Don't believe your eyes: A compilation of old "Cheap Fake/Deep Fake" videos falsely showing Biden inappropriately touching, nuzzling, and sniffing very underaged girls.

Trump has moved to compel the evil Judge Engoron, the insanely biased judge in the "civil fraud" case, to recuse himself.

awyers for former President Donald Trump have filed a new motion in his New York civil fraud case alleging that the judge engaged in "prohibited communications" and should recuse himself.

In a motion filed with the New York State Supreme Court, Trump's lawyers accuse Judge Arthur Engoron of engaging in actions "fundamentally incompatible with the responsibilities attendant to donning the black robe and sitting in judgment."

That action refers to a conversation Engoron allegedly had with New York City real estate attorney Adam Leitman Bailey "regarding the merits of this case, the permissible scope of the New York State Attorney General's and this Court's own authority under Executive Law...and the consequences of this Court's decision on business in the State."

"The New York Code of Judicial Conduct exists to ensure that litigants are afforded a fair and impartial trial. Justice Engoron's communications with Attorney Adam Leitman Bailey regarding the merits of this case, however, directly violate that code and demonstrate that Judge Engoron cannot serve as a fair arbiter. It is clear that Judge Engoron should recuse himself immediately," Alina Habba, spokesperson for Trump said in a statement.

According to the filing, Bailey told ABC in an interview that he had tried to advise Engoron weeks before the judge's decision.

"Although Mr. Bailey claims that President Trump was not mentioned by name in the conversation, when asked whether 'it was obvious that [his] input was related to this case,' Mr. Bailey stated 'well[,] obviously we weren't talking about the Mets,'" the filing says.

Engoron in February found Trump liable for more than $350 million in damages in the civil fraud case brought against him by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Trump's lawyers are scoffing at Traveling Snizz Dispensary Fani Willis' "Hail Mary" attempt to stay on the Trump prosecution.

Former President Donald Trump's attorneys told an appeals court in Georgia that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's attempt to toss out their request for her disqualification was a "Hail Mary," according to a court document filed Thursday.

The attorneys' filing comes in response to Willis asking the Georgia Court of Appeals last week to dismiss Trump's request for Willis's disqualification from the election interference case she brought against him.

Trump and eight of his co-defendants in the case had asked the appellate court to reverse a lower court's decision that Willis could remain on the case despite what Judge Scott McAfee found was her "tremendous lapse in judgment" related to her past romantic relationship with a prosecutor on the case.

Willis had argued that higher courts in Georgia have not typically entertained appeals in lower court cases unless a judge, such as McAfee, has made "flatly incorrect" findings in them.

"The trial court's careful and extensive evaluation of the resulting record, and its utter dismissal of the central evidence proffered by the Appellants, forecloses any possibility of reversal," [Fani Willis' team] wrote.

Trump's defense team called Willis's plea to the appellate court a "desperate bid to avoid disqualification of a deeply conflicted District Attorney."

On appeal, judges review matters of law de novo, meaning they give no deference to the trial judge. But on matters of fact -- when a judge makes a fact-ruling like So-and-So did illegally buy a gun, etc. -- those rulings are owed deference, and can only be overruled if "clearly erroneous." That is, even if they seem probably wrong, the courts will not overturn those factual findings.

"The State argues that the trial court's factual findings wer not clearly erroneous. According to the State, then, this Court is powerless to overturn the trial court's order denying the dismissal of the case and the disqualification of District Attorney Willis and her office. Of course, as this Court well knows, that has never been, and is not now, the law," Trump's attorneys wrote.

I don't know which of the asshole judge's rulings are categorized as findings of law as opposed to findings of fact.

I think the facts are all bad for Fani -- the thing being appealed his his judgement that the facts together do not require her recusal. I don't think that's a factual determination, so there wouldn't be deference owed to it. But I don't know.

...

Trump's attorney Steve Sadow said in a statement provided to the Washington Examiner that Willis's motion to dismiss Trump's appeal was "meritless" and that he was "optimistic" the court would deny it.

The "Republican" Senator who fought to get Biden's Comprehensive Border Amnesty plan passed -- and lied to Republican voters about what it included -- is still "playing footsie" with Biden on immigration, though he's now making very disingenuous noises about the need for border security.

Yeah, I remember when John McCain put out an ad saying "Build the danged wall," too. So folksy! So corruptly mendacious.

Miranda Divine: Biden's dishonest con game on the border is disgusting.

You knew the minute the words came out of Joe Biden's mouth that his mass-amnesty announcement for illegal aliens was pure politics.

"Folks, I'm not interested in playing politics with the border or with immigration, he said.

"I'm interested in fixing it."

As usual from this president, that's the opposite of the truth.

All he has done from Day One is play politics with immigration, ever since he walked into the Oval Office and rescinded Donald Trump's border-protection measures with the stroke of a pen: 94 executive actions in the first 100 days.

He killed Trump's border wall and "Remain in Mexico" policy, stopped deportations and started secretly flying illegal aliens all over the country on charter flights in the middle of the night.

The Post reported at length on Biden's secret flights into Westchester and the whited-out charter buses waiting at the airport to sprinkle illegal aliens around the tri-state area, night after night.

...

