Good Morning Kids. All you have to do is peruse the links Above the Fold to understand the twisted mindset of an alarming percentage of the populace insofar as they have been brainwashed. Couple their unshakeable faith that we are evil and they are good just and true with the credo of by any means necessary and you get calls from all quarters of the Left to literally kill Donald Trump and the Supreme Court justices, as justified and justifiable for the preservation of so-called democracy.

And there's this twisted logic calling on Biden to use the legitimate ruling by SCOTUS in Trump's favor in finding his actions in an official capacity as non-prosecutable to act as a lawless tyrant to go after Trump.

Former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner suggested in a Tuesday video that President Joe Biden utilize the Supreme Court’s Monday immunity ruling to prevent former President Donald Trump’s reelection. “This is going to sound like the stuff of Hollywood scripts, but it’s a conversation we need to have. President Biden can use his new power, power that the Supreme Court just bestowed on him,” Kirshner said. “Unfortunately, it is the power of lawlessness, lawlessness with impunity and immunity. He can use that power to protect American democracy against an avowed day-one dictator. Hard to imagine we’re having that conversation, but just imagine, friends, if Donald Trump retakes the reins of governmental power and he becomes the dictator he has promised us he will become.” Kirschner then laid out what he believes Trump’s next presidential term would be like, claiming “he said he’s going to be all about revenge.”

Funny how when SCOTUS or non-leftists legitimately wield legitimate power and law to reverse the past 100 years of the anti-American counter-revolution, even an iota that is somehow revenge, and a threat to democracy, yet when leftists use their power and the power of the state to crush any voice of dissent, then that of course is completely in keeping with preserving democracy.

For example, some kid gets slapped with a Felony charge for leaving tire marks on a Pride mural. Oh the humanity! Maybe if he urinated on it he'd get the medal of freedom? I mean after all, they were urinating on each other in front of children in San Francisco at something called a "Fetish Zone."

If you dare raise as much as an eyebrow in disapproval, you will be drone-struck, figuratively or find yourself facing a stretch in prison for the heinous act of protesting abortion. Somehow, a judge found the stones to block the junta, at least in this case. Of course, the trajectory we find ourselves on means this judge might find she's out of a job sooner or later.

Old Yeller: Politico Reports That the White House Staff is Afraid of Biden's Bursts of Demented Anger, and "Curate" -- Soften, Fictionalize -- His Briefings So That He Doesn't Scream

When the brain starts going, it's not just the memory that diminishes. It's so-called "executive function," the part of your brain that imposes discipline on the other parts of your brain and dampens the temper and the emotions.

Our Chief Executive has lost his executive function.

During meetings with aides who are putting together formal briefings they'll deliver to Biden, some senior officials have at times gone to great lengths to curate the information being presented in an effort to avoid provoking a negative reaction.

"It's like, 'You can't include that, that will set him off,' or 'Put that in, he likes that,'" said one senior administration official. "It's a Rorschach test, not a briefing. Because he is not a pleasant person to be around when he's being briefed. It's very difficult, and people are scared shitless of him."

By the way, I'm tired of assholes like Murderin' Joe -- and Joe Biden himself -- saying this is just his "Irishman" coming out.

No, it's his dementia coming out. Bigots.

The Politico article, by the way, attempts to shift blame from Democrats in general, and blame just one tiny group: "the Inner Circle." The Cincinnati IRS Office of the Democrat Party, if you like.

Over the course of his presidency, Joe Biden's small clutch of advisers have built an increasingly protective circle around him, limiting his exposure to the media and outside advice -- an effort to manage public perceptions of the oldest person to ever hold the office and tightly control his political operation.

It's just a "small clutch of advisors," guys. Everybody else in the Media-Democrat Party is completely innocent.

The official said, "He doesn't take advice from anyone other than those few top aides, and it becomes a perfect storm because he just gets more and more isolated from their efforts to control it."

Just a "few top aides" are responsible for the Big Lie.

Every other Media-Democrat operative is as shocked as you are. Swearsies!

Biden's family also blames "top aides."

Even the president's family, which gathered Sunday at Camp David for a previously scheduled portrait session with photographer Annie Leibovitz and private conversations about where to go from here, was pointing the finger at long-standing members of the senior team: senior adviser Anita Dunn, one of several proponents of the earlier debate, and former chief of staff Ron Klain, who oversaw the week of debate prep at Camp David. But Biden himself told those aides he wasn't blaming them, according to a person familiar with the conversation.

Jill Biden had no idea that her husband was senile! "Top aides" restrict her access to her husband, you know.

If this news sounds familiar to you, that's because a year ago Axios' Alex Thompson, who I have to admit has not shied away from covering this story and is still on top of it, wrote a piece called "Old Yeller: Biden's Private Fury."

I wrote about it at the time. I'll direct you to Sexton's article to read it. Here are the opening sentences:

In public, President Biden likes to whisper to make a point. In private, he's prone to yelling.

Behind closed doors, Biden has such a quick-trigger temper that some aides try to avoid meeting alone with him. Some take a colleague, almost as a shield against a solo blast.

The president's admonitions include: "God dammit, how the f**k don't you know this?!," "Don't f**king bullsh*t me!" and "Get the f**k out of here!" -- according to current and former Biden aides who have witnessed and been on the receiving end of such outbursts.

Why it matters: The private eruptions paint a more complicated picture of Biden as a manager and president than his carefully cultivated image as a kindly uncle who loves Aviator sunglasses and ice cream.

Is it possible that Biden actually believes that inflation under Trump was 9%, because his staffers have lied to him about this, to avoid his demented fury?

I know this syndrome. I experienced it with my dad before he passed. It was not his "inner Irishman" coming out -- he had Alzheimer's. He was raging at every nurse in the hospital for everything.

And by the way: He liked ice cream at the end. And milk.

I don't know if that's common with people with dementia, or just a coincidence.

And in a way, I did see "two different people" with my dad. Sometimes he'd be well behaved and sweet. Sometimes he'd fly off the wall in absolute rage.

No, he was not fit to be President of the United States. You should not have to hide upsetting news from the Commander-in-Chief depending on whether he was "fuzzy" or "in one of his moods" or not.

