James Comer Announces He Will be "Inviting" Joe Biden to Explain Why His Family Has Made Millions from Chinese Intelligence Operatives and Russian Gangsters

As you read this, I have entered a federal prison. I am the first senior White House adviser ever to go to jail for a "crime" never before considered to be a crime, yet there are really two bigger stories for the American people to ponder. The first story is about the death of the constitutional separation of powers and the demise of executive privilege that, since the days of George Washington, has helped facilitate effective presidential decision-making. The second is about the alarming success of lawfare and the partisan weaponization of our now dual system of justice. Regarding story one, during a dispute over the Jay Treaty, President George Washington stood before Congress and said that to preserve the constitutional separation of powers, he could not command congressmen to come to the White House. Nor could Congress compel him to go before Congress. Thus, the doctrine of executive privilege was born. Over the decades, through legal decisions and opinions, both the Supreme Court and the Department of Justice would zealously defend executive privilege as a bulwark of effective presidential decision-making. Without the insurance of confidentiality among and between the president and his advisers, he would not receive the best advice possible. With my imprisonment, the constitutional separation of powers has been severely damaged while the doctrine of executive privilege lies smoldering on the ground. The only hope for a resurrection will be success on my appeal, which is now traveling through the Federal Appeals Court in the District of Columbia and then, inevitably, to the Supreme Court.On a happier note: Representatives Waltz and Luna goofed on the hapless adulterer and compromised Chinese asset Eric Swallowall.

The Lawless Biden Administration Declares That Gas-Powered Cars Will be Outlawed On No Authority But Its Own

The Biden administration has issued its final rule governing tailpipe emissions that will force automakers to phase out gas cars by requiring up to 60% of new cars sold by 2032 to be EVs or hybrids. The emissions standards are so draconian that only a fleet dominated by EVs will meet the government's standards.The few gas-powered cars available for purchase will be artificially made much more expensive due to 1, demand, and 2, due to the fact that automakers will struggle to sell pricey EVs, and will sell EVs at a loss while jacking up the prices on gas-powered cars so as to still make a profit on the entire fleet.
The New York Times calls it "the most significant climate regulations in the nation's history." It's also virtually guaranteed to keep millions of Americans out of the new car market and create enormous chaos on the roads. The infrastructure, including enough charging stations and mechanics to service tens of millions of electric vehicles, simply won't be there. But in the name of "battling climate change," no price is too steep, no inconvenience too stupid to endure. "Three years ago, I set an ambitious target: that half of all new cars and trucks sold in 2030 would be zero-emission," said Mr. Biden in a statement. "Together, we've made historic progress. Hundreds of new expanded factories across the country. Hundreds of billions in private investment and thousands of good-paying union jobs. And we'll meet my goal for 2030 and race forward in the years ahead."

Israel has seen the folly of its ways and has begun a paradigm shift inside its halls of power. America keeps plodding along, ignoring the obvious lessons about how to deal with the Arab world in general, and Hamas specifically. "Send them mountains of humanitarian aid...they'll love us!" No...they will hate us for being weak and not demanding concessions before the aid is given, and they will harden their stance towards any American-led initiatives. Hamas has stolen billions from the West and created their own horrible little world where they wield sole power. Giving them more aid simply reinforces the status quo, and emboldens them that their dystopian nightmare of a world-view is the correct one! Israel seems to be threading the needle by controlling the aid and keeping it from Hamas, all the while planning their ultimate destruction. Whether they can withstand the pressure from America and the West to let Hamas off the hook and live to fight another day remains to be seen, but the tone in Israel has changed. The Biden/Obama junta is actively undermining the Israeli efforts by sending exactly the wrong message. President Trump understood the respect for power in the Arab world, and was far more successful than any other American administration. The Abraham Accords was a perfect template for Western influence in the Middle East, and the undermining of Trump's efforts is one reason why Hamas felt emboldened to carry out its Pogrom. If one is pro-Israel, there is no other vote in November...a second Trump presidency will shift the Middle East back toward a rational examination of Israel, America, and the possibility of dragging itself into the modern world. That means confronting Iran once and for all. Regime change is the only answer. And that would calm the region far more than any ridiculous "Two-State Solution" ever could!

