Exactly. I have seen data in some of the agricultural areas of CA where the per capita income is around $25K but with homeownership in the 70% range where homes cost $300K or so. Odds on these are owned by illegals working for cash and pooling resources. Pretty sure this fucks over actually US citizens by decreasing the supply and driving up prices.
