The Morning Rant: Minimalist Edition
While I do not subscribe to the theory that Poland will become expansionist, the existence of CIA black sites in Poland is troubling because the record of our intelligence services is one of almost perfect failure over the last 75 years. Are they trying to export American control (and graft) from Ukraine to Poland? Are they trying to integrate themselves into the Polish political establishment and create a second front in their insane war against Russia? Would anyone be surprised if those suppositions turned out to be accurate? This goes hand in hand with the shadow government doing everything in its power to handcuff Israel in its justified war against Islam, in the form of Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran. Oh...some of those weapons Hamas uses against Israel? They come from Afghanistan; they are American weapons left in our scramble to leave. Or left purposefully? At this point, that insane conspiracy theory wouldn't surprise me at all!
Ukraine has long been rumored to be a country containing multiple CIA black sites. I have an independent source telling me the same. This source is also telling me that the same type of black sites are active and operating in Poland. This claim caused me to take a deeper look at Poland and what the defense temperament there was. What I found was disturbing and leads me to believe that my source is accurate in their claim. Poland has substantial military goals and appears to be planning to use US resources to achieve those goals.

Everything these evil bastards have done has done nothing but demonize the American founding, its people, culture, history and heritage for the purpose of dividing and conquering. Until my dying day, every problem and catastrophe, all the bloodshed, violence, misery and strife we have experienced almost since the founding is either directly the fault of or has been exacerbated by Leftists, socialists, progressives and their official home, the Democrat Party. Period, full stop. Transsexualism is a psychotic disorder affecting perhaps a statistical handful of twisted individuals. What has the Left done? Turned them into a persecuted minority of significant numbers and equated them to Elie Wiesel dressed up in full drag regalia as Rosa Parks. Anyone who objects to that, or calls a spade a spade so to speak is viewed as the moral equivalent of Hitler. Or Donald Trump. And what Hitler did to the Jews, which the inhabitants of Dearbornistan and Mogadishappolis on alternate days claim either never happened or didn't go far enough, is what Trump and his white Christian nationalist insurrectionists will do to these poor helpless transexuals. So, if one is told that one is in imminent danger of being loaded onto a cattle car and taken to a gas chamber, then all bets are off, right? Er, Left?

Kamala Harris named all the Uvalde victims but last year failed to name the Nashville victims or condemn Audrey Hale. An online search reveals no statement by Harris on the anniversary of Audrey Hale’s attack.The estimable Lloyd Billingsley nails it. The mass psychosis of demanding we recognize that men can be women and vice versa goes hand in had with the concept of "woke" algebra, "woke" engineering, "woke" chemistry and on and on and on. At some point, merely declaring the emperor has no clothes will not be enough since uttering those very words could lead to quite literally a death sentence, either carried out by a tyrannical State or by street thugs and terrorists that are nod-and-a-wink approved by said State. Declaring Good Friday to be "Trans Day of Visibility" is the moral equivalent of burning a cross on a black man's lawn. Something that Democrats and Democrats alone are very good at. And yet, "Trans Day of Vengeance" got short shrift in the media, as did this brain damaged Leftist Audrey Hale who took it quite seriously, and slaughtered innocent children. But, being Christian means to be guilty of 2,000 years of crimes against colored people of color, homosexuals, Muslims, indigenous persons and the spirit of John Lennon's "Imagine." Jews not included, of course. Unless they're already dead and their deaths can be blamed on Hitler or literal Hitler Donald Trump and his supporters. Meanwhile, in another part of the forest, the RINOs have got a fever and the only cure is to surrender Congress before November and burn the country down in the process:

