Black radical communist and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson calls for an insurrection.
Other Chicago Democrats are telling Brandon Johnson to swallow his unwarranted crime and accept federal help to stop the bloodshed in Chicago.
Speaking at a Workers Over Billionaires rally on Labor Day, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson called for city residents to be prepared to "defend this land" against the Trump administration, saying that the city "will defend this country." Johnson told the crowd, "No federal troops in the city of Chicago, no militarized force in the city of Chicago. We're going to protect the humanity of every single person in the city of Chicago." He later added, "Are you prepared to defend this land, this land that was built by slaves, a land that was built by indigenous people, a land that is built by workers. Are you prepared to defend this land? The people united will always prevail." "I need you all to stand firm, to stand strong if this president decides to continue to break this constitution. It's gonna be the labor movement that stitches it back together, the labor movement that brings white folks, black folks, Asians, it brings brown folks together. "This is the city that said keep hope alive, the city that birthed yes we can, and the city that will defend this country," he added. ... Following Johnson's comments at the rally, commentator Matt Walsh wrote, "1) This is treason. Brandon Johnson should be arrested, charged, convicted, and then given the requisite punishment for a capital offense. 2) Chicago was not in any sense built by "slaves and indigenous people."
Not all Democratic politicians are opposed to President Donald Trump using the National Guard to crack down on crime. Chicago Alderman Raymond Lopez (D) said he is "absolutely" in favor of the president deploying the military to The Windy City in order to thwart lawlessness, before adding he has a "real hard time accepting" his fellow party members who are opposed to the idea. "Chicagoans want to feel safe in the city of Chicago," Lopez told Fox News. "They want to know that they can leave their homes and come back safely, they could go to work, they could sit on their front steps, [and] their kids can go to school without being shot at." Lopez shared his thoughts during a brief segment on Fox News Live on Saturday afternoon. The 47-year-old Democrat told Fox correspondent Rich Edson he would love to see the Trump Administration deploy the National Guard to Chicago, just like he did recently in Washington, D.C., because he is sick of seeing teenagers shot dead in his community. "So when I hear my Democratic colleagues tell me, 'Don't worry, crime is down -- Trump, stay home in Washington,' I have a real hard time accepting that," Lopez continued. He added his city has "always coordinated" with the federal government and federal agencies, like the FBI and DEA, to combat crime. The only thing that has changed now, though, is that Trump is in charge -- and that is why Democrats are opposed to it, according to Lopez. "All of a sudden, now we don't want to work with them -- but we still want their grant money," Lopez said. "So there's a serious disconnect in what's going on here on the ground. But overwhelmingly, anything that helps bring peace -- as we saw, increase public safety in Washington, D.C. over the past 30 days -- they want that here as well."Somehow, a destitute refugee who married her brother as an immigration scam got elected to Congress and wound up a multimillionaire.
Bad HombreHere's a Fox Report. She previously attacked people who said she was a millionaire, claiming they were lying. NY Post: $quad Goals.
@joma_gc JUST IN: Ilhan Omar reported a negative net worth of -$45,000 when she was first elected to Congress in 2019. Her latest financial disclosure from May 2025 shows a net worth of up to $30 Million. That’s a 66,676% increase in 6 years.
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) reported a net worth of up to $30 million in her latest financial disclosure -- a document filed just months after the congresswoman dismissed claims she was a millionaire as "ridiculous" and "categorically false." The disclosure, filed in May, shows the far-left "Squad" lawmaker and her husband, Tim Mynett, experienced a roughly 3,500% increase in net worth last year, compared to 2023.Michael Shellenberger: The authoritarian leftist government of Germany is blocking an AfD candidate from running for mayor, because... he likes Lord of the Rings and that confirms our paranoias that he's a Secret Nazi. BTW, he was praising the woke LOTR fan-fiction, "Rings of Power." You'd think that praising a woke race-swapped girlboss fantasy would be an affirmative defense to a charge of Nazism.
