Personal health update:

Unfortunately, the pathology report on the tumor that was removed has come back and it has been confirmed as a grade 4 glioblastoma. Essentially, it means that I do indeed have brain cancer. So the next steps are chemo and radiation in the hopes of staving off a recurrence, which is a real possibility and perhaps prolonging whatever time I have left and maintaining the best possible quality of life.

In all likelihood, I believe this means that I cannot continue blogging here as before. I cannot even begin to repay your prayers, kindness and support during these past months.

Good morning, kids. The aftermath of the kangaroo court Stalinist show trial conviction of Donald Trump on 34 counts of a spurious invented charge which even during this entire revolting spectacle was never even defined either by the prosecution or the hack-in-black judge, who nevertheless issued a 55=page dossier to the jurors that essentially instructed them to find Trump guilty based on the notion that the seems guilty of something.

What this means in terms of the upcoming election and more importantly, what this means in terms of our nation and society going forward is the big question.

Quick version: Traditional oncology didn't have any answers for me (12-18 mos w treatment at best), so Ii chose to go non traditional. Just had my second PET scan last week. After 10 weeks of treatment there's been a 30% reduction in size of primary site, and similar reduction to both size and occurrence in secondary systems. The one symptom I was suffering is gone. Most importantly, I feel great. Wouldnt know I was sick unless I'd seen the scans. Happy to pass on the info if you want a consult with them. (I'm actually on a plane to them right now.) But personally - I really believe they're on to something. Will be praying nonetheless. Emotionally, it's a different and difficult thing to look down the barrel. Still ol, there are blessings. I'm with you brother. Also - shout out to the horde, for all the prayers received. I felt em, and God heard. Y'all are the best. Praise God..

A new defense motion in FLA documents case accuses Jack Smith of continuing to slow walk handing over evidence.

This relates to a disclosure in bombshell Jan motion that outlined collusion btw NARA, Biden WH, DOJ, and other agencies to manufacture some sort of documents crime against Donald Trump right after he left office.

Part of the motion revealed that Dept of Energy (run by former MI Dem gov Jennifer Granholm) discovered AFTER Smith filed his June 2023 indictment that Trump still maintained a “Q” (not that Q) security clearance.

DOE then retroactively terminated Trump’s security clearance.

Trump’s lawyers asked—and Cannon ordered—the production of some records related to how the termination of the clearance came about. Smith, of course, is attempting to conceal the paper trail.

And it appears the special counsel is referring to the post-indictment
discovery and termination of Trump’s clearance as an “after action” report.

I can only imagine how Judge Cannon reacted to that (appears that description was discussed in sealed motion and/or hearing)

For example—did DOJ or Biden WH ask every fed agency including DOD to search for security clearances for Trump and if any such clearances existed to retroactively terminate those as well?

Judge Cannon took quite a bit of time during an April hearing to walk through how security clearances worked. She wanted special counsel on the record to explain the government’s position on the conferral and termination of a clearance.

Jay Bratt claimed a clearance automatically ends once an individual leaves office or his position.

Of course that’s not true (I believe in one motion disputing that claim, Trump raised John Brennan’s clearance, which he terminated.)

If Trump still held official clearances at the time of the indictment, it blows a huge hole in the “willful” and “unauthorized” elements of the Espionage Act charges.

One thing that really puzzles me is that oncologists usually do not tell their patients about the benefits of fasting (especially fasting from carbs) or the importance of vitamin D for cancer fighting. What is up with that? I kinda understand about the oncologists not promoting things like fenbendazole ("fence dazzle" according to AutoCucumber) or Professor Angus Dalgleish's skin cancer "vaccine" because they are not cleared by our FDA. Even then, the FDA is remarkably hesitant to approve low risk/low cost/high benefit treatments while they will quickly approve high cost/high risk/low benefit treatments.

We need to nuke from orbit and build an honest and effective FDA.

I know a similar story, of a childhood diagnosis and the young woman is in her early 30's now. I contribute to her MS charity and check up on her on FB once in a while.

