Madonna Suing Her Teenage Son to Force Him to Come Stay With Her During the Holidays

Madonna's teenage son Rocco is sick of touring with his pop-star mom, so he's refusing to spend the holiday break with Madge at her Manhattan townhouse.

When Rocco, 15, disobeyed his mom's demand to board a plane from London - where he's staying with his filmmaker dad, Guy Ritchie? ?- Madonna ran to court Wednesday to force the teen's return to New York.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan ordered Rocco to come home, but Ritchie's attorney David Typermass made it clear that he would not voluntarily return to the U.S.

"This is a 15 1/2-year-old strapping young kid, so we'll see," a source close to the case told The Post.

The source said Rocco had been traveling with Madonna across the world for her Rebel Heart tour for the last two months.

"The boy said he didn't want to stay with her," the source said. "He's not getting along with his mom, which is not a surprise for a child that age."

The "Like a Virgin" singer announced in August that Rocco would be touring with her.

28 Snap! We, coincidentally, ran a Bapton Books Tumblr queue of Christmas charts (here: http://baptonbooks.tumblr.com/tagged/radio-bapton) until midnight GMT, when we had Handel / Bach / Bach queued. Gerv being Gerv and me being me, it necessarily included big band, bluegrass, Carolina Beach / Northern Soul, Western Swing ... and, inevitably, Slade (as well as Wizzard, Tull, Wings, and the Beatles). (The Brits are ... odd.)

And with that amusing coincidence of Noddy Holder, a Merry (or if British, Happy) Christmas to all of you.

Hey, let's just create a holiday when Trump bombs Iran.

30 Merry Christmas Maet and to all a good night

Posted by: Skip at December 24, 2015 09:31 PM (k0xxN)

31 So, back from Christmas Eve service and dinner immediately following. The worship team pulled out all the stops tonight. Lights flashing, British people speaking British-y sounding snippets of the Nativity story, more lights, a gaggle of drummers really REALLY getting into "Little Drummer Boy" with a quite remarkable drumming extravaganza. Then after the sermon another lights and carols show on steroids with a huge balloon drop. The little kids were gleeful. I may or may not have at one point danced in the aisles. What? I had my glittery sweater on - I should waste it?

Dinner went well. I only forgot maybe four things that should have been on the table. Like silverware. Oh yeah, and the glasses. And the rolls completely escaped my attention. Oh well, we can eat them tomorrow. The only other blip occurred during the prayer before the meal when grandchild #2 blew bubbles in his milk, rather loudly, while his mother was giving thanks to God for our Savior.

Other than that, it was a good night. More to come in the days ahead, but for now - Merry Christmas! Joy to the world, the Lord has come!

74 The British Muslim family which was prevented from flying to Disneyland was barred because one of the brothers had been refused entry to Israel two years ago and his teenage son's Facebook account had links to terrorist websites, CBS News reported.

The family of 11 was stopped from boarding their flight to Los Angeles at London's Gatwick airport on Tuesday of last week by immigration officials.

Mohammad Tariq Mahmood, who was travelling with his brother and nine of their children, said the officials gave no reason for blocking their travel plans, but claimed he believed it was because American officials "think every Muslim poses a threat".

But CBS News quoted officials at the the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as explaining that the family was barred from travelling to the United States due to one of the brothers in the group having been denied entry to Israel and links on his teenage son's Facebook account to terrorist websites.

95 What I want for Christmas, almost more than life itself, is a copy of the 1970 thriller "I Start Counting" starring Jenny Agutter. Crazed sex murderer stalks teenage girl, the perfect feel-good holiday film. One of my favorite books, by Audrey Erskine Lindop. Until an hour ago, I had no idea it had been filmed.

Can't find it on any of my normal video streaming channels. But I know the Horde are resourceful.

In 1969, Castro would in fact ban Christmas. He allowed its public observance again in 1998.

On one of the tv cooking contest shows, one of the chefs told about how, during his childhood in Cuba, they were not allowed to celebrate Christmas.

I think that people like Sean Penn and Michael Moore should be denied Christmas and Christmas presents as an homage to their hero Castro.

A nice Christmas Eve with my family except for a brief rather depressing foray into politics (we're a politically mixed bunch). The Republicans swore that if Trump is the nominee they will not vote for president at all next year ( i was the sole exception). The Dems agreed that Hill is a lying scumbag, but when asked if they would vote for her - remained silent.

I know damn well the Dems will hold their noses and vote for the witch. I also know now that my GOP relatives are GOPe and will not vote for Trump ever(they're Rubio fans). I'm not a Trump fan but anything is better than that hag in the Oval Office.

I only pray my clan is not representative because the country is truly screwed if they are.

That's why I immediately try to change the subject when politics come up at family gatherings - because even the ones who are on my side aren't on my side.

Blessed to be with family, everyone relatively healthy after a humdinger of a year. Mass was quiet and a little emotional (for me, anyway), but anyone who is on the fence, no matter what denomination, do try to go tomorrow if you missed it tonight. You never regret it, right?

Chaos and mayhem tomorrow with very young neices and nephews, the good kind. I am lucky to have a huge family that, for the most part, likes to be together, especially on Christmas. I am thankful every year, I know that isn't as common as it ought to be.