New Dem voters

He's now giving green cards and a three-year path to citizenship to at least half a million illegals who happen to be married to US citizens, just in time to vote Democrat in 2028.

...

The mystery has always been why any president would want to destroy his country -- and his electoral appeal -- by throwing open the border to millions of unvetted people from around the world.

If Republicans dared suggest it was to create a new captive voting bloc for the Democratic Party, they were accused of peddling racist conspiracy theories.

...

Now Biden has proved the theory was true.

She notes that the same day Biden announced his new illegal tyrant's order to usher in hundreds of thousands of newly-minted voter cards to illegals, the Ecuadorian murderer he let into the country was arrested for the kidnapping of two children and the rape of a 13-year-old girl.

BREAKING: In a statement to @FoxNews, ICE confirms the Salvadoran illegal alien charged with the rape and murder of Rachel Morin entered the U.S. as a gotaway "on or around February 13th, 2023" near El Paso, TX.

Prior to that, he was caught by Border Patrol three separate times in a matter of days, and was expelled to Mexico via Title 42 each time.

Once on 1/19/23 when he tried to cross near Santa Teresa, NM.

A second time on 1/31/23 near El Paso, TX.

A third time on 2/6/23 near Santa Teresa, NM again.

Then, on his fourth try about a week later, he was able to slip into the U.S. near El Paso without apprehension.

Biden, of course, instructed all the world's killers and rapists to "surge to the border" so that he could grant them US residency and work visas and eligibility for welfare.

Unlike Biden, who refuses to contact the family of the Maryland mother murdered by one his Border Surgers, Trump did call the family to express his condolences.

Oversharing is the Kardashian brand, but I think the latest might be a Personal Record even for a Kardashian. "Kourtney" (whatever) really wanted to have her baby on Halloween, and resorted to pump-priming to get things moving.

"We have been in this hospital room overnight and nothing is happening," she says on the morning of Oct. 30. "I was three centimeters dilated up until 4 a.m. and nothing progressed. And so we're just here bouncing on a ball trying to get things moving."

While Kourtney insists she wants her son to come when he's ready, it's clear that she and Travis are vying for that Halloween baby. And they come very close to getting one after they decide to go home from the hospital and wait it out a little bit longer.

But they don't just go home and take a nap after a long night of waiting for Baby Rocky. Instead, they take matters into their own hands the only way they know how.

"We went home, ate at Crossroads, showered, slept in our bed, and then we have sex to get things going -- see if that helps. That can help sometimes," Kourtney says.

Biden Is Losing Support Among His Most Important Bloc: Women

Losing 10% of blacks, who make up 13% of the population, is one thing.

Losing 5% of women, who make up, what, 52% of voters?

That's worse.

President Joe Biden's lead with women voters is the lowest showing Democrats have seen in 20 years, according to a recent average of polls compiled by The New York Times.

Biden's lead among women had dipped down to single digits, which is the weakest lead Democrats have had in two decades, according to polling averages compiled by the NYT. Former President Donald Trump is leading among men in the double digits, eclipsing Biden's lead with women and potentially jeopardizing his reelection, according to the aggregate polls.

Biden had a 13 point lead among women in 2020, but the margin has since narrowed to eight points, according to the NYT. Biden's decrease in support is especially noticeable among black and hispanic women, according to recent polls from KFF.

I think it's fair to say that Biden has the AWFL Karen vote locked up. This particular seething snakepit of neuroses and sexual discontent says her support for Biden has only "intensified" after watching him flail and fail for three years.

AWFLintensified.jpg

In 2020, Biden held an 86 point lead among black women, which has since shrunk down to 58 points, according to the NYT. Biden held a 40 point lead among hispanic women, but is now polling with just a 12 point margin.

Trump is currently leading among men by 19 points, according to a May New York Times/Siena Poll. Previously, Trump won the male vote with an eight point lead in 2020 and an 11 point lead in 2016, according to the Roper Center.

Here's one woman Biden has lost: A Silicon Valley millionaire who's jumped from fundraising for Biden to voting for Trump.

Leah Barkoukis:

A former progressive who helped raise millions for Obama and the Democratic Party says she's now backing former President Donald Trump.

Allison Huynh, co-creator of a robotics and AI company that was sold to Google, says President Biden "has been asleep at the wheel."

"He's allowed Big Tech as well as the looters to take over Silicon Valley," she told "Fox & Friends First." "San Francisco has been the science experiment that's gone awry. I wake up in the morning, there's no grocery stores to go to, there's no malls to take my teenage girls shopping to. The streets are not safe, there are more fentanyl users and dealers than high school students in our once great city."

#Based

...

Beyond the law and order issues, she told the Post that her beliefs now align more with policies advanced by the right, which came to a head during the pandemic.

...

Immigration has also been an issue for her.

"I am all for hardworking immigrants, but not for open admission of immigrants. We have to differentiate between legal immigrants who come here and work hard and illegal immigrants who come here and commit crimes," she said.

"Obama started out with an aspirational messaging that resonated with me; it was about equality and women and minorities; Biden projected the image of being cool and hip," Huynh continued. "But where are we now? Immigrants come into our country and commit crimes . . ."

In contrast, Trump's "policies and politics make sense."

