The Morning Report — 6/4/24

watersrevulsion.jpg

Good Morning Kids. Transliterating the noises emanating from the filthy sewer of Maxine Waters from her native halitosis into English is nothing new around here, for me. her lack of intellect and morality is nothing if not crystal clear as well as revelatory about her and her fellow traveler's naked lust for absolute power that has been ongoing since Aaron Burr murdered Alexander Hamilton.

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) sounded off over the weekend about “domestic terrorists” who support former President Donald Trump, saying they should be investigated for potentially plotting a “civil war.”

. . . Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) sounded off over the weekend about “domestic terrorists” who support former President Donald Trump, saying they should be investigated for potentially plotting a “civil war.”

So, does voting for Donald Trump constitute an act of insurrection and or treason? Should he be the likely nominee of the GOP for the 2024 election be a reason to outlaw the GOP? Considering his massive campaign donation haul since the kangaroo court conviction, is each donor now guilty of fomenting a civil war and subject to imprisonment?

Hey, I'm just connecting the dots of what no doubt is running through the reptilian notochord of this evil decrepit succubus and everyone of her fellow travelers. Between rigging elections, perverting the notion of equal justice under a just and stable law and fomenting civil unrest and societal dissolution as a means to obtain and maintain absolute power.

That Lincoln did not completely and utterly dismantle the Democrat Party post 1865 is his great failing because we have had to contend with that evil in one way or another since then. Of course, Lincoln was assassinated in 1865 so I guess the failing was that of the Republican Party and the people in the wake of Lincoln's assassination.

With the ascendancy of Marxism/socialism/progressivism as the vehicle by which the accursed Democrats turned us upside down and inside out beginning in the early part of the 20th century, we have all but come full circle in the near complete demise of the American experiment that the founders warned us was likely to be our fate:

The Left infamously coined the phrase that the Constitution is not a suicide pact. Of course, what they mean by that is something entirely different. Considering what the Left is and what Democrats are, the Constitution was meant to be the means by which to contain their reptilian desires to enslave us. They have effectively used it as both a shield and cudgel to take us to the brink of extinction.

Can we claw our way back? And if so, at what cost?

On a personal note: I cannot adequately express my gratitude to all of you who have reached out to me with your personal good wishes and prayers, as well as for hitting our tip jar. God bless you all.

Diana's sister, Rosalind, was essentially dumped on her for the stay up there. HM didn't have buckets or bedding for her, so it's a bit of a trial.

21 That Lincoln did not completely and utterly dismantle the Democrat Party post 1865 is his great failing because we have had to contend with that evil in one way or another since then.

Would have been a little hard for him to do, since he was murdered only about a week after Appomattox. Johnson should have done it, but he didn't.

I used to think Reconstruction was a violation of norms and an injustice to the South. I now think Sherman and Grant should have been given carte blanche to exterminate the Democrats.

Uhm, yea, they didn't drop 136 years worth of charges on Trump, to give him a tap on the wrist and a suspended sentence or house arrest.

They are going to throw him in jail, again this was always the plan.

I support Trump whole heatedly but this was always going to be the wages of yelling, lock, her up, and not following through on that promise.

Hilldog and the various Deep State Factions that run shit were like, lock her up? Ok buddy, you're going to be in a world of hurt for that.

They also seem in favor of letting people keep what they voted for as reward or punishment. I think there were some bad decisions made in 2020, but they have stood up since. But it was a SARS-like coronavirus with a unique furin cleavage site that emerged in Wuhan, less than two years after scientists, sometimes working under inadequate biosafety conditions, proposed collecting and creating viruses of that same design.

The sentencing was passed by Judge Kollar-Kotelly. After Harlow's husband begged for mercy, expressing his fear that his wife would die alone in prison, the judge taunted that maybe Harlow would "make an effort to remain alive” because that is a “tenet of [Harlow’s] religion.”

89 "Except people didn't vote for it. The SCOTUS is feeling the effects of a stole lection that they could have prevented. "

I don't disagree with the "No standing" decision. Texas has no right to tell Pennsylvania what to do with their votes. I think the SCOTUS decision on the Pennsylvania elections in violation of law was stupid, but like I said, I think they've woken up since then.

"They could begin to make it right by hearing the appeal from Trump and tossing the entire conviction "

Again, I think they are attempting to keep the ship righted and interfering in the process without legitimate justification is probably not going to happen. If Trump starts to suffer in a big way, they may change their minds. Restraint means letting the system work despite your personal feelings. It's not always what we would want them to do.

