Yes, we know this, and the fact that much of "conservative media" is just dependent on telling us things we already know is one (though hardly) the only reason why people feel a sense of futility that nothing will happen. The same outlets that put out this stuff can't even explain court procedures correctly or figure out what a law says or doesn't say.
So we get a daily diet of "massive revelations", but nothing seems to change. This is all in the interest of clicks, but it has a demoralizing effect. As Oddball would say, "why can't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?" [in this context that would be telling us about something positive happening in the states or in the Trump Admin, given how hopeless Congress is]

I saw a story at Market Ticker yesterday that the old line of "you need 600 IU [?] of Vitamin D per day" is wildly off the mark. It should probably be along the lines of 2000-3000 IU per day, if not higher.
I am not a nutritionist or any other kind of physician, though, so don't take my word for it.

People are elephants. Some are big, some are small, some are shapely, some are not.
Nothing the elephant does really changes that. Instead, they all walk together, eating as they go and living life.
If you are putting in an hour a day of exercise (even as simple as walking - just moving your body and getting your heart working and blood flowing) and eating/drinking a moderate sized diet low in junk and high in Piper foods, you will be what your body wants to be. And a body in balance and consistency is a healthy body, even if it is 20lbs higher or lower than you'd prefer.

You don’t need to do fat burning supplements.

Cops are trained to falsify their reports in order to justify unlawful detentions, arrests, use of force, etc. when the facts do not actually justify their actions. That's why you see the same buzzwords and phrases crop up in bogus reports time and again both within and across departments. It's very much a systemic issue and something that legitimately needs to be addressed.
