The Democrats' major attack on Trump is that he promised inflation would begin to fall on "day one" and it hasn't fallen yet. That was the point of that embarrassing robotic-repetition-of-the-same-message we saw on Monday of last week.
Disgraced coked-up hasbeen loser Al Franken just pushed this Democrat talking point last night. Scott Jennings pushed back. But bad news for Democrats on that front.Remember when Democrats thought they had a winning message to combat Trump's popularity by harping about egg prices? They just lost their favorite talking point. "Instead of leaning into Trump's teardown of the federal government or his alliance with billionaire lieutenant Elon Musk, they're steering to what they perceive as the everyday concerns of Americans -- none more important than grocery prices and eggs in particular," the Associated Press reported earlier this month. ...It is very important we see some kind of improvement in the rate of inflation. The earlier we see it, the more likely we are to actually win the midterms.
According to Trading Economics, after reaching an all-time high of $8.17 per dozen in early March, egg prices have plummeted to $5.51, which now sits below the nearly $7 average when President Trump took office in January.
As the above chart shows, prices were trending up in the final months of Biden's presidency. However, Democrats didn't acknowledge the rising prices until after Trump took office in an attempt to blame his policies for the rising prices. The ironic thing about the Democrats' attacks on Trump is that he inherited the egg price situation from Joe Biden. The Biden administration's disastrous decision to slaughter 150 million egg-laying chickens in an attempt to contain avian flu is what sent prices soaring. Major restaurant chains like Denny's and Waffle House were forced to implement egg surcharges just to stay afloat. Some markets saw prices reach absurd highs, with a San Francisco Safeway charging a mind-boggling $10.99 per dozen.

"Jeff's announcement that the opinion section will henceforth not publish views that deviate from the pillars of individual liberties and free markets threatens to break the trust of readers that columnists are writing what they believe, not what the owner has deemed acceptable," Marcus wrote in a resignation letter obtained by NPR. More than 75,000 digital subscribers canceled in the 48 hours after Bezos revealed his intentions late last month, which included an edict that the paper would not print opposing views; then Opinions Editor David Shipley stepped down after vainly trying to dissuade Bezos from his course. Marcus confirmed to NPR she had resigned and the authenticity of the letter but declined further comment. "Will's decision to not ...run the column that I wrote respectfully dissenting from Jeff's edict - something that I have not experienced in almost two decades of column-writing - underscores that the traditional freedom of columnists to select the topics they wish to address and say what they think has been dangerously eroded," she wrote. ... All this led to critical columns about the endorsement decision in the Post's own pages and multiple resignations by editorial board members and by contributors to the wider opinions section. Nobody cares about the Arabs being murdered by other Arabs, and certainly nobody cares about the Christians being murdered. Oh, there will be meetings and talk of boycotts and there will absolutely be a stern lecture from some United Nations functionary about the opportunity for peace and prosperity now that the Assad regime has fallen. But very little will be done, and Syria will become another dysfunctional Muslim dictatorship, whose thugs will cruise around the country killing anyone they dislike or whose religion is inconvenient. Sort of like how it was under Assad, only nastier. Israel was vilified when, soon after Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham conquered Syria, they entered the country and established a buffer zone, because unlike the naive and foolish NYT, Israel knows what Jihad means and what can happen. If al-Shara of the trimmed beard would send his henchmen to kill Muslims and Christians, what would he do with Israelis? Oh, Israel also destroyed the majority of the Syrian army's weaponry, because fanatical 7th century maniacs with missiles is a bad combination. But the problem for Christians remains, and absent an Israeli invasion of Syria, who is going to protect them? The United Nations? The Pope? The American Army? The EU? Maybe we can convince Putin to send troops...after all, he was a supporter of Assad!

The latest tally from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights puts the death toll at least 1,311 in recent days. Of these, more than 830 were civilians, mostly Alawites, the majority of whom were executed. More than 480 are the armed dead from both sides.

