US tech companies laid off more than 260,000 workers last year, and another 50,000 already this year. What's more, they're not hiring.
It's worse than any time in the last 20 years. Brush up on your COBOL and be prepared to move to Nebraska.

WPATH -- the transgenderism cult funded by the billionaire Democrat Pritzker family -- is crazy mad that the UK has decided to protect children instead of promoting transgender cult doctrines.
WPATH, the World Professional Association of Transgender Healthcare, is under tremendous strain as the House of Cards is falling everywhere outside the United States, and they are regrouping and firing back at their critics both as an organization and through their allies. One shot across the bow was just released--an attack on the Cass Review that has led Britain to reverse course, and the response is a doozy. I am not going to take you through their farrago of lies and distortions because the response is self-refuting in the first few paragraphs. It is those that bear study, because they tell you everything you need to know about how WPATH conceives science works. Once you understand these paragraphs, you will be convinced that these people are dangerously insane.
Back to David Strom on this exciting new "science" of subjective feelings and wishes:
Leor Sapir
@LeorSapir WPATH (@wpath) hits back at the Cass Review (@thecassreview) (and by extension NHS England) through its journal, the International Journal of Transgender Health. "The Cass Review: Cis-supremacy in the UK's approach to healthcare for trans children." Haven't read the piece in full, but I already noticed that the author utilizes a "critical review methodology." What, you might ask, is that? The author explains: "A critical review is inherently and intentionally subjective, bringing a reviewer's perspective and positionality into analysis and reflection on a body of work. I approached this analysis as a non-binary researcher, as a parent of a trans child, and with experience as a parent-service user of children's gender services in the UK. My approach to this topic is informed by a commitment to trans emancipatory research, acknowledging that trans lives are equal to cis lives, and being attentive to cisnormativity or pathologization of gender diversity." One allegation made by the author is that the Cass Review is infected with "bias or prejudice." As evidence, the article cites, among other things, the fact that some of the clinicians involved "have a concern some young people may feel pressured to believe they are gender discongruent by a powerful peer group" / "influence from external sources such as peer groups, social media, or online media such as YouTube." In other words, the Cass Review is "prejudiced" because the clinicians it interviewed disagree with a key assumption held by WPATH and the author of this article. (BTW, in SOC-8 WPATH itself says that social influence may contribute to gender identity development.) This isn't "prejudice." It's disagreement. The author is saying that a position s/he disagrees with should be dismissed on its face because it's not his/her own position. "Positionality"
(link)
Did you catch that? Horton acknowledges up front that his approach assumes the results, and works backward from there. There is nothing objective about the approach; it is about expressing the "reviewers perspective and positionality into analysis and reflection on a body of work..." Shockingly, Horton concludes that all that scientific data is BS, because, well, it contradicts his lived experience and desires as a nonbinary person and parent of a trans child.Well, the whole woke, identitarian left rejects the idea of objective evidence, reason, logic, and science, in favor of "lived experience."
Riley GainesFox News:
@Riley_Gaines_ it's official! I'm suing the NCAA along with 15 other collegiate athletes who have lost out on titles, records, & roster spots to men posing as women The NCAA continues to explicitly violate the federal civil rights law of Title IX. About time someone did something about it [handclaps] @icons_women
@NCAA
Riley Gaines was among the more than a dozen current and former college athletes who filed a lawsuit against the NCAA, the University System of Georgia and others in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on Thursday. Gaines, Reka Gyorgy, Kylee Alons, Kaitlynn Wheeler, Ainsley Erzen, Ellie Eades, Lily Mullens, Suzanna Price, Carter Satterfield, Kate Pearson, Katie Blankenship, Julianna Morrow and athletes identified as Swimmer A, Swimmer B, Track Athlete A and Volleyball Athlete A were among the plaintiffs in the case. The NCAA, University System of Georgia, Georgia Tech University, University of Georgia, University of North Georgia and members of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia were named as defendants in the lawsuit. ... The athletes alleged the NCAA and those involved in the University System of Georgia of denying them the promises of Title IX and pointed to the NCAA's transgender participation policy as the catalyst. The lawsuit accuses the defendants of multiple Title IX violations and the right to bodily privacy. From last Sunday, which is Mothers Day in the UK:
"... The NCAA has simultaneously imposed a radical anti-woman agenda on college sports, reinterpreting Title IX to define women as a testosterone level, permitting men to compete on women's teams," the complaint says, "and destroying female safe spaces in women's locker rooms by authorizing naked men possessing full male genitalia to disrobe in front of non-consenting college women and creating situations in which unwilling female college athletes unwittingly or reluctantly expose their naked or partially clad bodies to males, subjecting women to a loss of their constitutional right to bodily privacy." The complaint adds the "NCAA has aligned with the most radical elements of the so-called diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda on college campuses, facilitating the NCAA's effort to shore up its flagging on campus approval ratings in furtherance of the NCAA's relentless drive to monetize collegiate sport, and diverting attention from the financial exploitation of college athletes by NCAA colleges and universities, all at the expense of female student-athletes."
... Gaines, an OutKick contributor who hosts the "Gaines for Girls" podcast and director of the Riley Gainers Center at the Leadership Institute, explained to Charly Arnolt what she wanted to see from the NCAA. "What I want to see from the NCAA, and they haven't don't thus far, is take accountability and take responsibility," Gaines said on "OutKick The Morning." "We've seen Charlie Baker testify before (lawmakers) a plethora of times and say that, you know, 'We don't really know what the rules are. We don't really know how we feel about this. We haven't issued an apology. We'll just keep working it out on our end.' "They're cowards is what they are."
J.K. RowlingThe left discovered a convenient corpse, a trans person named Nex (?) Benedict. They immediately began dunking on LibsofTikTok, claiming 1, that this person was murdered, which they did not know and were just recklessly speculating, and 2, that this person was specifically murdered because LibsofTikTok was appointed to a council reviewing the appropriateness of books. That's an insane leap. Certified pervert and pedophile-adjacent California state senator Scott Weiner leapt to spread disinformation as hard as his little gay boots would carry him:
@jk_rowling Happy Birthing Parent Day to all whose large gametes were fertilised resulting in small humans whose sex was assigned by doctors making mostly lucky guesses

Well, this person wasn't murdered. Wasn't "beaten in a rest-room." Was not killed by LibsofTikTok. This mentally-ill person committed suicide. Will all the media outlets that pushed this disinformation now be retracting and correcting the record, and explaining why they rushed to jump to politically-useful conclusions, or nah?
Christopher WigginsYou know what the inevitable next step is, of course. It doesn't matter that this person committed suicide -- ze was still killed by LibsofTikTok, who drove zer to commit suicide! By the way, this is not a "trans" girl. She identified as "non-binary." She claimed her pronouns were "he/they" but her family called her she. Point is, if she was in the female bathroom, that was the right bathroom, so no one would beat her up for that. Even though we now know this "non-binary" girl was not murdered at all, Joe Biden wastes no time in eulogizing her as though she was murdered. She will be the Trans George Floyd, no matter what the facts are! BrettT at Twitchy:
@CWNewser The Oklahoma medical examiner's report indicates that bullied Owasso High School teenager Nex Benedict died from Benadryl and Prozac toxicity. According to the CDC, these are two common medications used in suicide attempts.
