The Free Beacon's Andrew Stiles read it so that you don't have to.
Basic takeaway: She's so obnoxious that even The Atlantic has trouble polishing this turd. Thirty-three of her Democrat colleagues refused to comment about her -- refusing to offer the expected "she's great" puffery -- strongly hinting that she is absolutely despised, even by this crew of criminals, demagogues, and groomers. It also indicates that everyone knows that everyone else will cook her, so no one wants to be known to have spoken to the "journalists" from the Atlantic: Naturally anyone known to have spoken to them will be suspected of having trashed her. So they just pretend "I don't even know this ratchet bitch."[E]ven the liberal journalist was repulsed by Crockett's toxic narcissism. As a sign of how poorly it went, the congresswoman called the Atlantic reporter, Elaine Godfrey, days before the story came out to complain that the journalist had been contacting her colleagues in the House "without telling her first," and proclaimed that she was "shutting down the profile and revoking all permissions," which isn't a thing.Yeah that sounds like her. Bold. Brash. Borderline illiterate.
More at the Free Beacon. The narcissistic no-account says she's thinking about running for governor of Texas, insisting that Texas is actually a blue state, just "vote-repressed." In addition, fellow unaccomplished dim-bulb diva AOC seems to be jealous that another female moron is getting attention and "likes" on TikTok. Jasmine Ratchet is forcing herself into another story, and not for any good reason. Texas is planning to re-draw its legislative districts for partisan advantage, which is perfectly legal. Democrats oppose the effort, which is also legal. Though they're going to resort to illegal means to do so. They're planning on denying a quorum in the Texas legislature by "fleebagging" again, running away to another state. (Texas police can arrest them and deliver them to the State House if found in Texas.) But flying around the country to avoid arrest is expensive, and Texas fines truant legislators $500 a day. Last time they did this, they just paid the fines with campaign dollars. Republican legislators closed that loophole, and the law now forbids the use of campaign donations to pay legal fines. But Jasmine Ratchet has a solution -- just lie about where the money came from. Just claim it's a "salary" from a side-gig. From the Texas Tribune:
The article portrays Crockett as a self-infatuated wannabe influencer who "monitors social-media engagement like a day trader checks her portfolio." She brags about having the "largest social-media following" on the House Oversight Committee, and makes sure to notify the reporter that her YouTube rant about ICE agents being "out of control" was approaching 800,000 views. She would often tout her social media metrics while meeting with House Democrats during her failed bid to become ranking member of the Oversight Committee. "The base is thirsty," she told one freshman colleague. Out of the four candidates who wanted the job, Crockett finished last. "During many of our conversations, Crockett wore acrylic nails painted with the word RESIST, and a set of heavy lashes over her brown eyes," Godfrey writes. "The lock screen on her phone is a headshot of herself." She does not come across as someone who is particularly pleasant to work for. Godfrey notes that Crockett called her office to berate a staffer in the middle of an interview. ... Not surprisingly, Crockett's glory-hounding antics have aggravated many of her fellow Democrats. Godfrey notes that 33 House Democrats she contacted for the story "either declined to talk with me on the record or didn't respond to my interview requests." A number of Democratic staffers suggested that Crockett's colleagues were reluctant to criticize her publicly, but have expressed concern privately about her lack of discipline. "She likes to talk," one of the staffers said. "Is she a loose cannon? Sometimes. Does that cause headaches for other members? 100 percent."
Rep. Jasmine Crockett, a Dallas Democrat who was part of the 2021 quorum break, sees a path to circumvent the campaign finance rules: With minimal limits on external income, Texas lawmakers can simply accept the donations as another salary, she said. As one of the most prolific fundraisers in the U.S. House, Crockett said she's willing to tap her donor base -- and her $3.7 million war chest -- to cover the expenses. That's illegal. I don't just mean lying, I mean Ratchet's suggestion that people should lie about where their money comes from, and that she will help them. A "conspiracy" is a simpler-than-you'd-imagine crime: A conspiracy is simply an agreement between two or more people that one or more of them should commit a felony. You don't have to commit the felony to be guilty of conspiring to commit the felony; the conspiracy -- the agreement itself -- is the crime. You can be guilty of conspiracy to murder even if the murder never comes off. Again, the crime is the conspiracy itself, not the crime you agree to commit. (You can withdraw from a conspiracy but only by taking action that makes it clear you no longer wish the crime to be committed, like... calling the cops.) There is some case law that you have to commit at least one "overt act" in furtherance of the conspiracy, just to establish it was a real agreement and not some loose talk. If Ratchet does in fact call a single one of her donors, that's an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy she's already publicly announced.
I don't know Texas law but it is surely a felony for a politician to lie about his sources of income to evade campaign finance laws, so Jasmine Ratchet's urging of others to commit this crime, along with her promise to help commit this crime, makes her a conspirator to commit the crime herself. She pretends she's a lawyer. She should know all this. But, you know: None of the letters in "DEI" stand for excellence or achievement or earning it. Arrest this ratchet criminal.

Two arrested in brutal Cincinnati mob attack; one was freed on bail despite serious chargesAnother Gentle Giant. He was thinking of applying to CUNY and starting a career as a rapper. Per a story linked at Hot Air, he was released on all of these charges -- carrying a gun despite a "disability," meaning illegally carrying a gun as a felon -- on a bond of $400.
CINCINNATI - Cincinnati Chief of Police Teresa Theetge announced during a public safety meeting on Tuesday that two people have been arrested in connection with a downtown attack that left two people seriously injured over the weekend. The chief said 34-year-old Montianez Merriweather and 24-year-old Dekyra Vernon were arrested, though no charges were announced. Hamilton County jail records also omit the charges that both suspects face. FOX 19 in Cincinnati reported that the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office said three warrants have also been issued for additional arrests. The Cincinnati Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Queen City Lodge #69 thanked the Cincinnati Police Department for arresting the two people so far in the "heinous attack" that occurred on Saturday morning. The FOP also shared a previous incident in which Merriweather was indicted on July 10, 2025, for receiving stolen property, weapons under disability, improper transportation of a firearm and other charges.
Well, it's not his fault, is it? It's never the fault of a member of a Protected Democrat Group. Note he was released for the gun charge for $400, and on this charge, also for $400. Obviously they did not charge this guy with anything serious. Because the real villain here is... a bartender. She says this at 2:40. She's going to use "all investigatory techniques" to move the blame away from Protected Democrats. She continues calling this savage attack "a fight." And she insists she will charge anyone on "either side of the fight." So the white guy who got put into the hospital is just as guilty as the wilders who repeatedly stomped on his head when he was down. And she refuses to tell us what they're being charged with. Because she's charging them with basically nothing.
The post also noted that Merriweather was released on a $4,000 bond, though he only needed to post 10%, or $400 to be released. "This is your court system," the FOP post read.

