I avoided this story for as long as I could. It's just too stupid and hateful and makes me want to do bad things.

As you may know, two unemployed millennials -- a son and his horrid wife -- are living with their parents, and are the unwelcome neighbors of Justice Samuel Alito and his wife, Martha-Ann.

One of these leftwing monsters spends the day harassing Martha-Ann, shouting at her "you are complicit!" (of opposing leftwing Marxist agenda items) and even called her a "c*nt."

To make a point, Martha-Ann flew the "Appeal to Heaven" flag, which was commissioned by George Washington.

Suddenly the entire left declared that this flag was a well-known Insurrectionist Symbol. In much the same way that the "OK" finger sign became, overnight, a well-known physical code of the alt-right. (The trolling board 4chan started this rumor as a joke, but the left bought into it completely, and began getting people fired for making this "Nazi" gesture.)

The Appeal to Heaven flag is such a notorious symbol of the Alt-Right that the San Francisco Civic Center routinely flew it.

They took it down a couple of weeks ago in order to support the left's insane new conspiracy theory that a flag commissioned by George Washington, which only stands for the idea that the American people are looking to God to grant them freedom and preserve it, suddenly became a Well-Known Alt-Right Nazi Symbol three weeks ago because the left always needs a new conspiracy theory to animate it.

They're mounting this attack on Alito because they are trying to pressure him -- and Democrat Senators are trying to threaten him -- into recusing himself on any case having to do with Trump, abortion, gun rights, etc. In other words, they want to take him out of any ruling they want to win.

They've been running similar games on Clarence Thomas for years and years and years. They've been trying to press him into recusing himself (or retiring) because he stayed at the home of a Republican friend.

Oh? Staying in someone's home means you must recuse yourself?

Whow about taking free tickets worth $3,700 from a leftwing pop star who pours money into Democrat coffers?

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was gifted four concert tickets by pop superstar Beyoncé valued at $3,700, according to a financial disclosure.

The Biden appointee also disclosed a $900,000 advance for her upcoming memoir "Lovely One" out in September, and two gifts of artwork in her chambers worth $12,500.

The disclosures were part of an annual filing deadline for the justices, which all met except for Samuel Alito who asked for an extension, according to The Hill. The filing covered all of 2023.

Vice President Kamala Harris also previously filed that she was gifted tickets by Beyoncé, valuing them at $3,300, according to CNBC.

Last year, Jackson, who was appointed to the court in 2022, also had a couple of eye-popping filings, including more than $6,500 in clothes from a photo shoot and a $1,200 flower display from Oprah Winfrey, according to The Hill.

Note that Obama appointed one of his hack DNC lawyers who argued for the constitutionality of Obamacare to the Supreme Court as a ringer. People demanded that she recuse herself from ruling on Obamacare as she had a personal, professional interest in vindicating her prior (partisan) analysis of Obamacare.

She refused. The leftwing media barely even mentioned the conflict-of-interest.

But Alito's wife is a Republican, so he has to recuse himself from all rulings of political interest.

Now they've escalated the pressure/smear/threat campaign into making secret audio of the couple.

The wife of Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito said she wants to get back at people who raised a controversy after she and the justice were criticized last month for flying politically affiliated flags at their homes.

"You come after me, I'm gonna give it back to you," Martha-Ann Alito said in the recording of a private conversation at the Supreme Court Historical Society's annual dinner June 3.

"There will be a way. It doesn't have to be now, but there will be a way. They know," she added. "Don't worry about it."

The remarks were recorded by progressive filmmaker Lauren Windsor, who attended the event as a member of the society under her real name, though she posed as a conservative to elicit answers from Alito and others.

The recordings were published by MSNBC and Windsor's activist site The Undercurrent -- the second set released Monday, after she earlier provided recordings of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Alito to Rolling Stone.

Their new scandalous chum for the conspiracy theorists? Martha-Ann is a committed Catholic and is sick of seeing the "pride" flag everywhere and so she might fly a "Sacred Heart of Jesus" flag.

The Hill warns us that this flag has sometimes used to (peacefully) protest the Gay Orgy Flag. Oh no! We can't have people disagreeing with the Gay Mafia!

Secretary of Glamping Pete Buttigieg joined in the attack, calling the Appeal to Heaven flag "insurrectionist symbology," and defending his precious Sodomy Flag as one of "love."

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg on Wednesday warned that the Supreme Court traditionally has "no supervision" and suggested that Justice Samuel Alito and his wife, Martha-Ann Alito, were associated with "insurrectionist symbology."

Buttigieg was reacting to comments the justice and his wife made during a secret recording taken by liberal filmmaker Lauren Windsor at a recent annual dinner event.

"Supreme Court justices have an unbelievable amount of power," Buttigieg told CNN anchor John Berman on Wednesday. "And by the nature and the structure of the Supreme Court, there is no supervision over that power. They are entrusted with it literally for as long as they live."

In the secret recording, Martha-Ann Alito told Windsor she wanted to fly a "Sacred Heart of Jesus flag," a Catholic symbol depicting Jesus Christ and symbolizing compassion, in response to a Pride flag that was in view near one of her properties.

"And he's like, 'Oh, please don't put up a flag,'" she said, apparently recounting a conversation with her husband. "I said, 'I won't do it, because I'm deferring to you. But when you are free of this nonsense, I'm putting it up and I'm going to send them a message every day, maybe every week I'll be changing the flags.'"