More at the link.

A new poll shows 47% of voters want Merrick Garland jailed for refusing to release the Hur interview tapes.

America's voters are upset that Attorney General Merrick Garland won't release President Joe Biden's confused ramblings about his classified document scandal that prompted a special prosecutor to walk away because he believed a jury would sympathize with an "elderly man with a poor memory."

In the latest Rasmussen Reports survey shared with Secrets, voters said that like Trump advisers before him, Garland should be sent to prison for failing to give Congress Biden's interview recordings, drawing a contempt of Congress charge.

By a 47%-31% margin, voters told Rasmussen that they believed Garland was guilty as charged. And 44% said he should be sent to prison, while 35% didn't.

The view is somewhat bipartisan, though many more Republicans want to see the one-time Supreme Court pick behind bars.

Republicans are likely still reeling from a judge's decision to jail Trump advisers Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro for contempt of Congress.

In the survey, "62% of Republicans say Garland should be removed from office and sent to jail for refusing to comply with congressional subpoenas, an opinion shared by 34% of Democrats and 37% of voters not affiliated with either major party," said Rasmussen's analysis.

Meanwhile, Trump is picking on Kamala.

Disney Executive: "There's No Way We're Hiring a White Male"
Interviewer: "It's kind of unspoken?"
Disney Executive: "Sometimes it's spoken"

Tell me more about the "it's sometimes spoken" part.

Is it ever memorialized in emails? Because that would make for some sweet discovery.

James O'Keefe's sting video has been released.

BREAKING: Senior Vice President at The Walt Disney Company details discriminatory hiring practices: "Nobody else is going to tell you this, but they're not considering any white males for the job," says Michael Giordano, a Vice President of Business affairs, "there's no way we're hiring a white male." Giordano reveals Disney uses "code words and buzzwords" to avoid legal action and even mentions a candidate being rejected for not looking black enough. Giordano also admits Disney gives bonuses to executives for practicing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), agreeing that "diversity helps with financial incentives." Giordano further claims he's been denied promotions due to his race.

The Illegal Alien Who Kidnapped and R*ped a 13-Year-Old Girl Filmed the Assault

illegalrapistfilmedhissexualassault.jpg

Remember, this guy fled Ecuador because he had killed a woman there.

The US is now an asylum of last resort for all the world's murderers, rapists, and terrorists. Thanks to Joe Biden.

Monstrous:

he Ecuadorian migrant charged with raping a 13-year-old girl he bound and gagged in a Queens park told cops he recorded the attack during a sickening taped confession, prosecutors alleged Wednesday.

The chilling admission by Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25, broke the silence in an otherwise-hushed court hearing in which he was arraigned on charges of rape, predatory sexual assault, kidnapping and a raft of other felonies from the shocking June 13 attack in Kissena Park.

"I was nervous at first, then got comfortable and recorded it," Inga-Landi admitted in the videotaped statement, prosecutors said in Queens Criminal Court, drawing sighs from the audience.

Inga-Landi, who had scratches visible on his face, scowled and kept his head down throughout the arraignment, including as Judge Joanne B. Watters ordered him held without bail until his next court appearance July 1.

Watters agreed with Assistant District Attorney Kasey Esposito that Inga-Landi -- who faces an immigration arrest from Texas for being an inadmissible alien after he crossed the border in 2021 -- posed a flight risk given his "tenuous" ties to the US. The Post first reported that an immigration judge in 2022 ordered Inga-Landi to leave the country.

There's a reason he had scratches on his face --

a vigilante mob of Latinos recognized him from his Wanted sketches and beat the crap out of him after phoning the police.

A group of good Samaritans helped nab the 25-year-old Ecuadorean migrant wanted for the brutal sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl at a Queens park -- smacking him around and tying him up with a belt.

Dramatic video and photos obtained by The Post shows the shirtless creep -- later identified by police as Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi -- cowering on the sidewalk early Tuesday as the angry mob pounds him and calls him out as "a rapist."

"Where are you going? Where are you going?" a woman is heard screaming in Spanish while clutching his hair. "He's a rapist. He don't care."

Inga-Landi faces a slew of charges, including rape, kidnapping and sex abuse, after cops arrested him thanks to a flood of help from the public, including the good Samaritans who lassoed him on the street, NYPD brass said later Tuesday.

Footage shows the suspected abuser crawling under a parked car to get away from the angry vigilante mob, as bystanders keep screaming.

"He's under the car. He's hiding under the car because we beat the s--t out of him," the woman yells as cops show up.

"Beat his ass," she adds.

The Defund the Police crowd will not like it when untrained citizens with no professional detachment and often fueled by emotions and a desire for retribution step up and take over policing duties.

A deli owner had recognized the illegal alien rapist and alleged murderer, and waited all day for him to come back to the store.

Flores, 24, said he waited all day Monday for the sicko to come by the deli, and he eventually arrived to buy something.

"I saw what he was trying to do, he looked back at me. I waited for him to come out the store and dragged him to the floor," Flores, 24, recalled.

"A couple people helped me," Flores continued. "He tried to fight back. He tried to run for his life but he couldn't. Yeah, he admitted to it. He was saying, 'Alright, alright, alright. Don't hit me, don't hit me.'"

