CNN suffered its worst ratings among primetime viewers in the most coveted demographic by advertisers -- dealing a gut punch to embattled new boss Mark Thompson.

The cable channel, which touts itself as "the most trusted name in news," drew just 83,000 viewers aged 25 to 54 during the week of May 13-19 from 8 to 11 p.m. -- its lowest-rated week since 1991, according to Nielsen.

LOL, 83,000?!

By contrast, Fox News garnered more than the twice the audience in the key demo, with 186,000 viewers, according to Nielsen. Left-leaning MSNBC was a distant second with 111,000, the data showed.

"Thompson better get his act together before he completely destroys CNN," a top TV news producer told The Post.

"It seems like he's thrown in the towel regarding cable."

CNN's three-hour primetime block during the week features the network's highest paid anchor, Anderson's Cooper, with his show "AC360" at 8 p.m....

There was a rumor some months ago that these high-pay, low-ratings boat anchors would have to take a haircut on their salaries if they didn't want to be fired.

But of course CNN doesn't have the balls to do that.

Its total viewership for the week was also paltry with 494,000, compared with 2 million for Fox News -- which shares common ownership with News Corp, the publisher of The Post. MSNBC pulled in 1.1 million, according to Nielsen.

"CNN's new name is Cancelled Network Now," a media insider quipped.

"Young people are as interested in Anderson Cooper as they are in Liza Minnelli."

Coincidentally, they share a hairdresser. I don't mean the same guy cuts their hair, I mean they both share him.

Another media insider said Wednesday: "I know it's cliché to say but Thompson is rearranging the deck chairs on The Titanic. He has no new ideas yet. But maybe his old media playbook will work. "

Last month, Thompson said the network faces an "existential crisis," as it deals with cord cutting and the shrinking cable TV business.

"Hand-picked" judge.

I have observed and participated in trials throughout the world. I have seen justice and injustice in China, Russia, Ukraine, England, France, Italy, Israel, as well as in nearly 40 of our 50 states.

Nearly 40? I think you can safely go right ahead and name the number, Alan. We can handle numbers as large as 39 or 38 without having to round to the nearest ten.

But in my 60 years as a lawyer and law professor, I have never seen a spectacle such as the one I observed sitting in the front row of the courthouse yesterday.

The judge in Donald Trump's trial was an absolute tyrant, though he appeared to the jury to be a benevolent despot. He seemed automatically to be ruling against the defendant at every turn.

Many experienced lawyers raised their eyebrows when the judge excluded obviously relevant evidence when offered by the defense, while including irrelevant evidence offered by the prosecution.

But when the defense's only substantive witness, the experienced attorney Robert Costello, raised his eyebrows at one of New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan's rulings, the court went berserk.

Losing his cool and showing his thin skin, the judge cleared the courtroom of everyone including the media.

For some reason, I was allowed to stay, and I observed one of the most remarkable wrong-headed biases I have ever seen. The judge actually threatened to strike all of Costello's testimony if he raised his eyebrows again.

That of course would have been unconstitutional because it would have denied the defendant his Sixth Amendment right to confront witnesses and to raise a defense.

It would have punished the defendant for something a witness was accused of doing.

Even if what Costello did was wrong, and it was not, it would be utterly improper and unlawful to strike his testimony -- testimony that undercut and contradicted the government's star witness.

The judge's threat was absolutely outrageous, unethical, unlawful and petty.

Moreover, his affect while issuing that unconstitutional threat revealed his utter contempt for the defense and anyone who testified for the defendant.

The public should have been able to see the judge in action, but because the case is not being televised, the public has to rely on the biased reporting of partisan journalists.

The judge has repeatedly allowed Michael Cohen to testify that he pleaded guilty to campaign finance charges, insinuating that those are the actions under dispute in this trial.

The defense wanted to bring in a witness to explain that those charges have nothing to do with this trial.

Judge Merchan refused.

Merchan says that only he gets to tell the jury what the law is -- even when he misstates it, or schemes with the Soros DAs to falsely imply that there are proven campaign finance abuses here.

BRAD SMITH: WHAT I WOULD HAVE TOLD THE TRUMP JURY.