Fox NewsFor now. File this under Least Surprising Headlines of the Day. Democrats have been "bemoaning" her threat to run for governor.
@FoxNews Former Vice President @KamalaHarris
announces that she will NOT run for governor of California: "For now, my leadership and public service will not be in elected office."
"She Comes In With Baggage': California Dems Bemoan Potential Harris Gubernatorial BidCalifornia Democrats faulted her for treating the office of governor of the seventh biggest economy in the world as a Safety School.
Former VP 'would only fire up Republicans and hurt' Democrats, a California House Democrat says Matthew Xiao
July 28, 2025 As Kamala Harris weighs a run for California governor in 2026, state Democrats are expressing their fears that the former vice president "comes in with baggage" that could hurt the party down-ballot and energize Republicans. "There's no groundswell for [Harris's] candidacy," one California House Democrat told CNN on condition of anonymity. "In fact, I think it would only fire up Republicans and hurt our ability to win the four to five seats that we need to win the House and hold on to three seats that we just flipped in 2024." "She comes in with baggage," the Democrat said. Other California Democrats expressed frustration that Harris appears more focused on staging a 2028 presidential bid than on leading California. "Once you're the vice president of the United States, there's only one place to go--it's president," Rep. Jimmy Gomez (D., Calif) told CNN. "For me, if I was vice president and all of a sudden I lose, it would be a fallback to me. I hate to put it so bluntly." Some major Democratic donors and interest group leaders, meanwhile, are insisting that Harris still needs to answer for her failed presidential bid last year, according to CNN. Harris took over the Democratic nomination from then-president Joe Biden and went on to lose to Donald Trump, failing to carry a single swing state. ... This isn't the first time that California Democrats have publicly aired doubts about Harris, who said that she will make up her mind about a gubernatorial bid by late summer. "Kamala just reminds you we are in this complete shit storm," a California Democrat who contributed six figures to her presidential bid told Politico last month, noting that another Harris candidacy would only remind Democratic voters of the "traumatizing" 2024 election.
From her previous statements, I previously concluded that she is trying to interest donors into setting her up in "charity" grift in which she will be paid a salary, given luxury offices, have travel and hotel paid for worldwide tours, and have a 24-hour-per-day professional chauffeur service. She doesn't really want any office where she'd be expected to actually perform or make decisions. You know-- the exact same grift they set up for Hillary Clinton and her mutant Deep One spawn Chelsea. But Kamala is willing to threaten runs for governor and the presidency (again) to get Democrat mega-donors to pay her to go away. They will have to open up their checkbooks is they want to focus on (right hand up and to the front) What Can Be (left hand down and to the back) Unburdened By What Has Been.

The 3% rate is the annualized growth rate, that is, what the annual growth rate would be if this quarter were repeated four times.
It's a solid number -- a strong number. In my own mind 3% is the baseline for a "strong" rate of growth. The economy can grow more, but 3% is where the "strong" range begins. Even the AP is forced to concede this is "strong" growth. But note that immediately after conceding that the second quarter showed "surprising" (that means "experts predicted the opposite") "strong" growth, they immediately begin undermining that fact, talking up foreigners' and leftists' "concerns" about the economy. And then they keep talking about the 0.5% contraction in the first quarter, talking about the old news of the first quarter more than the new news of the second quarter. The U.S. economy expanded at a surprising 3% annual pace from April through June, bouncing back at least temporarily from a first-quarter drop that reflected disruptions from President Donald Trump's trade wars. Still, details of the report suggested that U.S. consumers and businesses are wary about the economic uncertainty arising from Trump's radical campaign to restructure the American economy by slapping big taxes -- tariffs -- on imports from around the world.Weird, huh, that the only time that the left admits that taxes slow economic growth is when Trump imposes tariffs? They deny that Democrat tax hikes slow growth. In fact, they've been screaming about Trump's tax cuts without ever once conceding that lower taxes spur growth.
"Headline numbers are hiding the economy's true performance, which is slowing as tariffs take a bite out of activity," Nationwide chief economist Kathy Bostjancic wrote. The "experts" keep predicting rising inflation and slowing economic growth which never actually arrives, and of course the Steno Pool Media repeats these Democrat talking points.
America gross domestic product -- the nation's output of goods and services --rebounded after falling at a 0.5% clip from January through March, the Commerce Department reported Wednesday. The first-quarter drop, the first retreat of the U.S. economy in three years, was mainly caused by a surge in imports -- which are subtracted from GDP -- as businesses scrambled to bring in foreign goods ahead of Trump's tariffs.
Boy you almost forget that the new GDP number is 3.0% because they won't stop talking about the brief Biden-era 0.5% contraction six months ago. Check this out:
The bounceback was expected but its strength was a surprise: Economists had forecast 2% growth from April through June. The "experts" keep failing in their predictions, so let's keep making the "experts'" predictions the main topic of conversation, rather than the 3% growth. The New York Times takes the "let's keep talking about the first quarter even though we have the second quarter's data in now" tactic to the next level. The Times doesn't want to acknowledge that the GDP grew by a strong 3%, so they average it with the first quarter number -- still suffering under Biden, and with Trump's policies not even close to enacted yet -- to talk about the first half-year's average GDP growth.