More at the link. And as for the idea that we must endlessly affirm people claiming to be "trans" or else be charged with their murders by way of suicide: Trans suicide rates double after sex mutilation surgery. The thing we've been bullied with constantly -- you must allow children to get their genitals and breasts chopped, of they'll commit suicide -- is a lie. These kids are more likely to attempt suicide after the alleged miracle cure of genital mutilation. At least, the suicide rate doubles after a "vaginoplasty" (surgery to create a fake vagina). After a "phalloplasty" -- creating a fake penis -- there is no change in the suicide rate.
As Twitchy reported Wednesday, the toxicology report came back from "Nex" Benedict and found that she had committed suicide by ingesting way too much Prozac and Benadryl. There's an actual thing going around on X now that "every trans suicide is a murder" -- proving once again that the marginalized trans community is the most coddled identity group in the country. They already use the risk of suicide as an excuse for forging ahead with "gender-affirming care" for minors; now, if a nonbinary person kills themself for whatever reason, it's murder.
Laken Riley was murdered by an illegal immigrant. This was an actual murder. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene had to shame President Joe Biden into saying her name at the State of the Union address, and he called her "Lincoln" as he was holding a pin with her name on it in his hand. Biden later went on MSNBC to apologize for calling her alleged killer an "illegal" -- he should have said "undocumented." So guess who gets an official statement from the president and first lady? Biden, we get how much you love transgender people. You shot a special video for Trans Day of Awareness and held a party on the White House lawn where a trans woman flashed her fake boobs. Biden and his wife Dr. Jill Biden released a statement on news of Benedict's suicide. Even though the original story is that she was beaten to death in a school bathroom for being nonbinary. Some "truthers" still believe she died from blunt head trauma. Biden writes:
Jill and I are heartbroken by the recent loss of Nex Benedict. Every young person deserves to have the fundamental right and freedom to be who they are, and feel safe and supported at school and in their communities. Nex Benedict, a kid who just wanted to be accepted, should still be here with us today. Nonbinary and transgender people are some of the bravest Americans I know. But nobody should have to be brave just to be themselves. In memory of Nex, we must all recommit to our work to end discrimination and address the suicide crisis impacting too many nonbinary and transgender children. Bullying is hurtful and cruel, and no one should face the bullying that Nex did. Parents and schools must take reports of bullying seriously. My prayers are with Nex's family, friends, and all who loved them -- and to all LGBTQI+ Americans for whom this tragedy feels so personal, know this: I will always have your back.
Benjamin Ryan is a health & science reporter, and contributor at The New York Times, NBC News, and The Guardian, so I'll quote him here:A new song has been released by Jame Gumb & the Gumbdrops. Wait, my mistake. Dylan Mulvaney has released a "song" using his creepy robotic autotuned voice. yayyStudy finds that the attempted-suicide rate among transgender women [men] who received a vaginoplasty in California was twice as high during the period after the surgery compared with the period before the surgery. The investigators analyzed data on all 868 people who received a vaginoplasty and 357 people who received a phalloplasty in California from 2012-2018. There were an average of 2 years of data before and after surgery. A total of 22% of the vaginoplasty group and 21% of the phalloplasty group had at least one ER or in-patient psych encounter during the study period, whether before or after surgery. If there was a psych encounter prior to surgery, 34% of the vaginoplasty group and 27% of the phalloplasty group had a psych encounter after surgery. Among those receiving a vaginoplasty, the rate of suicide attempts was twice as high after the surgery, at 3.3%, compared with before, at 1.5%. The phalloplasty suicide-attempt rate was similar to the general population, while the vaginoplasty group's rate was more than twice as high as the general population.
Mulvaney's song mansplains what it's like to be a girl, and what it's like to be a girl isn't pretty. It's all pill-popping, blackout-drinking, and taking the walk of shame after sleeping with a guy whose name you don't even know. Say -- being a girl sounds an awful lot like being a gay man...!
Biological male Dylan Mulvaney's new pop song 'Days of Girlhood' faces online backlash for undermining women's experiences and evading real issues like the economic fallout from a previous campaign. ... Dylan Mulvaney, a 27-year-old biological male and trans influencer, has released a pop song titled 'Days of Girlhood' to commemorate the second anniversary of his transition. This move, particularly its timing around International Women's Day, has sparked considerable criticism online. Many social media users feel this undermines the genuine struggles and achievements of biological women, reducing the complexity of women's experiences to a superficial celebration by someone who is not a biological woman. ... Critics argue that this focus on a biological male's celebration of "girlhood" distracts from the core issues faced by women today and highlights a growing trend in media and society to prioritize trans narratives at the expense of women's rights and experiences.

Here's another group r*pe for Rachel Maddow and Jen Psaki to giggle about.
3 illegal migrants arrested, charged after kidnapping and r*ping Florida womanDoes anyone believe this is the first time these Cultural Enrichers were arrested in America? In related Cultural Enrichment news, two cases of measles have broken out in a Chicago shelter for migrants, because American citizens are forced to take fake vaccinations they do not want while illegal aliens aren't required to have the shots for anything at all.
Three undocumented immigrants from Guatemala have been arrested for allegedly abducting and sexually assaulting a woman in Palm Beach County, Florida. Key Details: The abduction took place near John Prince Park, west of Lake Worth Beach, Florida. Andres Felipe Morales, Darinel Ordonez Jimenez, and Marcos Felipe Ramirez are the accused individuals. Morales faces charges of sexual assault and false imprisonment, while Jimenez and Ramirez are charged with felony criminal conspiracy.
...
The victim was able to escape and seek help from a passerby, leading to the swift action by authorities. Morales is being charged with sexual assault and false imprisonment, while his accomplices, Jimenez and Ramirez, face two counts of felony criminal conspiracy. Bonds for each suspect have been set at $200,000, with their next court appearance scheduled for April 10.
You "stress" it but you don't require it, huh?
Two cases of measles, a highly infectious disease, have been confirmed in a Chicago migrant shelter. This raises significant health concerns about unchecked diseases in migrant populations, echoing past discrepancies in COVID-19 testing and treatment protocols between migrants and American citizens. Key Details: A second measles case in a Chicago migrant shelter marks the city's first instances in five years. The patients are newly arrived young migrants, with one case recovered and another hospitalized. Health officials stress the importance of vaccination, amid fears of increased measles cases due to low vaccination rates in migrant populations.
Possibly related: In New Mexico, a man just died of the black death. No seriously -- he died of the bubonic plague. Throw those borders open, harder!
The recent confirmation of a second measles case at a Chicago migrant shelter has sparked concerns over the potential health risks posed by untested migrant populations. These instances mark Chicago's first measles cases in five years, both occurring in newly arrived young migrants. This situation highlights a broader issue of disease control and prevention in migrant groups, often less likely to be vaccinated against common diseases like measles. The contrast between the treatment of migrant populations and American citizens is stark, especially when reflecting on the COVID-19 pandemic response. During the pandemic, stringent measures like shutdowns and vaccine mandates were imposed on American citizens, while testing and vaccination protocols for migrants were notably lax. This disparity raises questions about the consistency and fairness of public health policies, especially in dealing with highly contagious diseases.
A New Mexico man has died of complications from the bubonic plague as state health officials scramble to assess the ongoing risk in the region. The unidentified Lincoln Country resident had been hospitalized recently with the bacterial affliction, although the details surrounding how he contracted it and how his health deteriorated remain unclear, the state Department of Health (NMDOH) announced Friday.