Rep. Ilhan Omar speaking at a news conference. The surge in wealth detailed in Omar's disclosure is the result of an explosion in the value of assets held by her husband's venture capital firm and winery. AP The surge in the couple's wealth was first reported by the Washington Free Beacon on Monday. The financial gains came from Mynett's two businesses, a Santa Rosa, Calif.-based winery and a venture capital firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Omar valued the winery's assets at between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 in her latest disclosure. By comparison, the winery, eStCru LLC, was only worth between $15,000 and $50,000 in Omar's previous financial disclosure.
More dramatic was the explosion in growth experienced by Mynett's venture capital firm, Rose Lake Capital LLC. Rose Lake Capital's assets were valued at between $5,000,000 and $25,000,000 by the end of 2024. The company had less than $1,000 in assets the previous year. Notably, income from the venture capital firm is listed as "none" in 2024 but between $15,000 and $50,000 the previous year. Rose Lake Capital claims to have $60 billion in assets under management, according to the company's website.
Most of the left-wing governments of Europe are now repealing democracy. Because they hate democracy -- they are, and always have been, communists determined to rule through sheer will to power. The masks are coming off because their positions are so unpopular that the popular vote is no longer a viable path to power, even with cheating. The more they refuse to adapt to the popular will, the more they have to crack down on the opposition -- "the opposition" meaning the majority of the citizenry-- which then makes them even more unpopular and forces them to break the laws to remain in power, because they know, the moment they're turned out of power, prison awaits.

Aug 29 Imagine a man running for mayor and the local election authorities disqualify him because he praised a "Lord of the Rings" television mini-series, made the "okay" sign with his fingers, and went to a book fair. That's what's happened to Joachim Paul. He was the front-runner in the mayoral race in the working-class German city of Ludwigshafen (population: 180,000) when the local election council, which is supposed to be politically neutral, declared that he could not run in the September 21 mayoral election. The council relied upon an analysis by the Ministry of Interior, which is the equivalent of the Department of Homeland Security in the United States, for the Rhineland-Palatinate (Rheinland-Pfalz) state. As evidence that Paul was a threat to the Constitution, the Ministry quoted from Paul's praise of the Amazon series "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power." "The protagonists in 'Lord of the Rings' fight for a cause that is greater than themselves," Paul wrote for an Austrian magazine in 2022, "the homeland, the continuation of their culture, a just order, the defense against a world danger. They are prepared to risk their lives for it." Said Paul, "They say that, by writing positively about 'Lord of the Rings,' I want to support nationalism and the 'Conservative Revolution'. But I didn't mention nationalism. I didn't mention 'Conservative Revolution.' It's all made up. The intent was to draw a picture of me as somebody who is far right.... [U.S. Vice President] J.D. Vance nor Giorgia Maloni, the president of Italy, couldn't run for office in Ludwigshafen."
Paul is the candidate for the right-wing populist and nationalist party, Alternative for Germany (AfD), which advocates for repatriating immigrants back to their native countries and other policies with which reasonable people might disagree. But one need not agree with any of AfD's politics to see that the reasons given by the Interior Ministry for Rhineland-Palatinate, which is supposed to focus on potentially violent extremists, are frivolous or highly subjective. For example, the Interior Ministry accused him of making the "OK" sign. "Leftist groups say making the OK sign means white power," he said, "but it's crazy to talk about the OK sign as a white power sign." One of the Ministry's bullet points notes that "On 18 and 19 of October 2024, Joachim Paul was invited to a book bazaar in the 'Quartier Kirschstein.' Among other things, the Chemnitz-based 'Antiquariat Zeitenstrom' exhibited various right-wing literature there." Paul says the "right-wing literature" they are referring to is Ernst Jünger's Storm of Steel, a classic of German war literature taught in universities that some on the Left say glorifies war and violence. "To consider these books as right-wing is childish," said Paul. "Literature is literature. Even if I read right-wing books, that doesn't mean I agree with every single word. No book has for me the value of a party program. It's crazy thinking." Paul's Social Democrat opponents weaponized both the Ministry and the local election council, he says. "I was a member of an election council and I approved every candidate, left, right, and ecological [Green]. Their duty is only to check formal correctness, not political positions," Paul said. "But now the Social Democrats have developed a strategy to weaponize election councils." All of this occurs within the context of widespread censorship by the German government, despite Germany's ostensible status as a liberal democracy. What the government is doing to Paul is, he says, a new and "hidden strategy... my case is unique." Paul's lawyer is confident that the electoral court is in violation of the constitution. Still, it has kept Paul off the ballot, stating that if higher courts rule in Paul's favor, they will conduct the election again. "The federal constitution says that you can be stripped of your right to run for office only by a court and only if you are convicted of dangerous crimes like sabotage, espionage, or defrauding elections," said Paul. "But the court said, 'We don't want to discuss this any further. Even if it's not constitutional, we can't fix it on this level anyway, and so it's better to have the election now. They've opened the door to weaponizing the council for party politics to get rid of opponents." What is going on? Why is the German government openly undermining democracy?