Stephanopoulos likely baited [Rep Nancy Mace] onto his show by offering an opportunity to tell her side of the story. But since we live in a time of psychological warfare, she should have known that this only happens when they’re confident they can orchestrate an ambush to discredit their political opponents. That was the plan. Yet this time, the ambush didn’t go as planned. The plan’s failure offered Americans that peek behind the curtain. Stephanopoulos brought up Nancy’s past as a rape victim: As a rape victim, how can you defend convicted rapist Donald Trump? Here’s where things got interesting. In the scripted exchange, the ABC producers/Democommunist operatives likely envisioned, Mace would have been caught off-guard. “Fair point! Rape is bad. Donald Trump was ‘convicted’ of rape. And yet, I still support Donald Trump! Those seem contradictory! Cognitive dissonance! I’m lost!” She’d then mumble some forgettable word salad talking points and slink away, discredited and humiliated. The psychological battle won, as usual. That was the plan. But instead, Mace fired back: George is “trying to shame me as a rape victim, and I find it quite disgusting.” . . . Usually, the Democrat-communists hold a monopoly on the victim card. But Mace’s curveball turned tables, and the scripters of reality suddenly found reality going off-script. . . So, [Ted] Bundy-Stephanopoulos came again: How can you (Mace) support a rapist? Again, Mace responded: “You’re trying to shame me.” The same exchange happened again and again. Despite a few diversions (civil trials versus criminal trials, rape versus sexual assault, E. Jean Carroll’s lack of credibility, etc.), and despite Bundyphanopoulos clearly giving off waves of abusive boyfriend vibes, the argument kept returning back like a heat-seeking missile to its target: You’re a hypocrite! vs. You’re shaming a victim! Bundyphanopoulos came back at her fifteen times.The “interview” consisted largely of a single “question” that was asked fifteen times. Remember: George Stephanopoulos pretends to be a journalist. He wants us to believe that his job is to inform the public on important topics.But his actual job is to destroy political enemies by trapping them in contradictions in order to publicly humiliate and discredit them. Whatever his target actually thinks or says, the drama is already pre-scripted: Mace is a hypocrite for supporting Donald Trump. Now, I’m going to perform that drama in front of everyone. It’s more of a play than an interview. Eventually, realizing this line of attack was failing—a rarity—an exasperated Bundyphanopoulos gave up trying to direct his live-action struggle session and resorted to Plan B: just say it. So, he just declares: “You’re comfortable with Donald Trump being found liable for rape.”* (Therefore, you have no credibility and should be ignored.) Mace: “You’re putting words in my mouth.” Bullseye. Mace clearly has experience with abusive men. Those with ears to hear are aware: this is psychological warfare.Indeed it is. While I'd rate Mace's performance as a solid B to maybe a B+, she could have and should have countered Georgette's smear of "As a rape victim, how can you defend convicted rapist Donald Trump?" with the truth nuke of "How could you not only defend serial rapist Bill Clinton but do so by attacking and destroying the lives of his victims?!" Yeah, I know Clinton was never convicted let alone even charged with rape or sexual assault, certainly because when most of them happened during his time as emperor of Arkansas, he had that state's criminal justice system in his back pocket. Nevertheless, the multitude of victims and veracity of their charges compared to the complete horseshit about Trump and E. Jean Carroll makes it fair game, to say the least (FYI: Trump was neither tried nor convicted of rape. It was a bullshit defamation lawsuit with a predetermined kangaroo court conviction and insane fine). In any case, the fact that Mace even agreed to do an "interview" with this greasy bastard of a homunculus in the first place, let alone not to be prepared with a retort such as mine earns demerits. I mean, for fuck's sake, does Nancy Mace let alone any and every Republican and conservative out there not know that Georgina was one of Bill Clinton's key advisors in his War Room? That he was part of the so-called "Bimbo Eruptions Unit" tasked with destroying any and all women who came forward with accusations of rape against slick Willy? And after a career as the Khalid Sheikh Mohammed of Democrat hatchet-men, how does anyone take this little prick seriously as a journalist, the anchorman of one of the big three TV networks?! Either this is illustrative of the fact that the Dems are out of their minds that Trump is going to actually win in November or they are so cocky and loose-lipped in front of friends that they can openly boast and/or suggest what will be or should be done. I'm sure the usual sub-literate trolls out there will insist I'm taking this completely out of context — Just like when Trump said "bloodbath!" By the way, swamp-thing Carville's rant comes right on the heels of blaming the Jews should Biden lose, because