Not a one of them asks the Mitchell and Webb question: "Are we the baddies?"
Harvard, for its part, sees the writing on the wall and is considering finally settling with Trump.
The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) has agreed to pay $6 million to settle a lawsuit brought by Jewish students and faculty members over the school's handling of anti-Israel protests, including allowing protesters to ban Jews from a part of the campus known as a "Jew Exclusion Zone." The lawsuit was brought last year by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, which accused UCLA of "aiding and abetting" an antisemitic culture, including "segregating Jewish students and preventing them from accessing the heart of campus." In a statement to Fox News Digital, Mary Osako, the UCLA vice chancellor for strategic communications, said the university has taken "concrete action to enhance campus safety by creating a new Office of Campus and Community Safety, instituting new policies to manage protests on campus and taking decisive action for conduct that violates our longstanding policies." "Antisemitism has no place at UCLA, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to eradicating it from our community," Osako said. "We have reflected candidly on our progress and are working to expunge antisemitism from our community in its entirety. ... The university agreed to enter into a consent judgment and pay more than $6.13 million to the plaintiffs. A federal judge still needs to give final approval. In August 2024, a federal judge ordered the school to stop allowing anti-Israel protesters to ban Jews from portions of the school's campus. School officials acknowledged that students had been physically blocked from accessing parts of campus. ... "In the year 2024, in the United States of America, in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles, Jewish students were excluded from portions of the UCLA campus because they refused to denounce their faith," a federal court found at the time. "This fact is so unimaginable and so abhorrent to our constitutional guarantee of religious freedom that it bears repeating, Jewish students were excluded from portions of the UCLA campus because they refused to denounce their faith." "When antisemites were terrorizing Jews and excluding them from campus, UCLA chose to protect the thugs and help keep Jews out," Frankel said in a statement provided to Fox News Digital by the Becket Fund. "That was shameful, and it is sad that my own school defended those actions for more than a year. But today's court judgment brings justice back to our campus and ensures Jews will be safe and be treated equally once again."
Harvard Is Said to Be Open to Spending Up to $500 Million to Resolve Trump Dispute The sum sought by the government is more than twice as much as the $200 million fine that Columbia University said it would pay when it settled its clash with the White House last week.Well then there will be no settlement. You are refusing to bring yourself into alignment with US law -- and the Constitution -- regarding discrimination against some races. You have made it clear that you intend to flout and evade that law. A federal overseer is required to make sure you stop discriminating. But you won't. This isn't just about your antisemitism. It's also about being anti-white and anti-Asian and anti-male.
Harvard University has signaled a willingness to meet the Trump administration's demand to spend as much as $500 million to end its dispute with the White House as talks between the two sides intensify, four people familiar with the negotiations said. According to one of the people, Harvard is reluctant to directly pay the federal government, but negotiators are still discussing the exact financial terms. The sum sought by the government, which recently accused Harvard of civil rights violations, is more than twice as much as the $200 million fine that Columbia University said it would pay when it settled antisemitism claims with the White House last week. Neither Harvard nor the government has publicly detailed potential terms for a settlement and what allegations the money would be intended to resolve. President Trump has privately demanded that Harvard pay far more than Columbia. The people who described the talks and the dynamics surrounding them spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss confidential negotiations. Although the two sides have made progress toward a deal, Harvard is also skeptical of Columbia's agreement to allow an outside monitor to oversee its sweeping arrangement with the government. Harvard officials have signaled that such a requirement for their own settlement could be a redline as a potential infringement on the university's academic freedom.
... Mr. Trump said in June that his administration might strike an agreement with Harvard "over the next week or so." Although that time frame has lapsed, the president has privately told aides that he will not green-light a deal unless the nation's oldest and wealthiest university agrees to spend many millions of dollars. ... A White House spokesman, Harrison W. Fields, said on Monday that the administration's "proposition is simple and common sense: Don't allow antisemitism and D.E.I. to run your campus, don't break the law, and protect the civil liberties of all students." Mr. Fields added that the White House was "confident that Harvard will eventually come around and support the president's vision, and through good-faith conversations and negotiations, a good deal is more than possible."I think Harvard is more determined to discriminate against Jews, whites, Asians and men than Putin is to capture Ukraine. No good deal is possible.

GB PoliticsBefore getting to the story, let's review Trump's various comments about immigration made with the effeminate PM Keir Starmer. A couple of days ago, a reporter asked Keir Starmer about Trump's incredible performance in securing the border. Keir Starmer is plainly upset at this statement/question. Starmer is presently pretending that he really wants to stop "the boats" coming over from France, filled with illegal aliens from the Middle East. But he's just pretending, so he doesn't want to have to endorse Trump's actual action on the issue too much.