Did someone offer him treasures or was kompromat held over his head? Or was it a middle-fingered gesture to the party of Trump? As he is in a solid red district, his departure won’t tip the balance of power in the U.S. House. Wisconsin Rep. Mike Gallagher, serving his fourth term in Congress, is also leaving Congress abruptly for reasons unknown, other than a likely gesture to the GOP that mirrors Buck’s sentiments. And his exit may tip the balance of power. . . . . . As the uniparty cannot beat Trump at the ballot box, they are taking another approach. By ceding power to the Democrats, NeverTrump Republicans can with allegedly clean hands, destroy the leader of their party. And the party itself for daring to vote for Trump. In similar fashion, Jesus was betrayed or handed over like a hot potato to his eventual crucifiers, each contributing person or party telling themselves they had clean hands, deceitfully playing their small role in the process. . . . . . SCOTUS teed up the solution to getting rid of Trump to Congress. In other words, states can’t keep Trump off the ballot, but Congress can offer legislation that Trump is an insurrectionist and should be kept off the ballot. This would occur on day one of Democrat control of the House, and with Democrat control of the Senate and White House, would be signed into law immediately. What about “judicial review”? Judging from the SCOTUS decision, such review would not favor Trump. How convenient. Reps. Buck, Gallagher, and others can maintain innocence, like Pilate, “washing their hands” of this scheme to end Trump’s quest for a second term, by simply resigning “over principles” or “to spend more time with the family.” . . . Will it work? Who knows? Trump is not naïve and doesn’t like losing, so I am sure he has gamed this out. But it’s clear that the Washington D.C. establishment, the ruling class, the deep state, the blob, or whatever you want to call it, views Donald Trump as an existential threat to their perks, power, and survival and is pulling out all the stops to stop him. They forget that “We the People” are Constitutionally supposed to be in charge. When governments actively defy the will of the people, it never ends well, either in dictatorship and tyranny or in revolution.Indeed. I'd say, there will be blood. But there already has been blood – OURS, from Ashli Babbitt and Roseanne Boyland, to the innocents at the Covenant School in Nashville, to Laken Riley and on and on. I abhor violence, but I'm sick and tired of it being our hair getting mussed to the exclusion of those doing the mussing. PRIMARY DAY REMINDER: Wisconsinites, get out and vote YES, that is FOR, on the two election integrity/dark money ballot initiatives. And for any non-leftist running locally! Ditto to all other state elections with similar candidates/inititavies.

NEW: LeBron James appears to suddenly care about the pitfalls of progressive policies as he has reportedly become "very concerned" about squatters in his neighborhood. Two-doors down from James' Beverly Hills property, squatters have taken over a home. The home is used for "cocaine orgy parties" by the squatters. According to news outlet @Curbed, James is "very concerned." "One of the neighbors got in touch with LeBron James's house manager. They were told James was very concerned," the outlet reported. James purchased his property for $36.8 million in 2022 and tore down the home that was on it to build his dream home. The squatter home throws frequent parties that usually don't start until 2am. The squatters are even impacting James' pockets. The NBA star reportedly needs 24/7 security guards because of the frequent parties. Police are not able to evict the squatters because they produced a fake lease agreement and obtained drivers licenses with the address of the property. The neighborhood also belongs to celebrities like John Legend and Seth McFarlane.

Comic Artist Commits Suicide After Being Cancelled by Fellow Comics SJWs and the Media