Yesterday I watched an episode on Triggernometry to which I was glued. Historian of war David Betz sat down with Francis and Konstantine to discuss the likelihood of civil conflict in the UK, and Betz was quite clear--and gloomy about it--that the UK was just a spark away from an insurgency. He isn't sure what form it will take, but the conditions are ripe for civil conflict. The episode is long--an hour and a half--and I watched it through. If you are interested in the subject, you should too. That video is here. I haven't watched it myself, but I've seen him speaking before. He has held the belief that the UK is on the verge of a civil war for a while.

Is our judges learning?
On Friday, I wrote that Justice Gorsuch, joined by Justice Kavanaugh, blasted lower courts for repeatedly ignoring Supreme Court rulings. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals apparently heard the message and overruled the disgusting partisan Judge Chutkan -- who rules that every Democrat is in the right and every Republican and J6er is a terrorist who must be jailed without bail-- and acknowledged controlling Supreme Court rulings that Trump may order grants rescinded.
A lot of the fights are over Trump's cancelling of payouts to Democrat shill organizations. The reason the Supreme Court is getting angry is this: Cases about money, claims about whether the government owes someone money or must honor a contract, are to be resolved only in the Federal Claims Courts, which are Article I courts -- courts run by the Executive itself -- and not Article III courts, courts established by Congress to be party of the Judicial Branch. Left-wing judges serving in Article III courts repeatedly ignore this because they want to take these cases to attack Trump. And the Supreme Court keeps telling them "Cases involving money disputes must be, as they always have been, taken up by the Article I Federal Claims Courts," and the left-wingers in the Article III courts keep pretending that they're very confuse by this 140+ year old arrangement and keep pretending they've found nifty new arguments that allow them to take the cases themselves, and issue emergency injunctions. And that's the key. If a case goes to the Federal Claims Courts, they go through a normal trial process to determine if money is owed. But these left-wing DEI judges don't want to go through a trial. They want to issue emergency injunctions on their own authority, right now, without the bother and delay of a fact-finding trial. So they keep asserting they have jurisdiction, and then issue emergency injunctions demanding Trump pay the lefties off. And no matter how many times the Supreme Court reminds them that, yes, cash-money claims against the government are in the jurisdiction of the Federal Claims Courts and not you bitter DEI judges appointed by Biden and Obama, they keep crediting left-wing litigants' arguments as overcoming this historic division. And thus the anger. They haven't just explained this. They've explained it ten times now, and they're angry that they even have to explain it, because this is well-settled law going back more than a hundred years. Here is some of Gorsuch's rebuke:Lower court judges may sometimes disagree with this Court's decisions, but they are never free to defy them. In Department of Ed. v. California, 604 U. S. ___ (2025) (per curiam), this Court granted a stay because it found the
government likely to prevail in showing that the district court lacked jurisdiction to order the government to pay grant obligations. California explained that "suits based on 'any express or implied contract with the United States' " do not belong in district court under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), but in the Court of Federal Claims under the Tucker Act. Id., at ___ (slip op., at 2) (quoting 28