Tuesday on MSNBC’s (MSNSDAP) “All In,” Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was using “food as a weapon of war.”There is absolutely zero political gain that I can see in publicly stating this. Other than perhaps him thinking that attacking Bibi is a way to somehow ding President Trump as some sort of genocidal war criminal, given the undeniable and indisputable facts on the ground since the October 7th Barbaric mass assault and pogrom out of Gaza aimed at Israel, and indeed since Islam itself matastasized almost 1500 years ago, this is just naked Anti-Semitism. Or is he trying to impress the Islamic Republic of Dearbornistan and Mogadishuappolis for a potential run at the Democrat nomination?
The Media Pulled the Same Famine Hoax in Yemen Before Gaza. . . Since the famine began, Yemen’s population shot up from 30 million to 39 million. . . . . . It was all lies. It still is. The same tactics used in Yemen, photos of sick kids who look like they’re starving, and false claims of famine no matter how much aid goes in, are being used in Gaza. The same lie. The same hoax. For the same purpose. To aid Islamic terrorists.Funny how the Gazan population actually boomed over the past 20 years since Israel's insane withdrawal chasing the HunterBiden crackpipe dream of land for peace. If Israel is committing genocide, they're obviously doing it wrong. Remember, this has absolutely zero to do with ending starvation, it has everything to do with the dismantling – way too gentle a word – the demolition of the State of Israel, even if it means the death of every Jew there and indeed every Jew on the planet as can be seen with assaults on Jews all over the world demonstrates. That's what "Globalize the Intifada means: Death to the Jews. The erasure of Israel's border and supplanting its population with Muslims is incidental.
This is what Chris Van Hollen is actually saying. So if the Mossad took this filthy despicable, blood-libeling shitstain out, it would be justifiable and frankly, I'd cheer it.
And in a similar vein, vis a vis hypocrisy and lying, sure as night follows day, in the wake of the multiple victim shooting in Manhattan yesterday, the gun grabbers emitted their predictable hideous cloud of flatus:
On Tuesday’s broadcast of “CNN News Central,” New York Assemblyman Alex Bores (D) said that “it is finally time for us to have a nationwide ban on assault weapons, on these AR-15-style weapons.” But “we shouldn’t be in these discussions on the ticky-tacky aspects of the specific guns. We need to be taking action to keep people safe. Exactly where we draw the line on exactly what kind of weapon, we can discuss.” Bores said, “I think it’s, as our governor said this morning, it is finally time for us to have a nationwide ban on assault weapons, on these AR-15-style weapons. Now, this one was a pistol and a different one, and I expect many of my colleagues in elected office to pick at specific distinctions in weapons. But what’s clear is no one should have a magazine that can shoot 30 rounds. No one should have such a high-powered and maneuverable weapon and be able to walk around city streets or drive it into our state.”This Bores, like every other leftist drone bores me to fucking tears with their predictable bullshit Meh, the deadliest assault weapons out there are Leftism, and Islam. We can bandy about the Ticky Tacky features of the Democrat Party but there you have it.
So, not to minimize the tragedy of the shooting, but as I mentioned yesterday and it bears repeating we've heard nothing from Bores or any other Democrat about the 11 people stabbed to death at a Michigan Walmart over the weekend. What about common sense Steak Knife control? Meh, what we desperately need is common sense Democrat Control. Had we only abolished that Party post-Appomattox, think of all the pain, misery, death, destruction and dislocation we could have prevented?! It is to weep. Alas, we cannot go back in time. But we can go forward. And yet we have these items, the first of which starts across the pond:
British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has defended the censorious Online Safety Act and insisted Britain “had free speech for a very, very long time” and will continue to do so. Critics argue the legislation marks the end of that tradition, which is already ineffective due to laws allowing people to be prosecuted for “grossly offensive” communications and other forms of expression by enabling widespread censorship under the guise of “online safety.”The Online Safety Act, passed by the formerly governing Conservative (Tory) Party government but only effective from Friday, grants the unelected regulator Ofcom the power to enforce a “duty of care” on websites. Under this framework, social media companies must remove content Ofcom deems harmful or face fines of up to $24 million or 10 percent of global revenue, whichever is higher.Ofcom’s definition of “harmful content” is broad, encompassing criticisms of government policies, including immigration and COVID-19 measures—not just sexually explicit content, as its defenders imply. Zia Yusuf, of Nigel Farage’s Reform Party, described the act as plunging Britain into a “borderline dystopian state.” Farage himself has pledged to repeal the legislation if Reform takes over the government.Social media platforms are now required to verify users’ ages and adjust algorithms to block inappropriate content for children. Critics argue this effectively censors conservative viewpoints and dissenting opinions, as the rules apply extraterritorially, potentially impacting American users. Notably, it has already restricted not only minors’ access to pornography, but also parliamentary debates on Muslim grooming gangs.Speaking of Starmer, we have our own greasy bastard of a Starmer-bahnfuhrer who fancies himself as Lord And Master:
In a move that reeks of political opportunism and arbitrary censorship, California’s legislature is advancing Senate Bill 771, a measure that would impose draconian fines on social media platforms for failing to suppress what state officials label as “hate speech.” “Under the bill, which sits in the state Assembly after being passed by the Senate in May, large social media companies will be subject to legal challenges and fines if their algorithms ‘relay content to users’ that violates the state's civil rights protections, such as hate speech. Platforms that knowingly violate the law could face fines up to $1 million. The bill would also implement a separate ‘civil penalty’ fine of up to $500,000 for reckless violations. Which is curious, because one might think that freedom of speech is a “civil right” and no one has a right to push “unlikeable” speech off the web. Additionally, some might wonder how anyone has a so-called “right” to force his neighbor to pay for the creation and operation of a government “speech police” gang. Mandt notes that, as one might expect, the typical “don’t say anything bad about LGBTQ – ‘bad’ being whatever government defines as 'bad.'"
Too bad Greasy Kid Stuff is a white, hetero male. Maybe CNN can turn him into a black drag queen, or POSSIBLY a black drag queen like they turned the Manhattan shooter into a POSSIBLY white guy? Like AL Sharpton is possibly Casper the Friendly Ghost. I seem to recall a few years back after a mass shooting, some schmuck came up with the great idea of schoolrooms stocking up on canned goods and hurling cans of food at a shooter. Wonder how Van Hollen felt about that vis a vis using food as a weapon?! Have a great day! And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

Proximate cause: Visa and Mastercard deciding they have to act as global fun censors.
Distal cause: Some group of Australian Stalinist nutcases called Collective Shout who have for years believed they have to act as global fun censors. As a result of Collective Shout's actions, in tandem with the payment processors, over 20,000 games, books, comics, and other creative works - confirmed via the Internet Archive - functionally ceased to exist on the site (though purchased content remains in users' libraries so long as it doesn't violate itch.io's new guidelines), imperiling the creators who depend on sales from itch.io. In addition to NSFW content, notable projects that didn't have the tag were caught up in the purge as well.
Anything not mandatory is forbidden.Whenever a platform announces a blanket ban on adult content, LGBTQ+ creators are almost always disproportionately affected, harming queer artists and invariably queer people.
This is true, because "queer" artists and "queer" people are sex-obsessed lunatics, but I'll support them before a bunch of Stalinist fun censors who are probably from Melbourne anyway.

Fox "News" affirming my gender choice to cancel cable and identify as a Non-Fox-Viewer:
Claiming the Democrats have a "brand problem" or a "messaging problem" is "sugar-coating" the problem, Fox "News." They have a policy and results problem, not a messaging problem. Fox News continues to disappoint. They continue to be useless liberals playing conservative dress-up.
Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chair Ken Martin isn't sugar-coating his party's problems. "We do have a brand problem," the DNC chair said in a recent Fox News Digital interview.
Fox "News" once again spins for liberals:
And in what's starting to sound like a broken record, the Democratic Party hit another historic low in a national poll this past weekend. Only a third of those questioned in a Wall Street Journal survey said they held a favorable view of the party, with 63% holding an unfavorable opinion of the Democrats. That's the highest unfavorable rating for the party in a Wall Street Journal poll dating back 35 years. While the favorable ratings for President Donald Trump (45%-52%) and the Republican Party (43%-54%) in the poll were nothing to brag about, they weren't as deeply underwater as the Democrats' favorability. "The Democratic brand is so bad that they don't have the credibility to be a critic of Trump or the Republican Party," said longtime Democrat pollster John Anzalone, who conducts Wall Street Journal polling along with veteran Republican pollster Tony Fabrizio.
The Wall Street Journal survey, which was conducted July 16-20, is the latest this month to indicate the plunge in Democratic Party polling. Just 28% of Americans viewed the party favorably, according to a CNN poll conducted July 10-13. That's the lowest mark for Democrats in the entire history of CNN polling, going back over 30 years. And just 19% of voters questioned in a Quinnipiac University national poll in the field July 10-14 gave Democrats in Congress a thumbs up on how they're handling their duties, with 72% disapproving. That's an all-time low since Quinnipiac University first began asking congressional approval questions in their surveys 16 years ago.
In other words, they had an 8 point lead in 2018 and only a within-the-margin-of-error three point lead now. How is that a silver lining? CNN's poll analyst Harry Enten reviewed similar polling a couple of weeks ago and does not agree this is a "silver lining" at all. So CNN is less of a partisan Democrat cheerleader than Fox "News." In other bit of good news for Democrats, this time from bitter NeverTrump low-T failure Chris Stirewalt, Democrats have regained their lead among young voters.
But there is a silver lining in the poll for Democrats. By a 46%-43% margin, voters questioned in the survey said they would back a Democrat for Congress over a Republican. ... In Wall Street Journal polling eight years ago, Democrats held an eight-point advantage, a year ahead of a blue wave that swept the party back into power as they grabbed the House majority in the 2018 midterms during the first Trump administration.
The good news for Democrats in the latest comprehensive survey of Americans' partisan identities is that among young voters, the party has regained a lead, a 6-point advantage among those ages 18 to 29. The bad news: Four years ago, the advantage was 32 points. So much good news for the Democrats! I saw people claiming that Gen Z males were now the most Republican demographic in the country. That's not right, because Gen X edged them out. But Gen Z males are nearly as Republican now:
Political PollsThe bloated father-disappointing NeverTrump shill Chris Stirewalt has even more good news:
@PpollingNumbers New - Gen Z Party poll (Man) 🔴 Republican - 52% (+1
🔵 Democrats 34% Pew research
America has been getting more Republican, something you didn't need an exhaustive survey of 5,022 adults to tell you. In 2020, 49 percent of Americans identified as Democrats, compared to 43 percent of Republicans. The next year, in the wake of the Jan. 6 sacking of the Capitol and Donald Trump's effort to overturn the election results, Democrats widened their advantage to 10 points, 52 percent to 42 percent. But since then, it's been a steady retreat for the blue team. ... By 2024, Republicans actually enjoyed a 1-point advantage, 47 percent to 46 percent, a nearly perfect indicator of the results of the presidential election that fall. Now that the dust has settled, we find the parties in pretty much the same position, with Republicans holding that same 1-point advantage, but both parties a tick lower, 46 percent Republicans, 45 percent Democratic and 8 percent declaring themselves pure independents.Even bitter left-wingers are at least acknowledging the country is shifting to the right. Chris Matthews, who infamously felt a "thrill up his leg" just thinking about Obama (who himself "made love to men, but only in my fantasies"), notes that the nation is trending to the right, largely because of Trump's "strength."