I'm not sure SCOTUS can pass on this when they picked up the Colorado case. This seem worse... on another level worse.

If they decline I'd just assume they've either been threatened (in which case we'd probably know) or have chosen sides. It does feel like things are ramping up tho'.

Yes, but.

During the consolidation stage post-revolution, treason is defined down to the greatest extent possible. Open support for Trump is obvious and provable treason. As the bloodlust grows, more and more activity becomes treasonous, down to the point of "no activity" being treasonous. Supporting the opposition is an obvious treason, but then "not openly and loudly supporting the Party" is treason, too. We're not there yet - for now, keeping your head down and shutting up is still safe - but we'll get there.

How? I am a hardcore skeptic, but it appears to me to do no such thing. It's a commodity. It's a synthetic commodity, but a commodity nonetheless. It isn't coinage, not even virtually, and it isn't used to service debts unless previously agreed to and it is never used to pay taxes.

Two persons can agree on any payment terms they like. If I say I want X bitcoin in exchange for one unit of Widget Type A, and you agree to those terms, there is nothing remotely illegal about that. It's no different from barter. I could ask for bales of hay in exchange, or a barrel of oil, or whatever.

Reporting and taxing can be complicated because the value of the trade has to be converted into dollars for reporting and gain calculation, I will have to sell the commodity to raise dollars for taxes, etc., but I haven't done anything even remotely similar to minting false coinage. I just agreed to a commodity trade with my counterparty.

By a 6-to-3 vote, the court rejected the so-called Independent State Legislature theory advanced by the Republican-dominated North Carolina state legislature. Writing for the court majority, Chief Justice John Roberts said that the U.S. Constitution does not, as the lawmakers had claimed, insulate their actions from review by the state courts. To the contrary, he said, state legislative power is constrained by the federal and state constitutions, as well as ordinary state laws.

At the same time, however, Roberts said that in overseeing election provisions, state courts "do not have free rein" to exceed "the ordinary bounds of judicial review."

When the call comes from inside the house, is it really an "insurrection?" It was a coup d'etat. The Party threw off external controls and took over the system directly by merging the state with itself. There is now little or no difference between State and Party, they merely represent sometimes-different factions of the same complex.

Just like Red China, or the USSR, or Venezuela, or Cuba, or South Africa. The State is the CCP, the CCP is the State.

No, Trump will be indicted and jailed on some made up bullshit five seconds after he leaves the White House.
These are the wages of not making these bastards pay a price for what they have done to him and this country, but as we have seen, Trump has been getting extraordinarily bad and dangerous advice for quite some time.

The former UKIP and Brexit Party leader, who is largely credited with pushing ‘Leave’ over the finish line in the 2016 Brexit referendum, said “there is a rejection of the political class going on in this country in a way that has not been seen in modern times,” and that he is coming back to lead a political “revolt.”||

Fauci Tells Congress That Vaccine Efficacy Is a ‘Complicated Issue.

Blow me. It is not a "complicated issue." Vaccines are often complicated, but the issue is not.

All of this shit in the quote is exactly *why* standard practice for vaccines involves extensive testing and testing over time. This is why there are so many guardrails and such deep and often redundant process control. Even with all of that process and practice control, vaccines are often spotty in terms of outcomes and safety.

No, Tony. You and your pals just threw it all away. It isn't complicated, it was merely reckless. Y'all removed all guardrails, rushed unproven technology to market, lied about it, then kept lying about it while using the power of the state to enforce the rollout, suppress anyone with questions and get rich.

It isn't complicated. It's just evil.

238 States could take it over for their people. Starting from zero wouldn't put you any more in the hole than the feds are.

I couldn't imagine a more Byzantine system that would create.

Ex: You have lived in IL for your working career while keeping a winter home in FL. For the first year or two of retirement you lingered longer in FL before coming home to IL in the summer. Then you started to "See America" in an RV, with a month or two in either IL or FL. Your kids move to TX to pursue work.

Then the Fe'ral Government SS program collapses and becomes the individual state's problem.

Is it fucked up? Yes. Should it be eliminated? Yes. But the argument that the people who paid the taxes their whole working lives are the only ones to get screwed is a losing argument.

246 Archaeo - Histories @archeohistories
Climate activists targeted the Mona Lisa at the Louvre Museum on Sunday (02 - June, 2024), throwing soup at Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece. Protesters belonged to the environmental group 'Riposte Alimentaire' (Food Response). The orange concoction splattered across the bulletproof glass protecting the famous painting but fortunately caused no damage to it...