U. S. C. §1491(a)(1)).
The Administrative Procedure Act is a law giving people the right to sue for unfair rules and regulations promulgated by Executive-branch personnel. These are pseudolaws, not ever passed by Congress but instead churned out by federal bureaucrats, and because they are constitutionally iffy, citizens have the right to sue if they claim they're unfair or unreasonable. Lowly (left-wing) district court judges keep claiming that disputes that are obviously about money -- which are in the jurisdiction of the Federal Claims Courts -- might maybe possibly be seen as "unfair rules," so they keep asserting that they have jurisdiction to hear these cases. And the Supreme Court keeps saying: No, disputes about money are for the Federal Claims Courts, please stop asserting jurisdiction you don't have just so you can stick it to Trump. And they keep saying: But we wanna.Rather than follow that direction, the district court in this case permitted a suit involving materially identical grants to proceed to final judgment under the APA. As support for its course, the district court invoked the "persuasive authority" of "the dissent[s] in California" and an earlier court of appeals decision Californiarepudiated. Massachusetts v. Kennedy, ___ F. Supp. 3d ___,In other words: Rather than taking the Supreme Court's opinion as the law, the lowly leftwing district courts are choosing to elevate Ketanji Brown-Jackson's sole dissent in the case into the law they will follow. They're ignoring the Supreme Court's actual rulings and deciding "But we like Ketanji Brown-Jackson's dissent better, so now that's the law."
___ (Mass. 2025), App. to Application 232a (App.).That was error. "[U]nless we wish anarchy to prevail within the federal judicial system, a precedent of this Court must be followed by the lower federal courts no matter how misguided the judges of those courts may think it to be." Hutto v. Davis, 454 U. S. 370, 375 (1982) (per curiam).
The article notes that judges are finally starting to comport their rulings with the actual law. Hit the link for more.
In a major win for the Trump administration, a D.C. Circuit Court panel lifted an injunction on Tuesday that attempted to block the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from terminating "climate" grants to several nongovernmental groups. In a 2-1 decision, the panel agreed that the EPA can move forward with cutting grants totaling $16 billion to five nonprofit organizations "to promote the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions." Judges Neomi Rao and Greg Katsas sided with the government, while Judge Cornelia Pillard dissented. The administration announced its plans to end distribution of the funds in March over what the D.C. Circuit panel described as "concerns about conflicts of interest and lack of oversight." This prompted the intended grant recipients to sue in federal court, which resulted in D.C. District Judge Tanya Chutkan issuing an injunction ordering the administration to continue dispersing the monies. (Most Americans are likely familiar with Chutkan's egregious conduct in the Biden administration's lawfare against then-candidate Donald Trump and Jan. 6-related cases.) Writing for the majority in Tuesday's ruling, Rao concluded that Chutkan "abused [her] discretion in issuing the injunction" in the first place. The circuit judge further noted that "while the district court had jurisdiction over the grantees' constitutional claim, that claim is meritless." "The grantees are not likely to succeed on the merits because their claims are essentially contractual, and therefore jurisdiction lies exclusively in the Court of Federal Claims," Rao wrote. "Moreover, the equities strongly favor the government, which on behalf of the public must ensure the proper oversight and management of this multi-billion-dollar fund. Accordingly, we vacate the injunction."

As I mentioned before, primary homes are granted more favorable (lower) mortgage interest rates both for the public policy reason of promoting home ownership, and for the utilitarian reason that people default less on mortgages if it's their primary home. No one, the underlying theory goes, walks away from one's only home lightly.