Oh My: Marlon Wayans Interviews Darius "Sweetdick" Honeycum, Esq.
Updated

I don't think this is the interview Sweetdick was expecting.

For those of you who can't watch video, here's a written report from the NY Post.

"I see how it happened, countless hours, and I need a foot rub, you know what I mean, and she rub your foot," the host said at one point, adding, "And I'm like, 'Hey let me give you a massage,' and all of a sudden, boom boom, we up on this desk. Man."

"No. Not even close. Not even close," Wade responded.

"How can you not hit that?! How can you not?!" Quon said as the former special prosecutor laughed. "We spending that much time together, we doing everything, we might as well," the fictional host added.

After insisting that Willis was "more analogous to a client" rather than a boss, Quon fired back, "So you served her well?"

"I did. I did my job," Wade responded.

In response to Wade saying the DA's office had interviewed several other people for his position on the case, Quon went on to make several sexual poses for the camera as he asked, "What position was it? Did that position look like this? Or this?"

Emerson College Poll: Trump Has Lost Some Support Among Independents, But Clings to a Small Lead in All Battleground States
Fox "News" Is Ecstatic As Their Left-Leaning Poll Shows Biden Taking a Small Lead

This is a post-"conviction" poll. It shows the "conviction" has hurt Trump, but not by enough to put Biden ahead.

It's common to see big news make an impact in polls shortly after an event, and then fade in importance. This happens with every school shooter story. Support for what the Gaslight Media always calls "sensible gun safety measures" always increases after such an event.

I don't know if the damage to Trump will persist or if it will fade.

On the plus side,
Trump is still ahead in the swing states.

New Emerson College Polling/The Hill state polls find former President Donald Trump with a slight edge on President Joe Biden in Arizona (47% to 43%), Georgia (45% to 41%), Wisconsin (47% to 44%) Nevada (46% to 43%), Pennsylvania (47% to 45%), and Michigan (46% to 45%), while Biden splits with Trump in Minnesota (45% to 45%).

swingstates.jpg

Minnesota is normally not a swing state, but now Trump is tied there. Minnestota was famously the last blue state holdout for Walter Mondale when Reagan won 50 of 51 states (including D.C.) in 1984.

"In our first polling in several key swing states since Trump's conviction last month, there has been little movement, with support for both Trump and Biden staying largely consistent since November," Spencer Kimball, executive director of Emerson College Polling, said. "Notably, results fall within the poll's margin of error."

"Independent voters break for Trump in all seven states -- however, there has been some movement among these voters since April," Kimball said. "In Arizona, Trump's support among independents dropped five points, from 48% to 43%. In Michigan, Trump's support dropped three, from 44% to 41%, and in Pennsylvania, Trump dropped eight points, from 49% to 41%. Biden lost support among independents in Georgia, by six points, 42% to 36% and Nevada, by five, 37% to 32%."

Democratic senators are running around an average of two points ahead of Biden.

Fox News somewhat gleefully reported on a poll that put Biden ahead of Trump nationally, 50-48. That poll had Trump up by 1 in November. The pollster admitted that the numbers hadn't shifted much, and that it could be statistical noise. But I thought I should mention that poll showing a slight bump for Biden.

"The Acolyte" Actress Releases Super-Cringe Rap Video Complaining About "Oppressors" and "Racists" Who Don't Like Her Awful Lesbian Space Witch Disney Show

She released this for the nation's favorite new holiday, Humpteenth.

Oh, and Happy Day After Humpteenth, everyone!

ThatParkPlace:

Actress Amandla Stenberg, who plays Osha and Mae in Star Wars: The Acolyte, claimed to be the victim of racism and released a cringe song on [Humpteenth] in an attempt to maximize the virtue signal.

Stenberg posted the nearly 4 minute song to her Instagram account writing, "Happy Juneteenth and to those who are flooding me with intolerable racism--since it took me 72 hours on my laptop to make this song and video, u got 72 hours to respond. and I expect choreo!!"

I think she means she expects the Yutes to be smitten with her fresh beats and make their own TikTok dance videos to her super-catchy monotone fart of a "song."

The song begins with Stenberg gyrating as the term "Discourse" blinks rapidly over her head.

Well, she's learned how to deliver her political messages with graceful subtlety from head LucasFilm witch Kathleen Kennedy.

Ironically, the lyrics "We so bored, don't f*** with your discourse" are repeated.

From there, Stenberg sings, "I'm going viral on twitter again. Open up the news to find some interesting things. 20 million views. Interview from 2018 with Trevor the King when I was thirteen." (Stenberg was 20 at the time of the interview with Trevor Noah.)

That was the interview in which she said the point of a movie she was in, The Hate You Give, was "to make white people cry."

Now, she does have a valid gripe about how that video was cut: The movie was about (of course) the shooting of a black kid, and when she said she wanted to make people cry, she meant she wanted the movie to move white people emotionally.

But you know, she's still a mean race-baiter, because she "sings"/"raps" that white people don't see black people as "human." I'm getting pretty sick of this.

...

Stenberg then sings, "They splice lines, make hate they recognize, make it look like the same propaganda they spew 'cause they conflate our pain with violence and try to weaponize everything that we do. The desperation of oppressors is rising and now they holding onto any ole thing they can use. If you rely upon information then that tells me you afraid of the truth."

