, it was necessary to use more DOJ resources to spy on Republicans, who are sneaky and always engaging in False Flag operations to make the Democrats look guilty. This is your DOJ, everyone. Everyone applaud your straight shooters in the DOJ.

Castreau's Dictatorship in Canada Is Tottering
I saw a French report offering that quote.
Another globalist domino falls.German Chancellor Olaf Scholz loses no-confidence vote, election called for early next yearIn the Nazi Communist Dictatorship of Canada, Pierre Castreau is fighting to cling to power, and his Liberal Party is scheming to get him to step down in favor of another Liberal politician. That would keep the Liberal Party in control, despite widespread public discontent and even revulsion at Castreau's failing dictatorship. BBC:
Germany's center-right party leading polls by 10 points
The German parliament accepted Chancellor Olaf Scholz's invitation to withdraw its confidence in him and his government on Monday, clearing the way for an early election on Feb. 23 necessitated by the collapse of his government. Scholz's three-party coalition fell apart last month after the pro-market Free Democrats quit in a row over debt, leaving his Social Democrats and the Greens without a parliamentary majority just as Germany faces a deepening economic crisis. Under rules designed to prevent the instability that facilitated the rise of fascism in the 1930s, President Frank-Walter Steinmeier can only dissolve parliament and call an election if the chancellor calls, and loses, a confidence vote.
The debate preceding the vote also opened serious campaigning for the election, with party leaders trading ill-tempered barbs. The chancellor and his conservative challenger, Friedrich Merz, who surveys suggest is likely to replace him, charged each other with incompetence and lack of vision. Scholz, who will head a caretaker government until a new one can be formed, defended his record as a crisis leader who had dealt with the economic and security emergency triggered by Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022. If given a second term, he said, he would invest heavily in Germany's creaking infrastructure rather than making the spending cuts he said the conservatives wanted. "Shortsightedness might save money in the short term, but the mortgage on our future is unaffordable," said Scholz, who served four years as finance minister under a previous coalition with the conservatives before becoming chancellor in 2021. Merz told Scholz his spending plans would burden future generations and accused him of failing to deliver on promises of rearmament after the start of the Ukraine war. "Taking on debt at the cost of the young generation, spending money - and you didn't say the word 'competitiveness' once," said Merz.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government has been thrown into fresh disarray with the abrupt departure of his finance minister, Chrystia Freeland. By the end of a frenetic Monday, a new finance minister was in place, but Trudeau was facing calls from members of his own Liberal Party to quit. Without directly referring to the news, the prime minister told party donors at an event in Ottawa: "It's obviously been an eventful day. It has not been an easy day." In her scathing resignation letter - published on the day she was due to deliver an economic statement - Freeland cited disagreements with her long-time ally on how to respond to the threat of tariffs from Donald Trump. The US president-elect, who will return to the White House in January, has vowed to impose a levy of 25% on imported Canadian goods unless the shared border is made more secure. Economists say the tariffs could have a devastating effect on Canada's economy. In her letter, Freeland accused Trudeau of choosing "costly political gimmicks" over addressing the threat posed by Trump's "aggressive economic nationalism". Trump himself later responded to Freeland, posting that her "behaviour was totally toxic, and not at all conducive to making deals which are good for the very unhappy citizens of Canada". Freeland said her decision came after Trudeau told her last week that he no longer wanted her to be the government's top economic adviser. Her departure blindsided the government, leaving the fate of the scheduled economic update in the air for hours and bringing Trudeau and his shaky minority Liberals to the brink. In a further blow, the Liberals lost control of the Cloverdale-Langley City seat in British Columbia, after a by-election win for rival Conservatives. It was the Liberals' third by-election defeat of the year. Freeland's sudden exit as finance minister earlier in the day "just makes Canada look quite confused and uncertain", Chris Sands, director of the Wilson Center's Canada Institute, told the BBC. "Trudeau finds himself a little bit alone, not super close to any of his ministers, with the big, talented ones mostly now having left," he added. Mr Sands said Trump's win in November's US presidential election has caused a split among US allies, including Canada. "Do you respond to Trump by pushing back and standing firm, or do you respond by trying to find a way to avoid conflict?" he said. ... Many politicians remember the challenges they faced during Trump's first term in office, he added. "He hasn't been inaugurated yet, but people are already reacting as though he was the president and taking serious measures."Trump's bringing Regime Change to hostile dictatorships without firing a shot. Below, three videos. The second, third, and fourth videos show the popular anger rising against Castreau.

