ThatParkPlace:Actress Amandla Stenberg, who plays Osha and Mae in Star Wars: The Acolyte, claimed to be the victim of racism and released a cringe song on [Humpteenth] in an attempt to maximize the virtue signal.I think she means she expects the Yutes to be smitten with her fresh beats and make their own TikTok dance videos to her super-catchy monotone fart of a "song."
Stenberg posted the nearly 4 minute song to her Instagram account writing, "Happy Juneteenth and to those who are flooding me with intolerable racism--since it took me 72 hours on my laptop to make this song and video, u got 72 hours to respond. and I expect choreo!!"
The song begins with Stenberg gyrating as the term "Discourse" blinks rapidly over her head.Well, she's learned how to deliver her political messages with graceful subtlety from head LucasFilm witch Kathleen Kennedy.
Ironically, the lyrics "We so bored, don't f*** with your discourse" are repeated. From there, Stenberg sings, "I'm going viral on twitter again. Open up the news to find some interesting things. 20 million views. Interview from 2018 with Trevor the King when I was thirteen." (Stenberg was 20 at the time of the interview with Trevor Noah.)That was the interview in which she said the point of a movie she was in, The Hate You Give, was "to make white people cry." Now, she does have a valid gripe about how that video was cut: The movie was about (of course) the shooting of a black kid, and when she said she wanted to make people cry, she meant she wanted the movie to move white people emotionally. But you know, she's still a mean race-baiter, because she "sings"/"raps" that white people don't see black people as "human." I'm getting pretty sick of this.

Stenberg then sings, "They splice lines, make hate they recognize, make it look like the same propaganda they spew 'cause they conflate our pain with violence and try to weaponize everything that we do. But that story and script? Embarrassingly bad dogshit. I'd say it was written by ChatGPT, but that would be an insult to ChatGPT. Also: the direction was sloppy, the pacing poor, the acting weak, and I wonder if a cinematographer was actually on the set.

There is a place like that in Lexington Kentucky as well. It's a very nice park but it is in the middle of the hood. The city sponsors parties there during the summer and you do not want to be the random white person around. Shootings occur regularly in that park.

You need a blender, a cup of oil, one egg, salt, some powdered mustard, two teaspoons of vinegar and a teaspoon of cold water.
Drop the egg, mustard and water with the salt into the blender, womp it for a minute on high, then in a fine slow stream pour the oil into the blender until it emulsifies. You have to go really slow or you just wind up with the starter for Caesar salad. when it thickens to the point that the blender isn't churning it any more, gently mix the top layer in the running blender to the middle so it will circulate and emulsify more completely. Watch out for getting too deep since the madly spinning blades will chop up your rubber spatula. (don't use a metal spoon or you will learn why)
If you use garlic you have aioli, and you can add lots of stuff afterwards, but be careful about adding things at the beginning since some ingredients will keep the oil from emulsifying. for example, I had terrible luck with black pepper and turmeric.

I just watched that series on the Nazis and Hitler. It reveals absolutely nothing we didn't already know but keeps referencing scholars who said Hitler wanted to "make Germany great again" and one historian who says Hitler's retreat in Bavaria was like Mara-Lago.
Politics is downstream from culture sure, but why the obsession with Disney and SW? They are living rent free in his head as another cultural wag once said about something which now refers to everything.
Sure, Ace can go tell me to f myself and my advice. I'm just saying I'd rather see him write more on other things rather than Disney and SW. It feels like it's the same post every time, thus to me tedious.
And every time he says the stock is tanking it doesn't. I trade options on DIS and it's up 11% this year, still offers a dividend. I'm not saying it's a good buy, but it's far from teetering on bankruptcy.

All those problems are traced back to woke cult bullshit, however. The kinds of idiots who get sucked into that cult really don't have anything going for them other than money (and occasionally looks if they go into acting/modeling). They never developed genuine artistic skills regardless of believing they're true and honest artists and completely lack creativity. Crutching on woke cult bullshit is all they're capable of, so all of those problems are baked into the product. Woke bullshit is hot garbage all on its own, but any time something promises to be full of it, you automatically know it's going to be an absolute dumpster fire because nobody involved has a clue how to create a good product. Think of woke as a "This is going to be shit, don't waste your time" warning sticker.
