Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | O.J. Simpson's Lawyer Reveals That The Murderer's Body Was Creamated and the Ashes Used to Make "Jewelry"Yeah this seems as good a way as any to dispose of this trash. Now, Simpson's lawyer Malcolm LaVergne told TMZ that Simpson was cremated following his death and that his ashes were turned into pieces of jewelry. That jewelry was then divided up among his four children: Arnelle, Jason, Sydney and Justin. TMZ reports Simpson's kids signed off on having their father's ashes turned into jewelry. LaVergne revealed the entire process cost $4,243.06. It's unclear if the initial idea to turn Simpson's ashes into jewelry was Simpson's or someone else's. This update comes a month after Ron Goldman's father filed a creditor's claim against Simpson's estate seeking $117 million, NBC reported at the time. ... "After July 25, 2024, the Claim Amount will accrue interest at the daily rate of $26,402.3630 until paid," the document stated, according to NBC. California courts renewed the 1997 judgment three times, and Simpson was ordered to pay the Goldman family $96.3 million in 2022, NBC reported. That amount has since accrued $20.6 million in interest. NBC News reports that Fred Goldman and Sharon Rufo have only received "a little" of the money owned to them.... Following Simpson's death, Fred Goldman told NBC News that the only thing he has to say about it "is it's just further reminder of Ron being gone all these years. It's no great loss to the world. It's a further reminder of Ron's being gone."Fred Goldman should sue to recover OJ Simspon's remains so that he can burn them in acid. Comments(Jump to bottom of comments)1

What's your opinion on synthetic gems (lab-grown gems)?
actually yes those are also cool I was sort of differentiating either gems from nature (but not dead people) or gems/crystals created synthetically from the "cook down the dead" kind which I sadly also have I actually used to grow diamond thin films by chemical vapor deposition, a gas-phase process (as opposed to the high-T, high-P process by which industrial diamonds are traditionally grown). My then boss was a publicity hound, so he went next door to the sewage-treatment plant, and gathered some methane, which he then used to grow diamond. He got lots of publicity for growing diamond from "s***", but it was scientifically meaningless. Methane is methane, it doesn't matter where you got it. I've told this story before: When I received my late wife's ashes, they completely filled the container to the very brim.
Was I to believe that her body composition produced just the exact amount of ashes to fill the container - no more, no less? Or rather, a small bit was left over for use in the next container. Or, equally probable, someone else's small bit was added to her container to bring it to the very tip top. Doesn't bug me but it did get me to wondering about such things. I have had the cremation debate with my wife a few times. She says it was the "ancient Roman practice." I respond, "Well, I'm not an ancient Roman." And then she talks about the corpse getting eaten by worms, et.
I was the son of a farmer. I have no problem with the idea that worms and microbes will feast on my remains, and return the products thereof to the soil. The Northwest, (OR and WA) is made from other subcontental bits that were ran into and stuck on the "grille" of North America. The coast used to be in Idaho. Later the crust there ripped open and buried a lot of that under miles of lava, but still not subducted. The most likely way to get your tomb ruined geologically is to have some uplift get your tomb up on a hill and let erosion feed you out into a lake or sea bottom in little bits. Posted by: It's me donna ========= Nope, DC trial judge has to make a finding over presidential immunity claims first and then it goes on appeal whatever she rules to the DC Circuit and probably to Scotus again. The NY case is more of an immediate threat but Merchan now faces the same issue and his putting the immunity hearing over NY prosecutors using testimony by their witnesses that circumvented presidential immunity is a day or two before sentencing. The opinion denying immunity or calling the testimony a harmless error is probably already written but Merchan's ruling will certainly be appealed immediately which creates a potential roadblock for him ordering Trump to jail a day or two later. Werner is puzzled that no one in the media has yet to mention the contingent of Frau Harris's campaign staff from Miskatonic University. It is not as if they were not prominent during the DNC. One need only look at the campaign platform which, between a pledge to supply every woman with a cat and mandatory free piggy back rides for every undocumented alien a task which the US citizens must take, includes the telling phrase "Ph’nglui mglw’nafh Cthulhu R’lyeh wgah’nagl fhtagn." along with calls for a volume called the Necrinomicon in every grade school library. When Werner inquired about this, he was told to take it up with the "Mad Arab" Abdul Alhazred, but he was notably absent. My inquiries about the fleshy appendages eminating from the mouths of the 'Lovecraft Project" members led only to a lecture about respecting the dignity of tentacled-Americans.
Werner ks uncertain why someone named Dagon is slated to become Secretary of the Navy, or the meaning of someone dreaming in his house R'lyeh such that what is not dead can eternal lie, and with strange aeons even death may die. LA County has so far removed over 1.2M (yes, M) voters from the rolls, under terms of a consent decree in a suit brought by Judicial Watch.
It doesn't seem there's anyone doing a serious and rigorous approach to trying to estimate (best you can do) the impact, if any, of this component of election non-integrity in the US on election outcomes. In LA County, doubtful it would change any outcomes, though that would require looking at every race, over time. Registry, voting process, tabulation (counting). The three pillars of election integrity. Any of them is flawed, the whole process warrants little respect or confidence. The logical common sense approach applied to evaluating foreign elections in former conflict states, and in providing technical assistance to those seeking to have real elections. The majority of the American populace live in states whose elections, for the most part, fail to meet even the most basic integrity standards. Enjoy! Posted by: Romeo13 ======= That was the Florida case stemming from the Mar a Lago raid which has been appealed to the 11th Circuit. That one followed Justice Thomas's dicta in the immunity case that baldly stated Smith's appointment was unlawful. Think the DC Circuit has ruled Smith's appointment was legal though. An 11th Circuit decision upholding the trial judge in Florida's reasoning would cause a circuit conflict and thus likely to go to Scotus. If Trump is elected, Smith is going to be fired and probably investigated which is why he is so desperate. Smith came from the ICC with a cloud over himself regarding his conduct for that international court. "Witnesses who provided sworn affidavits say that Smith ran "an alleged extortion ring set up within the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, a European Union initiative ratified by Kosovo’s parliament in 2016 to prosecute war crimes." Smith is named as "an active participant in a scheme that extorted millions of dollars from wealthy individuals targeted for investigation and/or prosecution. . ." Has Kristi Noem invaded the comments here? As far as Werner was aware, she was a puppy killing hobbyist, but she may have branched out. Enthusiasm for the murder of Kitties is difficult to parse - surely it is not a strong contingent of the Conservative base? My knowledge of the American political system is limited, but Werner thinks it may not be an ideal position to bring individuals to the voting booths in November. Is this to be a slogan? "Vote for us and the feline population will be targeted with cruise missiles" does not have the same ineffable appeal as "Tippecanoe and Tyler Too," or "I like Ike." Is polling coming in signaling that likely voters require a stronger stance on exterminating Kitty Kitties? Werner finds this somewhat suspect, but acknowledges he could be wrong.