Fox "News," of course, goes along with the "brawl" psyop.
It's a brawl, guys. When one guy is on the ground getting pummeled by a crowd, that's just a fight between equals. Just some guys having a little scuffle, is all. And when a middle-aged woman attempts to step in and shield him from the mob's vicious beating, and gets sucker-punched by a black guy and will probably have brain damage for life, that's just more "brawling." Update: Boss Moss says, per Megyn Kelly, both victims of the lynching are expected to recover. We'll see.Police in Cincinnati are investigating a viral video that shows what appears to be a violent brawl in the downtown section of the city.It does not appear to be a "brawl." It appears to be a racial lynching which occurred on the street to the apparent delight of the locals. I thought racial lynchings were wrong. Has that changed? If so, put out a memo letting us all know.
The fight happened on Friday night, between Elm and Fourth Streets, according to FOX 19 in Cincinnati. Several videos of the fight have made the rounds on social media.
The "fight."
Just a run-of-the-mill boisterous "brawl."
A man in a white t-shirt appears to be shoved to the ground by two other men and mercilessly beaten. The video then shows others in the crowd, women included, joining in on the beating. The man's head appears to be stomped multiple times.
The man continued to be battered for about 50 seconds before he was helped back onto his feet. But he immediately took a step and fell back down. Several people responded to help the man back up, and one man could be heard saying, "My man's drunk." ...I have a theory: If the races were reversed and a crowd of people were kicking and beating a black man to death, and then putting a black women into a coma, we wouldn't be talking about who the "initial aggressors" were. We'd be talking about hate-crime charges and charges for attempted murder. Even if this guy mouthed off to one of this crowd of racial lynchers, you don't get to beat someone into a brain-damaged state because they "disrespected you." Again, if this rule has been changed, let us all know. Because many of us put up with similar "disrespect" and if we're allowed to attempt to murder people for disrespecting us, well, some of us may be inclined to take you up on that offer.
A woman then appears to rush to the man's aid, but she is then attacked by the crowd. She suffers two brutal blows to the face, which send her slamming down on the pavement. She appears to be knocked unconscious after her head hits the pavement.
It is unclear who the initial aggressors were. The man and woman seen being beaten in the video are White, and the large crowd that targets the pair is made up largely of Black assailants. The identity and condition of the man and woman in the video are unknown.
The "brawl." Below: The female victim of this "brawl." I'm not sure she got to use any of her MMA training in this "brawl."
Cincinnati Chief of Police Teresa Theetge told Fox News Digital she was disgusted by the brawl.

Oh, there was a "verbal altercation" so of course the black guys are justified in lynching the white guy. I forgot. Again, I have to ask: if this is the rule, that's the rule for white guys who feel disrespected after a "verbal altercation" too, right? The "brawl:"
"The behavior displayed is nothing short of cruel and absolutely unacceptable," she said in a statement. "Our investigative team is working diligently to identify every individual involved in causing harm. It's also important to clarify: this was a sudden dispute between individuals following a verbal altercation."