Funny story, I contributed to another MS person (guy) five hundred dollars. The next day this woman received a 500 dollar donation. That scoundrel turned around and gave it to her. I had a slight suspicion he would and just laughed.

Because story is secondary. They aren't writers, they're propagandists. The reason for the disconnect is that *they* don't know this, even though it's plainly apparent to anyone outside their bubble.

They think they're telling real stories because in their milieu, they are. Well, we've gotten there. Is Furiosa woke? I don't know or care. I see two things that indicate "poisoned well" and just tune out as a result:
1. The Nth entry in a franchise
2. Girl lead character in an action or previously-male role

Is this one different? I don't know, but I'm not willing to commit hours and dollars to finding out. It has two big markers of shit, so I write it off.

Sadly there's a third marker of "poisoned well" that is a serious problem if it's common. It's a marker for me, but I'm not typical. That third marker is:

Mad Max 3 did this with Bartertown and Tina Turner. Fury Road did it with Charlize's Furiosa but at the cost of nearly writing Tom Hardy's Max out of the script, more's the pity. But it had an OK plot and some of the best direction of the last decade.

I doubt there's a plan like that, but society is a complex system that will attempt to find a solution. This may be one attempt at that. It won't work, but whatever. Traditional solutions are to just go launch a war of conquest to use up surplus men and maybe win some territory and resources for the harem-chiefs or remaining women back home. But we have non-traditional options nowadays, which is the interesting part of the contemporary process. We have porno and social media now - distraction via ersatz experience on one side and social contagion to spread alternatives on the other. It's interesting to watch unfold.

They had to use such convoluted and stupid tactics to patch together something that looked like a crime I suspect that will their undoing. I've seen various lawyers comment on the large number of appealable issues, the most obvious to me is a blatant abuse of Trump's 6th Amendment right to a fair trial. Merchan wouldn't even let Trump mount a defense and more importantly he wouldn't even define the charges.

But this is the same with all of the cases. They are all flawed made up of half truths or just flat out lies that will all fail eventually. They hoped to tarnish Trump and tie him up in court long enough to get through the campaign. Seems to be backfiring spectacularly.

The men in the middle probably number about 60% of the total, which is a serious problem. The men at the bottom get nothing, but they can trans up or go commit suicide or whatever and nobody will care in the grand scheme of things. There was a time when society provided for them, too, but those times are over.

But without the middle chunk participating, it will all fall apart. The middling men declining to wife up the 30-somethings after they've "had their fun" or whatever will make the system fail. The women age out of too many harems and then have no means of security because the leftover men don't want them, so they become leftover women.

Not sure if that will happen or not. There are some signs that this beginning, but nowhere near enough data yet.

However there are a few clinical trial that might be worth considering - the only patient I had in 40+ years with this diagnosis did well because he participated in one. The most promising ones, however, seem to be for those with recurrence, which is what you want to prevent.. They are the ones using immunotherapy with your own lymphocyte T-cells, or, I believe, what is called CART therapy. As far as I know that’s just at a few centers, Bethesda and I think Cleveland Clinic.

Reasonable Phase 1 studies are few and far between, but something that includes immunotherapy or newer drugs to combine with radiation though long shots are your best bet. Discuss carefully with your medical AND radiation oncologist before starting anything.

Take heart - my mother had a glioblastoma at the base of her brain (plus a second spidery brain tumor between the cerebral hemispheres) some 20+ years ago. She underwent gamma knife radiosurgery treatment in San Diego, California with Dr. Faith Barnett (no brain surgery involved).
She recently celebrated her 87 birthday (May 14) and is active and healthy (although contemplating a knee replacement next month). Be sure to ask about this procedure.

My Mom was diagnosed with a cancer with a mortality rate that had my two sisters planning her funeral.

They became very mad at me when I refused to get down in the darkness with them, said I was delusional.

Well my Mom lived another wonderful 30 years after that and it taught her a big lesson about life and family and the so-called medical establishment.

I know it seems "delusional" but sometimes good things happen.
