Weird, because when I was in school, I was a block from that public basketball court in New York City I tried to play there, but the court was occupied almost 24 hours a day, and the "rule" -- imposed undemocratically by the gang of people who controlled the court -- was that you had to bet the current player a minimum bet (like $10) just for the right to even enter the court. There were zero efforts to make the court "more welcoming" to me, and I never got to play there, despite it being a block away. But oh yeah, let me get right on hanging "In this woods we believe Black Lives Matter..." posters on fucking trees.
Outdoor outfitter The North Face is offering customers a 20% discount if they complete and pass a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) course. The company launched the course, titled "Allyship in the Outdoors," to teach customers about racial disparities in outdoor activities. It is roughly an hour long and is intended for people who work in the outdoor industry. Those who take the course from North America are ineligible for the discount, however.
Black people have special challenges "accessing the outdoors." Let me tell you about the challenges non-six-foot white guys face when attempting to access a public basketball court in New York City. We're required to pay $10 just to get on to the court by people who don't own it.
"At The North Face, we believe in the power of exploration. As individuals, professionals and companies who share a love for the outdoors and exploration, we also have a responsibility to support spaces where everyone feels like they belong," the course description says. "This 1-hour digital course is designed to foster a deeper understanding of the unique challenges that people of colour face when accessing the outdoors."
"It will also provide training and resources, through 4 interactive modules, to help you be a better ally and to make the outdoors a safer and more welcoming place for everyone," the website adds.Oh great, self-quizzes about my privilege and "allyship."
The course walks through four modules on various aspects of racial diversity in outdoor activities, including lessons on "privilege" and how to handle accusations of being "woke." The modules also include portions on what events, such as the death of George Floyd, can mean.True fact, George Floyd was killed attempting to build a lean-to.
So that basketball court... would you be surprised to hear that it was 90% used by black guys who didn't even live in the neighborhood? But fuck me, right?
"Privilege can give us access to the outdoors -- that means some people can enjoy advantages that they inherit from birth and/or accumulate over time," the course says. "In this particular context, we refer to 'white privilege' meaning that your race and skin colour can give you access to the outdoors when others can be excluded because of historic, enduring racism and biases." The course says inequality in the racial makeup of those who participate in outdoor activities proves that barriers exist for minorities.

"There is no explicit policy that excludes people from the outdoors yet there are few people of colour. While there is no intent to exclude, the system in itself creates those barriers to participation," the training says.

But the good people of the District of Columbia voted for these policies by electing and reelecting a never-ending series of hard-left politicians whose interests are diametrically opposed to the goals of most people. Anyway... On to New York City, whose subway system is a wasteland governed by gangs, random violence, and catastrophic under-policing caused by the decriminalization of pretty much everything short of being white and protecting other riders. So the wicked witch of Albany has decided to revoke the 4th Amendment and send the National Guard and the State Police into the subways to harass law-abiding citizens. Yeah...searches of middle-aged housewives' handbags is going to stop crime in its tracks! Governor Hochul is a fascist, whose idea of a good time is siccing her pet legislature on her enemies; like gun owners and small businesses. But she sure does love criminals...NY has been a leader in eliminating bail, ending jail for parole violations, etc. The huge increase in crime is not a surprise, nor is the evisceration of our civil rights under the guise of crime prevention. It's called authoritarianism, and it is alive and well in NY.