they refuse to back the calls for a cease fire that would allow Hamas to finish Israel off for good. In that vein, this is an indicator of a rift that is running very deeply within the Democrat ranks. On the one hand, you have the self-gassing apostate Chuck Schemer's and Adam Schiff-for-Brains' gladly sticking their necks out – pun intended – to desperately try to appease the Islamic Republic of Michigan, while quite a few of their colleagues recognize that much of the country still actually supports Israel and are distancing themselves from those two momzers. Even RFK Jr. just released a full-throated unequivocal support of what Israel has done and still must do to survive. Remember: he's still in the race as a third party candidate and that can only hurt Biden, perhaps fatally so. NB, I mean "fatally" in the rhetorical sense. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) responded: “Biden’s latest ban on gas-powered vehicles and replacement with electric vehicles is another direct assault on consumer choice and the American way of life. It ignores the needs of American families in order to appease the radical environmental lobby at the expense of millions of jobs supported by the automotive industry. It’s time to put an end to this regulatory overreach.” Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) called the agenda “restrictive and unnecessary,” and said that Americans should be able to “choose the best car for their needs.”That's just it; they're itching to completely take away our right to choose. Not just cars but anything and everything. Perhaps more than any other invention, the automobile and the mobility it allowed individuals to have translated into freedom to go anywhere, at any time, for any reason whatsoever. And as this government becomes more oppressive and tyrannical, that freedom of movement poses almost as much of a threat to their obtaining absolute power as does the Second Amendment. As do free and fair elections. As does a citizenry that understands and cherishes its history, heritage, culture and the incredible sacrifices in blood and treasure it took to achieve and maintain it. That's why they could care fuck-all if Laken Riley or even a million Laken Rileys are raped and murdered by illegal alien foreigners because foreigners who come here illegally have no love of this country. And as such, they become useful pawns and serfs to those who let them in here in the first place. Destroy the automobile, oil, coal and gas to turn us into a third world shit-hole? A drag star feted by Kamala Harris at the Biden White House and Vice President's residence has been accused of multiple sexual assaults between 2012 to 2020. Darius Jeremy "DJ" Pierce, better known as "Shangela," has appeared on numerous television series and is best known for competing on RuPaul's "Drag Race" and Dancing With the Stars.
The accusations are described in sordid detail in a Rolling Stone exposé following a 16 month investigation researching the allegations, reviewing court documents, and interviewing several accusers. The report features five people who accused Pierce of sexually assaulting them or attempting to have sex with them while they were too inebriated to consent. The alleged offenses took place over a period of six years in Louisiana, Texas, California and the United Kingdom, and sometimes involved a second assailant, according to a Rolling Stone investigation. Three of the five accusers, who ranged in age at the time of their alleged assaults from 18 to 23, said they were aspiring drag queens at the time. In a letter to Rolling Stone, Pierce's lawyer Andrew Brettler denied all accusations of sexual assault, calling the allegations "false and unsupported by any evidence or reliable witness testimony."
The best evidence that this pyrsyn is innocent is that the charges are being made by the garbage-tier swillsite Rolling Stone. Texas just withdrew $8.5 billion in funds from BlackRock due to its leftwing findom practices.
Texas will pull some $8.5 billion in investments from BlackRock over its ESG policies, the biggest such divestment after several Republican states have moved to cut ties with firms that conservatives see as privileging liberal goals. Texas State Board of Education Chairman Aaron Kinsey announced the move on Tuesday. A letter was sent to BlackRock the same day notifying the world's largest money manager. The divestment was done to comply with the state's anti-environmental, social, and governance law, which prohibits state investment in companies like BlackRock that Republicans say boycott energy companies. "BlackRock's dominant and persistent leadership in the ESG movement immeasurably damages our state's oil and gas economy and the very companies that generate revenues for our [Permanent School Fund]," Kinsey said. "Texas and the PSF have worked hard to grow this fund to build Texas's schools." "BlackRock's destructive approach towards the energy companies that this state and our world depend on is incompatible with our fiduciary duty to Texans," he added. BlackRock, though, argues that it is helping millions of Texans and emphasized its investment in the state.