There is no one who does not know that Mona Lisa has a legendary reputation. This legendary painting is valued at nearly a billion dollars. We can find thousands of pages of articles written by art experts on reason for this extraordinary success.

Mona Lisa was created by versatile genius of Renaissance period, Leonardo da Vinci. Da Vinci. Term Renaissance Man, which is still used for versatile artists, was used for him for first time. It is believed that da Vinci began painting Mona Lisa in Florence in 1503 or 1504. Although it is a very small painting, it took four years to complete the portrait.

247 Some context on the stabbing of the policeman in Germany. The video is being removed from X, but it shows that the Islamist was on the ground stabbing the first victim. Someone then starts to try and stop the attacker from stabbing the victim.
At this point the police officer comes in an pulls off the (white) guy trying to stop the attack. Puts him on the floor and sits astride him to subdue him.
At that point, the attacker gets up and stabs the police officer who just helped the attacker free from the good Samaritan trying to stop the attack.

In other words, police saw a white guy wrestling with a brown guy (ignoring the stabbing being done by the brown guy) and then automatically decided the white guy was at fault. Wrestled him off and was then fatally stabbed as a result.

Wonder if there will be any unconscious bias training coming from that? Like not assuming the white guy is the aggressor.

I wouldn't issue a death threat to him although I understand people being very, very angry with him, but the Bible is correct: "The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. 270 The Constitution was never a suicide pact. But the Union it putatively undergirds has certainly become one. Many are waking up to that fact as a result of the last eight years' wanton excess.

The Democrat voters don't see it yet; they're just elated for the moment, because they're seeing their (perceived, illusory) enemies driven before them, and hearing the lamentations of their women. They don't yet know what awaits them.

Because if we don't break up this country peacefully very soon, the only outcomes are bloody totalitarian rule, or bloody civil conflagration, and in either of those scenarios, the bell tolls for everyone.

My assumption is that they're young. They're young and they understand that these systems are a bad deal and getting worse all the time. Lots of old people would be fine with saying "we'll end the programs for anyone under 50 but you have to pay the taxes until we're all dead." Lots of young people are fine with saying "end the taxes now and if oldies starve they starve".

What's needed is a consensus that everyone is getting fucked and we need to both reduced the amount of fuckage and have a date when it ends. But we'll never have that consensus because no one wants to pay any part of the price.

Eventually it'll all collapse and the people who think they're getting away with something will discover all the costs they didn't consider. Same as it ever was.

317 One of the interesting problems the right has faced politically is that the left will throw money at people to enable bad decisions - so let's give money, no questions asked!, to drug addicts because obviously they'll spend it on food, housing, and clothes and not drugs...right?

Then if the right reduces that money the FNM claims they are responsible for the homeless. So Bush type Republicans try to thread the needle and keep giving the FSA types money...but to put restrictions on it to make them spend it on actual needs.

And...it never works. People are good at evading these sorts of restrictions and the Dems just get rid of any rules the next time they come into power anyway.

360 >>Can someone explain to me why it’s too much to ask that the children be left alone?
What's interesting is that, because the Left expresses itself in terms of "freeing" people's sexuality, many people miss the fact that it is every bit as sexually controlling in its own way as Islam is. This control comes about because the Left works assiduously to decouple sex from a person's own sense of bodily privacy and, by extension, self-ownership. If a person has no sense of autonomy, that person is a ready-made cog for the statist machinery.

The practical problem for the Left when it tries to attack individuality as expressed through sexuality is the fact that a person's sense of an inviolate physical self develops quite early, during childhood. . .

The Left, therefore, needs to decouple self and body as early as possible in a person's development -- and it does this by bringing its own peculiar notions of sexuality into the realms of child-rearing and education.

Apparently not. Critical Drinker did a video on it, IIRC, and he uses that show to demonstrate how tv writing has become. These are not mature adults having complex conversations like Spock and Kirk having a calm disagreement, but emotionally immature people losing their cool, showboating and generally treating each other poorly because of their 'feelz'. But a special investigator says her chief of staff, who is also her grandson, may have acted improperly in violation of House rules.'

'The allegations stem from a meeting that Waters' chief of staff requested with then Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson at the start of the financial crisis in September 2008. Waters and Paulson did not attend the meeting, but senior Treasury officials and members of the National Bankers Association (NBA), a trade organization representing over 100 minority-owned firms, did. An ethics report found that at that meeting and in follow-up conversations "the discussion centered on a single bank - OneUnited," where Waters' husband was a board member from 2004 to 2008.'
