If you didn't see it, they've lowered the impact probability of Asteroid 2024 YR4 in 2032 to 0.28% now.

They're finding more observations (they call these "precoveries" -- somebody had an image of the thing in previous observations, but didn't know they had it), which lower the orbital uncertainties.

I met a couple, years ago, at the Monroe Swap Meet, who had a pet possum. The woman would stop when ever she found a road-kill possum. Some of them were mamas with babies, and she would cut the babies out of the dead mama's pouch and bottle-raise them. The pets were quite gentle.

The orbital calculations get more accurate when they have a long time span of observations; having eleventy bazillion positions recorded within a three-day span isn't nearly as useful as a dozen or so in a span of decades.

Also, presstitutes are stupid drama queens.

One day a friend of mine and I swung out on a rope over a creek to see who could hang on the longest - you'd swing out in a circular arc, come down and run to get up speed for another. One time I lost grip on the far end of the arc and was suddenly rolling fast along the creekbed in the water.

41 >> They didn't have to play it up like they did if they knew it was suspect.

That's the press for you (typically the "space science" type press, which loves to play this stuff up, hoping for clicks and coverage from the MSM).

And it's pretty standard for the impact probability to increase before decreasing. Simple analogy. You have a target on the wall. There's a dart coming in, but there are errors in the dart velocity vector.

You paint a possible impact circle on the wall. The target is inside that circle. Impact probability is size of target to size of circle.

You improve your estimates of dart velocity. Impact error circle gets smaller, but still contains target. Impact probability gets higher.

Finally, your dart error gets small enough, and the target is no longer in the error circle. Probability is now zero. That's how this usually works.

Bearclaw didn't leak it, he was trying to replace it with a false dialog. Trump and his team had taken it away and Bearclaw failed to leak it. They went nuts on Trump and didn't realize that Trump would "leak" the information himself to clear himself. He got permission from Z himself.

Now, the time to get worried is when, as that error circle gets smaller and smaller, it still contains the target, and the impact probability keeps getting bigger with each iteration.

That's when it's time to get worried.

So. I did my week in pediatrics.

No Covid vaccines, no gender dysphoria, but.
So very many children, and I'm talking about 9-13 year olds, are depressed and anxious and seeing therapists and taking medications. It's truly heartbreaking. Boys and girls. Three kids just this afternoon had shown self mutilating behavior. Two were non communicative autistic.

My heart is broken. These poor kiddos.

Dry cat food. Purina adult cat. It's freaking meth laced crack for the smart ones. Don't use a bowl or anything else. Just a handfull in the far end of the trap, you'll need to take the 1/4" square opening rabbit hutch wire and close off the bait end of the trap so they cannot reach through and get it by the paw full though. Large trap is your friend. I use one sized for a 40 pound coyote.

256 Also, looking at the theory of cancer being a metabolic disease, not a genetic disease.
It may all be moot. My wife is going downhill far too fast. One good night's sleep, and she's good for a coupla days, but we can't string many of those together. It's been 6 weeks since diagnosis, and I don't think she'll make it to 6 months right now.
Pretty discouraged.

The one book about why Trump's fight against the 2020 steal collapsed says Rudy was fighting to block any pushback because That's Not Who We Are while also heavily day drinking. He actually prevented Trump from hearing from staffers who had developed plans and found evidence of Dem cheating.

You know, there's a guy in KC who will sell you a skinned coon, glands out, to BBQ?
Takes all kinds.
I wouldn't want any of those city coons, give me a country coon any day! Heh,
There's a BBQ joint down by where the old Municipal Stadium used to be. Bryants. The first in KC. Anyway, one of my Great uncles was a traveling salesman back when, and once a year, some client would give him a big skinned coon. Uncle Jim would take him to Arthur Bryants, and the next weekend he would take us all to a KC A's game, and then go eat that smoked coon.
Haven't had it since.

Maybe not. My experience is that most are so tired at the end that they're ready. She's mostly worrying about you, I bet.

Definitely try the ivmct and fen. Also, fasting is being used with chemo in some treatments, as you likely know from your own research about the metabolic aspects of the disease. I will note that every cancer patient I've known loses their appetite. Is their body trying to heal itself that way? I think it's an interesting question.

God bless you both.

291 Pretty sure things will work out for Rudy.

>>Daniel Penny was at Mar-a-Lago over the weekend and was greeted by President Trump when the Marine was at a table with onetime “America’s mayor” Rudy Giuliani, sources exclusively told Page Six.

>>A spy said, “On Saturday night, Trump was seen at his regular table,” at the private Florida club, “in deep conversation with [Fox News anchor] Bret Baier over dinner.”

>>“After eating, the president — who did a brief DJ stint on his iPad from his table — then got up and worked the room talking with Rudy Giuliani and being chummy with Daniel Penny,” we hear.

296 I want to rent a pool, too. I would swim with the Goldens. I miss my pool in FL but not enough to move back.

We had two goldens who had water love bred out of them somehow. Show dogs, but not why we bought our first. Our son was sad at the death of his buddy, an Airedale insane dog. None would suit at the shelters near and far. I gave up and asked what he wanted and it was a golden. A breeder sold us the reject of the litter, who turned out more beautiful than the rest and super sweet.

He once waded into my father's lake to look at a duck. Then he noticed his feet and up his legs were muddy. Held his paw out to us as if to say wth is this stuff! Get it off!

There was a monster in the pool I swam in, or so he worried every day. Paced with my laps. No idea what he was going to do if I drowned as he hated the water. Much relief when I got out. Sweet boy of ours.

Our son has what he thought was a white lab rescue. Mostly husky and gigantic and tall like a white wolf. He won't stay out of their pool and swims with joy like those goldens and I do.
