In a new legal filing caught by Fox News Channel's Bill Melugin, the Biden DOJ debunks the White House's narrative by explaining that the would-be illegal immigrants were dead for at least one hour before Texas was alerted to the situation...Media which pushes propagandistic lies should be deplatformed and demonetized -- isn't that the rule the treasonous media has established for anyone disputing their lies? Remember the UAW strike last year? They wanted huge raises and benefits because, well, who doesn't? Democrats rallied around them, the White House took their side and, ultimately, they won. Now, that "victory" is turning into what anyone with a brain could see coming: a future defeat. The Wall Street Journal ran a headline, "Robots Are Looking Better to Detroit as Labor Costs Rise." Who could have predicted such a thing? Anyone, everyone. It's as easy as "predicting" the sun will rise in the east. "While automakers have been moving to automation for some time, rising labor costs are poised to accelerate the adoption of such technologies, said Laurie Harbour, president of Michigan manufacturing consulting firm Harbour Results,' the Journal reports. The new UAW contracts brought with them 25 percent raises which, the Journal reports, "were richer than they (the auto companies) had planned for, and they are strategizing ways to blunt the increased costs." What will this mean for consumers? The Journal answers, "Ford said the new terms would add about $900 in cost per vehicle by the time the contract expires in early 2028. GM executives pegged the hit from richer labor contracts during that period at roughly $500 a vehicle." So, they "won" a raise and will lose their jobs. Congratulations? You see the same thing with these marches for massive increases in the minimum wage for fast food workers. If a job can be replaced by an iPad and a credit card swiper, you aren't worth $5 an hour, let alone $20. Yet, this is what these people are promising their members. You don't have to take my word for it, just look at California. The progressive haven should be the only canary in the coal mine anyone needs. They recently raised their minimum wage to $20 an hour because why not? No one who voted for it in the state legislature is going to be impacted by it, one way or another, so why wouldn't they enact something they can campaign on? All the job losses can be easily and simply blamed on "corporate greed!!!!" There is no downside...provided you don't give a damn about people losing their jobs, which these Democrats clearly do not. Well, it's already happening. "Two major California Pizza Hut franchisees -- PacPizza and Southern California Pizza Company -- are laying off more than 1,200 delivery workers ahead of the new statewide minimum wage hike for fast food workers, from $16 an hour to $20 an hour, starting April 1," reports the Nation's Restaurant News.

One of those farts that is especially unsettling because it smells almost the same coming out as it tasted going in, which causes you to realize, in disgust: All the food we eat is just farts in solid form. Adding to this suspicion is that this Mandoverse movie is, reportedly, 1, taking over the Pinewood Studios space that Disney had rented out to make the Rey movie, and 2, is just the last two episodes of the fourth season of the Mandolorian, which strongly -- nigh undeniably -- suggests that the last two episodes of that series were just ordered to be made into a movie so that Bob Iger would have something to put into theaters while denying, again, that another Fake Star Wars Movie was in fact cancelled. Tatiana Maslany, the actor who played Jennifer Walters, aka She-Hulk, in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, has dashed any hopes of a second season of Marvel's divisive Disney Plus show. Appearing on streamer NerdIncorrect's Twitch gameshow Codenames Live, Maslany was asked by the host, "Should we hope for a season 2?" "I don't think so," Maslany replied. "I think we blew our budget, and Disney was like, 'no thanks!'"Yeah, it was just the budget. Disney routinely spends $300 million+ on bomb movies, but She-Hulk was cancelled only because you spent too much. The numbers: A survey of business conditions in the New York region sank in January to the lowest level since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, perhaps a sign of trouble brewing for the U.S. economy. The New York Federal Reserve's Empire State business-conditions index, a gauge of manufacturing activity, plunged 29.2 points to negative 43.7, the regional Fed bank said Tuesday. It's the second-lowest reading ever. The biggest drop took place in the depths of the pandemic, in May 2020. Economists had expected a negative-4 reading, according to a survey by the Wall Street Journal. Any number below zero indicates deteriorating conditions. Over the past two months, the index has plummeted 58.2 points, largely because of a decline in new orders. Orders provide an indication of future business activity.