Obviously, Lisa Cook lied to get these lower interest rates, defrauding lenders into giving her the lower mortgage interest rate reserved for primary homes. But it's worse than that. This isn't just Lisa Cook buying two houses and living in both while maintaining, falsely, that both are her "primary home." In fact, she doesn't even live in them. They're simply rental properties -- the sort of properties people will default on if they find that the income-generating value of the property falls below the costs of the mortgage and upkeep. Yes, she would be guilty of mortgage fraud whether these are secondary residences for her or just rental properties owned for income, but the fact that they're rental properties reduces the numbers of defenses she can claim. She can't just say "Oh, sometimes I live in one and sometimes in the other, I guess I just couldn't make up my mind which was my primary home." If you're renting the property out, obviously you're not confused about whether it's your primary residence. The fact that strangers are living there means that you're provably aware that not only isn't this your primary residence, it's not your residence of any kind, primary or secondary. In addition: She claims a third home is a "secondary residence," which is also just a rental property. And this, as you know, proves that Trump is a racist.Michigan Enjoyer
@mich_enjoyer
Fed Gov. Lisa Cook's Ann Arbor Pad Is a Rental, Too The recently fired financial sophisticate has been playing by different rules than the rest of us By Charlie LeDuff (@Charlieleduff) Ann Arbor -- Lisa Cook's financial house is on fire. Naturally, there is a Michigan angle to the story. Because there's always a Michigan angle to the story. Cook, a governor with the Federal Reserve Bank, has a bank loan on a "secondary" home in Massachusetts, which the Trump administration alleges she rents out full-time. A judge might call that mortgage fraud. Cook also owns a condo in Atlanta, which she claims is her primary residence on banking and government documents. The Trump administration alleges there is evidence that she rents that one out too. And that also could be mortgage fraud. But Cook also has a THIRD home in Ann Arbor, which she also lists as her primary residence on banking and government papers. Lisa must be living in Ann Arbor in the tidy brick house with a columned portico on Jackson Avenue, right? I stopped by the house last week. The glass in the storm door was filthy with neglect. A metal lockbox--the kind used by realtors--hung on the door knob. From the porch, I could see a figure sitting at the dining room table. When I knocked, the door slightly cracked open, only to reveal a white man partially visible behind the filthy glass. "I'm a reporter," I told the figure, who did not undo the chain. "I was wondering if Lisa Cook lives here. Or do you rent?" "No, we're just renters here." He made it clear he didn't feel comfortable with a reporter on the deteriorating porch. "You'll have to talk to the owner." "Ok," I said. "Is it you just living here?" "Yeah," he said. "Just renting?" I asked again. "No comment." "I'm sorry?" It was difficult to hear. The traffic was crackling like an old transistor radio. There was a bus stop nearby. "You'll have to talk to the owner of the house." And with that, the interview was over. The chain rattled. The door closed, and someone pulled the curtains tight. It's hard to believe Cook got confused over her mortgage paperwork. Cook is a financial sophisticate, a member of the board of governors of the world's most powerful central bank. A bank that sets interest rates that influence the cost of financing a home, mind you. All three mortgages were taken out by Cook in 2021, all within a timebspan of two months, three weeks and four days. In her 2025 government ethics filings, Cook claimed two of the properties are her primary residences and the Massachusetts dwelling is an income property. That's cheating. Trump fired her last week for "cause," and two criminal referrals against Cook have been referred to the DOJ. For her part, Cook is suing over her firing. Trump is accused of attacking a prominent black woman who refuses to lower interest rates as Trump has demanded. Perhaps. As far as my motivations go, I simply try to hold the powerful to account. When it comes to questions of residency and real estate, you may have seen me on the porches of two Detroit mayors, a current mayoral candidate, a county executive, a county commissioner, a supreme court justice, a circuit court judge, a district court judge, a member of Congress, a fire commissioner, a prominent minister, and a major political party treasurer, just to name but a dozen. These people were black, white, male, and female. Doesn't matter to me. There cannot be two sets of rules: one for the elites who scam their way into favorable financial terms and another for the rest of us who endure audits, foreclosures, and repossession. Cook has three basic questions to answer: 1Was she renting the properties when she was supposed to be sleeping at them?
2Did she claim rental income on her tax forms?
3And where does she actually live? Because it sure the hell ain't Ann Arbor.

The New York Times calls him "The Old Guard," which is accurate enough.
Nadler, Pillar of Democratic Party's Old Guard, Will Retire Next Year Representative Jerrold Nadler, a New York Democrat who has been one of Congress's leading liberal voices for three decades, will not seek re-election next year, heeding a call for generational change roiling his party. The decision will mark the close of a 34-year congressional career that put Mr. Nadler at the center of major civil rights battles and three presidential impeachments. It will also almost certainly touch off a crowded primary fight over a rare open Democratic seat in the heart of Manhattan. In a recent interview in his downtown Manhattan office, Mr. Nadler, 78, said he hesitated to step aside when he believes that President Trump is threatening the foundations of democracy. But he said he had been persuaded it was time for a changing of the guard. "Watching the Biden thing really said something about the necessity for generational change in the party, and I think I want to respect that," Mr. Nadler said, adding that a younger successor "can maybe do better, can maybe help us more." Mr. Nadler, who is both the longest-serving New Yorker and Jewish member of the House, had already been swept up in an intraparty reckoning over aging leaders. He was forced to give up his House Judiciary Committee leadership at the beginning of the term when it became clear a younger, more energetic colleague would beat him. Back home, he was facing a 26-year-old primary challenger. ...Indeed. NY courts redrew NYC's Congressional districts. Jerry Nadler and Carolyn Maloney, two hard-left liberals, were forced to compete in the same primary when their districts were merged. Nader defeated Maloney. And now he says he's too old to continue serving. Ted Stryker has thoughts.