Buttigieg said that trust in the Supreme Court is in part based on the justices making "enormously consequential decisions that shape our everyday lives with a sense of fairness."

"I also hope that most Americans can understand the difference between a flag that symbolizes love and acceptance and signals to people who have sometimes feared for their safety that they're going to be okay and insurrectionist symbology," he said, in a jab at the Alitos for another flag controversy.

Now It's Eight Suspected ISIS Terrorists Who Illegally Crossed the Nonexistent Southern Border -- and All Were "Vetted" By the Biden Administration Before Being Allowed to Enter the US

Now that Biden's signed his EO which he claims authorizes Mayorkas shutting down the border when daily illegal crossings top 2,500 per day -- which is literally every day -- you're probably thinking, "Gee, I bet Mayorkas has shut down that border, because the leftwing media told me this was a serious, even severe measure to stop illegal immigration."

Well, friend-o, sorry to shatter your illusions about the truthfulness of Jake Tapper, but it turns out that Mayorkas has not shut the border and in fact is still letting 72% of illegal aliens crossing the border into the country.

Border agents have allowed 72% of migrants who illegally crossed into the San Diego sector since the Biden administration's border 'crackdown' to continue into the US, The Post can reveal.

Out of more than 6,800 migrants encountered by Border agents in the Southern California border sector between June 5 and Tuesday morning, more than 4,900 individuals have been released, according to internal federal data seen by The Post.

6,800 illegals crossed the border in the past week in southern California alone, but Mayorkas hasn't invoked the border-shutdown that Biden says he is authorized to order if border crossings exceed 2,500 nationally.

That's because Biden's EO is a lie -- it is loaded with exceptions and sub-clauses that basically forbid any border closing.

"It's all smoke and mirrors," National Border Patrol Council President for the San Diego border sector Manny Bayon told The Post.

Despite the new rules, border agents in San Diego specifically have been given instructions to exempt citizens of over a 100 countries from being removed, because their home countries won't accept deportations.

"We have to have cooperation with the countries where we're sending them back," Bayon added.

Despite those numbers, the official wording of the order says certain groups are excluded, such as those who use the CBP One phone app to cross at a port of entry, enter as unaccompanied minors, or can prove they have suffered "severe" forms of trafficking or face medical emergencies.

Oh perfect, there's an app that illegals can use to breeze their way through the border.

And anyone can say "I wuz trafficked" or "I'm having heart palpitations" and get waved in, whether the border is open or not.

(And PS it's always open, and business is booming!)

It also says the number doesn't apply to migrants who are "permitted to enter ... due to operational considerations at the time of the entry," which potentially excludes all the 4,900 individuals released in the San Diego sector.

So far migrants have not been deterred and the order hasn't slowed things down.

So if the border gets overwhelmed, just absolutely swarmed with illegal crossers... they EO tells Mayorkas NOT to shut down the border.

What?

WHAT?!

Many who turn up in San Diego are from countries of national security concern like Turkey and China, who are led to the area by smugglers advertising on social media.

The international smugglers are attracted by the relative ease of slipping over the border, as there are multiple areas where there are gaps in the border wall, and because they have long known migrants from certain countries won't be deported.

They also encourage many to burn their passports before entry, further complicating the process of identifying them.

Keep that in mind-- they're keeping us from vetting them by burning their passports and IDs, so we can't conduct inquiries on them.

The sane rule would be in such cases, the illegal aliens should be barred from entry, period, full stop, as they obviously know their histories include crime and terrorist connections.

But no -- the standing order is to let these people in.

Remember the exception in the EO -- that the border won't be shut down when the border is overwhelmed?

That's exactly when it definitely should be shut down.

But Biden signed in an exception saying the border can be left open when it's overwhelmed.

Guess what? It's overwhelmed. By design.

Border Patrol processing centers in San Diego, where migrants are taken when they're apprehended at the border, are at 255% capacity with more than 2,500 individuals in facilities capable of holding 1,000 individuals, according to the internal data.

So illegals from China and Iran and Pakistan and Tajikistan are burning their IDs and passports to defeat any meager efforts to vet them.

Keep that in mind as you read this: The 8 suspected ISIS terrorists from Tajikistan weren't just illegal border crossers. They were stopped by Border Control and then "vetted" before Biden's Population Replacement Officers waved them right in.

Eight people in the U.S. with suspected ties to the Islamic State have been detained, according to reports.

The arrests took place in New York, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles and the individuals entered the country through the southern border, anonymous sources told The Associated Press. They had been vetted by law enforcement upon their entry, sources said, and there was no indication of their ties to the Islamic State at the time.

Their connection to the Islamic State group is not immediately clear but the individuals were being tracked by the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF). U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was working with the JTTF and made the arrests, It's now working to remove them from the country, per the sources.

The individuals were from Tajikistan and passed through the U.S. government's screening process after entering the country last spring, the AP reported.

The news service noted that the FBI and Department of Homeland Security issued a statement confirming the arrests of "several non-citizens" and said the U.S. has been in a "heightened threat environment."

The New McCarthyism? FBI Interviews raised politically-slanted questions including employee's vaccine hesitancy, 2nd Amendment support, prompting a bias complaint to DOJ's internal watchdog.