That said, Biden should definitely stay in the race. He's the only one who can save our precious democracy from Der Drumpfenfuhrer.

Last night, Biden's Brain Trust -- the people trusted to manage his dying brain -- decided that if you can't beat Trump, join him, and trotted out a Nuclear Orange Biden.

The video of the Senile Orange Man's brief, 4-and-a-half minute statement is here. He read directly from the teleprompter, then quickly turned and left, allowing no actual press questions at this "press event."

The man who's Running to Save Democracy decided, again, to attack the third branch of government, and attempt to bully it into becoming yet another politicized institution.

President Biden called the Supreme Court ruling on former President Trump's immunity claims in his federal Jan. 6 criminal case on Monday a "dangerous precedent."

Why it matters: The high court's 6-3 ruling that Trump had immunity from criminal prosecution for "official acts" taken while in the White House has major implications for presidential power.

What he's saying: Biden said in his Monday evening address that the Supreme Court's majority decision in the Trump case "almost certainly means that there are virtually no limits what the president can do."

Biden obviously wanted to pick a fight over something to give him an excuse to slap on his Savage Bronze Skin Dye and go out there and show he's "in command."

He chose to undermine the authority of the Court. Didn't he just demand that we "respect the judiciary" after the Trump Fake Conviction?

Indeed he did. But that was a month ago, and Biden can't remember having done that.

Of course, the desperate, despicable Biden could not even pretend this wet fart of a statement was about anything other than attempting to do some damage to Trump that he failed to do on Thursday night:

The ruling marks "a fundamentally new principle" and "a dangerous precedent, because the power of the office will no longer be constrained by the law, even including the Supreme Court of the United States, the only limits will be self imposed by the president alone," Biden said.

Biden said it meant that "any president, including Donald Trump, will now be free to ignore the law," though he emphasized that he would continue to respect the limits of presidential power.

"This decision today has continued the court's attack in recent years on a wide range of long established legal principles in our nation, from gutting voting rights and civil rights to taking away a woman's right to choose to today's decision that undermines the rule of law of this nation," he said.

Why do leftists continue insisting the limited acknowledgment of presidential immunity allows the president to "order Seal Team Six to assassinate a presidential rival?" Because the "wise Latina" Sotormayor lied about that.

There's a thing in politics and law called "the parade of horribles." When you want to attack a ruling, or potential ruling, you start dreaming up this huge parade of horrible, horrible things that will flow from the decision.

But this is a rhetorical gambit, not reality. No one of any intelligence at all believes the president could "order the murder of a rival candidate." (Although, apparently a president can order unending lawfare against a rival.)

So why does every leftist believe this?

Because the Marxist Media that gaslights them at every turn keeps insisting that this ruling means the president can just start murdering people as part of his "core constitutional powers" or something.

Fake Jake strikes again:

On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court released their ruling on the hotly contested issue of presidential immunity. The ruling was limited in that presidents had immunity for acts done in an official capacity under the office but certain acts -- particularly those done outside the office of president -- were not. But CNN's Jake Tapper, who's at the center of a $1 billion defamation suit against CNN, kept coming back to an insane, liberal conspiracy theory that the ruling opened the door to presidents assassinating their political rivals.

After playing oral argument audio from April, in which liberal Justice Sotomayor floated the bonkers notion of a president ordering SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival, Tapper asked a panel of CNN legal analysts: "Did the court say, 'Yeah, you can assassinate a political rival?'"

He was immediately rebuked by Elie Honig. "No, I don't think they did," he declared, barely letting Tapper finish the question. "The basis for Donald Trump's legal argument that maybe he can order an assassination and still be okay.

If a president can't order an assassination, then Obama should be charged for murder -- for which there is no statute of limitations to save him.

Is that what they want?

No, Fake Jake: Answer us. Is that what you want?

Because we can make that happen for you.

Is this preposterous argument that they offered below that, while a president can only be indicted if he's first impeached by the House and convicted by the Senate. The Supreme Court explicitly rejected that argument; impeachment has nothing to do with this, that's not the test."

His fellow legal analysts also shot down Tapper's suggestion (Click "expand"):

ELLIOT WILLIAMS: To your question, Jake, someone's got to decide what's the official act. Right? The challenge here, and this was what Sotomayor was getting at in her point, somebody has to make the call as to whether even the SEAL -- the preposterous SEAL Team 6 example falls under the ambit of official acts and that's litigation months in court?

JIM SCHULTZ: No. Agreed. I think that's something that we'll have to be decided by the trial court, if we were faced with that preposterous type of scenario, no doubt about it.

The media is always telling us to "trust the experts" -- the handpicked leftwing experts they call on for every question, knowing what they'll say ahead of time.

But here, the experts are telling Jake that his scenario is "preposterous."

Fake Jake don't care. He's not going to Trust the Experts at all.

But less than two minutes later, Tapper latched on Sotomayor's dissent to insist that his interpretation of the ruling was correct:

I wanna just read something from a Justice Sotomayor's dissent on some of these issues that we're talking about. "Let the president violate the law." She writes in her dissent, "Let them exploit the trappings of his office for personal gain. Let him use his official power for evil ends. Because if he knew that he may one day face liability for breaking the law, he might not be as bold and fearless as we would like them to be. That is the majority's message today. Orders the Navy SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival: immune. Organizes a military coup to hold onto power: immune. Takes a bribe in exchange for a pardon: immune. Immune, immune, immune."

He prefaced that reading with by bloviating about how "obviously there is a crisis of confidence in the U.S Supreme Court."

CNN anchor Kasie Hunt, who has made a name for herself by shouting down criticism of CNN, agreed with Tapper that Sotomayor's opinion was a "remarkable and very stark way to think about out it."

Biden's Not the Candidate Yet: Democrat Donors Threaten to Close Their Wallets; Privately, Obama Wants Biden Out of the Race

Key Democrat donors threaten to pull plug if Biden doesn't resign, as furious party insiders reveal 'worst fears' about ailing president have now been confirmed: 'How stupid do they think we are?'

Growing Democratic uproar over President Joe Biden's shockingly feeble debate performance on Thursday night appears to be turning into a full-blown party revolt.