Ethan Van Sciver said that his idea he'd get vengeance on his tormentors with his suicide is just wrong; they're evil people who routinely do this in hopes that their targets will commit suicide. They're proud of this. They're counting this as a big win. Cancellation has consequences. Everyone I know who's been cancelled, and has talked about it, has reported having suicidal thoughts. But the cancelers will continue cancelling. As I said: This is the goal they are seeking. They don't want anyone coming back from a cancellation. They hate when people come back, even if just a little, from a cancellation. They want the cancellation to be PERMANENT. And that means: They want the suicide. They want the body. And they can't say they didn't know cancellation often results in suicide. This is not the first known cancellation suicide. Grungy whore Zoe Quinn cancelled a game developer into suicide. She was, of course, welcomed into comics. Her resume was impeccable: She had no talent but was vicious, promiscuous, and lethal. Suicide isn't really ever vengeance. Living well is the best revenge. Every setback is the first stage of a comeback.
Ed Piskor is -- was -- a comics artist and a cohost of a comics YouTube show called Cartoonist Kayfabe.
He's apparently a leftwing guy. When Ethan Van Sciver's brother Noah -- who is also a cartoonist -- attempted to take a picture with him, Piskor refused and said he would not be photographed with any Van Scivers. He's not any kind of hero but I guess can be counted as a martyr for the leftwing cause. Last week, a woman alleged that Piskor had flirted with her inappropriately when she was then 17 (and Piskor knew that). The woman withheld all of the tweets, which I suspect she did to conceal the fact that she was flirting herself. Yes, I know it's still wrong. Not illegal, technically, as the age of consent in Pennsylvania (where both were located) is 16. And the DMs were not horrible. But he did call her a "naughty girl" and offer her a couch to sleep on if she ever traveled to his city. Later, an adult woman, who apparently Piskor had been sleeping with on and off for years, decided to jump on the #MeToo cancellation train and allege that Piskor had offered to get her in touch with his own agent, but only if she gave him oral sex. At this point all of the predictable #cancelers in the comics industry demanded that all of his friends turn away from him. Some people went to a local gallery that was to exhibit his work and demanded they cancel his show; they did. Local media went to his elderly parents' home and demanded they answer questions about his son sending inappropriate but not illegal DMs three years ago. His co-host on Cartoonist Kayfabe announced that he was ending his "professional association" with Piskor. I'm so sorry for being so stupid. I definitely should never have talked with Molly D. The language and optics look real dumb at best but I promise my innocence. Especially out of context it looks terrible. It was the height of Covid with no end in sight and I was alone through most of it . We had sex twice and she initiated both times....More like that, which I'll leave you to read, if you want to. He then talks about how nothing was more important to him than comics, which he's now been canceled from.

"It's just an effort to keep everybody safe and make sure nobody has any ill will," he claimed. Matthew Petti The FBI spends "every day, all day long" interrogating people over their Facebook posts. At least, that's what agents told Stillwater, Oklahoma, resident Rolla Abdeljawad when they showed up at her house to ask her about her social media activity. Three FBI agents came to Abdeljawad's house and said that they had been given "screenshots" of her posts by Facebook. Her lawyer Hassan Shibly posted a video of the incident online on Wednesday. Abdeljawad told agents that she didn't want to talk and asked them to show their badges on camera, which the agents refused to do. She wrote on Facebook that she later confirmed with local police that the FBI agents really were FBI agents. "Facebook gave us a couple of screenshots of your account," one agent in a gray shirt said in the video. "So we no longer live in a free country and we can't say what we want?" replied Abdeljawad. "No, we totally do. That's why we're not here to arrest you or anything," a second agent in a red shirt added. "We do this every day, all day long. It's just an effort to keep everybody safe and make sure nobody has any ill will."
I know this person is on the other side of the aisle but the left often stages "test cases" where, for example, they'll prosecute a black killer for a hate crime, just to prove that the right is lying when they say hate crime laws will be used to target white people. Then, after the case survives judicial review, they use the law for what it was always intended for, to increase jail sentences for white people exclusively.
For the past week, she has made multiple angry posts per day about the war in Gaza, referring to Israel as "Israhell." But none of the posts on her feed call for violence.

CalPERS -- California's Enormous Pension System for State Employees -- Backs Peltz and Jay Rasulo in Disney Proxy Fight