In recent days, it has become clear that the Trump trial, in which Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg seeks to imprison former President Donald Trump for a maximum of 136 years over allegedly false bookkeeping, will somehow come down to federal campaign finance law. In this way: Trump is charged with falsifying his company's business records regarding his payment for a legal nondisclosure agreement with the porn actress Stormy Daniels -- and doing so with the intention of committing another crime. But prosecutors have never specified what that other crime is.

In various court filings, however, prosecutors have suggested they plan to argue that Trump intended, along with the false bookkeeping, to violate a state law that bars promoting a political candidacy "by unlawful means." That's the other crime, prosecutors will say, and the "unlawful means" will be a violation of the Federal Election Campaign Act, or FECA, the 1970s-era law that regulates political fundraising and spending in federal elections.

That would create a weird situation: a local district attorney in New York prosecuting federal law. "One would say Bragg is outside of his lane, but in this case, he's on a completely different highway," George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley told Fox News in March. "This is an effort by a state official to effectively prosecute a federal crime, a crime that the Department of Justice decided not to prosecute."

But that's what Bragg apparently plans to do. And that led the Trump defense to consult an expert in federal campaign finance law to be ready to testify in the event that Bragg's prosecutors do indeed characterize the Trump case as based on a violation of federal election law. The expert they chose was former Federal Election Commission Chairman Brad Smith, who is certainly one of the leading authorities in the nation on the application of FECA.

Smith has been an outspoken opponent of what he views is the overapplication of campaign finance law. Specifically, as this newsletter noted a couple of weeks ago, Smith "has argued that there are all sorts of things a candidate can spend money on that are not legally classifiable as 'for the purpose of influencing any election.'" Among those things would be the nondisclosure agreement Trump reached with Daniels.

The problem for Trump is that Judge Juan Merchan does not want to hear from Smith. Early on, Merchan barred Smith from testifying about virtually anything that had anything to do with the Trump case. He barred Smith from testifying about the campaign finance laws at the heart of Bragg's charges against Trump. He barred Smith from testifying about anything except general facts about the job of the FEC or the definition of some common campaign terms. In the end, the Trump team decided it was not worth calling Smith to testify under what amounted to a judicial gag order.

So Smith left the courthouse without testifying on Monday. As he headed home, we had a phone conversation about what he would have told the jury had Merchan allowed it.

Hit the link for his full would-be testimony. Basically, he wanted to explain that when people hear legal terms like "unlawfully influence," they will read their own common sense plain-meaning definitions into the term.

But he wanted to point out the FEC had made many, many rulings on what unlawful influence is -- and what it is not -- that are the controlling meaning.

Smith offered another example. "Go back to 1999. Hillary Clinton buys a house in New York. She bought it clearly to influence the election -- I mean absolutely, right? -- because she had to have a residence in New York. It is totally indisputable -- that is a reason why she bought it. But it's not a campaign expenditure. It doesn't matter. People buy houses. We would have wanted to inform the jury about the notion of personal use and talked about the idea that what is a campaign expense is an objective test, not a subjective test."

When it comes to the details of the Trump prosecution, knowing how campaign finance law works has led Smith to believe that what is alleged to be the core violation in the case, that paying Daniels amounted to a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure, is simply not true. "I can tell you my personal belief is that clearly paying hush money, or paying for a nondisclosure agreement, does not constitute a campaign expense," Smith said. "To use an example I've often used, it's not a campaign expense if a businessperson is running for office and his businesses are getting sued, and if he goes to his company lawyers and says, 'I want to settle these lawsuits against us. We've got some wage employment lawsuits and a woman is alleging sexual harassment. We've got 36,000 employees, but we've got these three complaints and the press will make a big deal about them. So I want you to settle these.' And the company lawyers say, 'No, these are great cases we should win. We shouldn't settle them.' He says, 'I don't care. I'm running for office. I don't want press stories on it. I want you to settle them quietly.' Well, he cannot use campaign funds to pay that settlement, even though he is clearly doing it for the purpose of influencing his campaign."

"It's kind of similar to what went on here," Smith continued, referring to the Trump case. "So my personal belief is that this clearly would not have been a campaign expenditure, never had to be reported, and therefore was not misreported."

Smith stressed again that he did not plan to testify about the specifics of the Trump case. Instead, he hoped to "lay out some of the factual work of the law -- how does the law work in practice?" But that's not going to happen.

