Mark HemingwayLiz Cheney must be prosecuted, and her Witch's Apprentice Madison Cornbread must be prosecuted for perjury as well. Criminal Senator Chris Murray is worried that justice is coming, and Mark Hemingway tells him Democrats brought it on themselves:

"Syrian Girl", a commenter on X posting from the safety of Australia who combines slavish support of Assad with vicious anti-Semitism (and has a half-million followers), has a new theory why the Jooos keep kicking the asses of the Arabs:
The truth is the jews out number Levantines. 15 million Jews world wide is a lie, the number is closer to 120 million. They've been claiming it's 15 millions for decades, and they project it will 15 million for decades to come. The population isn't growing or declining exponentially, it's linear, that is mathematically impossible. Even if we were to add the number of Syrians, Lebanese and Palestinians together, jews still out number us. It's not just the weather control machines, it's also the secret underground cities housing millions of Jews! Posted by: The ARC of History! at December 18, 2024 12:35 PM (uxCna) 90

Trump is obsessed with clearing his name in connection with the January 6th insurrection. That is why he is asking House Republicans to investigate Liz Cheney. It wasn't his fault that a mob attacked our Capitol, it was the fault of Liz Cheney and the J6 Committee.
I guess we're all supposed to just conveniently ignore the video of him ordering his mob to head to the Capitol and fight like hell or you won’t have anything to fight for. Well, I have news for him…..what happened that day is seared into my brain. He is doing exactly what Putin is telling him to do. It’s time we need to be kind of clear-eyed about who is calling the shots here. The Russian GOP owns our Government. internet, tv, radio and Christianity. They will treat all who tried to hold him accountable as criminals, and some will possibly end up in jail, or worse, dead. he remarked about how proud his dad would've been to see him in the history books. But after the Russia investigation, two impeachments, losing the 2020 election, J6, and his indictments, he's feverishly trying to re-write his history. There was a simple plan by Democrats and Republican turncoats like Cheney. It was to subvert our democratic republic. Every single action taken by these people in Congress, the Executive Branch, intelligence agencies and our justice system was focused on that objective.
I am unclear why people simply cannot see this was a grand and very organized conspiracy. It’s also not going away. These people will not quit until they succeed , or are fully exposed and ultimately pay a price. They are afraid of that. It’s why they keep fostering the narrative that Trump is going to undermine democracy. Nonsense, and what they’ve labeled as “retribution” is simply real accountability and justice. Trump would be wise to change his tone, embrace the narrative and say, yes, anyone who has broken the law will not only be prosecuted and tried, but they will also be monkey stomped. Think of how the media didn't look into any of this. Isn't this at the level of Deep Throat, and making people famous with Pulitzers and awards and all that bullshit? That is the trial is to be held in whichever state (or territory/DC) and district jurisdiction where the alleged criminal acts occurred. Crimes committed in DC are "not committed within any State", so Congress can direct where those trials take place.
Posted by: Syrian Girl ------- Congress has already spoken regarding DC as it has its own court system and is a separate constitutional entity of itself. Might possibly work in territories for crimes committed after the change in law but we have US courts in all US territories as well. So, you would have to create and pass a new Judiciary Act declaring and removing jurisdiction for cases from DC (which might be troublesome) but criminal trials might or might not be possible for acts committed before the change in law (ex post facto considerations). Something like Stuart v. Laird (Congress abolished a new district in VA in the midst of a civil case) or where new judicial districts within a state were set up in the midst of current criminal cases. Interesting edge legal question there. Same as the alleged Zone of Death in Idaho around Yellowstone Park where apparently no federal or state court has jurisdiction. No residents live there so no jury in that area could be raised from residents of the state there. Posted by: whig at December 18, 2024 01:03 PM (ctrM5) 277

Liars think everyone else is a liar. Thieves think everyone steals. Its why criminal organizations are so dysfunctional, because everyone always thinks the other guy is lying and stealing from them. It's how police break down defendants - there is very low trust between thieves.
Easy solution - tell Madison Cornbread she will go to jail unless she flips on Liz. Wanna bet she sings like a canary? Liz then must claim a) her star witness is a liar, or b) also sing like a canary herself (Pelosi made me do it). It's winning all the way down. There is no downside to any of this. Madison is emotionally and intellectually weak. They exploited her, do the same back to them. In fact, I'll give you 90% odds she'll say she told the absolute truth, and Cheney twisted her words, and frightened her, and made her go along. Make him fucking fly commercial. Again, no jail, but you don't need jail time for these people. They value fame and fortune more than they value freedom. If you jail them, it just makes them famous. Make them forgotten, or even better the butt of a joke. People should say "don't pull a Miley". Don't "make a Cheney". better yet, normal people will see this as an act of mercy. First things first. No one...absolutely no one will be prosecuted until the DOJ is under control again. You can make all the recommendations you want, but the DOJ in its present form is a iron clad gatekeeper, and won't pursue any indictments on issues like this.
However, if you change the dichotomy of the DOJ and make is a risk to behavior such as Cheney's...then people with something to lose start talking, cooperating, and turning on each other. Personally, I think that would be more entertaining (and damaging in the long run) to the usual suspects. Posted by: Orson at December 18, 2024 01:16 PM (dIske) 364

All this talk of trials in DC being fruitless because of the poisoned juries/judges and the Constitutional obstacles to changing venue frustrates me. When the Democrats literally shit on the Constitution but then when called to account for their actions, wrap themselves in the Constitution...that drives me nuts. And makes me say we need to go Roman on them. Go post constitutional for a while until things are set right again. I know the danger that presents but FFS, is it any worse than the destruction that's already been done. And will continue to be done by these demons unless they are stopped. With extreme prejudice.
