Did Biden Really Agree to Withdraw? If So, Why Isn't He Making a Pubic Declaration?
The twitter post about it means nothing, because we've known forever that Biden has nothing to do with that account.
Where's Joe? Some are Asking Questions.I can't buy into this theory, but this is a major, major decision affecting the country. Until Biden signs on the line that he's withdrawing, we should not permit him to withdraw (or to be withdrawn by others). We require a signature and a witness for most legal matters. But in this case, we're taking the word of a twitter account run by anonymous propagandists? No. Supposedly Biden's White House staffers only learned that Biden was "dropping out" from the tweet that was written and posted by someone other than Joe Biden.

I thought that if Joe Biden was going to do this, he would've announced that he had a presser or... some sort of big statement that he was going to give from the Oval Office or from the White House somewhere, and that he was going to do that at a preset time later in the evening.... The rest of the world knows that Joe Biden is... totally senile and not in control of his faculties at this point. I mean, when Joe Biden wakes up and someone tells him he's no longer running for president, he's gonna be quite shocked about that. I would assume. I mean, by the way, he could wake up tomorrow and undo this...." Said Ben Shapiro, in the new episode of his podcast. So, yeah, what evidence do we have that Joe Biden knows he has given up his candidacy and released the delegates pledged to him? We haven't seen him. He's been sick with Covid. When last we heard from him in person he was defiantly clinging to the candidacy, apparently still believing that he is the one person who can save the world from Donald Trump. We were simply handed written statements. Shapiro imagines Joe Biden shocked to hear that he's dropped out. He could be shocked because he didn't actually agree to drop out, but he could be shocked because he actually is something like what Ben Shapiro calls "totally senile" and he doesn't remember or understand what he did or supposedly did yesterday. Is his written statement binding?
POLITICOI started to feel that Biden would not drop out after all of those statements that he was in it to win it on Friday. I kept saying, "All he has to do to resist this pressure is just keep saying, 'no.' And that's all he has to do, say 'no.'" But then on Saturday, I realized that wasn't true: They could force Biden out: By the 25th Amendment process. The scenario I considered is that every Cabinet secretary (they vote in the 25th Amendment process) could come forward to Biden and tell him, "If you force us to invoke the 25th Amendment, we will all vote that you are 'incapacitated,' and you'll lose this presidency as well as the next one. And you'll go down in history as the first officially-senile president." So here's my own conspiracy theory about why Joe isn't talking: Joe called their bluff and said "then have your vote." They voted, and declared him incapacitated -- secretly. Then, instead of making this public, they took the vote to Biden, and said, "We are about to announce this. But you can negotiate a way out. Just withdraw from the race, and we'll bury this vote and never speak of it again." That could explain this very strange situation. Obviously, this would mean that Biden is currently not the president, as upon the taking of this (hypothetical) vote he ceased to be president and Kamala Harris became president, and that means that the nation is currently being run by an illegal junta. In other words-- par for the course. Per Wikipedia: they could even declare him temporarily incapacitated, and then restore him to office when they decide the "incapacitation" ends. In other words, when Biden says "Okay, I withdraw."

If there are gaps in any of their official stories, it is prudent to fill those gaps with assumptions of crimes and corruptions.

1. Showers is much worse mentally and physically than we even think. It’s possible the powerbottoms didn’t think he could mentally or physically make it to November. It’s possible we almost never see him again. Does he show up at the convention? I have my doubts.
2. The attempted murder of Trump. This was a nuclear event that changed the dynamic of the race. Even Democraps are admitting that Trump will be much harder to beat after this.
3. Internal polls in must-win states are even worse than the public polls.
I think overall, these factors – and especially #2 – convinced the powerbottoms that the election was beyond stealing. They needed their own seismic event to try to shake things up. That event was Biden dropping out.

So defer to Occam. Which requires more assumptions:
1. The Party doesn't want Joe, couldn't get him to stand down, so they held a secret meeting with appropriate agency chiefs to get them to agree that he's incompetent, then they announce his withdrawal while trying to get him to accept it from behind the scenes, holding their secret meeting as a truncheon should they need it
2. The Party doesn't want Joe, couldn't get him to stand down, he got sick and took the weekend off, the insiders struck in a sloppy and rushed coup, and now they're trying to get him to accept it from behind the scenes
3. The Party doesn't want Joe, and finally got him to stand down.
Occam says we should walk through Door Number Three, but I think it's exceedingly unlikely given the personalities involved. But Door Number Two - a simple coup - is probably more likely than Door Number One - a complex coup.

But the President can send a letter saying "I am actually capable." There isn't a debate, here. He just has to say I am capable. When that happens, the powers remain with the VP for 4 days. Within those 4 days, the VP and Cabinet can send their "no, he isn't capable" letter or not. If not, President regains powers. If so - then the Congress has I think 21 days to vote on it. Takes 2/3 vote of both Houses to "permanently" give the powers to the Acting President.
But it does not REMOVE the President from office. And doesn't make the VP more than Acting President.

Nah...Harris has been, and always will be within the Clinton camp. They campaigned for her...funneled money to her and low and behold, both Clintons popped up out of their holes and immediately provided support for Harris as a presidential candidate. Incidentally, the Clintons own Newsom as well. Harris as president is the LAST thing Obama wants.
I think Harris got the running mate nod for Biden as a concession to Hillary going back to when Obama's team screwed her in the primaries. Remember that?

1. Just wait until he has a "bad" evening.
2. Change his meds because of Covid.
3. Weaken or remove his normal meds that make him sometimes coherent. Keep him that way for a week after resigning, so the machine has moved on.
4. Isolate him from Jill and Hunter for one day. Doctor's orders!
Once Biden "agrees" to resign, he can't wake up later and argue it was because of his failing mind. That would be double damning.

The latest I've seen is that there were 3 shots, within about 2 seconds, but then there were 2 more shots (a second or two later) from somebody who was the same distance away (maybe the shooter), and then 3 or 4 more shots by others. Red-bearded guy who talked to BBC said shooter made 5 shots.

I think the main question should be if the casings were found on the roof or not. There is a lot of dirt on Harris from her days in San Francisco. Peter Schweitzer details it in one of this books. Bill Shipley, aka @shipwreckedcrew, was a federal prosecutor in the area and he also has been listing some of her dirt and says there is plenty more.
