Antisemetic Terrorist Finishing School Columbia University Agrees to Pay Jewish Students $220 Million for Letting Foreign Muslim Agents Terrorize Them for a Year

The left is very, very opposed to racism, you know.

Just a couple of days ago we heard that Columbia had finally punished the foreign terrorist agitators who had taken over their library while screaming Hitlerian chants.

That wasn't their own decision -- that was part of the settlement with the Trump Administration, which actually walks the walk when it comes to shutting down racism and antisemitism.

The Trump administration has won unprecedented concessions from Columbia University in a sweeping settlement -- with the Ivy League university paying more than $220 million and pledging to reverse racially discriminatory practices and resolve civil rights violations against Jewish students, The Post can exclusively reveal.

The settlement, under which Columbia will agree to submit to independent monitoring to ensure it is complying with merit-based hiring and admissions requirements, is likely to put pressure on other schools -- like Harvard -- that have crossed the White House over tolerance of extreme Jew-hatred on campus since the Oct. 7, 2023, attack by Hamas against Israel.

The resolution comes after just four months of negotiations between Columbia and Trump, striking a stark contrast with Harvard, which decided to drag the administration into court for stripping the school of $2.6 billion in grants and other funding.

In addition to paying the feds $200 million to settle their discrimination claims, Columbia will also fork over more than $20 million to Jewish employees who were discriminated against amid fierce antisemitic demonstrations that followed the Hamas attack.

The Trump administration is touting the employees' sum as the largest public settlement of its kind in nearly 20 years and the highest for any victim who's lodged a Title VI complaint.

The Ivy League school has also agreed to end all programming that discriminated against faculty or students -- bringing it into full compliance with the Supreme Court's 2023 decision banning race-based affirmative action -- and create some yet-to-be-announced faculty positions in the name of broadening intellectual diversity.

The settlement further calls for Columbia to maintain a trained security force blocking demonstrations in academic spaces and coordinate with the NYPD to prevent a repeat of the takeover of Hamilton Hall by anti-Israel rioters in the spring of 2024 -- while the university will impose a complete ban on masked protests.

Disciplinary rules will no longer be governed by the faculty senate but, rather, by the Office of the Provost. On Tuesday, Columbia announced that dozens of students were going to be suspended or penalized -- and a handful expelled -- for a recent disruptive library demonstration and anti-Israel tent encampment that engulfed the campus last year.

The university's admissions office will step up vetting for foreign applicants, quiz potential students about their reasons for wanting to study in the US and share that data with the feds, while Columbia's reliance on international enrollment will be cut back.

As part of its participation in the federal Student and Exchange Visitor (SEVIS) Program, the school will now be expected to report any disciplinary actions for those holding visas -- including suspensions, expulsions or arrests.

Experts are also supposed to consult with administrators to prevent the threat of terrorist financing or other illicit funds flowing to the school.

Regional programs -- specifically the Center for Palestine Studies; the Institute for Israel and Jewish Studies; Middle Eastern, South Asian and African Studies; the Middle East Institute; and learning hubs in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Amman, Jordan -- will come under strict review from the senior vice provost to ensure they are "comprehensive and balanced."

Additionally, the Morningside Heights school will comply with Title IX and no longer force women to compete with biological men in sports or use their locker rooms, housing or other facilities.

Good heavens, it's a total victory on almost every point.

Trump did agree to return most of the $400 million in funding he suspended. Not loving that.

There is a hitch: William Jacobsen of Legal Insurrection declared "Columbia won -- ask any academic why." I'm sure he's referring to wiggle room in the settlement which will allow Columbia to keep breaking the law with impunity.

When he posts about this, I'll note his objections.

Below: Trump's announcement on Truth Social.

The Morning Rant [Diogenes]

Victor Davis Hanson, somebody whom I greatly admire, said something a couple of weeks ago which prompted me to stir up the grey matter and start hitting the keyboard. He said the Left/Democrats are essentially engaging in Sedition and Insurrection.

Hmmm…

--Sedition is conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state.
--Insurrection is crime and/or a violent uprising against an authority or government.
Serious charges indeed. Kinda sounds true too, don’t they? And this caused me to think back on what I remember of the scale of conflict.

Just where is America today?

The Morning Report — 7/24/25

Sots-Fodder.jpg

Good morning kids. CBD and I mused on the latest edition of the podcast, here and in the sidebar as well as on the usual platforms listed below, is the Democrat Party tearing itself apart over actual policy or merely over tactics. As the late great Rush Limbaugh of blessed memory stated time and again, if Democrats were open and honest about the policies they supported, they'd never win any election. Of course, electoral fraud notwithstanding. And of course, generational Democrats still perceive of their party being led by FDR, that is the mythological media/generated image of FDR, It's why to this day, the titanic lie of the Democrat Party as the party of civil rights and justice is still swallowed whole by ignorant dupes who vote for the party of slavery and Jim Crow believing that post 1964 the several hundred segregationists instantaneously switched parties and became Republicans. But I digress.