Mr. Nadler also declined to name specific colleagues he believed should retire, though he acknowledged that other aging Democrats ought to consider it. "I'm not saying we should change over the entire party," he said. "But I think a certain amount of change is very helpful, especially when we face the challenge of Trump and his incipient fascism." ... For years, Mr. Nadler's seat snaked down the West Side of Manhattan into Brooklyn, making it the most Jewish district in the country. In 2022, redistricting forced him into a painful primary with a longtime crosstown ally, Representative Carolyn Maloney. Mr. Nadler won in a rout.
... Mr. Nadler said last week that he was now fearful Mr. Trump was bent on undoing much of what he had fought for in Congress.A big impetus for his decision: He's pro-Israel in a party that is now pro-Hamas terrorism and pro-Second-Holocaujst.
... "I am not terribly optimistic. I wish I could be," Mr. Nadler said. "But this is the most severe threat we've had to our system of government since the Civil War, and unfortunately Abraham Lincoln is not the president."
... For years, he has tried to stake out space for a politics that was both pro-Israel and progressive. But in the interview, he conceded that Israel's brutal prosecution of the war in Gaza had not only turned Democrats against a former ally "to a very major extent" but made his own position increasingly hard to maintain. "I don't know what to say at this point," he said. "I can't defend what Israel is doing." Mr. Nadler has been sharply critical of Hamas, still believes in a two-state solution for the region and does not agree with those who say Israel is carrying out genocide in Gaza. But he said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel was committing mass murder and war crimes in Gaza "without question."

Mentally ill and loathsome people, many of whom believe in witchcraft and the power of "manifesting" your preferred reality through chanting spells, tried to will Trump's death into being over the weekend.
Note that Biden took entire months off and barely made any public appearances. But this is typical of the left -- they are childish and immediately attempt to Uno Reverse every fair criticism of them and turn the same criticisms, maladroitly and often absurdly, against their eternal enemies, normal decent people. (Complaining that DEI discriminates against you? Here's a tissue, Snowflake.) The most childish leftists pushing this "Nyah, nyah, I'm rubber you're glue" messaging are, of course, the "Generational Wealth"-hungry perverts of the Lincoln Project.

Anti-"hate speech" laws in action.
Here's one of the tweets he was arrested for:Graham Linehan
@Glinner If a trans-identified male is in a female-only space, he is committing a violent, abusive act. Make a scene, call the cops and if all else fails, punch him in the balls.
Father Ted co-creator Graham Linehan was arrested at Heathrow Airport on Monday after arriving on a flight from Arizona and faces an investigation over recent social media posts on X. "On Monday, 1 September at 13:00 hours officers arrested a man at Heathrow Airport after he arrived on an inbound American Airlines flight. The man in his 50s was arrested on suspicion of inciting violence. This is in relation to posts on X," the Metropolitan Police told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement on Tuesday. Linehan was not named directly in the statement, but multiple outlets, including the BBC, reported that Linehan was the person arrested. And Linehan himself wrote about the arrest on Substack. "After being taken to police custody, officers became concerned for his health and he was taken to hospital. His condition is neither life-threatening nor life-changing," the Metropolitan Police statement continued. Linehan was released on bail "pending further investigation" into three X posts in April 2025. On Substack, Linehan said his bail condition ordered him "not to go on Twitter" and that his arrest and an initial interview with police officers over X posts related to trans people. "Later, during the interview itself, the tone shifted. The officer conducting it asked about each of the terrible tweets in turn, with the sort of earnest intensity usually reserved for discussing something serious like ... oh, I dunno -- crime? I explained that the 'punch' tweet was a serious point made with a joke. Men who enter women's spaces ARE abusers and they need to be challenged every time," Linehan recounted.
