That's because this isn't a TV show and the DOJ under @AGPamBond and @AAGDhillon are attempting to actually build cases rather than get one new cycle of coverage. Yes, there's evidence out there. There's video tapes. That's good evidence. But the existence of good evidence is not building a case. This is going to be one where they're going to face a judge and a jury pool that is biased against them, so they're going to need to do every single thing perfectly. That doesn't happen in five seconds.
Stop with this crap. This black pilling nonsense is freaking idiotic. You want to use the legal system, at least that's what you say. Well if that's what you mean then it's going to take time and all your frustration and crying and whining about it doesn't change that fact. If you want to do it right, you've got to do it right. That doesn't mean doing it fast.
Just stop it.

Conservatives have been out of power for our entire lives. And yes, that includes when "Republicans" are in power. We've defaulted to a standard operating procedure of crying "betrayal" and prophecizing doom.

But this is wrongheaded when we actually have people in office who actually listen to us and agree with us. The blackpilling is politically toxic, as it teaches us that any effort is pointless because we are doomed to lose, and on personal level, it must by psychologically destructive.

I have my own problems with Trump but the idea that he's "selling us out" on his signature issue is silly. From time to time he may be too cautious -- for example, many of us are wondering why he hasn't already invoked the Insurrection Act -- but he's not "selling us out," Bush style.

Meanwhile, even the NYT admits that blue cities and states are causing all of this chaos and violence themselves by not simply turning over violent repeat-criminal illegal aliens to ICE when the government politely asks for them.

A lot of churches have security teams and/or actual off duty cops. Most spree killers want to run up the count so they tend to avoid such churches and look for easy targets. Bringing in a backpack to service and being some dweeb not known to church members is likely to get some attention.

As long as the doors are shut to the outside but can be opened from the inside at key egress points (think fire laws compel this anyway), wise to shut them during services.

And many of those losses are being appealed. Those resist judges are losing on appeal over 50 percent of the time and at Scotus 84 percent of the time.

Scotus losses are permanent as they set precedent in a way that applies to all circuits and districts, not just the red ones.

DEI Resist injunctions etc. are being tossed/dissolved at a high rate because appellate courts can see no legal reasoning behind most of those decisions.

I understand all that, but the key is screening people coming in to identify the unknown/dweebs/potential risks. Whether or not the doors are locked doesn't seem to matter. A potential bad actor is actually more likely to get past whatever screening is in place when the doors are unlocked and there is greater traffic flow.

And that undercuts Abrego at the 4th Circuit and makes it more likely that Scotus, if the 4th does not chuck his worthless ass, gets overruled and district judges across teh nation are barred from considering deportation cases.

You have to look at that from a current events perspective. A vast majority of DC employees learning the term "down sizing" live in Fairfax, Arlington, and Prince William counties, Virginia. They don't live in a vacuum. Everyone they come in contact with will get the story of how they were "unfairly" discarded by the current administration and so on down the line. They'll leave out the part about redundancy and incompetence, and partisan.

As an example. I have a friend who owns a catering business that serves that region, and they do a lot of those cocktail parties we love to hate. She has always been a Conservative, or at least right leaning person. NOW, however, the catering jobs are waning. The griping of her customers about the current administration is incessant, and she likes alot of these people regardless of their politics. She sides with them now.

That is because colonists during the later stages before independence were hauled up to courts in England or Nova Scotia at Halifax, a major British military base to be tried. So our Constitution requires people to be tried in the district where they committed the crime with a jury drawn from that location. And that means a local DA has to oversee charges, the grand jury, etc. And leftist blue shithole senators are blocking any Trump nominees by the blue slip procedure in the Senate Judiciary. That means that under the existing law, the judges in shithole blue states that got those seats due to the blue slip policy winnowing out conservatives, then pick the DA (Trump is challenging that in court as that law runs afoul of recent court decisions on appointments). See NJ and VA for those examples.