Rep. Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN) fired back at a group of Code Pink activists who ambushed him in a hallway on Capitol Hill and accused him of supporting “genocide” by supporting the State of Israel in its fight against Hamas terrorists. “I will always support Israel,” Fleischmann retorted, as he rejected the activists’ claims and their false statistics. Code Pink is a radical, left-wing, anti-war organization that has adopted an anti-Israel posture, parroting "Palestinian" propaganda and ignoring the October 7 terror attack that left 1,200 dead in Israel, plus the kidnapping of hostages. Medea Benjamin, the co-founder and leader of Code Pink, who dressed up in a concentration camp uniform for her role in the protest, posted the footage, as Code Pink claimed that Fleischmann had backed the genocide of Palestinians. Fleischmann said “goodbye to 'Palestine'” as he responded to the activists hounding him, not as a statement of policy. Some pro-"Palestinian" activists online targeted Fleischmann for his Catholic faith and for his “Christian Zionism.”Medea, as in Media-Whore. Whether it's to disrupt Congressional hearings or as in this case get up close and personal with Republican and/or conservative lawmakers, this psycho slag and her minions seem to always be inside the Capitol dome or House or Senate offices and chambers at just the right time. The salient point is that there is no way in hell they could ever have entered these buildings without being allowed in by either Democrat lawmakers, staffers or the Capitol PD. Their presence is both intentional and absolutely coordinated with Democrats and the media (Medea) for maximum propaganda effect. There's also the added bonus of intimidation with a soupçon of a threat of violence. Remember last week when active duty Air Force member and confirmed Antifa fan-boy and Israel-hater Aaron Bushnell immolated himself in front of the Israeli embassy in DC to protest the mythical "genocide" of the equally mythical "Palestinians?" If you think that he's a one-off, you're whistling past the graveyard. Worse, he could just as easily have strapped on a PLO Islam-ikaze suicide vest, flashed his Code Pinko ID card at the Capitol door and waltzed right in to give Chuck Fleischmann, or any other pro-Israel congressman or senator a great big bear hug. While it's a fact that the Speaker of the House, in this case Republican Mike Johnson, is supposed to be the commander-in-chief of the Capitol PD, the facts on the ground indicate otherwise. It's not that he's ineffectual or incompetent. It's just that the Capitol PD, like every other bureaucracy in Washington DC is allied to the Democrats and Leftists. That Code Pinko can directly threaten Chuck Fleischmann with impunity is merely a microcosm of what the CIA, FBI and DOJ did to Donald Trump by fabricating the Russia Collusion hoax, as well as the rank insubordination of the DoD in not carrying out his orders vis a vis troop withdrawals from Syria. And those are just two examples, albeit gigantic ones, of what undoubtedly was mass insubordination, stonewalling and sabotage of every agency and every department from the moment Trump was sworn in at noon on 1/20/17 to 11:59:59AM on 1/20/21 when Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants was wheeled into the Oval Office. I'm sure the correlation and comparison of the actions in this incident involving Code Pinko and the reactions of the Capitol PD as well as Democrat and RINO lawmakers, to that of what happened on 1/6/21 are obvious and glaring. Two unarmed, non-violent women slaughtered by Capitol PD officers and their associates and hundreds of hapless dupes still rotting in prison for misdemeanor trespassing (at best) magically transmogrified into high treason by corrupt DAs and judges, while a former president of the United States is being railroaded for fomenting a fictitious insurrection when in point of fact he was merely exercising his First Amendment right of free speech and protest. I do not know what the process or procedure is to have Medea Benjamin and whoever was with her that got in the face of Chuck Fleischmann arrested and then prosecuted, but it must be done. Yeah, I know the corruption is dark and deep and everywhere in DC. But for Speaker Mike Johnson to not at least make the attempt to punish these bastards is acknowledgment and acquiescence to the fact that the Left can get away with anything. And, given the political climate of this nation as it currently exists, I mean quite literally ANYTHING. And if the fear is that by trying to seek actual justice against these criminals it will only incite them even more, then we've already lost the nation and might as well admit it. The more Trump gains in the polls, the more the kangaroo court show trials are delayed or, please God, derailed to one extent or another, and the more it seems as if Biden and the Democrats are not going to be able to cheat large enough to ensure a victory (not without revealing it to everyone that that is what happened), the more the chance of mass political violence as November approaches. Kneecapping Code Pinko now could send a powerful message. Or is the corruption so deep and the fear so deeply ingrained that nothing will avert the powder keg going off eight months from now?