FBI officials conducting a top-secret security clearance review for a longtime employee asked witnesses whether that employee was known to support former President Donald Trump, if he had expressed concerns about the COVID-19 vaccine or had attended a Second Amendment rally, according to internal memos that prompted a complaint to the Justice Department's internal watchdog alleging political bias inside the bureau.

The employee's security clearance was revoked months after the interviews, which confirmed his support for Trump and gun rights and his concerns about the COVID vaccine, according to the documents obtained by Just the News.

The memos show that agents for the FBI's Security Division asked at least three witnesses in spring 2022 whether the employee, whose name and job title was redacted from the memos, had been known to "vocalize support for President Trump" or "vocalize objections to Covid-19 vaccination." Agents ascertained from at least one witness that the worker, in fact, had declined to get the coronavirus inoculation.

The latter questions about the vaccine were asked in spring 2022, a few months after the U.S. Supreme Court had struck down vaccine mandates in corporate workplaces and a separate federal court had issued an injunction on federal employee vaccine mandates.

The agents also asked witnesses whether the FBI worker had "attended the Richmond Lobby Day event" in January 2021, a rally for supporters of the Second Amendment in Virginia. The agents' notes referred to the colleague they were vetting as a "gun nut" but who in engaged in "no promotion of violence."

FBI officials declined comment about why a worker's support for Trump and the Second Amendment or his hesitancy to get the COVID-19 vaccine had relevance to his security clearance.

They also declined to answer whether similar questions about support for Joe Biden or other medical issues, such as a woman's support for abortion.

"The FBl's intentions are made clear by the questions it chose to put in black and white on a government document," added Leavitt, whose group has represented the IRS whistleblowers in the Hunter Biden case as well as several FBI agents and analysts who claim their security clearances were suspended or revoked because of their political views.

One of those FBI employees, intelligence analyst Marcus Allen, was vindicated last week when the bureau restored his clearance and paid him more than two years of back pay, according to CNN.

If the inspector general opens an inquiry, it could help the public and Congress determine whether the FBI's questions about Trump were more widespread than the employee who went to Washington on Jan. 6, 2021, or whether other questions about political preferences and medical treatments are asked during traditional security clearance reviews.

Rabid Madness

The rabid insanity and stupidity of America's news personalities is hard to overstate. The common refrain of "however much you hate journalists, you don't hate them enough" is fair enough, but it is too limiting. "However insane you think journalists are, they're far crazier" is equally applicable. So is, "however stupid you think journalists are, they're far stupider."

Although it's a bit like sand-blasting a soup cracker to user her as an example, Rachel Maddow continues to prove all three points simultaneously. In keeping with the Press' fascination with itself, CNN's "Reliable Sources with Oliver Darcy" (did you know they resurrected the name after they got rid of The Tater? They did. Now it's a newsletter that nobody reads) interviewed Maddow recently. There is nothing journalists like more than "making news" with other journalists. This kind of navel-gazing used to be frowned upon, but journalists interviewing journalists is the height of journalistic production here in Clown Universe.

It Has Come To Pass

There is very little information about Lukin on the internet, not even an entry on Wikipedia. He was born in Ukraine in 1923 and was a member of the Soviet Artists’ Union — as was any artist that wanted a career. The Artists’ Union placed strict controls on art produced in the Soviet Union until its dissolution in the 1990s. According to the Union, art had to be productive, depict everyday events and regular people, support and champion the communist state and its socialist policies, and be easy to understand by the average person. Modernist styles were rejected in favor of traditionalist realism, and the subject matter had to be positive or heroic. This type of art is heavily propagandistic and called Socialist Realism.

In It Has Come to Pass, Bolshevik soldiers enter the imperial throne room in the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg, Russia during the Russian Revolution of 1917. I like how the artist composed this piece. The red banner and white wall meet in the background at the vertical center of the painting. On one side is the empty throne with the imperial crest. To me, the throne seems diminished. During the imperial era, it was glorious and revered. It symbolized the authority and absolute power of the czar. Here, the throne is a shadow of itself. It blends into the background. The vivid red is washed out and the paint Lukin used looks runny, and the gold is dull. This once-majestic throne is now more drab than the heavy brown coat the soldier wears.

The soldier on the right is the focus of the painting. Notice how he is closer to the center line than the throne. If he was standing straight up instead of leaning slightly back, he would be in the exact center of the work. Also notice how the man’s head is at the same level as the top of the throne. He is equal, maybe superior. Lukin took the majesty out of the throne. Now it is only a chair. All the power is in the soldier and what he represents. Finally, look at the column behind the soldier. The soldier leans directly in front of the column so that its fluting – the vertical ridges that give it its signature look – look like rays of light shining onto his face. It’s cartoonish but effective. Heaven’s light blesses his cause.

In It Has Come to Pass, the glorious Russian Revolution has succeeded. The tyrannical czar is deposed, and the heroic soldier stands in the imperial throne room. He looks up and smiles. There’s relief and ecstasy in his face. He takes it all in — savoring the moment.

Good Morning Kids. Great, Hunter Biden was found guilty on gun charges. All that will do is create the narrative that Trump's insistence on a corrupt justice system is bullshit, despite the fact that Hunter is merely a distraction from the horrendous actual criminality and treasonous graft of his father.