Mike Pence Refuses to Endorse Trump, Indicating He May Endorse Biden
Former Vice President Mike Pence's decision not to endorse former President Trump -- his old boss and two-time running mate -- marked the most significant departure to date among former Trump officials who have declined to back his 2024 candidacy. Ex-Trump administration officials turned critics emphasized the historic significance of a former vice president opting not to back a former running mate, arguing it serves as a dire warning to voters about Trump's fitness for office. He had been arrested two days earlier in Austin and hit with a list of charges, including felonies for illegally possessing a gun and ammunition, court records show. After a judge ordered him released that day, police records show he was quickly arrested again and brought in for questioning. While he had been identified as the gunman and police had recovered key evidence -- including a shell casing and video of the Ford Explorer used in the attack -- Cook County prosecutors wouldn't bring charges. A spokesperson for the state's attorney's office said the case has been "continued for additional investigation," noting that "no charging decision has been made at this time." In a report, police acknowledged the investigation had faced a serious setback: "Our one witness who can positively identify the gunman will not cooperate any further."So the cartel threatened the witness. Voters in Chicago have voted against a proposed tax increase that many believe was a backdoor effort to raise money in order to support the city's growing migrant crisis. During Tuesday's primary election, voters were asked whether they would support increasing levies on high-valued real estate sales to address the problem of homelessness. The vote appears to have failed by a margin of 54 to 46 percent. The city's far-left Democratic Mayor, Brandon Johnson, had claimed that the money would be used to tackle the issue of homelessness. However, opponents pointed out that the Chicago City Council maintained the right to spend the money any way it chooses and it would inevitably be used to prop up the tens of thousands of migrants who have arrived in the city.Via Twitchy, a black woman in Chicago lists all the local funds being commandeered for use by "the migrants." She doesn't like it at all. One of the black men on the panel -- I'm not sure what kind of panel this is -- asks, "Who did you vote for?" Motivations
With the ongoing disaster at the southern border and US immigration policy more generally, one question comes up more than any other: why? Why does the government want this state of affairs with all of its tremendously destructive downsides? "Why" is a big question. Like all big questions, it will generate tremendous numbers of answers from all corners of all sides.
But there is no one "why." There are many "whys" and while most or all of them align to the same final answer of "MOAR INFLUX," the "whys" themselves differ wildly. Some of the motivations are independent of or contradictory to each-other, but here are what I think are some of the major motivations underlying the constant drive toward an ever more open border.

A U.S. District judge appointed by former President Barack Obama dismissed gun charges against an illegal immigrant, stating that he should not “be deprived of his Second Amendment right to bear arms in self-defense.” U.S. District Court Judge Sharon Coleman of the Northern District of Illinois, who had twice previously denied the illegal immigrant‘s motion to dismiss the case against him, reversed herself in the case against Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, who was found with a handgun in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago in June 2020. “Carbajal-Flores contends that he received and used the handgun for self-protection and protection of property. Because of Carbajal-Flores’ citizenship status, he was charged in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), which prohibits any noncitizen who is not legally authorized to be in the United States from ‘possess[ing] in or affecting commerce, any firearm or ammunition; or to receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce,'” Coleman noted. “The government argues that Carbajal-Flores is a noncitizen who is unlawfully present in this country,” Coleman continued. “The Court notes, however, that Carbajal-Flores has never been convicted of a felony, a violent crime, or a crime involving the use of a weapon. Even in the present case, Carbajal-Flores contends that he received and used the handgun solely for self-protection and protection of property during a time of documented civil unrest in the Spring of 2020.”Let that sink in for a moment. A border jumping illegal alien, who in a previously sane world, is not protected by nor accorded the same rights as a native born citizen is suddenly granted the right to keep and bear arms? And irony of bitter ironies during the 2020 George Floyd Summer of Love when scores of business districts were looted and burned to the ground, deemed