The media is suddenly interested in the Epstein story after years of burying it -- and, in George Stephanopolous's and Katie Couric's cases, actually partying with the pervert billionaire at his New York apartment. And attacking anyone who discussed the case as a PizzaGate Conspiracy Theorist. J.D. Vance noted this abrupt shift in position.
Ghislaine Maxwell will plead the Fifth Amendment in response to a congressional subpoena to testify about deceased sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein -- unless several demands are met, according to a Tuesday letter from her attorney obtained by The Post. Defense lawyer David Oscar Markus told the Republican-led House Oversight Committee that his client's statements under oath "could compromise her constitutional rights, prejudice her legal claims, and potentially taint a future jury pool." "Accordingly, our initial reaction was that Ms. Maxwell would invoke her Fifth Amendment rights and decline to testify at this time," Markus wrote to Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.). "However, after further reflection, we would like to find a way to cooperate with Congress if a fair and safe path forward can be established." The demands listed in the letter include two items that Markus deemed non-negotiable: a grant of immunity for Maxwell, and testifying outside the Florida federal prison where she's been serving a 20-year sentence since 2022 for conspiring with Epstein to abuse young girls. Before that, she had spent nearly two years in a Brooklyn detention facility, which her attorney called "one of the worst" prisons in the US. The committee should also provide copies of its questions in advance, Markus said, "to identify the relevant documentation from millions of pages that could corroborate her responses."
In Scotland, Trump also snapped back against the suddenly-QAnon-curious media. Trump made the point that everyone with a functioning brain has made for years: Given that the US Department of Justice actively framed Trump for being an agent of Vladimir Putin, clearly the DOJ under Biden would have released any derogatory information about Trump contained in the Epstein files.
Vice President JD Vance was adamant Monday that President Trump "has nothing to hide" with respect to notorious sex predator Jeffrey Epstein, while ripping into the George W. Bush and Barack Obama administrations for their handling of the case. "The president has been very clear. We're not shielding anything," Vance told reporters at an event in Canton, Ohio meant to promote the newly-enacted One Big Beautiful Bill Act. "The president has directed the attorney general to release all credible information and, frankly, to go and find additional credible information related to the Jeffrey Epstein case," added the Ohio native. "He's been incredibly transparent about that stuff. But some of that stuff takes time." Vance echoed other top officials in stressing the need to safeguard the names of victims in any additional disclosures about Epstein, who was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell Aug. 10, 2019, while awaiting federal trial on sex trafficking charges. Before ascending to public office, Vance suggested the government was not being transparent about the late pedophile or his purported network of associates. Mb<"For 20 years, you had Obama and George W. Bush's Department of Justice go easy on this guy. They didn't fully investigate the case," the 40-year-old charged Monday. "They didn't show any curiosity about the case, and now Donald J. Trump is asking his Department of Justice to show full transparency." "If you want to criticize the people who aren't showing full transparency, you ought to go after the administrations that went easy on Jeffrey Epstein, the administrations that concealed this case for 20 years, and the administrations that failed to show full transparency." In 2007, then-Miami US Attorney Alex Acosta cut a deal with Epstein allowing him to plead guilty to Florida state charges of solicitation of prostitution and procuring a minor for prostitution. Under the plea agreement, Epstein was only confined for 13 months, spending much of that period on work release. Acosta was named Labor Secretary by Trump at the beginning of the president's first term, but resigned in July 2019, days after Epstein's arrest by federal investigators, amid an outcry over the plea deal. "Donald J. Trump, I'm telling you, he's got nothing to hide," Vance insisted. "His administration has got nothing to hide, and that's why he's been an advocate for full transparency in this case."
When a reporter pressed Trump on whether he'd been briefed on his alleged inclusion in the Epstein files, he didn't hold back. He slammed former FBI Director James Comey, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and Joe Biden himself as individuals responsible for running the files. "Those files were run for four years by those people," he emphasized. "If they had anything, I assume they would've released it. Those files were run by these people; they were run by my enemy. If there was anything in there, they would've used them for the election." Trump made clear that the files were handled by partisan operatives out to get him. "Those files were run by the worst scum on earth. They were run by Comey. They were run by Garland. They were run by Biden, and all of the people that actually ran the government, including the autopen," he said. "If they had anything, I assume they would have released it." Pointing to the 2024 election as proof, Trump noted, "I was running against somebody that ran the files. If they had something, they would have released it." ... Trump went on to warn about the potential for manipulated evidence, drawing a parallel to the now-debunked Steele dossier: "They can easily put something in the files that's a phony--like, as an example, Christopher Steele... wrote a... dossier. We call it the fake news dossier. And the whole thing was a fake." Trump blasted the DOJ and other officials who controlled the Epstein records, calling them "bad, sick people," and questioned why, if damaging material existed, no one used it earlier. "Why didn't they use it when I was killing Joe? And then he gave out because he was 25 points down."