Mixed in with that crowd are not merely latin American rapists, murderers, thieves and human traffickers but hardened Islamic terrorists who see it as their ticket to paradise , as well as the way to usher in paradise on earth, to slaughter unbelievers singly or en masse.

A report from the New York Post indicates that the Tajikistani migrant is among a group of male foreign nationals arrested in Los Angeles, California; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and New York City, New York as part of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) sting operation.

The ISIS-linked Tajikistani migrant, the Post reports, was wiretapped by the FBI and could be heard discussing bombs. The migrant was reportedly released into the U.S. interior after crossing the southern border and was given a 2025 court date to appear before a federal immigration judge. . .

. . . The ISIS-linked Tajikistani migrant is only the latest to be released into American communities by the Biden administration despite ties to terrorism.

In April, it was revealed that Mohammad Kharwin, a 48-year-old Afghan national and member of the terrorist group Hezb-e-Islami, was twice released into the U.S. interior after first crossing the border in March 2023.

Similarly, last October, a migrant wanted for terrorism in his native Senegal was released into the U.S. interior and later arrested by ICE agents just one block from New York City’s One World Trade Center.
In April 2022, Biden’s DHS released Isnardo Garcia Amado — who eventually was found on the FBI’s Terrorist Watch List — into the U.S. interior and allowed him to board a domestic commercial flight from Palm Springs, California, to Tampa, Florida.

Now you add on top of this, the raging anti-Semitism and general anti-Americanism coming from our campuses in the wake of 10/7 and in the wake of the 1960s, as well as the completely eviscerated criminal justice system and this nation is in for a world of hurt unless something absolutely radical is done to dismantle the power structure that has taken a torch to us as a people and society, and eradicate this evil disease so that it can never rise again.

And as if we need a reminder, look who the Junta is propping up in the Islamic war of annihilation against Israel and ultimately all non Muslims worldwide.

Six Suspected Terrorists with Ties to ISIS Arrested in NYC, LA, and Philadelphia

Six Russian nationals suspected to have terror ties to ISIS have been arrested in a coordinated sting operation spanning Los Angeles, New York and Philadelphia, The Post can exclusively reveal.

Two ICE sources confirmed to The Post they arrested the six people, who hail from Tajikistan, over the last week after the FBI contacted the agency to warn it.

Part of the investigation featured a wiretap which revealed one of the now-arrested individuals was talking about bombs, the sources said.

"Remember the Boston marathon [bombing]? I'm afraid something like that might happen again or worse," one of the sources told The Post.

The target who was subject to the wiretap was previously released by federal authorities at the southern border with a court date next year, but it has since emerged he has potential ties to ISIS, sources said.

In a joint statement, the Department of Homeland Security and FBI told The Post: "Over the last few days, ICE agents arrested several non-citizens pursuant to immigration authorities.

"The actions were carried out in close coordination with the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Forces. The individuals arrested are detained in ICE custody pending removal proceedings ... The FBI and DHS will continue working around the clock with our partners to identify, investigate, and disrupt potential threats to national security. "

Take a guess as to how they entered the country.

Get this -- they crossed what was formerly the southern border illegally.

BREAKING: Per federal source familiar, ICE, in conjunction w/ the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, arrested 8 Tajikistan nationals w/ suspected ISIS ties in NYC, LA, and Philly in recent days. I'm told all 8 crossed the southern border illegally, received "full vetting", and had no initial derogatory information that flagged. I'm told derogatory info/potential national security concerns flagged later on - apparently after release into the US. Source was unable to say when and where they crossed illegally into the US.

He added that the "combination of the psychological stress, malnutrition" as well as "medical neglect, being limited to space, not seeing the sun" had all had a significant effect on their health.

Even Hardcore Democrat Shitlib Propagandist Martha Raddatz Doesn't Believe Biden's Fake EO Will Reduce Immigration

Biden signed an EO granting himself the power -- which he previously insisted he did not have -- that the border would be closed if and only if illegal crossings exceeded 2500 per day for a week.

Supposedly, the border will be closed until the illegal crossings drop to 1,500 per day for a week.

Critically, Biden didn't give himself the power to shut down the border. He gave the power to the Open Border Czar himself, DHS Secretary Mayorkas. He did this for two reasons:

1, if Mayorkas closes the border, then Biden will distance himself from that call and not seek to avoid blame from the left.

2, if, as everyone expects, Mayorkas will ignore his power to close the border and never actually close it, then Biden will distance himself from that call and seek to avoid blame from the center and the right.

Even Martha Raddatz was disbelieving that this ploy would result in anything beyond Biden claiming "I closed the border, despite Republicans' demands that I keep it wide open."

President Biden said, 'This ban will remain in place until the number of people trying to enter illegally is reduced to a level that our system can effectively manage,' meaning, as we said, that average of 1,500 encounters or less over a period of 14 days. We said that has never happened. Do you really expect that to happen in the coming months or before Election Day?" Raddatz asked.

"Martha, it is. 1,500, an average of 1,500 individuals encountered over a seven-day consecutive period. We are driving to that and that's not all we're doing. We are also communicating throughout the region about the lawful pathways, we are driving people to use-- " Mayorkas said.

"But that's something you've been doing all along; you've been trying to do that with people," Raddatz jumped in.

Raddatz then played a 2021 interview with Mayorkas, during which the then-newly confirmed DHS secretary claimed the administration had a plan on how to address the large numbers seen at the southern border.