Dr Collins was involved in suppressing the theory that Covid likely escaped from a Chinese biolab, a theory which implicated the sprawling agency he headed up. It was previously revealed that the NIH oversaw grants funding risky 'gain of function' research to make viruses more transmissible and/or deadly. In a significant U-turn, House Republicans who led the hearing revealed that Dr Collins, 73, told them that the lab leak hypothesis was not a conspiracy theory. His answers were similar to those of Dr Fauci, who sat for a marathon 14 hours of questioning last week when he finally acknowledged that the lab leak theory -- that Covid escaped from a Chinese biolab -- should not have been so easily dismissed. Republicans also said that, like Dr Fauci, Dr Collins muddied the definition of gain of function research 'in an effort to hide the NIH's involvement in funding the dangerous research in Wuhan.'I am not sure how they play loosey-goosey with the definition, but my personal head-cannon is that they are claiming that "gain of function" only results from a direct rewriting of genetic code, through, say, the CRISPR genetic editing process. And they are claiming that other methods of changing a viruses DNA, such as repeated "serial passage" through mice, knowing and intending that the DNA will mutate with every single run through a living host, doesn't count as "gain of function" because it's "natural" or some shit, even though it's just another method of achieving the same result -- mutating a virus until it becomes different and more infections and more deadly to human beings. If anyone can confirm that, or dispel that, please let me know. The questioning also zeroed in on the "Proximal Origins" paper. Fauci ordered two of the men his NIAID was providing grants to to phony-up a "scientific" paper smearing those who favored the lab-leak theory as a "conspiracy theory" and claiming that it was nearly impossible that the covid-19 virus could have been made in a lab. In fact, many scientists pointed to specific sites on the virus, including the notorious furin cleavage site, that could only have been made in a lab. And which looked exactly like the furin cleavage sites of other viruses made in a lab. Fauci and Collins hid the fact that they were the ringleaders (and, indirectly, the funders) of this paper, then cited the paper as supposedly independent research backing up their claims.

The sainted doctors are said to have pushed for the publication of an influential scientific paper that shaped the narrative that Covid originated in nature while discrediting the theory that gain of function was the cause. The centerpiece of questioning pertained to the March 2020 'Proximal Origins' paper, in which scientists said the theory that gain of function research triggered the release of a genetically modified coronavirus from the Wuhan Institute of Virology was 'improbable.' Ohio Republican Brad Wenstrup, who heads the Covid subcommittee in the House, said: 'Dr. Collins acknowledged that Dr Fauci invited him to attend the infamous February 1, 2020 conference call that prompted the "Proximal Origin" publication. 'This testimony directly contradicts Dr. Fauci's previous statements and raises further concerns about the U.S. government's role in suppressing and vilifying the lab-leak hypothesis.' ... Drs Fauci, Collins, and other authors of the Proximal Origins paper have denied that the top doctors strongarmed the researchers into publishing one theory over another, though bombshell emails made public last spring by Republicans showed that Dr Kristian Andersen, a co-author of the paper, wrote that '[This paper was] Prompted by Jeremy [Farrar], Tony Fauci and Francis Collins.'Collins also smeared the epidemiologists who wrote the "Great Barrington Declaration" as "fringe epidemiologists."
An earlier investigation completed by House Republicans uncovered an email Dr Collins sent to Dr Fauci two months after the 'Proximal Origins' paper was published that said: 'I hoped the Nature Medicine article on the genomic sequence of SA RS-CoV-2 would settle this... Wondering if there is something NIH can do to help put down this very destructive conspiracy ... Anything more we can do?'
During his closed-door testimony, Dr Collins also stood firm on his previous statements denouncing the Great Barrington Declaration. This petition criticized government efforts to shut down the economy, including schools, and favored isolating just those people at the highest risk of severe illness, such as the elderly. Collins sent an email to Dr Fauci in October 2020 saying the ideas from 'fringe' epidemiologists who wrote the declaration required a 'quick and devastating published take down.' The widespread lockdowns that dominated most of 2020 have since been found to have inflicted harm on people's mental health, particularly in children, who were barred from attending school in person, extracurricular activities such as sports teams, and spending much-needed time with peers.

Dr Collins also mimicked Dr Fauci's murky definition of 'gain of function' research 'in an effort to hide the NIH's involvement in funding the dangerous research in Wuhan,' according to Rep Wenstrup. Dr Fauci was also accused of 'playing semantics' during his closed-door testimony last week, when he backtracked on earlier claims that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases never allocated government money to gain of function research. He had insisted to Senators last summer that his former department 'has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.' Yet, emails dated February 1, 2020, showed Fauci acknowledged that 'scientists in Wuhan University are known to have been working on gain-of-function experiments to determine that molecular mechanisms associated with bat viruses adapting to human infection, and the outbreak originated in Wuhan.'