Despite medics' best efforts, the patient succumbed to his symptoms, marking New Mexico's first recorded case of bubonic plague since 2021. This was also the state's first BP-related fatality since 2020; the state recorded four cases of the disease that year alone. Plague "is a bacterial disease of rodents," according to the health department, and generally spreads to humans through infected flea bites; it additionally can gain ground through direct contact with infected animals, such as rodents, wildlife and even pets.

He doesn't specify that he wants white men to self-deport, but, come on, they're the people getting screwed by DEI, so they're the ones most likely to oppose it.
And his response is just to make conditions at the company unlivable for them so that they'll leave, supposedly of their own accord, thus sparing the company the need to fire them and the hazard of racial discrimination lawsuits. You mean "straight white men"? That is what you mean, right?
Warner Bros. Discovery's Chief Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer Asif Sadiq recently shared his tact on how to get rid of opponents of DEI from major corporations.
As reported by News Busters, Sadiq was a panelist for an Aspen Institute webinar titled The Future of DEI in Corporate America at the end of February. Sadiq would share his comments after Design Observer Editor-in-Chief Ellen McGirt stated, "We came up with this strategy, and I love it. It is: Find your people and ignore the person you cannot persuade. You know exactly who they are..."
"... and if you can't bring yourself to do it because of your professional orientation, give it 30 days. Ignore them for 30 days. Don't take the bait. Don't send them the clip. Don't send them the newsletter. Don't send them the deck. Just focus on the people who are willing to do the work. The new arrivals to the work. The new leaders who are preparing, as we've talked about to be better allies, to be more vulnerable, to communicate better; work preparing them. ... ''Film Threat released part three of "the Disney Files," a short history of Disney's efforts to drive straight white men out of their animation studios and replace them with completely unqualified women, particularly "women of color." They were unqualified. Of course they were. The men in these positions had pursued this career, spending tens of thousands of dollars of their own money to go to animation school. The Women of Color Disney brought in to replace them did none of that -- they were largely untrained, "self-taught," barely-working Tumblr cartoonists. They only wound up in animation because Disney went out looking for them and slid into their Tumblr DMs to offer them jobs. Now think about this situation: You have one group of people who has worked hard to have a career in animation, risked their future prosperity on the gamble of going into this field, and spent years and tens of thousands of dollars training this skill. Obviously this group is highly-motivated and passionate about the art form. On the other hand, you have some bored women who occasionally post crude cartoons on Tumblr who have never made any effort to become animators and certainly have not bothered going to animation school. These people did not fight to get interviews; they were begged to take a job. Now, who do you think is the more qualified group? These Tumblr radicals did not bring much in terms of talent or experience, but they did bring something more important to Disney: Activism and complete contempt for their audience.
Sadiq reacted to these comments saying, "And if I can just add on to that point because I think it's such an important point. Even beyond leaders, there's always those few people who will never change. You will never convince them. You can try up until the end of eternity and it will still not happen. We waste so much energy doing that sometimes as individuals whether you're in a leadership position or in a team and so on." He continued, "Focus on the ones who want to change because that way you start changing culture. And if you change culture often those people who don't come around will start saying this place isn't the way it used to be and they'll leave themselves, which is great!"
Meanwhile, up in Emeryville, Pixar had been secretly slipping LGBT characters into the background of its films. In Toy Story 4, there was a pair of lesbian mommies picking up their kids. Onward had a self-identifying lesbian cop. Lastly, Lightyear featured a lesbian commander, Alisha, who had a pregnant wife and featured Pixar's first same-sex kiss. Right? Wrong? Such is a debate for another time. What's not being debated is the inclusion of the LGBT (exclusively L) themes was interpreted as Pixar's deliberate attempt to alienate its conservative audiences from its brand. Who needs them anyway, right? As they say, money talks, and this new direction led to a steady decline in Pixar's box office totals, which continues today. By "Reimagining Tomorrow," Strange World was Disney's first foray into the inclusion of an openly gay character with Searcher's son, Ethan, who is an awkward teen trying to get advice from his father about what to do with his crush, Diazo.... Unfortunately, Strange World was a complete and utter failure, and Disney executives knew it would be long before the release of the film, evidenced by the slashing of its marketing budget and modest press tour and premiere. The movie came out on Thanksgiving weekend and limped in for a $18 million ($12 million domestic) weekend take. The film's LGBT theme decimated the international box office as multiple countries refused to show Strange World. This box office disaster ultimately lost Disney over $100 million when it was all finally said and done. The return to Disney Animation after a VERY long Thanksgiving was not good. That Monday, the staff was greeted with a very "glum" Zoom call as a way to soothe everyone's feelings. One source tells us that the Disney Exec's message is essentially, "This is a bummer, but the 'message' is important, and we will press on with it..." Clearly, the LESSON WAS NOT LEARNED, and Disney Animation would suffer its subsequent massive failure with Wish.

Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar has conceded defeat in the vote over two constitutional amendments that would have broadened the definition of family and removed language about a woman's role at home. Vote tallies Saturday showed both referendums failing in a blow to his government. Varadkar had pushed the vote to enshrine gender equality in the constitution and scheduled the vote on Friday, International Women's Day. Opponents argued that the wording of the changes was poorly thought out and some voters said they feared changes would lead to unintended consequences. Varadkar, who pushed the vote to enshrine gender equality in the constitution by removing "very old-fashioned language" and trying to recognize the realities of modern family life, said it was clear the amendments were "defeated comprehensively on a respectable turnout." ... The election was viewed as part of Ireland's evolution from a conservative, overwhelmingly Roman Catholic country in which divorce and abortion were illegal, to an increasingly diverse and socially liberal society. The proportion of residents who are Catholic fell from 94.9% in 1961 to 69% in 2022, according to the Central Statistics Office. ... The first question dealt with a part of the constitution that pledges to protect the family as the primary unit of society. Voters were asked to remove a reference to marriage as the basis "on which the family is founded" and replace it with a clause that said families can be founded "on marriage or on other durable relationships." If passed, it would have been the constitution's 39th amendment. A proposed 40th amendment would have removed a reference that a woman's place in the home offered a common good that could not be provided by the state and delete a statement that said mothers shouldn't be obligated to work out of economic necessity if it would neglect their duties at home. It would have added a clause saying the state will strive to support "the provision of care by members of a family to one another."I would say this rejection is based 50% on the amendments themselves, and 50% based on people finally revolting to this constant "Year Zero" disruption of society. The term "Year Zero" refers to the idea that after Maoists or communists take power, they declare it "Year Zero" of the New Age, and set about to pulling down all statues, burning all books, denouncing all traditions, and eradicating everything normal and decent in their mad drive to remake all of humanity in the twisted, ugly image of communist malcontent losers. There was no history before. We decide what history is right now, in Year Zero. And we've all been living in Year Zero since George Floyd swallowed a huge bolus of drugs and died due to his own poor life choices. And people have had enough. Matt Taibbi wrote about Year Zero back on July 4, 2020:
The New York Times, once the dictionary definition of "unprovocative," suddenly reads like Pol Pot's Sayings of Angkar. Heading into the Fourth of July weekend, the morning read for upscale white Manhattanites was denouncing Mount Rushmore, urging Black America to arm itself, and re-positioning America alongside more deserving historical parallels in a feature about caste systems:
It's the Fourth of July, and revolution is in the air. Only in America would it look like this: an elite-sponsored Maoist revolt, couched as a Black liberation movement whose canonical texts are a corporate consultant's white guilt self-help manual, and a New York Times series rewriting history to explain an election they called wrong. Much of America has watched in quizzical silence in recent weeks as crowds declared war on an increasingly incoherent succession of historical symbols. Maybe you nodded as Confederate general Albert Pike was toppled or even when Christopher Columbus was beheaded, but it got a little weird when George Washington was emblazoned with "Fuck Cops" and set on fire, or when they went after Ulysses S. Grant, abolitionist Colonel Hans Christian Heg, "Forward," (a seven-foot-tall female figure meant to symbolize progress), the Portland, Oregon "Elk statue," or my personal favorite, the former slave Miguel de Cervantes, whose cheerful creations Don Quixote and Sancho Panza were apparently mistaken for reals and had their eyes lashed red in San Francisco. Was a What the Fuck? too much to ask? It was! In the space of a few weeks the level of discourse in the news media dropped so low, the fear of being shamed as a deviationist so high, that most of the weirder incidents went uncovered. Leading press organs engaged in real-time Soviet-style airbrushing. Here's how the Washington Post described a movement that targeted Spanish missionary Junipero Serra, Abraham Lincoln (a "single-handed symbol of white supremacy," according to UW-Madison students), an apple cider press sculpture, abolitionist Mathias Baldwin, and the first all-Black volunteer regiment in the Civil War, among others:
Across the country, protesters have toppled statues of figures from America's sordid past -- including Confederate generals -- as part of demonstrations against racism and police violence.