The sniveling femboy propagandists at Axios reported earlier on Pelosi's fight to keep AOC out of power.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) is facing strong headwinds -- including opposition from House Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) -- as she tries to become the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee. Why it matters: Senior Democrats say that while Ocasio-Cortez is seen as the favorite over Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.), the race is still in play. The fight comes as several septuagenarian committee ranking members are facing desperate battles against -- or yielding to -- younger challengers. "Many members are concerned about [the] precedent these races are setting," one senior House Democrat told Axios. So the Gerontocracy is fighting to keep power versus a challenge of its younger, woker, more lunatic rivals. But the Gerontocracy is strong, as Mitch McConnell could tell you.
In what can only be described as a significant snub, the Democratic Party opted for Rep. Gerry Connolly, a Virginia congressman with more seniority, to take the reins. Connolly edged out AOC in a 34-27 vote, sending a clear message that seniority still holds weight in the party, even when younger, high-profile members push to gain influence. The position opened up after Rep. Jamie Raskin vacated the role to pursue the top Democratic spot on the Judiciary Committee. Raskin ultimately lost to Rep. Jerry Nadler, but AOC couldn't capitalize on the opportunity. Instead, the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee, which makes these recommendations, appeared to double down on legislative experience over experience as a ditzy former bartender. ...Sabotage successful. The leftist shit-digest Slate is sad that their socialist heroines are fighting.
Connolly was supported by former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi -- a true sign of her continued influence over the caucus despite no longer being in leadership. According to some reports, Pelosi was actively trying to sabotage AOC.
Almost overnight it seemed that AOC had the job sewn up: She secured the support of the majority of the Democratic members on Oversight and was talking to the press about her hopes for the role. But the position is not awarded by a vote of committee members. It's voted on by the entirety of the House Democratic Caucus. That's where the trouble started. Not one to let a young person ascend quietly, Nancy Pelosi entered the fray. The patron saint of Democratic gerontocracy, 84-year-old Nancy Pelosi is supposedly retired from leadership, but this month, she actively threw her weight behind 74-year-old Virginia Rep. Gerry Connolly, who was just diagnosed with throat cancer. Now, Pelosi is whipping votes for Connolly, whose potential promotion would cap off this "changing of the guard" by replacing a 61-year-old with a guy in his mid-70s. And because Pelosi suffered a fall in Germany and had to have her hip replaced, she's essentially whipping votes from a hospital bed. Once Pelosi backed Connolly and began making calls on his behalf, the moderate New Democratic Caucus announced it was formally backing Connolly as well. Not to be outdone, the Congressional Progressive Caucus announced it was formally backing Ocasio-Cortez. And the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, in a rare move, threw its weight behind Ocasio-Cortez, too. It looks like a classic battle along ideological lines for Democrats--progressives versus moderates. But it isn't that. Ocasio-Cortez is indeed one of the best-known progressives in the country, but she's also, importantly, one of the best-known Democrats period. The most charitable line on those Democrats backing Connolly is that some centrist members are nervous about making AOC such a major face of the party. And lawmakers in their 60s, who have spent a long time waiting their own turns in line, don't want to see the seniority system completely scrapped. If you trawl through C-SPAN clips you'll also find that Connolly can be an animated messenger--he's a self-proclaimed Irish fighter--and he definitely has a cool mustache. Some Democrats think the lesson of the 2024 election is "let's be more brazenly Marxist." Let me know how that works out for you.

The House Administration Oversight Subcommittee and its chairman Barry Loudermilk on Tuesday released an interim report on the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, concluding the attack was preventable and also asking for an investigation into former Rep. Liz Cheney for criminally tampering with a witness during the Democrat-led congressional inquiry of the tragedy. We'll see. Sorry for the late start, my internet was down for hours. I think it's working now.
"Based on the evidence obtained by this Subcommittee, numerous federal laws were likely broken by Liz Cheney, the former Vice Chair of the January 6 Select Committee, and these violations should be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation," the report released by the House Administration Oversight Subcommittee and its chairman Barry Loudermilk stated. "Evidence uncovered by the Subcommittee revealed that former Congresswoman Liz Cheney tampered with at least one witness, Cassidy Hutchinson, by secretly communicating with Hutchinson without Hutchinson's attorney's knowledge.," it added. "This secret communication with a witness is improper and likely violates 18 U.S.C. 1512. Such action is outside the due functioning of the legislative process and therefore not protected by the Speech and Debate clause."