So with that as a set-up, there's this item to chew on:

The Democratic Party’s attempt to “resist” President Donald Trump is backfiring, the latest I&I/TIPP poll shows. A plurality of American adults now believe the one-time party of the center has gone too far to the left.

Voters who responded to the online national poll of 1,421 adults, taken from June 25 to June 27, were asked the following question: “Do you think the Democratic Party has become too radical in its views and policies?”

A strong plurality of 45% of all poll respondents said yes, while 36% said no and another 18% said they weren’t sure. The poll’s margin of error is +/-2.7 percentage points. . .

. . . I&I/TIPP went a little further on a second question, asking: “Should Democrats in Congress work with President Trump when possible, or should they focus on resisting his agenda?”

Overall, voters preferred for congressional Democrats to work with Trump, rather than simply opposing his agenda. Among all respondents, 46% answered “work with Trump,” 19% said “resist Trump,” a sizable 26% said “depends on the issue,” with only 9% “not sure.”

Summed up, that means that an overwhelming 72% would like to see Democrats cooperate with Trump, at least on an issue-by-issue basis. Just 19% would resist all Trumpian initiatives.

And yet despite all of that, how does one explain the rise of Momdani in NYC and this Fateh/Fatah whatever in Minneapolis? Of course Curtis Sliwa has virtually zero chance in NYC, but when as one pundit claimed even Anthony Weiner looked sane in comparison to Momdani. And Democrats still could have gone with Cuomo or even Eric Adams who is now running as an independent. Sadly, if as expected this cancer does become the candidate, the voters will reflexively vote him in simply because he has that magical "D" designator by his name. And yet it was not that long ago that New Yorkers twice chose Rudy Giuliani and then Michelito Lo-Lo Bloomberg despite Tammany Hall and a thoroughly corrupt Marxist city council. What the hell happened in the intervening years?

So are the Democrats really TOO "radical" for their own good or is it that they are too open and honest about who and what they always have been which is radical, period.

On a not necessarily unrelated subject, there are a couple of links that certainly shed some light as to how our society in many frightening ways sank so low as to make Momdani, Bro-Fo Omar, Bernie Sanders and Obama appeal to far too many of our fellow citizens when the reaction to them should have been utter revulsion.

First up:

America’s colleges and universities have long been the bright lights of our civilization. For nearly four centuries, they have pioneered new fields of knowledge, brought the arts and sciences to new heights, and educated the men who built our republic. But over the past half-century, these institutions gradually discarded their founding principles and burned down their accumulated prestige, all in pursuit of ideologies that corrupt knowledge and point the nation toward nihilism…

. . . The universities have capitulated to the radical left’s “long march through the institutions,” which has converted them into laboratories of ideology, rather than institutions oriented toward truth.

. . .The universities have contributed to a new kind of tyranny, with publicly funded initiatives designed to advance the cause of digital censorship, public health lockdowns, child sex-trait modification, race-based redistribution, and other infringements on America’s long-standing rights and liberties.

And it starts in Pre-Kindergarten all the way through to past-graduate:

The National Education Association Representative Assembly met for four days earlier this month. This annual event usually reveals how deplorable the organization is, and this year was no different. . .

. . . But the most outrageous speech at the convention—and perhaps ever given—came from NEA boss Becky Pringle, who ranted on about how those in power are “trying to erase the truth of our history. They want to whitewash the past so our students are denied the full story of who we are. They want to silence all of the pain, all of the struggle. Even in the telling of the triumphs, their narration is incomplete. They want to stop our students from looking inward to see their own dignity or outward to a diverse world filled with possibility and pride.”

Worse than the content was Pringle’s tone, which was way beyond hysterical. If you watch this 36-second clip, you will get the idea.

. . . In 1906, Congress granted the NEA a special status among U.S. labor unions as a federally chartered corporation to “elevate the character and advance the interests of the profession of teaching and to promote the cause of education in the United States.”

Since the union has obviously failed miserably in its mission, GOP lawmakers are trying to revoke its charter. On July 16, Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., and Reps. Mark Harris, R-N.C., Mary Miller, R-Ill., and Ralph Norman, R-S.C., introduced the latest proposal to repeal it. The new legislation was introduced following reports that the NEA prioritized politics over education at its annual meeting.

In light of what American academia has done to the minds of at least three generations of students, it's a miracle that Ronald Reagan was elected let alone the coming of Donald Trump and the glimmer of hope that the MAGA movement will engender a true American renaissance.

That said, we don't have a chance unless and until we wrest control of the education of future generations from these evil degenerate pied-pipers of perversion, dissolution, anti-civilization and tyranny.