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis falsely stated Sunday that she paid all special prosecutors working on the case against former President Donald Trump the same hourly rate as her alleged romantic partner, Nathan Wade, according to documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. Willis made the statement during her first public remarks since Trump co-defendant Michael Roman filed a motion last week claiming Willis not was not only romantically involved with Wade, but also that she benefited from a "lucrative" contract her office awarded to Wade. As recently as May 2023, her office paid the attorney considered Georgia's top racketeering expert, John Floyd, only $200 per hour, while Wade -- who reportedly has little to no experience prosecuting RICO cases -- was earning $250 an hour, according to billing statements obtained by the DCNF.

Be Unappealing
The damage of the open border and associated disastrous policies hits everyone and at all times. There is no immunity. Whether you go to school or have a medical emergency or need to find work (something that is more important than ever given the economic decline that is setting in) or drive a car, you see the problem. The costs are multiplying and the conditions are worsening. This is unsustainable and will end in ruin for the places that aren't ruined already. But what is the solution?
Border control is part of it, but only a part. I think there should be a border wall. I think that wall should be aggressively patrolled and violators ejected. But this is not a solution to the problem, it is merely one "arrow in the quiver." The larger problem than the open border is what happens once someone illegally crosses it. We are appealing to the border jumpers. Even with improved border security, the fact of our appeal will continue to incentivize people to make the leap. The incentives will still be there, and "build the wall" will not work in a vacuum.

Leftist governors and mayors made a huge deal out of declaring sanctuary status for illegal aliens, in that they are immune from federal laws regarding citizenship, legal status, deportation, etc. They completely bastardized the 9th and 10th Amendment in what is de facto nullification of legitimate federal law. Make no mistake; the Left hate the Constitution yet are quite adept at using/abusing it as both shield and cudgel whenever they feel it's to their advantage.
So when Biden intentionally erased our borders and allowed several million foreigners to invade us in the past three years, Abbott (and DeSantis in FL) said, "Okay, be our guest!" At the outset, quite a few of us thought it was a stunt and it wouldn't last. But as it turns out, it's quite possibly one of, if not the most brilliant political moves in recent memory. Flooding blue cities with the illegal aliens has strained their budgets and city services to such an extent that the citizenry are in open revolt. It has the potential – the potential – to alienate them temporarily and perhaps permanently from the the Democrat Party going forward. Remember, as bad as this crisis is, it's on top of a crashing national economy and worse the decriminalization of crime that has ravaged cities across the country.
Eric Adams' and Brandon Johnson's attempts to blame Abbott are falling on deaf ears. Ditto their pleas for help from the source of the catastrophe: Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants. More money is not going to solve this. The only thing that will is sealing the border, cutting off illegals from Tio Azucar while deporting the millions already here. Including as many as we can going back to the abomination of the Hart-Celler Act and passing a law abolishing that. Of course, those are non-starters with the Dems and too many in the Grand Old Potemkin Party.
That's just the first blow in the one-two punch Abbott is hitting back with. He is attempting as best he can to physically seal off the Rio Grande from the invading hordes. Evidently, it's working to the extent that the Junta in DC is trying to stop it. Cue the High Noon imagery.