The California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) said on Friday it voted to elect activist investment firm Trian Fund Management's two director candidates to Walt Disney's board, in one of the most closely watched and expensive battles for corporate control. "CalPERS believes Walt Disney Co will benefit from fresh eyes on its board of directors and voted its company shares in favor of candidates Nelson Peltz and Jay Rasulo," the U.S. pension fund, which owned 6.65 million shares in the entertainment giant at the end of December, told Reuters. CalPERS, which ranks among Walt Disney's top 30 investors, according to LSEG data, said its "established voting guidelines focus on the need for independent corporate boards, a say in setting executive pay, and increased transparency. Two new directors who are qualified and capable of leading needed change in corporate governance will serve the Disney board well."On Friday I posted that among the votes already cast, about 22%, Peltz was beating the board member he was running against. (Rasulo was losing.) I don't know if that leaked tally of votes included CalPERS' pile of votes or not. The shareholder meeting will be held on Wedenesday. We'll see the vote tally then. Something they should keep in mind: Bob Iger's decision to fight for homosexual grooming in grades K through 3rd resulted in the loss of the Reedy Creek district, at a cost of one trillion dollars. That's one trillion dollars over 100 years, to be fair, but corporations do tend to last that long. (Unless they're being run by Bob Iger and his gang of woke wealth-destroyers, I mean.) Disney's corrupt management is using its cartoon characters to propagandize its shareholders to vote them back into power.

Israel Reports Killing Top Iranian Terror-Master
Israel launched a strike at a building next to the Iranian embassy in Damascus, the capital of Iran's catspaw Syria.
That's a very provocative action they would not take unless they had a big fat target in mind.

Is the West In a Societal Death Spiral?
The paper is written by Michaela C. Schippers, John Ioannidis and Matthias Luijks. Strom underlines the contributions of Ioannidis, who he says is one of the world's most-cited scientists "and one of the best." He wrote a paper called Why Most Published Scientific Results Are False, which I think I've seen quoted. The basic idea, if my memory serves, is that there are great rewards for positive scientific results -- "interesting" findings, unexpected correlations, and hypotheses verified -- and almost no rewards for what should be the most common result in scientific experiments. Things like "No result" or "no evidence supporting" a hypothesis.
He argues this incentive structure creates an insidious pressure to... massage findings. Puff up null findings into something that the media will quote.
At any rate, Strom quotes from his paper. I've borrowed some quotes. I've stripped out the voluminous citations to other papers.

What does this mean? My guess: He's complaining that after having pushed so many lies to the public, the public is demanding accountability for his dishonesty or gullibility (or both), and he wants to portray this as pointless score-settling. Well, buddy, you "journalists" presume to dictate who can and cannot speak in public based on their accuracy and reliability. You can't just just hand-wave away your own mistakes and lies.
Now the substantive debate is a "stalemate," he writes, with both sides "hurling mud," and editors demanding answers "so they can assign analyses of which political candidates benefit."

Apparently New York City passed a rule during the BLM riots that no city employee was permitted to fly an "altered" US flag -- because, I assume, BLM demanded that the pro-cop "thin blue line" flags be outlawed. A favorite old fishing pier of mine on the Texas coast used to provide little red wagons onto which visitors could load their coolers and fishing gear. Because of the salt air, those wagons rapidly corroded and rusted, and the moving parts didn’t move very well unless the wagons were new.
It is comical to think that we are now putting wind turbines, with all their complicated electrical parts and moving pieces, directly into the ocean where they get washed in salt water spray…
…if the rough seas even allow installation in the first place.

A massive solar farm outside of Houston was destroyed by hail. Not only was that valuable farm and ranch land already diverted from productive agricultural use, but it is now at risk of being poisoned by the chemicals in the solar panels that were destroyed.

Yet these giant bird cuisinarts require petroleum products, and lots of it. You know, there just might be a possibility that the hustlers getting rich from the wind energy scam haven’t been completely honest with us. That said, a turbine collapsing like this must be an extremely rare event, right? Uh, no.