So, in 2028 is it Greasy greasball Newsome, Titty-Caca, the Bro Fo, Beto and his E.L. Fudge special filling cookies, or even Hunter Biden?! who will lead the Democrats to victory . . .

Gee, what a surprise, Hilary Clinton was a falling down drunken pill-popping maniac hopped up on alcohol, uppers and antipsychotics and her own ego. If only Putin shared that intel with Trump in 2016? Pfft.

And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

Have a great day!

  • Victor Davis Hanson: There's no longer such a thing as conventional wisdom -- or the status quo.

Marco Rubio Begins Systematic Prove Into Harvard's Admissions of Dangerous Foreign Radicals

If Harvard won't comply with the Administration's demands for information about the foreign terrorists Harvard is letting into the country through its visa program, then that program needs to be scrutinized.

NBC "News:"

The State Department said Wednesday that it launched an investigation into Harvard University's compliance with the government-run visa program for international students, marking the latest effort by the Trump administration to prevent the university from enrolling international students.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in a statement that the State Department would be scrutinizing Harvard's sponsorship eligibility under the Exchange Visitor Program certification -- also known as the J-1 visa program -- which allows foreign students to participate in exchange programs in the United States.

The secretary of state noted that all sponsors of the program "must comply with all regulations, including conducting their programs in a manner that does not undermine the foreign policy objectives or compromise the national security interests of the United States."

"The American people have the right to expect their universities to uphold national security, comply with the law, and provide safe environments for all students," Rubio said. "The investigation will ensure that State Department programs do not run contrary to our nation's interests."

A spokesperson for Harvard said in a statement that the school "is committed to continuing to comply with the applicable Exchange Visitor Program regulations."

"This investigation is yet another retaliatory step taken by the Administration in violation of Harvard's First Amendment right," the spokesperson said. "Harvard continues to enroll and sponsor international scholars, researchers, and students, and will protect its international community and support them as they apply for U.S. visas and travel to campus this fall."

Eat a dick.

Ed Morrissey:

Let's remember how we got here. Harvard and other Ivy League institutions -- as well as other colleges and universities, such as UCLA -- allowed their foreign students to conduct intimidation campaigns aimed at Jewish students and faculty, sometimes to the point of assault and battery. That specifically took place at Harvard, and rather than punish those identified as the perpetrators in those incidents, Harvard rewarded them.

It became clear nearly immediately that the foreign students were only part of the problem. The funding that these universities receive from places like Qatar and other sources linked to Hamas specifically and other malevolent movements and regimes are also part of the problem, and provide funding for these students....

Rubio's statement suggests that he wants to take a systemic look at the entire SEVP program as well as the effects that the influx of massive cash from unfriendly regimes has on education in the US from a nat-sec perspective. That will be much more difficult to challenge, since the State Department operates at the apex of presidential authority in the Constitution in the foreign-policy arena, rather than DHS, which operates as a hybrid between the executive and legislative branches. The State Department can get ahead of the SEVP program by simply refusing student visa applications entirely from certain countries.

More at the link.

Let's check in with the Cultural Enrichers and Cancer Researchers that Ivy League Sedition Factories are smuggling into the country.

Mahmoud Khalil is the terror-supporting Columbia radical Trump is seeking to deport. A lowly district court judge has blocked his deportation for now, so that he can continue curing cancer in America.

He also refuses to condemn Hamas.

Mahmoud Khalil refused to condemn Hamas on Tuesday and instead lashed out at CNN for asking him to, calling that line of questioning "disingenuous and absurd."

"Just to be clear here, do you specifically condemn Hamas, a designated terrorist organization in the United States, not just for their action on Oct. 7?" CNN's Pamela Brown asked Khalil.

"I condemn the killing of all civilians. Full stop. I don't want to get into it," Khalil told the Situation Room cohost. When Brown asked again, Khalil said, "I hate this selective outrage of condemnation, because this wouldn't lead to a constructive conversation."

"To me, it's always, as I said, disingenuous and absurd to ask such questions when literally 62,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israel," he continued. "And that's why I wouldn't really engage much into such questions on condemnation or not. Because selective condemnation wouldn't get us anywhere. It's just like hypocrite [sic] to be honest."

...

Khalil was a leader in anti-Semitic protests at Columbia University, serving as a negotiator during spring 2024 encampments. Video footage placed him at an illegal protest at Barnard College, during which agitators disseminated Hamas propaganda. He was arrested days later, after the Trump administration revoked his visa and green card as part of its crackdown on student visa holders who support terror groups.

The Syrian native and Algerian national, who worked for the Hamas-tied United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees during the Oct. 7 attack, was released in June after more than three months, though deportation proceedings are ongoing.

