"Before consumers, the reality is there will either be less inventory or things at higher prices or both." Bessent was quick on the draw, and reminded Brennan that she was one of the Armageddon geniuses prophesying the supposedly impending catastrophe of spiking inflation since March, which has not materialized. "Margaret, in March you said there would be big inflation. There hasn't been any inflation," Bessent retorted. "Actually the inflation numbers are the best in four years, so why don't we stop trying to say this could happen and wait and see what does happen?"The uninformed-yet-arrogant hack then insisted repeatedly that large corporations dependent on Chinese imports like Walmart and Target forecast the "most probable" economic outcomes in their quarterly reports. AB Hernandez, a junior at Jurupa Valley High School in Riverside County, won the events but shared the spotlight for first place due to a policy change from the event organizer, according to the New York Post. The California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) announced a rule change Tuesday stating that any biological female who placed behind a transgender athlete will retain her original placement, according to the outlet. Additionally, the rule allowed for an extra biological female to compete in any event that included Hernandez. This policy change came amid threats from President Donald Trump to withhold funding from California due to Hernandez being allowed to compete in female events. "California, under the leadership of Radical Left Democrat Gavin Newscum, continues to ILLEGALLY allow 'MEN TO PLAY IN WOMEN'S SPORTS,'" Trump said in a Truth Social post Tuesday. Pregnant women and babies were evacuated from St Michael’s Hospital, on Southwell Street in the city centre on Thursday afternoon. Footage shared on social media showed women cradling babies being escorted past fire engines and under police tape to buildings opposite as smoke billowed above. The roof of the hospital has one of Bristol city centre’s largest solar panel installations, unveiled in 2014 and delivered in partnership with the council. On Thursday, Ian Fergusson , a BBC forecaster, shared a still image from a skycam showing the scorched remains of the hospital’s rooftop solar panels. He said there was “virtually nothing left of the rooftop solar panel array after this fire”, adding: “A very worrying and scary event for folks at the maternity hospital.”
Avon Fire and Rescue Service station manager Ben Thorpe confirmed the cause was "accidental" and "due to a fault in the solar panels". Mr Thorpe said there had been an increase in fires caused by solar panels. "I think the statistics are showing that they are on the increase although of course solar panel installations are on the increase," he explained.A commenter here at Ace once offered up a statement that summarizes the view of those “green” elites who, in service to their net zero agenda, are willing to deny energy, food, fertilizer, and shelter to the rest of us: ”Some of you will have to die, and that is a sacrifice I am willing to make.” Killing off pregnant women and babies with “green” energy is an effective way of furthering the left’s anti-humanist agenda.

The Egyptian national accused of blasting a group of Israeli hostage supporters with a homemade flamethrower and Molotov cocktails during a Colorado solidarity walk Sunday was in the United States illegally after his visa expired in March, according to a report. Terror suspect Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, originally entered the country through the Los Angeles International Airport on Aug. 27, 2022, Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement sources told Fox News. Soliman arrived with a non-immigrant visa and was permitted to stay through Feb. 26, 2023, according to the outlet. Instead, he outstayed his original visa. “A terror attack was committed in Boulder, Colorado by an illegal alien. He was granted a tourist visa by the Biden Administration and then he illegally overstayed that visa. In response, the Biden Administration gave him a work permit. Suicidal migration must be fully reversed,” White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller wrote on X. . . “As a result of these preliminary facts, it is clear that this is a targeted act of violence and the FBI is investigating this as an act of terrorism,” FBI Denver Special Agent Mark Michalek said at a press conference.

Riiiiight. If the Boulder firebombing had targeted a pride parade instead of a pro-Israel event, the media would’ve immediately blamed conservative Christians—just like they did after the 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting. Back then, the press rushed to frame the massacre as an anti-LGBT hate crime driven by Christian bigotry, despite the shooter being a Muslim who pledged allegiance to ISIS. The 2024 presidential vote totals are a public record. Also the 2020 census data, including state (and county) populations, is a public record. Thus the 2020 vote count adjusted relative to 2016 and 2024 vote counts -- two years for standards -- can be examined. There are 50 states and DC: 51 national voting units. But population sizes differ among states. Wyoming is small and California is large. To account for this, we adjusted votes by state population -- vote count divided by population ´ 100 -- to give the Voter Participation Rate, VPR. Historically, the VPR ranged from 15 to 30 percent for each party, but more recently it has been higher. VPR allows apples-to-apples comparison of states by their population. The contrast (or jump) in 2020 VPRs versus the average of the years 2016 and 2024 tells us if the 2020 count is normal, or if something smells off. Specifically, we looked at how the jump in VPR differed between Democrats and Republicans for 2020 versus the average for 2016 and 2024? Looking at the data, we unsurprisingly saw a jump in 2020 -- overall average for 51 voting units of 2.19 percent. The jump was larger for Democrats than for Republicans, average of 3.08 versus 1.29 percent.Sorry for the shameless plug, but as some or perhaps all of you may know, I wrote a book about the theft and the immediate aftermath. This is a messianic, revolutionary, violent regime chastising the West for having the temerity to use the undeniable facts of Iran's nuclear ambitions to call for some sort of accounting. Nothing backed with credible threats of violence, and yet the Mullahs are mortally offended that somebody had the temerity to call a spade a spade. Or a wog a wog, as the case may be. And here we have the real problem. Any deal will be ignored immediately, and Iran will go farther underground and continue to play their tried-and-true games. But Donald Trump believes that he is the greatest deal maker on earth and can exact concessions that nobody has ever gotten from the Iranian dictators. And the mad Mullahs just love it! It's a game that they have been playing for 1,400 years, and they are simply better at it than anyone in the West, including President Trump. A better game would be: Allow unrestricted access for our inspectors to every single site that we identify, or we are going to send in the B-52s for an extended period of bombing, and then bombing again until the rubble bounces. That is the only thing that the Mullahs are afraid of. Because if it happens, the people of Iran will have concrete proof that the Mullahs cannot protect Iran from the West, and that their 45 year reign of terror and poverty has led to nothing but misery. At that point the people may very well rise up and throw out the Mullahs. But that would be a bonus...the real goal for the West and President Trump should be the total destruction of the Iranian nuclear program. Anything else will be a defeat, and will move us closer to a regional nuclear exchange. And who knows what the other nuclear lunatics in Pakistan and North Korea might do in response? Is it worth finding out just for the sake of a deal?
The Mad Mullahs of the Iranian Revolution fooled the West with their rhetoric, then promptly became the biggest supporter of Islamic terror across the globe. 45 years later they are still playing their long game, which is nothing more than lying to get what they want. Lying is like breathing to them, and there are none better at it (except maybe the Qataris!).
Their goal is simple... build nuclear weapons with which to destroy Israel and then the West. They have no pressing need for nuclear energy, and the "civilian" research they claim to be doing is hugely expensive and could be easily bypassed with a simple request for any number of Western nations to build nuclear power stations for them.