A strongly worded letter from the Department of Homeland Security to the State of Texas demands access to the U.S.-Mexico border on land seized by the State in Eagle Pass. DHS officials ordered the State to cease and desist its efforts to block Border Patrol’s access in and around Shelby Park “and remove all barriers to access” by the end of the day on January 17. Texas’s actions are clearly unconstitutional and are actively disrupting the federal government’s operations,” DHS General Counsel Jonathan E. Meyer wrote in a letter to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. “We demand that Texas cease and desist its efforts to block Border Patrol’s access in and around the Shelby Park area and remove all barriers to access in the Shelby Park area.” The counsel sets a deadline of the end of the day on January 17. “The recent actions by the State of Texas have impeded (emphasis added) operations of the Border Patrol. Those actions conflict with the authority and duties of Border Patrol under federal law and are preempted under the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution,” Meyer stated. The use of the word “impeded” by the DHS general counsel could imply a threat of criminal action against officers and agents of the State of Texas who are carrying out the orders of Governor Abbott to secure Shelby Park and prevent Border Patrol’s entry to the area. Under federal law 18 U.S. Code § 111, it is a federal crime to “impede” or “interfere” with certain officers or employees of the federal government. . . . . . On the evening of January 11, the Texas Military Department seized Shelby Park in Eagle Pass and expelled Border Patrol agents, Breitbart Texas reported. Border Patrol officials told Breitbart Texas that Texas National Guard units quickly moved into Shelby Park in Eagle Pass on Thursday. The guardsmen erected barriers around the park and instructed Border Patrol agents to leave the area. The following night, a Mexican migrant woman and two small children drowned in the Rio Grande near Shelby Park. Mexican officials rescued other migrants in distress and recovered the bodies of the three drowned migrants. Biden [junta] officials and U.S. Representative Henry Cuellar (D-TX) blamed the drownings on Governor Abbott’s decision to keep Border Patrol agents from accessing the park. Abbott responded, calling the claims “wholly inaccurate.” . . .In an apparent response to the DHS letter, Governor Abbott posted on X, “Biden is doing everything possible to eliminate strategies that actually prevent illegal immigrants from entering our country. Texas will continue to use every tool possible to block illegal immigration.”A couple of things. First, the Junta is – surprise! – lying about the timeline of events that led to the drowning. The victims were already dead by the time CBP got there and it was the Mexican authorities that pulled them from the water. The notion that CBP was prevented by Texas from rescuing them is a blood libel. Second, if people are stupid enough to attempt to cross a dangerous body of water and die in the process, the responsibility is both theirs and the Biden Junta itself for encouraging them to do so in the first place. More crucially, we now have a standoff between the Federal government and a sovereign state, in this case Texas. Funny how when blue states "nullify" Federal law, it's totes kosher, but when a red state does it, it's tantamount to, wait for it, "insurrection." In this case we had Texas law enforcement preventing CBP and DHS from accessing the border. It should be noted that the latter have been regularly going down to the river to cut the razor wire that Abbott's men have erected to keep the invaders out. Something's got to give and so far Abbott and Paxton to their credit are standing (no pun) their ground.
The increasing heat between state governments and the feds may be reaching a virtual boiling point, as the Biden Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Friday added a supplemental filing to the Administration’s days-old request for the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) to “reinstate” federal control over the southern Texas border with Mexico. . . . . . some very important, very fundamental, questions arise when reading or hearing terms such as “Border Patrol” and “DHS.” Those are heavy and powerful constitutional questions that, likely, the Supreme Court majority – however it is composed when the Justices make a decision – will not address. . . it is absolutely essential that Americans understand that the word “immigration” is not in the US Constitution, and that any federal politician or bureaucrat who claims power to control the Texas border, or even to get access to its southern border, is breaching the rules in that founding document. Many Americans conflate the power in Article One, Section Eight, granting the Congress ability to create a rule of naturalization, with the power to create a rule over immigration. Naturalization is, of course, how visitors become American citizens, not whether visitors can be on the soil of any U.S. state. . . . . . The Founders understood that immigration was not a federal power. Thomas Jefferson said so himself in his 1798 Kentucky Resolution Number Four, which was a slap at the Alien Act pushed by then-President, John Adams . . . . . . Left hanging is the matter of whether the US Constitution authorizes the feds to be involved, or if the matter of the lost migrants is one left to Texas during a time when no War has been declared. Clearly, the Founders left the matter in the hands of the state and the Texas Bureau of Immigration.Like everything else these days I have very little faith in what the Supreme Court will rule. Roberts is a stooge and even the Trump picks have been spotty at best. If Abbott and Paxton are willing to tell Biden to piss up a rope, is it fair to assume that a ruling from SCOTUS that upholds the Junta will elicit the same response? This is both a crucial test and a potential flashpoint of the dissolution and breakup of the United States. Because if Abbott stands his ground, it would give other red state governors a reason to stand their ground against the Junta on this and other issues from EPA land seizures to thwart oil exploration, imposition of DEI regimes in the schools and on and on. What Abbott and Paxton are doing is a direct threat to the authority of the Federal government. In this case, an illegitimate and abusive one that is abusing the citizenry of Texas and indeed the entire nation. As we all know, whenever a tyrant is threatened, he/she ultimately will resort to the use of force to crush that opposition. In this case, the only option for DC if Abbott and Paxton continue to block DHS and CBP from the Rio Grande is to use force to impose its will on them. That means potentially arresting them both and perhaps the Republican members of the TX legislature and taking over the running of the state. Sound crazy? Would they go that far? Of course, I am merely attempting to play out one possible scenario. Abbott and Paxton could also conceivably collapse like a wet taco. But given the gravity of the crisis and their raising the ante in physically blocking federal agents, I can't imagine them backing down now. Not with a likely majority of Texans and the rest of real America behind them. The ball is in the Junta's court. Whether they know it or not, and I believe they do, the stakes are enormous. They cannot back down because to do so is both a massive, embarrassing failure as well as tacit admission that opening the border (despite the bullshit lies that they're not to blame) was a mistake. They are actively seeking to replace what's left of the American citizenry with a majority of third world peasants who will eagerly keep them in permanent power in return for whatever's left in the US Treasury. That scenario is playing out not only here but all over the world, and with the resurgence of Trump as well as the election of "populist" (that is no longer a dirty word) leaders in Europe, the Davos-Brussels-Beijing Axis is getting antsy. What to do to stop it? Yup, once more with feeling!