The Left Is Melting Down As They Realize Their Pet Media Is Dying

Before that: New reporting from The Ankler.

On Vacation, Colbert Didn't Know 'Late Show' Was Dead. His Manager Did

SCOOP: James Dixon waited two weeks to tell his star and more new details about who knew what and when, and what comes next

I guess he withheld the information so as not to upset the unfunnyman during his undeserved vacation?

by Lesley Goldberg

On June 27, just a few days before Paramount would announce its $16 million 60 Minutes settlement with President Trump, James Dixon received a call from CBS executives informing the prominent talent manager that the network was walking away from his client Stephen Colbert's The Late Show. Dixon knew the news more than two weeks before his client, I've learned.

...

The timing of the cancellation news break -- it came three days after a post-vacation Colbert blasted Paramount's settlement with Trump as "a big fat bribe" -- has created terrible optics for the media conglomerate as it awaits formal approval of its merger with Skydance. Nevertheless, multiple sources say the shocking decision to retire the Late Show brand was truly driven by financials as the late-night space has continued to face declining ad revenue and dwindling linear viewers.

Sources tell me it is standard procedure for network executives to communicate news about Late Show through Dixon (who did not respond to multiple requests for comment). The manager -- who also reps Jon Stewart and Kimmel -- also received a call a year ago from CBS executives informing him of impending budget cuts to Late Show, sources say. These same sources say five staffers were laid off a year ago as additional "nips and tucks" were made across the show, and Colbert, who's paid $15 million a year, is said to have helped come up with unique ways to reduce its budget. At the time, insiders were optimistic that the advertising market would turn around.

The show is simply not funny. It seems to specialize in Boomer Cringe. See, for example, this lowlight of Mark Cuban warbling out an awful "rap" about Trump.

Or watch this clip from the show during which Colbert announced his cancellation. He got a bunch of other unfunny late-night TV clowns to sit in the audience and pretend to cheer for them, including Anderson Cooper.

And including, sadly, Adam Sandler. I don't know why Sandler is there. Maybe they're personal friends.

Real News Network CNN Interviews Doctor Who Claims Trump's Health Is Poor.
They Omit to Mention This Doctor Is Not a Real Doctor.

That headline substantially undersells the story.

She's not a practicing doctor, she's a "Health Equity Director" (DEI hire who makes DEI accusations about the medical system) for the famously non-partisan NAACP.

And that's not the juiciest tidbit.

CNN Doctor Who Raised Alarms Over Trump Diagnosis Is an NAACP 'Health Equity' Director, Not a Practicing Physician

Chris Pernell works to 'drive equitable health outcomes and transform healthcare systems through a comprehensive socioeconomic approach valuing the whole person'

A CNN doctor who painted a dark picture of President Donald Trump's health appears not to have practiced medicine since her residency, instead spending her career as a diversity, equity, and inclusion specialist.

But that doesn't mean she's unreliable.

She is also an "apostle" of a church whose leader describes Trump as the "antichrist."

Ah.

Well she might have some light bias, then.

Chris Pernell, a frequent television doctor on CNN and other news stations, warned last week that President Trump's broadly unremarkable diagnosis of chronic venous insufficiency could be more than it seemed.

"It is a disease that is progressive," Pernell said. "And what that means is that if there aren't conservative treatments, elevation, compression, medication, if needed, to treat accompanying ulcers or skin changes, it can worsen and actually put a person at risk for deep venous thrombosis."

"Doctor" Pernell is right: People who are 78 years old tend to suffer from a progressive medical condition called "aging."

Though Pernell does have an M.D. from the Duke University School of Medicine and completed a residency with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, her LinkedIn page does not mention having treated patients. After completing her degree at Duke, receiving a Master's degree in public health from Columbia, and her time with Johns Hopkins, Pernell served as "Chief Strategic Integration and Health Equity Officer" at University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. In that role, she drafted the hospital's first "equity and inclusion strategy," hired the hospital's first "director of equity and inclusion," and instituted mandatory implicit bias and structural racism training.

Sounds like she was a DEI "doctor" all along, and bailed out before she started murdering people through malpractice.

Pernell said during an October 2022 appearance on the Karen Hunter Show that she faced multiple compliance probes from hospital leadership, stemming in large part from her public criticism of Trump and Republicans. In 2021, for instance, she compared vaccine-skeptical Americans to white supremacists on MSNBC's airwaves.

Pernell had resigned from the hospital a month earlier after an intensive and unsuccessful campaign to become CEO. She claimed during her conversation with Hunter that she had been "forced out," blaming her departure on...

You'll never guess the last word in that sentence. Go ahead, guess. You'll never get it.

... racism.

Okay so you got it. What do you want, a parade?