Lest we forget that Derek Chauvin, the police officer who in the course of doing his job unfortunately had to cause the death of a career criminal who was resisting an arrest that likely would have returned him to prison for perhaps the rest of his born days, since George Floyd already was in poor health pls the swallowing of his stash of narcotics is what killed him, not the fictitious knee on his neck which the suppressed coroners report ultimately revealed. Lots of other goodies, such as the self-gassing apostates and the Democrats rallying in support of the Columbia University Hamas terrorism and Jew-slaughter booster potentially facing deportation. And twisted harridan Randy Weingarten's head exploding with the potential shuttering of the Dept. of Education.
A measles outbreak in the Southwest? You don't say. Gotta be RFK Jr and Trump's and Musk's fault for cutting funds to Medicare! It has nothing to do with millions of unvetted third world peasant disease carriers who have invaded us for the past 4 years, right? That would be xenophobic to even hint at that.

Yes, she said that. “It is not a criminal violation to enter the country illegally,” Crockett told MSNBC over the weekend. “It’s not a criminal…it’s not a crime.” “They really want our local law enforcement to go and round up people when they could be looking out for the murderers and the sexual abusers and the robbers, they want them to go and round people up on civil accusations,” she rambled on, referring to efforts by the Trump administration and some red states to allow local and state law enforcement agencies to help in detaining illegal aliens. Trump Repurposes Biden's Illegal Immigration-Enabling App to Turn It Into an App That Urges Illegals to Go Home
Outstanding. Can't wait for an Obama judge to rule that Trump has to keep Biden's app, and for Amy Coney Barrett to bless that ruling.
I'm sure you remember Biden's "CBP One App." The app enabled illegal immigrants to apply for asylum by checking a few boxes on a phone app. They would illegally immigrate to America and Biden would claim they were here legally because the app had assigned them a court hearing for their bogus asylum claims in like 6-10 years or whatever.
Trump has gently tweaked "CBP One." It's now the CBP Home app. Illegals can now use it to notify the government that they're leaving the US to go back home.
The Trump administration is rolling out a new app to replace the controversial CBP One app with the new replacement designed to facilitate the self-deportation of illegal immigrants. The Department of Homeland Security is announcing the CBP Home app -- which will launch with a self-deportation reporting feature for those in the country illegally. It replaces the CBP One app, which was expanded by the Biden administration to allow migrants to schedule appointments at ports of entry to be paroled into the U.S. Hundreds of thousands were paroled into the U.S. as a result. The Trump administration has ended the ability to use the app for that purpose. All CBP One apps will update to the new CBP Home app. "The Biden Administration exploited the CBP One App to allow more than 1 million aliens to illegally enter the United States. With the launching of the CBP Home App, we are restoring integrity to our immigration system," DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said in a statement. The app allows aliens to "Submit Intent to Depart" and submit information regarding their intent to leave the U.S. They can also provide information to verify they have left the U.S., a function limited to those who were paroled into the U.S. "The CBP Home App gives aliens the option to leave now and self-deport, so they may still have the opportunity to return legally in the future and live the American dream. If they don't, we will find them, we will deport them, and they will never return," Noem said.

@BillMelugin_ SCOOP: The Trump admin has repurposed the controversial Biden era CBP One cell phone app into a self deportation app called CBP Home that launches today. DHS tells me any migrants who had the prior CBP One app will have it auto update to this new app, & DHS can use data from prior CBP One registrations to track migrants for removal. The new app allows illegal aliens and migrants in the US to register with CBP to self deport. They fill out biographical information, including their countries of citizenship, which country they plan to return to, their alien registration numbers, contact information, and it allows them to upload photos of themselves to confirm their identity. All of it is then submitted to CBP, and they leave the country.
You may be asking yourself -- why would an illegal alien want to self deport? In a statement to FOX News -- DHS Secretary Kristi Noem answers that question.
"The CBP Home app gives aliens to option to leave now and self-deport, so they may still have the opportunity to return legally in the future and live the American dream. If they don't, we will find them, we will deport them, and they will never return," Noem said. DHS says it is significantly cheaper for the US if illegal aliens decide to self deport, and limited ICE resources can instead be used to target criminal aliens.