As I've mentioned before: Even though Merchan made illegal donations to Biden and the Democrats -- I guess judges aren't allowed to do that in NY -- he was "hand-picked" to oversee the Trump Lynching Party.

"It is very clear, they say you can't make political contributions and he did," Turley said on "Fox and Friends" after co-host Ainsley Earhardt mentioned the donations. "And the fact it is 'de minimus' or small, really, I think, misses the point. You make donations to show your support, that is what that $15 did."

"What's also concerning for many is that Merchan was not randomly selected, he was hand-picked as the judge for this case, and many of us don't understand it," Turley continued. "You have a judge who is donor to the president, whose daughter is a major Democratic operative, you would think this would be an easy call, there are plenty of other judges."

Loren Merchan, the judge's daughter, works for a firm that helped Democratic causes raise $93 million off Trump's indictment in the case centering around a $130,000 payout to porn star Stormy Daniels, the New York Post reported. Merchan expanded a previously-issued gag order April 1 after former President Trump posted a link to the New York Post's report.

Meanwhile, Chuck Schumer is presenting the already-rejected fake border security bill. You know, the bill that hands out visas and work permits to tens of thousands of illegals, but offers no actual border security.

Republicans in both chambers of Congress are preparing to band together to block any hope of a Democrat-backed border bill getting to the finish line.

In a letter to senators dated Sunday evening, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., revealed his plan to bring an immigration bill to the floor once again after it was rejected primarily by Senate Republicans in February.

"We are hopeful this bipartisan proposal will bring serious-minded Republicans back to the table to advance this bipartisan solution for our border," he wrote.

The White House promptly backed Schumer's plan, with press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre calling on "every senator to put partisan politics aside and vote to secure the border."

Republicans were quick to push back on the majority leader's characterization of the bill. "The fake border bill will fail, again, because it does nothing to seriously secure the border -- just cement outrageous levels of illegal immigration," wrote Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

"Ironically, some Democrats will vote against it, because even pretending to limit illegal immigration is a step too far for them," he added.

The bill failed a test vote in February, by a vote of 49-50, short of the 60 votes needed to proceed.

Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., slammed Democrats reviving the bill as "political theatre."

"He thinks this vote will make you think Republicans are to blame for Biden's border crisis," he wrote on X.

Biden's White House, filthy with lies and cocaine, is claiming that if you don't vote for this bill, which officially sets a permissible level of 120,000 illegals per month entering our country before deportation is even considered, that means You Love Fentanyl.

Just last week, Biden admitted he was lying when the claimed he "needed" this bill to deport illegals. The fake border security measure in this bill gives the president the power to deport illegals if daily illegal crossings exceed 4,000 a day for several days.

Only then will deportations begin.

But Biden already has this power to deport, which he just admitted when he announced last week that he would implement this policy without the fake security bill he claims was necessary to take this step.

And yet-- Republicans are scheming to find a way to vote in favor of the fake security bill

Senator Barasso is proposing we use unspent covid funds to build some of the wall.

Sound good? It's not. He's proposing this as an amendment to the terrible fake border bill that guarantees us 120,000 illegal aliens every month.

I think this is intended to sweeten Comprehensive Amnesty for Republicans.

A new bill could designate unused federal COVID-19 funds to be used to continue the construction of the southern border wall as an illegal immigration crisis continues and voters cite the issue as one of the most important going into the November elections.

Senate Republican Conference Chairman John Barrasso, R-Wyo., introduced an amendment on Tuesday to a Democrat-backed border bill that is set to come back to the floor later this week.

Titled "The Build the Wall Act of 2024," the measure would create a "Southern Border Wall Construction Fund" and instruct the Department of Homeland Security to use unobligated funds that were initially authorized for pandemic recovery.

"Border walls work. Before President Biden came into office, we were well on our way to a secure and safe southern border. But on his first day in office, the president and Democrats rolled out the welcome mat for millions of illegal immigrants to come into our nation," Barrasso said in a statement.

If you're serious about border security, propose it as a stand-alone measure. Don't just propose it to provide cover to Republicans for voting in favor of f*cking amnesty for the thousandth time.

In the coming years, another demographic trend could help further close the pay gap in the U.S.: the rising ranks of single working women. Based on Census Bureau historical data and Morgan Stanley forecasts, 45% of prime working age women (ages 25-44) will be single by 2030--the largest share in history--up from 41% in 2018.