"I have had an outpouring of physicians--in particular black physicians, black corporate executives, women generally, and people throughout the field of medicine and public health--stand up and say, 'What happened to you, unfortunately, is a part of a pattern of abuse,'" Pernell said. "'It is an abusive relationship between white power structures and black executives.'"

...

Pernell's work in the Garden State also led to her being tapped to serve on the New Jersey Reparations Council as a member of its health equity committee. In that capacity, she approved a report calling not only for reparations but also for non-citizen voting, ending deportations, and a new state agency that "would disproportionately serve to expand homeownership to Black New Jersey families."

In addition to her work on equity, Pernell has also pursued an ecclesiastical career as an "apostle" of the Bet Hashem YHWH church movement founded by her brother, Timothy Pernell Jr.

Timothy Pernell Jr. has described white Evangelical Christians as agents of Satan.

"White evangelicals call pedophile Trump, anointed, called, chosen, and appointed by Christ," he wrote last week on Facebook. "They are SICK !!!!!! Trump is a pedophile and a rapist and an antichrist. White evangelicals have done the work of Satan and attempted to destroyed [sic] America."

More at the link.

A Timeline Witch just emailed me: "That DEI bitch be crazy. She's distracting from the important work the rest of us useless eaters are doing to reunite the timelines."

Trump Announces "Massive" Tariff Deal With Japan, Cutting Rate from 25% to 15%

The deal includes an investment package of $550 billion.

Auto stocks soared on the news.

U.S. President Donald Trump struck a trade deal with Japan that lowers tariffs on auto imports and spares Tokyo from punishing new levies on other goods in exchange for a $550 billion package of U.S.-bound investment and loans.

It is the most significant of a clutch of agreements that Trump has bagged since unveiling sweeping global levies in April though, like other deals, exact details remained unclear.

As part of the deal, Japan will buy 100 Boeing planes and hike defense spending with U.S. firms to $17 billion annually, from $14 billion, a White House official said.
Japan's auto sector, which accounts for more than a quarter of its U.S. exports, will see existing tariffs cut to 15% from levies totaling 27.5% previously. Duties that were due to come into effect on other Japanese goods from August 1 will also be cut to 15% from 25%.
...

The announcement Tuesday evening sent Japan's benchmark Nikkei stock index climbing almost 4% to its highest in a year, led by stocks in automakers with Toyota (7203.T) up more than 14% and Honda (7267.T) nearly 11%.

Wall Street opened higher on Wednesday, shoring up expectations of further agreements ahead of the fast-approaching August 1 deadline. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI) rose 158.7 points, or 0.36%, at the open to 44661.12.

"I just signed the largest TRADE DEAL in history with Japan," Trump said in announcing the deal on social media.

At the Daily Wire: Trump's economy continues defying the leftwing prophets of doom.

How Trump's Economy Continues To Defy The 'Experts' And Shock The 'Panicans'

For the "experts," the rapid pace of the administration's economic agenda has been shocking. For President Trump, this was all a part of the plan.

By Zach Jewell

In the first six months of President Donald Trump's second term, one major theme has defined Trump's economic record thus far: success that surprises the people who are paid to predict it.

...

The latest numbers on the U.S. economy fly in the face of the naysayers, branded by Trump as "panicans." Late last week, the U.S. Census Bureau reported that June retail sales were up 0.6% from May and up 3.5% from last year. Food service and drinks sales jumped 6.6% from June 2024. Those numbers were, of course, better than what economists had predicted -- a phrase that has become a monthly tradition since Trump stepped back into the White House

According to University of Michigan surveys, American consumers expected prices to rise 6.6% this year. But so far, there's been no sign of inflation jumping through the roof, and even CNN had to admit last month, "Love tariffs or hate them, there's no denying inflation is lower now than when Trump took office."

The numbers don't lie: inflation under Trump has defied economists' predictions in nearly every month the president has been in office. In April, year-over-year inflation came in at 2.3%, its lowest annual rate in more than four years. The Consumer Price Index rose to just 2.4% in May compared to last year, which again was lower than what the "experts" predicted. Meanwhile, the Producer Price Index, which measures the average change over time in selling prices received by domestic producers, had its biggest drop in five years in April, falling 0.5%.

As inflation numbers continue to look good for the Trump administration, U.S. job growth also beat expectations in May and June while unemployment ticks down.

"During his first six months in office, President Trump has repeatedly embarrassed the panicans who predicted doom and gloom, from inflation to recession. Under President Trump, Americans have seen an end to Joe Biden's inflation crisis, multiple expectation-beating jobs reports, record tariff revenue collection, bond and stock market rallies, and historic investment commitments worth trillions that will cement America's dominance in cutting-edge sectors," White House Spokesman Kush Desai told The Daily Wire.

Related: Remember when high stock market values were unassailable proof that Biden's Miracle Economy was a miracle?