Why did Biden leave these websites up?
Arrest the members and prosecute them. Post the names of the members so that patriotic pro-child activists can have a word with these members out in the woods in the dark and silent.
Justice Dept. shuts down dark web child abuse sites that had 120,000 members and millions of files
When FBI agents arrived outside William Spearman's home in the quiet suburb of Madison, Alabama, in November 2022, they were prepared for danger. Their search warrant was so important to the bureau that it was approved by the FBI director himself. When the agents breached Spearman's door with tactical explosives, Spearman fought back, tussling with the agents as three of his handguns remained barely out of reach. The FBI managed to handcuff and arrest Spearman, a high-value arrest, in what a top Justice Department official called "one of the most successful" prosecutions of its kind. Spearman went by the nickname "Boss" and was labeled by the Justice Department as "one of the most significant" purveyors of child sex abuse material in the world. His arrest in 2022, his guilty plea a year later and his eventual life sentence were part of an unprecedented takedown of a prodigious child abuse network. Spearman is one of at least 18 people convicted so far of leading and utilizing the dark web to share hundreds of thousands of unlawful sexually exploitative images of children. The Justice Department calls the investigation and prosecutions Operation Grayskull; it helped secure those arrests and shutter four heavily trafficked dark web sites where violent and horrific images of child sexual abuse were traded and housed. The Operation Grayskull investigation launched in 2020, when law enforcement agents noticed a spike in traffic to a dark web site suspected of hosting child abuse material. The dark web child abuse sites eventually attracted more than 120,000 members, millions of files and at least 100,000 visits in a single day, according to an FBI official who spoke with CBS News. "Even for prosecutors, it is difficult to understand how pervasive this is," said Matthew Galeotti, head of the Justice Department Criminal Division. "Because it happens on the dark web, people aren't aware of it. It's extremely troubling," he told CBS News. ... Selwyn Rosenstein was sentenced to 28 years in prison in 2022, for operating a dark website for unlawful exploitative images. Prosecutors said the platform "was not simply a website; it was a large, active community of pedophiles and (abuse material) enthusiasts. And it existed in part because of the Defendant's criminal acts." Rosenstein possessed such a large quantity of abusive images, he needed to store some on a server he used to run his business, according to the Justice Department. Speaking from a second floor conference room at Justice Department headquarters in Washington last week, Galeotti told CBS News the members of these dark web child abuse sites often "earn" membership by paying a fee, "helping moderate the site" or contributing child abuse images or material.
Another unrelated (?) horror in Alabama: police discover a hidden bunker where children were held captive and r*ped and sold by the night.
In a rural stretch of Bibb County in central Alabama, past pine forests and gravel roads, deputies uncovered what a sheriff called the most disturbing child abuse case he's seen in his 33 years of working in law enforcement. Inside a concrete bunker near a home, at least 10 children were harmed as part of what the Bibb County Sheriff's Office described as a criminal operation involving sex trafficking, torture and the theft of innocence. Most of the victims were between 3 and 10 years old; one was 15, officials said. Why are their names being hidden? Meanwhile, DHS is rounding up illegal alien pedophiles that the left is determined to keep in America to r*pe our children.
"I know God's forgiveness is boundless, but if there was a limit to it, I think we've reached it," Sheriff Jody Wade said, describing the acts as beyond comprehension and the kind that fracture faith in human nature. At a news conference on Wednesday, Sheriff Wade said seven people, including family members and parents, were charged in connection with the trafficking operation in Brent, Ala., a city of 2,600 people about an hour south of Birmingham, where children were harmed in the bunker's underground structure. The charges include human trafficking, rape, sodomy and sexual torture, Sheriff Wade said. Two women and five men were charged. "I'm afraid there's going to be more victims and many more suspects," he said. A photo released by the sheriff's office shows the inside of the bunker: a stained mattress in a corner, a black metal folding chair beside it, a dirty white pedestal fan, and a single lightbulb hanging from the ceiling. The sheriff said that the victims did not live in the bunker, which was built as a storm shelter, but that it was where the adults held them and allowed others to abuse them.
The victims were restrained to a chair and bed, Sheriff Wade said, adding that those children who were old enough to fight back were given something to make them a "little bit more drowsy and a little bit more compliant." Sheriff Wade said that the suspects charged people to visit the bunker and abuse the children. The operation sometimes brought in $1,000 a night.
NEWARK, N.J. -- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations Newark, alongside partners from Enforcement and Removal Operations, Newark arrested four illegally present child predators over the course of as many days in connection with an ongoing effort targeting illegal aliens with histories of child exploitation, titled "Operation Apex Predator." Personnel with ICE HSI and ERO Newark arrested Gerson Jose Saenz Umana, a 27-year-old El Salvadorian national, and Javier Garcia Nicolasa, a 42-year-old Mexican national, on July 21. Garcia Nicolasa was convicted on Dec. 1, 2023, of endangering sexual conduct with a child by caretaker. He was sentenced to three years in prison. He entered the U.S. on an unknown date and through and unknown location. Umana is a registered sex offender with a sealed criminal history that involves the exploitation of a child. He was first encountered near Falfurrias, Texas, in November 2012, as an unaccompanied alien child. Just days prior, on July 17, HSI and ERO Newark personnel made two other arrests of child predators living in New Jersey. Juan Villatoro Valle, from El Salvador, and Reyes Peralta-Salazar, from Mexico, both illegally present in the United States. Villatoro Valle, age 45, was convicted on Aug. 2, 2019, of sexual assault involving a victim under the age of 13, aggravated criminal sexual assault, and endangering with sexual conduct. He was sentenced to five years in prison. Villatoro Valle entered the U.S. without inspection sometime before 2000. He was granted Temporary Protected Status in 2006, but his application for permanent residency was denied in 2009. Reyes Peralta-Salazar, age 38, was arrested on Sept. 14, 2023, for criminal sexual conduct and endangering -- sexual conduct with child. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail. Peralta-Salazar entered the U.S. without inspection at an unknown date. All individuals were required to register as sex offenders in the state of New Jersey. All are being held in ICE custody pending either a hearing before an immigration judge or deportation.Democrats continue bothering DHS and ICE officials, demanding entry so that they can help Democrat voters, also known as pedophiles, escape the consequences of the law.
Congressional Democrats are demanding a tour of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Baltimore as part of the party's push to conduct oversight over the Trump administration's immigration policies. The Maryland delegation, including Sens. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) and Angela Alsobrooks (D-MD), as well as Reps. Glenn Ivey (D-MD), Johnny Olzewski Jr. (D-MD), Sarah Elfreth (D-MD), and Kweisi Mfume (D-MD) were denied a tour of the George H. Fallon federal building on Monday.
Their visit comes after allegations that detainees were experiencing inhumane conditions. ICE has denied these claims. Mfume said during a press conference following the visit that the lawmakers were able to enter the building, but a director denied them a tour. "We were not allowed entry, so we had to stand outside, bang on the door, and ultimately sit in front of the door," Mfume said. "Finally, a director came out and explained to us that she had been given direction not to allow anyone, member of the House, Senate, or anyone into the facility."

He halluciated having been in the NFL, and then went to the NFL's corporate offices to get vengeance for his hallucination.
He shot a fifth person, who survived the attack. This maniac never played in the NFL, or even college. He played only high school football. The below photo of the maniac killer was publicized early into the incident.
The crazed gunman who killed an NYPD officer and three other people in a Midtown skyscraper on Monday evening was carrying a note in his pocket that expressed grievances with the NFL and claimed he suffered from CTE -- a brain injury linked to head trauma, sources told The Post. Shane Tamura, 27, cited the NFL in the writings, which were found after he fatally shot himself in the chest on the 33rd floor of 345 Park Ave. -- a swanky skyscraper that houses the football league's corporate headquarters. The mentally ill man wanted to shoot up the NFL's offices on levels 5 through 8 -- but "mistakenly went up the wrong elevator banks" and ended up on a higher floor, Mayor Eric Adams confirmed Tuesday. In his three-page ramblings, Tamura blamed football for his apparent struggle with the neurodegenerative disease chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) and pleaded for his brain to be studied in the wake of the massacre, law enforcement sources said. He also specifically referred to Terry Long, the former Pittsburgh Steelers player who was diagnosed with CTE after downing antifreeze to kill himself 20 years ago. "Terry Long, football gave me CTE and it caused me to drink a gallon of antifreeze," the note stated, according to sources. "You can't go against the NFL, they'll squash you." "Please study brain for CTE. I'm sorry. The league knowingly concealed the dangers to our brains to maximize profits," Tamura continued. "They failed us." The NFL has offices elsewhere in the Park Avenue high-rise, and one of its employees was among those shot, though not fatally. Adams confirmed Tamura's note "alluded to having CTE from playing NFL" -- even though "he never played in the NFL." "It appears as though he was going after the employees of the NFL," the mayor confirmed on Fox 5. "We're still going through the suicide note to zero in on the exact reason, but at this time it appears as if it's something attached to his belief he experienced CTE from the NFL." ... Tamura, who lived in Las Vegas and had a known mental health history there, initially opened fire in the building's lobby before taking the elevator to the 33rd floor, where he turned the gun on himself.