"'We will succeed.' That was three years ago. Since then, 6.5 million migrants have been apprehended along the southern border. It would be very hard to call that a success," Raddatz said.

"Martha, remember something -- that immigration, migration is a dynamic phenomenon. It's not just us who are experiencing it throughout the region and throughout the world. Let's recall what everyone expected when Title 42 was lifted in May of 2023. People expected pandaemonium. Our model worked, we drove the numbers down. They go down, they go up. What we need is congressional action. We cannot resource the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, the Department of Justice, with additional personnel. We need Congress to legislate," Mayorkas said.

1, there was pandemonium. There remains pandemonium.

2, he claims the numbers went down. Then he immediately says, "They go up, they go down." So did they go down or not? They did not. He's claiming that minor fluctuations downward in a sea of invaders is some kind of victory.

By the way: Of course the current rate of illegals crossing the border far exceeds 2,500 per day.

So will Mayorkas be closing the border this week?

Of course not. It was always a ploy, always a lie.

Mayorkas sets his own bar for "success:" "We are driving to that" level of 1,500 per day.

As long as he can say "we're driving to that level," he'll claim he's right on track to one day, possibly in 2346, finally reduce illegal immigration to 1,500 border crossers per day.

Just like he previously claimed "we are executing on our plan" and succeeding in 2021.

The Ninth Circuit Actually Ruled to Protect Citizens from Forced Vaccinations

A lower court had dismissed a lawsuit by employees resisting California's (of course) continuing vaccine mandates, even after all we know now.

Even the very liberal and very wacky Ninth Circuit could see that this unthinking automatic dismissal was bad law.

What is really galling is that the body imposing the vaccine mandate -- the LA Unified School District, or LAUSD -- keeps changing the vaccine mandate as this case comes close to trial, then moves to have the lawsuit dismissed as moot, because the mandate has been repealed.

Then, after a court obliges and dismisses the lawsuit, they immediately re-institute the vaccine mandate.

Then the plaintiffs re-file the lawsuit, then the LAUSD removes the vaccine mandate, and files a motion to dismiss the lawsuit as moot.

Then they reinstate the mandate again.

They are gaming the courts -- and the corrupt lower court judge was happy to continue allowing them to play this game forever.

But the Ninth Circuit, surprisingly, was not willing to go along with this con.

Flopping Aces quotes from the decision:

LAUSD's pattern of withdrawing and then reinstating its vaccination policies is enough to keep this case alive. Twice LAUSD has withdrawn its policy only after facing some litigation risk.

Litigants who have already demonstrated their willingness to tactically manipulate the federal courts in this way should not be given any benefit of the doubt. LAUSD's about-face occurred only after vigorous questioning at argument in this court, which suggests that it was motivated, at least in part, by litigation tactics.

This case is not moot.

Even better, the Ninth Circuit held that the lower court was wrong to rely on a precedent called Jacobsen for the proposition that the state has a compelling interest in mandating vaccines which stop infection -- because the covid "vaccines" do not stop infection.

The Court held that while the state may have the power to mandate an actual vaccine for the sake of protecting others from infection, it cannot mandate people to get vaccines which do not stop infection of others, merely for the putative benefit of the person being forced to take the jab.

In Jacobson, the Supreme Court balanced an individual's liberty interest in declining an unwanted smallpox vaccine against the State's interest in preventing disease. The Court explained that the "principle of vaccination" is "to prevent the spread of smallpox."

Jacobson, however, did not involve a claim in which the compelled vaccine was "designed to reduce symptoms in the infected vaccine recipient rather than to prevent transmission and infection."

The district court thus erred in holding that Jacobson extends beyond its public health rationale--government's power to mandate prophylactic measures aimed at preventing the recipient from spreading disease to others--to also govern "forced medical treatment" for the recipient's benefit.

Finally, one of the judges -- not the full three-judge panel -- recognized a liberty interest in refusing vaccinations. But you should hit the link for that.

At the same time, people are breaking out with new "turbo cancers."

Some speculate that the new "turbo cancers" are caused by... Oh, who knows, maybe it could be the untested genetic therapy we were all required to undergo.

But the Washington Post says that's Russian Disinformation.

The real culprit? The covid virus itself.

Respiratory viruses have zero history of causing cancer, as some other viruses do.

But we are supposed to believe that for the first time a respiratory virus is responsible for a mysterious spike in rare cancers (and so-called "turbo cancers") being seen in the United States and other Western countries.

Generally speaking, I have refrained from writing about the apparent link between the mRNA vaccines and cancer, because everything is anecdotal so far, and some increases in cancer in young people actually predate the pandemic and are thus linked to some other, unknown variable.

But since The Washington Post has written an article linking the COVID virus to an increase in rare cancers, I feel I have a right to comment.

The article is ridiculous. It goes out of its way to link the virus to cancer, while admitting that this would be the first time that a respiratory virus caused cancer.

Biden's Approval Rating Hits Fresh Low; Liberal Poll Analyst Nate Silver Renews Call for Biden to Drop Out

I've mentioned before that I'm worried about Biden's numbers dropping too low before the fall, which will result in the Democrat Party -- by which I mean Obama and his top socialists, as well as the Democrat billionaire donors -- telling Biden that he has to drop out.