You won't be surprised to learn that that rule has been repealed.

DOJ Staffer: I Was Fired Because My Husband Created an App That Lets Domestic Terrorist Track ICE and Border Patrol Agents

Huh, you don't say.

Boy that's a tough break.

And that's not just me saying that. I just got an email from a J6 protester who was kept in solitary confinement for 180 days pre-trial. He says, "Boy, that's a tough break."

A Department of Justice staffer claims she was abruptly fired after it emerged that her husband was the brains behind a controversial anti-ICE app that warns users when the feds are closing in.

Carolyn Feinstein, who worked as a DOJ forensic accountant in Austin, Texas, alleges she was terminated last Friday as "retribution" for her spouse's radical alert system, in which she has minority shares.

"This was retribution. I was fired because of the actions, or activism, of my husband," Feinstein told the Daily Beast on Monday.

Feinstein's tech husband, Joshua Aaron, recently sparked outrage after it emerged he'd created the ICEBlock app, which alerts users if Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have been spotted within a five-mile radius of them.

President Trump's border czar Tom Homan and ICE Acting Director Tom Lyon quickly called on the DOJ to investigate after Feinstein's hubby went on CNN last month to advertise the app -- sparking immediate backlash.

Feinstein claims she informed the DOJ of her ties to the app creator after he allegedly started receiving death threats.

"Since we live in the same house, I thought it was pertinent to contact my employer, the DOJ, to notify them of death threats that were coming in and just in case I needed to be out of the office, so they would be prepared," she said.

So this snowflake was using the app as an excuse to start skiving off from work. Perfect.

A week later, Feinstein said, the Office of the US Trustee started asking questions about the app.

Feinstein admitted she has minority shares in All U Chart, Inc., which hold the IP address for the app.

Oh so it's not just that her husband created the app -- she's a co-owner.

Weird how every leftist makes you fight for every single drop of truth.

...

A DOJ spokesperson said it had been probing Feinstein's connection to the app for "several weeks" after it emerged she had interests in the company.

...

Feinstein, for her part, insisted that her role at the DOJ was "unbiased."

"It is insulting to me because I dedicated myself and my career to serving the people of the United States, and now the DOJ is claiming I was attempting to harm some of them. And that's not true," she said.

Nah, not true at all.

Now some of you may be wondering if her husband is Antifa.

Well, he identifies as "Proud #Antifa" online.

This is like a CIA officer being married to a card-carrying communist who makes frequent trips to the Soviet Union.

And then whining that it's just not fair to punish her just because her husband is clandestinely meeting with the KGB.

And on top of that: According to the DOJ, she wasn't fired just being married to a "Proud #Antifa" violent revolutionary trying to get feds killed.

No, she was fired for allegedly "lacking candor" -- aka "lying," concealing the truth -- about it during an official inquiry into the matter.

According to the Notice of Removal from Federal Service memorandum transmitted to Feinstein that was shared by the Beast, "Pursuant to Article II of the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States and based on your lack of candor during an internal inquiry, your employment with the Department of Justice is hereby terminated, and you are removed from federal service effective immediately."

Prior to the termination, backlash over the ICEBlock app included reporting from CNN that the Trump administration was considering prosecution against the network for obstructing justice. As Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem put it, "We're working with the Department of Justice to see if we can prosecute them for that, because what they're doing is actively encouraging people to avoid law enforcement activities -- operations."

While Aaron -- who reportedly self-identifies on social media as "Proud #Antifa" and in the past has contended, "Once again we should all be #antifa" -- appeared on CNN, the X account Sippi Cup was credited as the first to determine that a DOJ employee was romantically involved with the app creator, a point that was later updated to highlight the pair are married.

Apparently he goes by "Joshua Aaron" online, rather than Joshua Aaron Feinstein, which would give a clue that he's married to the DOJ employee Carolyn Feinstein.

Did he drop his last name to help his wife evade detection? I don't know. We'll see.

Russia Had Intel That Hillary Clinton Was Suffering from Serious Physical and Mental Health Problems But Did Not Release That Info, Disproving the Claim that Russia Was Trying to Help Trump

Gabbard released our own intelligence assessments of what intelligence Russia had. So this is our spooks reporting on what Russian spooks knew, or thought they knew.

According to our own intelligence, Hillary Clinton was keeping all of her medical problems strictly secret, including from her top staffers.

But per Russia's intelligence from the DNC, Obama and party leaders found the state of Hillary Clinton's health to be "extraordinarily alarming."

She suffered from "intensified psycho-emotional problems, including uncontrollable fits of anger, aggressiveness, and cheerfulness." She was placed on a daily schedule of "heavy tranquilizers."

She was, as we already all knew, "obsessed with a thirst for power."