'For Biden's own good and the good of the country, he should step aside immediately,' major Democratic donor and former hedge fund manager Whitney Tilson told DailyMail.com. 'The fact that it has now been three days and Biden has done nothing to reassure us confirms my worst fears.'

Tilson has given the party more than $300,000 in recent years.

Days after the President struggled to hold his train of thought and tailed off mid-answer into incomprehensible gibberish during the CNN debate, left-wing benefactors are still up in arms.

On Saturday, Biden appeared at a New York fundraiser — in a glitzy Long Island beach town — and, according to one attendee, read a simple 15-minute speech off a teleprompter, before leaving without taking any questions.

'Doing that for the next five months is not going to be enough,' the fundraiser guest said, stressing that Biden's understandably anxious supporters deserve reassurance that he is capable of defeating Donald Trump in November.

But later on Saturday night, Democratic National Committee Chairman Jaime Harrison and Biden campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez only further stoked concerns on a conference call with wavering DNC members.

'The call was akin to a rah-rah speech,' said John Verdejo, a party member from North Carolina who told the Mail he was surprised when call organizers failed to address the 'elephant in the room', namely Biden's inability to speak clearly.

Other DNC members went even further than Verdejo in their criticisms. Some said that they felt 'gaslighted' by campaign officials on the call who seemed to deny that there was anything to be concerned about. The official Team Biden line appears to be: Nothing to see here.

'On every metric that matters, data shows [the debate] did nothing to change the American people's perception,' Jen O'Malley Dillon, chair of the Biden-Harris 2024 campaign, insisted in a memo released this weekend.

Hardly anyone believes that spin.

'The data!?' tweeted Mike LaRosa, former Press Secretary to First Lady Jill Biden. 'If there is data that counters the impact of what we all saw then WHERE THE HELL IS IT???'

Democrat donor Whitney Tilson similarly didn't his mince words.

'They're p***ing on our legs and telling us it's raining. It's insulting. How stupid do they think we are?'

In fact, a CBS News/YouGov poll conducted over the two days following the CNN debate found that 72 percent of registered voters now do not believe that Biden has the 'mental and cognitive health to serve as president'. That number is up from 65 percent in early June.

I don't know how stupid they think you are, but I think you're pretty dumb.

Why is it that only consumers of Marxist Media are always shocked to hear the truth? Kinda says something about their reporting, doesn't it?

So Biden is losing donors.

That's okay, so long as he holds on to the support of the man who's really the president, Barack Obama.

Wait, Tucker Carlson's "unusually good source" says that Barky wants Biden gone, too?

From an unusually good source: Obama's tweet supporting Joe Biden was disingenuous. In private, Obama is telling people Biden can't win, and he is therefore in favor of an open convention. Obama will not say whom he supports, nor as of yesterday afternoon had he met personally with Biden to deliver the message. Relations between the Obamas and the Bidens have never been warm. At times they've been hostile. But recently they've deteriorated further, mostly due to Jill Biden. In the hours and days after the debate, she kept her husband cloistered away from anyone who might convince him to drop out. Jill Biden is the driving force behind her husband's reelection campaign, just as she was in 2020, when other members of the family (including Biden's sister Val) considered him too impaired to run. The next generation of potential Democratic candidates understands all this as an opportunity and they're circling, particularly Gretchen Whitmer, who is promoting herself aggressively.

What a See-You-Next-Cunt.

The Daily Caller recently reported on the animosity between the Bidens and the Obamas.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama is reportedly frustrated with how her close friend Kathleen Buhle, Hunter Biden's ex-wife, was "exiled" and "wronged" by the Biden family following the divorce, two people familiar with the relationship told Axios. The former first lady's feelings towards the situation coupled with her emotions towards politics, have kept Obama off the campaign trail despite President Barack Obama's participation, the sources told Axios.

President Obama has frequently appeared on the campaign trail with Biden and has appeared in several social media videos with the president, Axios reported, making note that Michelle has often not appeared in these settings. After attending one event with Biden in 2017, Obama called the Biden family dynamics "weird shit," a source told Axios. The event was for the Beau Biden Foundation and circulated around the Biden family, coming shortly after Hunter Biden had divorced Buhle and was in a relationship with his late brother's widow, Hallie Biden, Axios reported.

An Axios reporter, Alex Thompson, says the White House campaign staff is "freaking the f*** out."

Are they really? Or are they pretending to?

What we see again and again as this conspiracy collapses is that everyone blames other people for the conspiracy. The media claims, "We didn't know, we were lied to by the Democrats." The Democrats claim, "We didn't know, we were lied to by the White House."

And even at the White House, they're claiming, "We didn't know, it was the Inner Circle, which keeps all of us away from Biden."

They are all scrambling to save their future careers. No one likes a liar. Leftwing liars who essentially walk Donald Trump right into the White House will lose their Democrat Party jobs and media shows.

Be that as it may, White House campaign staffers claim to be freaking out.

Officials on President Biden's White House and campaign staffs say they're feeling rage, sadness, frustration and resolve over his debate performance and his team's response to it, more than a dozen White House and campaign aides told Axios.

Why it matters: Biden's performance at the debate has left many of his own aides worried about his mental fitness, and angry about what they see as a lack of candor from Biden's senior aides.

"Senior aides." "The inner circle."

They lied about Biden's mental fitness to people who... work in the White House and see Biden all the time.

They just found out about Biden's mental issues, guys. They're as shocked as anybody.

"It's the first topic of every conversation," one White House official said. "Senior leadership has given us nothing. To act like it's business as usual is delusional."

Another official put it more bluntly: "Everyone is freaking the f*** out."

"The uncertainty after Thursday is palpable and anxiety is only increasing," a third White House official told Axios.

"People are looking for leadership and direction that they were told to trust, and hoped was there, but aren't yet feeling in what is now clearly a defining moment for this presidency."

Driving the news: On Friday, the day after Biden's debate against former President Trump, many senior White House officials addressed the president's lackluster performance with staffers.

Many officials felt they only were being given talking points, with no real explanation of why Biden appeared unable to string sentences together or articulate a case for himself over Trump.

The lack of answers from senior aides has continued this week, leading to growing anger and resentment among many inside the Biden camp.