In a way, the Trump Fake Conviction is helpful to Trump, because it will tend to give Democrats some hope, and keep them from moving to take out Biden.

But, while I'm still worried the Fake Conviction will badly hurt Trump (we'll have to see where the numbers stabilize), I'm now getting worried that they won't hurt Trump at all.

Which will result in Biden getting a visit from the Unwise Men of the Democrat Party. The Gaybeards, if you will.

Biden's numbers are bad. He's at an approval rating low enough to say that his chances for reelection (or election for the first time) are essentially non-existent.

"Biden just hit a new all-time low in approval," Silver noted in a post on X, referencing FiveThirtyEight's latest average of the president's job approval numbers. This stark decline has led to growing discussions about whether Biden should reconsider his bid for a second term. Silver suggested that while dropping out of the race would be a significant risk, continuing to run with such low approval ratings might pose an even greater threat. "Are we there yet? I don't know. But it's more than fair to ask," he added.

Silver has long been vocal about his concerns regarding Biden's ability to secure a victory against former President Donald Trump in the upcoming election. In February, he suggested that there might be other Democrats better equipped to take on the challenge. Last month, he doubled-down, arguing that the Democratic Party would have been better served if Biden had decided not to seek a second term, allowing for a more competitive primary process.

"What's clearer [in my opinion] is that Democrats would have been better served if Biden had decided a year ago not to seek a second term, which would have allowed them to have some semblance of a primary process and give voters a say among the many popular Democrats across the country," Silver stated.

Silver notes that Biden's age is a genuine concern for voters. Well, yes, but Biden's age has now been accepted as the single aspect you're permitted to mention as a flaw of Biden's. The leftwing will not admit that Biden's presidency has been a full-spectrum failure.

So they point out his age. But Biden's presidency would be a ruinous failure even if he were forty and able to beat up all the various people he invites to a fist-fight every month.

Biden has been persistently unpopular since September 2021-- from the disastrous Afghan bug-out of late August 2021.

House Democrats are alarmed enough that they're even resorting to tactics they've never used before -- fear-mongering, lying, and attacking Christians.

House Democrats are forming a task force to combat what they perceive as the dangers of a potential second term for Donald Trump. The initiative comes as part of a broader strategy to alarm the public about Trump's policy goals, which they claim pose a significant threat to democracy.

Rep. Jared Huffman (D-Calif.) is spearheading the effort, warning that Trump's proposed policies could lead the country towards a "dystopic, right-wing theocracy." Huffman and other Democrats argue that the public needs to be aware of the potential risks and be prepared to confront them.

Lefties are beginning to panic. Their tears and flop-sweat are wonderful.

Meanwhile, CBS's clownishly, cartoonishly biased Margaret Brennan is in disbelief that 62% of registered voters want to deport all illegal immigrants. She thinks they must have misunderstood the question, or misunderstood their own answer.

CBS News host Margaret Brennan on Sunday appeared perplexed by the results of a recent poll that showed majority support for deporting all illegal immigrants.

"Homeland Security says that President Biden has already deported or repatriated more people in the past year than any year since 2010. And then, depending on the details of what's talked about on the campaign trail, some of what Mr. Trump talks about could be illegal," Brennan said.

That's right, Marge -- Biden is doing a bang-up job on the border. Just like he's doing a great job on the Best Economy in History. The people are just too stupid to understand how wonderfully he's doing.

She continued, "It doesn't seem practical, in some sense, to round up children. And then we know that the courts have questioned whether local authorities would have the ability to do it, and federal authorities don't have the resources. So what exactly do people think they're supporting?"

A CBS News/YouGov poll found that 62% of registered voters said they would support a government program that would deport all migrants living in the U.S. illegally. The poll, conducted between June 5-7, also found that a majority of registered voters supported Biden's latest executive action at the southern border.

Anthony Salvanto, CBS' director of elections and surveys, said that while the support for a deportation effort was mostly among supporters of former President Trump, some Democrats supported it as well.

"When you measure public sentiment on this or really just about any policy, you're getting a sense of direction. You're getting broad brushstrokes," Salvanto said.

Salvanto also said the poll asked if respondents felt local authorities should be involved in deporting the migrants.

"A lot of folks do say yes. Again, the details of that, the specifics, you're not going to pick that up in an aggregate public opinion," he said.

"We are in a different era in which a lot of folks say the system as a whole is not working. And all of these, if you connect the dots through them, are part of that reaction against it, which explains some of that general sentiment for some of these policies," Salvanto continued.

But Biden's appointed political hacks say he's deporting so many illegals!

This is the tell: They scream about how terrible it is to "round up (illegal alien) children," but then they claim that Biden is the Deporter in Chief.

Obviously they do not believe that, or they'd be screaming about how terrible it is.

They are just trying to sell uninformed viewers that "Akshually Biden is deporting all the illegal children."

And at the same time: "Think how terrible it will be if Trump is elected! He'll deport all the illegal children!"

But you just said Biden's already deporting everyone he can catch.

Nancy Pelosi Caught on Videotape Admitting She Had Full Responsiblity for January 6th

Isn't it terribly strange we haven't seen this video for three and a half years? It was part of her Nepo Baby daughter's "documentary" which was being filmed the Day Our Precious Democracy Was Stabbed in the Back by RUSSIAN Agents.

