Yes and no. Intentional violations of the constitution which a politically ordered hit on Mar a Lago would be are constitutional torts that bypass the ordinary government sovereign immunity defense. See Bivens v. Six Unidentified Government Agents. Bivins is a 70's era case where the DEA relied upon an informant that gave consistently bad tips. The Bivins family was subjected to a full on armed search being kept at gunpoint, etc. because the informant lied about the Bivins family to the DEA (after having done so multiple times in the past). Thus, due to the outrageous conduct of the agents and their purposeful ignoring that they had a bad informant, they were held liable by Scotus for violating the 4th Amendment's search and seizure provisions.

Later decisions narrowed the scope but recent Scotus cases might have opened that back up again (deference etc.).

Old common law had a better approach--for every right there must be a remedy if violated. Probably the best way is to hold the government employees if found responsible, personally liable.

No need to deport all of them. Deport some of them and do it loudly. Start enforcing employment law and deport them as a matter of course, after slapping them with charges ("stay and get prosecuted, leave and you're done"). Cut off federal funding for illegals, or even just reduce it.

Do that for a little while and lots of them will self-deport. Not all of them have to be rounded up and shipped back. A lot of them do, but people are pretty good at figuring out which way the wind is blowing.

And shutting down the slave trade's NGOs and prosecuting some of its principals will seriously help stem the tide.

I don't think *any* of that happens, but there's no need to forcibly deport most of the illegals. Just make the environment moderately hostile and crank up the risk. Do that, and tons of them will just leave under their own power.

Many will leave when their support system is cut off---funding, jobs, remittances, etc. The full on deportation push involving agents should be focused at employers that hire illegals, criminals that are illegals, and terrorist supporters which makes it rhetorically difficult for the Left to generate much sympathy.

Voluntary deportation is best for a lot of the more sympathetic types and that is done by cutting off funds, jobs, and taxing the hell out of remittances.

Currency and capital controls are probably coming anyway whenever the dollar dies from sovereign debt problems.

I'm no lawyer but my understanding is Judge Cannon's ruling only covered her district, and at that, will be appealed. Smith's appointment hasn't been ruled upon in the DC cases but if it is eventually upheld, and different districts come to different conclusions, the appointment issue would go to the appeals level and, eventually, SCOTUS.

CO2 has never been proven to be a driver of climate, in fact, it's always been shown to be a lagging indicator, ie.

Temperatures go up, CO2 ticks up, Temperatures Go Down, CO2 ticks down.

What you need to drive temperatures on earth would take something massive, that generates heat but also is variable.

What that something could be is illusive, but has to be out there, like dark energy or dark matter.

This is the "needs a willing Congress" to go along with him. Trump can't defund a congressional budget without congressional say-so. If you want the shot to hit the deep state, you're gonna need filibuster proof numbers in the Senate and a big House majority (since some House Rs with state money reliant on those problems won't go along with it).

I dated a Pinay girl once who could speak Tagalog. She used to start talking Tagalog to the obviously Philippine customer service reps. They would deny they could speak the language. Major problem with climate research is that you have multiple feedback loops that we simply lack the ability to measure let alone predict results then you also have changes around where temperatures are actually measured officially and apparently NOAA is imputing some of the results.

Basically, since the 60's, government statistics have become worse and worse in quality due partially to costs and partially to rising non response rates, politically based nonsense, and a desire to actually hide true facts from the American public to advance agendas. These problems are worldwide and basing any government policies on a polluted data stream is perilous.

In firearm talk, a dud is a round that fails to fire--the cartridge of case and bullet stay together. A squib round fires but is so underpowered that it often sticks in the barrel (usually due to no powder but a primer present or a bad primer that fails to ignite much of the powder). Usually, you get separation of the case and bullet.

That is distinct from hard recoiling rounds that can actually act as an inertial bullet puller on other cartridges in the mag or cylinder.

Best way to see is shut everything off and watch the meter and see if it goes up. If your water bill doubled, a leak like that should show up pretty quickly on the meter.