"If you rely on information that tells me you are afraid of the truth"? What?

Is this like "Don't do your own research, just listen to what woke 25 year old actresses tell you to think" ?

"The desperation of oppressors."

This talentless DEI millionaire is oppresed.

...

Next, she sings, "And now you listening imma tell you something fascinating. They spinning woke. Bastardize it and appropriate it. Last I recall woke was something we created. Speak truth to power. Keep an eye out for you silly racists. And now they use it to describe anything they threatened by. Remember when Gambino put it in the zeitgeist? It was all about the people recognizing bigotry. The power of community not fodder for your clickbait."

She urges the media to censor Disney's critics. Something they hardly need encouraging to do.

"Speaking of which, journalists I'm looking at you. Did you forget it's your job to provide the truth? Spreading divisiveness, mining the metrics and data, seem you gave up all your ethics for money and views. And I can tell that the people are tired and the kids don't trust anything that they view. We can learn something from their discernment. The future's coming and it's always the youth," she continues.

...

She then concludes, "My sis said don't let it get to my spirit, but I'm sick and f***ing tired of suppressing my rage. 400 years of taking their bulls**t to compartmentalize like my ancestors had to encaged? If you don't confront the pain that you live with, it'll manifest as addiction diseases and hate. I've seen the infection repression can give ya. I'm not gonna be the next one sent to an early grave."

"Amandla" was given the role of a white girl in The Hunger Games. She was the character "Rue," who was white in the book.

She was a small child when guilty white people began paying her millions of dollars.

But she's repressed. She's still a slave, really. And she's not going to compartmentalize her rage any longer!

The Morning Rant: Minimalist Edition

punk-monkey.jpg

What is it? Stupidity? Incompetence? Plain old hatred of America, Western values, and Judeo-Christian morality? Or stark-raving-mad hyper-politicization of everything?

Should we embrace the power of "and?"

Yes...it is "and," but it seems also to be driven by the post-modern disgust for American Exceptionalism and the glory that is this grand country. Every opportunity to debase our culture, to injure our standing, and yes, to threaten our safety is a golden opportunity to achieve for the progressive, post-modernist what they cannot achieve by rational debate and the force of their intellects.

Why? Because their political philosophy has been disproven. Communism has failed. So they will win by destruction of Western culture rather than by convincing the people of the rightness of their positions.

Biden Sent $2.8 Billion in 'Humanitarian Aid' to the Taliban.

Of course he did! Or rather his progressive underlings at the State Department, who never met a moronic program they didn't love!

Here's a doozy!

Mast also criticized the State Department for a $500,000 grant to "promote atheism in Nepal," which is predominantly Hindu, raising a broader problem of reckless federal spending.

Where do they get these idiocies? Sitting around their undergraduate dorm rooms, getting high and saving the world in their fantastically overrated minds?

These are our elites? The best and brightest of Harvard and Yale and Princeton and Stanford? They are poorly educated idiots...drunk on their own self images, and convinced of the rightness and brilliance of their every utterance.

They are wrong, and they are damaging America at the behest of the real evil...those in power who see America's long slide into financial ruin, geopolitical failure, and cultural upheaval as necessary steps in their horrid plan to lower America to the level of the worst Shitcanistan or rabid theocratic hellhole. Only when Americans don't have plumbing and air conditioning and clean food and water will these people be satisfied. Their goal is simple, obvious, and not even a secret.

Their re-imagining of America is its destruction.

The Morning Report — 6//20/24

Mr4-20-24.jpg

Good Morning Kids. Summertime, and the living is anything but easy. With yet another presidential election on the horizon the time is right for more riots and distractions from the latest wave of societal, economic and other disasters wrought on us by the anti-American left and its home in the Democrat Party. This whole Juneteenth insult in which some sort of black uprising in Galveston Texas back in 1865 is celebrated as the end of slavery in America, when in point of fact it cost the lives of well over half a million mostly white Americans in a bloody cvil war to end slavery, which was the purview of the Democrat Party along with the Jim Crow laws that prevented their true emancipation and elevation to equality that that party resisted for well over 100 years until the Democrats hijacked the Civil Rights movement and turned it into a massive multi-generational and multi-trillion dollar grift that destroyed the black family and real integration all so that the Left could expand the power and scope of a massive centralized bureaucracy, all while using the disaster as a means to tear our REPUBLIC to shreds so they could attain and maintain power.

It's why execrable vermin like James Clyburn are defecating into Biden's Depends that black voters are turning on the Democrat Party and seemingly tuning into Donald Trump. Ditto the Union blue collar vote. And others.

Everywhere you turn, the Left is going to burn down the house if they can't have it.

Quick Hits

Nurse Kathy Hochul, who demanded that little children be masked up all day in preschool, now wants to ban masking on subways and at "protests" so that criminals cannot hide their faces.

You know, as every other civilized country has done for 300 years, until the Summer of George, when we not only demanded masking but we legalized banditry.

A new proposal by Gov. Kathy Hochul to ban masks on the New York subway is drawing backlash from civil liberties groups and disability advocates, reviving a long-standing debate about the right to anonymous protest that has only grown more complex since the pandemic.