It's tragic that this even needs saying, but the sudden reinvention in the press of modern America as a Nazi apartheid state is as phony as the thousands of patriotic campaigns that occupied the news media previously. We're witnessing an obscene malfunction of the elite messaging system. You primitive screwheads have had your four year tantrum. Now it's our turn to start throwing a tantrum. And it's our turn to decide what year it is.
Throughout human history, three caste systems have stood out. The lingering, millenniums-long caste system of India. The tragically accelerated, chilling and officially vanquished caste system of Nazi Germany. And the shape-shifting, unspoken, race-based caste pyramid in the United States.

I'm stunned. Nothing makes sense any more and my tongue feels like an intruder in my mouth.
Abraham Wyner at Tablet:The number of civilian casualties in Gaza has been at the center of international attention since the start of the war. The main source for the data has been the Hamas-controlled Gaza Health Ministry, which now claims more than 30,000 dead, the majority of which it says are children and women. Recently, the Biden administration lent legitimacy to Hamas' figure. When asked at a House Armed Services Committee hearing last week how many Palestinian women and children have been killed since Oct. 7, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said the number was "over 25,000." The Pentagon quickly clarified that the secretary "was citing an estimate from the Hamas-controlled Health Ministry." President Biden himself had earlier cited this figure, asserting that "too many, too many of the over 27,000 Palestinians killed in this conflict have been innocent civilians and children, including thousands of children." The White House also explained that the president "was referring to publicly available data about the total number of casualties." Here's the problem with this data: The numbers are not real. That much is obvious to anyone who understands how naturally occurring numbers work. The casualties are not overwhelmingly women and children, and the majority may be Hamas fighters. If Hamas' numbers are faked or fraudulent in some way, there may be evidence in the numbers themselves that can demonstrate it. While there is not much data available, there is a little, and it is enough: From Oct. 26 until Nov. 10, 2023, the Gaza Health Ministry released daily casualty figures that include both a total number and a specific number of women and children. The first place to look is the reported "total" number of deaths. The graph of total deaths by date is increasing with almost metronomical linearity, as the graph in Figure 1 reveals. It's just not possible that nearly the exact same number of people are killed every single day, whether Israel's tempo of battle is high or low. This is just stupid Hamas propagandists literally just adding the same number every day. Well, the same number plus/minus 15%.
This kind of numerical evidence is a very powerful and very reliable tool. Fraudulent accounting is discovered all the time by such mathematical analysis. Experts in forensic accounting know how much randomness and variation to expect in actually-random data. Most fraudsters do not.
This regularity is almost surely not real. One would expect quite a bit of variation day to day. In fact, the daily reported casualty count over this period averages 270 plus or minus about 15%. This is strikingly little variation. There should be days with twice the average or more and others with half or less.
Perhaps what is happening is the Gaza ministry is releasing fake daily numbers that vary too little because they do not have a clear understanding of the behavior of naturally occurring numbers. Unfortunately, verified control data is not available to formally test this conclusion, but the details of the daily counts render the numbers suspicious.Another way in which the data is exposed as fake and simply made up is the lack of correlation between children allegedly killed and women allegedly killed. As children are usually in the company of women, a bomb that hits a residential building and kills a certain number of women should also kill a certain number of children. And vice-versa. Hamas is making up these numbers, too, and just randomly claiming x number of women were killed and y number of children, without the expected correlation between these numbers that genuine casualty data would show.
[O]n the days with many women casualties there should be large numbers of children casualties, and on the days when just a few women are reported to have been killed, just a few children should be reported. This relationship can be measured and quantified by the R-square (R2 ) statistic that measures how correlated the daily casualty count for women is with the daily casualty count for children. If the numbers were real, we would expect R2 to be substantively larger than 0, tending closer to 1.0. But R2 is .017 which is statistically and substantively not different from 0.In the below graph, real casualty data would tend to produce data points close to the trendline in blue, in which the number of women killed is strongly correlated with the number of children killed. Instead, the data points are all over the plot -- Hamas is just basically throwing darts at a dartboard and making these numbers up:

There will be cheating like never before in the history of any "civilized" western country.
Meanwhile, the Mississippi Secretary of State say that federal agents are rolling into state prisons to sign up convicts to vote. And not just convicts -- illegal alien convicts.
House Republicans are demanding the Department of Education forfeit information and records related to its use of taxpayer dollars to conduct partisan get-out-the-vote efforts that benefit Democrats, The Federalist has learned. In their Tuesday letter to Education Secretary Miguel Cardona, senior Republicans on the House Administration Committee and the Education and Workforce Committee pressed the Biden appointee over the agency's use of Federal Work-Study (FWS) funds -- which are used to provide part-time campus jobs to help students with tuition costs -- to "support the Biden Administration's campaign efforts during the 2024 election cycle." ... As The Federalist's M.D. Kittle recently reported, the Education Department issued a memo on Feb. 26, "as a follow-up to a 2022 'Dear Colleague' letter, clarifying that Federal Work-Study (FWS) funds may be used to support 'broad-based get-out-the-vote activities, voter registration, providing voter assistance at a polling place or through a voter hotline, or serving as a poll worker.'" The agency also released a "toolkit" that includes guidelines for universities on how to increase voter registration and turnout on their campuses. The recently announced policy is a shift from the agency's 2022 guidance, which explicitly stated that public universities are prohibited from using FWS funds "for work involving partisan or nonpartisan political activity, including party-affiliated voter registration activities." It's worth mentioning that college-age voters (aged 18-29) broke for Democrat candidates over Republican ones by a nearly 2-to-1 margin in the 2022 midterms.
... The new policy comes as part of the agency's attempt to comply with Executive Order 14019, an overreaching directive signed by Biden in March 2021 that instructed hundreds of federal agencies to interfere in the electoral process by using U.S. taxpayer money to boost voter registration and get-out-the-vote activities. More specifically, federal departments were told to collaborate with so-called "nonpartisan third-party organizations" that have been "approved" by the administration to supply "voter registration services on agency premises."