In a Wuhan-esque study, Chinese scientists are experimenting with a mutant COVID-19 strain that has a 100% kill streak in “humanized” mice. The deadly virus — known as GX_P2V — attacked the brains of mice that were engineered to reflect similar genetic makeup to people, according to a study shared last week out of Beijing. “This underscores a spillover risk of GX_P2V into humans and provides a unique model for understanding the pathogenic mechanisms of SARS-CoV-2-related viruses,” the authors wrote. The deadly virus is a mutated version of GX/2017, a coronavirus cousin that was reportedly discovered in Malaysian pangolins in 2017 — three years before the pandemic. All the mice that were infected with the virus died within just eight days, which researchers noted was a “surprisingly” rapid death rate. GX_P2V had infected the lungs, bones, eyes, tracheas, and brains of the dead mice, the last of which was severe enough to ultimately cause the death of the animals. In the days before their deaths, the mice had quickly lost weight, exhibited a hunched posture, and moved extremely sluggishly. Most eerie of all, their eyes turned completely white the day before they died. Although terrifying, the study is the first of its kind to report a 100% mortality rate in mice infected by the COVID-19-related virus — far surpassing previously reported results from another study, the researchers wrote. - Apple has unveiled its response to the Epic lawsuit that ended with the company being required to allow developers to use third-party payment providers. (MacRumors)
Some notable features:
1. Developers are only allowed to use third-party payment providers with the express written permission of Apple. Requests for permission may be filed by registered mail that must be sent and received on the sixth Sunday of any given month.
2. When a user is redirected from the developer's application to an external website to process a payment, the application is required to warn in 40 point text that the user "will probably be devoured by wolves" upon leaving Apple's walled garden.
3. Apple still insists on a 70% cut of any payment made by any means at any time, from anybody, to anybody. Bobby didn't forward Apple their cut, and Bobby's store burned down the next day. While he was in it. Don't be like Bobby.

I have heard -- and just known, intuitively-- that Obama turned the intelligence agencies from guardians against foreign interference into Soviet-like enforcers of a foreign ideology in the US. But I didn't know exactly how he'd done this. I've mentioned before that Rich Higgins used to talk about highly classified briefings about terrorism and jihadism in which members of the Muslim Brotherhood were physically present, at Obama's insistence, to review and often veto what the government was allowed to tell soldiers and intelligence agents about jihadism and Koranic exhortations to kill the infidel. I've also mentioned that he was bewildered when Obama's agents would caution "all of this is classfied." Rich wondered, "The fucking Muslim Brotherhood is right there at the end of the table writing all of this down. Who the HELL do you think you're keeping this secret from?" The book seems to be about how this "cultural revolution" or "coup" was achieved. Or I hope it is. The FAA is finally going to start hiring severely intellectually stunted and psychologically disturbed people to... keep track of air traffic and make sure planes don't smash into each other.
The cultural revolution in the intelligence community, as with much of the rest of the government bureaucracy, began on August 18, 2011. On that day Obama issued Executive Order 13583. The title said it all: "Establishing a Coordinated Government-Wide Initiative to Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Federal Workforce." The shepherdess of the executive order was presidential confidant Valerie Jarrett. Diversity order 13583 was a social revolutionary ukase. It made no reference to enhancing intelligence collection, analysis, operations, or capabilities. It gave no explanation as to how such a diverse force might strengthen the intelligence community with language skills or knowledge of domestic or foreign cultures or the benefits of varied personal perspectives, experiences and backgrounds. On its face, 13583 looked like a virtue-signaling sop to the various identity groups that funded or mobilized voters for Obama's presidency. But there was nothing superficial about it. It was an ideological coup. The executive order was a majoritarian decree to transform the culture of the entire federal bureaucracy through implementation of critical theory. Once the bureaucratic culture changed--as Italian Communist Party theoretician Antonio Gramsci and the Frankfurt School's Herbert Marcuse had taught--the proper opinions and policies would follow. Obama knew that personnel is policy.
The Federal Aviation Administration is attempting to hire people with "severe intellectual" disabilities, psychiatric problems and other conditions under a "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" initiative.The DEI Disasters are coming. The Oath Keepers stood between the emotionally-volatile Dunn and the "more excitable" protesters, trying to cool the situation down. Nancy Pelosi's chief of security David Lazarus then gave testimony in support of Dunn, backing his story, and claiming the Oath Keepers had not attempted to de-escalate the situation, but had "hassled" him. This resulted in long sentences for the Oath Keepers. The trouble is: Video shows that Lazarus was in a different part of the Capitol during the critical period. He perjured himself. He was not in any position to give any word about the Oath Keepers encounter, but lied and said he was present in order to convict the Oath Keepers (by defeating their claim that they acted to de-escalate).