Democrat Fundraising Organization "ActBlue" Is Coordinating Violent Protests Against Elon Musk and Tesla

It's time to bankrupt this corrupt grifter organization -- which deliberately allows foreign donors to illegally donate to Democrats, and which allows the fraud of "smurfing," whereby foreign donors, or donors who have already maxed out their donations, donate under an assumed name -- once and for all. Open their books. Open their books. Open their books. Here's one flier being passed around by Democrats, but not necessarily ActBlue. And the DOJ needs to start investigating criminally.There is a massive campaign to destroy Tesla through terrorism, going after both Tesla showrooms and Tesla drivers. There are mutterings about assassinating Elon Musk, a media campaign to ostracize and demonize him, and normal people want it to stop, as they should. They aim their ire at Musk because he is an easier target than thousands of activists. If only Musk were compliant we can get back to "normal," even if normal is a pattern of corruption that is bankrupting the country. Bankruptcy is in the future; the low-level civil war is right here and now. I look at this coordinated campaign and react with outrage at the people doing it and funding it. Many ordinary people look at it and see that convincing the protesters to act like adults instead of throwing tantrums and expect the authorities to stamp out illegal and disruptive activity. The former are like parents who keep giving children candy and an iPad to shut up their brats in exchange for temporary peace and quite, and those of us who want to impose order as adults who are socializing the children to participate in society.
ActBlue is a criminal organization, engaged in wide-scale money laundering from foreigners, including foreign governments, and of course in all likelihood USAID through the NGOs they fund. We already know that BLM was funded by USAID, and we have only scratched the surface.

Rubio thanked staff for their efforts in implementing what he called a "historic reform." Key Details: Sen. Marco Rubio revealed that 5,200 USAID contracts have been canceled after a six-week review. The cuts affect tens of billions in foreign aid, which Rubio argued was not serving U.S. national interests. The remaining 1,000 programs will be administered under the State Department with improved oversight. ... "The 5,200 contracts that are now canceled spent tens of billions of dollars in ways that did not serve, and in some cases even harmed, the core national interests of the United States," Rubio stated. His move reflects growing scrutiny among conservatives regarding how taxpayer money is used in foreign aid, particularly under USAID, which has long been criticized for funding controversial projects abroad.The rest of the programs are being taken away from USAID and will be administered by the State Department. Failed Democratic Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams is facing condemnation from conservatives after she appeared on MSNBC to defend a $2 billion initiative under the Biden administration's EPA to purchase green energy appliances for Americans. "Stacey Abrams linked Power Forward Communities received $2 billion in tax dollars in 2024 after reporting just $100 in revenue the year before. They were so unqualified that the grant agreement required the NGO to complete 'How to Develop a Budget' training within 90 days," EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said in comment provided to Fox News Digital on Sunday. "$2 billion in hard earned tax dollars should not have been doled out to this organization for many reasons, especially if they don't even know how to put together a budget. The Biden EPA 'gold bars' scheme is riddled with self-dealing and conflicts of interest, unnecessary middlemen, unqualified recipients, and massively reduced government oversight. The funds are currently frozen, and the DOJ and FBI are investigating." Zeldin's response followed Abrams joining MSNBC on Friday to defend the Biden administration granting $2 billion last year to a group called Power Forward Communities. The group is a consortium of housing nonprofits, such as Habitat for Humanity International, United Way Worldwide and Rewiring America. Abrams reportedly "played a pivotal role" in establishing the group, according to a LinkedIn post by Ian Magruder, who works at one of the coalition's partners, Rewiring America, Fox Digital previously reported. Abrams worked with Rewiring America to bring energy efficient appliances to a Georgia community in 2023 and 2024, she said on MSNBC while defending the billions in funds provided to Power Forward Communities. "What is this organization? What is your relation to to it? And what does it do," MSNBC's Chris Hayes asked Abrams during the program. "In 2023 and 2024, I led a program called Vitalizing De Soto. We worked in a tiny town in south Georgia to demonstrate that by replacing energy-inefficient appliances with efficient appliances, you can lower your cost. And in fact, we accomplished that for 75% of the community. They got appliances that are lowering their bills," Abrams said, explaining one woman in the Georgia town saw her energy costs slashed by half due to the project.
Abrams continued that the project was so beneficial to Americans, that a coalition of organizations joined forces to call on the EPA under the Biden administration to copy the program and deliver the same results nationwide. Murphy, 51, was caught "cuddling" with Courier Newsroom publisher Tara McGowan, 39, last Monday by the bar at the Red Hen, located just one mile north of Capitol Hill in the district's Bloomingdale neighborhood, a source told The Post, sharing a photo of the pair's romantic rendezvous. The source said Murphy wrapped his arm around McGowan's shoulder at one point, and the two were "being cutesy" while scanning the menu together for rustic Italian fare. The cozy outing took place the night before President Trump's address to a joint session of Congress, which the senator sat out.LOL. He took the night off to bang his schoolgirl sidepiece.