White House spokesperson Andrew Bates said that "we have a lot of experience keeping -- and spreading -- the faith in moments where we're counted out by staying focused on delivering for the American people and building on the most successful record of any modern presidency."

It gets worse: New reporting from the New York Times says that Biden wasn't starting his workday at 10am for the debates, but 11am.

And he needed an hour-long nap during the sessions.

The first House Democrat, Lloyd Doggett of Texas, has called for Biden to drop out.

"Too much is at stake to risk a Trump victory--too great a risk to assume that what could not be turned around in a year, what was not turned around in the debate, can be turned around now," the longtime Texas Democrat said in a statement.

"My decision to make these strong reservations public is not done lightly, nor does it in any way diminish my respect for all that President Biden has achieved," Doggett continued.
"I am hopeful that he will make the painful and difficult decision to withdraw. I respectfully call on him to do so."

There's a growing chorus of public (not anonymous) calls for Biden to retire gracelessly.

Driving the news: Rep. Lloyd Doggett (D-Texas) on Tuesday became the first sitting Democratic member of Congress to call for Biden to step down, as did former Rep. Tim Ryan (D-Ohio) and Colorado congressional candidate Adam Frisch.

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) said in a local TV news interview on Monday that the Biden campaign should be "candid with us about his condition," while Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Mich.) said on CNN the campaign "needs to listen to us."

Sen. Peter Welch (D-Vt.), in an interview with Semafor, chastised the campaign for its "dismissive attitude," alluding to a fundraising email last week that dismissed those with concerns as "bedwetters."

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said on MSNBC that it was "legitimate" to ask of both Biden and Trump: "Is this an episode or a condition?'

Biden's Cross-Dressing, Women's-Clothes-Stealing, Puppy-Sex-Playing Former Nuclear Materials Safety Chief Escapes a Prison Sentence -- For the Third Time

He's been to trial three times for three separate incidents of stealing luggage in an airport. He's three-for-three in getting no time.

But you know they're going to sentence Trump to jail.

ARLINGTON, Va.--Sam Brinton is a free man. The disgraced former Department of Energy official pleaded guilty to petit larceny as part of a sweetheart deal that will see him serve no jail time after facing felony charges that carried a sentence of up to 20 years.

State prosecutors quietly announced the plea deal during a hearing last week in Arlington General District Court, which is just an eight-minute drive from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport where Brinton stole a Tanzanian female fashion designer's luggage containing her custom designs six years ago.

According to prosecutors, Brinton entered into an adult diversion program, which requires him to undergo mental health treatment, write a letter of apology, and complete 50 hours of community service helping the elderly. As part of the deal, the charges against Brinton were amended from grand larceny, a felony offense, to petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

The agreement allows Brinton--who made headlines in June 2022 as one of the first-ever nonbinary gender-fluid federal appointees--to escape jail time in a case that could have resulted in as many as 20 years imprisonment, according to Virginia sentencing guidelines for grand larceny. The agreement marks the third time Brinton has been able to escape serving any jail time for stealing women's luggage from airports.

Trump Files Motion to Toss Manhattan Conviction, Citing Presidential Immunity

This is not a winning motion. In the Manhattan case, he's accused -- falsely -- of mis-categorizing payments to Stormy Barn-Vagina as a private citizen, before he was president. This is a delaying maneuver only.

But there will be a delay. Alvin Bragg has agreed that the motion should be argued before sentencing, which had been scheduled for July 11.

The hearing will probably be scheduled in a couple of weeks, and last a couple of days. (A hearing on a motion doesn't take a long time like a trial often does.) Then the decision will be quickly written by leftwing operative Judge Merchan. Trump does then have the right to appeal his ruling, but I don't think that Bragg will agree to delay the sentencing through the appeals process.

I just don't see this delaying things more than a month. He won't be able to push this past the election or anything.

In better news, Professor William Jacobsen says that the DC case against Trump has "mostly gone away" due to the immunity ruling-- the hearings and appeals will delay it until after the election, and Tanya Chutkan will not get her big chance to convict Trump before the election.

Polls: Trump Jumps Out to Big Lead Over Biden

CNN has Trump out to a six point lead. Which is the result I'm worried about. The wailing and gnashing about Biden will come back in full force.

On the other hand, the other possible candidates don't do too much better than Biden. Surprisingly, Kamala does the best, only behind Trump by 2.

A Democracy Corps poll -- and Democracy Corps sounds like a bunch of commie gobbedlygook to me -- now puts Trump up by... 8.

President Biden needed another stage of momentum to raise his approval and his vote nationally and in the battleground states. His approval went down 2 points and the deficit with Trump grew 8 points. And on who is better handling an issue, he lost 6 to 7 points of margin on inflation, strong, and makes me feel safe. In the past, the polls have almost always reflected the direction and patterns we identify here.

Donald Trump didn't benefit on any measure, except the vote. ...

They mean, on specific issues, Trump did not improve. Biden lost support, making Trump look better relatively, but Trump's numbers themselves did not go up. Except on the question of who people intend to vote for.

[Biden] took his biggest hit with Black voters and Hispanics, as well as third party voters. ... The biggest shifts against Biden started at 5 points and came on the border, common sense, getting higher wages and salaries, infrastructure, controlling inflation, being strong, and making me safer.

For those who say the national polls are meaningless -- they're not -- here's a guy going throug the state-by-state polling and calling the electoral college as the state polls now stand. Spoiler alert: Trump wins, and not by a little. Trump takes all of the swing states, and takes Maine and New Hampshire, too. He even takes Minnesota.

One purple/blue state he loses is Virginia.

We'll see about that.

Jake Tapper is in full partisan mode -- against Biden. He knows Biden will lose to Trump, and, after covering up for Biden for years and years, is now posing as a Jonny-Come-Lately "Truth Teller," telling Democrats to stop pretending we didn't see what we all saw.

The Morning Rant: Minimalist Edition

For many years, Israel's preferred tactic was the rigorously controlled surgical strike. One missile into the third window from the northwest corner, seventh floor, after warning the entire building to get out. Sure...it worked after a fashion, but the Islamists continued to build their terror infrastructure; continued to build up weapons stores in preschools and hospitals; continued to preach their 1,400 year old message of hate, and consolidated their grip on a willing populace.