The Free Speech UnionVia Beege Wellborn, who points out that while the British cops arrest you for "hate" they're simultaneously helping foreigners rape British children.
@SpeechUnion When @Glinner landed at Heathrow, he was met by five armed police officers, and immediately arrested. His 'crime'? Three gender-critical tweets. As Graham says in his Substack: "In a country where paedophiles escape sentencing, where knife crime is out of control, where women are assaulted and harassed every time they gather to speak, the state had mobilised five armed officers to arrest a comedy writer". Graham's single bail condition is that he does not go on X. We do not believe Graham's arrest or the bail conditions imposed were lawful. We will be backing him all the way in his fight against these preposterous allegations and the disproportionate response from the police.
Hello everyone. How was your Labor Day? It's taking me a while to get back into work mode.

The Palestinian people do not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity… Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct ‘Palestinian people’ to oppose Zionism. Yes, the existence of a separate Palestinian identity exists only for tactical reasons.
But it has become an incredibly powerful tool for Islam, and its newly ascendant drive to dominate the West and create a worldwide Caliphate. Of course, that desire has never flagged, but the ebb and flow of power and religion and technological and cultural advancement (and its lack in the Arab/Muslim world) has conspired to prevent Islam from acquiring the means to destroy Christianity, Hinduism, and Judaism. That has changed: Oil revenue, the revolution in transportation, the internet and its instant worldwide connectivity, and most of all the post-modern decay of the West has allowed militant Islam (is there any other kind?) unprecedented access to the West; both physically through immigration, and virtually, through the internet and the purchase of influence with oceans of oil revenue. And the "Palestine" question is the tip of the spear of Islam. They use the issue to cow weak-willed Western governments into vilifying Israel, which paradoxically is the one Western country that is fighting Islam's expansion! They use their millions of followers in the West as violent signals of what Islam is capable of...mobilizing them for often violent street protests that are designed to frighten the populace and signal to the political classes that they must support Islam, because it is growing, it is violent, and it will vote! Those carefully choreographed mass prayers in Western cities? Why do they pray in the streets when they have perfectly good mosques available? They are flexing! When thousands of Muslims block traffic near the Vatican for their performative street theater of prayer, in spite of Rome having a 12,000 person mosque, it is for one thing...to signal to the world that the West, Christianity, Catholicism, and the Pope are targets. "Palestine" is an excuse. The Arab world finds the so-called Palestinians to be more trouble than they are worth, and much prefer that they remain in Gaza and Judea and Samaria (or immigrate to the West). Just look at Egypt...right next to Gaza, yet their border is tightly controlled and impassable, and they are serious about keeping the Gazans out of Egypt! But as a tool to destroy Israel? Absolutely. And as a tool with which to intimidate Western politicians who are willing to feed that crocodile? Fantastic! Until the West realizes that Islam is a revolutionary political philosophy that uses an ersatz religion to control its adherents, and that its goal is world domination, we will continue to lose ground. The recent summit of China, India, and Russia is in stark contrast to the West's inability to see Islam as it is, rather than as it wishes to be seen. China controls its Muslim population with an iron fist. India has a simmering conflict with Pakistan and regularly cracks down on its Muslim population, and Russia has no illusions about Islam's goals. Are those three countries going to be the saviors of the world against Islam? [Crossposted at CutJibNewsletter and X/Twitter]. If you folks who are on X/Twitter would follow us it would be much appreciated!