by Democrat mayors, DAs, chiefs of police and other officials as legitimate forms of "mostly peaceful" protest. One wonders what Kyle Rittenhouse has to say about this, after the living hell he was put through for legally carrying and using a firearm in justified self defense. Meh, what about Daniel Penny, who didn't even use a gun in dispatching a mostly peaceful Michael Jackson impersonator, who at the time was doing an all-too realistic impersonation of a psychotic loon on a NYC subway car who was likely moments away from attacking the other passengers? Penny's crime, of course, is being white while killing a black criminal in self defense. That's right up there with using a Koran as toilet paper in its severity, right? One also has to wonder if this Obama appointee, who no doubt graduated from the Fani Willis School of Jurisprudence on a full Claudine Gay scholarship, by doing this hasn't completely undermined the never-ending assault on the Second Amendment. I mean, if an illegal alien who no doubt possessed an unregistered firearm is seen to have the right of self defense free and unfettered by any kind of proscription, does that not extend to all 335 million of us? Of course not! Because, reasons! I mean, look at the SCOTUS decision. Governor Greg Abbott took it upon himself to do the job the Federal government is supposed to do, yet refuses to do. And yet, the Federal government is going to the mattresses to try and stop him from doing the job they are supposed to do in the first place. Speaking of the border and who and what is coming across . . .

Bush has previously partnered with the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, founded by Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg, to push mass migration and amnesty for illegal aliens. . . . . . There appears to be some reluctance in terms of acknowledging the issue, however, with the U.S. Border Patrol having been known to delete press releases announcing terrorist apprehensions at the frontier.Hey, maybe the Border Patrol just doesn't want to come across as cocky and boastful. Did you ever think of that, you doubting Thomases?! Now that Junta Hunter's crack smoke has left the lungs, let's get back to reality, or at least semi-schadenfreude considering who the potential target was and his stance on open borders. That said, the target could just as easily be Donald Trump, a synagogue or church, or dozens of targets hit simultaneously. Just before the election. That is, close enough to be used as an excuse to suspend them because of a "national emergency." At that point, would it even matter if most of the nation, correctly pointed the finger at Biden and company for being at the root cause of the attacks in the first place, since the "temporary" declaration of some sort of martial law would give them the absolute power they want in the first place? If you think that that's tinfoil hat nuttery, then you've been in a coma the past several years. Nothing that the Kalorama Klown Komintern and the top to bottom corrupt government and bureaucracies have inflicted on us was even conceivable before that time in the first place. And yet, here we are, victimized, persecuted and on the verge of complete collapse into tyrannical dictatorship. It's why essays like this one come across as Pollyanna bending over like the mythical foo bird and giving herself a colonoscopy as her head disappears up the lower GI tract. Video shows Adele Andaloro approaching squatters at her $1 million home in Flushing, which she inherited after her parents died, after hiring a locksmith to change the locks back on her property, ABC 7’s Eyewitness News reported. Police took Andaloro into custody soon after they were called by the squatters. “They’ve called the police on me, and I’ve called the locksmith,” Andaloro said. “I didn’t come in illegally. The door was open.” Andaloro was in the process of selling her property when squatters first changed her front door and home locks, ABC 7 reported. The homeowner decided to confront the squatters and hire a locksmith after witnessing an unknown woman unlock her home’s door and leave. To the first point: Current AI models - that is, LLMs - are specifically designed and trained to generate bullshit. "Hallucinations" are simply the times when the bullshit is not even surface-level plausible. You can't prevent this without discarding the entire model.
LLMs work the way your brain does when you're not paying attention, like when someone wishes you a happy birthday and you respond "Thanks, you too." before your conscious mind catches up and you die a little inside.
To the second point: AGI is artificial general intelligence, which is to say, human-level intelligence. Current commercial research is not even on a path towards that, and what Huang is talking about is defining a set of tasks and then giving the AI an open-book exam.
Which is not AGI in any meaningful sense, but might make AI useful, if you're using an open-source model that doesn't come pre-lobotomised by the left-wing parasites currently infesting Big Tech.