CNN's Erin Burnett is being skewered for reporting that the gunman who opened fire in a Midtown skyscraper -- killing an NYPD cop and three others -- was "possibly white" after viewing the initial security footage released immediately after Shane Tamura's deadly rampage. In the photos first shared online, Tamura, 27, was captured in broad daylight walking into 345 Park Ave. with a Palmetto State Armory AR-15 rifle in his hand. Burnett said police knew the gunman had "sunglasses, mustache, male, possibly white" during a broadcast shortly after the shooting Monday evening. The chilling image of Tamura with the AR-15, however, showed him with a possibly darker or ethnically mixed complexion. Early police reports also suggested the suspect might be of Middle Eastern descent. Online critics slammed Burnett's statement for being too premature and presumptive. "He may be a bunch of different things, basically anything BUT white," one internet commenter said. "CNN should be shut down. They have not reported a truthful story in what seems like forever," another commenter on X said.Black commentators are questioning CNN's determination to gaslight the country. Greg Forman also points out that CNN's Tater is boohoo whinin' and cryin' that Trump is talking about yanking the broadcast licenses of the Gaslight Media.

Politico for Kidz (TM) aka Axios is shook.
EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said Tuesday he's issuing draft plans to overturn the agency's 2009 scientific finding that greenhouse gases threaten human health and welfare -- a move guaranteed to spark litigation.Weird how Obama impose this rule on bureaucratic authority alone and yet bureaucratic authority isn't enough to un-impose it.
Zeldin says the rollback of this "finding" could save Americans $1 trillion in unnecessary "green" redtape.
Why it matters: It's President Trump's most direct effort to rip out climate regulations root and branch -- and make it harder for a successor to impose new ones. The "endangerment finding" provides a key legal underpinning for regulating heat-trapping gases from cars, power plants and more under the Clean Air Act. Driving the news: "This is been referred to as basically driving a dagger into the heart of the climate change religion," Zeldin said on Ruthless, the popular conservative podcast where he announced the plan. Catch up quick: EPA issued the finding in response to a landmark 2007 Supreme Court decision, Massachusetts v. EPA, which held that greenhouse gases are pollutants under the Clean Air Act. The ruling led then-President Obama in 2009 to issue an order allowing EPA to establish emissions standards for sources shown to reasonably affect health and welfare. Zeldin has said the decision stipulated that EPA was authorized -- but not obligated -- to regulate greenhouse gases. The big picture: Researchers and environmentalists have warned ahead of the proposal that it conflicts with the scientific consensus on the unfolding harms from climate change. "It is callous, dangerous and a breach of our government's responsibility to protect the American people from this devastating pollution," the Environmental Defense Fund said ahead of the long-expected plan.
And Dan Becker of the Center for Biological Diversity said in a statement Tuesday: "By revoking this key scientific finding Trump is putting fealty to Big Oil over sound science and people's health." State of play: Zeldin argued that he's in favor of less pollution, and cast emissions rules as a distraction, saying "this is an economic issue." "We want clean air, land and water. Conservatives love the environment, want to be good stewards of the environment," he said.
But he alleged there are people who want to "bankrupt the country" in the name of battling climate change. Friction point: Zeldin said the agency welcomes a battle over what he called faulty conclusions about climate harms. The EPA administrator would make the final determination after a public comment period. "We're going to go out to public comment. We're not afraid of allowing the public to weigh in," Zeldin said. What we're watching: Certain legal battles if and when EPA finalizes the draft proposal after the comment period. ... Opponents of EPA's greenhouse gas regulations "might be able to fast-track their elimination by bringing lawsuits alleging that -- without an underlying endangerment finding -- the rules are arbitrary and capricious," ClearView Energy Partners said
earlier this year.
Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin will rescind the Obama administration's endangerment finding declaration in the "largest deregulatory action in the history of America," he announced Tuesday on the "Ruthless" podcast. Zeldin joined the "Ruthless" podcast to break the news that the EPA would nix the declaration that insisted greenhouse gases like carbon monoxide and methane endanger human lives. Zeldin will officially make the announcement that will drive "a dagger into the heart of the climate change religion" later in the day in Indiana. "A lot of people are out there listening, they might not know what the endangerment finding is. If you ask congressional Democrats to describe what it is, the left would say that it means that carbon dioxide is a pollutant, carbon dioxide is an endangerment to human health. They might say methane is a pollutant, methane is an endangerment to human health," Zeldin said. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin will rescind the Obama administration's endangerment finding declaration in the "largest deregulatory action in the history of America," he announced Tuesday on the "Ruthless" podcast. "That's an oversimplified, I would say inaccurate way to describe it," Zeldin continued. "The Obama administration said that carbon dioxide, when mixed with a bunch of other well-mixed gasses, greenhouse gasses, that it contributes to climate change. How much? They don't say... they say that climate change engenders human health, so because of these different mental leaps... then there were all sorts of vehicle regulations that followed." "Ruthless" co-host Josh Holmes noted that endangerment finding is "the hub to the spoke of the left's environmental agenda, essentially," to which Zeldin agreed. "This has been referred to as basically driving a dagger into the heart of the climate change religion," Zeldin said. "Most Americans, we care about the environment, we want clean air, land and water. Conservatives love the environment, want to be good stewards of the environment. There are people who then, in the name of climate change, are willing to bankrupt the country," he continued. "In the name of environmental justice, they will get tens of billions of dollars appropriated to their friends rather than actually remediating environmental issues."One regulation that will be affected is the mandatory "idle stop" of a car's engine at red lights.

The Vice President stated that he disliked seeing American companies firing thousands of American workers, then claiming there is a labor shortage. “But I don’t want companies to fire 9,000 American workers and then to go and say, we can’t find workers here in America.” “That’s a bullsh*t story,” he said.
The next step is to reduce the number of H1B visas issued (maybe to zero for a long while until our education system catches up?), and tighten the requirements so that it isn't carte blanche for American corporations to reduce labor costs by injuring Americans! Will that increase the labor costs of many corporations? Maybe. And I don't care. It might also improve the products, and increase consumer spending. But again...I don't care. Employing Americans and reinforcing our shared culture is more important than some improvement on GM's bottom line. And if GM won't make that decision, then government should step in. The same thing is necessary to rein in the horrid, racist hiring practices of many corporations. They want to hire 50% disabled black two-spirit mechanical engineers? With the appropriate laws passed and strictly enforced...they can't. They will have to hire using the now strange method of choosing the best people, regardless of color or sexuality or political bent. And yes, I am arguing for more government interference in what ideally should be a private decision between employer and employee. But we have to admit that what worked reasonably well for a very long time has become an anachronism, as corporate profit has become distorted by competing pressures of Woke lunacy and MBA-driven profit over all other considerations. Perhaps in a generation, if our universities return to actual education (or even better...disappear), our corporations return to recognizing that shareholder value cannot be created with Woke policies, and our culture discards the absolute insanity of the last generation, we might succeed without government and legal interference, but I doubt it. [Crossposted at CutJibNewsletter and X/Twitter] And the Apple and Spotify feeds for CJN's podcast should be working!