Hochul, a Democrat, backed the idea this week following a spate of confrontations involving masked pro-Palestinian activists that the governor and others have characterized as antisemitic. She said the legislation -- which has not yet been crafted -- would include "common-sense exemptions" for those who cover their faces for medical or religious reasons.

If the ban does go into effect, New York would join a growing number of states that have embraced laws against public masking to clamp down on activists who conceal their faces at protests.

But the new restrictions raise constitutional questions, according to Jay Stanley, a policy director at the American Civil Liberties Union, since they appear aimed at stopping a specific group from an activity that is widely practiced by members of the public.

You mean criminals? Anarchists? Terrorists?

Oh no, we wouldn't want to chill their First Amendment right to throw Asian women in front on oncoming subway cars.

A New York appellate court has refused to end the gag order on Trump, despite the trial being over.

They're not even hiding it, are they?

The New York Court of Appeals has upheld the gag order against former President Donald Trump, refusing to lift restrictions on his communication about the case and involved parties. This order was originally set by Judge Juan Merchan and remains in effect despite Trump's legal team arguing that it infringes on First Amendment rights amidst the presidential race.

The gag order, which restricts Trump from making public comments about witnesses, the case, and associated legal counsel, has been a point of contention. Trump's team highlighted the impending presidential debates and ongoing campaign activities as vital reasons for lifting the order. They claim the restrictions not only silence Trump but also prevent voters from fully hearing his political messages.

Steven Cheung, a spokesperson for Trump's campaign, criticized the decision, labeling it as an election-interfering move that uniquely targets Trump while leaving his adversaries, including Joe Biden, free to speak.

He can appeal to NY's highest court (the Court of Appeals) and maybe just appeal directly to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Actress Patricia Heaton was sadly duped by her own Cheap Fake eyes and spreads the dangerous Russian disinformation that Biden is incapacitated.

[This] isn't about politics anymore. He is clearly incapacitated. This is very bad optics and even more, bad for our national security. The Democrats must find a new candidate even if it's the slimy Gavin Newsom. Right now, there is no way that President Biden is actually in charge. So the question is, who is? Americans should know who is making the decisions. This can't go on for another four years should the Democrats win.

House Proposes Bill to Rescind January 6 Committee Subpoenas, and Therefore Spring Peter Navarro from Federal Prison for Defying Them, and Spare Steve Bannon His Prison Sentence

Why didn't they do this six months ago?

Oh right, because they're the Junior Partner in the Uniparty.

Now they say they'll finally get around to this now that Merrick Garland has declared himself to be above any contempt-of-Congress charge.

The recent U.S. House vote to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt and the subsequent "No, thank you" by the Department of Justice he heads in response has invited renewed scrutiny over the plight of similarly situated individuals -- in particular, former Trump advisers Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon.

Following the DOJ's declination of prosecution as to Garland, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) announced that they'd see the DOJ in court, noting:

"It is sadly predictable that the Biden Administration's Justice Department will not prosecute Garland for defying congressional subpoenas even though the department aggressively prosecuted Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro for the same thing. This is yet another example of the two-tiered system of justice brought to us by the Biden Administration."

Navarro is currently sitting in prison, and Bannon is set to begin serving a four-month sentence on July 1, both for refusing to comply with congressional subpoenas and subsequently being held in contempt for it.

Now, GOP House members have taken further action in relation to the seeming double standard. As laid out by Representative Eric Burlison (R-MO) in this tweet thread, the House has introduced a measure aimed at rescinding the subpoenas directed to Navarro and Bannon, as well as Mark Meadows and Dan Scavino, and withdrawing the recommendations to hold them in contempt of Congress.

Don't get excited -- the "moderates" in the party, the not-so-secret allies of the Democrats, will never vote for this.

Speaking on state corruption on a Soviet scale, the FBI knew about Hunter Biden's $120 million deal with a Ukranian oligarch when Joe was VP and I guess they, get this, covered it up.

Quick Hit:

According to Just The News, The FBI has known since 2016 about Hunter Biden's involvement in a $120 million deal with a Ukrainian oligarch during Joe Biden's vice presidency, according to recently disclosed documents.

Key Details:

Hunter Biden's team planned a venture funded by Burisma's owner, Nykola Zlochevsky.

The FBI obtained documents detailing this plan during a 2016 securities fraud investigation.

The information was revealed by former business partner Devon Archer to the House Oversight Committee.

Diving Deeper:

The FBI learned as early as 2016 that Hunter Biden and his partners were working on a venture involving a $120 million investment from Nykola Zlochevsky, the controversial owner of Burisma Holdings. Documents obtained by Just the News reveal that this information, kept from the public for eight years, was uncovered during an investigation of securities fraud nearly a decade ago.

The FBI covered this up so that Joe Biden could claim at his 2020 debate that Hunter Biden never took a single dime from overseas oligarchs.

Then, of course, they lied all through 2019 and 2020 when they staged wargames with the media in which they gamed out a scenario in which falsified documents about Hunter Biden were pushed by Russia in a "hack-and-release" operation.

They did that. They prepared the media to reject any documents that got released about Hunter Biden through a "tabletop simulation" at the Aspen Institute. Bill Kristol was a participant.

