The blue waters of the Pacific Northwest.

Modern "art." The last thing shown is an artist doing the "throwing paint on a giant canvas" thing, but stick with it, it turns into something.

Colorized movie from Amsterdam in 1931.

Democrat cat schemes to frame Republican husky. Of course, the cat enlists a traitorous National Review husky to help seal the frame.

A Rube Goldberg contraption for getting ready for bed.

Man drops the dog-leash, but the very rules-oriented dog chases him down to get him to take the leash again.

Flying Piano Man.

That looks pretty interesting. I bet the original B&W clip is much less so.

But, I have to point out that retarded add-in at the bottom. It's irritating enough when someone takes a cellphone clip shot in portrait mode and then dupes the edges and fuzzes them out to add to the sides to fill up more of the screen. But these geniuses took a clip that was already landscape and then added some fuzzy crap to turn it into portrait size.

Stop it!

So the couple the Alitos got into a spat with were a pro-BLM mid-30s unmarried white couple with a “pandemic puppy” living at their parents’ house. Let’s just acknowledge the amazing typecasting here. [then lists the leftists' harassment campaign]

It's also hilarious btw that a pro-BLM couple's first reaction to a verbal altercation was to call .... the police

If you want it to last longer, press in a single layer of open weave fiberglass cloth, and trowel on another 1/8th in. thick top layer, on that. It oughta last for you to become bored with it, at least.

200 Pandas may seem docile and cuddly, but every seven years they experience Panda Pon Farr, an ancient mating ritual in which the Pandas participate in a wild orgy called "Festival!".

After the female does an entrancing dance, known as the "pwerk", the male ambles over and these amazingly dexterous creatures couple in a mad frenzy lasting as long as four seconds. They then go calmly on their own ways, apparently unaware that anything at all has happened.

That did not work as planned, and now Mississippi has a huge amount of coyotes and deer. I know some of you here have seen them before, but I was blown away with how huge they were the first time I encountered any. (thankfully, at a distance) A relative of mine swore that they were coyote/wolf hybrids. Not so sure of that, but they are sizable critters.

Oddly, I am in favor of re-establishing a population of mountain bison. I think I would find it idyllic to have bison grazing in my back yard. Less mowing.

281 Perhaps we should introduce the Davos crowd to kudzu - starting with the airport and train station during their next meeting. Globull warming will drop because so many aircraft will have disappeared under it.

Either that, or use bugs, kudzu, and water for all their meals.

283 Do you mean muscle shakes? When muscles are fatigued, the shake, so yes, people do shake in a bare class. Not like a mad cow, though! It’s not that dramatic.

Actually, I mistook Guillain-Barre for, in humans, mad cow disease and was too lazy to try changing my 'joke'.

There are mountain bison in Newfoundland. There is even a song about them:

I'se the bison what builds the boat,
And I's the bison what sails her,
And I'se the bison what catches the fish,
And brings them home to Liza.

289 Sounds like the Department of the Interior know-it-alls use Mississippi as their testing ground for introducing non-native plants and animals. If things go wrong, they sure don't care if a bunch of rednecks take the hit from it. Of course there are a lot of blacks in Mississippi but they're not nearly as useful to the Democrats as the blacks in Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

292 252 Piper, thanks. I had time to explore a little. I am interested in how you teach people to breathe. ⅚
Posted by: Ben HaduButker made

My studio is high intensity, low impact so we don’t get into a lot of the breathing work you might find at a Barre3. That doesn’t mean we don’t use breath work, because you should in any workout or if you have ever taken ballet, you use it for endurance and holding your form. The easiest way to remember is exhale for effort. You want to keep breathing deep and even as much as you can. But always exhale for effort. 😂

In terms of relaxing, like in a shavasana at the end of a restorative stretching session, it’s inhale though your nose deeply (“into your stomach” and exhale through your mouth. 3 deep breaths and then return to a regular cadence, but stay mindful of that cadence.