Mississippi Secretary of State, Michael Watson, claims the Department of Justice is encouraging illegal immigrants and incarcerated felons to register to vote, violating election integrity. Watson's allegations center on the DOJ's actions following a Biden executive order aimed at expanding voting access. ... Michael Watson, Mississippi's Republican Secretary of State, has launched a significant challenge against the Department of Justice (DOJ), asserting that federal efforts to expand voting access are improperly enrolling illegal immigrants and incarcerated felons as voters. This accusation comes in the wake of actions taken to comply with President Biden's Executive Order 14019, which was introduced as a measure to counter racial discrimination in voting access. Watson's concerns, detailed in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, allege that the DOJ, under the guise of enhancing electoral participation, is effectively subverting Mississippi's electoral integrity. According to Watson, the U.S. Marshals Service is amending agreements with correctional facilities to introduce voter registration and mail-in voting facilitation for inmates, a move Watson deems fraught with risks of registering ineligible voters. That's the same executive order that was noted in the first article. Note that Biden is doing this everywhere -- it's only Mississippi objecting to it, so far.

Though Ross Perot is a distant memory, his 1992 third-party presidential candidacy catalyzed the ruling elite into self-awareness. Surprised by his 19% of the vote, the ruling elite took notice of itself as an independent political force and realized it had to act to maintain its power. Quickly it consolidated control of the major party systems. Simultaneously, it developed a cadre of loyal, mandarin-like sycophants within the administrative state, most legacy media institutions, big law firms, and virtually all of high finance. Later, it welcomed big tech into its mandarin classes. Today, this organizational structure, together with a lowly class of prole-like enforcers and useful idiots, is “the regime.”
For the five consecutive presidential elections from 1996 through 2012, the ruling elite used the regime to become rich and powerful, almost entirely at the expense of ordinary Americans and the nation’s interests. But, in the absence of any serious challenge to their power, it became arrogant and increasingly incompetent.
Today, this process has culminated in a Washington D.C. clown show, in which nearly every apparatchik is incompetent in the most clinical sense of the word. Thus we see children holding senior administration positions; mediocrities with literally zero subject-matter experience appointed to cabinet level positions; caricatures of Darth Vader in positions of extreme sensitivity despite catastrophic failures; spineless shills routinely embarrassing the nation in international affairs; and milquetoasts who decide whether to enforce the nation’s laws based solely on regime-approved criteria.
Their self-congratulatory “the grown-ups are back in charge” mantra notwithstanding, the regime is not blind to its own widespread incompetence. But it also knows that it has no quick solution. There is no standby legion of elite technocrats to which it can turn for technical competence. The “scientific government” of John Dewey and the mid twentieth century progressives is a distant memory. This leaves the regime with no choice but to lie … about everything. Thus, in a weird way, the regime’s growing mastery of political propaganda is a consequence of its technical incompetence.Harker states that whatever one might think of Donald Trump, his presidential victory helped pull the wool from the eyes of many Americans about our awful ruling class. Although I’m about to vote for Trump again in November, I might quibble and state that Trump saw an opportunity and stepped in front of the growing rebellion. He grabbed the movement’s banner and provided a leader for the less-polite redux of the Tea Party* to rally around. (*This, of course, is referencing our own Alexandria Brown’s famous line: “The Tea Party was the polite request. Trump was the less polite request. It will not get more polite from here.”)

If the snizz was hit, you MUST ACQUIT! Posted by: Zombie Johnnie CochranMcAfee was asked a few days ago if he would adjust his ruling based on the fact that a Jesse Jackson/Rainbow PUSH acolyte suddenly filed to run against him. (He had previously been unopposed.) McAfee said no, he had already ed his ruling. Megyn Kelly (well, her friend) pointed out that this meant that McAfee had decided to allow Fani Willis to stay on the case. Otherwise, he wouldn't attempt to defend his decision by saying he had already made the decision before he was pressured from the left and black identiarians. Throughout this entire case, he has refused to allow in evidence of Fani Willis' and Nathan Wade's serial perjury. All so he could claim, as he does in this corrupt, cowardly ruling, that there is no actual conflict of interest, merely an appearance of conflict of interest. And having claimed there is only the appearance of a conflict of interest, McAfee now rules that all that is required to cure the appearance of a conflict is to clean up the appearance: Either Fani Willis can step aside and take her whole office with her, and leave the case to be run (or dropped) by a state agency, or she can just fire Sweetdick. Of course she will choose the latter, and simply appoint some other identitarian hack to run the case and make $250 per hour to persecute the left's chief political enemy. This is a disgrace.
More specifically, Defendant Roman alleges that the District Attorney and SADA Wade traveled together on multiple vacations with Wade covering many of the associated expenses. (Roman Doc. 61 at 5-6). Defendant Roman later supplemented his motion with receipts from some of these travels. (Roman Doc. 70, Ex. B). The State responded with an affidavit, arguing that the District Attorney had not received any financial benefit through her relationship with Wade, and that their personal travel expenses were "roughly divided equally." (State's Opposition, Roman"Possible." Don't worry, he'll soon say there is no conflict of interest.
Doc. 65, Ex. A). As alleged, the claims presented a possible financial conflict of interest for the District Attorney.
More importantly, the defense motions and the State's response created a conflict in the evidence that could only be resolved through an evidentiary hearing, and one that could not simply be ignored without endangering a criminally accused's constitutional right to procedural due process. After receiving two and a half days of testimony, during which the Defendants were provided an opportunity to subpoena and introduce whatever relevant and material evidence theyYou repeatedly blocked their attempts to introduce evidence into the record, and allowed Terrence Bradley to brazenly perjure himself to cover the conflict up.
could muster, the Court finds that the Defendants failed to meet their burden of proving that the District Attorney acquired an actual conflict of interest in this case through her personal relationship and recurring travels with her lead prosecutor.
The other alleged grounds for disqualification, including forensic misconduct, are also denied. However, the established record now highlights a significant appearance of impropriety that infects the current structure of theI believe "Forensic misconduct" means misconduct in the handling of the case. This includes the duo's brazen serial perjuries. Having blocked all evidence that demonstrates their lies from entering the record, McAfee now says there's no evidence to support this motion. Having blocked most of the evidence of perjury and an actual conflict of interest, McAfee pretends he just can't tell if Fani and Sweetdick are lying or not. Who can tell? There's evidence on both sides! It's all a mystery that may never be resolved!
prosecution team - an appearance that must be removed through the State's selection of one of two options. The Defendants' motions are therefore granted in part.
Fuck you. The Georgia GOP must make sure this motherfucker's career is over. The Georgia state house may yet act to remove this corrupt dickriding partisan, though I doubt it. Here is the basic dynamic of Current Year: The left makes outrageous, unprecedented, brazenly partisan assaults on the political process, and then the right pretends that all of this is just routine and business-as-usual because we are too cowardly to confront the fact that the left is engaged in civil war. We're so afraid that we'll appear "partisan" if we rebuke the left and call them out for the insurrectionists they are.
The prosecution of this case cannot proceed until the State selects one of two options. The District Attorney may choose to step aside, along with the whole of her office, and refer the prosecution to the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council for reassignment. See O.C.G.A. § 15-18-5. Alternatively, SADA Wade can withdraw, allowing the District Attorney, the Defendants, and the public to move forward without his presence or remuneration distracting from and potentially compromising the merits of this case.