But the scale and brutality of the October 7th Pogrom changed the paradigm within Israel. Ignoring the hard left, with their insatiable desire for power over all else (including the survival of the state!), most Israelis are convinced that Hamas must be reduced to almost nothing, and the hyper-militarization of Gaza must end. And if that requires a low-intensity war for many months, and then regular operations to keep Hamas wallowing in the mud...then so be it.

Of course the usual suspects are frothing at the mouth with their incessant condemnations of everything Israel does in its defense, but as Israel methodically pounds Hamas, each event elicits a smaller reaction from the media and the professional Israel/Jew haters. And the arrant stupidity of a compliant world media accepting unquestioningly the ridiculous claims from the terrorists themselves about tens of thousands of innocents killed -- mostly women and children of course -- has been exposed.

Has the world become less enamored of their brave freedom fighters hiding behind toddlers in the tunnels under Gaza? No, but it grows tired of the constant battering from obviously nonsensical claims. This does not mean that Israel can relax its vigilance...there has been no sea change...it is simply exhaustion. They will eventually regroup and re-energize their battalions of useful idiots, and the marches and protests and attacks on Jews around the world will continue. But Hamas is being degraded as a military (with apologies to real soldiers) force and as the power in Gaza. And that is the goal.

What comes next should be of less importance to Israel. The Arab world is welcome to rebuild Gaza and make it Singapore-On-The Mediterranean. Or at least spout nonsensical platitudes about it while doing very little. But it isn't Israel's problem. No...Israel's problem is terrorists crossing its borders and killing its citizens. And they are dealing with that issue quite effectively.

But the larger issue of Hezbollah, and then the core issue: Iran, remains unresolved. With a Democrat in the White House, the threat of a regional war, complete with nuclear weapons, grows day by day. Realistically, Israel will have to go it alone against Iran and its proxies, and if the Biden/Obama junta allows an Iranian nuclear weapon, then the world is going to become a much more dangerous place for a short while.

A Trump presidency would immediately calm the waters. It is well known that he is not an Iranophile, and that he understands Iran's place in the hierarchy of global destabilization.

So...vote Donald Trump...For World Peace!

Good Morning Kids. So SCOTUS came out yesterday with the decision that confirms the logical and to the best of my knowledge precedent that presidents do indeed have immunity from prosecution over things they did that fall under the purview of their official acts. Of course the Leftists are in complete freakout mode over this because they have been attempting to railroad Donald Trump as some sort of mad tyrannical dictator in claiming things he did while in office where tyrannical in nature and as such demand his being hung drawn and quartered:

Recently, senators demanded that Chief Justice John Roberts appear to answer to them for his own decisions. (Roberts wisely declined.)
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer previously declared in front of the Supreme Court, “I want to tell you, [Neil] Gorsuch, I want to tell you, [Brett] Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.”
Now Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) announced that she will seek the impeachment of all six of the conservative justices. She was immediately joined by other Democratic members.
Notably, scholars have long disagreed where to draw the line on presidential immunity. The court adopted a middle approach that rejected extreme arguments on both sides. 
Yet, because Ocasio-Cortez disagrees with their decision, she has declared that this “is an assault on American democracy. It is up to Congress to defend our nation from this authoritarian capture.”
Previously, Ocasio-Cortez admitted that she does not understand why we even have a Supreme Court. She asked “How much does the current structure benefit us? And I don’t think it does.”
Other members, such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), have called for packing the Court with additional members to immediately secure a liberal majority to rule as she desires.
For these pundits and politicians, justice is merely an extension of politics and subject to the whims of the majority. . .

. . . None of these threats or bloviating will work. The court is designed to stand against everyone and everything except for the Constitution. It has been forged for his moment.

Unfortunately like so many others, despite getting it 100% right especially in that first sentence, he does not seem to realize that the Constitution and its underlying principles are no longer respected by a considerable percentage of the populace and at least one of the two main political parties of this nation and too much of the other alleged opposition party that looks the other way. What Democrats cannot control or bend to their will in their sending quest for absolute power is to either be destroyed, or delegitimized. This decision will only add fuel to their fire to fundamentally transform America as founded into yet another failed dystopian nightmare.

OF course, fresh from his disastrous debate performance, Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants' handlers thought it was a great idea to shove the corpse in front of a teleprompter to rail against the SCOTUS and rally his base. Cue the lead balloon:

Biden spoke for five minutes, from a teleprompter, on the court finding that presidents have immunity from criminal prosecution for “official acts” taken in office. After Biden criticized the decision, calling it a “dangerous precedent,” he quickly left without taking a single question as reporters shouted inquiries his way. . .

. . . “I know I will respect the limits of the presidential powers I have for three and a half years, but any president including Donald Trump, will now be free to ignore the law. I concur with Justice Sotomayor’s dissent today. Here’s what she said: she said ‘in every use of official power, the president is now a king above the law. With fear for our democracy, I dissent.’ End of quote. So should the American people dissent — I dissent,” Biden concluded.

HE's reading his teleprompter cues because he has a cold, right? In any case, let's not start initiating a venturi effect on our nether regions just yet.

Justice Barrett’s comments have created a critical, largely overlooked opening for Democrats and their Special Counsel. Barrett hinted that if prosecutors concentrate exclusively on Trump’s private acts, they might succeed in their legal efforts against him. This insight essentially offers a strategic roadmap for those aiming to hold Trump accountable.

The key question here is this: "When Trump was questioning the accuracy of the vote count, was he doing it in his capacity as the U.S. President or as a candidate running for office?"
The Biden campaign, or whoever his replacement is, can expedite the laser-focused case against Trump the campaigner, while niftily bogging down his campaign to fight the newly invented legal action. This perspective implies that Trump’s remarks and actions on January 6, for instance, might be reclassified as those of a candidate rather than a president, thus stripping him of immunity for those specific actions.

Justice Barrett's suggestion does not merely reflect a hypothetical scenario. It outlines a tangible legal strategy. By urging the Special Counsel to fine-tune their indictments to emphasize unequivocally private conduct, Barrett indirectly points to a way to bypass the delays and complications associated with broader, less distinct charges.
This brings to light the broader issue of how legal interpretations can shift political dynamics. The Supreme Court’s ruling and Barrett’s remarks underscore the delicate balance between legal principles and political maneuvering. It raises questions about the extent to which legal strategies are influenced by the political landscape and vice versa.