The teen girl who fatally shot a student and teacher and left two more pupils clinging to life at a private Christian school in Madison, Wis., on Monday has been identified. Police said Natalie “Samantha” Rupnow, a 15-year-old student at the K-12 Abundant Life Christian School, brought a handgun to campus and opened fire around 11 a.m. inside a classroom during study hall. The teenage student and teacher were pronounced dead at the scene while another teacher and five more students were wounded. Two of the students are in critical condition with life-threatening injuries, Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes said Monday night. . . An alleged manifesto espousing angry, hateful views is circulating online that some social media users claim belonged to Rupnow — but Barnes said police have not yet been able to confirm that document. As if you need me to translate that, what it means is they have not yet been able to either forge a link between white supremacists and/or Donald Trump and conservatives. Let me ask you trolls out in the audience, if Luigi Mangione is to be considered a hero for killing an evil health insurance CEO isn't this shooter a hero for what she did in targeting future homophobes, transphobes, Islamophobes,Israel-supporters, white supremacists and Obamacare opponents? Why aren't you shouting this from the rooftops! Of course, the usual suspects are talking about gun control. and this cancerous fistula farted this out:
Rep. Mark Pocan (D-WI) called for his House colleagues to “stand up to gun manufacturers” following reports of a shooting at Abundant Life Christian School (ALCS) in Madison, Wisconsin. Breitbart News noted that Madison Chief of Police Shon Barnes indicated the suspected shooter was a juvenile. The juvenile is believed to have used a 9mm handgun in the attack, according to FOX 13 Memphis.Pocan just invited another Mangione to gun down the CEO of Glock, Browning and Smith & Wesson. Which makes no sense considering that Pocan et al believe guns and not people kill. Still waiting for someone to prove to me that a gun can pick itself up off a table, aim itself at a target and pull its own trigger. Aside from gun manufacturers, the real target so to speak is the Second Amendment soon to be followed by the entire Constitution. I give you the picture perfect example of why our founders put that amendment in the Bill of Rights in the first place. Self defense against, not just physical attack but against tyrannical government:
Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said it is time to “change the context of gun ownership” in the United States following the Madison Christian school shooting.
During a CNN broadcast, McCabe said:
We’re [going] nowhere because it keeps happening. We know it’s going to happen again. It’s happening today. It’s going to happen again in the near future. I can guarantee you that and every time it happens, we do just about nothing. That doesn’t mean there aren’t things we can’t do. We could do things. We could — we could support and enact legislation that changes the — the — the context of gun ownership in this country and emphasizes gun safety and responsibility with the firearms that you own and keeping them out of the hands of children and doing — and really vigorous, consistent background checks across the country. We could stop selling people — stop — you — eliminate the ability to purchase guns without a background check.
He was speaking before important details on the shooting had been released, including the gender and age of the alleged shooter. Therefore, he hedged his comments by admitting that the things he suggested could, in fact, not even apply in this particular case.
McCabe said, “Now, we don’t know if any of those factors were relevant in this shooting,” then he continued to push more gun control and concluded, “We can enact laws and try to make things better for everyone or we can just keep shaking our heads, turning off the television and waiting for the next mass shooting.”
Given McCabe's pivotal role in the persecution of Donald Trump, his abrogation of his oath to preserve protect an defend the Constitution by abusing his office and involvement in the plot to subvert the 2020 election that also involved enemies foreign and domestic, he being one of the latter, the goal is the dismantling of the last line of defense the people have against thugs and tyrants like McCabe himself. Again, it's not the Gun. It's the Violence. That is it's the Leftist belief system that breeds the violence (thank you commenter Boron-CObbie). Lest we forget that the Communist Manifesto itself demands the destruction of the basic building block of free societies the family. And to do that, you wipe out religion and to do that you inculcate sexual deviancy and perversion antithetical to the stability of the Judeo-Christian family unit. That is every abnormality you can spell with the letters L-G-B-T and Q.
And for decades now, instead of discouraging these kinds of behaviors, we are doing just the opposite. Look, if you are a homosexual, I don't care so long as children and people being forced against their will to do things are not involved. And, sorry, "Grooming" is indeed a thing. But I digress. As is always the case, Leftists, Socialists, Communists, Progressives and their political home the Democrat Party either cause the problem, the dislocations, the misery, the destruction and the waste of lives and potential via their policies or make the aforementioned worse by orders of magnitude with the solutions to the problems. And then of course, they blame all of us on and IN THE RIGHT when their insanity all comes crashing down. Apologies for inflicting this on you so early.
MSNBC host Al Sharpton said Monday on “The Reid Out” that President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance inviting Marine veteran Daniel Penny to their box at the Army-Navy football game was insulting and showed the administration views black people “as animals.” Sharpton said, “It is amazing to me that you would have someone that choked to death an unarmed man who had mental problems and act as though he’s some kind of hero. The clear message is that you are now giving legitimacy to vigilanteism, and it could make others feel that they can take the law into their own hand. ”The unmitigated gall of this malignant, evil jackal. Let's hear what Yankel Rosenbaum and Fred Harari have to say about this? Oh wait a second. . . Daniel Penny should be awarded the Medal of Freedom, if only so I can witness Sharpton die of a massive coronary on MSNSDAP. Must-see TV, that. Lastly, a shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It's appreciated more than you can know. Have a great day.

Top Story
- Zotac has leaked Nvidia's new RTX 5000 series graphics cards. (VideoCardz)
The lineup includes the RTX 5090, which you can't afford and probably won't be able to buy anyway, the 5090D which is a China-only edition for communists, the 5080 which will probably be overpriced and you won't want, the 5070 Ti which will probably be decent but expensive, and the 5070 which has 12GB of VRAM like the Intel B580 but which will definitely not cost $250 like the Intel B580.
The new cards all reportedly use GDDR7, so memory bandwidth is likely to be significantly better than 4000 series cards. GDDR7 memory uses trinary rather than binary signals - a technique known as PAM-3 - so it can move data 50% faster at the same clock speed.
Thunderbolt 5 also uses PAM-3 encoding but right now it's kind of useless so we should hope that's not a sign of things to come.