. . . a resolution that falsely connects a UN report on violence against women in Gaza, Judea and Samaria with reports that women are “harassed” at checkpoints. You know, the checkpoints that Israel sets up to allow Arab workers into Israel without allowing them to bring guns and suicide vests. And Schiff, who cloaks himself in the armor of being descendants of people who fled the Holocaust, is willing to inflame his base with support for this insane resolution, that of course emerged from the fetid Jew-hating Michigan delegation in the house. That’s who the Democrat party is. That’s who many Jewish Democrats are. They use their Jewishness as a political tool, but their real religion is progressivism, otherwise known as the naked pursuit of power. They are not real Jews, and they certainly don’t support the only Jewish state in the world, even though it is a vibrant democracy, and the tip of the spear in the fight against Islamic expansionism.CBD nails it, and as if to underscore this tragic truth, Chuck "Schemer" Schumer said, "Hold my Manischewitz Cream Concord, baby!"
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is under fire Thursday for his highly inappropriate Senate speech calling for new elections in Israel. Even the White House is attempting to distance itself from Schumer’s dangerous and reckless election interference. “The world has changed — radically — since [October 7], and the Israeli people are being stifled right now by a governing vision that is stuck in the past,” Schumer said in what was described as a major speech. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has “lost his way,” Schumer added, “by allowing his political survival to take precedence over the best interests of Israel.” Schumer went on to accuse Netanyahu of aligning with “far-right extremists” who are “pushing support for Israel worldwide to historic lows.” What makes Schumer’s speech especially reckless is that Israel is currently in the middle of a war for its very survival. Imagine Franklin Roosevelt calling for new elections in England during World War II. This is pure madness on Schumer’s part, and I have no doubt that the same White House currently distancing itself from Schumer also winked and nudged him into it. A vital part of Biden’s coalition is made up of Jew-haters, especially in the swing state of Michigan, and right now, the Jew-haters in organizations like CAIR won’t even meet with the Biden campaign. So why not send out a godless, shameless hatchet man like Schumer to appease the Jew-haters with this outrageous suggestion that accomplishes two things: 1) it smears Netanyahu, the man winning the war, to turn Gaza into a parking lot, and 2) it might benefit the terrorists in Hamas by dividing Israel during a time when the country must remain united against the terrorists in Hamas. Well, obviously, if the White House was behind it (would Schumer have done such a thing without Biden’s okay?), it has already backfired big time. The reaction was immediate and furious, which likely explains why the White House went scurrying . . . . . . Do you have any idea how evil Democrats are? . . . . . . We are now up against sociopaths who will do anything to hold on to power. The Democrat party, including the Jewish Chuck Schumer, is now proudly siding with Hamas, with those who would exterminate Israel and the Jews, with those who slaughtered, raped, beheaded, desecrated, brutalized, and kidnapped thousands of innocent Jewish civilians … because they are Jewish.Bingo. People – and I use that term advisedly – like Schiff-for-Brains and Schemer are the lowest form of apostate imaginable. It's not their secularism I object to. It's parading around as low-rent Tevyes while carrying on as if they're Moses bearing the 10 Commandments from Mount Sinai. The closest thing these despicable momzers ever come to anything even remotely resembling Yiddishkeit is a bowl of matzo ball soup at Katz's Delicatessen. Schiff, Schumer and every self-gassing Jew-by-birth-only would sell out their own mothers if it bought them just one more second of power and one more cent of lucre than what God in His infinite wisdom has decided to inflict them on us with their presence on this earth. Like every other issue, including most crucially, the nature of our government, society and national identity, we are no longer merely disagreeing around the edges. We are now in an actual state of war with each other about the legitimacy of the aforementioned and indeed about each other. I am loathe to use absolutes but when my literal neck is on the line, as it most definitely is, there is no room for pussyfooting around.
The video, shot by a passenger on a northbound A train, corroborated earlier witness accounts shared with police, showing one man instigating another before at least four gunshots rang out on the crowded train as it pulled into the A/C Hoyt–Schermerhorn Streets station. Police said the agitator, 36, was shot with his own gun when the other man, 32, managed to grab it away from him and open fire. But before the shooting, the two strangers tussled for several minutes as others on the train pleaded for them to stop, noting there were children aboard. . . . . . A man wearing a reflective vest was successful in separating the two brawlers, but the younger man rushed to stand in front of the young woman. “I’m bleeding. You stabbed me, right?” the aggressor asked the woman, with blood visibly beginning to drip down his back. “I didn’t do nothing,” the young woman said back. The 36-year-old then threw down his jacket onto the seat and slowly began rifling through the pockets while shouting at the woman. After several seconds, he pulled out a gun, cocked it and charged at the 32-year-old. The packed train car erupted into screams and the straphangers rushed to the opposite side of the car, with several throwing themselves on the ground. The rest of the fight wasn’t filmed, but at least four distinct gunshots were heard just as the train pulled into the A/C Hoyt–Schermerhorn Streets station — which houses the NYPD’s 30th transit precinct. The woman filming the video desperately screamed “let me out!” in the seconds before the doors opened, and the panicked commuters bolted onto the platform and directly out of the station toward the street. . . . . . The subway car at the station was “covered with blood and ballistics” when police arrived, a source said. A small caliber firearm was recovered from the scene. It is not clear whether the shooter will face any charges, with police stating that the “victim appears to be the aggressor.”Of course not. And Daniel Penny will likely be railroaded, or subway-ed, to federal prison for the high crime of being white while killing a would be violent felon of a certain melanin content. At the same time, we have an intelligence community trying to foment a color revolution to overthrow one of our closest allies as it faces the most existential threat in its history while attempting to destroy, yet again, Donald Trump and everyone who supports him. And Haiti is a third world shit-hole? Well it is, but we're not far behind, are we? Have a good weekend. And drop dead Schumer and Schiff.

Hunter Biden is refusing to testify again. Congress wants him to publicly testify -- which the crackhead whoremonger child-abandoning bagman claimed he wanted, too -- but now his shitheel lawyer says he won't testify.
Hunter Biden's attorneys informed lawmakers that he won't attend the public hearing on the House impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden scheduled for next week. Attorney Abbe Lowell labeled the hearing a "carnival sideshow" in a letter to Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., citing baseless allegations and the involvement of convicted individuals. Key Details: Attorney Abbe Lowell, representing Hunter Biden, conveyed his client's refusal to participate in the public impeachment hearing, scheduled for March 20, citing the inquiry's foundation on unfounded conspiracies. Lowell criticized the hearing as a "blatant planned-for-media event," describing it as an attempt to salvage a defunct process. Committee Chair James Comer indicated the hearing would proceed despite Hunter Biden's refusal to participate, asserting that Biden's request for a public hearing had been met. Comer emphasized that Biden had previously expressed a desire for public testimony.Jim Jordan wants hearings into the DOJ's targeting of a Blaze journalist covering January 6th.
Fang Fang breaks her silence and begins delivering the Chinese Communist Party line. Like she did when she was banging Eric Swallowell.
Jordan's scathing letter to Matthew Graves, U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, expresses "serious concerns" about the DOJ's handling of Baker's arrest and prosecution. The letter highlights discrepancies in the treatment of Baker compared to other journalists present during the Jan. 6 events, questioning selective prosecution. Baker's attorney raises objections to the DOJ's actions, noting violations of press freedoms and equal justice under the law.