How does one get actual originalists on the court who have fealty to the Constitution as written when every aspect of government and of course our academia brainwashing mills from K all the way through post grad and law school are seemingly dedicated to erasing that document and what it stands for from the collective memory.

Well, I suppose half a Solomonic baby is better than nothing.

Naturally, the preservation of "our precious democracy" means that Leftists can openly call for the assassination of Trump and the supreme Court justices either via a military coup or, by whatever means necessary. This is free speech, of course! In Soviet America baby splits itself.

Before that: now the WSJ reports that European officials noticed Biden's steep cognitive decline at the G7 meeting -- and before. Karen Townsend at Hot Air quotes the WSJ:

European officials had already been expressing worries in private about Biden's focus and stamina before Thursday's debate, with some senior diplomats saying they had tracked a noticeable deterioration in the president's faculties in meetings since last summer. There were real doubts about how Biden could successfully manage a second term but one senior European diplomat said U.S. administration officials denied there was any problem in private discussions.

Diplomats described Biden's performance at the Group of Seven leaders meeting in Italy in June as mixed, with Biden appearing physically frailer than in the past but alert in many of the most important discussions.

Biden missed the summit's dinner party in a medieval castle, an off-camera and less scripted part of the summit when leaders often exchange views most candidly. He was the only G-7 leader to not attend the meal; the White House told reporters in advance he wouldn't be there because it would be a "jam-packed two days" of meetings. Biden instead held an event with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and had a brief news conference.

Officials said that Biden's performance and focus can vary hugely between meetings and even within a meeting. Two senior European officials cited an EU-U.S. summit last October in Washington where Biden had struggled to follow the discussions. Both said that he stumbled over his talking points at several moments, requiring Secretary of State Antony Blinken to intervene and point out the lines he should use.

"The reading in Europe is that this has been an unmitigated disaster," said Nathalie Tocci, director of the Institute of International Affairs in Rome and a former adviser to the EU's foreign-affairs chiefs, referring to Biden's attempts to reassure voters worried about his age.

When Biden was in France to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day in June, he stumbled. During a bilateral meeting in Paris with Zelensky, Biden spoke so softly that reporters brought in to document the meeting between the two men could not initially hear the American president. Zelensky, a non-native English speaker, could be heard clearly.

During the brief exchange, Biden flubbed when explaining what the Ukranians would do with a new tranche of $225 million in funds that the U.S. was sending. Biden told Zelensky that money was "to help you reconstruct the electric grid." Officials traveling with the president explained that the money was actually a series of munitions including air defenses that could protect the electric grid, among other targets, and not for rebuilding the electric grid.

A friend reminded me: Remember when the media accidentally photographed Biden's prepared cheat-sheets for "news conferences"? The note cards had a picture of the reporter he was to call on, along with a pre-scripted response to the question the reporter had agreed to ask.

This was all totally normal, the media shouted! All presidents do this!

Maybe all Democrat presidents get the answers to the quiz ahead of time -- Trump sure didn't.

Donors have for months privately raised concerns about Biden's lack of spontaneity in settings with his biggest supporters.

At a September 2023 fundraiser in New York, Biden retold the same anecdote twice -- leaving at least one attendee shaken and worried about his age. In February, Biden used a teleprompter at a fundraiser in Los Angeles and questions were screened in advance, according to a person familiar with the matter -- frustrating some donors who had expected a more free-flowing exchange.

During a May fundraiser in Washington state, Biden appeared to lose his train of thought as he talked about Israel. "The ceasefire would begin tomorrow. It all has to do...you know, we've not..anyway, I guess I shouldn't get into all this about Israel but..."

For a while now Biden has been closely managed. Even at donor events done by Zoom back in 2020, questions were closely screened. Over the past year donors have been shocked to see Biden using a teleprompter at fundraising events to deliver a brief stump speech.

Obviously, Biden shouldn't need a teleprompter to address a friendly crowd -- in private.

But he needs a teleprompter for everything now.

How long have we been calling Joe Biden "Sundowner," given his obvious mental problems outside of the afternoon hours?

Now Axios (Politico For Kidz!) is confirming this.

The new spin: there are Two Bidens. The one the media keeps telling you about, the Sharp As a Tack, Engaged, Probing Biden, exists, but only between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm. You know, when he usually doesn't have cameras on him.

But after these hours, he Sundowns, and verbal gaffes, lapses of memory, and a foggy brain become common:

The past 36 hours showcased two Joe Bidens: the veteran president rallying voters in a swing state, and an 81-year-old man struggling to string thoughts together in a debate.

Why it matters: The public split screen isn't new to many inside the White House, where top aides have meticulously stage-managed minutiae such as Biden's sleep schedule, his orthopedic shoes, his walks to Marine One and his climb aboard Air Force One to try to blunt concerns about his age.

Oh, it's not new to them.

So they've been lying for four years. Got it.

Internally, many aides have seen flashes of an absent-minded Biden, but typically brush them off as ordinary brain farts because they usually see him engaged, eight current and former Biden officials told Axios.

But Thursday's debate has shattered the White House's efforts to show Biden at his best: a president capable of serving until 2029, when he'd be 86.

Beyond the politics of whether Biden can beat Trump again, the aides expressed new worries about whether the president can carry out his duties through another four-year term.

Friday, Biden eased some of those concerns with a full-throated campaign rally, where he found a more comfortable setting with a cheering crowd and a Teleprompter.

Between the lines: Biden's miscues and limitations are more familiar inside the White House.

The time of day is important as to which of the two Bidens will appear.

From 10am to 4pm, Biden is dependably engaged — and many of his public events in front of cameras are held within those hours.

Outside of that time range or while traveling abroad, Biden is more likely to have verbal miscues and become fatigued, aides told Axios.

Biden is an experienced president who can guide us through an emergency -- as long as it takes place between 10am and 4pm. For six hours per day, Biden is in command, boy!