The SVR (the renamed KGB) also had intelligence indicating that Hillary Clinton suffered from Type 2 diabetes -- a diagnosis that most could make just by visual inspection -- "ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease." I know the latter is deadly, as it killed someone close to me.

Now, if Russia actually was determined to defeat Hillary: Why did they keep this intelligence secret?

The SVR also had intelligence in advance that Hillary would concoct the "Russia sought to help Trump" narrative -- which of course she did later deploy -- to distract from her own illegal hoarding of top secret US documents.

Again, if Russia wanted Trump to win: Why didn't they release this information when Hillary started claiming Trump was a Russian agent? Or before?

Wednesday Morning Rant

mannixape2.jpg

By Design

On Monday, Ace posted about the "shocking" failure of Comey and the IC in the Clinton E-Mail scandal. It turns out, as everyone with a brain had already guessed, that they didn't bother to look into it at all. They just claimed they did, and the press went along with it and asked no questions. That is the press' part to play, and it played its part as well as it always does.

At the end of that post, Ace quoted a tweet about the press in a different context, which is about Tapper's book. That tweet reads, in part:

The main takeaway from Original Sin is that CNN doesn't do reporting/investigating. Tapper admits that everything they said about Biden's mental and physical health was based solely on what the White House said.
Yes, and? Why is this surprising? It isn't new.

The Morning Report — 7/23/25

JoeandFox.jpg

Good morning kids. Several things of note that share the common theme of the raw abuse of power by a still active, feral Deep State. First up there's this:

“House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries corruptly gave 17 New Jersey U.S. district judges their marching orders: ‘Fire New Jersey U.S. Attorney @AlinaHabba,’ “wrote Article III Project president Mike Davis on X following the panel’s decision.  “And these New Jersey activist judges—15 of whom were appointed by Obama and Biden—saluted,”  Davis continued. “This violated Canons 2, 3, and 5 of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges. @Article3Project will file a judicial misconduct complaint.”

President Donald Trump appointed Habba to the position on March 24 but her confirmation has been held up by Senate Democrats. Interim US attorneys are only allowed to serve for 120 days without a Senate confirmation but their term can be extended if the district court in their jurisdiction grants them an extension.

The 17 New Jersey district judges held a meeting Monday morning to decide whether to extend her position, which was set to expire at 11:59 p.m. Friday.

Chief US District Judge Renée Marie Bumb announced in a signed order Tuesday that the panel had opted against extending Habba’s term and appointed career prosecutor Desiree Leigh Grace to take over for her, effective immediately.

Later Tuesday, Attorney General Pam Bondi stepped in and promptly removed Grace from the position.

“US Atty Habba has been doing a great job in making NJ safe again. Nonetheless, politically minded judges refused to allow her to continue in her position, replacing Alina with the First Assistant,” Bondi said in a statement posted on X at 4:18 pm.

“Accordingly, the First Assistant United States Attorney in New Jersey has just been removed,” Bondi continued. “This Department of Justice does not tolerate rogue judges — especially when they threaten the President’s core Article II powers.”

Thank you AG Bondi for slapping that mutt piece of shit Hakeem-rent-a-camel (Beatles cartoon reference) Jeffries down.

In a similar vein we and of course she still have/has this to contend with:

When asked why the current Department of Justice might be investigating him, former CIA Director John Brennan answered, as was his wont, with a complete lie: “I am clueless about what it is exactly that they may be investigating me for.” Clueless? Hardly. Brennan knows full well that his fingerprints are on some of the greatest scandals of the last decade. These machinations have threatened the very integrity of our institutions and elections. He has a record of serially lying to Congress, the public, and the media, and doing so emphatically. . .

. . . Brennan was at the center of three of the greatest scandals in recent history that may well have changed American history. His promotion of the fake Steele dossier sought to destroy the Trump campaign and sway the election in favor of Hillary Clinton. . .

. . . Now, Brennan thinks Trump has weaponized the Justice Department to investigate Brennan’s many lies and efforts to warp domestic elections. In truth, John Brennan, along with former FBI Director James Comey and James Clapper, the former Director of National Intelligence, more or less destroyed the reputation of our investigative and intelligence bureaus by chronically lying, leaking, and weaponizing the government.

Of course Brennan was working at the direct behest of or on his own to please/appease Obama.

The ODNI report found “overwhelming evidence that demonstrates how, after President Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, President Obama and his national security cabinet members manufactured and politicized intelligence to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against President Trump,” per a release from Gabbard’s office.