The Democratic lawmaker is apparently still married to his wife, Cathy Holahan, a lawyer based in Washington, as neither has filed for divorce in Connecticut or DC, per public court records. The couple announced they were parting ways last November. A DC Dem insider told Semafor that McGowan is having a love affair with the senator -- and shared a selfie of them on her private Instagram last week with the caption "not postponing joy." As of Monday morning, McGowan had deactivated her X account. Murphy and his wife met at the University of Connecticut's law school, married in 2007 and have two children together.
McGowan was until last year married to Michael Halle, a fellow Dem strategist and former senior adviser to Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg. He also served on the presidential campaigns of Buttigieg, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. The Courier founder and publisher filed for divorce in May 2023, citing "irreconcilable differences," and the marriage was dissolved the following year in April, Rhode Island state court filings show. A self-described "childless woman voter," McGowan has used her personal platform and position for years at the digital outlet to promote Murphy, retweeting his TV appearances and touting his "pro-democracy" stances and policy priorities on gun control, immigration and foreign relations. "Beyond original newsletters, podcasts + social video series, COURIER's new national vertical will publish video opinion pieces from prominent pro-democracy leaders fighting for our rights and freedoms, like this call from U.S. Senator @ChrisMurphyCT to ban assault weapons in [America]," she reposted one of the outlet's X messages in November 2023, two months after her final divorce proceeding hearing. "Republicans wanted -- demanded -- border legislation. Democrats, led by @ChrisMurphyCT, negotiated a bipartisan deal," stated another Feb. 7, 2024, X post by Courier featuring a video interviewing Murphy.Apparently she's Soros-funded too. Duh. Even the very leftwing propaganda outlet Wikipedia finds fault with McGowan's propaganda:

In February 2025, Tara McGowan addressed a summit of Democratic donors and operatives that had gathered to "discuss how the left's well-funded digital media ecosystem failed in the 2024 election." The meeting included representatives of the Emerson Collective, Catalist, Soros Fund Management, NowThis, and Crooked Media. The production of more effective short and long form video was discussed as was "how to better collaborate with influencers to push progressive messages out."Russian interference, you guys. Here's the website, though, bear in mind, the grift is to post stuff that looks like "local news coverage" on FaceBook. Those "articles" would presumably be better disguised than the website, which openly begs for donations to support "progressive media."

The Hartford Insurance Company just notified the American Energy Institute that its insurance coverage is being cancelled because it’s the stated policy of The Hartford that it discriminates against carbon-energy advocates. This is in service to The Hartford’s radical Net Zero / DEI agenda.

The non-renewal notice from The Hartford to the American Energy Institute explicitly stated that, ”The reason for non-renewal is we have learned from your Facebook page that your operations include Trade association involved in promoting social / political causes related to energy production. It’s not clear when Carney will formally assume office. He and Trudeau are expected to meet in the coming days to determine the outgoing prime minister’s final day at the helm. The Wall Street wiz threw his hat in the race to succeed Trudeau in January, just a week after the incumbent announced he would resign before completing his term. Carney has never run for elected office before, making him somewhat of a political novice. However, he has served in various roles within the Canadian government for more than a decade — most recently as Trudeau’s appointed chair of the Liberal Party of Canada’s Task Force on Economic Growth. He previously served as the governor of the Bank of Canada before becoming the first non-Brit to run the Bank of England since it was founded in 1694So, from what I can gather, by all outward appearances, Carney is not an insane socialist like Castreau-Cescu or Freeland, but I assume his globalist pedigree is such that he won't be doing anything to move Canada rightward and firmly towards something resembling sanity. From the article, his antipathy to Trump is evident, although that might be merely playing to the audience that doesn't perhaps necessarily appreciate the latter's 51st state rhetoric. Two active-duty soldiers and one veteran are learning the hard way that treason doesn't pay.As to the three Chinese servicemen, I cannot determine if they are native-born American citizens of Chinese parentage or immigrants themselves. But the question of how they and their parents came here is of course crucial. Perhaps like many Chinese, immigrants or born here, they likely have relatives still back in China and that makes them vulnerable to coercion if their betrayal was not voluntary. And there are still many Chi-Com "police stations" still active and functioning in the Chinese American communities in the larger cities across the country that are nests of spies engaged in espionage as well as the coercion and monitoring of Chinese American citizens for nefarious purposes. Asiatic sharia law, in a sense.