In newly released footage, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is seen admitting "responsibility" for security lapses during the Jan. 6th Capitol riot. The video, recorded by Pelosi's daughter, contradicts Pelosi's own long-standing narrative that former President Donald Trump and his followers were solely to blame for the security failures.

The video, recorded by Pelosi's daughter Alexandra for an HBO documentary, captures Pelosi moments after being evacuated from the Capitol. She admits, "I take responsibility" for the security failures on Jan. 6th, 2021.

House Republicans released the video on Monday, arguing it undermines the narrative that Trump and his followers were solely responsible for the security lapses on that day.

In the footage, Pelosi is heard expressing frustration over the inadequate security measures, questioning why the National Guard was not present from the beginning and admitting the lack of preparedness.

In the video, Pelosi is seen speaking with her chief of staff, Terri McCullough, as their vehicle sped through an underground parking garage. "We have responsibility, Terri. We did not have any accountability for what was going on there, and we should have," Pelosi says. She adds, "This is ridiculous," expressing frustration over the situation.

Pelosi also questions the absence of the National Guard, saying, "You're going to ask me -- in the middle of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff -- 'should we call the Capitol Police, I mean the National Guard?' Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with?" McCullough responds that security officials thought they had sufficient resources, to which Pelosi retorts, "No, that's not a question of how they had... they don't know. They clearly didn't know. And I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for more."

House Republicans have argued that this footage contradicts the Democrat-led narrative over the past three years that places the blame for the security failures solely on former President Donald Trump and his followers. The footage was released by the House Administration Oversight Subcommittee after being obtained from HBO.

Oh, so the Democrats hid it until the House subpeonaed the footage from HBO.

Jury Verdict: Hunter Biden Guilty on All Three Gun Charges

He was obviously guilty. That doesn't keep it from being extraordinary that he was convicted.

First son Hunter Biden was found guilty on all charges in his historic criminal case focused on his purchase of a firearm in 2018.

Hunter Biden faced a trial this month that lasted more than a week and included emotional testimony from members of his family, including daughter Naomi Biden, ex-wife Kathleen Buhle and sister-in-law turned girlfriend, Hallie Biden.

Prosecutors worked to prove that Hunter Biden lied on a federal firearm form, known as ATF Form 4473, in October 2018 when he ticked a box labeled "No" when asked if he is an unlawful user of a firearm or addicted to controlled substances. Hunter Biden purchased the gun from a store called StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply in Wilmington.

Hunter Biden faced charges of making a false statement in the purchase of a gun, making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federally licensed gun dealer, and possession of a gun by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.

Biden lied earlier and claimed he would not pardon Hunter:

And when asked whether he would rule out pardoning Hunter if convicted, Biden also answered "yes."

That was a lie; he said that for political reasons, and to impress upon the jury that it's up to you to save my poor Huntie.

He will pardon Hunter for all crimes he may have ever committed in his life after the election, but before he leaves office. He'll also pardon himself and all of his corrupt family members -- many of them got payoffs from foreign governments.

The Morning Rant: Minimalist Edition

There is an argument to be made that the federal government is broken and beyond repair. The broken part is obvious, and any reasonable analysis would uncover vast swaths of the Leviathan that are maelstroms of waste, political correctness, and irresponsible use of federal power.

But is it beyond repair? Probably, and the follow-up argument that our efforts to repair the damage done to our republic by focusing on state and local races is rational. As the federal bureaucracy becomes even less accountable to the administration and to Congress, there are fewer and fewer ways to rein it in. And powerful states are already demonstrating that they can control some of their own destiny.

Except...the federal judiciary is immensely powerful, and its decisions are often immediate. Absent an overhaul of the impeachment system for removing federal judges, we must continue to pay attention to the chaotic and patronage-filled process of appointing them.

Because otherwise we get this anti-freedom, anti-science, anti-western-culture nonsense!

Appeals Court Upholds Ban on Student Wearing 'Only Two Genders' Shirt

A U.S. appeals court on June 9 upheld a ban preventing a Massachusetts middle school student from wearing a shirt reading “There are only two genders.”

Another prohibition by school administrators, this time blocking the same student from wearing the shirt with “only two” covered by tape, on which was written “censored,” is also allowed under court precedent, according to the ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

An objectively correct statement based on biological reality can be found to be bannable by these judges who look in the penumbras of the law and have mystical seances with the voices in their heads. Never mind that it is a highly charged political issue and is therefore exactly the sort of speech that is protected from government action by the 1st. Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Administrators said the message on the shirt would “materially disrupt transgender and gender non-conforming students’ ability to focus on learning while in a classroom where the message is being displayed.” The court agreed, because of “the demeaning nature of the message” and how administrators attested to knowing of some students who identify as transgender struggling with suicidal thoughts.

“In such circumstances, we think it was reasonable for Middleborough to forecast that a message displayed throughout the school day denying the existence of the gender identities of transgender and gender non-conforming students would have a serious negative impact on those students’ ability to concentrate on their classroom work,” wrote Judge Barron, who was joined by U.S. Circuit Judges O. Rogeriee Thompson and Lara Montecalvo.

Materially disrupt...what? The pleasure to believe that one is a girl when the objective reality is that one is a boy? What's next...no t-shirts displaying a round globe lest we disturb the stupidity of the flat-earthers?