They told the media in advance that false, fraudulent documents would be "hacked" and released by Russia, even though they had the laptop they knew these documents would be leaked from, and knew they were 100% real, and would not be released by Russia but by Rudy Guiliani and former FBI agents.

That's so incredible I can't believe it-- but that's what they did.

And not only has no one been prosecuted for this, but no one even missed a scheduled pay-rise.

These documents, totaling 3.39 million, were recently handed over to the House Oversight Committee by Hunter Biden's former business partner, Devon Archer, as part of the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden's conduct. The new evidence indicates that the deal was being orchestrated while Hunter Biden was on Burisma's board and Joe Biden was vice president, overseeing U.S.-Ukraine policy.

The memos show that Hunter Biden was to serve on the board of a new company called Burnham Energy Security LLC, incorporated in Liechtenstein, and funded by Zlochevsky. The venture was planned to be capitalized in 2015 and aimed to transform Burisma into a global energy leader. Hunter Biden's involvement was seen as essential for "credibility" purposes, according to Vadym Pozharskyi, Zlochevsky's lieutenant.

..

Hunter Biden's attorney, Abbe Lowell, did not respond to requests for comment from Just the News.

If Trump doesn't prosecute these people -- using the same fanciful "conspiracy to defraud the US of a free and fair election" charge the FBI and DOJ have used against January 6ers -- then he's a failure, a sell-out, and a handmaiden to the death of the Republic.

Speaking of corruption on a Soviet scale -- Niall Fergusen writes that, due to the corruption and incompetence of the Regime, "We're all Soviets now."

He means we're in the same position the Soviet Union was in -- right before it collapsed.

Niall Ferguson: We're All Soviets Now

A government with a permanent deficit and a bloated military. A bogus ideology pushed by elites. Poor health among ordinary people. Senescent leaders. Sound familiar?

By Niall Ferguson

The witty phrase "late Soviet America" was coined by the Princeton historian Harold James back in 2020. It has only become more apposite since then as the cold war we're in--the second one [with China]--heats up.

...

But it only recently struck me that in this new Cold War, we--and not the Chinese--might be the Soviets. It's a bit like that moment when the British comedians David Mitchell and Robert Webb, playing Waffen-SS officers toward the end of World War II, ask the immortal question: "Are we the baddies?"

I imagine two American sailors asking themselves one day--perhaps as their aircraft carrier is sinking beneath their feet somewhere near the Taiwan Strait: Are we the Soviets?

...

Economists keep promising us a productivity miracle from information technology, most recently AI. But the annual average growth rate of productivity in the U.S. nonfarm business sector has been stuck at just 1.5 percent since 2007, only marginally better than the dismal years 1973--1980.

The U.S. economy might be the envy of the rest of the world today, but recall how American experts overrated the Soviet economy in the 1970s and 1980s.

And yet, you insist, the Soviet Union was a sick man more than it was a superpower, whereas the United States has no equal in the realm of military technology and firepower.

Actually, no.

We have a military that is simultaneously expensive and unequal to the tasks it confronts, as Senator Roger Wicker's newly published report makes clear. As I read Wicker's report--and I recommend you do the same--I kept thinking of what successive Soviet leaders said until the bitter end: that the Red Army was the biggest and therefore most lethal military in the world.

On paper, it was. But paper was what the Soviet bear turned out to be made of. It could not even win a war in Afghanistan, despite ten years of death and destruction. (Now, why does that sound familiar?)

...

Even more striking to me are the political, social, and cultural resemblances I detect between the U.S. and the USSR. Gerontocratic leadership was one of the hallmarks of late Soviet leadership, personified by the senility of Leonid Brezhnev, Yuri Andropov, and Konstantin Chernenko.

But by current American standards, the later Soviet leaders were not old men.

Brezhnev was 75 when he died in 1982, but he had suffered his first major stroke seven years before. Andropov was only 68 when he succeeded Brezhnev, but he suffered total kidney failure just a few months after taking over. Chernenko was 72 when he came to power. He was already a hopeless invalid, suffering from emphysema, heart failure, bronchitis, pleurisy, and pneumonia.

...

Another notable feature of late Soviet life was total public cynicism about nearly all institutions. Leon Aron's brilliant book Roads to the Temple shows just how wretched life in the 1980s had become.

In the great "return to truth" unleashed by Gorbachev's policy of glasnost, Soviet citizens were able to pour forth their discontents in letters to a suddenly free press. Some of what they wrote about was specific to the Soviet context--in particular, the revelations about the realities of Soviet history, especially the crimes of the Stalin era. But to reread Russians' complaints about their lives in the 1980s is to come across more than a few eerie foreshadowings of the American present.

It's a long article, worth the read.

Breitbart: Biden Campaign Creates Taskforce to Combat Videos of His Brain Malfunctioning in Public

LOLOF.

The Biden campaign reportedly created a special task force to reduce the impact of videos that show the president malfunctioning in public.

White House aides have become more sensitive about videos of President Joe Biden and have begun to quarrel with their media allies about the coverage of Biden's age, gaffes, and videos exposing moments of strange confusion.

...