What's driving this trend? For starters, more women are delaying marriage, choosing to stay single or divorcing in their 50s and 60s. Women are also delaying childbirth or having fewer children than in the past.

"These shifting lifestyle norms are enabling more women, with or without children, to work full time, which should continue to raise the labor force participation rate among single females," says Zentner. Rising labor-force participation rates should put upward pressure on women's wages and help increase overall consumer spending.

As it stands, women already control a large share of the U.S. consumer wallet. They contribute an estimated $7 trillion to the U.S. gross domestic product per year, according to the Center for American Progress, and are the principal shoppers in 72% of households, according to consumer surveys conducted by MRI-Simmons.

Biden announces additional $7.7B in student loan handouts: "Billions more in election year giveaways"

The Biden administration has announced a new $7.7 billion student debt relief initiative for 160,000 borrowers, a move that has been criticized by Republicans as "unconstitutional" and an "election year giveaway."

The $7.7 billion relief package will benefit three categories of borrowers: those receiving Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), those enrolled in President Biden's Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan, and those receiving forgiveness on income-driven repayment (IDR) due to administrative adjustments.

As of this announcement, the Biden administration has cleared more than $167 billion in student loan debt for 4.75 million Americans in what Trump campaign Senior Advisor Jason Miller described as "Billions more in election year giveaways."

Republicans have criticized the move as unconstitutional and unfair to the American people, with some citing a 2022 Supreme Court ruling that the Biden administration overstepped its authority when it announced it would cancel up to $400 billion in student loans.

Biden's going to be announcing a lot of Jackpot Giveaways. And reminding voters of his previous government spending. He visited New Hampshire to make the less-controversial announcement about signing an actual Congress-passed law in 2022 increasing benefits for veterans.

And why was he doing a campaign event in New Hampshire at all?

Democrats have all but owned the Granite State's four Electoral College votes, winning seven of the past eight presidential contests -- including Joe Biden's eight-point victory over President Donald Trump in 2020.

But the latest NHJournal/Praecones Analytica poll finds Biden tied with Trump in New Hampshire, putting him at risk of becoming the first Democrat to lose the state since Al Gore in 2000.

The poll puts Trump ever-so-slightly ahead at 36.6%, with Biden at 36.5%, and RFKJr. at 14.6%.

Yesterday, news came out that a once-great, once-untouchable movie studio that spent most of its history churning out mega-hit cultural touchstones has finally been forced to begin its inevitable retrenching. Though it will likely prove to be an inadequate and ineffective attempt to stop the decline, Disney announced large-scale layoffs in its Pixar division.

Disney's 2006 acquisition of Pixar was a vision of things to come. It was the start of Bob Iger's acquisition spree that saw Disney take over major studios and media companies for the next decade. For a while, Disney was content to let the bees keep buzzing about and make honey. Along with the rest of the company, however, this changed by the middle of the last decade. Disney was no longer content to let the hive hum along because it had something too valuable for other purposes: its brand.

This is a good one, too.

In the Trump case, the "hand-picked" corrupt judge is ruling on the wording of his instructions to the jury. He's basically siding with Alvin Bragg's prosecutor (who is of course straight from the Biden Administration) on every issue.

He claims he wants to make it "as simple for the jury as possible" -- as simple as possible to convict, he means.

The Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal of Maryland's "assault weapons" ban.

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a challenge to a Maryland law that bans the sale of assault weapons such as AR-15s in the state.

The ban also applies to large capacity magazines.

Gun rights groups sued to challenge the ban, arguing that it violates the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

The high court typically does not provide the reasoning for declining a case.

A lower court is still considering the case.

The Supreme Court also refused to consider Maryland's policy of transing children behind parents' backs.

The Supreme Court declined on Monday to hear a case challenging a Maryland public school policy on gender identity as a violation of parental rights.

Part the guidelines includes a "Parental Preclusion Policy," which allows gender identity information to be hidden from parents.

In August, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the parents in Montgomery County, Md. who challenged the policy in the John and Jane Parents 1 v. Montgomery County Board of Education case had lacked legal standing for the lawsuit.

They had no standing to object to a policy explicitly about denying them information about their children. I assume these monsters mean that they don't have standing because the harm is (so far) hypothetical.

So we'll just have to wait for Maryland to trans a child behind her parents' back before we find out if the state is permitted to groom your children into irreversible transgenderism.

