Oran Routh, the son of Ryan Wesley Routh--the man accused of a second assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump--has been arrested on federal charges of child pornography. Essentially, there's one road that connects the eastern and western parts of Maui.

Along that road are a series of small beaches with people living in vans. It's impossible to not see it going to the nice resort areas.

I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, obviously if you're overweight, you're not as attractive as you could be. On the other hand, using self loathing to push yourself to working out and eating right isn't helpful. That feeling doesn't go away. If you eventually get fit, you're in for a massive disappointment when you still hate yourself and you were convinced being fit would fix everything.

Obviously you can go overboard and use fake self love as an excuse to never improve, but I think there's a middle ground here. Treat yourself with kindness while still focusing on improving.

Mainly because being fat LITERALLY makes you feel bad. (Ask my mother who's stuggled with weight my whole life and now has pain struggling to move from the stress it put on her body. Literal structural stressse.)

This is mostly true. Lactic acid can cause discomfort during and after a workout for an hour or so. Delayed onset muscle soreness is mostly micro-tears in the muscle fibers. Oh! I love the wall push ups. Make sure your elbows are at a 45 degree angle and don’t extend all the way out. Think elbows to the back corners. Also, if you put your hand directly under your shoulders, you will hit your triceps. Your range may not be as big, but that is okay! It will come in time.

Also, the colonoscopy is because you dehydrated and then rehydrated so your cells soaked up water. Don’t forget, based on hydration, your weight will fluctuate up to 5 pounds a day. It doesn’t count as real weight unless it sticks without moving off for 3-5 days.