Right-wing parties are simultaneously leading polls across Europe’s biggest economies in a first for the continent’s nationalist and populist movements. In France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, known together as Europe’s “Big Three,” right-wing parties have surged in popularity on angst over lax immigration policies and high inflation, according to The Wall Street Journal. . . In France, citizens have reacted against the country’s growing Muslim population which many see as a threat to French values. The slogan “Let’s block everything” has grown popular on social media in France in reaction to unsustainable spending, in part on immigration that has little direct benefit for French citizens, that has led to austerity measures. In Germany and the United Kingdom, both countries have experienced record waves of immigration in recent years. Germany’s foreign-born population has surged from 15% of its total population in 2017 to 22% last year. The United Kingdom has seen raw immigration numbers comparable to the surge that swamped the United States immigration system under Biden within the same time frame. Unlike the United States, however, the United Kingdom’s population is about a fifth the size of the United States’.In England though (as well as France), the mass wave of migration legal and otherwise is not a recent phenomenon. This has been going on at least since the end of the Second World War as former African and Middle Eastern and South Asian colonies gained independence and millions of residents migrated to the home countries of their former colonial overlords. It took a few generations, but the perfect storm of Leftist/Socialist/Woke ideological self-hatred and Islam's millennium-and-a-half quest for global domination is wreaking havoc in the West. At long last, there appears to be a backlash, which the elites in the EU and elsewhere cannot abide and are lashing out in response:
A top Labour parliamentarian has accused those involved in the anti-mass migration campaign to raise the England flag in England of being “extremists”. Member of Parliament for Norwich South Clive Lewis has claimed that the so-called “far-right” are behind the patriotic “raise the colours” campaign of hanging England’s St George’s cross flag and the Union Jack in his constituency after flags were raised outside of a migrant hotel in Bowthorpe last week. Speaking to the local Eastern Daily Press, the Caribbean-heritage MP said that while “some” may be flying the flag out of national pride, he claimed that “far‑right groups are using these flags to mark territory and intimidate the vast majority who reject their extreme views.”
If the Union Jack and George's Cross are signs symbols of hatred, what does this Clive Lewis cancer think of Muslim Rape gangs that have been rampaging all across Blightly for years? Maybe he'd be happy if Britons waving the flag put the flags down and instead carried meat cleavers into Muslim neighborhoods and give the Muslims a taste of their own culture by re-enacting what two of them did to an off duty British Fusilier named Lee Rigby back in 2013 Meh, the European politicians better pray that their constituents don't march on their houses of parliament and do unto them what was done to Lee Rigby. Perhaps that brave Scottish girl might be an incarnation of Boudicca herself. Over on this side of the Pond, it's a toss-up as to what's the greater threat, open borders and mass legal immigration of Muslims and other cultures antithetical to American/western values who refuse to assimilate and indeed are intentionally or otherwise threatening to swamp/subsume our culture, OR our own indigenous Leftists whose 200-plus year drive for absolute power has resulted in all of the suffering, bloodshed, dislocation and wastage of money, life and human potential. And open borders is not necessarily a stand-alone issue but one of their biggest weapons to achieve their aims in our destruction and/or enslavement.
“It is clear that the teachers unions’ priorities are advancing far-left politics and radical social justice issues, not the education of children,” Defending Ed researcher Rhyen Staley told the outlet. “This is a slap in the face to families and teachers who want to focus on helping students improve their reading and math skills. It is time that Congress acts to stop this obscene redistribution of public monies to advance left-wing identity politics.”And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.
. . . “You’d think in light of the decline in union membership in recent years, that they’d start providing value to members that outweighs the cost of membership,” Withe told the outlet. “Instead, they are appeasing the radical base of union members by advocating for men in women’s sports, transitioning minors, antisemitism and other radical ideological stances.” Withe called the findings the “tip of the iceberg,” considering “there are thousands of statewide and city and county teachers unions that are mostly funding the same causes.”
Have a great day!

I'll start it off.
I just finished dinner at a good restaurant on the Left Bank, and who was at one of the tables we walked past as we left? John F*cking Kerry! He's as ugly in real life as he is on television!Posted by: CBD at 05:00 PM | Comments (135) | Trackbacks (Suck)

A museum holds two Civil War bullets that had apparently struck each other in flight and fused together as a single mass.
Smarter Every Day tried to replicate this, using electronically-fired guns to get the almost-impossible timing right. It's all interesting, and they hit a lot of bullets, but the neatest impact is at 21:40.Posted by: Ace at 12:20 PM | Comments (170) | Trackbacks (Suck)