A federal judge, assumedly from Hawaii, has tossed a lawsuit that sought to block "gender confused men" from being put into the Sex Penitentiary with actual women.

"As a state agency, it is a long-established principle that the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is immune from suit in federal court under the Eleventh Amendment," the President Biden appointee wrote in her ruling last week.

"While not fully briefed by CDCR, the Court cannot conclude that CDCR has unequivocally waived immunity and consented to federal jurisdiction," Thurston said. "Though CDCR has appeared and defended this action through the filing of a motion to dismiss, these actions do not constitute unequivocally expressing a waiver of immunity or consent to suit."

Reuters is reporting that most of the aid coming into Gaza from the U.S. military's pier since Saturday was stolen by Palestinians as it made its journey to the UN's warehouse in nearby Deir El Balah.

Quick, let's give these violent savages a state so they can take their proper role in leading the planet into a golden future of terrorist bombings and poverty.

The Biden administration continues dreaming up ways to deliver aid to Gaza while knowing full well that aid is going to be stolen, likely by Hamas terrorists.

On Friday, 10 truckloads of food aid arrived at United Nations facilities in Gaza, courtesy of President Joe Biden's Gaza pier, a sitting duck target for Hamas terrorists if they ever decide to launch an attack on it. Then, on Saturday, only five trucks arrived after the other 11 were "cleaned out by Palestinians." No aid arrived on Sunday or Monday. (The pier is supposed to be helping deliver 90 trucks of aid per day).

In other words, reality once again has gotten in the way of Biden's poorly laid plans. We know Hamas has been stealing aid in Gaza for years, and there are even reports that U.N. employees are stealing and reselling aid. Even if neither Hamas nor U.N. employees are behind these thefts, that means other Palestinians are stealing aid to hoard or resell, which defeats the purpose of it being "aid" in the first place.

This has been the problem with aid to Gaza for years. Even when the aid does arrive, it has to go through the corrupt U.N. with dubious (to put it lightly) ties to Hamas, if U.N. employees aren't stealing that aid first. Now, Biden is putting the lives of American soldiers at risk to continue to push a small amount of aid to Palestinians in Gaza in hopes that it doesn't get stolen as most aid has been.

Hamas' propagandists are flooding twitter with claims that AKSHUALLY it's Israel that's blocking the deliveries.

This well-compensated liar says the real scandal is that the US is using the pier to secretly deliver arms to Israel.

Now I know you're a nasty stupid antisemitic rabble-rouser, but why would the US have to smuggle weapons covertly via this pier? We openly provide them with weapons and have done for 60 years.

The Biden administration announced Tuesday that it will be tapping into a gasoline stockpile meant for emergency situations to bring down prices at the pump ahead of the 2024 elections.

The Department of Energy (DOE) announced that it will be releasing one million barrels of gasoline from the Northeast Gasoline Supply Reserve (NGSR) with the explicit goal of bringing down gas prices. The NGSR was established in the wake of Superstorm Sandy to provide energy supply to the Northeast in the event of emergency or significant disruptions, serving as a de facto extension of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), according to the DOE.

The "stunning" admission that Michael Cohen stole from the Trump Organization visibly shocked CNN's Jake Tapper on Monday.

Cohen, the lawyer who made out the $130,000 hush money to former porn actress Stormy Daniels, told defense attorney Todd Blanche that he stole $30,000 from former President Donald Trump's company to get himself bonus money he believed he deserved relating to the reimbursement deal.

"It's fascinating stuff, and I have to say, I'm still kind of reeling from the revelation that Michael Cohen stole money from the Trump Organization and that wasn't, at least to my knowledge, that the prosecution didn't get that out earlier because it's not as though the prosecution is going to be helped by further evidence that Michael Cohen is a shady character ... that was just kind of stunning," Tapper said.

Chief legal analyst Laura Coates expressed surprise that the prosecution did not point to Cohen's admission or his reputation as a liar.

"If they can establish Michael Cohen as somebody who is not to be trusted about the amount of money as well, then they might be able to suggest that Donald Trump had no idea what he was truly paying," Coates said.

The same CNN panel said earlier in the segment that Cohen's admission could damage Bragg's case against Trump with "reasonable doubt" given that he stole from Trump and lied about where the funds were being directed to.