Over the weekend, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents reportedly detained an activist who participated in the anti-Israel protests at Columbia University last spring. Fox News’ Alexis McAdams posted on X that sources told her that Mahmoud Khalil, identified as a lead negotiator for the “Gaza Solidarity Encampment” who graduated in December, was taken into custody by ICE at his university-owned apartment in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. She also noted that student groups are “demanding” his release. Khalil’s attorney said federal authorities detained her client on Saturday night. Online records show a “Mahmoud Khalil” from Syria is in ICE custody at a detention facility in New Jersey.This comes after Trump froze $400 million in federal funding for Columbia over its tolerance and in reality fomenting of neo-anti-semitism on its campus before during and in the wake of the 10/7 Gaza pogrom on southern Israel. I wonder if Trump and ICE will re-examine the case of Ilhan the Bro-FO Omar who likely gained her citizenship under false pretenses and has been one of the loudest, shrillest voices of anti-Americanism in Congress for years. And of course George Soros, who despite proudly admitting to being a Nazi collaborator in the deportation and expropriation of the property of Hungarian Jews in 1944-45 has used his ill-gotten literal blood money to destabilize this country and western societies the world over for decades. Lastly, there are a number of essays highlighting the Democrats seeming self-inflicted implosion, most recently brought to the fore by their horrendous behavior during President Trump's speech last Tuesday.

They should simply accept that they suck and submit. But what happens when the normal people stop caring about your insults and jibes? Then you’ve got nothing.
Jeffries (D-NY) in the aftermath of President Donald Trump’s Tuesday address to a joint session of Congress, saying that the Democratic Party was still trying to regain its footing. Slotkin, who gave her party’s response to Trump’s address, pushed back on Jeffries’ recent claims that Democrats had Trump and the Republicans “on the run” when it came to the major issues affecting everyday Americans. The newly-elected Michigan Senator suggested that the opposite was true — and even when asked directly, did not give a clear answer as to who she believed was leading her party. . . “There’s lots of leaders in both parties, but also a strategy, right? And I think that’s something that as Trump has been successful in flooding the zone and just, like, every day 15 things happening,” Slotkin continued. “We are still finding our footing. And I think you can’t get better until you admit you have a problem. And for me, that’s one of the things that I think some of the new voices in the party have really been agitating about, right? New senators, new representatives, new folks who are like, ‘Hey, we need to do more. And we need to be showing that we’re actually having a plan to stand up on really important moments of inflection.'Interesting observation by Slutkin — "I think you can’t get better until you admit you have a problem." And that begs the question what does she think the problem is?! The usual excuse they belch out is "messaging." Worse is that they let the mask slip from time to time blaming Americans for being to stupid for voting against their interests and that kind of bullshit. That and just declaring us, as Schlichter notes, for being Nazi racists who support literally Hitler. Of course it can't be the fact that everything the Democrats promote is antithetical to freedom, our culture, heritage, history and sanity, despite their proclamations of being the good guys. The record is clear. All of the misery, dislocation, suffering and wastage of blood, treasure and human potential for over 200 years is the fault of or has been made exponentially worse by the policies and actions of the Left and their epicenter in the Democrat Party. I cannot tell what is in Slotkin's heart and mind. If she had even a scintilla of awareness she would recognize what I say as truth. But of course, she like so many others have been generationally brainwashed to accept the fantasy of Democrats as the champions of peace, love, happiness and harmony as an absolute truth. And so they dedicate themselves as purveyors of that mythology in service of an evil that seeks absolute power over our lives, consciously or otherwise. The 5060 Ti has a 128-bit memory bus again, and 8GB and 16GB models, but with GDDR7 the memory runs 33% faster. So if the price is right it could be a decent entry point for the new range.