Speaking of Bill Ackman: He says he's about to launch a major lawsuit against Business Insider for running that defamatory hit-piece against his wife. Hot Air says that the suit will probably not prevail, given that the wife did some of the things alleged, like... not citing Wikipedia. I mean, that's a bullshit charge, but it's not factually false to say she didn't cite Wikipedia. And I don't think the suit will function well even as a nuisance suit -- based on my own experiences with leftwing corrupt Regime judges, they will bend over backwards to claim that every defamatory falsehood uttered by a leftwinger is mere "opinion" and "fair comment," while twisting the law to permit conservative to be sued for quoting the very man they allegedly "defamed." Willis hired her alleged romantic partner, special prosecutor Nathan Wade, to prosecute former President Donald Trump, according to court documents. The documents also state that she went on vacations with Wade using funds that his firm received from his work on the Trump case. "Cases are not lost because of some 'Matlock' moment, some moment like you see in 'My Cousin Vinny,' where suddenly somebody finds the evidence. Cases die by the death of 1,000 cuts. Hunter Biden's "Art Dealer" Confesses That Joe Biden Met With Him

Remember, White House liars assured us that there could be no influence peddling, even though people were buying child-level watercolors for $300,000 a pop, because Hunter didn't know who the buyers were and therefore couldn't deliver political favors to them. (Unless the people buying influence just, you know, told the guy they were buying influence from that they were the purchasers of that influence.) But the "art dealer" said that the corrupt crackhead specifically asked to be informed who his patrons and influence-purchasers were.He says that in a second deal, Hunter Biden dropped this demand. But Hunter still knew (at least) 70% of the "art" buyers. I'd say that figure is actually 100%, because influencer-buyers do not remain anonymous. Hunter's "Sugar Brother" Kevin Morris, who Hunter lives with occasionally, donated $875,000 to the Hunter Biden Payoff Fund.
The art dealer who sold Hunter Biden's paintings told Congress that President Joe Biden both called and met him at the White House as he was pitching Hunter's artwork and that the first son also made an unusual request to be informed about who bought his pieces, according to testimony that directly undercuts the White House narrative on the sales. The Biden White House repeatedly told the public that Hunter Biden's art sales were covered by an ethics agreement to ensure they were arms-length and that the first family -- Hunter included -- was blinded to the identity of buyers. But George Berges, owner of the prestigious Berges art galleries based in New York and Berlin that sold Hunter Biden's painting from 2020 to 2023, told congressional impeachment investigators that the first son likely knew the identity of 70% of the buyers -- the largest who were Democrat donors -- and that Hunter Biden's first contract made an unusual request when the relationship started. "I believe in the first contract, he was--he was able to know who the buyers were," Berges told investigators for the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees in a transcribed interview last week that was reviewed by Just the News. "...I don't know how it was phrased or--but I remember that there--that that was the difference." "Is that normal or unusual, or where's that? Is it a normal kind of contract?" Berges was asked. "That part was different. Normally, the gallerist does not let the artist know who the collectors are," the art dealer answered.
Of course Joe Biden called the "art dealer" and met with him to discuss weather-related events.
Berges was also asked how many of the 15 artists he represents now -- except for Hunter Biden -- wanted to know the identity of purchasers. "None," he answered.
A Father's Love requires Joe Biden to constantly stroke people who are facilitating bribes to his son (and then to his own bank accounts).
"Have you spoken to President Biden?" a House investigator asked at one point.
"Yes," Berges answered. "Okay. And was that in person or on the phone or both?" the investigator pressed.