That reporter discusses the story here, saying that Biden's aides have to "adapt to his limitations." He says there's anger about the "top of the White House staff" "gaslighting" everyone else.

They're saying this to reassure us. What must the actual truth look like?

The aides are now leaking this because they have been exposed as liars -- so they're throwing the boss under the bus as they claim well, you know, there are two Bidens, sometimes he's cogent, so we weren't lying about that.

Other times, after 4pm, you know, he's... a little fuzzy.

Jon Stewart's reaction is his typical schtick, though he does have a one or two decent jokes -- or really, shocked reactions to Biden's statements -- and you may just enjoy him coping and seething.

His remarks about the alarming Bidenface starting around 5:20 is the best part.

There are a lot of important discussions and debates about this political moment we are in and the path forward, but the notion that the issue at the debate was the prep process done by people like @RonaldKlain and Anita Dunn who have successfully prepped many candidates including Obama, Clinton and Biden is absurd.

It was a bad debate. I have no doubt they were tough, strategic and direct. (Believe me I have seen them in action) but prep does not always determine the outcome.

Biden was bad. Important convos about what happens next. But if you are directing your ire at "prep" you are not talking about the right things.

Mika Brzezinski is pushing the pro-Biden spin that the aides and advisors are at fault. Check this new spin out: Yes, Biden is aging, and Biden's advisors have to "manage his age" properly.

I assume this means she wants the White House to Position Old Joe for Success by insisting the next debate take place at 2:30 pm.

MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski blamed President Joe Biden's staff Monday for his poor performance in a CNN debate, saying they had to manage his schedule better to account for his age.

He took off an entire week from his day-job of the presidency to prep for this debate. He calls a "lid" on most days by 11am. He never works weekends and is on vacation more often than a dog poops.

How light do you want his schedule to be?

"Like many, I want to know, was this a one-off episode or a sign of what's to come? Can his team and the president himself move forward with more discipline and also manage the fact that he is 81? And while we're at it, let's talk about his age. Age is wisdom and experience. In the case of Joe Biden, it leads to more bipartisan legislation passed than any president over the past few generations and the largest expansion of NATO's alliance in history. Under Joe Biden and his age, America is stronger economically and militarily than any time in half a century."

"While facts may not matter to Donald Trump and his friends in the far-right media, those are the objective facts. That is the undeniable truth," Brzezinski said after tallying Biden's accomplishments as part of a monologue extending over the first 15 minutes of "Morning Joe," with her husband and co-host, Joe Scarborough, absent. "Here's another truth. Age also needs to be managed. On my 50 over 50 lists, I celebrate women who are reaching their highest power while over 50, 60, 70, 80, even 90, and, yet, every one of those women are managing their fabulous age. I -- I don't think it's over."

Brzezinski had earlier expressed the opinion that "something was wrong" with Biden from the moment the president shuffled onto the stage for the debate with Trump.

"For me, watching what happened last night, again, it was terrible," Brzezinski said during the Friday episode of "Morning Joe," during which she clashed with her husband and co-host. "It was terrible, there's no way to spin it. I still wonder what he's going to look like in a week. I wonder if he was sick. He came out on the stage, and I thought something was wrong."

Shut the fuck up, dummy.

Biden admin alarms immigration officials by reversing deportations of some Cameroonians

The Biden administration is flying previously deported Cameroonians whose asylum claims were determined to be invalid back into the United States, according to interviews with Immigration and Customs Enforcement staff and internal agency memos reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

The program, which has not been announced to the public, appears to be a response to a February 2022 Human Rights Watch report about dozens of Cameroonians deported between 2019 and 2021 and then allegedly mistreated by their government. An estimated 80 to 90 Cameroonians were deported during that period of time.

But now some are arriving back in the United States under a program with little precedent, both current and former ICE officials say. All of the individuals deported under the previous administration were found not to have valid asylum claims in the United States.

The decision to fly back the previously deported Cameroonians is the latest instance of the Biden administration reversing its predecessor's immigration initiatives. On his first day in office, President Joe Biden rolled back a number of former president Donald Trump's border policies and paused southern border wall construction. Biden later ended a policy that forced asylum seekers to wait in Mexico before their court hearing, which critics blame for the sharp uptick in illegal border crossings.

"Gutting deportations isn't enough for the Biden administration, so now they're apparently bringing back previously deported illegal aliens," said former ICE official and director of investigations at the Center for Immigration Studies Jon Feere. "These are people who have already had their cases closed, one way or another, and they've been returned home."

Little reminder that illegal immigration is not a victimless crime.

Speaking of people who shouldn't be in the country: Pro-terrorism Hamas agents protested Biden at a fundraiser.

Anti-Israel protesters trying to disrupt President Biden's big-money Manhattan fundraiser Friday night clashed with cops and set off smoke bombs -- leading to dozens of arrests, sources said.

At least 32 demonstrators were arrested as they marched from Madison Square Garden toward the Hammerstein Ballroom on West 34th Street in Midtown, police sources said.

Video shows the mob of protesters -- many of them masked -- and police in riot gear trading shoves as they met on the sidewalk on the corner of West 34th Street and Eighth Avenue, less than a block from the venue.

After her heart condition developed she was separated from the Army, lost her pay and healthcare benefits, and due to her heart condition (which caused fainting and resulted in heart attacks) was unable to get a job.

The Army finally acknowledged it after Karoline faced tens of thousands of uncovered healthcare costs. It took over two years of fighting the bureaucracy, but Army Human Resources acknowledged Karoline's heart condition was caused by the jab and that her injuries were a result of actions taken in the line of duty.

This is huge, both for her and for other soldiers facing similar circumstances. She is now eligible for benefits that will among other things, cover her healthcare costs.

The Regime has had a pattern for the past ten years: They gaslight you with lies and lies and lies, and then, when their lies cannot hold, they suddenly about-face and say "Well of course that's the case."

It has always been known about just about every vaccine that any vaccine will cause some people some bad side-effects. There will always be some injuries.

Far Right's Surge in France Lays Bare Deep Divisions

Many expressed shock that Marine Le Pen's nationalist party was so close to power after the first round of a snap election.

For many, France feels like a very different place on Monday.