Although people aligned with the GamerGate customer revolt partly stopped the previous invasion, the forces of wokeness and authoritarianism came roaring back in recent years. And, they threaten, losses of profit as well. (Though I think that's a phantasmal threat -- everyone hates these people, and anyone who defies them will make more money, not less.) Sweet Baby Inc. claims to be a game development company, but they develop no games. Instead, they pressure actual game companies to hire them to censor their games for them. In addition, Sweet Baby Inc. demands that the companies paying them for their worthless services increase Muh Representation in every game, no matter how little sense it makes. For example, Sweet Baby Inc. was hired by the God of War developers. The latest game involves the Norse gods. God of War includes a black female Norse god. Sure, sure. Sweet Baby Inc. was hired by Insomniac Studios to "advise" them on Spider-Man 2. Spider-Man 2 increased diversity by: * Including the younger black replacement character Miles Morales, and, rather than having Miles in a protege role learning from the older, much more experienced Peter Parker, frequently outshining him. * Turning Mary Jane, who is a supermodel into the comics, into a somewhat dumpy woman of very average looks. (In fairness, they did this in the first one, too, which Sweet Baby Inc. did not work on.) * Turning Mary Jane, who is, as noted, just a model, into a badass who can take down heavily armed thugs just as well as John McClane, because all women are strong. They just have to believe in themselves! * Defacing its Spanish language parts by adopting the fake white transgender lingo "Latinx." * Turning the famously, flagrantly heterosexual Black Cat, whose relationship with Peter Parker was decidedly sexual and less emotional, into a lesbian, because the key to Good Writing is to just fill everything with lesbians as if they were bedbugs. * Forcing people to spend a lot of time playing a deaf minority girl (of course), who is presented as a hero as she illegally sprays pro-gay graffiti on other people's buildings. And etc. Spider-Man 2 did not bomb, because the first Spider-Man was the biggest selling game in Sony's history. But it only sold half as much as the first game. They also "consulted" on Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. This game is one of the biggest bombs of the year and will likely destroy Rocksteady studio, which developed it, and that destruction is well-earned. Although the game's failure cannot be blamed solely on wokeness - reviewers call its gameplay boring and incredibly repetitive -- it is also offending people with its wokeness. For example, the "Kill the Justice League" is in fact the main goal of the game, and the players do get to murder Batman, Green Lantern (the black one, John Stewart, of course), the Flash, and Superman. They're all under the mental control of Brainiac, and now evil. You know who's not under Brainiac's control, and so who you don't murder? Wonder Woman -- because, as Anita Sarkesian has been claiming for a decade, you can kill all the male characters you want in a game, you can slaughter men by the literal hundreds, but if a single female character is on the receiving end of violence, then that's Sexist and encouraging violence and r*pe against women. How does Sweet Baby Inc. get actual game developer companies to make worse and more unpopular games than they otherwise would, and get paid for telling people how to lose money? Before getting to that, Jonathan Turley writes that Fani and Sweetdick appear guilty of the same crimes of perjury and obstruction they're prosecuting the Trump defendants for.
And now including witness tampering.When Fani Willis ran against her former boss Paul Howard in 2020, she highlighted the experience that she would bring to the position. Howard was embroiled in a sexual harassment scandal involving his relationship with women in his office. Willis offered both experience and ethical leadership, including pledging repeatedly that "I will certainly not be choosing to date people that work under me." Willis is now accused of the wrong type of relevant experience. She and her lead prosecutor are not just accused of having an intimate relationship, but they are accused of some of the same underlying conduct that they are prosecuting in the election interference case against former President Donald Trump and other defendants. That now includes allegations of filing false statements with courts and even influencing witnesses. This week, another witness came forward with an explosive new allegation against Willis. In the prior hearings in Atlanta, Nathan Wade was confronted with what appears to be false statements made to the court in his divorce case, false statements that he repeated under oath in disqualification testimony.That doesn't mean she'll be disqualified. In fact -- if this tip is true -- she probably won't be: According to Paul Sperry, a lawyer close to Judge McAfee says he's "very reluctant" to disqualify these serial perjurers and witness tampering obstructers of justice.
' For example, Wade was asked about his denial of "a sexual relationship during the time of his marriage and separation" up to and including May 30, 2023. That would obviously include the sexual relationship with Willis in 2022 and possibly earlier. Wade, however, denied any such sexual relationship and said he confined the question to sexual relations meaning an affair "in the course of my marriage." Of course, his marriage was ongoing even during the divorce and the question asked about any relationship up to May 2023. Wade and Willis have also been contradicted in their testimony by various witnesses who said they lied about their intimate relationship starting after he was hired in 2022. That includes prior text messages in which Wade's former partner and lawyer Terrence Bradley repeatedly told opposing counsel that he was "absolutely" sure that the relationship began much earlier. A former close friend of Willis also said they were lying. This is notable because Wade and Willis brought 19 individual counts of false statements, false filings, or perjury against the defendants in their case. There are now substantial allegations that they may have committed the very same criminal conduct. Now another prosecutor has come forward to say that Bradley also told her repeatedly and with complete clarity and certainty that Wade and Willis were involved long before his hiring. Those conversations allegedly occurred as late as January 2024 with Cindi Lee Yeager, a co-chief deputy district attorney for Cobb County. What is even more alarming is Yeager's account that she overheard Willis tell Bradley on the telephone that "they are coming after us. You don't need to talk to them about anything about us." If true, that call could raise questions of influencing potential witnesses.

Here are some of the things Ashleigh Merchant testified to: Terrence Bradley did not just text her; they had full spoken conversations about the affair and when it began. I assume Ashleigh Merchant couldn't present her knowledge of what Bradley said in court because it would be hearsay -- she would be saying what he told her about the relationship. She could only present his own statements, in the form of texts, as evidence. But the Senate hearing isn't a courtroom, so she gave the full report of everything Bradley told her, including which other witnesses to ask about the affair (including Robin Yeartie, though he only knew her as "Fani's best friend" and Merchant had to search to find out who this person was), the keycards Sweetdick was given to make it more convenient to service her filthy needs, etc. At the end of this clip, she reveals that Fani Willis fought tooth and nail to get the county approve payment for a social media monitoring service which would tell her what her media clout was, whether it was rising or falling, etc. This was to "manage her brand." Here, Merchant testifies that the only two counties she knows of who hire outside counsel to prosecute their cases pay between $40 and $60 per hour. Sweetdick was getting $250 per hour. And he was getting paid for a lot of hours. One day, Merchant reports, he billed 24 hours in one day. Apparently Sweetdick claimed that he reported all the hours he'd worked, over several days, in one day. Why not believe him? He's done nothing but lie to us so far. The law of large numbers says he must tell the truth, eventually!