The campaign "established a taskforce to mitigate the risks" posed by cheap fakes, a Biden official told Politico's West Wing Playbook Tuesday evening.

It is also the responsibility of social media companies and media allies to mitigate the impact of the videos, the official stressed.

Their solution is the same solution for all information they don't like: Pressuring social media monopolies to censor opposition voices.

"Voters deserve accurate information to inform their choice this November, and our campaign will be vigilant in calling out these lies when we see them," Biden campaign spokesperson Mia Ehrenberg told Playbook. "We hope media organizations and others with influential platforms follow our lead."

"Censor the people we tell you to censor, or there will be trouble."

Of course, people will only fear Biden's retribution to the extent they think he will continue on as president. Or as a living being.

Thanks to SMOD.

CBS brought on popular sitcom parody character "Tater" to defend Biden's latest demand for censorship of his critics:

Prosecutors: Alec Baldwin Fired a Blank Charge at a Crew Member Before He Fatally Shot His Cinematographer

As gp says, boy, they really kept this little tidbit secret for as long as they could, huh?

So Alec Baldwin was already shooting his gun at people like he's a stupid, reckless child. That reinforces the case that he has the required state of mind of recklessness, which is something like "a gross lack of concern about the likely consequences of your actions."

Alec Baldwin once fired a blank round at a crew member on the set of "Rust," prosecutors alleged in new court papers, as they accused the actor of being reckless with firearms while filming.

Prosecutors in the New Mexico involuntary manslaughter case against the "30 Rock" star said they plan to bring evidence at his trial -- slated to begin on July 9 -- showing that Baldwin had a history of flouting safety protocols on set, which led to Halyna Hutchins' tragic shooting death in 2021.

One such reckless moment came when Baldwin, 66, pointed his gun and fired "a blank round at a crew member" while he held the person target in his line of sight, prosecutors alleged in the Monday filing.

Other examples of Baldwin ignoring safety procedures between Oct. 12, 2021 up until the day of the shooting included him using his gun as a pointer; firing the weapon after filming was over in violation of safety rules; holding his finger on the trigger in scenes that didn't require it; rushing armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed to reload his gun faster; and being on FaceTime with his family and making videos for them during firearms training, the court papers claimed.

And before filming even started Baldwin -- one of the producers and the leading actor in the movie -- "asked to be assigned the 'biggest' gun available," the filing alleged.

Well you can't blame a man for that.

Prosecutors said they have photos and videos of Baldwin that they plan to show a jury acting cavalierly toward on-set safety rules.

In one clip, he "can be seen engaging in horseplay with his gun and pulling his gun when the scene did not call for the pulling of his gun," the papers claimed. "When he pulls his gun the muzzle of the gun is pointed directly at another actor."

Prosecutors also plan to show that Baldwin was often angry on set, which gives rise to the idea that he was pointing the gun at the cinematographer in anger.

Prosecutors said many clips show an angry and aggressive Baldwin, who can also be seen halting filming to yell and swear at the crew.

"Mr. Baldwin can be seen screaming intermittently throughout the attempts at filming the scene," the filing claimed. "He exercises complete control over the set by stopping the acting sequence, cursing loudly and rushing the other cast and crew."

Taken altogether this "intrinsic evidence" of Baldwin's "other acts" leading up to Hutchins' death shows that the incident wasn't an "accident or mistake" -- as Baldwin has maintained all along, prosecutors said.

Guy's got a reality series coming up. Hollywood protects its own, from its manslaughterers to its pedophiles.

Kafiyeh-Wearing Rainbow Warriors Bravely Unionize to Get High Wages at a... Coffee Shop.
Eight Days Later, the Owners Close Their Three Coffee Shops.

And then they started protesting outside the now-shuttered coffee shops, demanding the owners re-open them.

The coffee house management released a statement:

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of all three OCF Coffee House locations. After 13 wonderful years of serving our beloved community, the time has come to say goodbye.

Throughout the years, our passion for creating a welcoming and warm space in our neighborhoods has driven us forward, despite operating at a loss. We pushed forward because we understood the positive impact we were making in our communities and the importance to maintain a level of compensation and benefits (health, vision, dental, life, matching 401k) that each staff member deserved. Rising operational costs, reduced sales and the expiration of a couple of our leases this summer have made it difficult to continue operating the coffee shops, and the administrative and legal costs associated with our staff's desire to organize has regrettably moved us beyond any cost that we could sustain.

Sounds like they were pretty generous with employees -- but parasites gonna parasite until the host is dead.

I've seen this behavior in the comics industry -- low-skilled, interchangeable clerical workers unionized at (I believe) IDW, demanding higher wages at a company that is on the verge of bankruptcy. They even demanded that they be granted veto authority over any comic book IDW intended to publish that they considered politically problematic.

IDW is losing all of its licenses and has been delisted from the stock exchange. It's just a matter of time before it goes bankrupt.

The left is just a cargo cult of very stupid and fundamentally broken people. They do not accept that a company needs to make money before any workers' demands can be satisfied. They view money the way all leftists view electricity -- you just stick the thing in the socket and the money comes flowing out, by magic.

Workers have no leverage in a Biden economy, especially these very low-skilled workers (some of whom allegedly even intentionally drive customers away with hostile antisemitism).