One, Michael Cohen was stealing from Donald Trump. He was lying to people about what he was doing with money, he pocketed at least the $30,000 by lying to Weisselberg ... $60,000, which by the way, this is crushing to the prosecution's credibility because the prosecution did not ask Michael Cohen about that on direct and they haven't made him plead guilty to larceny, which this is, so let's start with that."

"The other reason it's so important is the money that Michael Cohen stole from under Donald Trump's nose by his own admission, was part of the $420,000 that Michael Cohen was reimbursed for Stormy Daniels," Honig added. "So the heart of the prosecution's case is, that whole setup where they were going to repay Michael Cohen $420,000 to reimburse him for Stormy Daniels. That was all done to pay Stormy Daniels. Trump knew it. Trump knew every penny. That's why he's guilty. Now it turns out Trump is getting robbed by his own guy."

The 86-year-old self-appointed Sultan of Davos sent an email to staff on Tuesday announcing that he will no longer run the world's most prominent globalist advocacy group although he will likely stay on in some non-executive role, the website Semafor claimed.

A WEF spokesman told the website that the Forum will be changing its governance structure and that as a result, Schwab "will transition from Executive Chairman to Chairman of the Board of Trustees" by the start of next year.

Although Schwab has not officially named a successor, the Financial Times reported that former Norwegian Foreign Minister and current WEF President Borge Brende will take over the top job in Davos.

Last year, the POLITICO website reported that, according to 29 WEF insiders, Schwab is treating the organisation like a "family heirloom", indicating that Schwab may have sought to appoint one of his two children, Nicole and Olivier -- both of whom already serve in high-ranking positions within the WEF -- as a next executive.

First he goes through the perjuries and uncharged grand larcenies of Michael Cohen.

Then he turns to the judge helping his daughter collect money.

Merchan has not given any indication that he is seriously considering a directed verdict, which he should clearly grant before this goes to the jury.

Merchan's rulings have largely favored the prosecution, including some rulings that left some of us mystified.

Judge Merchan continues to allow the jury to hear references to campaign-finance violations that do not exist.

After gutting any use of a legal expert to testify on the absence of any such violations, the judge allowed the jury to hear Michael Cohen state that the payments to Stormy Daniels were clearly campaign violations.

All that Merchan would offer is a weak instruction telling jurors not to take such statements as proof of a violation.

The alleged campaign-finance violations allowed Cohen to try to implicate Trump. However, it is doubtful that Trump could have been convicted on such a charge in any other venue.

Indeed, after reviewing the Trump payments, not only did the Justice Department decline any charges but the Federal Election Commission did not even seek a civil fine.

On Monday, Judge Merchan's orders became even more inexplicable when Cohen's former attorney Robert Costello took the stand.

Merchan immediately started to sustain a flurry of prosecutors' objections as Costello basically accused Cohen of multiple acts of perjury.

At one point, Costello -- one of the most experienced lawyers in New York and a former prosecutor -- exclaimed that one of the judge's rulings was "ridiculous."

The judge chastised Costello and even challenged him: "Are you staring me down?"

In fact, it was hard not to stare. What is happening in the courtroom of Judge Juan Merchan is anything but ordinary.

The president spoke at the HBCU's graduation ceremony on Sunday despite the threat of interrupting anti-Israel protesters. During his speech, he talked about George Floyd and how Black Americans face racism in the country.

"You missed your high school graduation. You started college just as George Floyd was murdered, and there was a reckoning on race. It's natural to wonder if the 'democracy' you hear about actually works for you. What is democracy? That Black men are being killed in the street," Biden said.

He continued, "What is democracy? The trail of broken promises still leaves Black communities behind. What is democracy? You have to be ten times better than anyone else to get a fair shot. Most of all, what does it mean? As you've heard before, to be a Black man who loves his country even if it doesn't love him back in equal measure."

"They don't see you in the future of America. But they're wrong," he added.

Seems like the bitter old Confederate Joe Biden is the one who doesn't see black people in the future of America. He's stirring up racial separatist feelings.

The crowd applauded at his comment.

Social media users later called out Biden for appearing to frame the United States as racist and demeaning Black students.

"Imagine working hard for years to graduate from college and Joe Biden shows up on your day of celebration to remind you that you're a victim and America doesn't love you because you're black," Wrong Speak Publishing founder Adam Coleman wrote.