The results from the first round of legislative elections, held on Sunday, revealed a country deeply fractured, with a surging far right winning a record number of votes and the near collapse of President Emmanuel Macron's centrist party.

"The far right at power's door," the cover of Le Parisien, a daily newspaper, pronounced the morning after the first half of the snap election called by Mr. Macron.
"Twelve million of our fellow citizens have voted for a far right party that is clearly racist and anti-Republican," the left-leaning Libération newspaper declared in an editorial, referring to Marine Le Pen's National Rally party. "The head of the state threw France under the bus, the bus continued without slowing down, and now it's parked in front of the gates of Matignon" -- the prime minister's office.

If the National Rally takes an absolute majority in the runoff on Sunday, Mr. Macron will be forced to appoint a prime minister from its ranks, who will in turn form a cabinet.

Ah. So there's the limitation on the president's power to appoint a PM -- if NR gets a majority, he'll have to appoint a NR PM. If not, he can pick a member from his own party or the "technocrats" of the far left.

There was a sense of whiplash and disbelief at the political nosedive of Mr. Macron's party, which with its allies has had the most seats, but not an absolute majority, in the National Assembly. That centrist coalition finished a distant third in the first round of the two-round electoral race. Only two of his candidates -- and not one of his ministers who were running for a seat -- got enough votes to be re-elected without a runoff for their positions, compared with 37 members of the far-right National Rally, and 32 of the left-wing coalition of parties called the New Popular Front, which came in second.

On the ground, the reaction to the vote reflected the country's divisions. In the north, considered a stronghold of the far-right National Rally, there was jubilation.

And what makes them "far-right"? The NYT doesn't say. But I imagine it's the same thing which has made 60% of our own country "far right:" They want an end to, or even just a pause in, unlimited immigration by unassimilating foreigners without much attachment to the country or alignment with its traditional values.

A few weeks ago, leftwing media began to note that it isn't just resistance to uncontrolled immigration driving voters to the "far right" -- it is also resistance to impoverishing green agenda items. They're calling voters' reaction to out-of-control green regulation and green spending "greenlash."

Over the past five years, the leaders of the European Union tried to turn the 27-country bloc into a global climate front-runner.

They made big strides. They enshrined into law an ambitious target to cut planet-heating emissions by more than half by 2030. They set a 2035 deadline on the sales of new gas-guzzling cars. They expanded the price that industries must pay for emitting greenhouse gases.

But this week, as voters prepare to go to the polls, Europe's green credentials face a very different test.

There's widespread frustration over rising prices. Farmers' groups have stormed European capitals to protest proposals to limit pollution from agriculture. The right wing is ascendant. The Greens, who in 2019 won their largest share of seats in European parliamentary elections, are today polling poorly.

Gonzo Democrat Ruy Tiexeira, who wrote The Emerging Democrat Majority as the first big pro-Replacement-Theory book, says green policies were partly behind the left's collapse in the European parliamentary elections.

The results from the recent European parliament elections were quite something. Right populists did very well indeed while the European Greens took big losses. They lost 18 of their 72 seats in the European parliament and their performance was particularly bad in the E.U.'s two largest states, Germany and France. In Germany, the core country of the European green movement, support for the Greens plunged from 20.5 percent in 2019 to 12 percent. Shockingly, among voters under 25, the German Greens actually did worse than the hard right Alternative for Germany (AfD). That contrasts with the 2019 elections, when the Greens did seven times better than the AfD among these young voters.

And in France, Green support crashed from 13.5 percent to 5.5 percent. The latter figure is barely above the required threshold for party representation in the French delegation.

The Greens' overall poor performance means they are now behind not only the traditionally largest party groupings--the center-right European People's Party (EPP), the social-democratic Socialists and Democrats group and the liberal Renew Europe group, but also both right-populist groupings--the European Conservatives and Reformists (which includes Georgia Meloni's Brothers of Italy) and the Identity and Democracy group (which includes Marine LePen's National Rally group)--and even the non-affiliated group (which includes Alternative for Germany (AfD) and Hungary's Fidesz party).

Macron again threatens civil war. He's the reasonable centrist "technocrat," remember, not an extreme leftwinger promising violence unless voters vote for his party:

Joe Biden's family on Sunday encouraged the president to stay in the 2024 race and privately discussed whether top aides should be fired on the heels of Biden's stunningly poor debate performance, which has thrown his campaign into turmoil.

Biden's family, including first lady Jill Biden, son Hunter Biden and their grandchildren, convened at Camp David for a previously scheduled get-together and implored the president to keep fighting in his bid for reelection, Biden advisers told CNN. One adviser described the family members as having offered their "unequivocal support."

The family -- clearly frustrated with the team that prepared President Biden ahead of his alarming debate with former President Donald Trump -- discussed whether any of Biden's top advisers should be fired and whether campaign staffing changes should be made, one adviser said.

Biden, however, is known for being loyal to and protective of his close advisers, and does not like to fire aides. As of Sunday, it did not appear that any major staffing changes were looming.

The admiration and support that Biden's family showed the president Sunday mirrored the first lady's effusive public praise for her husband in recent days. She told Vogue on Sunday that the family will "not let those 90 minutes define the four years he's been president" and vowed to "continue the fight."

Yes, I forgot to mention: While that article was clearly a puff-piece written a while ago, they did add an update to it, with Evita Biden affirming that she was going to ride this old corpse until the legs and arms fall off.

Biden is eagerly collecting data -- anecdotal evidence and public polling -- but is awaiting a broader round of Democratic campaign polling and research this week, advisers said, bracing for expected slippage of support across battleground states.

Yeah, that's the problem. If he slips by 3-4 points, after already being behind by 4, the race is essentially over and he'll drop out.

So I'm in the weird position of rooting for a Rally Around the Vegetable effect.

Advisers preemptively blamed tough media coverage for any downfall, rather than Biden's own performance.

It's dangerous to suggest the media is lying to the public. It puts their very lives in danger. Its corrosive to our Shared National Purpose as well as to the Health of Our Precious Democracy.

Unless a Democrat is making the charge, naturally.

I'm genuinely surprised by this news. I have spent two years believing, firmly, that he will not be the candidate in November. I sure hope he stays in.

If he can resist the pressure to drop out here...
