In RFK's case, it had to take extra daring to turn away from so many of his family and friends who he knows have been indoctrinated to accept any and every bad idea the Democratic Party serves up. Great speech today. And we know he wrote it. But if his friends and family disagree with most of what he's saying, they are the problem. Sometimes, when Werner is weighing the cost and benefits between film stock and digital productions, or making a pilgrimage to the grave of infamous Nancy Boy and Commie-loving Bertolt Brecht, demanding that he come forth so that I shall have the opportunity to batter his husk (he never does so, not even when I bribed the caretakers to exhume him and open his casket - his palpable cowardice grates on the soul), I am reminded of the ursine menace. I have told you before how Zsa Zsa Gabor and I made a fateful journey to the menagerie that was the residence of Koko, the sign language mongering blasphemy to both God and man, in order to chasten her presumption and resign herself to her meaningless role in the hostility and cold indifference of the Universe. Werner does not play, and Zsa Zsa, she will cut a bitch. Good times, good times. Wait, Werner was going to speak of the abomination that is the bear. Second and final comment up next.

Here is the value of the RFK Jr. endorsement. RFK has been big on two issues that are extremely important to him for years, medical freedom and food freedom. Neither of these topics are ones that are high priorities for Trump, he is focused on immigration and trade.
But both of these issues are huge winners in polling. Over 80% in both cases through the entire electorate. Getting RFK into the movement and focused on those two items is a large boost and it comes for free. Posted by: Dave in Fla at August 23, 2024 08:24 PM (5p7BC) 159

I think RFK Jr. was surprised at the reception he received.
- I bet he was, at his core, believing most of the MSM lies that are constantly exposed when people go to Trump rallies. There are tons of youtube videos of black people walking through (D) rallies and getting attacked, and then walking through Trump rallies and being talked to, given water, asked nice questions and having polite conversations, invited to go do things, etc. I bet RFK Jr. had a similar notion. Ja, the ursine brute. While Christopher Walken has pronounced that "bears are funny," one must remember that he did a picture with David Spade, and assumed the guise of UFO re-enacting LARPer Whitley Strieber. Werner applauds Walken's pursuit of the cowbell, but bears are more in my wheel house than his.
Bears have long envied the ascendance of Man, and have plotted in secret our usurpation. They are so confident in their strategy that they openly mock us, waving and behaving in a cynical adoring matter. The Pandas are not our friends! The Host of this smart and cruel military blog has attempted to warn everyone, yet many have yet to see, and the bears await Der Tag, where all shall be put into motion. I have pledged myself before the tomb of Goethe that I shall not let this stand. Werner has formed an alliance with the Nature Boy himself, Ric Flair, to confront the noxious creatures, with sword, steel, fire, and elbow drops. Three out of five falls with Mick Foley as the referee will be the nature of our contest. Werner seeks now his Luchador mask. Fear my hurricanrana, furry despoilers of our world. Werner comes soon, bringing Hell and Jerry Lawler with him. Posted by: Werner Herzog Has Opinions at August 23, 2024 08:41 PM (tmPIh) 236

I'm feeling very Bernie-like. Pagan also made an amazing diving catch in deeep center, tumbled, and began a relay that doubled a runner, who had past 2nd base, off *1st*. The fat guy (one of corner IF masher types) was close to busting an artery he was moving so fast to almost (heh heh) beat the throw.
Speaking of bernie, the DNC did not screw him twice or even once. The only private sector job he ever had was to run an enthusiastic campaign, bring lots of voters in, then bow out. He did his job well and got paid for it. Posted by: SFGoth at August 23, 2024 09:09 PM (KAi1n) 334

Democrat megadonors Reid Hoffman and Ron Conway's Clear Choice PAC sued to remove @RobertKennedyJr from the ballot, stripping millions of his voters of their choice. This led Kennedy to form a Unity Party with President Trump. Let's be clear about what's happening. The Democrat Party, which lectures the nation about voter suppression and protecting democracy, disenfranchised millions of American voters. The deepest most primal reason for the continual success of Trump is that what he really, really is is a classical masculine liberal like the ones that were running around in the 50s and back. Not a psuedo fascist machine Dem or a business profits at all costs Rep. Both of those existed then too but the societal expectations called for leaders to at least appear to want to help all the citizens and live to basically traditional Christian norms. Whether they have internalized it or not, people know that the norms of the past world were better and Trump calls to that.

Think about the Trump presidency, the policies and the general well being of our country. Now think about what has happened under Biden-Harris. Specifically, start with the COVID policies that used the government to take away people’s rights, forcing them to take medicine they don’t want, taking away their livelihoods and subverting the First Amendment rights of anyone who opposed them. The take that further into the biggest assault on our Bill of Rights on the history of our country by using the government to undermine free speech, and using the justice system to jail their opponents. It’s still happening to this day and they don’t care. Them move along to the absolute deliberate destruction of our economy by flooding their benefactors with our tax money, and undermining the economy for their green policies and other graft. Finally the assault on our country by opening the borders and flooding our communities with illegal aliens, crime and them pillaging of our health care and public services. I am watching veterans and seniors who spent their lives building our country being pushed out, going hungry. Fuck them. They must be crushed.