"I had lunch with this lady today. Her name is Fang Fang, and U.S. media called her a 'suspected Chinese spy,' wrote Hu XiJin, along with the operative who became an omnipresent force in San Francisco Bay Democratic politics--with significant dalliances in the Midwest. Hu wrote that Fang Fang, who presented herself in the U.S. as "Christine Fang," was the victim of the American media and that federal national security personnel unsuccessfully recruited her. It started off innocently enough, he said. "She went to U.S. with dreams, but in the end, her dreams were shattered. It was the U.S. that shamelessly betrayed this exceptional girl's dream for it," the Global Times reporter said. Global Times is a media outlet of the Chinese Communist Party. "In 2009, she went to study in U.S. and did a lot of work to promote personnel exchanges between China & U.S. in those years," he said. "In 2015, the CIA & FBI approached her, asked her to 'cooperate,'" he said. "The FBI used coercion & inducement, offering to give her U.S. citizenship and $1 million, requiring her to work for them or else they would 'ruin her.'"She says she "could not betray the motherland" like Eric Swallowell betrayed his wife. By the way, this is not a good-looking woman. Obviously no one should ever betray one's spouse, but if you do, maybe keep faithful until you've at least got something better than a P.F. Chang's 4. Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has signed a law which allows him to discipline "rogue prosecutors." The bill seems mostly about prosecutors who refuse to prosecute criminals, but it could apply as well to naked (ugh) partisans like Fani Willis.
This legislation will help us ensure rogue and incompetent prosecutors are held accountable if they refuse to uphold the law. As we know all too well, crime has been on the rise across the country, and is especially prevalent in cities where prosecutors are giving criminals a free pass or failing to put them behind bars due to lack of professional conduct. ... When prosecutors prioritize political agendas over public safety, it jeopardizes the well-being of our communities, endangering lives and property. Today, we reaffirm our commitment to safeguarding public safety and ensuring that prosecutors prioritize justice. Georgians deserve nothing less than a secure environment within their own neighborhoods.Criminal Senator Bob Menendez received donations to his defense fund from, get this, Iranians connected to a known terrorist group. Well, it was formerly designated a terrorist group. Obama's pro-Iran State Department took it off the list of designated terror groups in 2012 because, get this, they say they've renounced violence and are very very sorry about killing US officials in the 1970s and helping overthrow the Shah and sweeping the Ayatollah Kholmeini into power. Gotta appease Our Partners In Peace (TM) in Iran, you know. From the Intercept:
At first blush, these smaller contributions to Menendez Legal Defense Fund might appear to come from a smattering of individual donors. An analysis of the donor rolls by Responsible Statecraft and The Intercept, however, shows that about 15 percent of the people who gave to Menendez -- including Moeinimanesh and Afshari -- are linked to an Iranian exile group called the Mojahedin e-Khalq, or MEK. Menendez and the MEK have a relationship going back a decade. Shortly after the group was removed from a State Department list of "foreign terror organizations," Menendez advocated for the MEK following an attack on its members by the Iraqi government. Menendez's elevation of the group as a viable alternative to the Islamic Republic continued since then.

BREAKING: Former President Trump's request to dismiss charges in classified documents case rejected by Florida judge
Former President Donald Trump and his lawyers are in court trying to convince a federal judge in Florida Thursday to dismiss special counsel Jack Smith's classified documents case against him. Judge Aileen Cannon is hearing arguments on two motions filed by Trump, one that says the former president is shielded from prosecution by a federal recordkeeping law, and another that claims one of the charges presents numerous open legal questions. It's the second hearing in as many weeks when Trump's team and prosecutors in Smith's office are facing each other in Cannon's courtroom. The first half of the hearing addressed the Trump motion that argued the statute under which he's been charged is unconstitutionally vague. One of Judge Cannon's main concerns seemed to be whether this motion is premature, and she pointed out that "declaring a statute unconstitutionally vague is an extraordinary step." "Why are we having this as applied discussion now given the chance of disputed facts," she asked. She pointed out that the superseding indictment does not take the position that Trump's documents were personal, and Trump is now claiming that he had deemed them personal records before he left office.I think what she's saying is why are we debating the law, when we can have a determination on the facts, and if the facts say the documents are indeed personal, then we do not need to rule on whether the law is unconstitutional or not.
Note that-- the prosecution is bringing up the non-prosecution of Hillary Clinton as a reason to prosecute Trump.
Cannon was also fixated on the timeline of when Trump's alleged lawful retention of the documents was complete, asking whether that was on Jan. 20, 2021. She explained that a theory in the indictment is that Trump's possession of the documents was authorized while he was president, but his possession became unauthorized the moment the presidency ended. She asked Trump's attorney, "When does it become unauthorized? Trump lawyer Emil Bove replied that charges under Statute 793 of the Espionage Act should be dismissed because the government cannot establish his lack of authorization. Trump's very removal of the records constituted an act of designating them to be personal records, he argued. Trump's lawyers and the prosecutors for the special counsel's office argued over the meaning of "unauthorized" and how it should be applied. Judge Cannon seemed to defend the prosecution's use of dictionary definitions of the term in their motions. She asked Bove, "If I deny your motion, how would you put forward jury instructions on the definition of unauthorized?" ... In addition, he said it was clear Trump knew it was illegal to handle classified documents because of comments he has made about Hillary Clinton. While she was secretary of state, she used a private email server, and during her presidential campaign, the FBI examined whether classified information was mishandled, improperly stored or transmitted on her personal email server. The bureau found no charges were appropriate.
... In one of several motions to dismiss filed late last month, Trump argued that the case should be tossed because as president, he had "unreviewable discretion" to make any document personal in nature. His attorneys contend that the Presidential Records Act "preclude[d] judicial review" over his recordkeeping. "President Trump was still the President of the United States when, for example, many of the documents at issue were packed (presumably by the GSA), transported, and delivered to Mar-A-Lago," Trump's team argued in its filing. Past precedent should have prevented prosecutors from opening a criminal investigation in the first place, they said, which would also disqualify the obstruction charges he faces. So that's CBS "News," painting the best possible case for Jack Smith. But Julie Kelly reports the judge had some very pointed questions for Very Special Prosecutor Jack Smith. Which CBS "News" apparently did not think worth mentioning. Things like the judge repeatedly invoking the phrase, "selective prosecution," and also noting that documents become illegal to retain when a president or vice-president leaves office.
Julie Kelly
@julie_kelly2
NEW: From FLA courthouse in Trump's classified documents case with a prediction. Robert Hur report and testimony is the biggest elephant in the room. The term "arbitrary enforcement" used frequently by both the defense and Judge Aileen Cannon. Cannon hammered the fact no former president or vice president has been charged under Espionage Act for taking and keeping classified records including national defense information--which represents 32 counts against Trump in Jack Smith's indictment. Prediction: Cannon won't dismiss the case based on the motions debated today--vagueness of Espionage Act and protection under the Presidential Records Act. But it's very likely she will dismiss the case based on selective prosecution, a motion still pending before her.