The CIA and other agencies that deal with foreign intelligence have historically been subject to strict rules that forbid them from operating on or spying on American citizens on American soil in most circumstances. However, after 9/11, the American people’s privacy and protections as citizens were stripped back to supposedly combat future terrorist attacks. DHS was created, and the NSA was empowered. The NSA has since developed a track record for taking liberties with their jurisdiction and spying on American citizens. Then we had rapid advancements in technology that brought Americans’ personal lives online and into spaces that had no legal precedent for privacy. Fast forward to 2016, when this Russia Hoax begins taking place, and DHS, CIA, FBI, NSA, and others were directed by the White House to work together to manufacture intelligence to subvert the will of the American people. With this kind of pressure and direction from the White House, there are numerous ways that protections enshrined for American citizens could have been violated. When different agencies with varying jurisdictions and mandates are directed to work together against the American people, how can we ensure that our protections are being respected? DHS has access to information that the CIA might not, and vice versa, because they have different mandates. This, in theory, protects Americans from the type of influence coming from the Intelligence Community that was peddled during this hoax. This hoax was luckily contained to manufacturing and politicizing intelligence, as far as we know. Still, the demand from the White House for cooperation among all these agencies to work against the American people should be enough to prompt us to pause and think seriously. As much as we need cooperation and we want our homeland protection agencies to have the best information possible, I believe this revelation is a powerful reason for us to implement checks and balances on the Intelligence Community to protect American citizens.

As the author of this piece states “As much as we need cooperation and we want our homeland protection agencies to have the best information possible, I believe this revelation is a powerful reason for us to implement checks and balances on the Intelligence Community to protect American citizens.”

The problem is, despite the election of Donald Trump and his allies in the top slots of these and other agencies, this presupposes we do indeed still have a government and bureaucracies that actually want to parted the America citizenry and not oppress/enslave them. While I want to believe we are on the right track, we still have a very long journey ahead of us to restore these institutions and at the heart of it all, the moral fiber and character of people who work at and ultimately lead these institutions, and indeed the entire nation itself.

If freaks and mutants like Momdani in NYC and now this Fateh in Minneapolis are actually the frontrunners in their respective mayoral races, that does not give one much hope for the future. Meh, Obama, a verified America-hating son/mentee of a bust out America-hating Stalinist was twice elected President. And John Brennan a likely known Communist sympathizer and Gus Hall/Angela Davis supporter somehow was accepted in as an employee of the CIA, the supposed first line of defense against communist/enemy infiltration whose eyes and ears are allegedly everywhere and X-Ray every aspect of any potential government employee's life before they can even apply to be a toilet attendant at the Dept. of Redundancy Dept., let alone the CIA itself!

And elsewhere in the Land of the free and the home of the brave . . or the Land of the freebies and the home of the depraved. . .

The Palisades Fire, with a burn area that included Malibu, destroyed over 6,000 homes. So far, 161 permits have been issued by the City of Los Angeles. The community of Altadena, which was consumed by the Eaton Fire, lost over 9,000 homes. So far, 84 rebuilding permits have been issued. . . But whether it’s California Governor Gavin Newsom or Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, the playbook is not designed to help people rebuild their homes and move back into the neighborhoods where their families have lived for generations. New regulations did not replace old regulations. They added as much as they removed, with the new ones being unfamiliar even to veteran builders. All of them, of course, came delivered with the rhetoric of streamlining, while in fact only adding complexity.

Newsom, a tool of corporatist special interests, and Bass, a socialist darling of public sector union bosses, were never playing a game intended to help anyone living in a “single-family detached home.” The new regulations, sold as a way to expedite permitting, were in fact a way to make rebuilding impossible for all but the wealthiest homeowners. And Newsom’s executive order that would “prevent opportunistic investors from exploiting vulnerable residents by offering below-market prices” was actually a move calculated to limit the options of homeowners while the special interests—including the government itself—lined up to purchase these properties. . . This “action plan” released by a “blue ribbon commission” in Los Angeles epitomizes the corporate socialist vision. Public/private partnerships grab rebuilding funds, purchase homes from people who can’t possibly hope to navigate ridiculous “streamlined” regulations, and consolidate properties into high-density, low-income housing. To be even more specific: heavily subsidized corporations and hedge funds will purchase properties in Altadena and Pacific Palisades to redesign, rebuild, and then own apartment houses where before there were privately held single-family homes. Then they will collect taxpayer-guaranteed and taxpayer-subsidized rents in perpetuity. The properties will be owned and managed by hedge funds and their proxies, while the tenants will be supervised by NGOs and government bureaucrats. This is the dawning face of corporate socialism. It hides behind environmentalism to create shortages and increase prices, allowing financial special interests to partner with government bureaucrats to roll up a manipulated market.

For those of you who have schadenfreude over citizens getting what they voted for good and hard, Whether here or a potential mass terror attack in New York City, thankfully broken up by an alert FBI remember that what elected maniacs can do via their political power or what psychos with pipe bombs can do can and ultimately may very well happen in your seemingly out of the way neck of the woods.

And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

Have a great day!