He acted like he thought we were never coming back and we were gone about an hour and a half. There's a reason they call them "Velcro dogs". He gets so excited when some one comes over. Takes about a half hour to settle down. We are making progress.

One of my favorites involved an inebriate medic who was soaking up free drinks at the hospital Christmas party. Somewhat late in the evening, he received a shaved-ice smoothie-like drink made with rum and lime......but with what looked like the handle of a hammer sticking out of it.

So he stumbles over to the bartender and goes, "Whash up with thish? Whattha hell is thish thing?" And the bartender replies, "it's a hickory daiquiri, Doc."

(You can tell I treed to keep with the theme, but it didn't look like it wood cooperate.)

Wrapping when faster than I thought. Wrapped a big open ended box to place over the leopard lizard's tank that my daughter can just lift off. We are waiting until morning to put it on so I won't have to poke any holes. I have no idea whether it's male or female but I think of it as a her. She's actually kinda neat looking. I can't believe I willingly have a gecko in my house. I was terrified of them growing up since one would come out every night in my bedroom.

Oh, my tomato plants are still producing in my garden....at Christmas....weird. That is probably going to change next week when it is suppose to start freezing at night.

Good night, Merry Christmas, and be well my friends.

On the trip to Fiji where we learned to appreciate mosquito nets, we stayed at one place where we'd walk back into our hotel room at night, turn on the light, and just listen to the "thump, thump, thump" of all the startled geckos falling off the walls and ceiling. We were actually kind-of fond of them, because a previous place we stayed on the same trip had night-time insect scenes like an Indiana Jones movie.

492 ISIS people are Daleks. Would we try to reason with Daleks, try to understand what made them the way they are?

Actually, in Genesis of the Daleks, I hesitated destroying them, because I was afraid of committing genocide, even though I knew what they'd do in the future.

With ISIS, that's not a consideration. These are people who voluntarily joined an army that is trying to destroy you. There is nothing wrong with engaging such an army in battle to try to destroy them.

We tried appealing to their better nature, but they were like, "Nah, bro. If we crucify enough babies, and kill enough infidels, we will be rewarded with virgins in Paradise".

There's not that much there to work with.

It's sorta like Netflix, with tv programs, plus some free streaming music, plus free shipping. You can either run it from your computer, your smartphone, or pick up a cheap Amazon Fire Stick and plug that fire stick into the hdmi port of a recent television.

There's some way to adapt to run It on cathode ray televisions, but I suspect you might have updated by now.

A complete change in narrative wouldn't confuse them at all. They are like the Party members in 1984: they can turn their "beliefs" on a dime.

What confuses them -- at least the WHDH "news"-readers -- are the simple things, like correct word usage and pronunciation, speaking English and just the general basic skill of not acting like gibbering idiots.

I get half that speed for twice the price. Comcast has the big monopoly in this area, and has to give free internet to millions as part of the merger agreement. So their price went through the roof, and Verizon only undercuts them by a small amount.

574 I'm not at all interested in this movie but I'm about to rewind that scene with Don't Mess With Mr. Booze for a third time. It's making mr laugh here in my kitchen all by myself.

I'm happy I remembered movie it's from.

Ryan (Bearded Lucy with his head up his ass) is a dirty rotten, low down, arrogant POS. I pray we can rest the reigns of power from him before he becomes so entrenched it will be impossible. WASF

We are already taking in more "refugees" than the rest of the western world combined. It needs to end. Like the link up thread says, we have nearly 1M children from "refugees" getting the vote every year. This country will no longer be a semi-capitalist country soon.

582 People really are dumb. I saw a question on Twitter-it was when is Ryan up for reelection. It was from what seemed like a conservative R & he didn't know congress is elected every two years!

Yup, from Alladin. To be honest I didn't remember it myself. But if someone asked me if I supported bombing some country I didn't recognize I'd smell a rat. A demon-rat.

585 We have 11 million give or take a few million illegals that don't seem to be taken in the numbers of new "legal" immigrants. I heard on Dana Loesch this week she was reading from state department records we took in 230 some "Syrians" and out of all them only 1 was a Christian. She pointed out the German Christian family who wanted to home school their children were not welcome by the state department.

586 Vic,
They're all on same payoffs, Chamber of Commerce & they want TFGCare, amnesty (cheap labor ) & the TPP.
I wrote here yesterday that we need a president elected that loves America & reveres The Constitution.

Giving up Power of The Purse is something The Stupid Party would do.

588 As long as we are bombing stuff, can we take out the Grand Duchy of Fenwick too?

That will teach those bastards to build any more Q-bombs.

590 Just asked the wife, who read Aladdin to a class, and took them to see the play, if she remembered the name of the fictional country. She didn't. Even when I told her the name it didn't ring a bell.

It's all 'gotcha' politics anymore. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So tired of losing. Trump or Cruz, we gotta win the next one or it's over.

601 Just a reminder: Cair felt Agrabah was a 'real' enough representaiton to throw one of their patented fits over the lyrics in the opening, and Teh Mouse bowed and changed them...but didn't bother to put any effort in making the new sung lyrics actually match so the change is gratingly obvious in the movie and subsequently released soundtracks for the film.

And frankly, imaginry or not: if Cair is defending it the country should be placed on a terror watch list just on principle.