Julie KellyI'm skeptical. Jack Smith will claim that the DOJ did, eventually, appoint a special prosecutor to look into Biden's illegal retention of classified documents. He just gave Biden a pass on the proven crime because Biden will Plead Senility. But then, the judge does note the crime occurred the day Biden left office. Present-day senility does not erase the past-day criminal state of mind. Biden knew what he was doing was illegal -- he called the documents "classified" when he said he "found the classified stuff" in his basement -- and he did it anyway. In more Coupist Lawfare news, Soros DA Alvin Bragg's insane case against Trump in basketcase shithole New York City will be delayed because Bragg says he's discovered 73,000 pages of new documents and he has to search them for MOAR CRIMES. The trial was slated for March 25 but will now be delayed. Ed Morrissey wonders why Bragg would attempt to delay the trial:
@julie_kelly2 Without saying so directly, what Judge Cannon suggested is that any former president or vice president who took unauthorized records and failed to return them to the proper authority committed a crime the day he left office. Also important to note that Judge Cannon, who is pretty measured in comparison to most judges, made these points in a rather heated fashion. She is very aware of the double standard at play in the non-prosecution of Joe Biden.
This is curious. The new documents came from the DoJ, but this is an old case for them. They looked into the alleged hush-money payments as a potential crime a couple of years ago and declined to pursue the campaign-finance case, for good reason. They tried John Edwards in almost exactly the same situation and got an embarrassing loss for their trouble. It doesn't sound credible that Bragg has only now gotten a look at these documents.

He also deleted all of his social media.
Marvel didn't say he was "let go" or that they separated due to creative differences. They specifically say he was "fired" -- despite the fact he finished his work on both seasons of the cartoon, and therefore no longer had a job anyway. An independent contrator's contract may run out, but he's not "fired" -- this is Disney attempting to distance themselves from a scandal. What would prompt such a move just weeks before an important debut?"Moon Knight" was more SJW crap and "Blade," infamously, was rewritten to be a majority-female movie, with Blade reportedly demoted to the "fourth lead" in his own movie.
In an unusual situation on the eve of a project's debut, the writer-producer, who worked on 'Moon Knight' and 'Blade', will no longer be promoting the show or moving forward with future seasons.
Earlier this month, Beau DeMayo was in the midst of a particularly busy time at Marvel Studios. The writer-producer was preparing for the launch of X-Men '97, the Disney+ series he created as a continuation of the beloved '90s Fox Kids show. DeMayo, a Marvel regular who previously wrote on live-action series Moon Knight as well as early s of the company's delayed-but-still-upcoming vampire thriller Blade, had completed writing duties on season two of X-Men '97, was lining up press, and making plans to attend the show's Hollywood premiere on March 13. He was even discussing loose ideas for a third season with members of his team. But early last week, Marvel and DeMayo suddenly parted ways. His company email was deactivated and cast and crew were informed he was no longer on the project. DeMayo's Instagram account, once a source for X-Men updates, was deleted. No reason for the firing was given. The Midnight's Edge guys are speculating that this must be an enormous scandal, because this guy is a "triple shiny." A three-way DEI dreamboat. Marvel announced DeMayo's hiring in November 2021. The move was met with some level of excitement, as the scribe brought his identity as a gay Black man to the project, and made it a point in talking to the press about how growing up as the adopted son to white parents with a Korean sister in the South made the X-Men characters -- and their struggles for acceptance by society -- feel personal to him. His silence on social media has been acute as he was a prolific poster, sharing X-Men tidbits as well as shirtless pictures of himself at the gym. For a time he also ran a non-explicit Only Fans account, all of which inspired the LGBTQ publication Out to declare him "the Sexy, Gay Marvel Writer & Showrunner to Know."
Note the excitement was about his identity, not about his actual ability to write. Nicholas Cage had something to say about Disney, and it wasn't good. He was asked if there will be a National Treasure 3. The second movie wasn't as good as the first, but it was decent, so there should be a 3. And Nicholas Cage has expressed interest in returning to the role of intellectual hero Benjamin Franklin Gates. But he says it's not happening, because Disney is a spent force.
No, there is no National Treasure 3. If you want to find treasure, don't look at Disney, okay? It's not there.Apparently Disney did make a "National Treasure" TV show for Disney Minus. Instead of Benjamin Franklin Gates, the show starred... Well, place your bets. Tell me what you think the main character was in terms of "identity." Got your bets locked in? Okay, per Wikipedia, the star is:
Lisette Olivera as Jess Valenzuela, a young DACA woman living in Baton Rouge who finds out that her dead father is part of a secret network of treasure protectors; later Liam's love interest."DACA" are "Dreamers" -- illegal aliens granted an illegal amnesty by Obama. The show was not renewed for a second season. Oddly enough. Speaking of tainted treasure: Wizards of the Coast is putting out a $99 nostalgia book about the earliest days of Dungeons & Dragons. And their marketing campaign for this pricey tome? Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson and all the early creators were just "white dudes" with highly problematic worldviews whose work would never pass muster with the "inclusivity reviews" of today. One of the sins they mention is that the original name of the Fighter class was "Fighting Men." Fighting Men! Can you believe it! Just because every example of a warrior was male, and they're calling them Fighting Men! What terrible white dudes! All they did was create a massively popular form of entertainment still growing in its 50 years! The sheer privilege!
And also, historically, men have always been the actual fighters. And men are the people interested in fighting. And wargaming. But it's probably just because they're "white dudes." Say, are black dudes more feminist than white dudes? Weird they always specify that "white dudes" have these patriarchal tendencies. But I kinda think most black dudes are patriarchal too. Maybe even more so.
In delivering what is perhaps one of the most self-aggrandizing virtue signals in recent history, current Dungeons & Dragons Senior Game Designer Jason Tondro has taken to proudly touting the fact that much of the series' original materials -- which he condescendingly writes off thanks to having been made by "white dudes" -- "would never pass our inclusivity reviews today". ... Following a lengthy summary of the book's contents, as well as his own history with the franchise, Tondro was eventually met by the observation from Kenreck that "It's important [to note] that this is a historical document, so there are things in there -- it was a different time, so we've had an inclusivity review of all these materials", to which he enthusiastically replied, "Multiple. So let's take a step back here. Let's clarify. There are materials in original Dungeons and Dragons that would never pass our inclusivity reviews today." "Some of it you can understand," the designer proceeded to argue. "Like, okay. These are a bunch of war gamers, and they're using armies from history, so when they create a warrior class for D&D, they call it the Fighting Man [the original name for the Fighter class]! Because that's what they were used to, they were all men, they were all white dudes from Lake Geneva and the Twin Cities."
Yeah, the first edition said that players should choose their genders and they only listed two possibilities. What a horror show. I'm somewhat ashamed, but I bought the Wizards "Art and Arcana." It's a book of art from TSR/D&D products. So I'm the audience for this. But not anymore...!
Yes, you read that right -- Tondro just dismissed D&D creators Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson as nothing more than ignorant "white dudes". Following this insult, he continued, "But that's just the tip of the iceberg. There's a lot of material in this book, and I won't go over all of it, but it would not pass our inclusivity review today. We couldn't change it, it's history, what we can do is acknowledge it and show how far we've come because that's not D&D anymore."
Meanwhile, people keep digging into Sweet Baby Inc. founder Kim Belair's past comments. Here, she admits she wants to "take over" the videogame industry, and also admits what we all know -- she'd rather make mediocre games than great ones if she feels better making the "okay" games. In other words: I'd rather work on crap DEI games than outstanding non-DEI games.