If you thought March 31 was Easter Sunday, think again, heretic. And no, I’m not referring to the fact that for, Orthodox Christians, Easter falls this year on May 5. Those who celebrate Easter on March 31 are heretics from the standpoint of the Biden regime’s favored religion, which is worlds away from Old Joe’s ostentatious and hollow Roman Catholicism. March 31, you see, is the Transgender Day of Visibility. . . . And speaking of invisibility, that’s a good description of Old Joe Biden’s Christianity, except when he hauls it out in pursuit of votes. “Each year on March 31,” GLAAD asserts, “the world observes Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) to raise awareness about transgender people.” Well, no. “The world” doesn’t celebrate the Transgender Day of Visibility. The government and a small minority of the people of the United States and some Western European countries do, and Canada tags along as always, and that’s about it. In many areas of the world, the idea of celebrating this particular mental illness would be greeted with amusement and disgust. . . . . . it is also virtually certain that the Resurrection of Jesus Christ will continue to be celebrated many, many years after the Transgender Day of Visibility has been relegated to the dustbin of history and is generally regarded as what it really is: a symptom of the twenty-first century West’s cultural, spiritual and moral decline. In the meantime, the fact that the Transgender Day of Visibility falls on Easter Sunday, and is the subject of a presidential proclamation while Easter remains unmentioned, is yet another indication of the real religion of Old Joe Biden and those around him. Although Biden and some others are professing Christians, they actually bow down and worship the gods of this age: libertinism, self-indulgence, and raw power.Upon nailing his 95-year-old feces to the door of the church, the backlash against Biden's apostasy was immediate, forcing whoever is changing his Depends and loading his teleprompter to issue a more or less traditional Good Friday greeting, albeit two days late. No apologies or backtracking on this insult, though.
In yet another casual insult to the vast majority of Americans, the Biden White House has banned all religious imagery and themes in its annual Easter art contest. Apparently, they are still calling Easter, Easter, but this move is just outrageous. Obviously, they are saying “religious,” but they mean Christian. The Biden [junta] banned children from submitting Easter eggs with religious themes for its 2024 “Celebrating National Guard Families” art contest. The competition, which is part of the White House’s annual Easter Egg Roll, explicitly stipulated that egg designs not feature any “religious symbols” on the Christian holiday. “The Submission must not include any questionable content, religious symbols, overtly religious themes,” a flyer with instructions from the White House stated. . . . . Other restrictions include depictions promoting “bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual based on race, gender, religion, nationality disability, sexual orientation or age,” the White House stated. Child participants were also told not to depict “illegal drugs or firearms” or to include “material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.” Scenes from the popular Democrat kiddie porn library are probably fine, though.Or how about this wonderful book in your toddler's school library? "This is My Vulva." Made me think of the song I learned at that age nearly 60 years ago, "This is My Country." That and the scene from Full Metal Jacket with the men parading around the barracks in their skivvies chanting "This is my rifle, this is my gun." You may substitute the words as you wish. So, no imagery of Jesus or Christianity on its holiest day. Why even have this event in the first place? The answer is simple: a display of raw power.

"Trans" being quite appropriate here. I have no quarrel with homosexuals or transexuals. My thoughts on their "condition," shall we say, aside, my objection is their lifestyle being used as a weapon to upend and destroy the established order of society and human development, which has brought us down from the trees, out of the darkness and to a summit of achievement, again the main pillar and driver being the precepts of Judeo-Christianity. History moves in fits and starts. Humanity is of course far from perfect, because of human nature itself. Yet despite the false narratives and smears, it's not Jews and Christians hurling gays and trannies off of rooftops or stoning them to death. Tolerance does not mean acceptance, but let's put things in perspective. Of course, we cannot do that because that would expose the hypocrisy and outright lies of those who seek our destruction and subjugation via moral rot and decay, the promotion of homosexuality and transexuals being a part of that. The tell is that it's no longer about forcing us to "accept" them and their lifestyles as normal. It's about persecuting those with traditional views of family and sexuality as evil. Where's the tolerance let alone the acceptance there? Focusing just on transsexualism alone, it's a psychosis that is conveniently being glommed onto as both a weapon to physically and mentally destroy children, as well as to create a whole group of new "victims" with which to accuse us of persecuting.

And it is indeed hell.

"How can we call ourselves a nation of laws when millions of non-citizens are denied the opportunity to assess the constitutionality of those laws?"Because, Cordelia, non-citizens are exactly that. They're NOT CITIZENS and as such have zero right to have any voice in what is and what is not Constitutional in a country where, yet again, they are not citizens.