These are the culture-crushing useful idiots who are on the vanguard of the left's destruction of traditional Western culture and American Exceptionalism. And they and their ilk were appointed by the administrations, aided by their fellow travelers in the Senate.

That's why federal elections are important. Are we going to snap our fingers, vote harder, and return to the first principles of our republic if we elect a conservative president and a Republican majority in the Senate? No.

But flooding the federal judiciary with our own fellow travelers is a significant step in clawing back our country from the abyss. If we do that, then we will get fewer moronic holdings, and maybe a little bit of push-back against the worst excesses of the administrative state.

And yes, those school administrators should be pilloried by the good people of Middleborough. But that isn't going to happen in the People's Republic of Massachusetts.

Hopefully this will go to the full Appeals court and it will be struck down, or perhaps to the Supreme Court. But either way it will be heard by federally appointed judges wielding unimaginable power.

We need to fight hard to take that power away from the left and use it for our own ends. And that means continuing to fight at the federal election level...distasteful and crooked as it may be.

Newly released video HBO provided to congressional investigators shows former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi claiming responsibility for the lack of police preparedness on Jan. 6, 2021, in Washington, D.C., while she was fleeing the Capitol.

The video, shot by Pelosi’s daughter Alexandra, shows an irate Pelosi complaining about a lack of accountability for the incident.

“We have responsibility, Terry! We did not have any accountability for what was going on there, and we should have. This is ridiculous!” Pelosi exclaimed.

She then expressed contempt for what she appeared to feel was a late request for National Guard troops to help quell the situation.

“You’re gonna ask me in the middle of the thing, when they’ve already breached the inaugural stuff, ‘should we call the Capitol Police?’ I mean the National Guard. Why weren’t the National Guard there to begin with?”

“They thought that they had sufficient resources …” her Chief of Staff Terri McCullough answered, before Pelosi interjected.

“It’s not a question of how they had … they don’t know! They clearly didn’t know, and I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for more,” Pelosi concluded.

. . . Congressional leaders, including Pelosi, chose not to deploy the National Guard early over concerns of “optics” amid 2020’s Black Lives Matter riots, according to a 2022 GOP report.

Additionally, then-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley’s fear former President Trump would commandeer the military for political reasons allegedly influenced the delay of deploying the National Guard, D.C. National Guard witnesses testified in April.

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security had information beforehand that would suggest impending chaos and violence at the Capitol, but they failed to warn about or recognize it, according to a 2022 Senate report. They also allegedly ignored or downplayed a “massive amount” of intelligence.

Remember, It was Trump and his staff that begged Pelosi to deploy the troops and she refused. Also, as Speaker of the House it was Pelosi that was in charge of the Capitol Police. And it was the latter that opened the doors of the Capitol to the so-called rioters who were not engaged in anything even remotely resembling a riot. And it was Capitol Cop Michael Byrd who shot and murdered unarmed peaceful protester Ashli Babbitt in cold blood, while his colleagues beat and stomped to death unarmed Roseanne Boyland.

Pelosi and her goon squad Capitol cops plus Federal agent stooges and Antifa agents provocateurs let all of the protesters in and egged them on to misbehave, like lambs to the slaughter, in these two instances quite literally, all so that they could use this fake Reichstag Fire as a pretext to destroy Trump and everyone who voted for him. And here we are four years later, with political prisoners rotting in jail and Donald Trump put up in front of Soviet show trials.

But there are winds of change blowing. Just as in Europe with the latest round of elections

In political philosophy class, my students and I make quick work of exposing the yarn that “the people” create the government, (i.e. the polis) to protect lives and property from attacks and threats of attack by other people. First, that implies that the imposition of the polis is voluntary, which is counter to the very difference between a polis and society. All political systems are imposed on people, while interpersonal agreements in society are voluntary. But, second, the idea that “people” create the polis in order to protest their lives and property is undercut by the fact that the government mandates that you cough up portions of your wealth in order to fund it. That’s called a protection racket, not real protection, and residents of Hartford, Connecticut are starting to expose just how fallacious and unworkable that philosophical mythology actually is.

Bryan Llenas reports for Fox News that numerous residents of crime-ridden Hartford, Connecticut have taken up arms to defend their neighborhood, after seeing the utter incompetence and waste of the government-based police force that eats their tax cash like carpenter ants eat the timber-frames of one’s home.

“The so-called "Self-Defense Brigade" — made up of about 40 legally armed citizens — are voluntarily patrolling the streets of Hartford’s North End wearing body cameras mostly on nights and weekends, according to the group’s founder, Cornell Lewis.” Hold on, now. How can people protect THEMSELVES? And with firearms, no less!

Hartford isn't exactly a hotbed of white supremacist MAGA supporters, is it?

One of the results of Florida’s success is that many of the state’s public schools are shutting down. Florida’s Broward County, the sixth largest school district in the country, housing some 320 k-12 schools, could see 42 of them shut down, including 32 elementary schools, eight middle schools, and two high schools.
The situation is summed up succinctly by Chris Moya, a Florida lobbyist who represents charter schools. “If your product is better, you’ll be fine. The problem is that they (traditional ZIP-code-mandated schools) are a relic of the past — a monopolized system where you have one option. And when parents have options, they vote with their feet.”
The momentum for school choice is accelerating rapidly. Eleven states, home to around 23% of all public school students, now offer universal choice.
